Fantastic Wedding Caterer

I was very happy to have Mia, the chef, and their crew for my beach wedding catering! Mia was very good at communicating with me from start to finish and straight forward about costs. For my wedding in May 2024, we kept the cost per guest well under $50 per person which was much more affordable than hotels nearby charging a ridiculous $180 per guest in the area. Not only were they affordable, but the food was fantastic! I requested an all vegan buffet menu and the chef delivered! Many guests raved about the food being the best they've had at any wedding they've been to. They made enough food so that my husband, myself, and direct family had plenty of leftovers to bring back home too! Thank you for making my wedding day the best!

Accomodating and Unique

The food was absolutely fantastic! When we originally talked to them, they provided with a wide variety of food options ranging from Southern to Mexican to Indian. After booking them, my wife unexpectedly had to change to a vegetarian diet and they happily offered a wide variety of options for her to choose from and even offered to make a meal specifically for her if we didn't want to change the options we originally decided on. We also booked our bartender through them and their entire staff was absolutely kind and accomodating. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unique menu and friendly staff!

Delicious!

We had an amazing experience with Two Chicks and a Pot! From our complimentary tasting up until wedding day, we knew we were in good hands! The tasting was so personal and we were able to customize everything with a the help of Jessica. My husband and dad were in heaven! The food was delicious at the wedding and all of our guests have told us it's some of the best wedding food they have every had. The service staff was so professional and kind, and they made sure my husband and I got to try everything on wedding day. Well worth the money!

Hire these caterers

In my husband's words: "They f****** killed it."

I have been telling everyone to hire Two Chicks and a Pot. They were an absolute dream. We're vegetarians and had trouble finding a caterer that could do 3 vegetarian options. They said they can do anything. They told us the chef loves to go off menu, so off menu we did. Tikka masala, Ajiaco, yucca, and zucchini lasagna. Name another caterer that will do those dishes.

At the tasting they gave us enough food to last 3 days.

Jessica: the Beyonce of catering. She was so responsive and lovely. I emailed her 34 times and she was quick and courteous with each response.

Not to mention that the food was insanely delicious. Friends who eat meat everyday are trying to remake the dishes at our wedding. One hasn't eaten meat in a week because he has become so obsessed with tikka masala. The lasagna was next level.

This is my ONLY complaint: the waitstaff didn't seem super informed. I guess a few people were saying "yuck-a" instead of "yook-a". And they were telling people it was cactus? And probably the biggest thing was some of the waitstaff didn't seem to know the difference between vegan and vegetarian and so they were saying the ricotta lasagna was vegan. We had 4 vegans at the wedding, so I'm hoping none of them ate it!

All in all, they were great! The waitstaff was the only issue! They even made a hot cocoa bar for us with gelatin-free whipped cream! OH AND. I asked Jessica to try to limit single use plastics at our wedding and they totally went all the way. She even texted me a few days before the wedding asking if I'd rather have styrofoam or mismatched bowls (we went mismatched). Anyway, HIRE THESE CATERERS.

Finger licking good!

The BEST food!

Two Chicks and a Pot were not only reasonable priced, personalized and attentive to all guest needs, but they made the BEST food. After meeting with the company owner, who cooked for us personally at our tasting, we knew we had to book them. They made sure all the food was exactly how we wanted it to be. Every guest was raving about how delicious dinner was and couldn't stop talking about the Brisket especially. I wouldn't hesitate to have them cater any future events. We couldn't wait to dive into leftovers after the wedding!

Wedding - Great food and awesome team!

Jessica and the rest of the Two Chicks and a Pot team provided such amazing service and very tasty food during our wedding! We were beyond impressed with how detail oriented the entire team was!

From the first few emails to our tasting and follow up sessions as we got closer to the big day, Jessica and team were incredibly detail oriented and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

On the big day, the plate presentation was stunning, and we heard nothing but great praise from our guests on how Jessica and team interacted with them during the cocktail hour and dinner times.

My wife and I were also very happy that Jessica and team packaged some food for us, even though we weren't able to eat during the wedding, we actually stuffed our faces afterwards and enjoyed certainly every bite!

I'd like to also commend Jessica and team on the speedy teardown afterwards, we didn't even notice they were moving around and our family members were very happy Jessica and team all knew exactly what to do and when to do it.

