If you’re looking for the perfect DJ, ultimate sounds is it!

I promise this is worth the read if you are struggling to find the right fit! The DJ/music at our wedding was one of the most (if not the most) important thing to us. We spent an ample amount of time researching, talking to, reading through reviews, and interviewing potential DJ’s. From the get go Norman was informative, helpful, and extremely considerate of our vision and what we wanted. We knew immediately that he was going to be an amazing choice. Norman sent a thorough binder to help us organize our wedding day music, speeches, any announcements we wanted, etc. as well as being available to answer any questions or concerns along the way. He even drove out of his way the day before our wedding to walk through the venue and make sure he was delivering *exactly* what we were wanting. We had a surplus of guests tell us that was the best wedding music & DJ they had ever been around. My husband placed a lot of importance on the sound quality, and wanted to make sure the equipment was the very best, Norman delivered in all aspects. The worst part about wedding DJ’s sometimes can be the cheesy or awkward song transitions - which I was SO relieved to not have. He made sure everything was a smooth transition and mixed everything perfectly. We gave him a very wide variety of songs as well, and he fit in everything perfect and matched the energy of every moment of our wedding with the right music. If you’re looking for the best, I can say confidently this is it. When you are planning a wedding, managing and communicating with the vendors to make sure everything is going as planned can be one of the most stressful parts. Norman was a DJ that took *all* of that wedding vendor stress off of me as a bride, because I knew he was going to make sure everything went great, and he truly did. We cannot thank ultimate sounds enough, our wedding day would have not been near as amazing without you!

Amazing support and partner

We had such a great experience working with Ultimate Sounds. He supported us through the entire process and worked with us. One thing we truly appreciated and were grateful for was the ability to improvise if needed as Ultimate Sounds knew we were busy or spending mental cycles in other areas that needed our attention. This made it really stress free for us leading up to the event and during.

Norman saved the Wedding!

Look no further!! Norman was the best DJ we could have ever chosen for our big day. We literally hired him a couple of days before the wedding, and he was the absolute best! He called me and my husband individually to get to know us a little more, he learned a little of our background and families. We provided him with our favorite songs and what songs we wanted to play at certain times during the wedding. HE MADE IT HAPPEN! Norman was very pleasant and such an amazing host in our wedding! He was able to announce special dances, last minute surprises, last minute requests and just overall an amazing sound system and DJ. Norman has an amazing personality. He definitely made our wedding that much more special. I will say the music in our wedding made the wedding spectacular! Norman knew exactly what he was supposed to do to make our special day complete!

Awesome DJ! We danced the night away!

We had our wedding this past July. Our original DJ could not be available for our wedding date anymore and recommended Norman. We met on a call to discuss the details of our wedding. We thought it was very nice that he spent time asking us questions to get to know us. You can tell that he is experienced and really cares about his clients. He also sent us a binder to fill out forms and had pages detailing music recommendations. I shared a music list with him and the timeline of our wedding. Communication with him was very easy. He played music for our cocktail hour and reception. We are so happy that we booked him! Our guests had a great time and danced the night away!

The best dj!

Norman helped make our wedding reception one to remember! From our very first interaction with him, we knew we could trust him to make our wedding day extra special. He initiated a call where he got to know us as a couple and he incorporated everything he knew about us into his work for our wedding. He went above and beyond to make it as personal as possible. On the evening of our wedding, we had such an amazing time (and so did our guests)! We had our guests asking for his playlist! We got so many compliments on how fun our wedding was, and I have to credit Norman for that. We could not have asked for a better DJ. Thank you so much Norman!

The Best There Is

Ultimate Sounds is the best in the business. I have witnessed him at other weddings & events and now had the pleasure to hire him for our own. His thoroughness and attention to all details, even ones we didn’t think of until he brought them up, was first class. He provided us with all our answers before we could even ask the questions. He is prepared, professional, and will get the party started and keep it going until the lights come on. His musical knowledge and experience had everyone on the dance floor all night. And his MC skills are on the same level! He will communicate with you through the whole process and will put together the best entertainment you can be provided. What a night!

