The best venue !

Valley Country Club is a truly special place and we were so lucky to have our wedding there on 5/17/25. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious but what makes it so special is the people. Lauren and Steve both made sure our wedding was absolutely perfect and we worried about nothing. They were so attentive and responsive for the months leading up to the wedding as well, putting all our pre wedding anxieties at ease. I cannot stress enough that the staff at Valley Country Club are truly spectacular. Our bartenders, Alyssa and Janaiya were the absolute best and helped make our wedding so fun. The waitresses and waiters were also top notch and so attentive. Our guests have not stopped ranting and raving since our wedding night about this venue and the staff. Our wedding night was the best night of our lives and that was largely in part to the staff at Valley Country Club.

Valley Country Club is simply the best

Best Venue!

I will hands down recommend Valley Country Club to everyone I know! The quality of service for the price was unmatched. The entire staff was incredibly kind and became a part of the family throughout the entire process from planning, to rehearsal, to the wedding day. The food to this day is still being raved about from our guests. We were initially hesitant to do a buffet style but oh my did Valley deliver! Everything was phenomenal and well exceeded our expectations. Steve and Vanessa were so easy to work with and made all our ridiculous dreams come true for our wedding day. That being said if you are looking for a cost effective venue with million dollar service and care I would highly recommend Valley.

Absolute 10/10

There are honestly no words to describe how amazing our wedding day was thanks to the staff at Valley Country Club. Steve and Vanessa are an absolute dream team and a pleasure to work with. They both kept it cool, calm and collected while listening to our crazy ideas and helped us turn them into a reality. Steve was the ultimate mood booster during the sometimes stressful wedding planning! His sense of humor and laid-back attitude made every meeting feel like a breeze. Even when we were knee-deep in seating arrangements or color palettes, Steve's jokes and positivity kept us smiling.
And Vanessa? Talk about going above and beyond! Not only was she super organized and helpful during regular business hours, but she also went the extra mile by giving me her personal phone number. I mean, who does that?! She was there to answer my silly questions at 11 pm on a weeknight, proving that she's not just a wedding coordinator, but also a true friend who's always there when you need her. We had our rehearsal dinner at the club as well and that is when we met Alyssa! She is honestly the most attentive person I have ever met. She made sure our drinks were topped up, our stomachs were happy with all the delicious food we picked out, and our happiness levels were off the charts throughout both nights of our celebration. She was like our personal happiness concierge, ensuring that every moment was filled with joy, laughter, and plenty of good vibes. You are a legend, Alyssa!! This trio went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best day ever. They weren't just professionals; they were like family, and we couldn't have pulled off our dream wedding without them. Huge shoutout to Steve, Vanessa, and Alyssa for being the real MVPs of our wedding!

Seamless and professional

Being that we had a same sex marriage we were pleasantly surprised on how welcoming the VCC and their staff are !! Have to say that from start to finish and even now Vanessa has been so accommodating and supportive with any/all needs/wants we had . Vanessa even apron upped as she had a sever call in that night !! Can’t say enough about how enjoyable our special night was and what a wonderful time all our guests had !! Food was excellent and we were even able to have our fur babies walk us in which was a make or break deal . Thank you to Vanessa and the rest of VCC for helping us have the best time ever !! Excellent choice for a wedding venue

Valley was the perfect choice for our wedding reception, offering a reasonable price compared to other venues in the area that were well outside our budget. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the planning process and was more than happy to provide answers to questions in a timely manner. The last-minute details were smooth and easy, and day-of Vanessa was incredible. Everything we needed was taken care of, including wrangling our less-than-stellar photographer. A beautiful venue at a very reasonable price, and the food is delicious!

Amazing from beginning to end

Valley Country Club gave my wife and I an exceptional wedding and coordinated it perfectly down to the last detail. Their beautiful events room seated 130 guests of ours easily. The food was delicious, the room was immaculately decorated, and they were communicative at every step of the way.

Wonderful experience

We recently had our wedding at Valley in October. Vanessa and Steve helped with planning and organization every step of the way. The day of the wedding was cold and windy, I had my heart set on an outdoor ceremony. Vanessa pulled it off! Brought me a warm shawl to wear between the photos. There was not one moment during the planning of our wedding day that we had to worry. Truly a dream come true!

Amazing experience!

My husband and I had our wedding at Valley Country Club this past Saturday. We worked with Vanessa and she was nothing short of amazing!! She was always available and patiently answered our never ending list of questions. We had choreographed our first dance and she worked with us anytime we wanted to use the dance floor to practice. The day of our wedding, Vanessa made sure every little detail was taken care of. It poured the day of the wedding and she made sure the transition to an indoor ceremony and cocktail hour went smoothly. We decided not to have a rehearsal dinner and Vanessa made sure our wedding party was ready and informed during the ceremony. She also made sure timing of appetizers, dinner and dessert was seamless, not rushed, but not dragged out. She was so fabulous and deserves all the praise in the world for making sure our ceremony and reception went perfectly. It was such an amazing night that we talked for hours about our experience at Valley Country Club. Vanessa made such a wonderful impression!! You can’t go wrong working with Vanessa at VCC!!

Fantastic Wedding at Valley Country Club

We truly could not have had a better experience with Valley Country Club! All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our day went by smoothly. Vanessa especially did an amazing job coordinating everything day-of and sticking to our timeline, and she went out of her way making sure we (the bride and groom) were well taken care of. The ballroom at Valley is a beautiful space that we were able to customize to get the exact look we were going for, the outdoor areas provided gorgeous backdrops for our photos, and the food was amazing (we got so many compliments). I was a very anxious bride (because I'm just an anxious person lol) and I truly had nothing to worry about because of how great everything was at Valley. I would recommend them for any RI couple!

