Great Experience all around!

We wanted our wedding party and those close to us to have a great day right along with us and part of that was still enjoying ourselves while being transported. Everything we asked for was taken care of and we had a great time. Very punctual as well!

Great service and fun ride!

Our experience with VEI Limo was great! We booked the party bus several months out, and it was an easy process. We made some changes later on and they were easy to communicate all the changes with via email.

The driver arrived on time, and she was very professional, sweet and funny. The bus was clean and had air conditioning, comfortable seating, and we were able to play whatever music we wanted via bluetooth. It was awesome! When we arrived at the church, she helped me out of the bus and helped hold my dress and veil all the way inside. She even nicely laid out the train of my dress for me right before I walked down the aisle so it looked perfect. After the ceremony, she laid out red carpeting and popped a bottle off champagne open for us to toast to - this made for great photos! On the way to reception, our wedding party wanted more champagne for the ride and she happily stopped at the closest liquor store for us all. She was so nice, our driver was great!!

Great limo company. The driver was more than just a driver. She was accomdating professional and made sure she turned it into a "party bus" I highly recommend this company for your travel needs,unless you don't want to have a great time lol

VEI Limousine was perfect for our big day! They were on time, easy to work with and navigated the shore traffic well! Our driver even watched our photographers car to make sure she didn't get a ticket as we took pictures on the beach. I highly recommend them for your next event! Thanks VEI Limousine :)

We used VEI for our wedding day and they were great. We got the white stretch Hummer which fit our bridal party perfectly. They were prompt, knowledgeable and when we ran a few minutes over our booked time they let it slide. The limo was nice, they had champagne ready for us when we left the church and overall we were pleased with the service. Thanks again!

V.E.I. was wonderful on our wedding day. We made some last minute changes with the bride's pick up location and V.E.I. didn't let us down. We picked out the 14 passenger Party Bus for our wedding party and found it to be very spacious with 14 people sitting inside it. Our driver was on time and was very helpful with "fluffing" the bride's gown as she entered the church. He was prepared with directions to our location for pictures and back to our venue. We would highly recommend V.E.I. as transportation for your special day!

V.E.I was wonderful!! I had looked at a number of limo companies for my wedding and V.E.I had the best prices. They arrived right to my house right on time, which was obviously very important for my wedding day. The driver was very professional and friendly. They provided champagne in the limo, the limo was clean and new. I have nothing but wonderful things to say!

I used VEI for my wedding day transportation, and I cannot say enough great things about them.
They made everything so easy, and had a car/van that suited every one of my large wedding's needs.
From my personal limo, to my bridal party, to the coaches that shuttled all our guests from 2 hotels to the wedding at Shadowbrook, they were always on time, and above all, so friendly and helpful.
Figuring out the timing and logistics was tricky, however Gil and Anthony were patient and helpful and took all the information I gave them to formulate a flawless day-of plan for my wedding transportation.
I even had friends commenting how nice the large coaches were, and that they can't wait to book them for their own events. Thank you so much VEI for helping make my wedding day perfect!

As mother of the bride I contracted with V.E.I. to provide Limo Service for the groom's parents who can no longer drive. Joe, the chauffeur, treated the couple with the utmost respect. He went beyond his duty as a driver. Upon arrival to the venue in a long stretch limousine, he escorted them to their seats(avoiding stairs) and went a step further in finding additional pillows for her comfort while at the reception. As is standard practice with VEI, Joe remained at the venue for the entire duration of the event. He was 'at their service' for the day. Along with the wedding itself, the special treatment they received from Joe made the day even more wonderful.

i called them up the day before my wedding due to the 22 pass. bus I had booked had broken down. The courtesy/ professionalism was first class, and the quality of the bus they sent was second to none. I will be recommending them to any who is looking for transportation service. The transportation the day of my wedding was great. We got a 30 person party bus which is definitely the way to go. We had about 20 people in there and we had plenty of room.

We booked a party van at the very last minute--and we're so glad we did! A great value compared to other companies we looked at, and the staff at the company and the driver were both super nice. I totally recommend springing for the party van if your bridal party (like mine) includes a lot of big and tall folks.

