    Henry and his team were just absolutely amazing. And the food was fantastic.

    Two If By Sea catered our bbq dinner the night before the wedding: brisket, grilled chicken and pulled pork. Everything was delicious.

    The cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres the day of the wedding was delicious. All of our guests paricularly loved the Reuben puffs and mini beef Wellingtons! For dinner, we had a rockfish with crab butter sauce, chicken with fruit salsa, and the best pork loin stuffed with spinach and feta.

    We had three Smith island cakes: red velvet, lemon-raspberry, and a rainbow one that garnered a lot of oohs and ahs once we cut into it. Incredibly delicious.

    And it just so happens that Two If By Sea also has a diner a few miles from the Black Walnut Point Inn on Tilghman Island so you can get a taste of Henry's cooking when you're in the area.

    Two If By Sea catered out rehearsal dinner and the wedding. The food and service are excellent and they modified the menu to accommodate guest who were vegetarian and kept kosher. Everyone raved about the food.

    Henry and his staff were wonderful. We had very simple food- BBQ, but the food was nothing less than spectacular. All of my wedding guests raved about the food. We had 3 smith island cakes that were all amazing as well. Henry accommodated all of our requests for modifications in our food and cakes. I would highly recommend Henry and Two If By Sea to anyone looking for a caterer in the Tilghman Island or surrounding area!!! You won't be disappointed!!

    Henry is a wonderful chef and baker. The rainbow wedding cake was fabulous. I highly recommend this vendor!

    Excellent food, great value and wonderful service provided by the staff.
    Henry, who is extremely busy, is very challenging when it comes to communication but everything turned out well in the end.

    Chef Henry and the Two If by Sea crew did an outstanding job catering our wedding and rehearsal party at Black Walnut Point Inn. During our first meeting with Henry, we told him we wanted to do something unique for our 200 person wedding dinner - junk food! We wanted cheesesteaks, tacos and pizza. He quickly agreed and started figuring out how to make it happen - even buying a portable pizza oven. Our guests at the wedding loved the food because not only did it represent us and our unique style, it tasted good too! Henry's staff also rocked it out. During dinner, it started pouring rain and the staff powered through. They were getting completely drenched, but the food kept rolling out and it was piping hot. Our only negative experience was that Henry can be difficult to reach at times, but honestly, that was our experience with everyone on the Island (it must just be Island living!). However, it didn't impact our wedding or the food at all. We would not hesitate at all in recommending Henry and his team. They are magnificent.

    Two if by Sea catered our wedding reception. We took our parents for a tasting. We did have to pay for the tasting, but Henry provided a lot of food, so it was more like a meal than a tasting. We all enjoyed ourselves and the food and service was phenomenal. During the weekend, many guests ate at the restaurant and raved about the food and the service. For the reception, Henry provided us with plated appetizers, two entrees and four sides, and multiple Smith Island cakes of various flavors to fit within our budget constraints. We had a variety of options for all of our guests, regardless of dietary restrictions. Guests RAVED about the appetizers and the cakes. I thought the buffet food was properly cooked but slightly under seasoned in comparison to the food we had at the tasting, but most of our guests were happy with their food, they just did not rave about it like the crab balls and the cake.

    Henry did take some time to respond to emails, but answered all our questions eventually. We had two issues during the reception with special things we had asked Henry for which did not happen, due to poor communication on both sides. My brother was supposed to have a special cake for his birthday, brought out at the wedding with candles when everyone sang Happy Birthday. It never came out and I never saw any candles, but the staff put it in our fridge in our room after the wedding. Unfortunately my brother left very early the next day before we found the cake and we had no way to transport it to him. In addition, our cake topper never made it on the cake even though I left it on the cake table. No one ever found the cake topper. My husband had picked it out and was pretty upset that it wasn't on the cake, as it was a custom piece. We bought another one as a keepsake. I should have had someone follow up on the birthday cake and topper during the reception in order to make sure it happened.

    We tried to use them for our rehearsal dinner, but they stopped responding so we went with someone else. We came in the morning before our wedding for breakfast, and we overheard the owner talking bad about our wedding to the only two other diners in the restaurant. I had to eventually tell them that we are the bride and groom so we could eat in peace. It made us very uncomfortable, and we will never return or recommend them to others.
