Jade and Tim were awesome. Extremely friendly and flexible. They had us on a tight schedule to make sure we hit the times and locations we wanted, but were also dynamic and flexible to recognize when a great shot just needed to be captured. Tim came to the hotels with the guys prior to the ceremony and blended in to get great pictures without the feeling that he was imposing on anything. Both Jade and Tim were very positive and gave great direction, resulting in some beautiful posed, and impromptu pictures.

Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Uplift Photography did a beautiful job at my wedding. Jade and Tim were so helpful, unobtrusive, and professional. Jade had a calming effect, kept my husband and I on track throughout the day. She is so sweet (my mother-in-law thought she was the best vendor!) and easy going. My photos came out beautifully. I have had four different brides-to-be ask for her information. I would recommend her for anyone who wants a photographer to capture the "moments" of the wedding.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our wedding photographs as well as our engagement photos. We also have such beautiful, timeless albums that Jade created.

Out of all the vendors we dealt with, Uplift photography was by far the best; easiest to deal with, best bang for your buck, accommodating, accessible, and experienced.

Jade is such an amazingly talented photojournalist photographer. She took our engagement pictures and was so wonderful about directing my shy husband and found wonderful creative spots to take her amazing pictures. She really put us at ease and caught some amazing moments. She is so wonderful at taking pictures that convey love and happiness. On top of all of that, she is the sweetest nicest person. I highly recommend her!

We can't say enough good things about our photographers at Uplift Photography. We were blown away by their work posted on their blog and when we finally got to work with them we were even more impressed. Jade is utterly professional but made us feel so comfortable so that we felt as if we had a friend in her and her husband (you can pay just little bit extra and get him as a second shooter). The package options were really great too, their cost was very reasonable in comparison with other photographers of their caliber. We were able to make some additions an move things around so that we got the right amount of time and pictures for our needs. Jade was always prompt at responding to my many questions and was even willing to come far to do our engagement session at a place that was really meaningful to us. You will not be disappointed with Uplift Photography! We cannot tell you how many compliments we've gotten on their work and personal service!:)

We can't say enough great things about Jade and Tim! We wanted to find photographers who were personable, made us feel comfortable, and took beautiful, natural photos. We got all of that and more with Jade and Tim! I was super nervous for our engagement session, but it was an wonderful day. Jade managed to get gorgeous pictures in the 90 degree heat after my fiance and I had been at work all day. We knew we made an amazing decision once we saw those photos! Jade and Tim made our wedding day a breeze, they were easygoing, professional, and truly captured the emotions of the day. They struck a great balance between posed family photos and relaxed candids. Almost a year after our wedding, we are still struggling to select album photos, they're all are so amazing. We are so happy we booked with Uplift Photography and had the chance to work with Jade and Tim- we highly recommend them!

Jade and Tim were by far the best vendor choice we made for our wedding. Jade was warm and wonderful when we me her at a coffee shop - and she (and her husband Tim) were fantastic through the wedding day. We did an engagement shoot with her which made us more comfortable with being photographed and resulted in fantastic photos. Even though we had a rainy wedding day, they made my husband and I feel at ease - taking control when we needed guidance and making us laugh and feel comfortable throughout all of the photos. They suffered in the rain and wind to get great shots and held a tarp out for me to cross the mud once the rain stopped. It was like we had friends there for us - not just another vendor. By far the BEST choice we made - we will recommend them to anyone.

Jade was amazing! She was very laid back and accommodating. We had a last minute change of photo location, but she didn't miss a beat! She rolled with it...and photos came out amazing! I would definitely recommend Uplift Photography!

I would give 10 stars if I could!

Boy could I write a novel on this woman! We used Jade for our engagement pictures, and our 2021 wedding. After hiring her we met at a local coffee shop to get to know each other and ended up chatting for 2 hours! She is so personable and easy to get along with which is such an important thing to have with your photographer. She’s essentially in charge of your day in terms of making sure you’re on schedule and in the right place at the right time so having the right person is KEY to a smooth day. Her style of photographing is super candid and in the moment so when it comes to the big day, just sit back and be yourself, she will be snapping away capturing all of the moments! Out of all the photographers I looked at, she was the only one I felt kept her photos looking natural, yet enhanced. She pays really close attention to detail and you will be blown away by the results. She genuinely cares about each of her couples and is a joy to work with. Talented, creative, kind, and passionate. Thank you Jade from the bottom of our hearts!

