I highly recommend Valley Flora. We used Valley Flora for our wedding and they did such an amazing job. I sent over a few pictures and they used that inspiration to create gorgeous arrangements that were perfect for the venue (Ramekins). Our guests couldn't stop raving about how gorgeous the flowers were! Everything was simple but absolutely stunning and they were very accommodating to ensure we got just what we wanted.

Polly and team are absolutely amazing. Her execution and understanding of my vision was incredible. She was easy direct and easy to work with. Polly was able to provide furniture rentals and florals. She worked with me along the way to add and subtract different items to achieve the ideal set-up. Valley Flora's work is stunning, cannot say enough.

I highly recommend Valley Flora- Polly and her daughter were able to take my daughter’s descriptions and “Pinterest” concepts and customized the table arrangements, and bridal party flowers into the most stunning centerpieces of the evening’s activities. With floral arrangements, you may not know that you are actually getting to the day of! When my daughter caught sight of her bouquet, it was evident that Polly had nailed it and provided her with the perfect accompaniment to her dress, something that expressed her personal style and style of the day! Polly from Valley Flora is so incredibly talented. Flowers were very important to me and I could not be happier with the results. From day one Polly completely understood my vision. I was going for lush, unstructured, with jewel tones and wanted flowers to be the main source of color at my wedding since my bridesmaids were also in ivory. Everything was perfect. Polly and I met twice throughout the course of planning and talked on the phone another 2 times. The entire process was seamless. On the day of my wedding Polly walked in holding the most amazing bouquet and wanted to be sure that it was oversized enough for me before wrapping . That moment was just the start of many more exciting moments to follow as I walked through the event site and saw all of the amazing florals. I highly recommend Polly and her team at Valley Flora!

I hire Valley Flora ( Polly is the owner) for my daughter's wedding at Calistoga Ranch, CA this past Saturday, May 23, 2015. I looked a several florists but from day one I thought Polly was the best for the job. This was a destination wedding in Napa Valley, CA as we live in Philadelphia, PA. Polly, my daughter and I met many times via phone to go over details. We flew to Napa to meet her personally as well. Polly understood my daughter's vision and the overall look and feel we wanted for the wedding. Polly created a beautiful arch of flowers for the ceremony and another arch for the dinner which was outside. She also did a gorgeous bouquet for my daughter and all the bouquets and flowers for the wedding party, aunts, etc. Everything was just perfect. We had 2 large kings tables for 84 guests and she did beautiful center pieces. She had petals for the ceremony on the ground, flowers for the Cave and floating candles with flowers, beautiful arrangements etc. I can't say enough for the flowers and services Polly provided. They were absolutely beautiful. I am so grateful for finding Polly. If you need the services of a 5 star florist for your wedding, look no further. You should hire Polly. When comparing prices Polly was the best value for what I needed. Thank you Polly for making my daughter's wedding such a success with all the beautiful flower you did for us!!!!!

Polly and her staff @ Valley Flora are absolutely fabulous!! The bouquets, centerpieces, ceremonial pieces, candles and arrangements for my wedding were magnificent!!! They exceeded every expectation I had and every design I had submitted for inspiration!!!! The flowers and décor added so much value and warmth to my wedding and I am so appreciative. I cannot say enough good things about Valley Flora services. I would give 6 stars ...if I could!!

Beautiful flowers. I am not a big flower person. Pauly knew the venues well and knew where I would need something and where I wouldn't . She just took care of it and they were amazing!

The flowers at our New Year's Eve wedding were possibly one of the most beautiful elements of the event - and that's saying a lot, because it was a gorgeous wedding if I do say so myself! Polly at Valley Flora read my mind. I don't know anything about flowers and had trouble articulating my vision but somehow Polly got it exactly right! The bouquets, the candelabras, it was all just so beautiful. She was also very good about making it all work within our budget and accommodating changes as we thought of them. I can't say enough good things about the end result - honestly the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen! Thank you Polly!!

