Lauren was absolutely the best! I had to change my wedding date a few times and she was understanding and flexible every time. On the day of the wedding, she was extremely helpful with setting up the ceremony table and helping me calm down when a problem came up. She was just very cool and collected. Lauren was amazing! I still get comments 6 months later about how beautiful and personalized the ceremony was. Our venue was very impressed by her organization during the run through. My 89 year old relative pulled me aside during cocktail hour and told me it was the best ceremony she's ever attended and it made her emotional thinking about her own wedding. I would 100% hire Lauren she is worth every penny and more!

What a Wonderful Way to Start Our Marriage
We got married on November 4, 2023. Lauren was the best! From our first interaction to every draft of our ceremony, she was always so helpful and very quick to respond.
I am Jewish and wanted to tie in some traditions, Lauren was open to it and did a beautiful job at tying it into our ceremony. I had some wardrobe malfunctions and Lauren jumped in providing her helping hand, it felt like a friend being apart of such a beautiful day!
I cannot thank her enough for what a beautiful and personalized ceremony she put together. She had asked us to fill out questions about our love and relationships with one another and then she surprised us by wrapping those answers into the ceremony. Our family and friends are still raving about what a perfect and sentimental ceremony it was!
I would recommend anyone and everyone to choose Lauren be your officiant; if you want someone who is a little dorky, very personable and sentimental, feels like your friend, and fun you should pick Unique Ceremonies by Lauren!

Personalized and perfect ceremony!
I can't remember exactly how we found Lauren but we are so glad we did. We got married September 10, 2022. Throughout the planning process, Lauren was a great communicator and listened attentively to our ideas for the ceremony. She was even out of the country a month before our wedding but stayed in touch to make sure our ceremony draft was perfect. We wanted a ceremony that was unique to us and that is exactly what it was. We chose a flower ceremony as we are not very religious and it was beyond beautiful. Our guests loved the ceremony, as well. It felt like Lauren had known us for years and she brought a calming presence to what is sometimes a very hectic and stressful day.

My husband and I spoke to numerous officiants because we wanted to make sure that the officiant we went with really fit our VIBE and had good energy. When we originally met with Lauren on ZOOM we knew immediately we wanted to hire her. The entire process communicating with her was super easy and she is such a DOLL. We wanted an extremely personalized ceremony, and she exceeded my expectations above and BEYOND! She incorporated a sand ceremony with my husband and my son as well as a "vows" between my son and his new stepfather. Everyone was blown away with the ceremony and how beautiful it was to include my son into the entire thing. Not only is Lauren extremely professional, but she was just an overall sweetheart and we are so happy that she was a part of our special day!

Lauren was great to work with and very helpful. I missed the first two FaceTime meetings and felt terrible but Lauren was super understanding and still willing to work with us :). Her company name fits exactly what she brings to the table a unique ceremony to remember. It was short and sweet just like we wanted. Lauren preformed our ceremony 9.24 and we couldn’t be happier. The ceremony was so beautiful literally during our cocktail hour that’s all anyone could talk about. Great interaction
We loved Lauren. We got married 2/26/22 and chose Lauren to officiate our wedding at the vineyards. Both Kevin and myself hate being in the spotlight, so Lauren made the ceremony short and sweet. We also didn’t want religion involved, which wasn’t an issue at all. The way she interacted with us and joked a little during the ceremony calmed some of our nerves and made us a bit less anxious. All of our guests loved the ceremony and actually thought Lauren was one of our friends because of the chemistry between us. Our guests also felt that the ceremony was extremely genuine, real, and just showed the true us and our relationship. We would 1,000000% recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant.

After postponing our original date in Oct 2020 the officiant we originally booked with was unavailable. That was when we found Lauren! She made the transition and all the stresses so easy and even worked with us when we had to move our wedding again. She committed to being there for us and made our day perfect. We knew Lauren for a few years prior to getting engaged- she is wonderful, thoughtful and a great friend. We had never seen her perform a wedding ceremony before but decided to ask her to do ours because we felt it would be special to have an officiant we knew. We knew she was organized and professional before working with her but she truly wowed us. We had meetings with her prior to the event and she had us each answer some questions to make the ceremony more personalized. Our families and friend loved every second of the ceremony, it was funny, cute and special, everyone had tears in their eyes. Lauren was awesome!
From the moment me and my husband met Lauren, we loved her! She was so friendly throughout the whole process and made us feel so comfortable! We had to postpone the ceremony because of COVID and she made the whole process effortless and seamless! We opted to do the rehershal the night before and that went so smoothly, even with some of our bridal party not being able to attend, she made sure everyone knew their role on the wedding day and everything went off without a hitch! She took all of our wording notes and requests into account and customized the ceremony to fit our needs/ wants! We 100% could not recommend her enough!!