Upliftphotography captured our wedding day beautifully!! Jade and Tim were soo amazing to work with from start to finish. It was soo fun taking pictures with them. Now that I have received my proofs, I cannot decide on what pictures to put into the album because one picture is better than the next!!

As an art teacher and photographer myself, photography was VERY important to me and I wanted to really take my time choosing a great vendor. After looking at Jade and Tim's beautiful work on their website and blog I was continuously impressed by their creative eye, high quality work and the beautiful moments they were able to capture. After our engagement session with Jade I knew I had made a great choice. Not only did Jade brave hiking up Mohonk mountain with us, she was able to give us amazing photos - and so MANY great ones!! My husband had never done a photoshoot before and Jade had us cracking up and feeling comfortable the whole time. The whole experience was awesome. Fast forward to the wedding itself and I couldn't believe how easy it was working with Jade and Tim. They were able to work with my videographers flawlessly and they were not intrusive at all. After seeing my photos after the wedding I couldn't be happier! Uplift photography has truly given us phenomenal photographs that will help us remember and cherish our beautiful wedding forever. Gorgeous photos and a joy to work with!

Choosing a wedding photographer was one of the most important things to us in the wedding planning process, and we could not be happier that we found Uplift! Neither of us are great at staged posing, so it was crucial to find a photographer who could capture natural and candid moments of us and our friends and family. We could tell immediately from Jade's portfolio that her photos were not only beautiful, but showcased couples' genuine emotions. From working with her, we now know this is both because she has a great eye, and that her personality and approach puts couples at ease immediately. Her second photographer, Geri, did a phenomenal job and was a joy to work with as well. We are in love with the samples we have seen so far of our wedding photos, and can't wait to see the rest! Highly recommend!!

Jade was amazing! She was a pleasure to work with through every step of the process. On the day of the wedding she and her second shooter Geri were great about getting the portrait shots done quickly (we wanted to get in to see everyone and start partying ASAP). Even though we were rushing her everything came out amazing. I couldn't believe how many shots we loved as we looked through our gallery. I've had countless friends say that the pictures look like they are out of a magazine shoot! On top of all that, Jade was extremely affordable. You won't regret choosing her!

From the beginning Jade and Tim were fantastic and so accommodating. My husband and I live in Boston but got married in Connecticut. Jade met us up in Boston for our initial meeting and then came back again to do our engagement photos. Our engagement photos were unbelievable, Jade has a fantastic eye and the photos blew us away; we couldn't wait for our wedding pictures. A wedding in itself can be a bit chaotic but Jade and Tim's calm demeanor put us at ease. They were so easy to work with and captured our day perfectly. Again, I can't say enough about the high quality of their work as well as their professionalism. We can't thank them enough!

Choosing Uplift to capture our wedding was definitely one of the best decisions we made!

We decided to meet with Jade after seeing what an amazing job she did with our friends' engagement photos. Immediately, my husband and I loved her fun and laid back nature. We booked Uplift on the spot over a year and a half before our wedding. A few months later we met up with her again for our engagement shoot. Jade made us both feel comfortable in front of the camera and laughed with us the whole time.

On the day of our wedding, Jade and Tim were amazing. We can't say enough about them as photographers and as people! Their calming presence and positive attitude were exactly what we needed. We trusted them both implicitly and that was due to their abundantly apparent kindness and consideration. We cannot thank them enough and will continue to recommend them to every one of our friends who is planning a wedding!

I couldn't have been luckier to have found Jade! From the day I met her I felt like she was a friend! I met her at a coffeehouse to look through examples of her work and I knew from that day on that I wanted her to photograph my wedding! We hadn't even set a date yet- and in the end we actually picked our date based on her availability! It was the detail I was most sure about and I don't regret it at all! In fact our best friends got married a year after us and were sure after seeing our wedding photos that they wanted Jade and Tim for their day also! I love how they are always fresh and innovative! When i look through pictures they've taken I never feel like its the same old thing I've seen before! Jade and Tim are professional, creative and fun! It is so important on the day of your wedding to have a photographer who blends into the day. I didn't feel like I was posing or having to take precious time out of my day to "take pictures". The end result was candid pictures which really captured the feeling of the day! I have been in other weddings as a bridesmaid and I know that a bad photographer can ruin the day. I could not give them a higher recommendation- I tell every bride I know about them...in fact my sister is getting married next year and called Jade and Tim as soon as she got engaged!

