Sharon and Jack were great! They took a lot of pressure off of us by coordinating everyone's travel, and were very responsive. Jack even came to visit us at our resort since they happened to be in Mexico at the time!

Wyatt at Vacationeeze is absolutely the best! He gave us many options on resorts in multiple locations! He knew our budget and worked diligently with us to find the perfect location! He was quick to respond and was so helpful with all of our guests and their needs! I would 10/10 do it all again! Our resort was fantastic and our venue was just what I had dreamed of! Everyone was so friendly, accommodating and ensured that everyone had a great time!

The best travel company for my destination wedding!!
I absolutely LOVED working with Vacationeeze for our destination wedding in the Dominican Republic. From Jack, to Jared, to Katy and everyone in between. This company is as honest and straightforward as it gets. It's scary planning a destination wedding and putting your faith into emails and calls but the team comes through for you in every way. They have held my hand and eased every single worry I've had. They have advocated for us and been a great liaisons between my resort and I, especially when communication was slow. They took care of my guests and really showed great patience with me. They are SO knowledgeable and will not steer you in the wrong direction. I cannot thank them enough and I hope they know how valued their service is. I would advise any couple looking to book a destination wedding, honeymoon, vowel renewal, getaway, etc to book with this company. They are worth every single penny!

First time at all-inclusive resort wedding
I'm used to traveling the world living as the locals do, so when I was invited to attend an all-inclusive luxury resort wedding, I jumped at the chance for a new experience. Lucky for all of us, Katy @ Vacationeeze made the process so simple and fun. I can only imagine the stress involved organizing this many people traveling to a foreign country -- thanks to Katy, no worries were to be had on our part! :)

Vacationeeze was such a blessing for the planning process for our destination wedding in Mexico! Jack was super helpful from the beginning, helping us narrow in on the resort that was the best fit for us, and then Katy was so organized in helping all our 70 guests book their stay. We were looking at destination weddings in Cancun and saw a lot of great reviews about Vacationeeze so we scheduled an initial call, which went really great with Jared. We took a leap of faith and went with a brand new resort, Secrets Playa Blanca, that had just opened Feb 2024. Our wedding was Jan 2025 and by then the hotel had worked out its kinks. We trusted Jared given how great the initial convo went and we had a smooth planning process. It was definitely less stressful having someone to field a ton of questions about booking, transportation, etc. from all of our guests. Highly recommend Vacationeeze for destination weddings!

Many thanks to Zandra and Vacationeeze for planning such a dream vacation to El Dorado Maroma in Playa del Carmen last November! It was a beautiful location and the organized events were perfect! We had a delicious dinner on the beach that was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights… just magical! Thank you Zandra, for picking such an amazing resort - we loved the Mexican night, the tequila tasting, and the mariachis! We will be returning for more advice from you in the future!!

Magic In Mexico
Although I am an avid traveler and feel comfortable navigate the travel world, Penny took away the need for me to do any thinking! She communicated promptly, send confirmations timely, and even answered all of my silly questions!!! We were invited and attended an event completely organized by Zandra Valenti and Vactioneeze. The name says it all, it was with eaze we were able to book and pay on a timely basis. We always received a returned phone call or email with any questions we needed answered. Zandra also booked all our transportation, events and entertainment. She made it easy and was very professional
Zandra was able to answer my questions and was very responsive of getting back to me. She was recommended by a friend whose party she planned and it was put together with lots of great ideas. Zandra was easy to work with and took time to explain our options in accommodations and room rates. I am planning a party next year and definitely contact Zandra for help with my event. I loved staying at the El Dorado Maroma, good food and beautiful beach.

Wonderful Wedding Travel Agency!
Jack Benoff did a great job negotiating our contract with the Dreams Playa Mujeres Resort and explaining all the pros and cons of selecting the rooms to offer our group! Likewise, our concierge, Leslie was exceptional at coordinating the booking of rooms for our guests, arranging all the travel to and from the resort, and handling the last-minute changes to our booking. Melanie at Vactioneeze made planning our destination wedding a breeze. She took care of all of our guests travel. And even went above and beyond to coordinate a golfing outing for my husband and his friends. I can’t imagine trying to manage the travel side of things while planning the actual wedding. Melanie was kind, knowledgeable, professional and timely. She also stepped in whenever I needed help with communicating to the wedding resort. Vacationeeze has far spread connections that go along way when planning a wedding. They managed the room block, coordinated private transfers from the hotel to the airport, and were a very valuable resource the entire process.

