Amazing experience !

Our wedding wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for all of the hard work that Flora and he team put in. We had to quickly switch the location of the wedding ceremony due to rain and it meant a lot that Flora's team was able to adapt to the sudden changes . Our Sofreh Aghd was the most beautiful display that I have ever seen! I love how it was incredibly modern while still adhering to the traditional standards. I couldn't keep my eyes off of it during the ceremony, and it was the perfect cornerstone and the focal point for our ceremony! The flowers and bouquets were beautifully designed -- we got so many comments on how pretty everything looked! The flowers really accentuated our ballroom, while at the same time were an integral part of the bridesmaids overall look. One of the shining stars of our wedding day was our sweetheart table! The floral arrangement turned a regular rectangular table into the fanciest and most beautiful table in the room -- I truly can't thank Flora enough for that! All in all, our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I wouldn't change a thing! Reflecting back, the flowers and the Sofreh Aghd were so expertly done -- I am in awe of how everything came together and looked so beautiful. We couldn't have done our wedding without Flora and her team!

The best florist in the DMV!

Flora is THE BEST! She is the epitome of a professional and it is so clear that she is passionate about what she does. She saved the day for my husband & I when we ran into issues with a previous florist that we had to part ways with and she stepped in to make sure we got the wedding of our dreams. I'm so happy my planner introduced us to Flora- I only wish that I'd met her sooner. She went above and beyond with the florals for our wedding day. I cannot say enough about Flora and Ultimate Floral Designs! Flora has been absolutely phenomenal to work with while planning my wedding! I came to Flora with a very modest floral budget, after several florists in the area made me feel "less than" because I didn't have a lot of money to spend on flowers. Flora made me feel special and valued from the minute I stepped into her store and gave her my budget. Flora has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my floral dreams come true! She worked so hard to give me exactly what I was looking for--calculating and recalculating costs for days to make sure everything I wanted was included in the contract, and that the cost did not exceed my price point. Flora also understood the vision for my wedding like no other florist in the area did. She listened attentively to what I wanted and recreated my Pinterest-inspired pictures in the most cost-effective way. We loved our wedding flowers. The whole process was very easy and smooth. We chose our flower color scheme and Flora gave us many flower options to choose from. She was mindful of our budget and gave us a very fair price. Everything was completely customized and modified to suit our exact vision. Beautiful work and flexible to work with!

Flora did all the flowers (centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, etc.) for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with how they turned out. They were absolutely BEAUTIFUL and perfect for a fall wedding. She took time to listen to our ideas and brought them to life. She mocked up additional centerpieces for us to see until we were 100% happy with them. Flora was flexible in that we needed to alter the arch flowers for two arrangements and she did so with ease while staying in our budget. I would highly recommend Flora and her work!

Worth every penny and a JOY to work with!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Flora and everyone at Ultimate Floral Design!!!

We originally met with Flora almost a year before our wedding day because I knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t want to waste time. We met with 4 different florists and Ultimate Floral Design was the only one who was really willing to work with our budget to make my dreams a reality. A lot of places will give you a very broad price range for their initial consult and want you to go back and forth on all the tiny details to narrow down the price, but Flora asked us up front what our budget was and told us what she could do with that based on the pictures and specifications we gave her.

I was worried that because we had had our first meeting with her so early in the planning process, Flora might forget what we had discussed by the time the wedding happened. However, Flora is a true professional and when we met with her again about 3 months before the wedding so she could show us a sample centerpiece, it was EXACTLY what I had envisioned. The week leading up to the wedding, Flora emailed me almost every day, just letting me know about little details she decided to enhance or improve that wouldn’t cost us extra money. It made me feel like we had definitely made the right choice.

Needless to say, all the floral elements of our wedding were absolutely stunning and beyond what I had imagined. People couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the centerpieces were and several of our guests asked to take them home at the end of the night. I will also add that the delivery staff from Ultimate Floral Design was very professional and efficient in setting everything up, especially during the quick flip of our ceremony and reception room.

I would HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Floral Design for a wedding or any special event that requires floral arrangements.

Must hire Flora for all your floral needs, especially if you're getting married.

Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and planning a wedding is stressful so it's important to hire vendors that are easy to work with and care as much as you do about your big day. FLora was amazing to work with. She was readily available, meticulous and honest. She went above and beyond the usual expectations when it came to flowers and wedding arrangements. My wedding was in early May and she began planning the centerpieces and my Sofreh a year in advance. She would be honest about pricing and even quality of flowers given the time of the year. She special ordered orchids and had them delivered to her home in plant form so that she would cut them on the day of instead of having them pre-cut and have to be subjected to trauma of being stored in a cooler etc.. How awesome is that! She also helped me design my Sofreh. She spent may hours planning the items and even staged it in her own home! One of the biggest feedbacks from my quests and venue staff was the quality of flowers and beautiful sofreh! I am so happy I decided to have FLora be member of my team. She was pleasant to work with, honest, talented, and caring. I would hire her in a heartbeat and strongly recommend you do the same!

Flora and Ultimate Floral Designs were fantastic to work with. My favorite thing, and the reason I chose them, was they were up-front about pricing and provided a break-down of what we would need and how much everything would cost from the first time we spoke once I provided her with a budget (super helpful since I don't know much about flowers/wedding planning in general). Once we booked UFD, I simply chose some Pinterest pics of what I wanted and Flora provided it to a T. Additionally, she threw in some flowers for the cake and a toss bouquet for free! 100% recommend.

Would definitely be back for any event!

Flora suggested some beautiful table arrangements for our son's informal wedding and created a colorful wedding bouquet that included orchids, which the bride had specifically requested. The bouquet glowed on a side table for five days afterward, reminding us of the event!

Smooth and easy

Ms. Flor is such an beautiful person to work with in an out. She worked with me on finding a suitable look for my wedding that was within my budget. She's also got a great since of humor. Creative and amazing!

Flora did an incredible job. She put so much heart, love and creativity into our florals. She put an incredible amount of creativity into getting my wedding colors (dark reds, purples, and deep greens) when it was hard to get those colors in late June! Everything was gorgeous and classic--with a touch of avant-garde. People said we had to most unique centerpieces they had ever seen! This was definitely our goal..and she did it within our tight budget and made very creative choices to get the job done! Flora is a legend in our family now!

Absolutely LOVED my wedding flowers and working with Flora!

I used Flora for my wedding flowers and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Flora to anyone! Flora really takes the time to listen to her bride’s needs - she did a fantastic job working with my budget while delivering the flowers WAY BEYOND my vision, from the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and cake top. Flora truly cares about her brides and wants them to have the most amazing memories of their weddings - the day of my wedding, Flora surprised me with peonies to my bridal bouquet, pink hydrangeas to the bridesmaids bouquets, and pink roses to the centerpieces (something I had wanted but opted out to stick with my budget) with no additional charge. I absolutely adored my bridal bouquet - so much that I took it home with me the next day and it was still blossoming a week later!

Less than a month before the wedding, I had to get a few additional centerpieces, Flora was very quick to respond and had no issues accommodating the request. Everyone at the wedding raved about the flowers and they turned out incredibly beautiful in the pictures (a few of my favorites below!).

Flora is extremely talented and very responsive! Her price is reasonable, especially for the value you get. If you’re looking for a florist for your wedding or any event, stop looking and go with Flora!

Stunning arrangements, wonderful to work with!

Flora is the best!!! I can't imagine a better experience working with a wedding florist--she truly went above and beyond to make things perfect for us, and her arrangements were STUNNING. They increased the "wow" factor of every part of our event, and now when I look at our wedding photos, her flowers stand out in every picture!

I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted for my flowers, and I visited several florists who didn't seem to quite get my vision. From the moment I started talking with Flora, though, I could tell that she understood what I wanted and how to make it happen. She was delightful to work with throughout the entire process--very sweet and conscientious. She exceeded all our expectations and in terms of customer service, I can't recommend her more.

In terms of cost, I'm confident we got a lot more for our money by going with Flora--she was very conscious of our budget and worked with us to stretch it as far as possible. In hindsight, I see our flowers as one of the best things we spent money on, because they made every aspect of our event more beautiful; all our guests commented on how breathtaking the flowers were.

It was indeed the most special day of my life being married in The Hay adams hotel with spectacular view of the White House, it wouldn’t be as perfect as it was if flora wasn’t my florist! She is amazing and made my special day even amazing, the flower are so fresh and breathtakingly gorgeous, she gave me extra roses to go with the cylinder vases in the table, I live my bouquet and my bridesmaids, all the flower she supplied was just the best, I would highly recommend her, for those who wants to find an affordable yet very elegant and fresh flower designer florist, pls come check her out! Flora and her team were abosolutely amazing! Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were at my wedding. Flora worked with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted for the wedding within my price range. My venue was not one she had worked with before and everything went perfectly regardless. I would recommend EVERY bride give Flora a call.