Jade & Tim were absolutely amazing. We were comfortable with them immediately, and they really knew what they were doing! We got married at the Bronx Zoo and they are experts at getting the best shots there. We also had photos in two other locations and Jade was incredible. She was able to organize on the fly and deal with the semi-crappy weather to get amazing shots. She also calmed me down when I was freaking out, and was great at rangling the youngest members of our bridal party. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jade was the absolute best!

Jade was absolutely amazing! She was such a calming presence and helped keep us relaxed throughout the photo-taking process.

I was nervous about our wedding photos leading up to the day for a couple of reasons. We didn't want to do a first look so we couldn't take certain photos before the ceremony, and there were also a lot of people to wrangle with a big bridal party and some family considerations.

Plus, my husband really does not like posing for photos and I can never seem to keep my eyes open (lol), but Jade made the chaos of posing for photos such a breeze and captured so many beautiful shots and natural, candid moments.

I was worried about having only one photographer, but Jade managed to somehow be everywhere all at once and capture everything. She also got great shots of our ceremony and reception set-up/decor, which is great both to showcase the amazing work of our other vendors as well as for us, since we didn't necessarily get a chance to see everything all set up before guests arrived.

We recently got our photos back and I have just been smiling from ear to ear seeing how well they turned out and reliving all of the amazing memories.

I am so glad Jade was available to capture our wedding day and I would absolutely recommend Uplift Photography to anyone planning their wedding!!

Besides saying yes to my husband's proposal, choosing Uplift Photography to photograph our wedding was the best decision we made during the planning process. Jade and Tim are amazing! They're incredibly passionate about their work and it definitely shows in their photos. They're professional, open to ideas and creative. My husband and I chose not to hire a videographer so our photos were incredibly important to us, and Jade and Tim did not disappoint. We have received tons of complements on our photos and we are having such a difficult time making our album because we have SO many favorite photos from the day. Jade and Tim are some of the nicest people you'll meet, and my husband and I felt like we had been friends for years when we met them for the first time. We highly recommend them!!

Uplift photography captured the moments of before, during, and after the wedding ceremony. They were very easy going and moved with the flow of the day rather than forcing us to be places at certain times. Stunning photos!!

Jade is incredible!!! I knew from the start we made the right decision booking her for our wedding in May 2022! Our engagement photos were beautiful and the session was so fun! She helped me plan the timeline of the wedding day, kept me calm throughout the process, and was amazing the day of the wedding! It rained unexpectedly and she still got the best shots! Beautiful Spontaneous Photos!

Jade from Uplift Photography and her second photographer Geri were absolutely amazing to have at our wedding. Jade has the sweetest personality, the most calming presence, and is the best hype woman ever! My husband is not a huge fan of taking photos and she was able to encourage him and give him the confidence he needed to get through all the photos on our wedding day. I choose her specifically because she takes the most beautiful spontaneous, joyous, and candid photos! I love feeling like I'm reliving the day when I look at her photos. From the moment we saw the work of Uplift Photography we knew right away that we wanted them to do our wedding at the Bronx Zoo. Jade and Tim were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They were the easiest people to work with and had a calm, easygoing composure the entire time despite having to deal with some strong rain for part of the event. Jade and Tim were an amazing team! From the moment I contacted Jade she was friendly and helpful. When I had concerns about certain pieces of our day she was there to calm me and help figure out how to fix it. I am not going to lie, I was a needy bride and needed to get certain pictures since my husbands parents are divorced. Both Jade and Tim were so nonchalant and were able to get every picture I needed, including s picture of my grooms entire extended family of over 50 people! Our pictures came out amazing and to think that I can only pick 70 out of the thousand that we have is crazy! Incredible Photos

Hiring Jade as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We really appreciated her unobtrusive approach, fresh style, and ability to capture all the emotions throughout the day. Not only did she capture all the special moments of the day, but she also was able to take so many great candid shots of us and our guests. My husband and I don't love being the center of attention, but Jade made us feel comfortable and totally at ease throughout the day. In addition to being super easy to get along with, she is also knowledgeable when it comes to developing a photo timeline which was very helpful!

