Best & Easiest Decision Ever

Utopian Events was one of the first vendors we hired in our early stages of planning! Decorators truly set the tone for the wedding festivities and the reason we were able to decide on Shushil and Team so quickly was because of their experience in the industry and their creativeness. Each time my husband and I walked into an event, we were WOW-ed, like our jaws dropped and I teared up of course! Shushil was with us every step of the way to make the process easier, from site visits to the morning of. One thing in my planning that I never had to worry about was our decorations or florals! Thank you Utopian Events Team for the wedding of a lifetime. The handwork and hours you put in did not go unnoticed by us or our guests. Our friends and family have repeatedly commented that they have never seen decorations and florals so beautifully done! The only bad part of the experience was it ending, but after two years with Shushil - we consider him family and are eagerly awaiting our cousins/siblings to get married so we have the chance to work with him and Utopian Events again!

Our vision came to life!

We worked with Utopian events for the past 2 years, due to COVID our wedding was pushed back, it was a long road to get to our wedding, but it was worth it! Angelica and her team did an amazing job making our vision come true while adding her own thoughts and creativity to the decorations. Kinjal was amazing day of making sure everything was perfect and Shushil was great with communicating with my parents and making sure everything was done correctly as well. We were in awe of everything as were our family and guest. It was a weekend we will never forget and we are so happy we got to work with Utopian Events. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had an amazing experience with Utopian Events! Shushil and his very talented team were incredible to work with throughout our entire wedding planning experience! Every time we met with them while planning, he not only designed our dream wedding, but he also gave us very valuable advice for every other aspect of our wedding. My (now) wife and I met with Shushil to describe our vision for the event and he understood what we were looking for. He was able to cater to our special requests and executed them brilliantly. We requested for a leaf Ganesh to be featured at our Ganesh table and Shushil's team custom built a tall leaf Ganesh that was beautifully upholestered. Shushil of Utopian Events was simply marvelous! Being photographers in the wedding industry we get the opportunity to work with some amazing vendors, so some might think it would be difficult to pick our favorite vendors when it came time for us to walk down the aisle. Well when it came to decor and floral we already knew who we wanted, his attention to detail and passion for artistry is rare and we are beyond blessed to have had Utopian Events along with Linens and Chairs design our wedding decor. They also where so helpful when it came time to choose flowers and made sure we had everything prepared and planned out and with our schedule we needed that!...

Beautiful, gorgeous, stunning, amazing… I simply do not have enough adjectives to describe the decorations created by Utopian Events for our wedding! Utopian helped to design multiple events for our wedding and each time I walked into the room before the event, I was literally stunned by the beauty of the room. If you are considering hiring Utopian Events for your wedding – here are a few details about my experience that may help you along your way. First off, I am a bride that lives in the North East, but decided to have the wedding in Atlanta. As a result, I had to meet with many of my vendors during my few and far between whirlwind weekend trips to Atlanta or work with my vendors remotely. During one of my trips to Atlanta before the wedding, we met with a number of different decorators and I have to say, there is absolutely no competition between what Shushil offers and other decorators in Atlanta.
I would recommend Utopian to anyone and everyone – they are truly wonderful, responsive, the price is more than reasonable, and the quality of work outshines all competitors!

Shushil's team did an AMAZING job with all of our events in Hilton Head - everything looked GORGEOUS!!!! :o) I was a little atypical as a bride in the sense I didn't really care all that much about the details of the decorations, I just wanted everything to look nice, modern and not tacky - and Shushil's team at Utopian Events DEFINITELY delivered!!! :o) I LOVED everything! :o) From the flower elephants (my absolute favorite) to the draped, elegant mandap to the BEAUTIFUL stage he put together for us - seriously, everything looked BEAUTIFUL!!! :o) Plus, Shushil is very professional, responsive, and easy to work with :o) Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! :o)

All Shushil needed from us was some vague Pinterest-inspired ideas and suggestions, a few “must-haves” and an approximate budget. He took it from there – he immediately understood what we wanted and used his experience and creativity to work with us build upon that vision and create a picture-perfect wedding. He often drew inspiration from seemingly insignificant elements, coming up with great ideas we could never have come up with on our own. We were so pleasantly surprised to see how much he cared about his product, and were shocked by the level of energy, thought and consideration he put into our wedding, treating it as if it were no different from his own. In the final stressful weeks leading up to the wedding, Shushil had us completely at ease, and we knew that we were in good hands and had nothing to worry about. He was up literally all night setting up for our early morning wedding ceremony…and while he was running around making sure everything was all set, he still found time to stop and not only bring me breakfast, but feed it to me personally. Who is this guy and where did he come from???