Norman was such a great DJ and I loved how he made the night feel special. He had us both write our "Love Story" separately and then at our wedding he combined our stories and told everyone. He was also hilarious and our guests really enjoyed his commentary. The music was spot on with what we wanted and our guests were up and moving. Overall a great night and it wouldn't have been possible without Norman.

In Norman We Trust!!

Norman was my DJ/MC at my wedding 2 weeks ago!. He single-handedly made our wedding night unforgettable! Norman is very organized. He sent over a wedding event planner to write out the many components of a wedding that never even crossed my mind, which ultimately helps him out. We gave him a playlist of songs we wanted to hear and what genres we wanted played and didn’t want played. He kept the pacing of our reception going, kept people on the dance floor. He kept the night alive with his DJ and MCing.

He’s been a family friend for my entire life and it was an absolutely blessing and privilege to have him DJ one of the most important days of my life.

We appreciate you DJ Norman and thank you for an unforgettable night!

The life of the party

Norman is absolutely the best! We told him the type of music we liked and wanted to hear at our wedding and he delivered! All our guests at the wedding were telling us the music was the best part. Norman was wonderful! He rolled with all of the changes, from our parents' suddenly changing their minds to the venue shutting down the party 30 minutes early. He kept the whole night moving smoothly! And the music was too perfect for words!!

Norman and I go way back! He is related to an old friend of mine and actually used to DJ at my junior high dances. So he was the first person I thought of when I started thinking of DJs for my wedding. I reached out to him and he was happy to meet with my then-fiancee and I, even though our wedding date wasn't secured yet. With nothing set in stone, Norman still took the time to get to know us and our story, which I think helped the whole process run smoothly in preparation and on the day-of. This also made everything more personal. When we were able to finalize our wedding date, I booked Norman immediately. With the contract, he sent us a personalized binder that outlined everything we needed to know about our reception music and tons of song suggestions! It even had checklists and tips for overall wedding planning. This binder was super helpful throughout the whole process.

We met with Norman a few weeks prior to the wedding to finalize our reception timeline, as he was also our MC for the dinner, and everything ran perfectly at our reception! When planning for the reception, I was really over-analyzing situations and trying to plan for them, but Norman ensured me he would gauge the room and go with the flow. I really trusted him with this and it was better than I could have imagined! He is truly an expert at what he does.

Norman was great at providing a variety of music for all our guests and was really good at reading the room for the moods. I feel he really paid attention to who was on the dance floor when ever he chose the next song and catered his selections to the audience as it changed throughout the night. Overall, I don't think my reception would have been as great as it was without Norman! Some people look back on their wedding day and are depressed it's all over. For me, what I'm really sad is over is the party! We had to end our party with the venue at 10 PM but I still look back and wish we could have continued it for longer!

I couldn't be happier with the service that Norman brought to the table - he's more than just a DJ! He's a solid emcee and really sets the vibe for the whole event. From the first meeting with him, it's easy to see that he truly cares about the couples he works with, and wants to get to know them. He was super responsive and in depth leading up to the big day, then he was THE DOPEST DJ on the day of. We had multiple guests come up to us to tell us how good the music was. He played everything we wanted and more. Highly recommend!

Norman is the best! Before I was referred to him by a friend, I spent hours meeting with 5-10 different DJ's and felt like I was never going to meet a DJ that my husband and I liked. Norman listened to all of our wedding wishes, came to our rehearsal, played all of our requested songs and our guests' requested songs (it was a long list), and got every single guest up and dancing! He did an incredible job mixing songs from oldies to motown to recent hits to 80's. All of our family and friends loved him and we got so many compliments after our wedding. If I had to plan a million more weddings, I would book Norman every single time. He won't let you down!

Norman is the most fantastic DJ! My husband and I would highly recommend him for really any event. He was the DJ at our wedding and kept the party going all night long. Not only is he a great DJ, but an excellent MC. All of our wedding guests enjoyed Norman and everything he offered.