I can't say enough about Two Chicks and a Pot, and the stunning service they provided during our special day.

We highly recommend their services!

Amazing food and service!

We are so happy we chose Two Chicks! We had our first tasting about a year before the wedding and fell in love with the food and loved how nice everyone there is! I was a little nervous as the date got closer but from start to finish two chicks was some of the best food and service that I've ever had! We had the stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer and O. M. G. they were the best appetizer I've ever had! My guests loved them and southwest spring rolls! I also liked that I could have the option for both meat and vegetarian for the main course. I also had two vegan guests and two chicks was able to accommodate them with a special vegan meal. Our guests told us how good the food is and we got to have some leftover boxes to take home. Truly an amazing team that always kept me updated and were available for questions over email or phone. I can not recommend them enough as a caterer for your wedding! The serving staff and the bartender were super nice and friendly too. Thank you Akili and Beth!

These guys are great!! We met with Akili before scheduling our tasting to go over some ideas and likes/dislikes. Our tasting was very personalized and tailored to our needs.
The food was absolutely delicious!! Our guests loved the buffet style option. The service staff was so polite and on point! Oh and he bartender was pretty great too!!

Thank you so much for being an important part of our special day!! It was so nice to not have to worry or stress about food on our wedding day! You guys rock!! Will for sure use you for future events.

Akili and Beth from Two Chicks were amazing to work with! I was blessed to receive a discount by booking them at a bridal show and afterwards we set up a tasting. The tasting is key! They will dish up all sorts of items to meet your distinct tastes.

From beginning to end, Two Chicks and a Pot was so easy to work with, provided excellent input, and did a phenomenal job. My wedding night went by so quickly that I wish I had had a chance to say thank you in person, but the food turned out great. We wanted to do a number of different stations with all of our favorite foods, from tacos to pizza to charcuterie, and they were very accommodating. At our tasting, we were expecting a small bite of each offering, but we were served full portions for all of us! It was amazing. We were so impressed by all of the things that she made from scratch, her pizza sauce, her cheese dips, bruschetta, spinach dip, all of it was so tasty and I was excited to debut it at the wedding. Our final meeting before the wedding proved very helpful because Nicole helped us come up with a signature drink and also gave us many other tips and made sure all the details were worked out. Finally on the day of the wedding, the food turned out great. They carefully labeled foods for V and GF and they also packed up everything in togo containers at the end of the night. We instantly had lunch ready for the next day. Our experience was stellar with Two Chicks and a Pot and I would highly recommend them.

I need to start out by saying that I am a very picky eater. That being said, when we had our taste test for the food at our wedding, I literally LOVED every food I tried. Two Chicks and a Pot not only has amazing food, they have amazing workers. They get back to you right away, and are very flexible with last minute details. I had a vegan at my wedding and she said her food tasted amazing as well. They are very accommodating for any kind of special diets. If I need a caterer again, I will def go with Two Chicks. If you like mac n cheese, you have to try theirs. It is literally the best! We also used one of their staff as a bar tender and all of my guests loved him.

My husband and I loved that we could pick and edit our menu to fit our guests and our own tastes. We enjoyed it being fresh food, not a pre-selected menu with limited options. Our menu fit our venue perfectly. We loved working with the staff of Two Chicks. Two Chicks' food was fantastic. Everyone at the wedding loved eating all night long. The cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres was perfect. We had a knew we didn't want a buffet but tried french style service to make it feel more intimate and relaxed but still formal. We stocked the bar and Two Chicks provided a bartender who was great and very willing to accommodate signature drinks in addition to a full bar. We also really wanted a late night snack for our guests and they were able to make our favorite, soft pretzels. It was a great night cap! Very professional, responsive and willing to give us exactly the menu we wanted.

