Hiring Twist Bartending was one of the best vendor decisions we made! I took a bit of a chance hiring a vendor I hadn't previously worked with or seen in the upstate, but went with Twist due to their excellent communication and unbeatable pricing compared to other vendors located in the upstate. We, and our guests, were absolutely not disappointed!
Brittany was ALWAYS an email away to answer my multiple questions and meet needs for last minute contract downsizing (having a wedding during a pandemic makes planning complicated!) and our bartender, Robert, was AMAZING. He called me the morning of the wedding and left a delightful voicemail letting me know he was on the way and if we needed anything last minute to give him a call. He was there plenty early and took care of everyone SO well. Drinks were never empty and conversation was never dull! Our guests have asked about our bartending services (and Robert, specifically!) multiple times since the wedding and have had nothing but praise for his excellent customer service! -

I am a local wedding planner (Eventfully Chic by Parris) and I had the pleasure of working with Twist at an at-home outdoor Lexington wedding yesterday. Let me tell you - these guys go ABOVE and BEYOND. Due to covid, the original booked bartender opted out of servicing the wedding less than two weeks from the wedding and Twist came through at the 11th hour, on Memorial Day weekend. Their bar setup is immaculate, and any bar package includes a beautiful, professional bar (brides can choose white, ivory or black). Highly recommend! Thank you, Robert and Brandon, for your help! See you guys again soon! 🙂

Twist Bartending A+++
I compared twist to some other local vendors and mentioned that they were $1-2 higher than the competition (per person). They mentioned that they provide a better value such as glass bottles vs cans, a nice wooden bar vs a covered table, bartenders that dress up nicely, etc. They were correct. I have been to events where their competition was the vendor and I was more impressed with twist and was glad I paid a little extra to go with them. Top notch group. Would use them again anytime! -

Twist came highly recommended by our venue and several other companies. They were easy to get in touch with. I will say I had to repeat things to different people, so potentially a lack of communication on their end. Also, we brought 4 kegs from out of town for our guests to drink. We tapped two of them. Unfortunately, when my husband, the groom, went to go get himself a beer, he was told there were no more kegs. My husband knew there were more kegs because he brought them. He decided not to waste his night arguing with the bartender and went with another drink. Sure enough, the next day, there were 2 kegs left at Greene's. That was the only bad memory for my husband when he looks back on our wedding day. Besides that one moment, everything else was perfect. The bar was beautiful and the service was incredible. We would definitely recommend. It just seems the only downfall for Twist is the lack of communication within the team. -