VEI was awesome throughout the planning and day of wedding process! The limo was very clean (which made me happy!) Our driver was also very accomidating! Since I started planning my wedding, VEI was very helpful in helping me coordinate my transportation needs. The staff was very friendly and patient as I tried to figure out what type of service fit my needs best. On the day of my wedding, the driver made me feel very comfortable and helped my girls and I calm our nerves before entering the church. He was very cordial and did a great job the entire day. I am very thankful that VEI was in charge of my wedding transportation, and I would most definitely recommend any bride who is looking for a reliable limousine company to go with VEI Limousine.

This was not a Wedding, but my son's Prom. I hired a bus and a limo. Both drivers were the BEST. Careful and courteous and got all the kids back home without incident. Since then, I have been using them for car service from the airport. They are reliable and nice. I will be using them when each need arises. I will be sure to use them for my younger son's Prom this coming May.
I give a 5 Star rating for this Company and highly recommend them to anyone!

Amazing party bus

We rented the 30 person party bus for our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. The driver went above and beyond to make sure our day was flawless including holding my flowers, helping hold my dress, and fixing mine and my bridesmaids before walking down the aisle. Highly recommend.

Amazing limo. They have so many limos it's impossible for anything to go wrong. Kevin our limo driver was great and on-time. The limo looked amazing and the bridal party was enjoying the ride. The champagne was very good and got a red carpet champagne toast. The DVD player and Bluetooth were hard to set up. The DVD never worked in the limo but the Bluetooth we set up after some difficulty. That didn't stop us from having a great time. Thank you

We used VEI for both the bachelorette party and bridal party transportation on the wedding day. We had no problems at all. In fact, we changed the pick up time twice on the evening before the wedding, They were accommodating and called me at 10PM the night before the wedding to confirm they could make the change!

We were very happy with our choice to book VEI Limo. They were on-time and professional. Our limo driver was great in making sure that none of the guests saw me before the wedding, and he offered to hold and fix the train on my dress when he saw that my bridal party was busy with other last minute preparations. The only reason I took one star off the "Value" category is because the 3 hour minimum was more time than we needed them for.

When I saw the party bus at a bridal show, and met the owner, I was confident that we were going to use V.E.I. Limousine for our wedding transportation. We all had such an awesome time on the party bus!! We were even able to hookup our own music from our iPhones! The complimentary champagne that they provided when they picked us up from the church was such a great touch! Everyone cheered as we toasted to one another minutes after we became husband & wife. Loved the party bus. We spent so long looking for a BLACK party bus and Gil pulled through for us. The only thing I was not happy about was because of traffic we had overtime charges. Instead of pulling us to the side, it was announced in front of my entire wedding party cash was needed NOW in order to pay the o/t. Will have a chat with Gil about that, but overall was happy with everything. Would recommend them to anyone!

VEI Limo had a swank party bus, in black as we requested. Our driver was very professional in a tux, great attitude, with a red carpet, and champagne. (I don't know how but he had my husband's and my favorite delicious champagne! Verdi!) The exterior was nice and waxed the inside was really cool and the ride was very smooth (talking both car and driver). Our driver even had some music to offer- dropkick murphey's to a bunch of drunkin' Irishmen, I could not have asked for anything more!

I had a positive experience with this limo company. We rented a party bus and it was beautiful! Exactly what we wanted. The driver was excellent!!!!! She was so helpful to me throughout the whole day. She was professional, kind and really was there to help my husband and I. We were really amazed about how she went above and beyond.

My husband and I were both very pleased with V.E.I. Limos. On the morning of our wedding and throughout the rest of the time that we had them, they were on time and professional. We especially enjoyed the champagne toast after the ceremony! I did not have any issues with this company and would definitely recommend them for weddings or any other occasion.

VEI was easy to work with, had a nice selection of cars to choose from, and affordable. Our driver, Katrina was a professional who took care of many details the day of. She noticed my dad did not have his flower on and asked him where it was. He would have left the house with it! She got us to and from the event in comfort and style!

