Haley Sent on 03/15/2026Don’t Try to Optimize — Go With the Higher Package
We had about 200 guests at our wedding, and the videographers did an amazing job capturing moments with the wedding party and throughout the day. They even sent us a clip afterward that we hadn’t noticed during the event, which was a really nice surprise.
They were also very accommodating during the editing process and were willing to work with a lot of the requests we had for the final video.
We originally debated between their cheaper package and the higher‑tier package because of the difference in video length and price. Looking back, I would strongly recommend going with the higher package. It might be tempting to try to save money by choosing a smaller package and planning to edit raw footage yourself or have someone else do it, but unless you already have an experienced team, it’s very hard to match the quality they deliver.
I even have employees who help me with media and social content, and they still wouldn’t have been able to do as good a job as the team did.
If you’re deciding between the two packages, my advice is simple: go for the higher one. -

Ross and his team did an incredible job. We had our wedding at Nestldown on 10/18/25. It is a big property and so many beautiful spots to film. Ross made the process incredibly easy. They also sent a beautiful teaser video so quickly after which was fantastic to share with all our family. He was very good with direction, communication, and worked well with our photographer as well. The sound of the video, transitions, vows chosen were perfect. Can't wait to see the full film. Couldn't be happier with booking two4tea and so happy they captured our once in a lifetime day. -

TwoThumbsUp! Excellent and Professional
Two4Tea did a fantastic job for my son's (and now daughter-in-law) wedding at Nestldown. As one of the recommended videographers for this site, we are so happy we went with them. I was the wedding planner for the couple and worked directly with Ross. There are 4 package options to choose from and we chose the Tea and Cake package.
From the get go, Ross was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a number of questions before we signed with him and he patiently answered them. All of our meetings were done via zoom, email or telephone calls. As the wedding date drew closer, Ross' response time was even faster!
His team mate, Johanna, who also did the wedding day videos, was such a delight to work with. She is so pleasant and friendly. Johanna did the groom's getting ready time at our house while Ross did the bride's getting ready session. At the wedding venue, both Ross and Johanna were "invisible" during the whole event. I did not see them at all but they were everywhere and captured the essence of the wedding. They were excellent in making sure our guests (family and friends) were well represented in the wedding video. They also worked seamlessly with our photographer and did not get in her way. They met our photographer for the first time at the wedding venue and this was the first time they worked with her. No issues
The turnaround time from the first teaser film to the final finished full length 60- minute video was spot on. We got the teaser within a week of the wedding; the 10 minute highlight video within 10 weeks (delay was due to our late feedback time to Ross) and the final full length video not long after.
The quality of the video was excellent and we really didn't have too many edits/changes we wanted or needed to make. Two4Tea captured every precious moment of the wedding event - I missed the cake cutting ceremony but was able to enjoy it from the video. We have watched the video many times and it always brings happy tears as we re-live that special day for so many.
One last shout out: The couple live in Chicago and I live in California. When the full video was completed, Ross sent one copy to me and the other 2 copies to the couple in Chicago. He didn't want me to wait to see the video. He even included some tea to go along with the video!
So thoughtful and I really appreciated that gesture.
I would definitely recommend Ross and his Two4Tea company for your special events. You won't regret it

Ross and Johanna at Two 4 Tea Wedding Films came highly recommended by our photographer, Zha Zha Liang, and we are so grateful we found them! From the very beginning, they understood exactly what we wanted: a natural, authentic video that captured the best moments of our day without feeling overly stylized or cheesy. They struck the perfect balance, and the result was everything we had hoped for and more.
Working with Ross and Johanna was a seamless experience. Their professionalism and easygoing nature immediately put us at ease, even though we were meeting them for the first time! They collaborated beautifully with Zha Zha, which made the entire day run smoothly. It was clear they were familiar with each other's styles, and their ability to coordinate and bounce ideas off each other ensured that every key moment was captured effortlessly.
We got a 1 min highlight reel, a 7 minute highlight reel, and a full ceremony/speeches cut, and every single one was amazing- all beautifully edited, with a perfect blend of cinematic shots, candid moments, and emotional highlights. They were also super easy to work with during the editing process as well, making small tweaks that we requested that really made the final product feel perfect! One of our friends decided to get videography for their wedding after seeing our video, which I think says it all :)

We hired Two 4 Tea based off our venue's recommended vendor's list. We chose them based on how excellent their value was, how beautiful their portfolio was, and how lovely Ross was to talk to during our consultation. We could not have been happier to have chosen Two 4 Tea! They made the whole process so seamless, their staff was so professional and easy to work with on our wedding day, and the end result blew our expectations out of the water. We loved that we got a highlights short, and the full ceremony. I cannot stress enough to anyone on the fence about a videographer for your wedding day: DO IT, and hire Two 4 Tea! Watching the videos makes me feel like I'm right back in the moment on the day. Two4Tea was the best choice we could’ve made for our wedding videographer - such great quality and for such a reasonable price point. They were collaborative and professional at all times. Johanna shot our wedding day and did such an amazing job capturing our day and also worked so well with our photographer. My husband questioned why we hired a photographer since all we do is watch the videos! He has caught me watch them over and over on many occasions!! We just celebrated our 1 year recently and it was so special to be able to watch back. They also package your final films so well - it was adorable when it arrived - the small details did not go unnoticed. Would 1000x recommend Two4Tea! -