Best venue and amazing food!

Valley was our first choice out of countless tours. Not only could they accommodate our large family but they were affordable! Most wedding places we looked at charged large fees just go walk through the door. During a pandemic and budget Valley kept their rental fees the same and their food was amazing! The staff there were unbelievable and amazingly polite. Thank you all for making our special day.

Amazing experience!

Our wedding was perfect because of Melodi and Vanessa at the venue. They know what they're doing and they're on top of every detail. Melodi was always quick to respond with answers to my questions and Vanessa had the ballroom set up beautifully with the decor I provided. It was better than I imagined. Vanessa also made sure to check in with us and made sure our every need was met.

Incredible Venue, Flawless Day!!!

Valley Country Club was the first wedding venue that we toured. After meeting with the event manager Melodi, my now husband and I immediately felt at ease with the down-to-earth (yet very professional) nature of the staff. We had an instinctual feeling to book our wedding right away, which is what we did, and we were not disappointed! Our go-to's, Melodi and Vanessa, made planning our wedding day a breeze with a clear and easy process for making event decisions, and the day-of execution was completely seamless. The staff went out of their way to get us a specially requested craft beer, decorated the venue with our decorations as requested, brought apps and drinks out to the wedding party during pictures, helped to bustle my dress, ensured our guests and wedding party were in the right places at the right times, and so much more. This is a team that will take care of you, and help keep stress at a minimum. We can't recommend Valley Country Club enough!

Beautiful affordable wedding!

I had my wedding 9.2.22. Melodi & vanessa were so amazing to work with and made my day so smooth. Any questions i had they answered with a smile. The Sweet Spot

Valley Country Club was the most perfect venue for our wedding reception! It truly is the sweet spot and is the greatest bang for your buck!!! The ballroom was spacious, gorgeous, and our guests have not stopped raving about the cocktail hour on the deck with amazing apps and passed drinks! Melodi, Vanessa, and Steve were all fantastic to work with as well. They all made sure the day ran smoothly and treated us like royalty! There really is a family feel at Valley. We couldn't have been happier with where we chose to have our reception. Definitely recommended for couples getting married in Rhode Island!

Everything you want for a great price

This was a great experience. The general manager Melodi made everything seem easy. All the employees from Vanessa who made sure the whole day ran smoothly and the bartenders and servers made the day that much better. The food was delicious and everyone had a great time. Perfect Venue

We had such a phenomenal experience with Valley Country Club for our December wedding - they went above and beyond to ensure our day went flawlessly, without having to worry about the reception going as scheduled. From the very beginning, Steve and Melodi ensured us that everything would work out. Their personalities were so vibrant, we were sure we picked the right venue.
I worked hard to type up itineraries so everyone was prepared, Vanessa took this and created my dream wedding. She put together my centerpieces, when I was fully prepared to take the time in doing it myself and told me to relax, she had everything covered (which she definitely did). As a bride, things like this mean a lot when there is so much you already have to worry about.
The food was fantastic. We did stations and everything was cooked to perfection. The pasta station was a hit, people loved getting to put whatever they wanted in their dish and having it cooked right in front of them. The ice cream sundae bar later in the evening was also a great addition. We have guests still commenting on the exceptional service from every single member of the staff, from bar tenders to servers, everyone was kind to our guests. My only suggestion... make the event time longer! I didn't want it to end! Thank you VCC, you made our wedding so incredibly special.

Amazing experience

My husband and I cannot say enough threat things about our experience with Valley Country Club. They were the first and only venue we looked at, and as soon as we did we knew it was the one! Working with Mel was an absolute pleasure, she was always responsive and patient and helped ease all of my bride anxieties! The best venue

If you're looking for a wedding venue, you will not regret choosing Valley Country Club. Their staff is top notch and surely helped to make our wedding as memorable and as perfect as it could have been. Their staff took care of EVERYTHING, making us not have to worry about anything that day/night. They helped to make our wedding day all that I could have imagined. Melodi and Vanessa are the best and were there for my husband and I every step of the way. They thought of the little things that are so easy to miss when you are trying to plan and organize everything else. Melodi was attentive to my calls/emails helping to answer any questions I had and to keep me calm and excited during the planning process. Vanessa, as the bridal assistant, helped to make my wedding day stress free.
Valley Country Club itself is absolutely beautiful. We had our ceremony outside with stunning landscapes and views, and the reception inside which was elegant and spacious, fitting our 190 guests comfortably. Both were exceptional and our family and friends had nothing but kind words and compliments to say about the venue and staff.

Fantastic!

My son was married at Valley Country Club on October 3rd. From our first visit to the venue, we were treated with respect and care. Steve answered every question we had and offered suggestions and advice which were most helpful. When we had to delay the original event date due to Covid, he worked closely with us to come to a new date. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. On the day of the wedding, the outdoor ceremony area as prepared such that it was truly lovely. The reception room was stunning! It was exactly as we had asked for it to be. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. Our guests repeatedly complimented everything about the venue. Vanessa managed the day for us and was an absolute rock star! She was calm, composed, warm and 100% intent on ensuring that this very important day was perfect. My son and his bride were extremely happy with all the VCC team did to ensure this was a day they would remember for its perfection. Our sincere thanks to Steve, Vanessa and all the other individuals who went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. We recommend VCC highly and without reservation.

