Incredible and stress free wedding day all thanks to Valle Vista!

All of our wedding day dreams came true at Valle Vista! We were well informed and put at ease every step of the way. The entire Valle Vista team went above and beyond and delivered OUTSTANDING customer service.

We worked with Elaine who helped us organize the event and brought our vision to life. She was a prompt communicator and used her expertise to help us in our decision making. Just before the big day, we spoke with Carla who gave us a very detailed timeline of the events for the weekend and answered any questions we might have had.
We were so lucky to get Yan as our coordinator! I cannot say enough good things about Yan, seriously! He is a jack of all trades and was one step ahead of us the whole time. Yan knew what we needed before we even knew what we needed and he made our day so smooth and wonderful.

Prior to our wedding, I had read reviews online about Valle Vista’s strict timelines, saying they offer no flexibility. This was simply not the experience I had at all! Even when I was running behind on getting myself ready for first look pictures, I was never made to feel like I needed to hurry. The Valle Vista team did a great job at making me feel comfortable and providing us with a peaceful experience.

The food was incredible and the wait staff was attentive, prompt and friendly. Having the option to use their linens, decor and cake was a convenience I throughly enjoyed and took advantage of. This gave us time to focus on other things. I am forever grateful for the beautiful wedding day and experience that we had at Valle Vista!

Amazing venue and equally amazing staff

Our experience from start to finish at Valle Vista was wonderful. They do a great job of keeping the day moving efficiently in addition to making you feel like you are their top priority. Our initial contact Karli was very communicative and great to work with.

The day of Biancey and Alyssa keep us all on track and were so helpful. The staff are end of the night helped us get all our things together and made what could have been a long clean up process quick and efficient.

The outdoor ceremony was beautiful and one of the reasons we picked Valle Vista. The staff however were the stars of our experience. Thank you so much for everything you did to help make a crazy and stressful day beautiful and memorable.

True princess treatment!

Valle Vista handled EVERYTHING! They made the whole experience stress-free. They really gave me my dream wedding! The staff was great from start to end, food was delicious, and my guest truly enjoyed themselves as well. I can't put into words how amazing everything turned out. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic experience! This place takes pride in getting to know you and your visions and turned it into reality!!

Fairytale Wedding

My husband and I got married here on March 8 and it was the fairytale wedding I had always hoped for. They have a day of coordinator that helps plan everything out. I highly recommend Valle Vista!

Fairytale comes true

I can't stress enough how much I appreciate the staff at Valle Vista Country club Pam stepped in and helped me to make decisions when I wasn't sure. Emily the coordinator was absolutely awesome. My wedding guest told me it was the most beautiful and amazing wedding they had ever been to . My surprise entrance on the carriage diffently Awed my guest. Thanks to everyone at Valle Vista Country club my wedding was diffently a fairytale come true. Emily thank you for not letting me see my reception room during my rehearsal because when I stepped into that room the day of, I started crying it was absolutely what I imagined and more. Whomever decorated that room did an amazing job. I cannot stress enough the gratitude I feel for each and every one of you who helped at Valle Vista to make my fairytale wedding come true.

Excellent Venue

My daughter had such a wonderful wedding at Valle Vista!! It was absolutely gorgeous!! Our time schedule was so helpful! No stress about running behind! Everyone on the Valle Vista team was so helpful and kind during our time there. The food was delicious and the venue was beautiful!! Everyone commented on how pretty everything was in the Veranda and Ballroom. We had a fun time tucked away in our bridal suite. My daughter wanted to feel like a princess and she said it was magical. Everyone loved the golf carts and especially the horse and carriage! They added the perfect touch to her princess day. We appreciate all everyone has done to make this a fantastic event!