While we were searching for our wedding videographer, Two4Tea Weddings immediately caught our eye with how they capture each couple's feelings for each other and really express the couple's personalities through their videos. Ross and his team were so accommodating and patient with us; they really cared about perfecting our video until we loved every last bit of it.
Ross gives you the option to select your own songs or have him select for you. I was pretty particular with music choice for our video and sent Ross the songs we wanted. I should've known better because Ross being the expert in videography, he sent us a cut with songs he thought would better fit our video and personalities and he nailed it! The songs he chose for us were so much better than I had even dreamed.
You will definitely have a choice and say in how you want your video to turn out, Ross is very attentive and responsive to your feedback but trust me! Ross knows how to make you wedding videos come true. Hire his team! -

I got engaged in 2018 and had set my wedding date to be in May of 2020. During the planning process, I was very picky with who I wanted to film our wedding. I already had a vision and know the type of style I wanted, and I don’t even know how many wedding videos I’ve watched to find the perfect team. (Probably about 100 or so) SO glad I came across Two for Tea! I picked them because I couldn’t stop watching their videos, it’s the style I was looking for, I would always come back to the videos!
Honestly have to say it was one of the best decisions I made! If you’re on the fence about whether or not having a videographer for your wedding, DO IT! Photos are wonderful don’t get me wrong, but having the memories on film is a whole different feeling. (Plus you can share with your little ones in the future if you plan on having kids!)
As you know, Covid happened and our wedding date was uncertain. Very frustrating especially since we were so close to the wedding date and had all of our vendors booked already. When it came to the time that we had to change the date (Changed it to Sept 2021) Ross was SO accommodating and reassured us that they will work with us to change the date with no additional fee, so sweet of him!! (most of our vendors charged us a large fee for the loss of their year during Covid which is totally understandable). Fast forward to our wedding day (finally!!) I met Ross for the first time and he is the absolute sweetest! Super professional, worked very well with our photographer, and came on time even with the crazy traffic that everyone encountered during our wedding. When we got our teaser, the husband and I were in tears! So good!! It took time for us to receive everything else which is understandable because of the crazy year for weddings, but when we got it, it was so worth the wait!! I cried, I laughed my butt off, and there were so many emotions that Ross and his team captured that I didn’t even noticed during the wedding, and he also added just the PERFECT songs for each moment, I was in awe!! I literally can’t wait to watch the whole thing again, I might watch it once a week haha! Thank you again Two for Tea for the unforgettable memories that you guys captured!! -

First off we are so very impressed with the quality and beauty of the videos that Ross and his team captured for us on our special day. I started working with Ross in May of 2019! Tea For Two and Ross stood by us through the pandemic and worked with us on our rescheduled wedding date almost 18 months later. We can not thank the team enough for working with us through COVID times.
Tea For Two exceeded our expectations. We received three videos with our package. Our 1 minute highlight Instagram video that came about 10 days after the wedding. Our highlight film, which is so beautiful, was sent to us to review and make any changes we wanted with the clips/ speeches before they sent us the final copy.. When I looked for a videography company, I really wanted a group that captured both the couple and the events of the day. I found a lot of companies seemed to focus on one or the other. Tea for Two Wedding Films really has it all, sweet music, beautiful overlay of speeches and vows over the amazing highlight reel with clips of the couple, wedding party, family and captured the beautiful surrounds of our wedding. What a special treat to have this to always look back on. We got our full feature film back a few months after the wedding and I was blown away. This is not a film of your ceremony stuck on a tripod. The entire 30 minute plus video is cinematically edited with the overlay of speeches and vows with clips that matched up with the words, as well as showing various shots from the day and people's reactions to speeches.
Ross and his team were incredibly professional on the day of the wedding. They were able to read the room and us as a couple and it was a pleasure to work with them. His team wore masks at our August 2021 wedding and they are just kind and nice people to work with.
I would 100% recommend Tea For Two Wedding Films!