Amazing!!!!

Everything about Valley Country Club exceeded our expectations! My husband and I were just married there 9/26/21. Melodi, the event manager was so easy to work with and was very responsive and more with any questions or concerns that I had. She helped us throughout the whole planning process and was a joy to work with. And Vanessa the bridal host was an absolute dream. She executed our day exactly how we wanted. Everything about it was beautiful! She was so attentive to all our needs and even went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Even the staff on the day of the wedding were so friendly and polite. They were excellent in making sure we had drinks and food and even helped me when I had a belt malfunction on my dress to helping find pins to assist me in pinning it back on. I would recommend Valley Country Club over and over again. All of our guest complimented the venue and the food!!!! Omg the food was amazing. I cannot thank Melodi, Vanessa, or the staff enough for making our day so perfect from the perfect views, to the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception it was an amazing experience and who knows I may be booking an event again just to be able to work with this amazing staff.

Steve was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding this past May. Every question was met with respect & a quick reply. The ceremony was outside on the T box & it was stunning. Great venue!

Great view in the back 😍 and access to the deck was a plus 👍 Great food and service! Delicious scallops wrapped in bacon 😋😋 We starting our planning with Steve back in 2019 and then Covid hit. Finally did it 9/12/21. Vanessa was our coordinator and she’s really a pleasure and very accommodating as well as all the staff. All in all it was a wonderful night and we got to take ALL the leftovers!!

From start to finish Steve was by our side!
Through two reschedules and a pandemic he caught me at my worst and was so supportive through it.
The day of Steve, Melody, And the rest of the Valley staff were amazing! Food was fantastic as always. The room was gorgeous.

Getting married during times of covid is fraught with changing dates, capacity, and safety protocol. Valley Country Club stepped up to the challenge they were accommodating and flexible to make changes needed to create a memorable and amazing evening. Valley's coordinator Melodi made sure all the details were perfect, She is organized and gave excellent insight into creating the perfect night. Pricing was always upfront and reviewed. She exudes enthusiasm and truly cares. The day the wedding the waitstaff was professional and took all precautions necessary. They ensured my guests had an amazing evening. Jodie our day of coordinator tirelessly took care of all the small last minute details, and made sure we were taken care of and had our perfect day. We highly recommend Valley Country Club.

Fantastic!!

They did an amazing job with our reception! Food was great and who doesn’t love an ice cream sundae bar! We had to cut down the numbers significantly due to Covid restrictions but we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening! Melodi was so great to work with! She was fast to respond to emails and worked out all the details to make sure our day was perfect! Jodi checked in with us all night to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped with photos, and packed everything up for us at the end of the night! Melodi and her team made things so much easier for us!

Loved VCC!!!

We could not be more thrilled about how our wedding went at Valley Country Club!! Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with! Even during Covid we ended up having an indoor/outdoor wedding that turned out beautiful and perfect! The decor, the deck, the lighting, the food!!! Was amazingly delicious. People are still complementing the appetizers and late night snacks a week later! My husband and I now consider Steve a good friend of ours. Our wedding might have been a little different that we expected—but it went off without a hitch with the help of Steve and Melodi as well! They catered to us all night long! The BEST Venue!

Steve at VCC was amazing to work with! He answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner and did everything possible to ensure we had the perfect day. Best Venue Ever!

We are so happy that we went with Valley Country Club for our wedding reception. Melodi was the best wedding coordinator we could ever ask for. She was so responsive and knowledgeable about everything. From planning every little detail in our event to recommending vendors, she was amazing. The ballroom was beautiful and looked better than other places that were more expensive. The food and service were outstanding. All of our guests had a wonderful time. Amazing venue !!

Our wedding at valley country club was out of the world! Steve and his team met every one of our expectations and made all our dreams come true and was so understanding of the families culture and my crazy ideas. We truly picked the best venue ever and we are so greatful for Steve and everyone who made our day so unforgettable and we cannot thank you enough !

Perfect wedding experience

My husband and I recently had our ceremony and reception at the Valley CC. All the staff at the Valley are exceptional. Steve made the entire wedding planning process enjoyable and never stressful! He was always prompt with a response when I had a question, I never waited longer than a day for a response. The bridal host went above and beyond from the minute we walked into the door to the moment we sat in our vehicles at the end of the night. If you are looking for a venue that will make you feel like your wedding is the only wedding of the year then the Valley is the place for you!!

Perfect Venue - Best Service

We just had our wedding at Valley Country Club last weekend, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. The grounds were immaculate and the pictures we took all came out beautifully. The food was also amazing, everyone loved it and we’re still getting compliments about it a week later. I highly recommend their antipasto table as an appetizer for your event. The grilled pizza was also wonderful. However, the absolute best thing about Valley is their service. Steve made the whole process so enjoyable, from when we gave them the deposit, to the actual day. He even took the time to write me an email after the rehearsal dinner (where I was visibly stressed...NOT anything to do with Valley) reminding me that everything was ok and to relax and enjoy every moment. It was so sweet. And I can’t say it enough, JODI! Jodi was our go-to person for the whole day. She was so perfect and such a great help! Anything we needed, she took care of it; drinks, going back and forth to the bridal suite for us, holding your lipstick, anything. I also received compliments from my guests on how great the service was. I would very highly recommend Valley Country Club to anyone wishing to get married in Rhode Island. It was an awesome experience and I can’t even think of a single thing that they could have done better.

HIGHLY recommended!!