Lauren is simply a gem to work with. She’s the best there is.
From the first zoom meeting we had with Lauren we knew that she would be exactly who we would choose to officiate our wedding. She was so kind, professional and creative. Her ceremony touched so many of my guests. Everyone asked me where I found her and complimented her delivery.

So Nice We Went With Her Twice
Lauren was with us during our backyard wedding in 2020. She went above and beyond at the ceremony, even so far as helping take down the Chuppah with my family. We, of course, asked her to marry us again at our rescheduled wedding in 2021. She was the perfect match for our light-hearted ceremony and fit out personalities really well. She performed a non-religious ceremony with religious traditions which was perfect for us. Thank you so much!

We were so happy with our ceremony! Lauren made it so easy for us by having each of us fill out a questionnaire and then she created the most beautifully written script for our ceremony. It was personalized to our love story with the perfect amount of humor. She made me feel at ease by being extremely flexible. We didn’t do a rehearsal but she called me a few days before and walked my though the whole ceremony. Lauren helped make my wedding special and flow so smoothly. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family to make their wedding day perfect.

So happy we chose Lauren to officiate our wedding.
Lauren was very accommodating when we needed to move our wedding from 2020 to 2021. During the whole process from start to finish she was very professional and easy to work with. We had an outdoor ceremony and five minutes in it started to rain. On the spot Lauren created and abridged version of our ceremony so we didn't have to stand in the rain longer than necessary.

unique is an understatement!
I do not have enough kind words to fully explain how absolutely incredible working with Lauren was! From our first email to the day of - EFFORTLESS! My husband and I wanted no mention of religion and instead preferred a light-hearted and humorous ceremony that reflected us as a couple and boy did she deliver! Working with Lauren was easy. She has such a talent for creative writing..
When Lauren showed up the morning of our wedding, she arrived dressed beautifully and brought with her a ray of positivity. She calmed my nervous and made me smile. Lauren was kind-hearted and friendly to everyone she met during her time at our wedding. She spoke to different people about their responsibilities - each person she spoke to had such a wonderful experience with her and commented on her professionalism yet warmness.
Then it was time for the ceremony to begin! I felt this incredible sense of peace and happiness up at the alter. I knew I was in good hands! I laughed and smiled during the entire ceremony. I left the alter happy and married. What I was not prepared for was the intense amounts of compliments directly following the ceremony. I could not believe how many people said something about Lauren. They were SHOCKED when I told them that I found Lauren through a recommendation. Most people said that the ceremony was so spot on for us as a couple that they thought we grew up with Lauren!
I cannot recommend Lauren enough! Book Lauren, you will not regret it!

Perfect Wedding Ceremony by Lauren!
Words cannot describe how amazing Lauren was.
Not only was she super accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding TWICE due to Covid. But she worked with us to be able to do an elopement ceremony. Lauren wrote such a personalized ceremony and was super speedy in responding to all my questions.
She honestly made the whole process super easy.

Lauren was absolutely wonderful. Hands down, the best officiant I've ever seen. She is 100% professional. My wife and I had a non traditional wedding and Lauren accommodated us accordingly. You know it’s good when your entire family asks all night where you found your officiant. No joke everyone asked my husband and I because they had nothing but rave reviews to say. Lauren was able to create a custom ceremony that fit our quaint, family only wedding. She made us laugh and also brought on the tears with her amazing ability to weave words together in a way that made my husband and I swoon for each other while standing before our guests. My husband and I talk about how we want to relive the night over and over again; it was perfect. An AMAZING experience

Lauren is the absolute best! She was so friendly and professional. Everything she explained was so clear which made me much calmer heading into the ceremony. She was very quick to respond to my emails when editing our ceremony script and made the changes with no issues. She showed up on time and was very efficient. I probably asked her 1,000 questions and she gave me the answers and I never once felt like I was bothering her.
The ceremony was seriously so beautiful and personal. I will be recommending Lauren to all of my friends who are about to become engaged or married!