I had put off selecting a décor vendor for my wedding because I was anticipating it to be somewhat of a dreadful process because I have very particular taste, I wanted to stick to a budget, but I also wanted my wedding to be grand--quite a combination, right? In our initial phone conversations, I knew Shushil would be able to handle my particular taste especially because when I would throw out an idea, he would respond with ways on flushing the idea out to truly make it come "alive". I was set on incorporating a Mardi Gras theme into my reception décor and the way Shushil made that idea into a reality was unbelievable--truly stunning!

As for budget, I can honestly say I never felt that Shushil wanted me to add décor elements simply to increase the package total. I felt very comfortable talking to him about budget which I believe to be a very important quality in a vendor. He always provided me with a range of price options so I never felt that I was missing out on quality or pressured to choose only high priced items.

Another important quality about Shushil that I must brag about is his communication style--Shushil would respond to my texts, e-mails, and phone calls instantly! I cannot emphasize how important this is especially for brides who want to be kept in the know throughout the entire planning process. Sometimes an idea would pop into my head at midnight, I'd send Shushil an e-mail right then and have a response by the time I woke up in the morning--this is just another telltale sign of what a high quality vendor Shushil is.

Overall, I encourage every bride to contact Utopian Events if they want their décor planning to be stress-free yet uniquely phenomenal. Utopian Events turns ideas into reality and I am so grateful to have been able to work with such a fantastic vendor. All the best to the team!

Throughout all of my events, the most common comment I heard from everyone was how stunning the decor was and how they couldnt believe how well it reflected my personality. Utopian Events is definitely the way to go- they are not only vendors but now dear friends of mine that I will remember for life!

Wow! What can I say about our experience with Shushil and Utopian Events? We came into our wedding planning process with a few concrete ideas and some vague notions of how we wanted our events to look, and Shushil immediately gave us confidence that we could bring these ideas to life. We interviewed multiple decorators and Shushil was a no-brainer; he was willing to accommodate any request and thought very creatively about accomplishing what we wanted to be done. We have worked with Utopian Events several times and have always come away amazed. Most recently, our team filmed an event in Savannah, GA and we have been bombarded with compliments about how amazing each of the events looked. It is so nice to film events where the attention to detail in the design has been executed in such a beautiful way. Utopian Events is one of the best in the Industry today!

My dad and I liked him the best out of every decorator because he was completely up front with all of the pricing. We knew exactly what he was going to provide and the costs associated with it, which no other company did. He also gave us a copy of the quote, which no other decorator was willing to do. This was a deal breaker for us. We knew we could trust him and that was huge when it comes to planning a wedding.
I thought planning was going to be difficult because I lived in Philly and the wedding was in Atlanta. We only had a few trips to Atlanta throughout the year and Shushil was extremely accommodating of this fact and worked with us around our hectic schedules. He is also had great recommendations for our DJ, Photographer, Caterer, and Cake.
The entire decor for our wedding weekend was spectacular! The mandap was beautiful with gorgeous lighting. All the centerpieces were magnificent. The colors were perfect! The Utopian Events team took care of everything and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! He made the weekend worry free for myself and my dad. The team worked through the night on Fri to get the mandap ready for Sat morning and they were never late.
Overall working with Shushil & the Utopian Events team was stress-free for me and was the one of the best decisions I made. Shushil is very trustworthy. You won’t get hidden charges at the end like other people and the finished product is spectacular. The team worked really hard for us and we greatly appreciate it as it made our wedding perfect for us. Thank you for a beautiful wedding!!

Utopian Events did an AMAZING job decorating my January winter wedding. From start to finish, everything went so smoothly that I never had to worry about a thing. Shushil and his staff did such a wonderful job on my sister's wedding several years ago that I knew the decor and the flowers would be beautiful. But our event space was transformed beyond even my highest expectations and looked stunning and elegant. It was a great feeling to have so many of our guests comment on how beautiful everything looked! I cannot say enough great things about Shushil and his staff. Thanks again for making our wedding so lovely and memorable!!!