Norman was recommended to me by my best friend who met him at a company event. We started with an initial meeting where Norman really wanted to get to know me and my husband, and our style. Personalization is fundamental to Norman and his business, and he truly delivered an experience perfectly fit for us on our big day. Throughout the planning phase, Norman reached out to us with various questions, made an over hour long trip out to see our venue, and incorporated everything we wanted to spec.

I am SO grateful that Norman was the DJ for my wedding. He is extremely responsive, accommodating and just plain awesome. Has all the equipment necessary so you don't need to rent or buy anything. Norman wanted to meet with my fiancé and I prior to the wedding because he feels it's really Important to get to know the couple, understand what it is they want, and cater and accommodate to them. He honestly went above and beyond our expectations and kept our reception schedule flowing and EVERYONE on the dance floor the whole night. Norman of Ultimate Sounds, came highly recommend through a family member, who attended several of his events he participated.

What impressed me with Norman is his background and knowledge in the genres of music. We met several popular wedding DJ's prior to Ultimate Sounds, and they stated if they don't know what music we are requesting, they will "google it" or try to find something similar. With Norman/Ultimate Sounds, he knew what music we were referring to.

Norman even gave us a wedding checklist that he created to help us through the wedding process. Norman and Ultimate Sounds works around the clock, I was able to email Norman the night before and the morning of our wedding, and he responded quickly!!!

In addition, Norman suggested a fog machine for our first dance, which was a great idea, but it was not allowed out our wedding venue

Norman suggested a lot of fun wedding games during dinner service which kept our guests entertained and laughing. He can also get all of our guests on the dance floor, young and old!!! Norman is great with the microphone, he's funny, charming and sincere. Even our guests, wanted to take pictures with our DJ lol. For any of our future friends and family that is looking for a DJ or a MC service, I definitely recommend Ultimate Sounds!!

Me and my wife got married in September this year and we had Norman as a DJ & MC. And I can say without hesitance that it was probably one of the best choices I've ever made in my life.

I am a wedding photographer so have been to a number of weddings and got to witness the importance of DJ/MC because it can and will make it or break it.

Norman was everything you could ask for from a professional DJ/MC. On the first face to face meeting, he brought a binder with a number of sheets for our keeping. The binder included all the requirements/background info he needs, suggested playlist for each of the processions, and general wedding related tips such as the list of items to include in the emergency kit for the day. So when we were handed the binder, we knew he was very well prepared. Working with him through emails was very easy as Norman was always responsive to our inquiries and provided tips and advises. Then a couple weeks before the wedding, he met with us one more time to go over the music settings as well as to discuss what needs to be done as MC. He also came to the rehearsal on the day before wedding and checked out the floor plan and the settings.

On the day of wedding, he was on time. What I was really amazed at was how perfect the sound systems were set. At a number of weddings I have been to, I saw many times where the music or the microphone was set either too quiet or loud where it was distracting, which can easily disrupt one of the most important events in life. But Norman had his system perfectly set up so the background musics were greatly mixed into the ambience. Norman's MC skill was great as well. He was very succinct and professional in delivering messages. Also his appearance was very professional and proper to the occasion.

I will recommend Normal to anyone with highest regards.

Norman is AWESOME!! Seriously, I can't stress enough how important it is that you hire him for your wedding (or any party).

He has a very large collection of music - all kinds of genres. I asked him to play punta (a genre he wasn't familiar with) during our initial meeting. Sure enough, he researched it and made it happen.

From the moment you begin working with him, you'll see how kind and professional he is, how much he cares about helping you meet your vision, and how genuinely happy he is for your celebration.

What makes him stand out from other DJs:
1. He's a fantastic MC! Knows how to interact with (not just talk to) the crowd. Has a great presence on the mic and can bring the crowd to attention.

2. He has SO many great ideas and games for making your reception fun and unique. Our guests loved the items that we chose from his collection of games/ideas. IN FACT, one of my friends who is getting married wanted to hire him on the spot.

3. Thorough knowledge of wedding planning. Norman's initial meeting will show you all the details that he's aware of (includes a timeline sheet, a checklist for creating a day-of emergency box, etc.) We also received his newsletter which included short articles on common event topics.