Very knowledgeable and professional for destination wedding in Cancun
We saw Jack in a Youtube video and when we decided to have a destination wedding we decided to contact Vacationeeze. The process to decide the destination and then the resort was very easy with Jack's help. He took the time to answer our questions, get to know us and then advice on what were the best options for us. Then we started working with Saundra who took care of helping all our guests. She was very friendly and professional. My guests appreciated the communication with Saundra and the easy that it was to book their rooms.
Overall, we loved our wedding, our guests and us loved the resort and have the best memories of our special day.

I began working with the agency about a year out from the wedding and ONLY came across positivity and professionalism. Vacationeeze is amazing. From the moment we contacted them, they provided exceptional service and expertise that made our destination wedding truly unforgettable. Jeff recommended and helped us pick the perfect resort for our special day. His attention to our vision and budget ensured we chose a resort that would fit our wedding expectations. Sharon helped us & our guests coordinate our travel arrangements and book our stay. This ensured my fiancé and I were burden-free of coordinating and confirming our wedding guests reservations. Melanie created a lovely and informational wedding website that we shared with our guests/friends/family to help guide them to book their stay. The invaluable guidance and support from Vacationeeze throughout the planning and booking process was truly remarkable. At one point, I had been waiting a while for a response from the resort's wedding coordinator. I emailed Vacationeeze about it, and they responded that they were currently at the resort so they could walk to the resort's wedding office and talk with them. Within the hour, I got the response from the resort's wedding coordinator that I had been waiting for. Booking Process:
The booking process was seamless and stress-free. Jared took the time to understand my preferences, interests, and budget, ensuring that every aspect of the trip was tailored to my liking. Communication was prompt, and I appreciated the thorough explanations of any questions we had.
Organization:
We had over 40 guests coming to our destination wedding, and it would have been a huge hassle to handle ourselves. Luckily for us, Jared handled all of the logistics: he had a website created to answer questions about the resort and all the activities available, he documented everyone’s schedule and shared those details with us, he kept track of key dates for the trip, and, most of all, he did it all with enthusiasm.

Best coordination for travel weddings!
We worked with Vacationeeze for our wedding in Cancun, Mexico this past summer. We had a large group of people coming to Mexico from all over the states. Without a doubt, Vacationeeze was a huge reason why things went so smooth!
We specifically worked with Saundra who was absolutely amazing. She individually worked with our guests to assure that they had a smooth and easy trip to and from Mexico. Everyone's questions were promptly and effectively answered up until the day of the wedding! We had multiple guests tell us how helpful and accommodating Saundra! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and is a huge reason why we would highly recommend Vactioneeze!

I would highly recommend Vacationeeze to any couple looking to do a destination wedding. Jack is extremely knowledgeable and able to help narrow down destinations/resorts based on your preferences and what you want out of your big day. Zandra was our travel advisor and she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely responsive and organized which greatly helped during the planning process. Zandra was able to help sort out lodging for last minute guests the week before the wedding as well!

We got married last weekend but had about a year plus of planning with the Benoff family.
Jack helped us immensely by walking us through different options and pricing and helped calm us! We were so overwhelmed on what location to pick, how they catered to indian weddings, and how the hell to get 200+ people from the US to cancun, Jack made it seem like it was no big deal and told us to take a breath and got us to the perfect location ( El Dorado )
We were then passed off to his son Jared, who is a lifesaver. He got on weekly calls with us to make sure we set everything up and then checked in with us from time to time to tell us exactly what's coming up next and what to expect.
We seriously owe them so much, as this was the wedding of our dreams and it wouldn't be possible without them.

She did a great job in booking our hotel and other accommodations.
Unfortunately, over 20 members of wedding party got sick with food or water the day after the wedding. I returned to US two days later and was admitted to hospital due to bacteria attaching my intestines. Test results came back positive with Ecoli. This is unacceptable!

WOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about The Grand at Moon Palace. You guys knocked it out of the park with the arranging and travel advice. When we first chatted and I told you what we were looking for, you suggested The Grand and all I can say is that it exceeded our expectations….and our expectations were high.

We had Jared and Jack help us with our destination wedding. We originally already have a hotel set but that fell through. Vacationeeze came to the rescue and helped us get a new hotel. They also helped getting our hotel wedding coordinator communicate with us in a timely manner. Vacationeeze lessened the stress of having a destination wedding! They deal with all the bookings, helped out our guests with their travel/ hotel logistics and even helped with communication issues we had with our hotel wedding coordinator. 10/10 recommend Vacationeeze and Jack & his team
We quickly decided we didn’t want to do a local wedding, so we started looking up YouTube videos of destination weddings. We found Jack and fell in love with him. We loved how he was a no nonsense type of guy that wasn’t trying to sell anyone on anything - he was just stating facts and his knowledge. We quickly decided that we wanted Jack to be the one to help us figure out a destination wedding for us. My, now, husband reached out to him to ask his availability and what the next steps would be. He said he was busy all the rest of 2022 and all of 2023 except for January. So we said..alright, January it is! That’s how much Jack had impressed us and we only wanted to work with him.
Between Jack and Penny, it was such a great experience. We had the wedding of our dreams in Ocho Rios, Jamaica ❤️❤️❤️ just a week ago on January, 29, 2023.

