Ken and Pattie are the best officiants (and people) anyone could ask for. Every aspect of what they do for the wedding before, during, and after the ceremony is of the highest standard. They bring a state of calmness, care, and great attention to detail to your ceremony. They genuinely want to know about you, your spouse, and your families, and want to bring those aspects into your wedding. Pattie and Ken are two wonderful people who will make your day special. It was an absolute pleasure working with Pattie and Ken Manuel. What made them stand out to us is that they made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. In fact, that is how we met them in the first place. I was walking around a bridal show while my then fiance spoke to another vendor. Pattie saw that I looked a little out of place, and made conversation with me. After speaking for a while, my fiance came over and we had a nice discussion. It was evident to us from that moment that we would chose the Manuels to perform our ceremony.
The Manuels provided support whenever needed, and did not pressure us to complete the draft of our ceremony until we were ready. They offered their support and assistance during the rehearsal and on wedding day, and performed the ceremony masterfully. Thanks in part to Mr. and Mrs. Manuel, our wedding day was a beautiful and memorable. I can't say enough about Pattie and Kenny. They are so in love that it shows, and they do everything in their power to bless the married couple with that love. My wife and I had the most beautiful ceremony; to this day, people cannot stop raving about how touching it was. We trusted them completely to give us a wonderful ceremony, and they delivered. They were prompt to all our meetings, and were never more than an email away. Pattie always responds the second she receives the email, which really made us feel that she cared about our special day. I can not say enough good things about Pattie and Ken! They are AMAZING to work with. Pattie designed our ceremony using our input and we could not have done it without her help. They met with us and got to know us as a couple and were really able to put our "fairytale" into words. They were very responsive to any and all questions and assisted me in my planning process. Pattie was a lifesaver because at many times during our wedding planning I was feeling stressed and anxious and she was there for me when I needed her. Our family and friends still talk about our ceremony and how lovely it was and how great Ken was on our wedding day.
They even threw in a special surprise during our wedding and put in a little example of why we wear our wedding band on our "ring finger". All of our guests were encouraged to join us as we used our hands and Ken explained why our bonds would be FOREVER. Ask them about this little "extra" something. WE LOVED IT and SO DID OUR GUESTS!! I was so happy those chose to make this a part of our ceremony!

They help you through the entire process of the vows and ceremony. They made it so there was one less thing to worry about, which I really appreciated. They directed the whole rehearsal which helped my husband and I out a ton. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. They are very very reasonable in price and you get custom written vows! We met Ken and Pattie at my sister's wedding as her officiant. We liked the way they performed...profession, great service and guided every family member before her ceremony. Everything went smooth and great which we wanted for our wedding also. So my sister contacted pattie for me and she responded me right away. We live in New York so Pattie arranged to meet us in Perth Amboy so that we didn't have to drive all the way to south Jersey. We are Chinese and never attended American wedding except my sister's, Ken & Pattie explained us which ceremony represent what. All we had to do was told Pattie our story, get supply for our ceremony and she took care of everything. Our ceremony went well as we were expected. Their price are also resonable... Pattie and Ken are not only performing wedding ceremony as an officiant, as a duty, it more like come from their heart. They understand the stress from preparing a wedding and give us one less thing to worry which was one of important part of a wedding... ceremony. I would definetly recommend anyone who wants a perfect ceremony...We met Ken and Pattie at my sister's wedding as her officiant. Pattie and Ken were amazing during the whole process. Just from her email and then meeting them for the first time, we were assured that they would do a great job. We wanted something that wasn't religious, funny yet still serious enough for an official ceremony - and it was a great ceremony. Many people had teary eyes and asked us if we had written the ceremony ourselves. I wish I could have taken the credit for it, but it was all Pattie and Ken. They are very reliable, pleasant to work with, accommodating and understanding - which is want you need in all the vendors when you are trying to plan your wedding. Thanks, Pattie & Ken. Just a small example of their dedication and commitment in what they do, a week prior to our wedding, Kenny was diagnosed with pneumonia. Patti called us almost every day and guaranteed us that our ceremony was still on. On the day of our wedding and still not feeling 100% well; Kenny along with his lovely wife Patti performed the most beautiful ceremony ever! My name is Jesenia L. De Castro and Pattie and Kenny performed my wedding to Leo on Friday 9/23/11. We had actually met Pattie and Kenny 1 1/2 prior to our event when they performed the wedding ceremony of my brother and sister-in-law on 03/20/10. We loved them... They were great... Two kind hearted souls that truly became great friends instantly... On our ceremony we were performing a sand ceremony, and on the night of the rehearsal I completely lost my sand vase and never even had the chance to purchase the sand... Pattie ran out and purchased a vase and sand simply because it was what