  What a pleasure it was to work with UofO catering! We mainly worked with Grace and she was beyond amazing! She is super personable, informative, and timely. She offers so much more than just catering information. She was able to help with multiple vendor info, tables, china, linens, dessert, tents, anything, she was able to help and connect you to someone who could help you if she wasn't able to. On top of it all, the food was amazing! Would recommend these folks without hesitation! Cant thank them enough!

  Grace was our main contact at University Catering & Conferences, and she was so great to work with. She was very professional and put together a fantastic proposal within our budget that included the menu items that really caught our eyes. As the event approached and we needed to make little changes, she was so accommodating to adjust our contract. I especially loved that she was able to get the feel for our wedding without us needing to over-explain things. She was so insightful and creative in making our wedding memorable. Since I didn't have a budget for floral centerpieces for our tables, she had a brilliant idea of putting empty vases on the head table for our bouquets...perfect instant table decorations! Her team was able to assemble our table centerpieces for us, turned over the ballroom for the reception, and cleaned up after the reception! That was wonderful of them, since it freed up family members for socializing! They were truly amazing. Plus, everyone was so friendly! My dad was very impressed that they kept the food fresh and in good supply throughout the reception! The food was so delicious, by the way! We got so many complements from our guests on the food. We both loved that they feature local, organic, and seasonal food on their menu. The menu that was served was just perfect for our tastes, and showcased some Northwest specialties! I would definitely use University Catering again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for some great catering! Thank you, so much Grace!

  I was SO glad I choose them. The staff was very professional and polite. I've have guests still telling me that our wedding was some of the best food they've had at a wedding.
  They also did a separate kids menu that was perfect.

  I had the pleasure of working with the University Catering Company for my recent wedding. Grace and her staff made the entire process easy and seamless. We ordered the tailgate menu, which was perfect for our budget and the feel of our wedding. Normally burgers and standard hotdogs, we made a special request for Chicago style hotdogs and the staff delivered everything perfectly right down to the Vienne beef dogs, poppyseed buns and celery salt.
  
  All our guests raved about the food and, many of them being from Chicago, were thrilled about the authenticity of the Chicago style hotdogs.
  
  The day of and the day before, Cameron was our point person and he was amazing, meticulously memorizing the floor plan my mother-in-law and I had developed. Quick to catch a serving table we'd forgotten about, he came up with the perfect place to put it. The entire staff was extremely helpful and genuinely seemed to care about and enjoy our wedding. The bar staff were terrific and one bar tender was quick to get me some club soda when I accidentally got sauce on my dress.
  
  Overall, I would highly recommend Grace and her team for any event you may be considering them for.

  My wife and I were married in mid-July at the University of Oregon. We approached University Catering to discuss what it might look like to feed our anticipated crowd of 125. Because we knew if we held our wedding & reception on campus we would need to use University Catering, we requested a tasting early. We worked with Grace, their manager, to build a custom menu that featured everything from entrees to sides to beverages to late night snacks. We collaborated via email extensively and had a wonderful tasting. Grace and Jen, her right hand, did a wonderful job getting back in touch with us regarding alcohol, linens, table/room diagrams, cake placement and virtually every other detail under the sun. Grace informed us a few weeks before that a new chef had taken over and encouraged us to come for another tasting, which blew us away even further. We provided our own linens, napkins, centerpieces, beer and wine to Grace, Jen and their team a few days prior. They made sure that our venue on campus was set-up according to plan. On the day of, the University Catering team did a fantastic job providing friendly service at the buffet line, pouring champagne, cutting cake and making our guests feel thoroughly welcomed. To feed our guests, get the level of consultation/attention we received, have the day of service level be so high and, not to mention, eat some of (if not the best) food I have ever had at the UO, all at what we feel was a very reasonable and fair price point, was truly impressive. I would highly recommend considering University Catering for your wedding. The staff’s willingness to work with you is very impressive. In terms of financial value, they are likely just as within reach as any private vendor you'll find...probably more so. We feel as though we not only got a great deal, but that we were heard when we had ideas/concerns, and, most importantly, that our guests and family members ate well and were catered to with top notch customer service.

I knew without a doubt that our wedding reception would be wonderful, because I had confidence in Grace and her team. The entire UO catering staff was very helpful and on-point the day of our wedding. They were always there when needed, yet not noticed at the same time (which is what you want!)