Polly at Valley Flora provided all our flowers for our 7/11/13 Napa Valley wedding, including the flowers decorating our wedding cake.

We were able to meet with Polly before our wedding and talk about our vision for our wedding flowers. She was a great listener, took extensive notes, and our flowers turned out absolutely beautiful, breathtaking really.

I am so glad that we chose Polly at Valley Flora for our wedding flowers. Her work is stunning.

Polly,
I wanted to write to you and just tell you....how amazing the flowers were. I don't know a lot about flowers but I know you did an absolutely incredible job designing each of the flower arrangements. the bouquets were exactly what I pictured...loved the colors, the look...the bridesmaids all loved them and couldn't believe how big they were :) My arrangement was perfect...exactly what I wanted...the feathers, lace, pearls....so amazing. Garet also loved the boutonniere's which was what he pictured...

I got so many comments on the table arrangements also...my matron of honor who is a wedding planner says they were the prettiest ones she's seen...

all in all...i just want to thank you for making my wedding so beautiful...it was just perfect...I wouldn't have changed a thing (and it feels so good to say that).

My husband and I live in Southern California but held our wedding in Napa Valley. I was very nervous about working long distance with all of our vendors because I am a bit of a control freak / perfectionist. So a friend of ours that lives in Napa recommended Valley Flora and assured us we would not be disappointed. During a trip up to Napa to meet with other vendors prior to the wedding, we set up a quick meeting with Valley Flora. There we met with Polly to discuss the look and feel we wanted to achieve for our wedding. Within just a few moments Polly was spot on with every detail and we knew Valley Flora was the right pick for us. Since we live in Southern CA, the rest of the correspondence with Polly was via e-mail. Every question, concern, or change we needed to make was handled immediately. I could not have asked for anything more. Then came the wedding day...the moment I walked into our venue my breath was literally taken away. I could never have imagined how beautiful everything was. There were so many amazing details in the bouquets, the boutonnieres, and the flowers added to the arch we were married under. Everything was so whimsical and perfect. It was a blessing to have Polly and her team provided the floral service for our wedding day. It was a day we will never forget, and Valley Flora provided unforgettable service.

Polly and her team at Valley Flora are creative geniuses! They did all the flowers at my wedding this past July at an estate in Napa, CA. Their work is sheer perfection and everything was executed exquisitely! They created the most modern and unique arrangements for me just as I had asked. All arrangements were in different vases and table displays and they included cherries, blackberries, artichokes and other natural elements to make the arrangements pop and really be a main attraction at the wedding. They also did the most colorful and unique bouquets for me and the bridesmaids, corsages for the moms and grandmas and boutonnières for all the groomsmen and fathers. Each boutonnière was different and special just as I had asked. They tied in our wedding colors beautifully using all my favorite flowers and natural elements. Exactly what I wanted and even better than I could have imagined. They also created the most amazing ceremony arrangements that hung above our head at the altar and sat in urns in the aisles. In addition, they provided cake flowers and adorned other displays around our reception, including utilizing vintage bird cages I purchased and provided to them ahead of time to decorate. Polly was also so easy to work with and really tailored our budget to meet our needs/wants. She responded to all my emails right away, had no problem combing through a TON of inspirational photos I sent her and was always willing to tweak our proposal as we got closer to our wedding and wanted to tailor it to include new requests/ changes. Lastly, Valley Flora's proposal was very competitive, if not the most reasonable, to others in the area and I must say you get exceptional work and service for what you pay for. They came highly recommended by my venue and all vendors I worked with knew who they were and only had wonderful things to say about them. I think Valley Flora is a definite vendor to hire for your wedding!