I wanted in the ceremony... We burried our promises in the sand and they knew that that was important to us... So they made it come true... From the vase to the beautiful words they drafted from our story for the ceremony... Thanks for everything Pattie and Kenny... Your great :)My name is Jesenia L. When it came to picking out our officiates, we met with a lot of vendors. We did not want it be a cookie cutter or too out of the box ceremony. Just something that reflected us. We hit the nail on the head with this vendor. They were perfect. In fact on our first meeting we knew we made the right decision and booked them on the spot. Pattie and Ken were great! They gave us a one of kind ceremony that reflected us and made it special. Pattie was always there either by phone or by email to hold my hand. She was always 100%. And Ken was a wonderful minister. This has to be one of the hardest reviews I make of my vendors. Strange calling Pattie and Ken vendors, they were and are so much more. They were so easy to work with, so helpful, so professional and so complete. Pattie did an excellent job creating the ceremony script and helping Robert with his vows. Ken was amazing in his presentation of the ceremony. The ceremony was absolutley perfect, it was my favorite part of the entire day. Pattie and Ken helped with decorating the church and reception and made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. They were fantastic at both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. They even stayed and partied with us which please us so. They are two of the nicest people we know. EVERYONE loved them and kept commenting on how great they are. Not only did we get the best officants and decorators, but we got friends for life. Pattie and Ken, we can not thank you enough for all your efforts and for making our day so memorable. You definatley provide Unique wedding services and are a top notch couple. We are very lucky to have met you both and appreciate every thing you have done for us. Pattie and Ken were amazing. They sat down with us months before the ceremony to go over everything and provided constant feedback through email and the phone to customize our ceremony to our plans.
They came to our rehearsal and ran through everything to ensure the wedding day would go without a hitch. They even mitigated an issue when there was confusion with the DJ where he almost played a different song than we had intended during the procession. If not for Pattie and Ken, things would not have gone according to plan.
We could not recommend anyone better than these two wonderful people. With other officiants you'll probably pay more, get less service, and you won't have a loving husband and wife team.Pattie and Ken were amazing. Pattie and Ken were amazing through the whole process. They were so helpful with helping us plan not only our ceremony, but other parts of the wedding as well. They had great ideas and insight on what we should look out for and what to ask other vendors. They recommended some wonderful people (DJ, video, ect) The ceremony was so personalized and special- they did a wonderful job. They were very professional and respond to you almost instantly! I can't say enough great things about them- they gave us a fantatstic wedding.Pattie and Ken were amazing through the whole process. Wonderful just doesn't seem to be a strong enough word to describe how Eric and I feel about Pattie and Ken! I'm sure there's a much better word to describe this couple but it's how Eric and I feel!
This was both of our second time to the Altar and we decided in 3 weeks to get married after 5 years of living the married life already together.. lol. Pattie and Ken were flexible, reasonably priced and when I say helped us create the vows that were one of a kind. We cried, we laughed and our guests are STILL raving how awesome our ceremony was! One guest who was in her 60's said "I've been to hundreds of cookie cutter weddings and this one was by far the most heartfelt I've ever witnessed!" She then said "I didn't want it to end!"
To be 100% honest Eric and I both felt the same way!
You could want a simple ceremony or lengthy one.. either way Pattie and Ken will make it the most memorable you have ever witnessed.
Pattie & Ken, Thank you truly for making us the happiest Bride and Groom in the State of New Jersey! You are what I had wished other officiants were that I had called prior to finding you... You know, the one who told me "I don't leave my house for anything under $1,200!" I'm glad you restored hope and meaning back in to ceremonies.

I don't even know where to start but Pattie and Manuel are phenomenal. We got married on July 16th in Garwood, NJ and of course the day was chaotic. We had a really late start, however they were patient, calm and reassuring and on your wedding day that means a lot. From our initial meeting they were awesome. They really listened to us, they understood our story and made it come to life on that special day. Pattie and Ken worked with us every step of the way to write a ceremony that was perfect for us. Pattie and Ken literally saved the day when it came to our wedding! We came into contact with them only two weeks before our wedding, as our previously booked officiant had a medical emergency and could not officiate our ceremony. Thank God for Pattie and Ken, as they came to our rescue and agreed to help us out.
Pattie and Ken are such warm people who made us feel instantly comfortable- even though we met them for the first time at our actual rehearsal for the wedding, and the nerves had definitely kicked into gear! Pattie did a wonderful job reassuring us that everything was going to be completely fine, and Ken was there to smile and offer words of encouragement.
Our wedding ceremony was perfection. Pattie did a wonderful job bringing our story to life and had a fantastic voice that carried without a microphone. Our ceremony was very personal and emotional, and I do not think there was a dry eye among our friends and family.