Best Day Of My Life

I absolutely cannot BELIEVE how amazing and perfect my wedding went. From the meeting with Chuck to check out the venue it was perfect Gorgeous venue , amazing customer service and super on it! The planning with Pam was a breeze and I was always able to get everything I needed done with her easily. To the event itself! How wonderful my day was because of Esther I will never forget. She really Blew me and my mom away. She was so on it and made sure every single thing was perfectly in place. They had two other weddings going and neither one interrupted or bothered anyone or anything in mine. I don't usually remember customer service but I will never forget Esthers ! She seriously was so nice to everyone and had everything running so smoothly I didn't have to worry about a thing with her. Every single person who went to my wedding said it was absolutely stunning and it was the best one they had been to! We did the horse carriage and the great gatbsy carts and that was show stopping for people! They loved it!!!! Then the Open bar and the buffet were super good and people loved that as well. The bartender was also perfect and everyone thought she did a wonderful job! Thank you Chuck, Esther and everyone else at Valle vista who made my wedding absolutely perfect!

Dream Wedding

Valle Vista was the perfect place for my dream wedding. The atmosphere was everything, the staff starting with Bella, and Stephanie, who got the ball rolling. Sarah kept us sane and turned our vision into reality, and Staci kept things flowing and was short of amazing. All my family and friends loved how you made sure down to the tiniest detail was my way. I thank you guys because, from reading some of the reviews, I was afraid that my day would be a disaster, but it was our dream wedding. Thank you to everyone who made sure our day was one to remember. This is an all-inclusive place that makes your vision and dreams come true.

Everything was amazing from the first visit. Everyone was so helpful. The wedding was perfect and food was delicious!

Sarah took care of us from day 1 and was so helpful and friendly she answered all our questions and made planning a lot less stressful.
The day of Polly was our coordinator and was so great and took wonderful care of all of us made the process so smooth! Our wedding was beautiful and everyone was awesome! Recommend 10/10

Perfect Stage to the Beginning of The Rest of Our Life

I was blown away the moment I saw the ceremony room. I had to have it. They took care of everything and all I had to do was pick stuff out and show up. If I had to start from the beginning I would definitely choose Valle Vista all over again.

Absolutely Amazing!

We visited several venues, all were beautiful, but none gave us the "Ahhh haa" we experienced at VV. From the customer service (Samantha and the entire team) to the details, to the availability to speak to someone and the swift response times on emails were astounding. VV helped my wife and I throughout the process and ensured that our wedding was everything that we envisioned and so much more. The handling of vendors, the food, the day of coordinator (Esther) were more that words could describe and we will be forever thankful. Donna and Diane that handled the décor and the diagrams were remarkable as well and very responsive. Yes, we had options but VV was the best choice, you will not be disappointed! Most importantly you will not crazy planning your wedding with the help of VV. Cheers and all the happiness!

Everything went perfectly

We were so pleased with our wedding experience at VV. As a same sex couple we were a little apprehensive at first but the staff were all amazing and professional. They made us feel right at home from the first visit. Our coordinator was responsive and up front about everything from the beginning. We cant sing enough praises for everyone at VV helping make our day special perfect. The Coordinators to the wait staff they all were excellent. Thank you all at VV for delivering on your promise and making our day perfect.

LOVE them!!

I've always heard such great things about Valle Vista, and I'm so happy to be hiring them for my wedding. They take care of so much for you, and it has already taken a load off my plate knowing I'm in good hands. When you do the tour, you get champagne or mimosas, and a cake tasting for the cake they provide for you! I will always recommend this place to anyone that asks!

We looked at a lot of venues during the wedding planning process, but none of them compared to Valle Vista Country Club. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking and the ornate, outdoor ceremony space is completely covered, meaning there's no need for a back-up plan if it rains. The staff were all incredibly professional and their execution at every stage was literally flawless. Everything is pre-planned and scheduled by them down to the smallest detail well in advance - from consultations with their experts, to drop-offs, to the rehearsal, to decoration setup and teardown by the staff, to all photo and events times the day-of. Best of all, all of the coordination and a huge number of amenities and other special offers are included in their base price (or are able to be added for a small charge), which is significantly below that of many other venues that offered less. Given all of the above, we would absolutely recommend considering Valle Vista as a wedding venue.

