Best Wedding DJ Around
Javier and the Ultimate Sounds team were absolutely incredible. From the moment I hired them they were nothing but professional, punctual, and very knowledgable. Javier responded to emails and texts within minutes and really made the process so easy. He is a great DJ and kept my dance floor full for 3 hours straight. I would recommend Javier and Ultimate Sounds in a heartbeat. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Amazing Wedding DJ in Miami
Javier was a pleasure to work with - responsive, kind, flexible, and super helpful and knowledgeable! He took the time to get to know us and our music style, tailoring a perfect playlist for our wedding. The one downside was that Javier wasn't there for the whole wedding and his colleague took over for the reception, which turned out to be fine, but we would've liked to know in advance! It didn't take away from our experience, we still highly recommend Javier and Ultimate Sounds! And an amazing value for your investment!!

I searched around for a DJ for my wedding for a couple days. Some never responded, and some wanted to over charge me a ridiculous amount. Javier was so communicative, responsive, friendly, and professional from our first interaction. He responded to any questions I had the same day, was very patient about me doing the work on my end, and was very reliable. I am SO happy we decided to go with “Ultimate Sounds” for our wedding day. I thank you for your excellent customer service and for having our guest dancing on the dance floor. You guys were truly wonderful.

We didn’t want the party to end!
First let me say- bless this man for having to deal with (1) our groomsman on the microphone and (2) my ideas / demands.
But seriously, my husband and I are so glad we hired Javier as our wedding DJ! He was SO responsive and communicative throughout the entire process (more so than any other vendors!). He was so flexible when I changed the venue 4 times, and When I had crazy ideas, he shared his questions and then trusted my judgement, both of which I sincerely appreciate! His online system was so easy to use.
Our guests had SO much fun dancing we didn’t want the party to end so we ended up extending it and we are SO grateful Javier was willing to do that for us! Thanks for helping execute our most perfect day and for trusting and executing my ideas!

Amazing Wedding DJ!
I used Javier with Ultimate Sounds last weekend to DJ at my wedding at my house and he was great!! He was professional, took direction well, and actually followed to my notes. I loved that he had a platform for song requests, instructions, genres and what % you wanted those genres played! He was such a wonderful wedding DJ!! The best DJ you can hire! I started planning my wedding right in the middle of the pandemic. I had so much free time, I figured why not? I had a lot of time to research vendors and read reviews and we came across Ultimate Sounds. I contacted Javier and immediately knew I wanted to hire him. I wasn’t sure how we would handle communication during COVID times but Javier made it very easy! We had several phone calls where we got to know each other and Javier listened to all of our request and details. He made it all very easy! And on wedding day? EVERY ONE was on the dance floor! All our favorite songs were played he interacted beautifully with the crowd and made it all so much fun. If you’re looking for a DJ, look no further and hire Ultimate Sounds! You won’t regret it!

Great music customizations!
Javier was amazing on and before our wedding day. We signed our contract in July 2019 and delayed our April 2020 wedding until April 2021 due to covid. Javier was accommodating with replanning our day. He has an awesome website to personalize and setup a music timeline. He arrived on time and played exactly what we wanted from our ceremony through cocktail and dinner to the party time reception. The reception music was blended perfectly.

We hired Javier earlier in the year. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, we had to re-schedule our wedding event twice. Javier worked with us throughout the year as our plans changed. We were planning on originally having 140 guests and we had to reduce it to 24 guests. We worked with Javier on the sound requirements for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and the structure of our family speeches. Javier made our night a success. He was able to balance out the music requests from both sides of our respective families (Colombian and Caribbean). Javier was professional, attentive and personable. We would recommend him to any couple that wants a memorable wedding event.

Javier was an incredible DJ and partner! He walked us through every element of planning, which allowed us to feel prepared well in advance. He was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating--even incorporating German music to include our German parents and guests. This gave a tremendous sense of ease, which was only heightened by his timeliness, organization and support the night of the event. He was so in-tune with the procession of the night, serving the needs of the guests, keeping the energy at its highest and touching base with us throughout the night. So glad I hired Javier - Ultimate Sounds to do the job! My biggest requirements when hiring someone is responsiveness and what I liked most about working with Javier was the fact that he frequently scheduled calls to discuss all of the details and timeline of wedding. Javier & the Ultimate Sounds team were amazing!
Ultimate Sounds has to be the best vendor I worked with. Javier was always easy to be in touch with. He was very responsive to all of my questions and let me know I could reach out to him at any time with any questions I may come across. He was always very pleasant and never made me feel like I was a bother to him.
I had a wedding coordinator and Javier was always receptive to whatever the coordinator and I wanted to plan/discuss with him. He went above and beyond to provide me with whatever I needed to ensure that my wedding was the best day for my husband and me.
The Ultimate Sounds team provides you a unique login experience where you are able to see songs and plan the events for your day! He has a plethora of music from which to select. There were a lot of songs I did not even know I wanted, but when I saw them on his list, I added them in. He is able to guide you and show you popular wedding songs, top 100, etc. He even lets you select songs that you DEFINITELY do not want to hear. I have a very particular taste in music and when there were a few songs I did not see on his list, he found a way to get them to my wedding.
Javier also provided uplighting and a photobooth. The options of uplighting he has were awesome- probably close to 100 different shades. He also customized a logo for us to display with lighting on the room. The photobooth was SO fun and the hit of the night. He had options of backdrops that we could select and we were able to customize the boarders to our color and theme. The photobooth comes with an operator, a copy of prints delivered to you via email, and a hard copy for bride and groom…of course your guests get an instant print out too!
Javier had excellent energy, mixed the music well, and read the crowd to determine when to play specific songs. I have never been to a wedding where there were SOOOO many guests on the dancefloor.
If I ever have another wedding (not trying to do that) or special event, Ultimate Sounds will be the first vendor I book.