Not only on-time, Catrina was early and provided incredible service. She kept my wife at ease, guiding her through every phase from pick up to drop off at our reception. We weren't the only ones to notice and comment on how awesome she was. The guys in my wedding party made it a point to let me know how great she was doing... recommending (more like insisting) that I give an extra special gratuity. She definitely earned it, and if you can... request her!!

I would rate everything a 5 based on our wedding day experience. I couldn't based on the bachelor party experience. After being quoted a price, my guys were told they had to pay more for fuel surcharges... even though gas was below $2.00/gallon at the time. If our driver would have been an employee, it would brush it off as the guy trying to make more $, but it was the owner who drove us on the first leg of our journey.

The driver (Ed) was superb, and the limo exactly as requested. Limo arrived on time and was a good price. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on all was the management's problems with handling my final payment. With the wedding four days away, V.E.I. Limousine called to say they never got our last check and to bring cash or a certified check on the day of the wedding. Having mailed it, I had to assume it was stolen and went to the bank to put a stop on the check ($35 fee) and purchased a certified check ($10 fee). Turns out the first check was cashed by V.E.I. Limo. I called and it turns out it had been put in with credit card payments and never noted on my account. I didn't need that extra stress right before the wedding. And I never received an apology of any kind. If you use them, ONLY pay by credit card.

On my wedding, I was told we would have a champagne toast when we left the church getting into party bus with my bridal party. That never happened. Everything else with party bus was great. The driver was extremely helpful and accommodating. The bus was very clean and up to date! Through VEI I also arranged a shuttle to be available to drive people back and forth to hotel after the venue. A few people decided to go across highway to a after party bar. The driver had another hour and half left so I asked since I paid the 2 hours to hangout there. When people later asked for ride back the driver said NO. Which was very frustrating because I paid over 300$$ for 2 hours for him to sit outside and make 1 trip to a hotel which was 10 min away. All and all, the company was very accommodating with prices and all the cars or buses used were always on time and very clean! We rented for the day a party bus, 2 shuttles, and a limo. As well as for both bachlorette and bachlor parties a party bus and limo.

We rented a limo bus for transportation for our bridal party. The bus arrived on time, was clean and our driver was excellent. She helped me in and out of the bus, helped with my dress, and was very professional the entire time. After going through many price quotes in the area, VEI was one of the most reasonable.

We rented the 32 passenger party bus for our recent wedding which was beautiful and pretty spacious. It was definitely pretty pricey for 3 hours, but I sort of understood that being as it was such a big party bus. The person that my mom spoke to when booking it was very helpful and wonderful to work with. They were very flexible and patient, as we had to make some changes last minute.

We were doing a "first look" at the hotel and then our entire bridal party and parents were going on the party bus to take pictures at the beach. I know that we weren't married yet, but our limo driver did not show any excitement for us whatsoever and I was a little taken aback by that. He wasn't that friendly, although he did get us to the beach promptly and did as we asked him to when it was time to leave which I am thankful for. For the money that we paid to rent the limo bus, I was surprised by this. He did arrive on time and we also used the bus to act as a "shuttle" for our hotel guests being as we had a half hour left of our 3 hour time limit. This worked out great and saved us some $ and also made me feel like I got my money's worth a little bit more for the party bus. We didn't receive any champagne or anything like they normally do for weddings which I was kind of bummed about. It was a great bus and the people we booked with were wonderful, but I was expecting a little more excitement and a friendly smile on our special day.

We had hired VEI for our transportation. Our driver was very nice and on time. The only problems I had were-

1) AC in the limo was practically non-existent and our wedding was in June so we were sweltering. We asked for the driver to turn it up and he did but it never seemed to cool down enough

2) not enough drinks in the limo, it was june and HOT, we ran out of soda within 15 min and myself (the bride) did not get any soda or water, the wedding party had one drink each and it was all gone, lucky for me there was that free bottle of champagne.

3) the BIGGEST problem- we had booked a 14 passenger mega stretch, we originally had 13 in our party but two dropped out, we are VERY lucky they did, we had problems fitting all 11 of us (10 average sized adults and one 7 yr old flower girl) in this limo. We were kind of squashed. My dress was huge which didn't help, our flowers we had to toss on the floor. The groom and I didn't even get to sit in our own seat in the very back of the limo because we had to squeeze a party member in with us. Being squashed like that also made it hotter I suppose. I do not know what we would have done had there been 13 of us, we would have been pretty much screwed.

