I would 100% recommend Flora and her team. They helped me from the United States to plan a surprise proposal for my Fiancé on our trip to Santorini. They executed the vision to perfection and suggestions they made were informed and spot on. The event space, the decor, the photographer, were amazing and they were there to make sure the moment went off without a hitch and was perfect. I did not get to meet them in person before the surprise proposal so I was acting on faith and Flora and her team did not disappoint. It was better than I imagined and any worry's melted away the moment we showed up to the space. They were kind and easy to work with including day before changes and day of decisions based on weather. My Fiancé was shocked and had her dream proposal come to life. It was such a special evening and I have Flora and her team to thank for helping execute and coordinate the details so it was seamless and easy on me. Absolute professional and a dream to work with!
Flora and her team did an incredible job planning our elopement for two in Santorini. She was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to our day. Being a Santorini local, she has such a strong perspective on locations, vendors but without being pushy or biased. She is mindful of your budget and does not push you out of your comfort zone, while maintaining realistic standards for what to expect within your budget. As a lesbian couple, she (and her team!) made us feel so comfortable as we were nervous about having a same sex ceremony overseas. She was worth every penny for her services and we cannot recommend her highly enough. -

Flora is the perfect proposal planner. She has helped me to plan and execute my dream proposal. My now fiancéw and me were extremly happy and pleased with the end result. What stood out to us about Flora among the rest of the wedding planners was that she really was authentic in the way she communicated her care in planning our wedding and her familiarity with the area. She went above and beyond over zoom and WhatsApp to help us understand all of the various venues and moving parts as we planned. As planning went on, everything was organized and helped put our concerns at ease in covering all of the bases that needed to be covered. She was professional and then responsive whenever we needed her to be. Flora organized a dream wedding for us
We organized our wedding in Santorini from France and Flora has been a very precious help for this. Her team and her have given us ideas, suggestions but also photos to get a better vision of what we were organizing. She suggested amazing venues and the catering she provided was perfect. The food was amazing. She alsoo organized a Catamarran day for all our guests and us and it was perfect.
Flora was very nice, reactive and flexible to adapt to our tastes and needs.
It was a pleasure to have her by our side.

Dream Elopement!

The entire planning process; which could have been overwhelming was made to be easy and stress free!
The Unique and Forever team are responsive to answer any questions you may have and work with flexibility to ensure the experience is positive.
From navigating through a 7 hour time change, planning a wedding in a country we have never visited, to assisting with choosing the right vendors not only for our budget but to make our dream wedding a reality we couldn't be more appreciative.
Flora and Asimina were wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning experience as well as on the big day! Both were present and kept any difficulties far from site allowing us to sit back with ease and enjoy.
I would recommend Flora and Unique and Forever to anyone, no matter how big or small your event is.

Dream engagement
Flora was wonderful to work with and helped me arrange a dream engagement and dinner. Growing up on Santorini, she knows all the best locations. I wanted an area that was discreet and private, and she recommended the most incredible spot. I also wanted something elegant yet understated to match our style, and she exceeded expectations. The end result was nothing short of amazing. Flora and her team were incredible. When planning my elopement in Greece, I didn’t even know where to start. From the minute I booked Flora, she was responsive, caring and on top of everything. Wedding proposal in Fira
Thanks to Flora and her team I succeeded to organise the wedding proposal I dreamt in Fira. I was very late organising the event and the team was really responsive and efficient especially knowing that few days before the location wasn’t set yet. They prepared a nice set up for me by the pool at sunset time. This allowed me to keep the surprise until the last second for a perfect evening. Flora was also really efficient finding a good photographer on short notice and proving solutions to keep everything within my budget.

Wedding Planer in Perfection
We chose Santorini as our wedding location since we have been there once before and have seen a lot of videos about it.
Since we didn’t know how to plan a wedding outside of Germany and how to arrange everything we had to look out for a wedding planer.
We chose Unique and Forever quite fast, since there were only good reviews about it.
When we wrote an email to Unique and Forever, we got a reply really fast and Flora kept talking to us.
She was highly professional, very friendly and had a ton of ideas. Flora was like a fountain full of knowledge and ideas how to create our perfect wedding.
Everything went very smooth and easy. If there was a problem or when we didn’t know what to do / chose, Flora always got a solution for it.
After all the planning was without stress and really easy. Prices and offers were communicated totally open!
On our wedding day it was really windy, so that we weren’t able to do everything as planned, but Flora managed to replan everything so that in the end, our wedding was still perfect, a 10/10.
Flora did take care of us for the whole time, from the beginning till the end, when we received our wedding documents.
We felt safe and taken care of.
There is nothing bad we can say. Our experience was definitely perfect. It was the best choice we could have made.