Valley Country Club will exceed your expectations, just like they did for my wife and I! When it came to how we were treated, Melodi, Steve, Jodi, and the entire crew were exceptional from the very beginning! Everything was simply amazing from the conditions of the grounds to the food, to the prompt and courteous staff. We had a rather unique wedding that entailed a number of non-standard activites/requests and the entire staff handled these with aplomb! If you're looking to bring a very specific vision to life, there's no better place around!

The ceremony location (on a tee box outside of the clubhouse) is in the ideal position for the sun if you're having a 5 o'clock wedding... this leads to spectacularly lit pictures with the meandering fairways dropping away in the background. Stunning!

My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to choose Valley Country Club and we hope you take this recommendation to do the same, you won't be disappointed!!

Outstanding

Wow.. just wow.. from the very first day we found this venue my husband and I Knew it was perfect. Melodi and her staff are beyond professional, friendly, and accommodating. Literally everything was amazing. The food, the decorations, and JODY!!! Jody made sure myself, my husband, and our party was taken care of. Whether she was getting us a drink or making sure we were simply okay. I cannot say enough about all the effort they put into making this day special for the newlyweds. I would give 100 stars if I could.

Great experience!

Everything was perfect! Melodi and her team at Valley Country Club were top notch and the wedding went off without an hitch. Our guests raved about the food, especially the antipasto table (two weeks later and we are still hearing about it). The interior up-lighting, large bar and dance floor accommodate our entire wedding with no issues. The up-lighting was set to our wedding colors and really helped set the tone for the evening. Prior to the wedding, Melodi was always available for questions by phone or email. Her input was invaluable. Jody was our server for the evening and she was incredible! Every time we turned around she was waiting with fresh drinks or a tray of food. We can't say enough great things about her! We would recommend Melodi and Valley Country Club to everyone as we had such an amazing experience. Thank you again Valley Country Club, you really helped to make our happily ever after come true!

Steve was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal attendant!

I just had my wedding there on Saturday, October 27, 2018. Steve was so beyond helpful and Meoldi was great too. I had almost 200 guests and it still felt comfortable in the main ballroom. All of my guests had nothing but great things to say about the food! Our entree choices were baked stuffed chicken with spinach and sausage stuffing or backed scrod. Our sides included red bliss mashed potatoes and green beans. No one had anything bad to say about any of the food!! We had a couple guests that were gluten free and a few that were vegan, they made it very accommodating for anyone with dietary restrictions. We originally wanted to have our ceremony outside, but Mother Nature has its own plan, a Nor’easter decided to come piledriving through. We also wanted to have our cocktail hour outside but they gave us a refund for the deck fee and we had a great night despite the rain and winds! We had the venue until 11 and they did not make us pull the plug DIRECTLY at 11 they let us have just a couple more songs. I am so very happy with our choice of venue for our wedding. If I had to do it again it would still be Valley!!

Fantastic Wedding Venue

We were married at Valley Country Club on Friday, October 12, 2018. Everything was absolutely perfect! The outside setting was beautiful for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and the ballroom was the perfect venue for the reception. Melodi and Steve were so helpful through the whole process, and the staff working the event were fantastic! Steve in particular was a big help to my sister, who was very nervous before her Maid of Honor speech. Thank you, Steve! The food was outstanding, and the portions for the plated dinner are much larger than at other weddings I have attended. Everyone RAVED about the food, especially the gourmet popcorn bar and ice cream sundae bar for dessert! Valley has many different options to suit any wedding budget, and lots of add-ons to satisfy your wedding "must-haves". The whole day was absolutely amazing, and we wouldn't change a thing! Thank you, Valley Country Club!

I know it was just another wedding to you but you never once made me/us feel like our day wasn't important. You were always very professional and patient with all of us. Valley Country Club is an amazing venue and its because of all the people that work there. Your staff is the reason for the success behind it all. We would like to personally thank Melodie for assisting us in having what we consider our perfect wedding! We originally wanted to have our vow ceremony outside but with 24 hours to spare Mother Nature predicted rain on our wedding day specifically at the time we intended to marry a decision had to be made and Melodie assured us that although we needed to move indoors she would make it beautiful. She did exactly that!! We didn’t miss being outside the view from the ballroom was beautiful the chairs, aisle, and vow setting was perfect! The staff was on it at all times they took us to picture perfect location and cocktail hour was enjoyed by all while our guests enjoyed a crudités table and cocktails the staff busily transformed our vow ceremony set up to a ballroom dance floor and tables for dinner. The food was exceptional. We chose to do stations vs. buffet traditional set up and I cannot tell you how many people commented that #1 the food was fabulous but they loved the idea of the stations. Afterwards we offered a desert table and that was set by the dance floor so there was no way for our guests to miss it and therefore we had 0 cake left to throw away which in my experience is a common occurrence after a party. I highly recommend VCC as a choice for your event and even add my daughter is now engaged and is considering VCC as her #1 choice of venues to host her own wedding!! Thank you to all the staff at VCC for making our wedding event perfect in every way!!

This is one of those times I wish I was all thumbs, because they would all be up! VCC is an absolutely amazing venue. I will keep this short and sweet so people will be sure to read it all. Melodi and Steve were truly amazing from the first meeting to the last second. Every detail was addressed and calculated precisely to what we wanted. The Ballroom was gorgeous and if it wasn't for my new wife I would say it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! Lauren and Jen...OMG! They were so attentive to our needs and right by our sides the whole time, it was almost as if they were stalking us from a safe distance to make sure we never had to look for them. They brought us drinks/food and catered to us from arrival to helping us at the end of the most beautiful day that we could have hoped for!
We are truly happy with our choice of venue and were amazed at the level of professionalism and detail they gave us.
STAFF=AMAZING
FOOD=DELICIOUS
BALLROOM=GORGEOUS
CEREMONY=BEAUTIFUL......AND SO ON.