Ultimate Sounds offers amazing service at a reasonable price. Their website is an incredible resource for couples as it allows you to input all the details you would need for your wedding, as well as allowing you to request must-have music for your big day. We didn't need to make too many requests, however, as after chatting with us on the phone Javier understood our personalities and style, and knew exactly what we were looking for. He was such a pleasure to work with for our wedding, and we received so many compliments from guests about how awesome the music at our reception was. We danced the entire night!

Ultimate Sounds was amazing! Working with Javier was so easy and smooth since we began speaking almost a year before the wedding. He paid attention to every detail and made us feel comfortable and confident in what they could do. Luis was our DJ on our wedding day and I would recommend him to anyone! He spoke to us before the wedding and even asked details on how to pronounce our parents’ names and our last name which I thought was so personable and important. Amazing wedding entertainment and lighting!
Ultimate Sounds truly lives up to its amazing reviews. From the beginning our DJ, Javier, was extremely professional and willing to speak with my father and the owner of our venue, even before we hired him! He truly makes the whole experience of choosing the wedding entertainment a stress-free, easy process. He has a great platform for music selection and chronology of the wedding events. On the day of the wedding, he was there on time and professionally dressed. He called days before to confirm all the important songs and the wedding attire, which I though was very thoughtful. During the wedding reception, he played most of the music we selected but was also great at reading the room and adding fun songs on the spot, which made our party and hora loca a complete success. I was a little worried of what our wedding celebration would look like since it was a bi-cultural wedding (I am latina and my husband is American) but Javier did an amazing job with the music selection and made everyone feel included. Our guests said it was one of the most fun weddings they had even been to. I would 100% recommend Javier and Ultimate Sounds for your wedding entertainment.

His software is great and made it extremely easy to pick songs for each segment of our wedding, (some of which we didn't even know we needed)! Javier also has tons of suggestions for songs and the general wedding flow. We gave him a list of songs we absolutely wanted to hear and we heard them all! He also provided us with the PERFECT remix for our wedding song which he made himself. Javier was great at reading the crowd and kept us on the dance floor all night! He was even able to work in a few requests from guests day of. He was easily reachable by phone or email and responded very quickly. We used uplighting provided by Ultimate Sounds and he chose the perfect placement to make the night spectacular. I would 100% recommend Ultimate Sounds to anyone who needs a DJ for any event!

So Professional and Fun
From the first time I chatted on the phone with Javier I knew right away that I wanted him to be the DJ for my wedding. He was so professional and had a great vibe to him that I could feel he was going to be great. I had my wedding at the Grand Salon Ballroom at the Killian Country Club and they were a mess but Javier was able to get things moving. Before my wedding, communication was amazing and timely. He took extra steps in calling me to walk through everything, since It was an Out of Town wedding. His online form is super simple and easy to use. During the wedding, he kept everyone dancing the whole night, played the music I requested and was super fun and engaging. He even came up to ask me if we were sticking to the timeline because the venue was late with serving the food. A+ for that! He accommodated my request of having different songs played for each bridal party couples entrance, which made me super happy. Thank you for a wonderful night! Best DJ ever!
Javier was the DJ for our weekend this past weekend and he was absolutely fantastic. First, he was patient with us as we were pretty indecisive and made last minute changes, though he never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. His website is user friendly and allows you to update and save your progress as you make song choices/answer questions. He also helped make our wedding day flow so smoothly from beginning to end by timing everything perfectly. Most importantly, he kept our guests on their feet ALL NIGHT. Our first and best vendor hire!
Javier was the very first vendor we hired very early on in the planning process, and looking back after the wedding, we couldn't have started our wedding planning off with a better decision. From the very beginning his communication was fantastic, and throughout the year he was very accommodating with conference calls, an in person meeting, and working with us on our song request technique. He even went above and beyond by assisting with a surprise video I wanted to play by helping out with setting up and playing it on a projector screen. Javier really held his own as both MC and DJ and was able to control the crowd both as an MC and DJ. He has a great MC voice, and it also helped that he was bilingual as many of the guests only spoke Spanish...Javier integrated many of our song requests and mixed them in well with his own song selections as he felt the crowd throughout the night. The dancefloor was always full! And his DJ setup/speakers/lighting was very impressive. Many guests called our wedding night legendary, and we couldn't have done it without Javier!