Uplift was my dream photographer. I saw what an amazing job they did with a friends wedding 3 years prior to my engagement and could not wait to contact them to begin planning my wedding! I reached out to Jade before booking anything else because I knew no matter what happened that day (rain or shine, bad or good venue, crazy wedding guests or not) Uplift photos would make the day look impeccable! Jade and Tim did the photography for our October 2012 wedding at Locust Grove. I'm not even sure where to begin; they're the best! From the first minute we met Jade, I knew Uplift was our ideal photographer. And we were right! We did an engagement session with them over the summer; we gave them a description of our ideal setting and Jade suggested an amazing location. She is wonderful to work with- both at our engagement session and our wedding, I felt more like we were just hanging out with our friends (who happened to have HUGE cameras) than like we were in all-day photo sessions. They're very comfortable, accommodating, fun, and creative. Our pictures are AMAZING! I have no idea how I will pick from all of them to create an album; they're all great! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to veer away from the very traditional wedding photos- Uplift is fun, edgy, creative! Love them. We feel so lucky to have found them and we know this won't be the end of seeing them either!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about Uplift! I met Jade and Tim when they were the photogs for my best friend's wedding. As soon as it was my turn, they were my first and only photographer interview. Jade and Tim are laid back, professional, fun, and thoughtful - making it beyond easy to work with them. Their work speaks for itself (check out their blog!) and we are so excited for our own wedding photos. While i was nothing short of confident, following our engagement shoot - and the countless gorgeous photos (for 2 proclaimed non-photogenic people) - we are certain our wedding shots will be fantastic. Jade and Tim also provided videography for the wedding, and not once did i feel it cut into the time they should have been taken pictures. Jade provided an extensive schedule for the wedding, accommodating a gigantic bridal party and extended family. They were extremely diligent in making sure they had every shot, and even found us before they left the reception to see if we wanted to pose for the cake-cutting so they could capture it. We cannot wait for our photos, and while we await our photo books (through the package), we will be able to download our photos and order our own prints as necessary. Such a convenience! Uplift helped keep me calm throughout the entire process, and we could not be happier that they were with us every step of the way. Jade and Time are amazing!!! They were everything we ever wanted for our wedding day and more! They really got the feel of what we wanted and helped make the day very special :) They're so fun to work with and very easy going, even in the moments where things can get stressful (like possible rain coming). Also, my husband is shy about pictures and Tim went to take pictures of him and his groomsmen while they were getting ready, and everything went really well and my husband felt very comfortable during the entire time. It was also great to have them as our photographers during the couple photo session before the ceremony because they made the moment feel romantic and unique even though we had to take many pictures.
Throughout the event, Jade and Tim blended in, and we didn't feel, along with our guests, like they were in our faces taking many pictures, but they ended taking so many awesome shots of the ceremony and the reception !
I think aside from being really talented and professional, Jade and Tim are also very positive people, which ends up adding great energy to your special day. My husband and I truly love all of our pictures and we are so thankful to them! I highly recommend them!

Jade and Tim are as spectacular as all of the other reviews state. We found them early on in our planning after doing some google searches of wedding photography taken at our venue. I'm glad that they had shot a couple of weddings at our venue since this was our tactic for searching because it certainly didn't matter if they did or not - get lost in their blog and you'll see why. From our engagement shoot to the sneak peek we received so far from our wedding, the way these two capture moments is so unique and beautiful. We were married on the water and one of our favorite shots taken was of us standing atop the sea wall. Jade and Tim were down below, having walked through some marsh like shrubbery to get this unique and gorgeous picture that truly captured the essence of our day. That's dedication! Their gift as artists is only slightly overshadowed though by how nice and cool they are. They gave us 2 other vendor recommendations as well that we also used and were awesome. If you want to find photographers that are good people and take some incredible pictures, look no further than Uplift.