We had our wedding here this past Saturday and I must say everything was perfect! Juliana was our day of coordinator and she was amazing! She was very patient with my group...and went above and beyond to make sure my day went as smoothly as possible! The overall price was pretty reasonable. The only complaint that is about the food....we paid a hefty amount for substitutes—-we switched the baked chicken for fried chicken...and the fried chicken was not the best. It wasn’t fresh and had a “out of the freezer section” taste. Also, the pasta was over cooked. Other than that, I wouldn’t have changed a thing.

My experience working with Valle Vista was amazing! Everything was perfect. My family and friends really enjoyed themselves and loved the food. Pro was our choice based off Valle Vista recommendation and I could have been more happy. Everyone was on the same page from a week prior to the wedding all the way up until the day of. Even our officiant (Johnathan Hoover) was recommended by them he was nothing short of Amazing and so personable. Ester was our coordinator the day of my wedding and being 8 months pregnant she was so patient and very tentative to my needs and my bridal party needs.

PERFECT!! The whole day was absolutely amazing! Our coordinator Juliana was the best, from the rehearsal to the day of she was so extremely helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Valle Vista!! I highly recommend this venue.

I wanted to take a few weeks to really try to gather my thoughts about my wedding before writing this. I’ve been married for two weeks now and I still don’t think I have the right words to fully describe how perfect everything was.

The Vernanda at Valle Vista is simply beautiful, particularly in the winter. Several of our guests remarked that they felt like they had come to a wedding inside a snow globe. And the staff makes sure that everything goes perfectly seamless. From the early planning to the week of to the day of, the staff instills a sense of calm and feeling that everything is under control. And it is under control. They’re handling it. You’re just too busy enjoying your perfect wedding to notice.

There is no way that we could have picked a better venue for our December wedding. I desperately wanted an outdoor wedding...in the winter time...in Indiana. Where else could I have gotten that and not had my guests freeze to death?? Not only was the location beautiful for our ceremony, but the entire Valle Vista staff made everything SO easy and stress-free (as much as wedding planning can be stress-free). The best asset that Valle Vista has is their amazing staff. From the second we stepped into the venue for our tour until we walked out as husband and wife, they made every moment enjoyable. Rosie, Donna, and Lisa worked with us and I highly recommend them all! Lisa was our coordinator at the rehearsal and day of and she is AMAZING! She kept everything going and perfectly on time. She worked with our vendors to be sure everything was perfect as well. I could not be happier with our choice to get married at Valle Vista!

When I first looked at this venue I was nervous about the fact that I'd be sharing it with 4-6 other brides in a day. You don't even know other people exist! Taylor, who handled our rehearsal, and Polly, who was our day of coordinator, were both so awesome!! Polly was an absolute ANGEL and she made sure that the groom and I were actually fed, and that I got a chance to enjoy the bar - which I hadn't had much of a chance to do! I have to say a special thank you to the venue, as well, for accommodating some extra photography time for the perfect sunset lighting. The horse and carriage and bubble alley were beautiful, the gatzbys were awesome, my family had a BLAST, the food was delicious, and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you all SO MUCH, VV! <3

I worked with Diane Bates (day of coordinator) Rosey Maloney (Sales) and Donna Schnell (Accessories). I live in Florida and Valle Vista made it so easy to plan from across the country. They were very accommodating when my husband and I decided to go vegan at the last minute and served us a delicious plated vegan meal. The team did an absolutely wonderful job responding to my questions even though towards the end I was emailing 2-3 times a day it seemed...they did not make me feel like I was a bother. Having a venue that was all inclusive made it super easy to plan from so far away. I truly got the wedding I had dreamed of!

We enjoyed the wedding and the venue. We had good comments from our guests at the wedding. The one thing was that we would have liked to have more lighting at the wedding party table.