We chose Two Chicks based on other reviews and after our first conversation with Nikki, talking about menu options and possibilities. We are so glad we went with them:
-The dinner buffet was great and we received a lot of compliments on the food. The servers also packed us 2 complete dinner to-go boxes that my new husband and I could eat later :)
-They were easy to work with leading up to the wedding. I was planning long distance, and they let my brother and his wife do a free tasting in my place.
-On the day of, the servers ended up stepping in to help my mom who was running around crazy, trying to set up our drinks table, find the plates, etc. My mom told me later that they saved her butt multiple times before dinner :)

YUM! These ladies have got this catering thing locked down. Our food was spectacular. Planning the meal for our wedding was actually tons of fun. I asked for a couple of items that were not on their menu and it was an instant "yes". They whipped them up for our tasting like it had been on the menu for years! Nikki and Beth are the best! They worked with us to create an amazing mixed family style / french service dinner for our guests. Everyone raved about the food! We are a little over a month out from the wedding and we still have people bringing up different parts of the meal. Unfortunately, being the bride and groom, we didn't even see the passed appetizers or get to eat much during dinner, but our guests were happy and well fed! That was the most important thing to us. Mission accomplished! My husband and I are so happy with our choice to go with Two Chicks, they helped in making our wedding an amazing night for us and everyone in attendance!!

Two Chicks and a Pot did an amazing job at our wedding last weekend! We received so many compliments on the food from our guests. During the planning process, we had several changes that we made and Nikki responded right away with the updates. I made a mistake with our linens and did not realize until the a week and a half before our wedding that we were a few short, and they were able to bring extras for us! Our non-profit organization has used Two Chicks and a Pot multiple times and they have always done a wonderful job. We have used them for business lunches for fifteen as well as for festive occasions for hundred. Two Chicks has provided all the supplies we need whether it’s just the menu or all the linens and tableware in addition to the menu. They have great style to fit any occasion. I have had an opportunity to use the catering services of Two Chicks and a Pot several
times in the last couple of years. Their services have exceeded my expectations in every

ample serving portions, which have fed large groups easily along with being very tasty.

When the wedding plans begun, we made the decision to use local vendors. This is how we found Two Chicks and a Pot. We met with them to share what we had envisioned and their passion to make our special day “unique to us” was contagious. They do not use processed or pre-made foods. With their classic old school approach, everything is made from scratch with all natural ingredients and when they can, they use local producers and organic items. We knew within the first five minutes, they were the caterer for our wedding! From table settings to servers to the absolutely amazing food, their attention to detail literally made this the only item on our list we didn’t stress about. I would highly recommend them for your next affair. Two thumbs way up for Two Chicks!

I cannot say enough good things about Two Chick and a Pot! I worked directly with Beth for most of my emails and meetings. She is the sweetest person you will ever work with in the catering industry; it was like we'd known each other for years! She really cares about making your big day special and memorable. I met with a lot of caterers and Beth was by far the most accommodating to my vision, types of the food (my husband and his family are vegetarian and I am a complete carnivore), and style of service. No other caterer offered the mini meal/small plate buffet which was super cute! There were leftovers packed up for us at the end of the night, which still tasted amazing the next few days!!

My reception venue screwed us since they locked the catering kitchen on us that day and didn't let us know until the vendors were arriving. But Beth and her team totally met the challenge! They were able to get the food out (and it tasted amazing) with minimal equipment (since they had driven from Rockledge to Orlando already expecting a kitchen available to them) and none of the guests had any idea of our dilemma! Woohoo! Go Two Chicks! =)

The server team and bartenders were amazing too! Everyone was so courteous and went out of their way to make sure everyone had everything they needed during dinner. The drinks made were delicious and there was never a long line at the bar for the whole night, which was something we were really concerned about.

Overall, we had an amazing experience with Two Chicks and a Pot! I would recommend them for any event. I’m trying to determine the next time I can use them for an event since their food was so delicious!

Two Chicks was amazing! They were very accommodating in finding all of the right pieces to make our meal special. Beth and Rachel were amazingly helpful with more than just the meal! The staff was magnificent on the day of, and very on point! Would definitely use them again for another big event of my own, as well as recommend them to others!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF you are looking for something UNIQUE, DELICIOUS, FRESH, AMAZING...and worth every penny you spend for your wedding....Two Chicks is a must. Our guests are still raving over specific dishes. Even myself and my husband dream about the food from our wedding. I have a lot of food allergies and Beth made this process seem to easy. She knew how to make any dish with an alternative and make it taste delish! She totally got our style for wanting different dishes and not the typical wedding food...and was so creative with our menu with the help of learning our likes. Beth is an extremely nice person with an amazing bubbly personality who feels like a family member. She makes everything perfect and doesn't settle for less. Sara was soooo helpful to us as well. The 2 of them made catering simple and beyond delicious! We actually went to 3 other tastings of the large caterers in town...and barely ate the food. We scraped our plates clean at Two Chick's tasting! Simply amazing and all natural ingredients! Beth and her team made our wedding perfect!!!