When it came to planning my wedding I was a little overwhelmed and relied heavily on word-of-mouth recommendations. I saw a friend used Uplift Photography for her wedding, and she highly recommended them to me.

I immediately sent Jade an email with my wedding date and asking about pricing. However, I had a bit of a unique situation: I lived in NYC with my fiancé who was in medical school at the time; my parents and wedding venue was 45 minutes north of the city in Westchester County; and while Jade and her husband Tim were more than happy to travel to meet us, it just didn't fit into our hectic work schedules. So Jade and I set up a phone meeting. The best part was that I never had to worry about any little details after we talked about them that first day because Jade and Tim do this ALL THE TIME so I could leave all the "time-lining" and “logistical details” up to them.

I never met Jade or Tim until the day of the wedding. We had talked on the phone, texted, emailed so it felt totally normal. She came into my house the morning of and immediately started to work, taking pictures of everything.

Aside from my absolutely stunning photos that I will have forever, I have one distinct memory from that day. It was right as I was getting into my dress and putting all the finishing touches on. I had my mom, 7 bridesmaids, a few aunts, my father, everyone surrounding me and I was starting to feel a little nervous. I didn't even need to say anything to Jade; she saw it in my eyes, on my face, and through her camera when no one else in the room noticed. She immediately asked everyone to leave the room for a few minutes. It really helped me get my thoughts together and take a quiet few minutes to enjoy the moment and what was going to be the best day of my life.

We had the pleasure of having Jade and Tim photograph our wedding and engagement session and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From our very first meeting with Jade, we knew right then and there that we were going with Uplift Photography. Jade was laid back, professional, nice, young, hip, cool, and her work was AMAZING!

Jade and Tim definitely have a love for what they do and I honestly believe that is because they have so much love for each other and their family. They capture just the right moments, and they know what they are doing.

The product they deliver is at the highest level in terms of quality, clarity, and beauty. When people see my wedding photos, the most common comment I receive about my pictures is that they look like they should be in a magazine. They are just that good.

Jade and Tim will treat you like a friend, they will calm you down when you need it, they will build up your confidence, they will become part of your family on your big day, and they will provide you with the most stunning, gorgeous, and amazing portraits.

I must also mention that they believe less is more. Their album design is not over done, and they do not try to "work" the photos, the photos do all the talking. Some photographers try to sell you on their albums by making the design look, well all over the place! They do not try to manipulate your photos or add old school and out of date effects to them. Their album design is simple and elegant, and of fine quality.

I can't say enough about the experience we had with Uplift Photography. We are constant followers of their blog, and plan on continuing to do business with them in the future for family portraits.

I recommend that if you are searching for a photographer you stalk Jade and Tim's blog for a couple of weeks and I guarantee that you will know you have found something special!

I can't begin to say enough great things about Uplift Photography. Jade and Time aside from being unbelievably talented are laid back, fun and professional all at the same time (in addition to being totally in love and adorable which makes having them there on your wedding day that much better). Jade was the first and last photographer we met with. From start to finish she made the process super easy and is so helpful with anything you need. I’ve been to a lot of weddings and seen obtrusive, rude photographers and Jade and Tim could not be more opposite of that if they tried. Our photos are artistic, natural and just plain amazing without looking “staged” or awkward in the least! They captured EVERY detail and special moment from every angle! When looking through our tremendous amount of photos, I noticed that they captured moments of us, our families and friends that I would have otherwise missed and am so happy to have! I know there are a LOT of great photographers but if you are lucky enough to find Uplift, there is not a chance you will be disappointed. Now that all is said and done, we have our wonderful memories and beautiful photos for years to come and I wouldn’t change a thing! Couldn't be happier with Uplift photography!!!!!!!! They were the first vendor we definately knew we wanted to go with when planning our wedding before anything else because we were so in love with their work from reading their blog and looking at their amazing pictures on their website. We had such a wonderful experience with Jade from start to finish. From the planning, the engagement photos (so much fun!), optional secret session ;) which was awesome and finally the Big Day! You just feel at ease and comfortable from the moment you meet her....she's just the best!!! Jade and Tim were our photographers for our wedding and the day with them couldn't have been better! I love pictures, so the photographer was one of the most important elements for me. I love all of the detail shots, but also wanted to have beautiful pictures of us and all our guests! If you take a quick look at Jade's blog you can see how great she is at both, and as soon as we met for coffee I knew we had found our photographer! Jade suggested a schedule for the day and was so helpful in executing everything we wanted. She was also great about keeping my expectations in check about being realistic (we wanted to take a lot of group photos during cocktail hour) while remaining so nice. I couldn't imagine 2 better people to have spent the day with, or 2 people who are better suited to document weddings!