I couldn't be happier with my wedding video! Contacted Ross in January after we decided to have a videographer for our wedding in March. He was very accommodating, kept in touch all the way until wedding day. He showed up on time and split duties throughout the event with his assistant. I never had to worry that they weren't getting anything on film. They also coordinated well with our photographer.
We were fortunate to have the wedding the week before everything shut down and received our video edits a couple months later. The condensed view and full-length ceremony were absolutely perfect! My wife cried happy tears.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone else who wanted video to capture their special day -

I highly recommend booking Two 4 Tea to capture your special day. I knew from our first phone conversation with Ross that Two 4 Tea was going to be the perfect people to capture or wedding day. He is professional and personable in a way that made me feel like I have know him for years. He knew from a few stories exactly what feeling I wanted captured on our day. Day of the Two 4 Tea team was amazing. That day was the first time they had worked with our photographer and by the end of the night they were exchanging contact information and an appreciation for each others work. We had two cameras which I was worried may be a bit much and would be in the way, but that was not the case, I did not notice them no one was tripping over each other, they are camera ninjas.
We went with the package where we got a full length movie, as well as a teaser, and a highlight video of our day and I highly recommend it. The speeches and important moments that were a blur, we have forever.
To say I am happy with my decision to book Tea for Two to capture the best day of our lives is an understatement. I am so grateful for the their work and the memories, feelings, and emotion they captured that day. I highly recommend booking Two 4 Tea. -

We worked with Ross for a two-ceremony wedding in October 2019 and were so happy with the video footage he produced. He was extremely flexible, able to adapt to the day's events and expertly captured key moments throughout the entire day. It has been a year since we had a wedding and we cannot stop watching the videos that Ross and his team created. We got so much compliments on video from friends who had been at our wedding and from those who could not make it. It was a pleasure to work with Ross and his team, very talented and experienced. I was super busy with preparation of the wedding since majority of our guests were travelled from other countries and states and did not have time to give to the team any thoughts what to film and how I would like it to be. WE LOVED Ross Chandler of Two 4 Tea, he was a "stand-out vendor" right from the initial contact. He was already approachable and kind, and was effortless to talk to. On our wedding day, he was exactly what we were looking for: unobtrusive as he filmed the events as they happened, all while making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our day. Ross was friendly to everyone in the room and he was never pushy. He was just there with us, and when we got our highlight film it was more than we could ever want. He just knows how to tell a story and perfectly captures the day as it is. When my husband and I watched the film (and then later on watched the meticulously captured ceremony footage) we teared up as we were brought back to our special day. The audio capture was excellent, the shots were creative and on-point, and even with just him as a sole videographer, he was able to capture some of the most meaninful moments of our day.
On top of that, the delivery of the films, footage, and other trinkets in the final package was so sweet and thoughtful. You can easily tell he cares for his craft and for his business, and that clearly shows in his efforts and through the footage he has captured for us. All in all, we can't thank Ross enough for the priceless gift of candidly and naturally documenting our wedding day. It is something we will never forget. -

When planning my wedding, I knew I wanted a videography team to capture the day because at the end of it all... that’s really the only thing you can have to truly experience the day again. After combing through dozens of videographers websites in the Bay Area and beyond, I came across Two4Tea and I knew they were for me when I watched several of their movies and they made me cry. I don't even know where to begin. My wedding video turned out better than I could ever imagined! It is so beautiful!! I still cry every time I watch it. The video is put together so perfectly with the music and the shots. I am sooo thankful I went with Ross and his team. From the beginning we knew it was a perfect match for us. Two 4 Tea is the very best - I always knew I needed to have the perfect video for my wedding and they did not disappoint. I was referred to them from a friend and from the first call we were completely confident and knew they were going to capture our wedding beautifully!
Throughout the whole process they were extremely professional, nice, patient, and made us feel comfortable - you can tell they truly care about their clients and want to make your day easy while capturing every aspect beautifully!
On the day of the wedding we and our guests barely knew they were there filming which was great as they were able to really capture candid moments which I prefer vs. stiff set up shots! You can see the level of skill and creativity in their video as they capture all aspects (large and small) on your wedding day and shoot it in style that is more cinematic vs. the basic shots you would get everywhere else! We received a 1 minute social media clip within a week which was so fun to be able to share that quickly after the day with those who weren't able to make it or guests who just wanted to relive it again (like I did)!
I am so happy we have our wedding day captured as it will be something we are able to relive until we are old and share with future children which is so special to us! We are so thankful we chose Two 4 Tea to capture our big day as we truly loved working with them as well as the videos they created for us - we highly recommend them! -

We were on the fence about hiring a videographer for our wedding. I am SO unbelievably glad we did. Two 4 Tea weddings was an affordable price (much less than every other videographer I contacted) and the quality was FANTASTIC! He made everyone in our wedding feel so comfortable and we even forgot the camera was there. He captured so many natural, wonderful, special shots that we will always treasure. Ross and his team did an amazing job with coverage of all our wedding events. I find the entire process super organized, professional -- coming from a couple who are both product managers, that is high praise. Really appreciated the attention to detail as well as all the emotional support we received on our big day. We wanted to use the videos at an international event about a month after the wedding and Ross was able to do a very fast turnaround (ahead of our photographers!) Thank you for going above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. -