4. Norman is so flexible! We had decided to cut a garter toss on the spot because we wanted our guests to have more time to dance. He went with it and kept the music playing as he told the crowd we were skipping it. It was smooth. We asked him to read some of the advice cards that our guests filled out - he did it and encouraged the crowd to fill out more.

I could go on and on about the many great things that Norman provides... but I'll stop here. :)

Again, I can't stress enough that Norman is worth every penny!! He set out to ensure that our ceremony music and reception went off without a hitch. He met that goal.

In our search for a DJ/MC for your wedding in Monterey, we wanted someone who had unique services besides playing great music. So we turned to Norman with Ultimate Sounds. Norman was professional from the first time we met at Starbucks. He presented a binder with different services he does besides playing music. The love story was one of those unique services. The story personalized the wedding and everyone loved it. Another service Norman does is the monogram. The bride and groom's name up on lights, who wouldn't like that. The uplighting around the room and the hidden wires were professionally done. From the Island Reggae music theme to the last second changes during the wedding, Norman was very flexible. When we have another event, we will not hesitate to have Norman back with his quality work and professionalism.

What can I say that the other's haven't already that will convince you that Norman is THE best?

Our wedding was September 27, 2014, and Norman was unquestionably, without a doubt, the best DJ we could have had for our wedding. Please, don't be put off by him wanting to meet with you, it was the single best decision I made when considering a DJ. Norman is a very genuine, sincere person and you can tell that he truly loves and has a passion for what he does, which is probably why he is truly great at it!

Something that I noticed that some people may not notice or be aware of, the true craftsmen ship of a skilled DJ is not just being able to mix music, scratch or beat match. All of which Norman can display expertly, but also understanding the flow, and mood of the crowd is arguably more important. If the DJ doesn't understand his audience, all of the technical skills won't matter in the least.

Norman had a crowd of twenty to thirty-soemthing's and fifty to sixty-something's all dancing to a variety of music genre's that kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night! Everyone had a great time at our wedding and many of our friend's and family expressed to us how much fun they had, even going as far as to say that our wedding was the best they've ever been to. Without question, Norman had a lot to do with that.

I have to condense this review a little due to the character limit, but I can not possibly recommend Norman with any more enthusiasm than is humanly possible! If I could give him 100/100 I would!

Norman was very professional and friendly. As soon as I talked with him I could tell not only did he know his job, but that he was good at it as well. My husband and I did not hire a coordinator for our wedding but Norman kept our ceremony and reception moving along seamlessly. He was always there when we needed a question answered and also took time to go over the day of planning before the event with us so we had an idea of how to plan our day. Many of our guests complimented us on our DJ and variety of music he played at our reception. I have already recommended Norman to several others for their wedding and would definately use Ultimate Sounds again in the future.

Norman was amazing. He was very flexible in meeting with us prior to the reception and especially patient as we changed our minds several times on what songs to play and when. His playlist/wedding checklist notebook was incredibly helpful. He was so prepared that it made the entire process easy.
He is personable, our guests liked him immediately and he kept us on the time line without interrupting the flow of the party. He did everything he promised, really delivered for us!!!

DJ Ultimate Sounds, or Norman, is one of the best professionals we've ever had the honor to do business with. Planning a wedding is a daunting task, but picking the DJ was a no-brainer for my wife and me. From the very first meeting with Norman to the last song played at our wedding, Norman did everything he could to make our wedding a memorable event. He wasn't just a DJ, he felt like a member of the family and did so much more than play music. He doubles as a wedding coordinator and will do everything in his power to help the wedding run smoothly. He pulls speech-givers to the side to listen to what they have to say and make suggestions. He will call a vendor that is running late and make sure they know the proper directions. He played EVERY song we wanted him to play, and mixed them together seamlessly. Norman has 25 years of experience under his belt, and it shows in his amazing work.

Norman is a hard-working professional and will always be at the top of our list for any events we plan in the future. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed with DJ Ultimate Sounds!