I cannot say enough good things about the valley country club. My husband and I got married august 20 2017 and Steve and Melodie went above and beyond. I did tour a few other venues that were overpriced but beautiful but the attitudes made me feel as if I was just another bride. Steve and Melodie made us feel so welcomed and treated this like it was there own wedding. Steve especially bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much for the best day of our lives!!!!!

I recently had my wedding reception at Valley Country Club and it was a night I will never forget. From the beginning until the very end, Melodi Caruso was instrumental in making my wife and I feel comfortable with our venue choice and in making the entire process a breeze. The ballroom is gorgeous, the deck and grounds phenomenal, and above all the FOOD and SERVICE was impeccable. We also chose to utilize the gorgeous above and uplighting package (it makes a huge difference, definitely ask Melodi about it). And our guests are still raving about the food two weeks later. I cannot stress enough: this is not your typical wedding food. This is gourmet cuisine. The service was so personal for the both of us and our guests. Lauren was assigned to us as a bridal host and she tended to our every need all night. It was like having a personal assistant. We didn't have to do a single thing all night but have fun! The bartenders (Julie and Igor) were awesome and kept everyone happy all night. Our guests really enjoyed the service staff as well so we could not have done it without them (their names were Kellie, Pam, Tyler and Jody). There is so much more I could say but I wanted to make sure I singled out the most important parts of our evening. I am so happy we chose Valley Country Club. It may have been a cold and rainy day, but Valley made this the best day of our lives. Thank you Melodi and thank you Valley CC!

My husband and I had our reception at Valley Country Club on 10/9/16. To say the least, WOW! I can't believe how classy it was and how much fun we had! Melodi(club manager) was very helpful and accommodating from the very first meeting. When I called or emailed her with a question she got right back to me and eased my concern. That was crucial for me. There is nothing worse than waiting for a response or an answer to a question. When we got there it was raining and Lauren (the bridal host that day) was outside waiting for me with an umbrella. Everyone was so warm and welcoming inside. They showed me to the bridal suite and it was super cute! Because it was raining, we opted to not take many photos outside(although I've seen what the grounds look like and had it not been raining we would have gotten some amazing pictures outside). We took photographs inside near a fireplace, on the huge stairway and banister, and we did go outside at night under their stone bridge(really cool) and got some gorgeous shots. Throughout the night if I needed anything Lauren was right there(not on top of me that it was annoying, but if I looked up she was right there for even the smallest of details). I never thought we could afford a quality place like this but surprisingly it was very reasonable. The whole time we were there it was like a fairy tale. I feel like every bride says that about her day, but it wasn't just perfect for me, it was perfect for my husband, the bridesmaids and groomsmen, the guests, and the food was some of the best I've ever had. And don't get me started on the ice cream dessert table! My guests said the staff was polite, attentive and neat. I wish I could do it all over again! If I could I would have it at Valley again and I wouldn't change a thing ?? thank you Valley CC!

I don't have enough words to describe how fantastic the experience my husband and I had working with Valley Country Club. Melodi was amazing to work with through the whole planning process, including meeting special requests and accommodating my need for an incredibly large dance floor, despite my 250+ guest count. My vision was brought to life with her help and I couldn't be more grateful. As far as the night of, Steve and Lauren seemed to just appear and help me with whatever I needed. Valley Country Club is a hidden gem in a sea of wedding venues. It is a beautiful space, with amazing food (my guests are still raving about their entrees), and five-star service. We had our reception at Valley Country Club on Nov 19th, 2016 and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our initial tour and meetings with the club manager, Melodi, we knew we had picked the right venue. She is very helpful, gives great advice, and made us feel so comfortable the whole time. And to top it off, they were so amazing the day of the wedding. Steve did not leave our side the whole night and made sure we had everything we needed. My favorite part is when he even brought my water to the dance floor! The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff is so nice. We got so many compliments about the place and it makes us feel so great. Thank you for helping make our day extra special and so memorable!

My husband and I got married at Valley Country Club on September 24, 2016. To say it was absolutely perfect would be an understatement. Before I get into the details, I need to mention that the wedding venue we originally had decided on went out of business six weeks before our wedding. As you can imagine, this was our worst nightmare. I saw on the news that Valley Country Club was willing to help couples the that were affected by this. I immediately looked them up in Facebook and loved what I saw! The grounds were absolutely breathtaking. There is a beautiful view, no matter where you stand. I immediately reached out to Melodi and from our first conversation, she assured me she was going to do everything in her power to help us. If you can imagine, six weeks before your wedding, everything is already planned, so to have a major hiccup like this come up, really three us through a loop. Melodi made sure she offered me everything I originally had planned for at the other venue, including he exact same menu and so much more! I could have never imagined what she was able to do for us especially on such short notice. Each time after we met leading up to the wedding, I felt so comfortable and confident that everything was going to be absolutely perfect. The day of the wedding, Steve was so attentive and made sure my bridal party and I were cool, calm and collected. Each time he came to ask if we needed anything, he brought such a calming manner to the room and let me tell you....that's exactly what every bride needs! All throughout the night, anytime I needed anything, Steve was there with a smile on his face. I could never thank Valley Country Club enough for my beyond AMAZING day!!!! In hindsight, I'm so glad my original venue closed and I was able to have my wedding at VCC. I HIGHLY recommend this venue to every single couple starting on their wedding planning journey. If you want a professional staff who takes your wedding as serious as you do, this is the place!!