If you live in or around Napa or are having your wedding in the valley ... I don't know how you could NOT use Valley Flora. They go above and beyond what any other florist has done that I have known of and everything was perfect and absolutely beautiful... Wouldn't recommend any other florist over Valley Flora! Valley Flora did an AMAZING job with the flowers at both my rehearsal dinner and my wedding! I changed my mind about the flowers a few weeks before the wedding but Polly from Valley Flora executed my vision exactly and added/suggested other things that made it even better! She is is responsive to changes and only wanted to make me happy on my wedding day! The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and EXACTLY what I wanted. THANK YOU, Polly! You are truly great at what you do!

In addition, there was an unforecasted downpour the day of my outdoor wedding and everything had to be moved inside an hour before my wedding! The people from Valley Flora stuck around on the day of my wedding because they thought the weather might be a problem and helped re-make the feel of my wedding completely! They went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty and I will forever be grateful to them!

Polly and her team at Valley Flora provided the most beautiful florals for our wedding at Silverado in early October. In terms of guidance, I had provided one photo of a flower arrangement that I'd seen in a catalog, said that I wanted the dominant color to be a dark red, and noted that I wanted romantic, fall-toned foliage to complement the red in the bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony arch, cake flowers, etc. I trusted Polly to create the look I'd described, and in the end, everything turned out exactly as I'd hoped it would. I truly had my dream wedding, and Valley Flora played a major role. I'd highly recommend them to any bride or groom in search of a floral designer for their big day!

Polly and her team did an amazing job!! Any bride who is debating about their budget on flowers should know that they truly create the mood for a wedding. I didn't have much to spend, but every penny that went towards my floral budget was well worth it. It was not the dress, nor the veil, but my bouquet that truly made me feel like a bride that day.

Planning a detination wedding I had to rely on recommendations, reviews, and website portfolios. Polly's work was incredible- modern, sophisticated and attention to detail. In order to express my vision for the day, I created a small floral portfolio of images I loved (we all have them) and mailed it to her. She was so wonderful at accepting my ideas and creating everything I wanted. Along with that, she used her artistic flair and put her stamp on everything.

We've all been to weddings where no one remembers the flowers/centerpieces/bouquets, etc. BUT, U can honestly say that everyone at my wedding commented on how beautiful all the decor was. Polly creates the atmosphere and the mood that makes everyone gasp at the moment they see it and walk away with a smile from the memory of the overall day/night. We highly recommend Valley Flora!!!

I planned my wedding in Napa from New York so there was little consultation. Polly sent me a quote of what flowers she would use based on what I told her I liked and that was it. Full trust, as she's the professional! Rave reviews on the flowers. My bouquet was PERFECT!

Valley Flora did an AMAZING job on our wedding flowers and even offered to help with the decor (tying ribbons on ceremony chairs, ordering table linens, placing fresh lavenders on top each menu tied with a knot, and arranging beautiful lush petals around the cake stand making it look picturesque) - they MADE OUR WEDDING DAY!!! Valley Flora was wonderful to work with and I trusted Polly right away! From LA I was planning a destination wedding in Sonoma Wine Country and only met with Polly once in Napa Valley to discuss ideas and show pictures BUT she took it from there with professionalism! Polly listened, understood concepts and design, responded effectively via email, and applied a very reasonable price quote for such a remarkable result! Valley Flora can execute! I ended up loving their flowers the most above all else in the wedding planning business because Valley Flora's work is absolutely gorgeous they go beyond what's envisioned and make you truly happy on the big day! Everyone was gasping over how artistically crafted each centerpiece design was --very organic with lovely fruits in beautiful glass/milk vases!! I adore VALLEY FLORA Flowers and Decor!

Polly did an amazing job. People are still talking about how beautiful the flowers were and how great the wedding looked from the ceremony to the tables to the room in general.

She is really creative and does such nice work.

Going into the wedding planning process, I didn't know what I wanted. Polly was so easy to work with and helped guide me in the right direction.

At the last minute, we had some trouble with the venue. Polly stepped in and came up with a solution and just made it work.

The Valley Flora website does not do them justice. I highly recommend making an appointment to stop by the office and look at pictures. They have a LOT to offer and are so creative. The prices are also very reasonable for all that we got!