Looking for The wedding spot Valle Vista is the place to go! Planning a destination wedding is normally so stressful but Valle vista made it so easy for me! Only took one conversation with Angela and I knew I found my wedding spot! Everyone there is absolutely wonderful to work with! The food was absolutely amazing definitely recommend the Chief Prime Rib dinner and add the tricolor pasta with alfredo sauce it was so good!! From day one to the day of I had so much support from all of the ladies there! My day of go to person was Cathy she was absolutely amazing made sure I was good and comfortable made sure I was on time overall she made everything go smoothly! Valle Vista provided me with everything I wanted and more!! Ohhh and I had some difficulties with my bustles our bartender came over bustled me up and I was able to dance the night away!

Valle Vista was phenomenal!! Everything went better than expected. Ester (our day-of wedding coordinator) was exceptional in every single way! Our guests proclaimed that the food was great, the cake was great, the view was great! Also, I recommend using The Pros for all of your DJ (not Albert), photographer (110% recommend Stephen), & videographer needs. Look no further for a one-stop wedding venue. You can be as detailed & emersed into the planning as you'd like, or more hands-off. We only had one hiccup to which I have just learned about recently... we had a grumpy/rude bartender who proclaimed to many of our guests that "the bride has had enough drinks." I was mortified when I heard the stories after returning from our honeymoon. She got huffy when the bride & groom "cut" the line of 4 people for our drinks. I have never been to a wedding where the bride & groom (the ones paying for everything) have waited in line. She was hesitant to give my sister-in-law a bud light instead of a coors that was accidentally ordered for the bride. When someone else got me a drink (at my request) she self-proclaimed that the bride had enough drinks. WOW. So, while I recommend Valle Vista 110%, I would just make sure your bartender is not the older lady that works there.

Our wedding was on June 24, 2017 and it was amazing! I would highly recommend Valle Vista to anyone looking for a truly beautiful, unique & affordable wedding. Rosie is the BEST! She made the planning process SO easy - I loved every meeting we had together because I always left feeling so much better! She is so sweet and seems to truly care about you. She made me feel like my wedding was the only wedding she had on her plate. Debbie was there for the day of the wedding and she was amazing! She is the sweetest and did a great job of making sure everything went according to plan! The food was delicious and the venue is gorgeous! I just wish I could plan another wedding at Valle Vista :)

This is the perfect place to book if you want a classic, elegant look without stressing out over decorating a venue yourself. They take take of EVERYTHING - food, room set up and breakdown, ceremony music, and even offer you an assistant to be with you every step of the way the day of the wedding. If you are having flowers, a DJ, cake, etc brought in from another location, Valle Vista staff will take care of coordinating the timing of drop off and pick up so you don't have to worry about a thing. Another big plus is the wonderful landscaping for photos. My husband and I had an amazing wedding day - no complaints! :)

Valle vista was hands down the best decision I made when booking a venue. They had every detail down pat, double checking to make sure that the details were what I was wanting. Rosie was so helpful, answering any random questions I had quickly. The price point for the venue was spectacular, and they are very flexible to make sure the day is everything you want it to be. There are a variety of menus, we even were allowed to sub out a protein for an italian entrees to make sure our vegetarian guests had options as well. Esther was my day of coordinator and she was the absolute best. Esther made sure the day ran so smoothly and on time. If there were any hiccups, I have no clue because she did such a great job keeping track.

My husband and i got married at valle vista on 10.28.16 and it was a fairytale wedding. I couldnt of asked for a better venue. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so nice, compassionate, and will do anything and everything to make sure your wedding goes exactly as you want. They take away all and any worries you may have. Valle Vista made the entire wedding planning process easy, stress-free, and seamless. I truly felt valued, as if my big day was just important to them as it was to me. Valle Vista exceeded our expectations in terms of high quality at an affordable price. Every other venue that we looked at were priced more than a few thousands over Valle Vista. The veranda is absolutely beautiful, and our guests loved the carriage and the Gatzby limo entrances. The grounds also made for beautiful pictures.