DJ Norman was such a pleasure to work with! All our guests LOVED him & all that he did. They all said he was te eat dj they've seen at a wedding. He does a lot of little things to set himself apart from other DJ's. From the moment we met him, we felt like he was a long lost cousin that we had. He was awesome and he was very reasonable with his pricing. We were so pleased with the DJ services that Norman of Ultimate Sounds provided for our wedding! Norman is extremely professional and well-organized, and made sure that we had total peace of mind that everything would go smoothly on the day of the wedding. At our initial consultation, Norman went through a very detailed list of questions to get to know us and our wedding style. It was immediately apparent that he had a tremendous amount of experience, and he provided a wealth of information to help with our planning, above and beyond mere DJ duties. We received a binder full of useful tips, as well as a book on planning wedding receptions. Going through the binder and filling out all of the requested information (such as details about all of our other vendors, bios of the wedding party, song selections) was a great way to get ourselves organized.

One of the most awesome features of Norman's services is the Love Story--definitely ask him to do this for you. You and your spouse write responses to several prompts (e.g., describe your first date, what makes your spouse perfect for you, describe the proposal), and Norman expertly synthesizes what you write into a seamless narrative that he delivers during the reception. Having our Love Story told by Norman was a great way for our guests to learn more about the details of how we met, and it made our reception even more personal.

Norman is also totally game to incorporate unique elements into the evening--we wanted to throw in some Star Wars references, and Norman put up an awesome projection of the Death Star onto the wall behind him. He is so receptive to any ideas you might have, including interactive games and other elements, and he executes them well. During the reception, he kept the flow of the evening going with a great level of energy (without being too over the top), and the music selection was spot on--I think we loved every song he played. We highly, highly recommend Ultimate Sounds!

We recently hired Norman for our wedding on 10/18/13. From the first meeting he was very professional and prepared. He showed us a sample contract, song lists, checklists for the bride, and a quote. His services were very reasonable and he was worth every penny! We gave him a general idea of what we wanted and he created the perfect atmosphere for our dinner and the dancing afterwards. He is a great MC and extremely prepared with various microphones and equipment. We highly recommend him!

Ultimate Sounds offered a great DJ and MC service at our wedding. It was easy to meet beforehand and discuss all of our likes and dislikes in reference to music we did/did not want at our wedding. The meetings were relaxing and enjoyable. During the wedding, Ultimate Sounds did more than provide music and atmosphere, which they did incredibly well, but they were watching to make sure everything else at our wedding was going well, and stepped in to save a situation that almost turned disastrous. We had a great time at our wedding and all of our friends and family said they had a fun time and that they absolutely loved the music. Everyone danced all night and the dance floor was packed. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Sounds.

Norman is absolutely fantastic! The night was exactly what we hoped for. Norman kept the energy up and everyone on the dance floor. At the end of the night, after the last song played, our guests started chanting, "one more song!". And... Norman played one more song. It was perfect!!!
I strongly recommend Norman. He is professional, extremely knowledgable, and easy to talk to. He understood exactly what we wanted for our special night. Norman is very organized and made planning the night simple. We will definitely be using Norman for ALL our DJ needs!

Please book Norman! He is amazing! We were extremely happy with him on our wedding. He played everything we asked him to and nothing that we asked him not to. He was able to find all of our obscure songs that we had chosen. He even played a song twice since I missed one of my favorite songs while I was in the bathroom. He did our "love story." All of our guests were wowed. We also played the newlywed game at the reception. Our guests laughed so hard! We had so much fun and did not want the night to end. He kept everyone dancing until they turned off the lights to kick us out!

Norman rocks! He got the job done and done right. He made sure our guests were entertained (the grand entrance for the bridal party was pretty funny!)...And when it started to drizzle, he was quick to move everything inside and keep the party going! He even came out to the rehearsal and helped us practice to the music! Way cool! Highly recommended!

Norman was great. My wife and I had a quickly planned wedding and we left Norman with the reins for the ceremony and reception. He almost literally took control of the wedding and made everything run smoothly. I highly recommend him, his love story portion of the reception was a huuuuge hit. Everyone at the wedding thought he was amazing, the compliments are still coming in. He was very flexible in all aspects. Great DJ, would recommend him for every wedding.