Absolutely Amazing …Highly Recommend!
Our wedding was a destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico and I usually don’t do reviews but Sharon and Jack earned this one. My wife and I were lost and pretty overwhelmed looking at destination weddings … as you can probably imagine there are a ton of options but Jack and Sharon first started by helping us narrow down our selections based on our timeframe and guest count. We had no idea how many rooms to request for our room block and they also helped with that …We had no idea that so many resorts actually don’t like hosting big weddings but with their experience we we were able to narrow our list down and make a decision. They have relationships with local resorts and we’re very helpful when we had questions. Their communication was great from start to finish and they even followed up with us after to see how everything turned out. We had a big wedding (150 invites and 110 confirmed) but they were able to get everyone booked in time with no issues. We honestly had some people who were a little late with dates and getting deposits in but we communicated throughout and when there were issues they let us know and we were able to get everything resolved and everyone booked and taken care of. I’ve only had one experience but this was definitely a positive one and I would highly recommend them to anyone ! Thank you Sharon and Jack !

Simply the best service ever! We worked with Saundra Peterson to book our trip. We were guests at a destination wedding. Well, we had trouble getting our passports from the State Department. We had travel insurance and were able to get a full refund on our hotel stay minus the cost of our travel insurance ($125pp). Saundra worked with the resort to get our refund immediately. We worked directly with Jared Benoff and from day one, he was attentive, responsive, efficient, and very professional. We had about 80 guests and he made sure that all questions and concerns were answered and addressed in a timely matter. All our guests made it to Mexico and back safely and were so happy that Jared and his team helped coordinate transportation. The perfect partner in planning a destination event!
I am a wedding planner and for my company's 10 year anniversary, we decided to host a destination party in Cancun, Mexico. I had been familiar with Jack and Vacationeeze through the wedding industry and knew they would be the best fit for my needs!
I reached out to Jack about a year before the event and explained my needs. He quickly spoke with resorts, worked out proposals, and advised on the best options for me and my plans. After contracting, I started working with Zandra. She has been amazing since day one! She has been so helpful in keeping me posted on bookings, sending reports, reminding me of concessions I have, and so much more. Communication is key when planning a large scale event and Zandra really excels there - she always got back to me right away and I was never left waiting.
Now that I am back from a successful celebration, I am even more appreciative of Zandra and Vacationeeze. Everything went so smoothly with the room bookings and that would not have been possible without Zandra's careful planning and preparation.

Vacationeeze is the absolute best! I can't imagine how I could have planned and implemented my wedding without them. From day one, Jack Benoff was on top of everything, providing us with conversations that were full of experience and knowledgeable advice. Amazing and Insightful Team!!
Jack and Zandra made this destination wedding experience so easy for us and our wedding party.
Jack helped us narrow our Resort location down to El Dorado Royale and Casitas for our Wedding and Secrets Playa Mujeres for the wedding. We knew we wanted an Adult only All-Inclusive resort and Jack reassured us that he only works with the highest diamond rated resorts. He was extremely transparent with his personal experience at resorts his visited and made sure to mention resorts that had wedding packages that rewarded us based on the number of rooms booked. All of our guest raved about El Dorado Royale.
Zandra helped with the payments and was very responsive for us and our guest when making payments. We had 29 rooms booked and we heard positive remarks from our guests when it came to making the initial payments, incremental and final payments.
We highly recommend this company!! Also, their Youtube channel has valuable information.