My husband and I had the best experience at valley country club. When I had arrived I noticed a few things from other vendors were not exactly what I expected. Stephen turned it aroundand made us feel so comfortable and was right there for anything we needed. We had a great night and our guests still talk about how great the food was and what a great wedding it was. Melodi and Steve are both great to work with and take care of every detail.

Melodi, Steve and their team are amazing. Melodi answered all of my question and we felt very comfortable with her. The room is beautiful as well as the golf course surrounding which was important to us being avid golfers. The food is also amazing and the chef is willing to customize the menu to fit your preferences and needs. Steve was with us most of the wedding day along with his staff. They ran back and forth with drinks and apps during pictures. Steve even overheard me say I couldn't wait to change into my flip flops and he ran up to the bridal suite, got my flip flops, and even took off my shoes for me. THEY ARE AMAZING.

I had my wedding reception at Valley Country Club just about a month ago and we can't thank them enough for everything. Melodi was a pleasure to work with during the entire planning process and she definitely is great at what she does. She did everything we requested and things turned out better than I ever would have expected. During the planning she was always quick to respond to my calls and emails when we had questions and always willing to give advice when requested. Steve was by our side all night to make sure that we and our wedding party were well taken care of. Even the next day when we had to go pick things up he had everything packed up and ready for us. Our guests have been telling us since Saturday that all the food was amazing from the hors d'oeuvres to the main entree. Chef Terry did an amazing job. Also, the service was impeccable and even guests raved about it. When someone requested something, it was brought right to them. We have been told several times by guests that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Thank you Valley Country Club and staff for making our wedding reception a night to remember.

our wedding day at the VCC was one for the ages. from the minute we went to see the place, my wife and i fell in love with its simplicity and the complete overview of its golf course. from the food down to the last bridal detail, the VCC was very open arms in granting us everything we needed to make our wedding day as smoothly as possible. the dining hall was so beautifully decorated and alongside the light fixtures, it made everyone in the room feel right at home with each other and its atmosphere. the food was simply delicious!!! our guests loved the food so much that they split plates for seconds from the guests who weren't able to come... the staff... considering the party they had dealt with the night before, the bartenders, support, and our personal assistant Danny, made sure that all of our guests had the best service from top to bottom. not once did anyone had an issue with their food, their drinks, or even the a/c that had its cold moments. but i must raise my glass for the person that overseen every detail from our first meeting down to when we were leaving from our wedding event: Melody Caruso. she opened all doors to make possible whatever we needed for our big day: our photographer, the food tasting, and our vendors had full access to their needs also thanks to Mel.
being a wedding DJ/vendor myself and knowing firsthand how management of a wedding event can be, my wife and i had top notch service and nothing was comprimised from a business or personal standpoint. the overall price that we paid for our wedding event may have cost a pretty penny, but the VCC made our party 'priceless'.. our wedding day may have started out with gray skies.. but by the time my beautiful bride hit the runway, the sun shined its brightest on the whole wedding event... and the VCC magically made it all happen.

It has amazing food that pleases even the toughest italian families with great portions and piping hot food , aldenti pasta cooked perfectly, antipasto to die for! The staff gives consistent great service and are professional but also so much fun. It was cost effective for a young couple on a budget. I urge anyone to try this venue .I am so happy with my choice and still glow when I think of my day and how beautiful it was because of their hard work and expertise.

Valley Country Club is the best!!! Every one there was fantastic! They were all professional, down to earth and made our day very special! Especially, Melodi Carusso and Danny our bridal consultant who made sure we had everything and anything we could possibly want or need . They put all of our worries at ease. All of our guests are still raving about how excellent the food was, how awesome the staff was, and how beautiful the reception looked! Valley is absolutely reasonably priced and they catered to all of our requests. They truly made our day special and made my vision of my dream day come true!

The Valley country club was amazing. The food, the staff the venue. Danny was right there the whole night making everything was perfect. Our wedding was incredible. Never had we dreamed we could have such a perfect day of our lives. Everything from the landscaping to the weather, to the prime rib was beyond incredible. Melodi made our experience phenomenal. We found out months after reserving our special day that we were having a baby! Within hours Melodi supplied us with a smile and several other options. We imagined being overwhelmed by the choices of everything, but Melodi quickly figured out what met our needs not only financially but in every other way. We were able to have our dream wedding at one of the most beautiful place in Rhode Island. We searched months for that perfect place. How lucky are we! When we arrived at Valley, we were greeted by Melodi, who introduced us to Steve. Steve catered to my wife and I from the moment we stepped off the trolley to the moment we needed help loading up the cars!! It was incredible. It was amazing how fast the night went by, and how smooth it was, thanks to Steve. I didn’t spend ten minutes trying to get a refill on my drink, or wondering where I could put my grandmothers purse, Steve figured everything out so we could relax, and relax we did!!!!! I have heard several horror stories about weddings, and thanks to Melodi and Steve, mine was PERFECT!!! Again, thanks to Melodi and Steve for every single one of our guests still to this day, telling us how we had the most amazing wedding they have ever been to, how incredible the food was, how beautiful the property was, and how well they were catered too. Give Valley Country Club your wedding and you will be amazed. Recommendations: Stuffed mushrooms, calamari bar (I don’t even like calamari and it was incredible) prime rib, chicken marsala, candy bar, ice cream bar (a huge hit) I’m sure everything else is just as good but our guests were beyond impressed and so were we!!! My reception was beautiful my guests are still talking about it a month later saying its the best wedding they have ever been to! The staff was unbelievable! The food was great! I wouldn't change a thing about the whole evening. Thanks so much to Melodi and Danny was a gift from god! From the moment he opened my limo door I knew he was awesome! Our wedding day was perfect. The venue and grounds were splendid. Our staff was amazing. We had nothing go wrong. I eould defintely recommend them to everyone. The food was amazing. We got the optional ice cream bar which was probably the show stopper.