Polly did an amazing job creating the most intimate, romantic, sexy, swanky environment for our winter wedding in the V Sattui barrel room. Although it took me a little bit of time to properly verbalize the look and feel I was going for (old hollywood elegance) Polly really nailed it. She always got right back to me every time I had a change or needed to add something. At my dinner, even one of the husbands said (a manly man type) "I am not a flower guy but what your person did with these arrangements is spectacular". Polly's work was so critical for setting the tone we wanted to achieve. You should not think twice about hiring her. Valley Flora is AMAZING! Polly is such a dream to work with and was so patient with my ever changing vision for the flowers. She had amazing suggestions throughout the process and the end product really was a fusion of the inspiration I had given her and all the crazy ideas that I couldn't fully articulate. I wanted wild, lush and romantic, she gave me that and MORE. I didn't have any idea I could fall so in love with flowers but when I saw my bouquet for the first time I about died! I couldn't stop myself from actually jumping up and down with excitement, it was THAT perfect. I didn't let it out of my sight for the rest of the night and even now it is drying at my parent's house. In addition to being so kind and talented the prices they offer are the best in the Napa Valley. They were so reasonable, I was completely blown away and consider myself LUCKY to have found them.

I worked with Polly from the beginning, only meeting with her once for our consultation bringing with me a few ideas and some pictures. I had really no idea what exactly I wanted, but found a few pictures of floral arrangements, bouquets, etc. that I had liked and basically said, can you replicate something like this?! Polly was able to put together a full bid within my budget that included the whole ceremony and reception along with everyone that needed flowers. Months went by and I updated Polly with a few more ideas and pictures through email, but was so overwhelmed with every other aspect of my wedding that I really didn't put much effort or attention into the flowers. So, needless to say, I didn't really have an idea of what it would all look like together in my head and hoped for the best. Well, all I can say is, when I entered the reception tent, when I say my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets and all the candles and vases used, it truly took my breath away. It was the most gorgeous set up and it was MORE than I could have ever imagined. Everyone was talking about how gorgeous the flowers were and how they set everything up along the tables, etc. She really had utilized my pictures and replicated everything even more beautiful than the pictures I had given her. It was well worth the price and I would highly recommend Polly and her team at Valley Flora for any wedding...simple or extravagant. They seem to be able to do it all! Thank you Polly. You made my dream wedding come true.

Valley Flora made my wedding unique, beautiful and perfect. They listened to exactly what I wanted and had wonderful ideas that made my wedding spectacular! I, as well as my guests, family and other vendors were totally blown away by the flowers at our wedding! I worked one-on-one with Carla Pronzini and together we came up with ideas and looks that were out of the ordinary, yet stunning - like lots of unusual orchids, dark colored Callas and Dahlias, chocolate cosmos, pitcher plants, succulents, persimmons, leaves, potted herbs etc. I did not want run of the mill roses and tulips at my wedding, and honestly Valley Flora exceeded my expectations in every way with the arrangements they put together and the flowers they utilized. The little special touches they provided were the icing on the cake - unique linens that had just the right amount of sheen to them, extra flowers for the cake itself, beautiful flower petals for the aisle and a professionalism and punctuality unsurpassed!! I am forever grateful for their attention to detail and the care that they put into the most special day of my life. Thank you Valley Flora!!!

Polly and Carla were wonderful to work with. They worked with us on specifics we knew we wanted (colors, candy table, lighting, etc.) and then improvised beautifully with other details that we needed help with (wedding flowers, reception flowers and decor and twinkle lighting). They were extremely professional and so easy to work with. The flowers and the decor that Valley Flora did for our reception were something that guests still talk about.

Polly did our flowers for our July 2018 wedding. While our venue had much natural beauty and many existing florals, we wanted to enhance it even more with lots of summery colors and natural greenery. Upon meeting Polly (and her corgi!) in her shop - I knew that she would be more than capable for the job.