Flora's work was stunning, and she was such a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly patient and helpful during the entire process and provided great recommendations to fit my and my (now) husband's budget and style. She put together beautiful mock-ups of the centerpieces (we had two different styles) to show our parents when they were in town, which was a nice touch. She also provided pick up services from our venue at a reasonable rate (whereas some other florists we spoke with either did not offer pick up services - meaning we would have had to return 6 pedestals and 25+ glass vases ourselves the day after the wedding - or they offered it at a very high rate). We also mentioned to Flora that we liked the look of floating candles in some of the centerpieces (we did some low arrangements with orchids in water), which she then included at no additional cost. In addition to her patience and helpfulness, Flora's flowers are also of incredibly high quality. Some of the flowers from my bouquet are still alive and in vases around my apartment, and the wedding was 2.5 weeks ago!

Flora gave me the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen for a wedding. Not only did she listen to exactly what I wanted, but she provided me flowers that were better than any Pinterest photo I could have ever showed her. She truly went above and beyond, emailing me in the middle of the night multiple nights to ask questions so she could make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. She works tirelessly to provide brides the ultimate experience. I couldn't believe the flowers when I saw them, and guests kept raving about them. Even my wedding planner was shocked when she saw them. The priest asked if I robbed a flower shop when I got down the aisle, that's how big and beautiful my bouquet was! She is the perfect florist.

My dughter’s wedding was in April 2018 and our planner introduced Flora to her . We met her only 2 times and my daughter let her know her wishes . She is really an artist and knows how to combine flowers and their colors magnificently the same as you want . She also is very patient & cooperative and her price is reasonable too . Flora was our florist for our October 20th, 2017 wedding in Clifton, VA. I am sooo glad I picked her as our Florist. It is her own business and she has been doing it for years! She is absolutely amazing, and a true master of her work. During our first meeting, she listened carefully and understood my vision. She proposed a few changes to the idea and I am so glad she did, because the end result was outstanding. As we got closer to the wedding, I realized that I needed a few extra arrangements, I e-mailed and she included them without any worry or hardship. I corresponded by e-mail during the planning process and was very professional and responsive. My guests throughout the wedding kept complimenting the arrangements and design. All arrangements were very well thought with style and class. She has the best value for your budget. I was amazed how beautiful everything looked. Flora made spectacular huge bouquets of white hydrangas, roses and greenery that floated atop 2 foot tall glass vases for large round tables seating 10 people. She also did the the coordinated bouquet, boutonnieres, corsages, and sweetheart table garland. She scattered gorgeous white roses around the cake table. The wedding was at Top of the Town, and Flora's flowers turned that austere space into a place of wonder, while retaining the contemporary look. Flora was fabulous to work with. She made exactly what the bride asked for. The added bonus was that her prices were very reasonable and substantially less than the competition. Highly, highly recommended.

Flora was awesome to work with. She made such great suggestions during our consultation, and I felt totally comfortable that she understood my vision. Her arrangements were beautiful, and she had the absolute best pricing! The venue presented a couple of challenges, none of which were Flora's fault, and her delivery girl, (I can't remember her name) stayed hours longer than she had to in order to help remediate those challenges. My daughter Alexa had the most magical, beautiful wedding, and Flora has made sure that the beauty of her flowers enhanced her experience. The moment we entered the ballroom we were amazed at what that room had become, it was hard to describe, we were speechless! A lilac, pink, white and green paradise of color and fragrance!
Flora was so easy to work with. She listens to what the clients wants, and delivers! She also responds in a brief period of time to any concerns that may arise. She is into every detail. I went to Flora for my wedding flower arrangement and bridal bouquet and she did an absolutely amazing job. I had three free consultations before the wedding and she got exactly what I wanted down to the last detail. All my guests told me that the flowers for our ceremony and reception were incredibly beautiful. Flora even included a free runner and rose petals for our ceremony when she realized we didn't have one!

Flora is incredibly professional and understands her customers, I highly recommend working with her if you have the chance. I really loved my bouquet and flowers.

