The Upland Event Center went above and beyond for my mom’s special day. From the first meeting due to some unforeseen events from who we had originally booked the venue location had become unavailable with only a month and a half before the big day; Frank (the owner) and all his associates did everything within their power to make the transition as easy as possible and Rene (the coordinator) was amazing with all the details in making sure he truly captured the bride’s vision. Although they had such short notice the staff and vendors created the most magical day they will never forget. We are grateful to the Upland Events Center for helping create the most beautiful and memorable experience.

Frank, the owner, was AMAZING!! We met him a year before our wedding. The packages he offers are the most affordable and most practical we could find. He also works with you if you need more flexibility with the payment plan. He is the most flexible owner I know and very approachable, always willing to answer any questions we may have. He genuinely cares about his customers. He would always tell me he wants to make sure everything goes well for me because he doesn’t want me (the bride) to be stressed. And he really did work with me and my husband up until the wedding day.

Our wedding was on September 8, 2023 and it was the BEST DAY EVER. I can honestly say that one of the reasons why we had an amazing day was because of Frank and Upland Events and Banquet Center. I don’t have the official photos from our wedding yet but will come back and add some as soon as we get them so I can also help other readers who are trying to decide. Reading reviews also helped me decide so I wanna do the same.

At first, we were worried that his venue might not have enough space for our wedding (250 guests). But I’m so glad we went ahead and booked them!! Everyone still had enough space to dance on the dance floor and we were able to do the grand entrance of our HUGE WEDDING PARTY just fine! By “HUGE” I mean 14 sets of sponsors and 14 sets of bridesmaids and groomsmen🤣 Everyone definitely had a blast at our wedding! His entire team was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Also, the caterer, Martiniz Fresco Catering, that came with his package was amazing too! Their food was REALLY GOOD!! On the day of our wedding, I made sure I had a chance to eat because I enjoyed our food tasting so much. Although I only got to eat their mac and cheese and a little bit of tri-tip, I definitely enjoyed my dinner!! My husband finished his plate! 😂 We also received a lot of compliments from our guests saying they really liked the food. I was so happy to hear this because good food was one of mine and my husband’s priority. Rene, the day of coordinator, which is one of Frank’s preferred vendors, was also great. He definitely helped make our big day go smoothly. Victor, the bartender, was awesome. He was very kind and very helpful with any questions we had! The package also included our wedding cake from Somecrustbakery. The cake was really delicious!! Our cake had 4 layers and had different flavor for each layer. Our 5 year old daughter enjoyed the cake tasting and we picked the flavors that she enjoyed.

Thank you for everything, Frank!! We will continue to recommend them to our friends and family and we will use them again in our future events! We had our wedding here on 5/21/22 and everything was great! We booked already and loved the fact they offered a monthly payment plan, which made it very easy to pay for our venue over time. The package included all the major vendors and we received compliments on the food, the dj, and the cake! All of which were included in their very affordable package! Frank was helpful throughout the entire process, and answered the millions of questions I had. He was able to make adjustments when needed and work with us to make sure our day was perfect. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the venue was beautiful. I would absolutely consider having another event here in the future. We can't thank Frank and has staff enough for making our day magical!

When looking for different venues, my now husband and I fell in love with this place. My husband fell in love with the bar and I fell in love with the whole area and space. When the big day arrived, we loved how it turned out to be. From the dance floor, the lighting, the DJ, the bar, and food were absolutely on point. We received so many compliments from our guest. We just know we had a great time and we absolutely loved how everything turned out to be.

We had our 100 guest wedding on 12/4/21. We got the all inclusive package and didn't have to worry about much. Frank the owner, was very helpful, responsive, and extremely patient with all the questions I had. All of his vendors were also wonderful. Everyone was a pleasure to get to know and work with and all responded to any questions/concerns promptly. All of my guests loved the venue, the food, drinks, music and atmosphere. We got a lot of compliments about how beautiful the venue was. Upland Events and Banquet Center is truly a hidden gem! If you decide to book here, I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

I want to start by thanking Frank (the owner) for everything he did for my husband and I. If you are on the fence about booking this venue, I will tell you that you willl NOT be disappointed! The venue is beautiful and modern! My guests all enjoyed themselves and were amazed at how such a beautiful venue existed in this little hidden area of upland.
My husband I booked an all inclusive package and luckily booked during an open house and were able to strike an amazing deal! We were shocked at how much the venue offers its clients. We were able to get in so many of those extra details that we thought we weren’t going to be able to have because of the all inclusive package we booked. The venue offers everything you could think of, including a wedding coordinator (Sandra Buczek of Sandra Nicole Designs) who was so much fun to work with!
I appreciate how much this venue worked with our budget and our requests. We had a final guest count of 184 people and the venue accommodated for all of our guests beautifully.
All of their vendors deliver excellent service and the food vendors were spot on!! You will not be disappointed!!
Oh I forgot to mention, we had both our ceremony and reception at the venue so for a small fee, we had the room flipped for both events. Overall we loved the venue and are so happy we chose to work with them.

Franks could not have made the process of planning a wedding any easier. A little communication goes a long way and Frank was quick with responding to all my questions. Don’t sleep on this venue, it takes a lot of searching off your hands since you get the venue, food, cake, and DJ all in one. I went to many venues and Frank was the only person not to make me feel rushed into booking.