We rented the rolls royce for our car and the party bus for the bridal party. Our car was very hot (in the middle of july) but there was hardly any a/c. We got out of the church a little late and our driver was kind of nasty to us about leaving, we had wanted to go down the block to the beach for pictures and he more or less said that he had another wedding to do in 2 hours and we couldn't go to the beach so we were kind of dissappointed. The bridal party said they loved the party bus and when they got to the place, they ended up charging us for overtime anyway so we could've gone to the beach and gotten our overtime worth it.

Review your contract!

We had an amazing experience with V.E.I when it came to planning the party bus for our large wedding party. The contract was drawn up quickly and was such an easy process. Due to changes in the timing of our ceremony, we had to extend our contract which seemed easy enough to do. Unfortunately, they day of our wedding things did not go as smooth as expected. As soon as we got to taking our pictures the driver informed me (the bride) that we were in overtime. The last thing a bride needs on that day is more stress, tip number 1, talk to someone else about it. When going back to look at the contract it seems the times were all updated but not the number of hours. This mistake caused a lot of unnecessary chaos and stress. When finally arriving to the venue and trying to settle the bill, the driver was extremely unpleasant and hard to deal with. I would not recommend using them again.

Having confirmed a week before the wedding, we came to find out that they didn't have us booked for shuttle service back and forth to the hotel our guests were staying at, which we previously requested. They easily added this on and accommodated us when we needed a larger limo. However, they seemed very disorganized. The driver called me the morning of and was unsure the details and timeline of our pickup and arrival. Since we already gave this information to the owner, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication within the company. Additionally, being in a wedding dress I had to open my own door and finagle my way out of the limo. Although everyone was very friendly, I wouldn't choose this company for another occasion.

We used V.E.I. Limos for 1 stretch and 1 shuttle.

The driver of the limo was very nice. He opened the door for us, helped me with my train, kept me out of sight until I walked down the aisle, and had the champagne toast ready for the end of the ceremony. However, we had to do some walking at the picture site after he dropped us off and did not come to pick us up when he saw us walking back.. just stood there waiting. That was annoying.

The driver of the shuttle was rude and talked on his phone while driving. He was also not on time, but to be fair, was not exceedingly late.

Something that did not really bother me and my wedding party, but I could see bothering some other people was: After we paid for our extra hours, the limo driver proceeded to hang around for about 15 minutes. Before we walked away, we saw him changing his shirt and, I think, cleaning out the limo. In this particular case, the headquarters for this company was only a few mile up the road... I didn't understand why he couldn't just go back there to do this.

After we booked V.E.I., I realized they are a bit more expensive than I originally thought. Unless your ceremony, pictures, and reception site (or at least 2 of the three) are at the same place, you will need extra hours. These are not cheap.. and must be paid in CASH the day of the wedding. Which, for some can be inconvenient.

V.E.I. Limo was the only vendor that I had any trouble with. We contracted for a 14-passanger party/limo bus to transport the wedding party to the photo location and then to the wedding location, and to then shuttle wedding guests between the hotel to the wedding location. While the limo drive was punctual, he was not very friendly. We were told that there would be champagne, soda, water and a red carpet, but we got none of those. The drive stressed the bride (me) out by asking "where are we going? do you know how to get there?" even though this had all been communicated to (and confirmed with) V.E.I. weeks ago.

The worst part was that at the end of the night, we contracted for V.E.I. to shuttle guests back and forth from the hotel until 12:30am. The wedding ended at 11:30, so we figured this would give everybody time to get home. However, the bride and groom were stuck waiting with the last wedding guests at 11:45, and the shuttle just never came back. Finally my brother called and made the guy come back, but he was not going to return otherwise.

In conclusion, while the greivances were not outrageous, I would not recommend booking this company.