We hired Norman for our wedding on September 3rd and he was awesome! We met with Norman a few months before the wedding to go over what we wanted and he was very professional and personable. Norman was very organized. He had a binder with all the music, lighting options and whatever else you needed to make the wedding complete. He provided the lighting for us which was SOOO beautiful! It matched our colors perfectly in the reception hall. Also, he called about a week before the wedding to go over any last minute things and he had a metal plate with our names engraved on it to project on to the wall at the reception and it was just breathtaking! It was like the icing on the cake! Everything went VERY smooth and Miguel and I didn't worry about anything because he knew our timeline and how we wanted to do things. I would highly recommend Norman for any function you have planned. We had so many wonderful compliments about him. We are already talking about hiring him for our daughters quince!

Norman was amazing. Out of all the venders my husband and I worked with he was the best!! Very prompt, professional, and helpful. Any questions I had he was very quick to respond. Whenever I wanted to meet with him he made himself available. During the wedding he was so focused and funny. He incorporated everything we wanted in the reception and even added in some lighting with little to no extra cost because he knew we were on a budget. Absolutely amazing always so cheerful and very nice.

We would hire Norman again for any party. He is very professional and responsive and most importantly kept the dance floor full for the entire wedding. He also had a spare garter when I realized I wasn't wearing one for the garter toss.

We hired Norman for our 9/10/11 wedding. Hiring Norman was one of the best decisions I made. From the very first time we had met him we were hooked. We loved everything that he had to offer in his packages. And he had services that I have not seen a DJ offer before such as composing a love story that he tells during our reception and games that has my guests play. Norman knows what he is doing and he totally took over my reception. When we first met he asked me what am I expecting from him. I told him that I want to feel like a guest at my wedding. I want to be able to enjoy my time. And he did exactly that for me. He even asked who my other vendors were, he was like my make wedding planner. haha. He saved my reception from falling apart at the start. My wedding party forgot the line up list so I had about 50 people that needed to be lined up and no one knew how they should be lined up. Im stressing out and had my breakdown, the first and last one for the night, and Norman came and saved the evening. He had the list that I had emailed him and he lined all of us up and then he got the party started. From start to finish he was incredible. As the host, he was interactive with the crowd and he has such a great sense of humor that my guests loved.He kept the party flowing perfectly and his addition of the love story and the kissing game made my wedding an event to remember. As a DJ he was incredible and amazing. He kept my dance floor full and alive the entire time. Even my senior citizen guests danced until the very end. No one wanted the party to stop.
We highly recommend him and we would never hire another DJ other than him again for any function that I will be throwing. He knows how to keep it professional, but fun all at the same time. It was so easy working with Norman, he loves what he does and it comes out in his work.
From one bride to another there are two things that guests will remember from your or any wedding. One is the food and the other is the entertainment. Guests will always remember if they had a great time or not. My guests still come up to me and tell me how much fun they all had. And that makes it worth every penny that I spent. I feel that I got a great value with the service I received from Ultimate Sounds. I highly and advise you to check them out.
I wish I could give him more than a 5/5 because he deserves more than that.

Norman did a great job as an MC and DJ at our wedding. He spent lots of time to personalize our event. Upon our request, he put together a special mix for the wedding party to be announced to and created a love story that he read during the reception so our guests could hear how we met and the events in our relationship leading up to our engagement.
Norman was very professional and was willing to meet with us numerous times to finalize all the details of our special day. He came to our rehearsal, which was great because the ceremony was outside and it was nice to be able to preview how the music would sound!
I would definitely recommend Norman, he did everything we asked for and went above and beyond our expectations!

It was a pleasure having DJ Norman from Ultimate Sounds working at my wedding. All of my guests had a wonderful time and they kept saying it was the best wedding they have ever gone to. They enjoyed very much alll the services and entertainment that DJ Norman had prepared. He is the best DJ I have ever known. Since i'm only planning to get married once in my life, I can't say that i will use him for my next wedding but i will for sure use him for a next family or friends event.

From the very first meeting to the day after our Wedding Norman was Great to wrok with. We recieved Tons of compliments on the music and DJ. The dance floor was always full. Norman's Newlywed game was also, a hit. Our guest loved it.