Since my very first phone meeting with Rachael, Two Chicks was nothing short of amazing. They helped us choose a menu that was perfect for us. We had so many compliments from our guests on how delicious and different our menu was from anything they had seen from a wedding before. They met with us twice for tastings, because I was a very indecisive bride. Communication is key, and any time I had a question or concern they were available with an answer. Lastly, they use all natural ingredients and organic when possible. That was very important to me and my fiancé. I would recommend Two Chicks to anyone looking for catering. They were so easy to work with, and the wedding food and service was flawless.

My wedding was over two years ago and my guests are STILL talking about how amazing the food was. Beth and her team were awesome. She was available all hours of the day to answer questions. She's awesome and the food was FANTASTIC!!!!

Absolutely incredible food at amazing costs! Our wedding had a combination of Caribbean and Southern influences and Two Chicks excelled at both! A majority of our guests were from Trinidad and Tobago so it was important to us to have some Caribbean style dishes. We were nervous before our meeting about what their curry dishes would taste like but after taste testing their meals all of our worries were completely eliminated! Our wedding consisted of curry roti, pot pie spoons, callalloo shots, grits and shrimp martinis, apricot chicken (which we had one guest request the recipe for), steak, Moroccan styled vegetables and plantains and every single dish was phenomenal. The ladies work with any budget and we are convinced that they can cook just about everything. Highly highly recommend!

The Ladies of 2 Chicks and A Pot were INCREDIABLE to work with for our wedding. They were so gracious and VERY willing to work within the boundaries of our very tight budget. I loved the special perks like a person to attend to my groom and the bridal party. I was pleased with the quality and flavor of food as well as the healthy options and "green" practices. Our wedding was a wonderful experience and we got rave reviews from our wedding guests (all 240 +). I would recommend them many times over!

The food was great, the cost was amazing, and the help with the setup was so needed. Beth and Rachel were awesome to work with and so fun. They loved all of my crazy ideas and were very flexible as we figured things out. Their suggestion of adding a pasta bar to the menu was perfect and was one of the most popular food choices even though the main course was delicious. They supplied linens and tableware which made my life so much easier! I would highly recommend them. I look forward to having an anniversary party in the future so they can cater!

Wow! Two Chicks and a Pot knocked the food out of the park!!! My husband and I have family with dietary restrictions so we needed a custom menu, and they helped us plan the perfect one. They were incredibly reasonably priced, and Rachel and Beth were so amazing to work with! They had great responsiveness, and our guests absolutely gushed about the menu. The strawberry lemonade they made was on point and they use fresh local ingredients. If your looking for a really unique experience or your just tired of bad wedding food, check them out. Totally worth it.

The food was delicous and Beth the owner is just the sweetest woman, great to work with. I met quite a few caterers and went to a few tastings but nothing really clicked with me. Then I met Beth and instantly took to her personality, once we started talking about menu options and styling I realized she was on the exact same page and would do anything I wanted, within reason of course, to make it happen. In regards to service, she was working with a new team and you could tell they weren't on top of things at all times but she had a great handle on everythign and my wedding was amazing. People are still talking about the pot roast and the pulled pork slider appetizers!

Two Chicks were great. Food was really good. They were on time and made sure that everything went smoothly in the kitchen. If there was an issue, none of us knew about it. We even had food left over that was packed up for our families to take home. Thank you Two Chicks for a great experience.

Great Food

The food was amazing and the bartender was great as well. We were supposed to have one prepared gluten free plate (we had a guest with a severe gluten intolerance), but they did not have it. Since they don’t cross serving utensils we were still able to serve the guest some of the food that did not contain gluten.

Beth and her team were fantastic. We had an incredible, entirely vegan wedding, catered by Two Chicks!
Beth was open minded and creative from the start.
We decided to have veggie sushi as appetizers, and 3 different ethnic inspired stations during the reception, which was around 3 on a Sunday.
We had an asian station with dumplings, a cook doing noodles and veggies in the wok and summer rolls. The Mediterranean station had grape leaves, pasta salad, cucumber salad and delicious hummus and crudite. The Americana station had paninis, corn on the cob and veggie skewers.
It was THRILLING for us to be able to have a vegan wedding that everyone was happy with. Thank you TWO CHICKS!