My husband and I celebrated our special day at the Valley Country Club on May 15, 2015. Not only was the venue beautiful but the service and food was spectacular. Everything that we requested was granted by Mel the event planner. Danny took care of all our wants and needs at the reception, he was great and i highly recommend him as anyone's "go to man" at any event. Choosing a wedding venue can be stressful at times but the minute we walked in valley Country Club we knew right away we found our match. Thank you Mel and staff for all your hard work and professionalism in creating a long-lasting memory that we will never forget.

Valley Country Club in Warwick, RI was the venue for our wedding on May 30, 2015. It's a beautifully maintained facility that was absolutely perfect for our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. The event coordinator, Melodi, helped us through the entire process and made the event run as smoothly as we could have hoped. She was professional and accessible during all of the planning and preparation and she helped make the wedding and the rehearsal go off without a hitch. When unexpected issues with our plans arose, she was accommodating to our changes without hesitation. It was clear from the beginning that we were in good hands.
On the day of the wedding, we were catered to by Cheryl and Danny, the head wait staff at Valley CC. They were accessible whenever we needed them and they granted us every request. From the moment we arrived until we drove away that night in our newly decorated car, they were there for us. It's hard to imagine what we would have done without them. Additionally, our guests raved about the rest of the wait staff and the food as well. The food options were fantastic and the preparation left nothing to be desired. The ballroom was decorated beautifully and our guests are still complimenting how inherently beautiful the whole facility was.
We are grateful to everyone at Valley CC for making our wedding so special for us and for coordinating so well with our other vendors. It meant so much to have everything go so well and for us to see our guests so happy. We couldn't have asked for any more than what they delivered and now we have nothing but wonderful memories of one of the best days of our lives. We absolutely intend to recommend Valley Country Club to our family and friends.

Melodi was amazing, she went over every detail to make sure everything went perfectly. She answered all my e-mails quickly. She's friendly and professional, she made my husband and I comfortable at every meeting. Lauren worked with is on our wedding day and she was so sweet, constantly seeing if I had everything I needed, making sure I ate something and got all our stuff together at the end of the evening so we could focus on enjoying our night.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Valley Country Club. From the moment we first walked into the venue, we had an exceptional experience. Melodi was available to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. She was easy to get ahold of and prompt to respond to everything. Melodi helped our event run smoothly all night without any hiccups! We also, cannot say enough about Hannah. She was great all night! She was available when we needed her and catered to all of our needs. Food and staff were excellent! Our guests keep telling us how beautiful the grounds were for our ceremony and how beautiful the reception was. We would highly recommend any other bride an groom looking for a venue to look here! Melodi,Steven and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and curteous. Very trustworthy staff, a guest lost a card and Steven went out of his way to return it to us! Not many people like that out there! The facilities were clean and decorated perfectly. Great picture areas! Food was great! Melodi makes sure it's stress free and goes smoothly! I cannot begin to describe how wonderful it was to have my wedding at the valley country club. The staff was fantastic. I, the bride, felt very taken care of, which was an amazing feeling. All I wanted to do on my big day was enjoy it and The staff definitely made sure that I did.

One of my biggest concerns was having to make sure everything went smoothly, but the entire time the staff Melodi had my back. Not only did everything go as planned, Melodi went over and beyond whenever she could to make my day that much more special. I loved my wedding day thanks to them!!

PS listen to Melodi. She gives great advice and knows what she is doing. I didn't listen to her when I was picking out linen. On the eve of our wedding the linen I chose were wrinkled. Instead of saying "I told you so" ... Melodi grabbed every hand she could to get them fixed before the big day! She is extremely sweet and professional. I could not have asked for a better venue!

I had my ceremony and reception this past weekend at Valley CC. Melodi, Steve and the staff were all simply fantastic. I couldn't believe how amazing the ballroom looked when all decorated. Melodi accomidated my last minute arch for the ceremony which was the final touch. Steve was by our side all night from pre-ceremony pictures and thru out the night. The food was fantastic and the dessert bar was to die for. (I wish I ate more.) They did an awesome job setting up and refilling the candy buffet all night for our guests. Our guests keep telling us how wonderful the venue, fantastic the food was and the best wedding they've been to in a long time. So thank you Valley CC for a memorable wedding for me and my husband.
I highlighly recommend Valley CC. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was just perfect. Melodi and Hannah both did a wonderful job. They answered all of our questions and helped us through the planning process. They made sure the bridal party had food and drinks at the cocktail hour and they kept checking in with us and made sure we didn't need anything throughout the night. Special thanks to Chef Terry as the food was delicious, everybody was very happy with the au d'oeuvres and dinner. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception setting were amazing.
Wouldn't change anything and would definitely recommend to other brides and grooms.