Perfect planner
Flora helped us from start to finish with our wedding plans. Always there on the other end of the phone/emails to answer questions and nothing was ever too much.
Our planning was stress free and always straight forward! Everything was seamless and I cannot fault anything. On the days leading up to the wedding everything was explained to us and made us both feel at ease about the big day and the little things came together amazingly! On the day I kept saying the image in my head was now reality and I was so impressed and happy with everything! The advice Flora gives is always spot on!
I also loved that we were giving options for vendors and the vendors were flexible. There was never any deadlines to stress you out and everyone is always relaxed which makes the whole planning process enjoyable and exciting!
I would highly recommend Flora and her team if you’re looking for a high standard wedding planner! You will not regret it! -

Best day of my life
I always thought people were over exaggerating when they said their wedding was the best day of their life, that is, until my day came. It literally was the best day of our lives and we couldn’t have done it without Flora and her team.
We had planned our Santorini dream wedding in 3 months, during the peak of the season, when the island was catching up on 2 years of covid wedding delays. Nothing was ever too much for her and she always responded, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. This is something I needed with limited time, and being in different time zones. Flora the magician!
We had an elopement in Santorini; but seems like nothing is too small for Flora. The time she has invested in our tiny ceremony, from venue, decoration, photography, hair makeup, etc., she always comes with comprehensive proposals. She is very responsive, so being overseas and in a different time zone like us is not a problem at all. Honestly, neither of us had any particular preference to our ceremony or how things should be. But somehow, Flora has turned it into a stunning event filled with joy and warmth (literally and emotionally). Flora is not a wedding planner, she is your new best friend who is adamant to upgrade your special day to a magical one. Thank you again, Flora!!! -

The most amazing wedding planner!!
We got engaged in Santorini in 2018 and we always loved the idea of getting married there as well but just felt that organising a Wedding overseas would be too difficult. We felt we would give it a shot and after some research online we came across Flora's details. Once we got in touch with Flora, what followed was the most stress free, friendly, comfortable and relaxing Wedding organising experience that I reckon you are likely to have. And that even includes a 12 month delay due to Covid, which again due to Flora's relaxing and calming nature, was such a stress free experience. The Wedding itself was by far the best day of our lives. We were very upset that most of our guests couldn't attend due to Covid but again Flora stepped in and made sure that those back home were catching it all on an online stream. For those who managed to make the Wedding, it was the most amazing day and we are constantly looking back at photographs to re-live it. We could go on all day singing Flora's praises but the thing that stood out to us straight away was that she was just a great human being, a person who doesn't treat her work like work. She loves what she does and it was Flora's personal touches and knowledge that made our day so special, hence the name "Unique & Forever". Flora - My Fairy Godmother in my Fairytale Wedding!
Flora has been amazing wedding planner! She brought my dream wedding to life. We had an intimate wedding. She took care of everything for us and we didn't had any stress. We wanted to have a customized , simple, fairytale-like, unique, and all white theme wedding and Flora nailed it! She is very responsive and will definitely give you the dream wedding that you want. I just described to her what we wanted to have (the place, the set up, bouquet, music, etc.) and she surprised us. We were so happy of the result; she exactly knew what we wanted. Everything was unique. We loved how she set the "Happily Ever After" gazebo in the gazebo, my bridal bouquet was so unique and very beautiful. We had the best intimate wedding because of her. She is definitely the fairy godmother of any bride that could wish for. -

Beautiful Elopement
From our very first conversation with Flora, all the way to when she hugged us goodbye, her need to make our day everything we wanted was perfect.
We wanted a wedding for just the two of us on our trip to Santorini and didn't know where to begin. We found Flora and her amazing company while searching 'how to begin planning a destination wedding in Greece'.
Flora responded to us within hours and we got the ball rolling from there. Even with a significant time difference between the United States and Greece, we conducted our first meeting via video chat, where Flora was already fully prepared on what we had initially spoken about. She gave us a lists of vendors to look at and laid out a loose timeline of the day. Most importantly, she guided us on what paperwork would be necessary to make our wedding not only happen, but legal. By the time we hung up, we knew we were in great hands with someone who would get our day off without a hitch.
Upon arrival to the island, we met with Flora our first morning there and finalized all the smaller details....down to a last minute bouquet switch, a small wedding cake for two and a small firework display during our first dance.
On the big day, Flora served as my maid of honor and sat with me while I got ready, brought chocolates, snacks and drinks to my room and generally speaking, held my hand through the process. She went so far as to zip me into my gown and help me put my jewelry on.
Once my fiancée and I were off to do our photoshoot, Flora got to work at the hotel, turning the greens area into the perfect spot for the actual ceremony. When we returned, it was beautiful. The archway we had chosen was set up exactly as discussed. The flowers were all there and in place and we were ready to get started.
The only minor hiccup of the day was that the officiant was a little late, but at that point, we didn't care, as we were soaking in every moment of day.
The ceremony was beautiful and Flora remained just off to the side, holding a phone so a couple of family members via facetime could watch our nuptials. She was even able to successfully throw flower petals while holding the phone steady....lol!
She ensured that our dinner for two was setup perfectly, having the spray of flowers from the archway moved to our table inside of the restaurant and setup a cake slicing table as well.
We ended the evening with our dance and fireworks. Absolute perfection!
The morning after the wedding we had to meet up with Flora to take all of our paperwork to the appropriate officials to be filed and made legal and she gave us her time with no complaint.
A year has passed and Flora went out of her way to wish us a Happy 1st Anniversary just last last weekend.
We would HIGHLY recommend Flora and Unique and Forever Events. To this day, we consider Flora a friend and hope to see her again when we are able to return to the island that made our day the best of our lives. -