Ultimate Floral Designs was an awesome company to work with. They did 18 centerpieces, 2 large designs for our sofreh, and all the bouquets for the bridesmaids and bride. All the flowers were absolutely stunning and everything we had asked for. They were also willing to work with our budget and get us the flowers we wanted at a reasonable cost. Flora did all of the floral arrangements for my wedding this past weekend. My bridal bouquet was exquisite as well as the 8 bridesmaids' bouquets and all the boutineers. We got 22 tall floral arrangements for the reception and they turned out beautifully, better than I could have ever imagined! Flora has been the single best vendor we have worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process. We went through 6 different florists in the DC/VA area before we found Flora. The others seemed overpriced and not really interested our vision for the wedding. They also failed to offer any creative ideas and told me to go on Pinterest. My first meeting with Flora was wonderful and has remained unfailingly kind throughout the process. She was warm and welcoming and genuinely interested in my wedding plans. She had a lot of original ideas and helped integrate them with my vision. She offered me a reasonable price plan that aligned with our budget. She also offered to set up an appointment where we could see sample arrangements for the wedding based on our order. Her mock pieces were absolutely stunning and they were exactly what we asked for. The flowers were all extremely fresh and high quality. She understands how to make an elegant impression in a tasteful, cost effective way. The final products were stunning! I met with Flora several times in the months before my wedding (initial meeting, flower trial, final confirmation meeting) - I changed the designs for the flowers multiple times, and she was always willing to accommodate my ideas and adapt our plan. She came up with the idea to include thistle in our bouquets and centerpieces, which got rave reviews from all of the guests! On the day-of, everything was delivered on time with no major issues - the only minor problem was that two of the wrist corsages fell apart when the mother-of-the-groom put them on, but they were repaired on-site by the delivery team.

We also used her shop twice during the months before the wedding for some small personal arrangements (anniversary, birthday) and these arrangements were absolutely gorgeous - definitely gave us confidence that the wedding flowers would be spectacular as well.

One small thing to be aware of - everything is hand-written (the contract, flower plans, number of bouquets/centerpieces, etc.) which was a little interesting since all of my other vendor contracts were electronic. I had to confirm the final plans with her a few times during the week before the wedding, but overall the quality and price were so amazing it was worth the added work!

Ultimate Floral Design is our family's go-to florist now, and if I had to do it all again, I would would DEFINITELY hire Flora again!

She is truly the best florist in DC area, and super professional. The price she quoted me was unbeatable (I talked to many florists in DMV). She cares about your choices and makes sure it is the the one you need. I loved my centerpieces, bouquet, and card table and we received many compliments on them. Flora provided flower and sofreh aghd services for our wedding. We really liked how she did both of them. She was very flexible and available when we needed her. She is very professional and makes suggestions while you ask for them which I really trusted. I think she is absolutely the best in flower and sofreh designs in VA-MD-DC area.

I had Ultimate Floral Designs do my wedding centerpieces and candles and it was absolutely beautiful!!! Flora was so easy to work with and was very patient. She met with me several times to make sure the centerpieces and flowers were exactly how I wanted them to be and she worked with my wedding planner as well to give us exactly what we had envisioned. The price was very affordable and she worked with me within my budget and even upgraded some of my flowers with no charge! I highly recommend Ultimate Floral Designs to anyone who envisions a beautiful and fairy tale wedding!

Flora is the absolute best florist in the DMV hands down. She really cares about her brides and understands the importance of your day. We just got married yesterday and the first person I need to thank is Flora. After we met with Flora, we were immediately sold on wanting her to do our florals, but she encouraged us to meet others in order to make sure we were comfortable (what confidence!). Flora is 50 times more talented than the others we met and for more than half the price. We got married at the Ritz Carlton and the staff and guests were raving about the flowers all night. She is extremely responsive, talented, and you can trust her to make your event look beautiful. This was THE BEST wedding decision we made and I would recommend her and her shop to my nearest and dearest. Thankful to have found her!

Flora and the team at Ultimate Floral Design were AMAZING to work with. Their arrangements were flawless, arrived on time, set up very nicely and were the perfect accent to our wedding. Flora and her team were wonderful to work with for our wedding at the salamander resort on 8/22/15. They were on time and professional, and the quality of the work was breathtaking. She was extremely patient and went through multiple rounds of changes with me, and gave us upgrades on flowers for a lot of the arrangements. The flowers came out absolutely stunning, and I received endless compliments from guests (even some of the guys). They were also extremely flexible and accommodated all my requests. I had some far fetched ideas that she executed flawlessly, and she let me keep some of the vases for an extra day so we could use some of the centerpieces for our Sunday farewell brunch as well. I think you really get what you pay for and Flora's designs were well worth it.