Every bride dreams of a fairytale wedding and Valle Vista did not disappoint. Our wedding was beyond beautiful and went off without a hitch. Our wedding planner helped us with every detail and our wedding day coordinator put out every fire. The wedding was in an all marble room with the sides open and was big enough for all our guests but small enough to feel intimate. The grounds were perfect for pictures. The reception was fun and full of memories!

They literally took care of everything when it came to our ceremony. We only had our ceremony there so I can only speak to that, but it was absolutely amazing. Our coordinators made sure everything was taken care of and even came in early in order for me to have my make-up and hair done earlier.

We just had our Rehearsal dinner, Ceremony and Reception at Valle Vista and it was AWESOME! First of all, it is a very nice facility and there are so many options that you are able to choose from with regards to fitting your budget. I fell in love with the room where the ceremony was held. It felt like we got to get married outside, but we were covered from the elements, and it was a hot August day! The reception room was great, and had lots of space for our roughly 130 guests. All of the staff were so friendly and accomodating. I do have to give special thanks to the coordinators. Rosie in the office is awesome, and let me bombard her with tons of emails with questions. Donna the accessories coordinator was very helpful and kept great notes about details for the reception items. Chrystal our ceremony/reception coordinator was tremendous! She kept everything running smooth and was really fun to work with. I cannot say enough good things about having our wedding at Valle Vista.

Valle Vista is everything we could ask for in a wedding facility. Our daughter wanted an outdoor wedding, but we were concerned about weather in October. They offer an outdoor setting for ceremony, beautiful scenic reception facility, a tentive staff to answer any questions, and all at a very reasonable cost. This is definately worth the drive from Fishers to Greenwood to have a wedding!

My fiance and I met with Rosie from Valle Vista last night and we are still in awe of the facility what it has to offer! After going on a tour with Rosie and seeing the grounds, she took us back to her office to watch a video on Valle Vista and sample a cake made by a TLC chef on board at the club. We both wanted to walk out then because we were SURE we could not afford the place! When Rosie came back in, she went over pricing with us and we were amazed at the deals Valle Vista had to offer! We had seen 3 other venues and Valle Vista was by far the nicest and the cheapest. We wanted to book immediately, but said we would take the holiday weekend to think it over. I cannot wait to talk to Rosie on Tuesday and book with her! I am so very excited to work with this venue and have full faith that they will make my wedding unforgettable.

Valle Vista was a wonderful place to get married! We had our ceremony on the Veranda which was absolutely beautiful. The whole staff is very experienced and really knows what they are doing. Everyone was really responsive to all of my many emails and requests before and during the wedding. They have a great system set up to keep things flowing smoothly, but it still feels like they are tailoring your day just for you. I never felt like "just another bride". The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and it was such a relief to have them take care of everything. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding venue in the area, they are professionals and they make the wedding planning process easy! We had a beautiful wedding there and if I was doing it all over, I would choose Valle Vista again in a heartbeat!

Valle Vista was an easy choice for our wedding from the get-go because it was a beautiful location. However, the many additional selling points included an event planner, an accessories coordinator, an on-site wedding coordinator for rehearsal and the day of the wedding, staff provided for ceremony and reception set-up, and unique features like the gatzby limos and bubble alley ride-thru at the end of the ceremony. Our wedding ceremony and reception was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and Valle Vista took a lot of stressors off of our hands. In addition, they were extremely cooperative with the individuals that we selected to assist us, were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire planning and execution of our event, were reasonably flexible with us, and honestly---if anything did go wrong the day of my wedding, I didn't notice it. The staff was great---all of them (one of the staff members even let us borrow a sewing kit she happened to have in her car when we ran into a dress mishap). Our day was very special and this was a great choice for us. Valle Vista does A LOT of weddings and they clearly know what they are doing. I have to add that this was a same-sex wedding and they made as many "non-traditional" adaptations for us as we required without any fuss at all. This was truly one of the happiest days of my life and Valle Vista played a big part in making that happen.