Great DJ, very professional
This is truly a professional company that should set the standard for all others. From the very beginning Javier was responsive and very helpful. When I first inquired about services and pricing he wasn’t pushy at all (which I really appreciate) he provided the information I requested and was straightforward with all his answers (not the case with some other places). A detail I thought was very helpful was access to a portal where you have an account that allows you to add specific songs that you want as well as those you DO NOT want. The website has sections for pretty much everything (first dance song, bride/father dance song, groom/mother dance song, introduction song, preferred genres, additional notes, etc). When I decided to book services with Javier we had a lengthy phone conversation where he asked additional questions so that he could get a firm grasp of what my groom and I wanted, he seemed genuinely interested in doing what he could to make our wedding a wonderful event. When the wedding day arrived I was curious if Javier would live up to the great impression he gave and frankly he exceeded it. During the cocktail hour he approached me briefly to introduce himself in person and touch base, we also spoke a couple of other times to make sure everything was going well. Although our small group is not really comprised of “party people” everyone had fun, Javier played a great combination of songs that flowed well and had everyone enjoying the party. We also booked uplighting and photo booth services with Javier, which turned out great as well. The photo booth also had some great props to use for the pictures as well as an attendant available to assist. Just a few days after the wedding (I believe just two days) Javier sent me a link where I could see all the pictures people took throughout the night. This was of course in addition to the two copies that are printed after each picture during the wedding. Wedding planning can be stressful, and picking reliable vendors that you like can be a challenge, I was very fortunate to find Javier though. Javier, thank you, you helped to make our wedding a beautiful memory.

Javier was amazing, I don't even know where to begin. From the get go, I first reached out to him because his pricing was so reasonable. Shortly after, I realized that with a great price, you also get a great person and a true professional! He was more responsive than any of the other DJs we reached out to, and before you know it we were having a video conference with him discussing what we were looking for. It made the final decision to go with Javier VERY easy. He really catered to our needs and wants, and we almost didn't even have to tell him what we wanted to here, he kind of just picked up on it and went with the flow. He really watches the crowd and knows what direction to go in with his music choices. He also has very professional qualities in how he plays the music. Javier was the perfect DJ for my wedding. He took all of my not so usual musical requests and put together a playlist that was amazing. He integrated a variety of music that appealed to all of my guests musical preferences and kept everyone happy. He was professional, intuitive and made sure to keep the party going! I couldn't have asked for anything more.

You know a party is good when the music is awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. We danced all night long and thanks to the DJ the party is still talked about two years later. Thanks again.

Javier was extremely professional, prompt and was open to our ideas and provided many ones of his own. I can truly say he was one of the main reasons our wedding night was so memorable, everyone was dancing the entire time. He has since worked at several events for me and many of our friends. I would highly recommend him for your special event.

Javier was my favorite out of all of my vendors to work with. He provided us with DJ services, a mic for the officiant, and up lighting. He was extremely kind and friendly to work with, and treated me like a person opposed to just a customer. He was able to work with my budget, while still providing me quality services. I received several complements throughout the night, as well as days later about how great the DJ was. Would absolutely recommend!

Ultimate Sounds were great!
The dj had everyone at my wedding dancing all night. He knew all the right songs to play and when to play them.

Javier was great. The prices were reasonable and the service was great. He was able to provide ceremony and reception music along with up-lighting. Javier met with us at the venue and was able to let us know exactly what to expect the day of the wedding. His online form for clients was user friendly and incredibly helpful. Perhaps most important, he reviewed every detail with us prior to the wedding. He was professional and the music was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend him for a wedding or any event.

A huge thank you to Javier for the DJ/MC services he provided to us on our wedding day. We admit that we had unusual requests and order to our day, but Javier worked with us to achieve exactly what we wanted. His setup and equipment looks spectacular, and will coordinate with any decor. Javier is professional and it is very apparent that he has a lot of experience with weddings. He knows the details of how a wedding should flow and he kept us on top of our timeline. We didn't have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, but we felt like we didn't even need one because Javier was so on-point with everything. Javier was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was very quick to respond to any communication sent his way. He also was very detail-oriented when it came down to outlining the reception introductions, first dances, speeches, and music selection. His ultimate goal was to ensure we were completely satisfied with the order and flow of things. The day of the wedding, he was extremely flexible when a few curve balls were thrown our way, and was extremely nice in checking in with me to makes sure I wasn't stressed! We absolutely made the BEST choice having Ultimate Sounds DJ our big day!