Jade and Tim are fantastic!! I came across Uplift by looking who has photographed at the venue I choose. What struck me about the photos was the fact that nothing looked staged, no photos were the same, and everyone looked like they were having a fantastic time.

After we booked we had our engagement session. Not only did Jade not push for time limits or give us restrictions as I have heard from other friends and their photographers - Jade was up for anything! At one point she was almost waist deep in freeze cold water to get some unbelievable shots. I have to say while looking at our photos, I kept wonder how am I going to choose a few? I loved every single photo. In addition they create a fantastic website to make it easy to share with friends and family.

For my wedding Jade and Tim were almost a calming force - making us laugh, keeping it fun, and not making us pose. During the wedding I never noticed them but somehow they were always there! We did a sporadic group shot at the bar - a friend of mine snapped a photo on his iPhone. Seems simple enough, but then looking closer Tim was snuck behind the bar and Jade was in the crowd with their cameras. It was phenominal and everyone mentioned how friendly and fun they were.

One of the best parts, at the end of the night Jade came up to me and said are there any shots you want that you can think of now - any group shots, any moments. It really help seal the deal in showing they were there 100% to capture the moment. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a relaxed but extremely professional team!

I am so happy we went with Uplift Photography for our wedding. We purchased their full package and couldn't be happier. Our engagement session was wonderful. Jade does such a great job creating beautiful photos. My fiancé and I felt very comfortable--never forced--and our dog loved it too! Jade and Tim are the most amazing photographers and people there are. From our engagement shoot where they made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera to the wedding day. Jade and Tim were such a great team to work with. I did not get the chance to meet Jade before my wedding but it's crazy as I felt like we had met. Jade was referred to me by a co-worker who used her at her wedding and this co-worker's friends also used Jade. So I believe I'm either the 4th or 5th person within the same group to use Jade. Jade was always responsive to my questions and was prompt on the day of. I haven't seen my photos yet but she posted some teasers pictures on FB and already I am beyond words. I have been admiring Jade's work for over a year now, always waiting in excitement for her next blog post.

My sister used Uplift for her wedding in 2011 and when I got engaged last year the very first thing I did was contact Jade. Photography was the most important thing to me so I immediately asked Jade for her availability before even choosing a wedding date at the venue. She did a phenomenal job for our engagement shoot- we have so many gorgeous images and got SO many compliments on them. Jade knows how to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and exactly how to direct you to stand, pose etc so the photos come out absolutely stunning. For our wedding day, both Jade and her husband Tim were shooting for us. They are such genuinely nice people which was so important for us when choosing vendors- they created such a nice, calming environment on what can be a very stressful day! They don't miss a beat- a little bit into the reception, Jade pulled us outside to get a few shots of the stunning pink sunset sky and before they left for the night they even double checked if there were any other specific shots we wanted. The sneak peeks we have seen so far look like they are out of a magazine- I am in awe of their talent and eye. Booking Uplift was the easiest decision I made in wedding planning and we could not be happier.

We wish we could give more than 5 stars!

One of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning was hiring Jade and Uplift Photography to document our special day this past August at Saltwater Farm Vineyard. One thing I didn't really realize at first is that your photographer is literally by your side for your entire wedding day, so you not only better like them, but you should be able to enjoy their company, trust their advice (on EVERYTHING including timeline and other vendor recommendations too), and love their work. We had such a great experience with Jade during our engagement shoot that we had absolutely no worries leading up to our wedding because we knew that she and her husband Tim would really be able to capture the essence of our day. Jade has a way of photographing light that is absolutely incredible. They took us out for some sunset photos during dinner and they are some of our most favorite from the whole day. Jade and Tim are also incredibly efficient--they coordinated a very long list of family photos in a fraction of the time we had allotted which meant that we had and extra half hour of free time before our ceremony to just relax and breathe a bit. They are also great at capturing personalities. My husband and I are pretty smiley people, so I'm glad we didn't have a bunch of "serious face" photos I've seen from a lot of other photographers (not to knock those as they can be beautiful, but that just wasn't us). Overall, they are fun, caring people who get inspired by all of the happiness surrounding weddings and they are somehow able to capture all of that perfectly in images (1,400+ for us!!). I cannot wait to see our favorite photos in our album and in prints on our walls. We'll definitely be keeping in touch with Jade for other photography needs in the future!