There are very personable and really treat you like family. They are very flexible with making arrangements for the big day and truly catered to our specific needs. The venue both inside and outside is beautiful and our guest all loved how gorgeous everything was. We selected the Chef's buffet and it was fantastic. The guest loved the variety of meats and raved about the sides. We selected Rene's Bakery in Broad Ripple for our cake and they also did a wonderful job. If you are searching for a venue that has great ambience inside and out, you should definitely consider Valle Vista. I can not say enough about the staff and venue. The staff was very responsive and prompt to solve every issue we encountered. Even on the wedding day, we experienced some last minute issues, but the staff jumped in to help assist without complaint. The ceremony went flawless and they even accommodated us with having our Labrador participate as the ring bearer. All the guests stated they had a great time and the horse and carriage with the limo golf carts was a big surprise for the bride and groomsmen!

The reception and food was above reproach. Not one guest complained about the food and everything was so delicious! The help of the staff setting everything up to our liking was much appreciated. That made is so much easier for my wife and I to focus on the moment.

I can not say enough of how professional and kind the Valle Vista staff conducted themselves. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone thinking of getting married.

Valle Vista was just the most magical place I could have asked for in a wedding & reception venue. The people who work there are not only friendly and professional, but they help you through all of the steps to make sure that the wedding as well as reception go the way you want it. On top of their friendly services, the venue is just absolutely gorgeous inside and out! We were also very pleased that they still managed to make the horse & carriage ceremony work beautifully in the horrible weather. I would recommend Valle Vista to any bride wishing for a magical wedding!

My experience with Valle Vista in a whole was amazing! Apryl helped us get everything prepared she was one of the key people that helped make our day perfect and she was beyond wonderful we just loved her to death!
I highly recommend the Carriage and Gatzby limos we did both and not only did the wedding party have a blast so did all of the guests! The Carriage driver was so sweet he even took my two year old niece for a special ride on the Carriage after the wedding and made her feel like a real princess. One thing that was neat is Valle Vista now offers the ceremony to be broadcasted live so for people who have family far away or could not attend this would be ideal they even let us wave into the camera and say hi to everyone at home who could not be there. My 96 year old grandmother who was back in California who could not attend was able to watch it and feel a part of my day still.
The food was over the top amazing everyone to is still making compliments about it even after the wedding is over and done with. The fact the chef came out and introduced himself and wanted to make sure everything was good enough was really awesome.
Our coordinator Rebecca she was so amazing every single family member and tons of friends made comments on how great she was. Our photographers said they have done weddings at Valle Vista and this by far was the smoothest and best experience they ever have had. Myself(the bride)being a high strung person and a perfectionist the day of the wedding I do not think once I thought about anything or stressed one bit everything just flowed and Rebecca was always there to help out if something was needed. She made sure we were where we needed to be at each point of the day and if we were running behind she would gracefully let us know to keep us on track. The rest of the Valle Vista staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and helped make the day go as smooth as possible.

The wedding was a complete success! The staff at Valle Vista were so organized and on top of everything. They took care of it all. And as a bride, there is nothing to worry because they handle every little detail. I had a perfect wedding and reception. I wanted a WOW effect and I definitely had it! My 200 guests said it was the most beautiful wedding that they had ever been to, and the food was amazing as well. I would recommend this venue to anyone. My experience was over the top incredible! The entire staff treated me like royalty! My wedding was magnificent!

Valle Vista was amazing. They kept everything running very smooth for my wedding. Staff was very accommodating and answered every question I had. Apryl McClurg was wonderful for my start to the wedding process and Susie helped finish the whole experience. I'm glad they were able to work with me to change my wedding date to a year earlier due to some personal situations. Everyone who attended my wedding told me that they loved the way things were run at valle vista.

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at Valle Vista and are beyond impressed with every aspect of the day. Leading up to our wedding day, we worked with Apryl and Donna to create the most amazing day of our lives. These ladies went above and beyond to help us create a day that perfectly aligned with our wants and needs. Each one of our requests were met and we truly felt they listened and cared!