The guy I talked with to book and finalize details was curt and impatient. They called us during the middle of the wedding to inform that a payment did not go through - rather than take care of it before the wedding. It was exasperating to deal with it during the wedding! The chauffeur said strange things and was not flexible about the timing. The only plus was the shuttle service, which was needed for guests coming to/from NYC and had a nice driver. I would not recommend this company.

We got a bus to transport the guys to the church and a stretch SUV to transport the girls to the church. Both vehicles were late; the guys' bus was 40 minutes late. When we called to ask where the drivers were, we were told that they couldn't find the driver and we were put on hold for 10 minutes. We were also told that the driver would space out the girls and fluff the bride's gown, and also have a red carpet and a champagne toast for us after the ceremony. None of this happened. Also, the air conditioning in the SUV was broken so we were very uncomfortable. In the end, we got where we needed to be but it was not the most pleasant experience.

I planned my daughter's New Jersey wedding from the west coast so I relied heavily on phone and email contact with her vendors. I hired a 14 passenger party bus from VEI to transport the bridal party and some family from our hotel to the venue for rehearsal and back the day of the wedding. There were 5 one-way trips in total.
Anthony in the office as well as the ladies I spoke with were very unprofessional, rude, and made me feel like I was doing them a favor. The only reason I booked them was because they were the only company I could find with the vehicle I wanted. I booked 5 months in advance, gave my credit card number for the hold, payment not due until 30 days prior, and was told there was no contract. I insisted and received a very unprofessional looking acknowledgement. No one contacted me at 30 days so I called them and they acted like they didn't know who I was. I made my payment and was told I'd receive an emailed receipt. When I didn't receive it I called back a few days later and was told by Anthony they don't give receipts. I tried to discuss the back and forth schedule of my 3 hr package and was rudely told I'd be contacted in two weeks. I wasn't. I ended up calling was again treated very rudely. I called again a week before to confirm pick up time and they had it wrong. Called again the day of the wedding to confirm pick up time and they had it wrong. Fortunately the driver showed up on time. I gave the driver a list of passengers for each of the trips but yet he left after rehearsal with 2 instead of 4 passengers so I was on the phone calling the office asking where the driver was. VEI caused me WAY too much stress.

Your limo was fine as well as the driver. My problem was that we ran over on the time allowed and disputed the actual time your man arrived to start. Then once we ran over, your driver DEMANDED cash to go over instead of a credit card. We disputed the actual charge based on time and the fact that we had to give him cash as opposed to a credit card or a debit card which was not professional. The bottom line is that we were overcharged by $160.00 and caused us to scramble to get cash instead card. On a say that was my wedding, it caused some confusion and angst which should not have happened. That is not a good policy AND because of that the extra tip I was to give to the driver was not given. You need to change that policy.

I found V.E.I on wedding wire and found there to be mixed reviews but gave them the benefit of the doubt and went with them anyway. I cant say I was completely satisfied. I understand that the contract has specified times and things happened but to go up to the bride when there is a million things going on in front of the entire bridal party and say that we are 15 minutes over the alloted time and we now have to pay overtime was not in the best taste. I feel like the driver could have handled that situation better. I also called their office on Saturday when our party bus was not at the hotel when it was suppose to be and I was put on hold for 10 minutes without ever talking to someone so I hung up and called back and spoke to someone right away to find out where the driver was - why was I on hold for so long then was able to speak to someone right away? I dont think the customer service was at the level it could have been. And lastly, we rented a party bus to have a 'party' environment for our bridal party - when we got on the bus there was no music, no tv and the AC was blasting so high we all were freezing! V.E.I prides itself on being a full service limo business but I did NOT feel like I got the service I was originally expecting. My driver did not help with my dress, he did not 'roll out the red carpet', - he didnt add any extra service at all - he basically drove the bus and annoyed the bride - not the quality of service I had expected.

Not satisfied with this service at all. I had changed the hotel location in my contract weeks ago, and they STILL went to the wrong place...twice! The shuttle service didn't pick up a full load of people each time, so I had guests almost miss the reception if I hadn't sent someone back just to pick them up. I wish I hadn't paid for it already.

They never picked the bride up and were 40 minutes late picking up the groom. We almost missed our wedding reception.