My husband and I could not be any happier that we held our ceremony and reception at Valley Country Club. Leading up to the wedding, Melodi was insightful, helpful, and extremely responsive to any question or whim that came to my mind. The planning process was a breeze with her help. On the day of the wedding, Hannah was an amazing help to everyone and was there whenever I needed anything-- it was like she could predict my needs before me. The menu selections were varied and delicious... I only wish I ate more! The guests loved everything, especially the Antipasto station. We were also lucky enough to have a gorgeous sunny day so our ceremony could be held outside. The view over the golf course was beautiful!!! I wish we could relive the day over and over again! AMAZING!!! My husband and I could not have asked for anything better. Mel was great to work with. She responded to all emails super quick and always answered my questions. The food was absolutely fantastic. The appetizers and cheese and cracker display during cocktail hour were delicious as well as the entrees. Multiple of our guests commented on how amazing the food was. Hannah the bridal coordinator for the night was awesome as well. She kept everything moving and "on time". She made sure we took time to eat and always checking to see if we needed a drink. She showed our photographer the best spots for pictures (our photographer had never been there before). She also made sure to bring cocktails and appetizers out to the bridal party during pictures. All around Valley Country Club was absolutely perfect. It was everything we dreamed of and have no complaints. I would HIGHLY recommend this as a venue. Mel and her team are fabulous to work with and you will not be disappointed!!

Our June 7th wedding at Valley Country Club was amazing! Everything & Everyone was great! Especially Melodi & Hannah! Hannah was by my side the entire night making sure our every request was met. Excellent service. Excellent food. Beautifully decorated.
Would highly recommend this venue!

I had such a great experience working with the staff at Valley Country Club while oraganizing my wedding. Melodi was awesome and very accomodating so that I could make my day my own! The staff was very pleasant and went over and above (even when I made a BIG boo boo with the seating chart) to make sure that my wedding reception ran smoothly. Stephen was the main man during the ceremony and reception and made sure we had everything we needed and kept us on track the whole night. The ballroom is beautiful and the food was delicious! My guests were especially thrilled with the stuffed fillet of sole. I would absolutely recommend this venue to every bride! Thank you Valley Country Club for making my day amazing!! Very pleased Bride!!

Our entire experience with Valley was perfect. Melodi was so helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The night of our wedding she made sure eveything went smoothly from
start to finish. Hannah was always there throughout the night to make sure we were happy and had a drink in our hand! Thank you for making it a perfect day!

Melodi was great! So happy that we chose to have our ceremony and reception here!! Love the backdrop of the golf course during the ceremony. So beautiful there. Melodi was always there when i had questions! Very professional and friendly.

Valley Country Club made our wedding day a dream come true! I highly recommend them to anyone interested in having a one-of-kind, elegant ceremony. The venue is gorgeous with lots of places to take great pictures. We had our ceremony in the Victorian room in front of a beautiful fireplace. The food was outstanding; our guests were thoroughly please with their meal (and the portions were very large). Melodi helped make all of the arrangements and was very easy to work with and professional. All of the wait staff were EXCEPTIONAL, 5 start service all the way. Everything stayed on schedule, meals came right on time. They were so accommodating and genuinely wanted our day to be perfect. I researched venues throughout the area and found Valley Country Club to be an outstanding value. A wonder venue with stellar service all around!!!

Melodi at Valley was wonderful to work with. We had an October wedding and she was very accommodating and put my mind at ease. The day of the wedding - more than a few things went wrong ( with other venders) - but Melodi and her team at Valley did everything to make my day go smoothly. I highly recommend Valley Country Club- we had our ceremony there as well and it was perfect!

We got married Friday Oct 11th and booked exactly a year in advance. It was the 2nd venue we had looked at and I feel in love. The brand new dance floor, chandeliers, view of golf course absolutely beautiful. can't say enough good thinks about VCC and how beautiful my wedding was. They truly helped in making my dream wedding come true!. We had our cocktail hour outside on the deck. We had the Tuscan antipasto, passed apps, and a sushi display(that they outsourced from Haruki). If you live sushi like us I highly suggest. Our entrees were filet w baked stuffed shrimp and chicken Francaise. Our guests are still raving over the food. They all say best food They ever had at a wedding and my husband and I are food snobs and it was incredible Lol! The service was outstanding Melodi is the BOMB! I am a bit micromanager and she handled it all . I emailed her and drove her crazy w questions she answered them ASAP and always w a smile. The staff were unbelievable at our side the entire night. Hannah, Danny, Egor and the bar staff! We had 187 guests and lots of drinkers and they banged out those drinks all night. The ballroom, golf course it all exceeded my expectations. The prices are reasonable and I truly had my dream wedding and couldn't be happier! If you want a top quality this is your place!

Melodi and her staff at Valley Country Club were fantastic! My husband and I had an amazing evening, and I felt very little stress as I knew Melodi had everything under control. The ceremony on the golf course was beautiful, the food was delicious. We had all appetizers and everyone raved about what a great idea it was and how yummy everything tasted! As the bride, I was well taken care of - all the servers made sure I ate enough and was never in need of anything. We had so much fun! We could not have chosen a better place to get married! Highly recommended!

I recently had my wedding at Valley Country Club and it was absolutely amazing! From the very first contact with Melodi at VCC right down to walking out the door after my wedding was over everything was beyond perfect. The staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to make sure everything went as planned. The grounds themselves were absolutely beautiful including the final look of the reception area. The food was just amazing! Just about all of our guest that have talked to us after our wedding gave high compliments on the food. For what you spend at VCC it is highly worth it considering all that you get: Great people to work with that want to make your day as special as can be, amazing food, a great place to have the time of your life. All of it was just perfect!