Working with Lauren was so easy and personal. I felt like she took the time to get to know us as a couple and wanted to give us the most personal experience. Our wedding was perfect
Lauren was so accommodating, we live far so she had our meeting over skype. She worked with us to find a reading for our ceremony that meant something to us and worked with the feel we were going for. We were very nervous but she cheered us on during our vows and made us feel comfortable. everyone raved about how real and simple the ceremony was and that it didn't feel sappy or cheesey. Lauren will make your ceremony the talk of the town
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren. First off she replies back in a timely manor and is completely up front on costs. As a bride to be trying to speak to many vendors from flowers, to food, to decor its always best when someone answers back in a timely manner and who doesnt have hidden fees. Lauren was always so absolutely nice and understood our personality right away. She understood who we were as a couple and individuals by our conversation. I didnt hesitate to book her after our convo bc she made us feel at ease and we knew we were in good hands even during the talk that i asked for the contract right away so no one else could book her that day. She is very attentive, kind, funny and sweet. She put me at ease on the day of as i was a ball of nerves. She really was able to calm me down and helped with the ceremony seeing as everything we talked about slightly went out the window as i got so nervous i couldnt even think. Our service was awesome bc of Lauren. We had so many ppl come up to us and say just how great and wonderful she was. I couldnt agree more. She got my guests and us to chuckle and for me to loosen up and honestly when ur so tense its a god send to have someone there who is able to do that for you. From the start, Lauren has been a breeze to work with. We met because we listen to the same podcast and from then on, we connected and the process to plan our ceremony with her was effortless. Lauren was great. When finalizations for our wedding began Lauren reached out to keep us on track. We didn’t have a rehearsal so she met with everyone before the ceremony to tell us what would happen step by step as well as emailing us beforehand. Our guests thought she made our ceremony so cute, fun, and she really knew us. I’m so happy we chose Lauren as our officiant she doesn’t over charge, is never boring, and is also incredibly reliable. We got married 4/13/19 she may have emailed us within the next two days to say our marriage license was mailed.

Lauren = Magical Dream
Where do we begin. Without Lauren our wedding would not have been the magical, emotional, happy dream that is was. Notice how I said wedding, not just ceremony. What Lauren did at our ceremony was the talk of our entire celebration and a ceremony that I will never forget.
Let me start by saying we met her once and hit it off like we were old friends. What we loved about Lauren is she is a detail oriented straight shooter. She’s had a ton of experience officiating and it shows. She was sensitive to family dynamics and accommodations (my brother has autism) and gave us all her tools to make our ceremony the most connected and different ceremony ever. She made it easy for us, she had to chase us often lol, and answered any questions we had no matter how stupid they sounded. Always accessible and always eager to make sure our day was nothing short of perfect.
What I loved most about her was her demeanor. She kept us calm, helped us stay in the moment, and most of all was able to keep things moving even if something went off script. What I’ll always remember is in the middle of our vows I started getting emotional, we locked eyes and she just said “breathe”.
When we walked into cocktail hour, our guests came flooding over to us about how amazing and emotionally charged our ceremony was, not a dry eye in the house (we are gay have been together for 10 years so this was a pretty big deal). The question we heard the most was “are you and Lauren friends?” Such an example of how connected Lauren was to us through her work and it showed. Our ceremony was literally the highlight of our day thanks to her.
We are eternally grateful for you Lauren and if you don’t choose her as your officiant I’ll encourage you to get your head checked out.

Lauren made my day spectacular
Lauren was truly amazing. She really made my day unique. I did a love lock ceremony and she created a beautiful piece about it. The ceremony was sweet and heartfelt with a good amount of comic relief.

Absolutely wonderful.
Lauren is a fantastic officiant. From start to finish she was so easy to work with. Our ceremony was beautiful, and had so many personal touches. She helped us design something that totally suited me and my husband. Guests were raving about how awesome she was all night!

Wonderful start to finish
Lauren performed our ceremony 9/30/18, and she was AMAZING. The whole process from start to finish was easy and fun. She was so wonderful to work with and made sure that our ceremony was unique and special to us as a couple. All of our guests raved about the ceremony and told us how great it was. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone!