So Happy we found Vacationeeze
Words can not describe how glad my fiancé and I found Vacationeeze. The professionalism and attention to detail by Jack and everyone else at Vacationeeze is second to none. We planned to have a destination wedding but had no idea where to start. Jack reached out to various locations, gave us all the pros and cons, and broke down all the details for us. He has traveled almost everywhere, so his experience with all the locations was a huge bonus. He gave us his professional and personal opinion without pushing any choices on to us, and that allowed us to make the best decision. The added bonus of working with Jack is all the perks and extras he is able to negotiate with all the different vendors/locations.
Once we finally locked in on a location, Jack took of running with all the details. We were a little worried/cautious at first since we were planning a destination wedding without being able to physically see or communicate details, but Jack was involved every step of the way. Others just provide a regular travel agent standard, where they book your event and walk away, but Jack and Vacationeeze take it to a whole other standard of excellence. From pre-planning details, to final guest room accommodations, they are with you throughout the whole process. If there was ever a speed bump, Jack was right there to help.
In addition to their attention to detail, the response time from Jack and everyone else at Vacationeeze is superb.We have dealt with other vendors earlier in the process and sometimes their response time would take up to two weeks, and only after follow up emails. Not Vacationeeze. Whether it was an email at midnight or weekend question, Jack would respond almost instantly.
We must have bothered Jack with at least 200 (possibly annoying) emails, and he was always professional, prompt, and detailed.
To say we couldn’t have done this without the help of Jack and everyone else at Vacationeeze is an understatement. They are with you the whole step of the way, and are experts in their field. We can not express our gratitude enough. Thank you Jack and everyone else at Vacationeeze!

My aunts 50th birthday
When my aunt Contacted me she needed a person to coordinate her birthday I knew just the right person. We have loved our experience working with Vacationeeze so far! Exceptional Services and Planning
My mom and I started to planning a destination wedding and quickly realized we needed help. We found a company on line but they were not very helpful. I mentioned to a friend of mine how upset I was and she give me Jack and Sharon from Vacationeeze. She said her family has planned several trips with them over the past 10 years. We had several calls with them to help us pick a place to host our wedding. They were both great to deal with for me and my guests. The coolest thing was they actually surprised us and came to our wedding in Cancun. It was fun to meet them in person after working with them for over 18 months.

Great planners with high communication efficiency
WE started planning a bachelorette trip and quickly got confused. WE wanted a fun place in Mexico but didn’t want a spring break resort. I attended a destination wedding that Jack helped plan and was impresses with his services from the wedding so I just emailed him. We talked about what we wanted to do and that we wanted a spa resort for foodies and within seconds he told me about his top picks and why. The great thing is he has stayed at all the resort he mentioned so no matter what question I asked he had the answer. Jack took all the stress of me having to plan this trip for us and my only complaints is we did not listen to him and stay longer.

Well Planned Honeymoon
We started to plan our honeymoon and then Covid happened and not sure where we could go. We wanted to go to the Maldives and were very confused about planning the trip. A friend of mine referred me to Sharon at Vacationeeze and it was the best thing that happened to me. Sharon was very helpful in planning the trip and picking alternatives for us. She also got me real about my budget and the flights. I hate flying and did not realize how far the Maldives are. I have allergies and Sharon made sure the resort knew about these before we arrived.

The Best Services
I started planning my destination wedding and was very frustrated that the resorts I was interested did not call me back. I found Jack’s YouTube channel and he was very direct on his comments and non-nonsense. I email him and within a few minutes he emailed me back. We schedule a call and we talked for about an hour. He asked me questions about what I wanted for my wedding, questions about my guests and things I did not even think of. He helped me put a list of resorts together and then got me pricing and a bunch of free stuff from the resorts. He and his wife worked with all of my guests to help them plan their trip to my wedding. He really was helpful and not sure we could have planned our wedding in Mexico without him.

Our Dream Honeymoon
We had very specific dreams about our honeymoon. I researched it for several months but the more I researched about adults only resorts the more I became confused. My friend referred me to Jack at Vacationeeze and boy was I happy she did. After 20 minutes of talking to Jack it felt like he lived at the resorts I was interested. He really helped me pick the right resort. He even told me some of his favorite drinks at the bars and food at a few of the restaurants. He also helped me set up some excursions during our trip. What was ever better is when we walked into the resort the manager came right up to us to welcome us. I really appreciate how much stress Jack took from me and helped us plan the perfect honeymoon. We enjoyed the resort so much that we are planning to go back next year for our anniversary and I think my parents are going to go there on vacation.

Mexico destination wedding, getting questions addressed by the best - Vacationeeze
We were planning a destination wedding in Mexico and called several of the resorts as well as a really big company that advertises all over. The resorts did not call me back and the other company was slow to respond and did not provide me the detailed information I was looking for. I found Jack and Sharon from Vacationeeze on WeddingWire and I am glad I did. No matter what question I asked they either had the answer or were able to get it. They were very responsive during the planning and made many good suggestions for me and my guests. When I had a problem with the planner at the resort I mentioned it to them and within 1 hour the problem was magically solved. It was great working with them as they made me feel like part of their family. Most of my guests had never travelled out of the country so they had to answer many questions. My guests love the resort Jack and Sharon helped me pick and many want me to organize an anniversary trip so we can all go back and hang out. I already miss talking to Sharon and Jack and can’t wait to plan another trip with them.