The party bus was supposed to pick the groom up at 1pm. At 1:05 when no one was there the groomsmen called the office and were told that the driver hit a detour and would be there in 10 minutes. When no one was there, more phone calls were made to the company and all they kept saying was that the driver “will be there in 10 minutes” and suspiciously kept losing service or hearing “clicks” at the end of the calls inquiring where the driver was. The driver did not arrive until 1:38pm. Once he did arrive, he did not know where he was going or how to use a GPS system, so one of the groomsman had to sit in the front seat and provide turn-by-turn directions on how to get to the church. On the way, the driver mentioned he went to pick the bride up first and then turned around. He pointed out the intersection where he turned around… only 3 blocks from the bride’s home, which is 30 minutes from where the groom was! This explains the lateness, but the company kept relaying that it was due to traffic and a detour, which was not the truth. The ceremony was supposed to start at 2pm, so there was not enough time for the company to pick the bride up, so bridesmaids, bride, and bride’s parents had to drive themselves to the church. We frantically tried to clean cars and vacuum dog hair from the back seat. We still made it to the church before the groom and groomsmen. The company kept saying “they will be right there” but they did not arrive until 2:12pm. This caused us to be rushed as the church only had our wedding booked from 2-3pm with other events at 3:15pm. When we finally pulled up the church doors, “Here Comes the Bride” was already playing, and we rushed down the aisle at 2:15pm. I did not get a picture with my father with the limo or waiting to walk down the aisle, and the grandparents were not escorted down the aisle due to lack of time. After the ceremony, we had only 10 minutes for pictures with both families, not nearly enough. We then loaded in the party bus to go back to reception site. The driver apologized and took complete responsibility for the mistake, however it was too late to correct the fact I had to drive myself to my own wedding! In the end, the company only reimbursed us 1 hour worth of service. This was not enough to cover the stress of the day, the gas we paid to get to the church, the Uber rides after the reception to pick the cars back up at the church, the time our 150+ guests had to wait for us, or the priceless lack of pictures of our loved ones. The reality is that if we relied solely on VEI to get BOTH the bride and groom to the venue that we would have missed our wedding ceremony. There was no phone call from the company to the bride, no alternate solutions made, or accommodations once they realized how late they were. We decided on VEI because we liked their party bus fleet, however you can only enjoy the vehicles if they actually show up. At the reception, our photographer asked who the company was, and when we said VEI she reported having another couple a month prior have the same issue with lateness and will now warn couples not to use VEI. I agree and strongly urge anyone to use another, more reliable, more professional company for any of your events.

Terrible customer service and they steal. I had to cancel my car service and my contract stated a 35 dollar cancellation fee. I made the mistake of prepaying the entire trip, as well as gratuities, parking and tolls - they refuse to refund anything. They lie STEAL and CHEAT. Stay far far away!!!

Most horrible experience ever!!! I was late to my own wedding because the limo driver got me and my father lost to my ceremony when he just finished dropping off my bridal party! His driving made me sick to my stomach slamming on the breaks every minute! It was a nightmare!! The shuttle bus had no air conditioning my poor guests got off the shuttle sweaty and sick. I wish I can give this company 0 stars. VERY UNHAPPY BRIDE!!!!

This company is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. The limo was 1st late to pick me and my groomsmen up wich made my wife and her bridesmaids late as well. Ontop of that they parked around the corner from a very simple open street and made us walk to the bus on a 90 degree day, Then not have anything to drink on the bus. (Even some taxi's provide water sometimes) the worst part is rite after we just got married as we walk out of the church the first thing he said is that this is a 3 hr package and if you go over time is 150 extra so what that means is no pictures at the location we chose to go to from the church due to being threatened that we are going to have to pay more. All and all it was a horrible experience and trying to call to get some answers from ownership is like speaking to a wall. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided for our wedding day. We used the white limo coach on a sunny day in June, and the air conditioning was not working. The driver didn't know how to get it to work, and when I called the company to complain, they said, well it was working when it left here. They did nothing about it, didn't offer to send us another vehicle, didn't make any adjustment to the price we paid. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.