Lauren is hands down the best officiant I have ever witnessed at a wedding. She put so much time and effort into getting to know my wife and I prior to our ceremony in order to make our big day perfect. We never once worried or were uncertain about the process due to how thorough and accommodating she was. We have been receiving non stop compliments about how incredible Lauren was. She went above and beyond. Words can not describe how talented she is at this. We are SO honored she was our officiant! Don't even bother looking looking into anyone else, contact her ASAP! It will be the best decision you make!

Lauren did an awesome job for our ceremony. She was very attentive and helpful during the ceremony planning phase. We sent multiple drafts back and forth which ensured that our ceremony went exactly as we wanted. She was organized from the start and had tons of suggestions and templates pre-prepared so it prevented the process from being daunting for my wife and I. On the day of the wedding we ended up pushing the ceremony up about 20 minutes early due to impending rain but Lauren was ready to go and kept everything smooth. Lauren was very accommodating for my wife and I which we loved and our guests loved the structure and delivery that Lauren provided. We received plenty of accolades for Lauren after the ceremony. Lauren is organized, professional, and most importantly, accommodating to your needs and preferences.

Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with! Hands down one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding was choosing to work with Lauren. From the moment I met her I knew I wanted her to officiant our ceremony. You can tell she is experienced and knows what she’s doing, which will put any anxious bride at ease! She put together a unique and beautiful ceremony that was a perfect fit for me and my husband. I had some changes I wanted to make a few days before the wedding and she was quick to put them in place, always responding promptly to emails and making herself available when needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better ceremony. My guests were also telling me throughout the night how much they enjoyed the ceremony as well. Lauren was able to personalize our ceremony based on the notes she took during our interview and made it into a wonderful experience for everyone in the room. She also provided us with a great selection of vows as we didn’t want to write our own. She provided readings to choose from as well as optional
Add-Ons to add to the ceremony if we wanted. Her price was extremely reasonable and well worth it. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, pleasant, and thoughtful officiant who really puts genuine effort into making your ceremony the best it can be for your special day.

My new husband and I were so focused on having a personal, unique ceremony that reflected who we were as a couple, and really captured the emotional range of our relationship and experiences. We are one of the first couples in our family to have a non-religious/traditional ceremony. Working with Lauren was easy, accommodating, and she pretty gave us whatever option we wanted to put the ceremony of our dreams together. From the opening stories she composed about the different stages in our relationship, to having my godfather do a reading he wrote comparing marriage and pizza. Our guests were completely engaged in the ceremony and were treated to such a romantic, personalized, and honest ceremony. People are continuing to compliment us on it, as well as Lauren for her professionalism, enthusiasm, etc. This was our favorite vendor for our wedding!

Lauren was absolutely incredible, she took information from our backgrounds and who we are as a couple and made a custom ceremony from that, everyone in attendance at our wedding was floored at how funny, romantic, sweet and personal our ceremony was. If we had it all to do over again we would choose Lauren all the same. Pure perfection!

Our Ceremony was one of the most important aspects to our wedding & finding an officiant was not easy. As a same sex couple it was very important to me to find someone who would compliment everything I was looking for & not just look to "Showcase" us. Having a same sex marriage is a huge deal, but to me & my wife it was more about our 13 year love story that was the big deal & I didn't want our officiant to be using us as a heads up to help further her career. Along my wedding planning journey I did come across some selfish officiants but Lauren was never one of those. From day one Lauren always wanted to make our wedding about US!!
I have known Lauren for years & I knew her sense of humor which was something that drew me to her. I knew that although I wanted a very serious ceremony I also wanted it to have a touch of humor & I knew Lauren would accomplish this goal. Throughout the whole planning process Lauren was there at any time & responded quickly with any questions that would come to mind. She worked with us & helped us pick out an amazing ceremony and heartfelt vows. I am VERY sensitive & knew that I would cry a LOT throughout the ceremony but Lauren made sure she brought plenty of tissues for both myself and the bridal party. There were plenty of tears but plenty of laughs as well which all made AMAZING memories. All of our guests were ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY with how incredible Lauren was & to this day (6 weeks later) are still asking me where I found her.