The horse and carriage ride and gatsby limos during the ceremony made our wedding extremely unique and our family and friends are still raving about it. The staff made sure everything for the reception was set up just how we wanted, which helped make the day stress-free. The wedding day coordinator orchestrated the day to ensure it went as planned. We are grateful for her as well.

I highly recommend Valle Vista for a fun, romantic, and unique wedding. We will never forget the amazing experience.

Our ceremony and reception was on 5/4/13. The ceremony and reception were beautiful! The staff really took care of us while we were there. Most weddings usually have a negative aspect that talked about whether it be the food or the venue; however, that was not the case with our wedding. Everyone thought it flowed very nicely and that it was the best organized and most beautiful wedding they had ever been to! The guests raved about the food -- it seemed that every guest had their favorite item!

The veranda was quite lovely! You don't need to add flowers or any other decorations because it is beautiful on its own. The architecture of the room is beautiful and all the white linens give it a nice touch with the contrasting green from the golf course nearby. The microphone attached in the chandelier allowed our guests to hear the entire ceremony perfectly. They had ample room to accommodate the string quartet we hired. The doors opening to the veranda to go down the aisle created a fairytale type ambiance. My photographer was able to capture every moment on the veranda. We used an officiant that Valle Vista suggested and he was quite amazing! The guests adored him! The bubble alley coordinated by the staff was the best bubble event I had ever seen. It really was an alley and was a cool experience!

The picture time was well coordinated after the ceremony so that my guests did not have to wait too long before eating. The pictures before the wedding were great. They had a bus that shuttled us around so that we didn't have to walk far -- which is amazing if you have to walk in a wedding gown!

The reception was fantastic! Polly was there the entire way with me to see that everything was perfect! If I didn't mention Apryl McClurg, I would be doing a disservice to Valle Vista. Apryl is the most amazing coordinator EVER! She answered my 1000 emails and attended to all my needs! LOVE HER! Donna is also fabulous!

We could not have asked for an easier, stress-free day thanks for Valle Vista and the staff! Everything fell right into place and nobody had to worry about anything!! They really do take the stressful parts of contacting vendors and getting everything straightened out!!! We heard comments all night on the service of the staff and how beautiful the entire wedding was from beginning to end!! We hope to have other events there!!

Valle Vista was the perfect venue for our wedding. It was basically a one-stop shop for everything that we wanted in a wedding. We were able to have a beautiful evening ceremony, horse and carriage, and wonderful reception. The food was great, the staff were very helpful, and we had the perfect day! I cannot say enough about the experience we had with Valle Vista! My husband and I were married December 1st, 2012, and we had both our ceremony (a beautiful winter wedding on their gorgeous veranda) and reception there. They take care of EVERYTHING! A bride has more than enough to stress about preparing for that big day, and the staff at Valle Vista absorbs as much of that as they can. They are prompt, attentive, flexible, and celebrate in your special day right along with you. Not to mention, their prices are very reasonable (we were even able to swing an open bar that we never thought possible when the tab came in at far less than we expected). I highly recommend!!

Valle Vista was a wonderful place to have our wedding. Everyone there was always helpful and on top of everything. They gave me feed back and additional ideas for my wedding. Valle Vista was an amazing place to get married! They coordinated everything with our vendors and made our wedding day magical! We did the gatzby package and every wedding guest I have spoken to said that they have never been to a wedding like ours! We were extremely happy with all the services and were told by many the that the food was excellent too! I would highly recommend Valle Vista for any event. They offer a great venue while keeping us within our budget.

My fiance and I visited Valle Vista as a potential venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. The venue and the surrounding community were both beautiful. Our visit was wonderful. If you decide to visit Valle Vista, ask for Apryl! She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She gave us a wonderful and thorough tour as she answered our many questions. Then she sat down with us to plug in numbers and give us a clear understanding of the expected total with no hidden costs or surprises (Valle Vista is both classy and affordable - it won't break the bank). Apryl cared about us as a unique couple. It was clear that she would make it her goal to make our day special and unique to us. My fiance and I ended up choosing another venue, but the decision was extremely difficult to make. We had nothing negative to say about Valle Vista. While my fiance and I chose another venue for many various reasons, I just wanted to take the time to say how wonderful our visit to Valle Vista was.