The food was excellent! They created a custom menu for us that was top notch. Day of, it seemed slightly disorganized, and they completely forgot to cut our cake. I had to motion for one of the service staff for it be cut before a guest started cutting it on her own. Overall, I would recommend them-- but maybe make sure you have a coordinator to keep them on schedule.

There are plenty of great things to say about Akili and her team, but we do have some recommendations. Good stuff first. Two Chicks and a Pot kindly coordinated with us from a distance. I have family in FL but have since moved to MD, so Akili worked with my now-husband by email and met locally with my mother and sister for a tasting. My family is honest: after a tasting with another caterer, they told me, "You cannot hire them. The food was not good." With Two Chicks and a Pot, they were really pleased with the vegetarian and vegan options we needed for some of our guests, as well as the more traditional wedding fare (chicken, salad, etc.).

My friends and I were going to do a simple set up at the donut table. I didn't communicate my plans well, and my folks didn't see a good way to present the boxes. The staff stepped in with extra silver chargers to simply and beautifully display the donuts. It was a nice touch, and I'm grateful for their extra work.

All said, the food the day of the event was pretty disappointing. One of the appetizers--a spring roll--was too difficult to eat because it was so dry. The dinner food was quite cool by the time it was served. (I was seated and ate at the same time as the guests.) The buffet food was fine. Nothing to write home about, but it did the job. I was really bothered, though, that the coffee was cold. Truly cold. And it tasted good, so it's a shame! A staff member saw me take a sad sip and ran over with a candle, but a candle can't fix a huge, cold pot of coffee. It was extra money for coffee and a lot of work for the them to bring all those extra dishes.

To those who say, "Well, you didn't do the tasting, so you can't comment": I have known my mother's and sister's palates for decades now, so I trust that the food wasn't like the tasting. I do understand the challenge of a tasting versus catering, and a catered meal will always be a bit different. I encourage everyone keep that in mind at their tastings.

We had a delicious brunch served for our guests and we heard nothing but good things about the food from everyone. We were very happy with the flexibility and professionalism of Two Chicks.

In hindsight, the only thing we would've changed is the way the food was served - we decided to have the servers walk around with platters as we thought our guests would be up and moving around. They ended up seated for most of the reception, so we probably would have had more of a sit-down service instead. Certainly no one's fault and, as they say, hindsight is 20/20! Everything else was fantastic!

Overall, I would recommend TT&P. They were a good value, and their customer service leading up to the wedding was good. Responsive to changes last minute, etc. I will say the food was quite a bit better at the tasting than when mass produced, but this is to be expected. It was still good. I knocked off two stars on the "professionalism" category. We purchased 3 bartenders through them, and they were terrible. Unprofessional appearance, incredibly rude to our guests, and had an attitude like we were inconveniencing them by being there. I, as the groom, had to consistently micromanage them on my wedding day, and every time I asked them to do something that was within the scope of what I was paying them to do, they wanted to argue with me... again, on my wedding day. I understand these are not actual employees of TT&P, but by sending them, they respected the company as well as us. Would be better off not offering bartenders if they can't find quality employees. Would recommend their catering services, just not the bartenders.

Just don't order vegetarian

We used Two Chicks and a Pot for our wedding and they were mostly really good. The appetizers (bacon wrapped shrimp skewers with lime and Buffalo chicken sliders with ranch) were a huge hit. The entree, bourbon beef tips were amazing but we got a lot of complaints about the chicken the two chicks way. The cream sauce was definitely a cream for the tasting and was very watery for the actual wedding. We had a plated dinner and the staff was very friendly. As for the vegetarian meal, it was a HUGE disappointment. The vegetarian meal was the same price as the beef/chicken option and it was chickpeas over rice when serving the green beans and mashed potatoes would have been better. Otherwise, good food and fairly priced.