Norman Anub was so fantastic. He is the most patience person ever. He was very organize and it really helps us on the day of our wedding. He has the best system to entertain our guests. He made our wedding very special by connecting our guest to us and share our love story from where we were born, to how we me,t to how our first kiss felt like and how we got engaged. Its the most beautiful information your guest would enjoy. Norman has the best music selections to choose from and that narrowed a lot of time doing the research. Our experience with Ultimate Sounds was an absolutely awesome one from beginning to end. When we were planning our wedding, we interviewed 6 different DJ companies. DJ Norman's presentation was, by far, the most impressive out of them all. He was very professional, confident, unique, organized, humorous, and a great listener. DJ Norman is the best! It was wonderful working with him. He did a great job on adding extra surprises to our wedding program and I cannot tell what was it until you will meet him. Norman was AWESOME. We could not have asked for a better DJ at our wedding. He was extremely prepared for our big day. Not only did he sit down with us, but he made sure to call our parents, maid of honor, best man, and the other vendors he would be working with.

Norman from Ultimate Sounds performed as DJ for our wedding last April. My wife and I could not have been happier with his performance and demeanor. While meeting with us prior to the wedding, Norman explained what his services would entail, and what we could expect. He seemed like an easy-going guy with a fun personality, and we felt comfortable with him right away. At the wedding reception, Norman was on time and well-prepared. He's got a good voice and a witty sense of humor, and was good enough to throw in a few surprises for us during the performace. His rates were very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Norman for any sort of event that requires a DJ, he helped make our wedding an unforgettable moment in time :). Kevin & Joyce

Could not have hoped for a better DJ for our wedding. The amount of time and effort that Norman put in to making our reception unique and spectacular, was evident to all who attended. EVERYONE, I mean, EVERYONE, had great things to say about the entertainment. He personalized our reception to our particular tastes, and put in far more time and work than we ever expected. If I ever need a DJ for an event again, I will look no further. Professionalism and attention to detail are second to none and price is extremely reasonable. Norman was very nice and helpful since day one. Very organized and profesional.
On the day of the wedding he was on top of everything following the program and everyone liked all the music he played. My good friend asked me right away for his number for him to play at her Mother birthday party which I heard he did an awesome job there as well...

Highly recommended........

I recommend Ultimate Sounds (DJ Norman) to anyone who needs a DJ for an important function such as a wedding. He is not only professional but he is also very willing to accomodate your needs. He has a large variety of music styles at his disposal and is very open to requests and suggestions. I have been married for three years and I still get compliments on his work.

Norman did a fabulous job as our DJ for our 25th wedding celebration,
The party was such a success everyone had a blast and danced all night long.
We highly recommend him to everyone.

I had attended some parties in the past where Ultimate sounds was the DJ, and extremely enjoyed his mix of music. So when it came down to the most important day of our lives, we could not think of anyone better. And, we were right! Norman at Ultimate Sounds sat down with us and listened to every word we said, played the music we wanted and just met and exceeded every expectation we had of him. He kept the party going until the wee hours of the night, and was a major part of the wedding of our dreams! We would have changed nothing, and we recommend Ultimate Sounds to ANYONE! Whatever you like, he will make it happen!

Norman made me feel very comfortable about his service. He spent over an hour discussing our event and his services and provided helpful song lists and suggestions. He was at the event on time and played the songs we requested. He's very polished in his performance.

Norman is awesome! He was the DJ/emcee for our wedding in April and we are so happy we chose him! We actually never seen him emcee before our wedding and got a good feeling from the reviews. When we met him, we knew he was "the one", lol. And he really did deliver. He was very good at playing the right songs throughout the reception: kept our dance floor full and during meal time played some pretty cool slow jams I hadn't heard before. He did a great job on putting together and telling our "love story" for us. A lot of our guests commented on it and were really impressed. He kept the energy up and really knows how to interact with the crowd. I remember a couple moments throughout the reception looking up at the crowd and seeing everying laughing and having a good time. It felt incredible. Thank you, Norman, for giving us the fun reception we wanted