We toured quite a few vendors before we decided on Upland Events and Banquet Center. We met Frank and immediately felt a warmth and honest vibe from him that made us decide on sticking with him. He wasn't snobby like other vendors, he was friendly and welcoming. The pricing for what is included was more than fair. They have a system where they go through everything meticulously with you.
We had NO coordinator and got through it - keep this in mind. Maybe that's because me and my wife worked hard as well, but Upland Events made it happen for us.

Joanna was great whenever Frank wasnt available. The bartender Victor was super cool and worked with us on some ideas. The entertainment Manager John and his DJ Gio were pretty cool as well. The set up looked amazing, we had different vendors that Frank outsourced to help set up like drapes/curtains, a photobooth, sparklers and low cloud machine. It cost a bit extra to make it look how we wanted, but even without all the extras this is a great place to have your event or wedding. The catering service did mess up a bit, but what they did get right was tasty and my guests loved it. Frank worked with me to rectify the situation they didn't do correctly. The cake.. honestly it wasn't that great when we did the cake testing. But at our wedding, the cake tasted so good! We were impressed! They stepped it up!

Overall we are highly satisfied with the turnout. Keep in mind no wedding is perfect - ours was damned well near it. My guests can't stop talking about how beautiful it looked and how much fun they had.

We had our wedding here for 130 guest on nov 2. We selected the all inclusive package so we didnt have to worry about anything the day of. We planned my wedding in less than 6 months. Frank and his team of vendors are extraordinary. They are amazing and work well with each other. I am a planner so I hate to leave things for last minute. All the vendors have an open door policy. They answer and respond quick with anything I asked. I will name drop not only because I want to give credit where it's due but also because they are sincerely amazing. Let's start with Frank. He accommodated my tour of the place with in days of my request to see the venue. Sandra our wedding coordinator I can't brag enough about her. When she says timeline. Does she abide by that time line,lol. We were too much on schedule ,we were actually ahead of schedule, which me as a planner, APPRECIATED. Our DJ nathan, kept the place on their feet! Whether they were dancing from their seat or dance floor, everyone enjoyed the music. He played anything and everything. Our caterer Felix. He worked so hard to feed the entire building. The favorite of the night was the bartender George. Such an out going personality that he kept everyone happy! Last but not least our photographer, george Swar. I am absolutely still in tears on how amazing the photos came out. As a bride the day of is nervous, anxious and overwhelming and George calmed all that down with his humor. He is such a good hearted and sweet person inside and out. He is truly talented and the hidden gem on the team. His high quality photos and capturing the moment was speechless. I cannot praise Frank and his team of vendors to make our day special. 5 stars does not come near how much credit this venue and its team deserve. Thank you all again!

First and foremost I want to thank Frank the owner and Sandra the coordinator for a great experience. I booked my venue a year in advance and I've got to say I am very happy and pleased with the decision I made to book here. I'm looking at other venues the cost for the venue and Catering was by far more than what we paid here. The packages are greatly price and they include just about everything that you need at a price lower than what you would pay at another venue. the coordinator was helpful throughout the entire process even though she is just a day-of coordinator. She made everything easy and beautiful I might say. They were a feel hiccups along the way. But Frank was very quick to make the adjustments needed to make my day special. The food was absolutely delicious the service was great. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. Jayme the photographer did absolutely great. And the security that night was friendly and did a great job at keeping everybody safe. I can seriously go on and on and on about how great this place was to us and how affordable it was as well. Feel free to comment and ask me any questions I'm more than happy to answer. I highly recommend this location for a great time.

All I can say is excellent service. I just had my wedding at this venue and it is so beautiful. Even the most basic package make this place look wonderful. My wedding was for 230 guests and we all fit perfectly, the dance floor could be a bit bigger. Frank the owner is very sweet and helpful, always available. Sandra the day of event coordinator (she comes with the package) was a must. She helped me since i booked and always answered my calls. She was on top of everything specially that day, she put me at ease and handled every situation. The hall has a dj booth in the back of the room so it doesn't interfere with beautiful elegant view of the hall. (you can bring in your own dj or use theirs). Bartender included (byob or use theirs). Kids room available. Bridal room. Grooms room. Has a beautiful lobby. Overall i am very satisfied with their service.

A wonderful venue with a responsive and professional staff. Simply a delight to work with and coordinate an important event.

Great banquet hall for any sort of celebration, highly recommend it! We had my mom's 60th birthday party there and it turned out great, the birthday girl loved it :) The two people who we were in contact with, Frank and Joanna, were super attentive, friendly, professional, and very helpful during the whole process. The day of the party everything looked great, we especially liked the lighting and decorations, they turned out beautiful.

Frank is a very responsive and compassionate man to do business with. He is very knowledgeable in his business and goes extra mile in making my event a very successful one. His motto is to make you and your guests happy not minding what it costs him. Try using his banquet hall for your event and you will not be disappointed.

We had our wedding at this venue. We booked it about a year and four months before our wedding. They added so much to the venue in between the time signing and our actual wedding. It’s a beautiful venue.
They have great packages that include basically everything you need and all at a great price.
We did have some bumps in the road but they were fairly new and frank the owner was great at communication. One thing I will go behind is the day before our wedding we noticed the table were too small, and they were all already set with center pieces, tableware, and other decor. When we told Frank about the issue, his staff then changed out all of our tables and had it done before we left for the night! I was very pleased with Frank and his professionalism at the end of it all. He even was there prior to the reception and after the reception to make sure that everything was going good.
I would recommend this venue to anyone! It keeps getting better with time!
The vendors were all very good as well that we used with this venue!

Food was incorrect and cold.
They served the food late.
The owner argued with me on my wedding day.
Time of pick up so many of my items where missing, just a horrible experience.