I had a very particular vision for my florals, but was unable to put it into exact words. I sent her a handful of inspiration photos and she took care of the rest. Flowers are one of those things that you'll never know how they'll turn out until day of, which leaves a detail-oriented bride like me with a lot of anxiety! Day of, I was informed that the bouquets had arrived, held my breath, and was blown away when I set my eyes on them. Not only had Polly flawlessly executed on my poorly-articulated vision, but even managed to introduce me to my new favorite flower in the process!

As mentioned - flowers are one of those things that are so critical to the look of a wedding, but that you often have to leave to fate. With Polly, I guarantee your visions will come to life.

We used Valley Flora for our wedding and the flowers were beautiful! Polly helped me with a vision and really took everything into her own hands. I knew my colors and certain flowers that I loved and she took it from there. We got so many compliments on the flowers, everything was perfect!!

Valley Flora did an excellent job on the flower arrangements for my wedding. I met with them twice before and communicated via email many times, and Polly and her crew executed my requests exactly as I had imagined. They were very willing to work with my ideas and chimed in with thoughts of their own. The end result was amazing and I got compliments from all the guests in attendance. My aunt actually gasped when she walked in the wine cave at all of the flowers scattered about. Thanks again, Valley Flora!

5 stars for the flowers. 3 stars for the "candles." Polly at Valley Flora prepared beautiful arrangements for my wedding at Beaulieu Garden in Rutherford. I chose Polly because of her previous work at other weddings, competitive pricing, and responsiveness. She delivered on all fronts. Because I live in New York City, I did not meet Polly or talk with her about specifics of the flowers before the wedding. I exchanged emails about the general look I was going for, and what kinds of arrangements I needed (bouquets, ceremony flowers, dinner arrangements, etc), and she sent me some photos of example arrangements. And that was all it took for Polly to implement my vision. The flowers were beautiful and Polly and her team were great to work with.

All that being said, I was very disappointed that instead of using real candles around the pool as we discussed, Polly put small battery operated candles in large hurricanes around the pool. Rather than looking romantic, it looked cheap and tacky (now memorialized in pictures). When I inquired about this after the wedding, Polly kindly reimbursed the cost of the candles and said she used them because she was worried about forest fires. I find this odd since this the venue manager didn't indicate any concern with this, and the candles were placed next to a pool, on brick. But fine. I was mostly surprised that she used these fake candles rather than asking me first and letting me decide. (I would have opted for no candles or simply asked the venue to supply them). Her unilateral decision to change the candles was especially odd since I specifically followed up with her two weeks before the wedding to confirm she would include the candles around the pool (candles were strongly recommended by the venue manager). Overall, I wouldn't recommend Valley Flora because this experience indicated odd judgment and poor communication. I'm sorry to say that but that's where I land. Again, the flowers were beautiful.

I loved the fresh flower arrangements that Valley Flora did for my wedding 9/21/08. They listened to my suggestions and flowers were better than expected! The quality was wonderful! My bouquet lasted my entire honeymoon!

Polly at Valley Flora was very nice and accommodating with my budget. The bouquets she put together for my bridesmaids and myself were beautiful. I was underwhelmed with the ceremony arch she put together... it cost about $950 (one third of my total budget) and was very basic. It was upsetting walking down the aisle and seeing it for the first time.

The flower arrangements at our wedding were breath taking. I could not have been happier with how everything came out.

But I coud have been happier with how we got there. I was going to buy colored candles for our centerpieces months in advance, but was told that they could get them for me easily and at no extra cost. So I figured why not let me do the leg work. Well there was a good reason why not. I got a blunt no apologies email 9 days before my destination wedding that the color was wrong and did I want white or ivory. The centerpieces were designed around the colored candles so I then had to hunt them down myself and pay an extra $40 shipping to get them there. This was the absolute worst, most stressful part of my wedding planning process.

As I said at first, everything was beautiful that day, but just don't trust them to take care of unique details because you may end up panicked like me days before you wedding!