She was AMAZING the day of the wedding making sure everything was carried out and captured exactly as I had envisioned. In a moment of stress when I could have spiraled into dismay and missed out on truly experiencing a huge important moment of our day, Jade stepped in and calmed me with a few simple reassurances. I have been grateful on so many occasions that I hired Jade as the photographer for our wedding (and that Tim as the second shooter was part of our package!). We contacted Uplift about shooting our wedding after seeing photos of a friends’ wedding—I was blown away by their creativity and freshness! Although I researched others, Uplift was always at the top of my mind. Working with Jade was a pleasure – she’s so upbeat and positive, our personalities meshed well. My husband and I felt so comfortable with her, and Jade made the whole process easy; she had a lot of great suggestions, for our photos and also for some general wedding details. Our engagement session was pure fun – getting to know Jade, and vice versa, was a huge help, and we came away with some amazing pictures. It really solidified my confidence that we had made the right choice. On our actual wedding day, we had both Jade and Tim with us for 8 hours. Working together, they are able to get so many pictures from different angles, making the whole portfolio more dynamic and complete. Bless both of them – it was 95 degrees and humid, and despite our entire party dripping in sweat, all the pictures came out amazing and you can’t even tell that we were hot! Jade and Tim were such troopers, carrying around all their equipment in the heat with smiling faces. We did a first look upon their suggestion, and it worked out great, giving us more time to enjoy our reception having had all of our couple and family shots done beforehand. I couldn't have wanted any more beautiful shots in our portfolio, and am 100% satisfied with the whole experience with Uplift. I at first was a little hesitant about the price of the packages; however, in retrospect, I can absolutely see the value and feel it was worth the money. The quality of the photos was superb, and we get countless and constant compliments on them. I am also planning on working with them for future photo shots for our growing family (baby #1 due in June!). I will treasure my wedding memories forever, and the photos from Uplift are the perfect representation of the best day of our lives!

We just got our wedding photos and could not be happier with them!!! What I loved most about their photos when we decided to book them over a year before our wedding was how they felt so real and natural and seemed to really capture the emotions and feelings of the day. They did not disappoint!! Jade and Tim were very easy going and so amazing to work with on a day that can otherwise be really stressful! We have been having so much fun looking through them with family and friends and re-living our wedding day over and over again. I am so lucky that I came across Uplift Photography. Not only are Jade and Tim extremely kind and easygoing but their photography is INCREDIBLE. We loved Jade and Tim! Their site and picture portfolios are exactly what you can expect from them in terms of creativity, freshness and catching candid moments. We spoke to them several times before our wedding, and it didn't take much conversation at all for them to catch the vibe of photos we were looking for. Jade called me a few days beforehand to lessen my nerves about the impending rain, and promised to leave the rain out of the pictures! The day of the wedding, we couldn't have asked for anyone better to have at our sides. Jade and Tim explained what to expect out of each part of the day, they gently but firmly kept us moving when necessary, they spent extra time on pictures when necessary, and kept us focused and in the moment for the entire day and night, no matter what was happening. Their timeline for delivery is just what they promise you, and there is not one out of the 1,000 pictures they took of our wedding day that we don't like or wish came out differently. All in all, Rob and I feel like we got extremely lucky by finding them - we have beautiful, fun, fresh pictures to remember our wedding by, which don't have a hint of rain in them! We will remember our experience with them always, and hope to use them again in the future!

Jade (and her husband Tim) were the perfect wedding photographers! As photographs were one of the most important aspects of the wedding to my husband and me, we had very high expectations and Uplift photography exceeded them all!