We really wanted to love Two Chicks and a Pot, but unfortunately we were overall disappointed from our very first tasting. My husband and I selected what we wanted to taste directly from their website because the rep we were working with didn't tell us we could pretty much ask for anything we wanted. Since I wanted to enjoy a gourmet, vegan meal on my wedding night, I was so happy to see that they had vegan options! We selected a few to try, but when we got to the tasting we were told the ingredients were not available and therefore they didn't make any of the vegan dishes. It was so disappointing. Fortunately, one of the lead chefs came out to talk to us and realized the rep we spoke with had kind of fallen short on the job - this person doesn't work there any more. The chef explained to us that we didn't have to pick from the dishes on their website, and that we could dream up any dishes we wished and that they could make them. Then she told us she would love to do a second tasting, and we were super excited and full of renewed hope! The second tasting was a world of difference compared to the first one, everything was delicious and on point. We booked with them and set our menu. Fast forward to the wedding, and my husband and I were really disappointed with the food because they ended up serving a couple of different items from what we ordered, specifically, one of the appetizers and the vegan entree. The vegan dish was especially disappointing because A) they did not use the vegetables we agreed on and B) it had none of the flavor it had during the tasting. It was basically just bland. And they also forgot to fill our champagne glasses (we had purchased one bottle only, specifically for the champagne toast) so we had to toast with our wine and bourbon. I am happy that so many other people have had better experiences with Two Chicks than we did, but unfortunately they left a lot to be desired for us.

Very pricey for the food delivered. We will say the staff was very good at what they did & worked hard the day of the wedding. They do not tell you up front all the hidden fees (services charges) until the payment is due. Be aware that you will be charged to feed the vendors and staff in addition to the guests. The food was not overly hot. The carving station prime rib was undercooked and tough to eat. It was impossible to cut with a butter knife provided. We got several complaints from the guests that attended. The cheese biscuits unfortunately had no flavor, which we were looking forward to trying. The macaroni cheese bites were nothing that we expected. Overall, the bourbon tarts & the cheese tray were the only impressive food items.

Hook and sinker

So frustrated with them. We attended our tasting and we were blown away. We hired them and spent over $3k on catering. Afterwards I read reviews here saying how they impress you at the tasting and come to the wedding, they don’t deliver. I hoped it would be different for us but unfortunates ately that’s exavtly how it was. I asked them for bacon wrapped meatloaf stuffed with mozzarella. They told me it would be individual meatloaves. What we got was thin sliced gross meat that was nothing like what we had at the tasting. It resembled dog food. And it wa so thin you couldn’t notice any bacon. There was no mozzarella stuffed inside. They told us it melted inside but it was a solid slice of meatloaf so I’m not sure how I would have missed it. The pork they served was good but the passed apps were cold. The mashed potatoes and broccoli were flavorless and gross even though I asked for garlic butter you couldn’t taste it at all. The broccoli was also mostly stems with very few florets. I was honestly embarrassed by the food. My husbands uncle afterwords said the food sucked. If there was one thing I’d change about my whole wedding it would be the food. And the guys who served it were really weird and they said my top tier of cake fell apart and they had to serve it instead of saving it for us which I have a hard time believing.

I love to cook, so the caterer was at the top of my list for what I wanted to be stellar for our day. I really wanted to go w/ a small company so that I could create the menu that I wanted. Each food item I chose was meaningful to us. I will start with the positives: at our tasting, the chef, Beth, was very sweet. The food was yummy too (at the tasting). Our venue was outside, but the ladies were confident they could do an outdoor wedding, as they had done "many before". On our big day we were surprised to find out that neither of the "two chicks" was there, but instead a third party team was hired. This is where it all went downhill. The wait staff was rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. They were smoking on our property in front of guests (the reception was in a tent at my parents' house) & guests complained. They dropped silverware & told guests, "just use the other fork," instead of going to get another. One of my guests asked for another appetizer at the cocktail hour and was told, "you have already had one" and was refused another! The meal looked nothing like what we ate at the tasting. I will say, that the appetizers at cocktail hour were good, but the main dishes were cold and unimpressive. The worst though, was our "late night snack". We had wanted soft pretzel skewers w/ dipping sauces to be served at the end of our reception and what was brought out was terrible. In my 29 years, I have NEVER sent back a meal, but after tasting the COLD, DOUGHY, "pretzels", I immediately asked that they be taken away. Guests were spitting them out! I had to apologize profusely. The grooms cake was never cut, even though I asked them to, so my husband & I were left to eat a $200 cake by ourselves. THEN, the wait staff tried to leave w/out bussing the tables AT ALL. They only came back when our coordinator asked. The microwave in the prep area where they were working was broken after the reception (it worked perfectly before) I can't prove it, but I think they broke it.