Valle Vista was just amazing to work with. Apryl worked with us to get everything just perfect for our ceremony and reception. I would highly recommend the carriage and Gatsby limos. The carriage ride with my husband after our ceremony was one of my favorite moments.

The food was just amazing, too! We had a buffet, and everything was hot, as if it had just been cooked. We used the Mike Terry cake, and the mini cakes they served the guests were so adorable, and seriously, the best cake I've ever had. Definitely ask to try some if you're even considering it.

We also used them for our centerpieces. We had the white lily collection. I loved the way it made the room look, it was very elegant. It was also incredibly nice to not have to worry about making the centerpieces ourselves.

The day of coordinator we had said we were actually one of her first weddings. It might be that she's a natural, or it might be a testament to how well VV trains their employees, but I never would have been able to tell if she hadn't said something!

Valle Vista was our dream wedding! Words can no describe how wonderful everything was during our special day. My first time walking into Valle Vista, i just knew this is where i wanted to get married. Apryl was amazing, always keeping up with me emailing me right away and answered all of my questions and really just listened. Donna had a lot of Fab ideas for the decor and made our room looking amazing and stunning. We were kept on schedule all day long, and our day went off without a hitch. I should take that back, we did have one problem.....RED lipstick on my dress!!!!!!!!!! But not to worry Rebecca who you can obviously tell has done this a time or two brought dawn dish soap to the rescue and you could not tell where the spot even was!!! We had an amazing time. Lastly the food was amazing..... it was all everyone talked about... it was great....our dream wedding!!!

My husband and I got married in March of 2010 and we can both say that Valle Vista produces nothing but the best. Not only do they provide a gorgeous venue at a great price, but they also have a whole team of coordinators to work with you every step of the way. My husband and I already had a pretty good idea of how we wanted everything to look, but for those brides that are going in to their weddings without the faintest clue as to where to start, Valle Vista will be a great help. They provide names for all kinds of vendors as well as provide you with an accessories coordinator to help you determine the look of your wedding. Everything about Valle Vista screams elegance. The staff is very professional, personal, and caring. They always answered any questions that I had immediately. As the months of planning went by, my husband and I began to think of the staff at Valle Vista like friends. After all they were helping us coordinate the most special day of our lives.

Having your wedding at Valle Vista is like having your own wedding planner. You will be assigned a staff member to help you run through the order of your ceremony at the rehersal as well as on the day of your wedding. They help insure that everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be. All in all the level of service at Valle Vista is outstanding. They made it possible for my husband and I to just enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about all of the little details. I would 110% recommend Valle Vista to any bride out there. If you're looking for an elegant wedding with excellent service, great food, a team of professionals to help you out along the way, and a beautiful location, then Valle Vista is the place for you.

Many places can highlight how beautiful its venue is. But not all can highlight how beautiful its venue is, how wonderful its staff is, how great the food is and how hospitable the service team is. For us, Valle Vista is all of that and more in one venue! From start to finish, the Valle Vista staff took such good care of us, especially Rosie and Donna!

Our team was filled with warm, patient, kind and sincere individuals with a nice sense of humor (this is a plus, too)! They helped with making our wedding planning fun and simple! All of our questions/concerns were taken care of and answered quickly. AND, to top it all off, on the day of our wedding (August 14), we did not have to worry about anything other than controlling our tears of joy! =)

HONESTLY, we could not imagine celebrating our union any place else. In more ways than one, Valle Vista positively touched our lives AND took our breath away!

I absolutely loved the Valle Vista Country Club. My husband and I got married in January, and it was the most inexpensive, yet elegant wedding. The thing I loved most was the people, and the fact that I didn't have to do one thing. We did not have to set up, tear down, or even really plan the wedding. Absolutely would refer them to everyone I know getting married.