Ultimate Floral Designs was hands down one of the best vendors we worked with for our wedding. Flora (the owner), met with me several times and made sure that my vision was executed exactly the way that I wanted. She surpassed every single one of my expectations. Everyone at the wedding was blown away with my bouquet, the centerpieces, the flower design on my cake, and all the other flower arrangements. They are professional and extremely dedicated to making their customers happy. I was truly blown away by the flowers at my wedding and would recommend them to EVERYONE. They will work with your budget and make sure you get the very best with what you have allocated to spend. You would be crazy to use any other vendor other than Ultimate Floral Designs.

I had to order an arrangement to be delivered for an occasion in VA . I live in California and I always had a bad experience of long distance orders. This was a referral from a friend in VA. This was the best experience I ever had. On the phone , She was quick and understanding of my choice of flowers and preferences. Order was delivered on time and she send me a picture . It was absolutely beautiful and above my expectation. Top quality flowers and great Design. Well worth it.

Floral is great, professional, kind and works with you in terms of cost. She was thoughtful, with a great elegant taste, made time for me with email and appointment, and whatever I asked she gave me more. I showed her a picture of a centerpiece that was beautiful and was according to my tight budget. She made absolutely the same. I showed her the Prince of Monaco Wedding Bouquet and she made me even nicer than that. I sent her a picture for the groom flower, she made with no difference. She was the best experience and the best vendor in my wedding, BY FAR. Strongly recommended. I wish I could have another wedding!

Ultimate floral designs provided me with simply gorgeous centerpieces for my wedding on June 14th! I went to UFD for my wedding and described to Flora what I wanted. On my wedding day she delivered the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen!! Not only did she give me the centerpiece that I wanted but she added extra flowers, sparkle and other little touches that made them stand out so beautifully!! Flora is just the sweetest person to work with! She is very understanding and will listen to what you want. I couldnt have been more happy with my flowers on my wedding day! Flora was very helpful, very responsive, kept checking on details, took care of problems when she saw them arise, worked with my daughter continually to make sure she got exactly what she wanted for the wedding, and was very pleasant to work with. Flora was phenomenal. I don't usually get excited about flowers and I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted for my wedding. Thankfully Flora had the vision I needed to help me find the perfect floral ambiance for my wedding. Many of my guests kept complimenting the floral center pieces for the dinner tables. My bouquet was seriously spectacular. She truly went above and beyond for my wedding.

Flora also designed and set up my Persian "sofreh." That was my favorite of all. It was seriously the most beautiful sofreh I've ever seen. All my guests were so impressed with how it turned out. I wouldn't change anything about it. She went above and beyond for every aspect of it.

I definitely recommend Flora's work. She had the vision, ability, and willingness to help bring out the beauty of my wedding through gorgeous floral work.

Flora was great to work with as a vendor. She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted for my wedding flowers. She also gave advice of what she thought would look better in terms of the arrangements. Her shop is lovely and she has gorgeous vases and stands for the flowers to be in. On the day of my wedding, I was so pleased to see my bridal bouquet and the flowers at the reception were gorgeous! I received compliments throughout the night for the flowers. Wedding flowers can be expensive, but Flora will work within your budget and help make your vision become a reality!

I had a pretty long shuffle board table on my rooftop venue where I was hosting my engagement party, which I could not move. I had to do something with it! Flora helped me come up with an idea to cover it with flowers and floating candles in vases. She made gorgeous center pieces and decorated it so well that everyone was talking about it the whole night.

THE BEST. Flora is a master artist. She takes pride in her work and the presentation and product that she sets forth. She has helped bring the image of our wedding to life, and we have whole-heartedly trusted her judgment throughout. It was an absolute pleasure working with Flora on the flowers for our wedding. She worked with me to develop ideas while also being sensitive to my budget. The flowers were absolutely STUNNING!

She went above and beyond in every way - the larger arrangements and the arrangements for the tables were gorgeous, and she made small arrangements for the the cocktail tables that created such a nice subtle touch. They were intended to just have blue hydrangeas but she added additional flowers for free and they looked beautiful.

Even guys, who tend to not comment on flowers, made comments about how attractive the flowers were.

I would recommend Flora and Ultimate Floral Designs without reservation!