HORRIBLE!Do not hire them for your wedding.Correspondence with Nikki is horrible. She will reply to your email a week later.So I quit emailing and would just call.I asked her if we could switch our date to 4/25 from 4/24. She said yes that would be no problem. Two weeks before the wedding she emailed and asked me what the recipes were for the food. I was pretty annoyed because it was the 4th time she asked me and I had sent them to her every single time. Just seems like she's very disorganized. On Friday I get a call from her and she tells me that they're at the venue but it looks like there is no wedding going on. I almost came undone. She knew it was Saturday. I had spoken to her several times about it prior to the date. My mom called her the week of the wedding and confirmed with her for Saturday. Even the venue emailed her and the caption read SATURDAY 4/25 wedding and they confirmed with her for Saturday. They said it will all be ok. Saturday the food was from Friday. So it was dry. The chicken was so overcooked I almost hurt my tooth and that's me the bride. I can't imagine what the guests were eating. There was no rice put out like we agreed. There was zero effort in the table set up. The guy serving the mash even told my guest "sorry I don't have the right serving spoon" and splashed the mash on their plate. It looked like what inmates would eat and I paid $44 pp!!!!!!! I had asked Nikki how many shrimp per person for the pasta she said 3! They all were allowed only 1!!!!! Who eats a shrimp pasta with 1 shrimp! Is this a joke!?
The next day I check my email and they had the nerve to send me an extra invoice for THEIR mistake asking for an extra $800 because they were "never" told about the date change!!! Really? I told Beth I wanted a refund. Never heard back

Overall food was amazing. Insist on the gratuity to be paid at the end of event so as to be EARNED not just given. Service was not provided and BEWARE to have a wedding coordinator to make sure all details are adhered to because that SERVICE yet stated is also not provided. The bride was a vegan and plated a meat dish (RESPONSE OOPS)! Cake service provided but the cake topper and heirloom knife lost (RESPONSE we can't police) my response should have been a top priority and placed in a secure location. BRUSCHETTA BAR exaggerated to need a separate table. Which was supplied but the staff never communicated they could not find it so apparently the THREE TIER PLATE sat on the side of the bar yet no guest has confirmed seeing it. Appetizers served while pictures were being taken I was unaware until after.The Bride and Groom TO-GO boxes were not labeled as such and put with all other leftovers. Again no vegan box was made for the Bride. Quick response from Jeannie and Rachel but 2 weeks for a response from Beth with no apology or settlement. BEWARE.

Used 2 Chicks b/c of the good reviews. Big mistake. Service at my reception fell far short of what I expected. Wrote to complain about the poor service & was brushed off. Issues never resolved. Terrible customer service, no organization, terrible communication. Below are my event-day complaints:

1) The bread: We asked for Vienna rolls -- i.e. hard rolls. We received soft tasteless bread that I swear was prepackaged. 2 Chicks claims it was homemade, which I doubt. Even if it was homemade, however, it wasn't what we agreed upon in our contract. I pointed out the bit in our contract that explicitly stated "Vienna rolls." No response from 2 Chicks.

2) Ice bins: Was consistently assured that we could use Two Chicks' silver ice buckets & drink dispensers, even w/out contracting for beverage/bartender services. Guess what? At my reception, the servers arrived w/out ice bins. One of them offered me a cheap black plastic dish pan. I declined. Eventually a single ice bucket was delivered, but only b/c I insisted. I pointed out the portion of my contract stating that I would receive ice buckets as well as the portion where it was clearly marked that I had not contracted for beverage or bartender services. No response from 2 Chicks. They also neglected to provide other items that were specified in our contract.

3) The tardy vegetarian meal: Two Chicks' claims that they are more than happy to meet any guest's dietary needs. I asked for a single vegetarian plate. When the veg meal's recipient was standing in the buffet line, I asked a server about this meal. It hadn't been delivered! The server made a phone call and the meal eventually arrived, but not until dinner was nearly finished.

4) Neither Beth nor Nikki oversaw my event (despite their promise that one of them would be there). Was given an on-site coordinator (i.e. a server) who was never identified as such until I complained after the fact. She was clueless about the details of my contract.

This was the worst service and food I have ever had at a wedding. The servers looked unprofessional and the entire team was an hour late. The food was not what was presented at the tasting. Every question posed to the crew was returned with an excuse. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and suggest to look elsewhere for quality and professionalism.