We had a wedding in Santorini on August 4 2019 Flora was our wedding planner and she did a great job she organized everything as we wanted, I had my dream wedding and I am so happy! Flora was instrumental in setting up the perfect proposal. From my very first email she was extremely enthusiastic about it. She asked me all the relevant questions and gave me a list of different options within my budget. Her communication was exceptional as she would also reply to my emails promptly. When it came to the set up itself, I could not have dreamed for anything else. It was absolutely perfect. From the set up, to the waiter, to the food, to the photographer, everything was just magical and I can't thank Flora and her team enough. She created such a special moment for my and my girlfriend, now my fiance, one which we will never forget. -

My amazing wedding
We got married on Sept. 2015 in Santorini.
I met Flora looking around on internet for some wedding planner services on the island.
When I saw for the first time Illioperato Hotel on the picture I realized it was a location so much different from the others.
Santorini is an amazing place full of amazing spots, when you can have your wedding. So, the decision is not so easy.
Illioperato hotel was my favourite place on the island cause is look like a giant balcony on the Caldera, the view is breathless, and Flora's hotel is in the middle of that.
Flora was so patience with us, she realized every desire I had. She never told me no. When I came back with my guests two days before the wedding and I saw for the first time live the wedding location I was shocked cause it was so much better than in my dreams.
It's not so common organize a wedding by mail, from Italy to Greece. Just a very professionist can able to do that with those results. From the make up artist to the hair dresser, She was very careful with every detail.
My weddding was a dream, and I said that not just it was mine. Every guest after almoust four years still talk about what We lived together in Santorini in those days.
Everything was so unforgettable especially for Flora.

Flora is a breath of fresh air! After speaking with many wedding planners who told me my dream wedding would not be possible within my budget for a destination like Santorini, Flora was the only one who immediately gave me venues, caterers, make up artists and ideas within my budget after her response to my initial email. She was so pleasant, soft spoken, yet so prompt in answering my questions and booking my wedding resources. We had everything booked and scheduled within two weeks of speaking. My wedding happened literally 6 months later and exceeded my expectations. We had 62 guests; the ceremony at Venetsanos winery overlooking the Calderas & reception at Mario’s Restaurant on the beach. She had transport buses for all my guests that picked them up and dropped them at each venue then back to our villas and hotels. She stuck with my theme, there was never a no for an answer. She also spoke with me throughout the day even though we have a 9 hour time difference. She is well recommended and would love to use her to plan another event in Santorini. Thank you very much Flora, you have truly captured my heart! -

The venue was absolutely breath taking, the hotel room that we got ready in was beautiful...Flora was extremely professional, patient, and most importantly warm and friendly. I had 2 options of wedding planners to choose from and once I video chatted with Flora I knew she was the right choice...she made me feel extremely comfortable and captured my wedding wants and needs even better than I imagined. Her photographer/videographer were just as amazing. From start to finish, she was a dream to work with. Our wedding day was peaceful and exactly how we imagined it to be.

Melissa Sent on 03/12/2018My partner and myself were looking at an overseas wedding and decided on the beautiful Santorini Island in Greece, which is a long way from Australia!!!
Once we had made the decision I made contact with Flora Bekri, an Event Manager based in Santorini who was absolutely amazing to work with. As we are based in Australia the time difference was a challenge though everything we requested was done with a 'nothing is to hard' attitude. Flora also suggested some fantastic ideas as well which made the day even more special. Flora organised every aspect of the wedding impeccably, as we were getting married officially - she advised all of the documentation we needed prior to the day to make our wedding legal, this was done in a very 'easy' and 'detailed' manner. Plus not only the legalities Flora also organised all of the logistics for the day based on my brief - the priest, witnesses, flowers, décor, cake, and hair and makeup. Lastly, not to mention the absolutely most breath taking venue we could wish for, the terrace at The Ilioperato Hotel, Santorini.
Flora was in constant contact throughout the planning stage to the actual day to ensure that everything went to plan and there was absolutely nothing we could fault, it was perfect.
It was one of the most beautiful moments of our lives and it could not have been achieved without her dedication, professionalism and 'can do' attitude. We would highly recommend Flora's services for your special day, you will be extremely satisfied.

She considered all the wishes we had for our wedding ceremony and truly went the extra mile in helping us to make every little detail perfect. Flora knows her way around the island and thanks to her contacts was able to help us organizing everything from the official for the ceremony to the bouquet and flower decoration to a beautiful restaurant for the dinner and party and so on. She is not only very passionate about her job but also very well organized making sure that we booked everything on time.
The terrace where the ceremony took place was beautifully decorated and the whole location with the view was just breathtaking. We couldn't have wished for a better service and will be very happy to recommend Unique and Forever events to anybody who plans to get married in Santorini -

We venue is great. It is a quiet terrace away from the crowd. The venue setup is beautiful, facing the sea. Love the music, wine and the view.
