Could not have asked for a better experience!

I absolutely loved my experience at Twirl! This was my first time trying on dresses and they could not have picked better dresses that fit who I was and that were flattering! All the girls were so nice and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know who is getting married!

They are worth the visit!

My family and I can't say enough good things about Twirl. I visited them this past weekend and immediately felt the need to spread the news of how awesome they are. Taylor Clark has a gift for this and created the most beautiful bridal shopping experience for me. I did not end up choosing the gown I loved from there, but nonetheless, it was worth the visit which says a lot about their level of customer service and the beauty of the gowns they have. Also, I needed a dress QUICK, and they have several dresses you can grab off the rack or get expedited. Go to Twirl!! You won't regret it.

amazing experience!

The ladies at Twirl are absolutely amazing! It was very easy to book a try on session with them. As soon as I showed them my dress board on Pinterest, they picked out the perfect dresses for me to try on. All the women are so bubbly and have great personalities. I didn't feel overwhelmed by their own opinions of the dresses I tried on, but they gave input when I asked, which really meant a lot to me! They were all so helpful and took great care of me and my guests for the try on. The dress I picked was ordered perfectly and came in with little delay. Absolutely an amazing experience over all!

The Dream Team

The Twirl girls are so amazing and did an incredible job helping me find my dream dress! They had so many beautiful options in their gorgeous boutique, and I felt so taken care of during my appointment searching for "The One". A special shout out to Taylor who spent the entire appointment listening to what I envisioned, helping me narrow down the dresses until I picked my dream gown I would walk down the aisle in. She helped me mix and match different veil, belt, and jewelry options to really envision the full look. I felt absolutely stunning on the wedding day in this dress, and have Twirl to thank for making me feel so confident and comfortable on my big day!

Perfect in every way

You hear about girls growing up dreaming about their dream wedding dress and imagining the day they find that perfect dress. As soon as I arrived at twirl I had a warm welcome and smiling faces. They had some dresses ready to try on that fit the style and budget I had picked and also a few they recommended. The second dress I tried on was MY dress 😍 They were my “hype” girls right along with my friends and family while trying on the dresses making me feel so special.

They made the dress you always dream about become the dress you will never forget about!

The only place for a girl to find her DREAM wedding dress!

Twirl is the place to go for a girl to find her PERFECT dress! They are so kind and accommodating, and have the BEST staff. My future mother-in-law was coming into town for only one day and the girls at Twirl were able to work their magic and make me a late notice appointment on that day so she could be there for the experience. Everything from then on was flawless. I went in wanting a certain look for my dress but saw one that was very different from that aesthetic. They supported me in the decisions I made and gave open and honest input, and I ended up going with the perfect dress. I also go the most perfect accessories and veil from my experience at Twirl. I wouldn't have been able to find it without their support!

Hallmark Christmas Wedding

I had a great experience finding the perfect dress for my winter wedding. I went with a long sleeve Justin Alexander, that was OPPOSITE of my vision but EXACTLY what I wanted. The team was so patient with me and allowed me to work through my mental blocks as I searched (and found) my perfect gown. Highly recommend!

Personalized Local Experience

I had the most wonderful consultants who really nailed down what I wanted and helped me verbalize those desires. They were SO accommodating with my group and help my appointment downstairs to make it easier for my grandmother. I was given such a personal and private experience that it felt like I had the help of every staff member there that evening. The charm of this little shop is out of this world and I love that I was able to shop locally for my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses!

Fantastic Experience!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Twirl! I was able to find the CUSTOM gown of my dreams, while staying within my budget, with the help of my consultant and the contact from Stella York. The Twirl girls were so encouraging. They didn't pressure me to try on gowns that were too small & didn't push me to try on silhouettes that weren't flattering for my body. Thank you for making my wedding dress experience a day I'll never forget!

My dream dress was the first dress I tried on! I love the atmosphere and the girls are so sweet that work there! It is a very personal fitting and shopping day when you go to twirl! When I went to pick my dress up, they gave us mimosa’s. It was the best day!

Amazing selection for any price!

The girls at Twirl know what they are doing. They have a great selection of dresses for any budget. I picked a beautiful Stella York dress that made me feel like a Queen! Twirl made finding my dress such a wonderful experience. From the welcome sign with your name on it at the entrance, to the champagne they offer upon arrival, to a private room for your party, they make finding that perfect dress an experience you'll remember forever. The shop's decor was beautiful, and the associates were helpful, kind, and energetic. In addition to carrying gorgeous bridal gowns, they also carry some beautiful bridesmaids dresses. My MOH bought her dress there and had a positive experience as well. They were even able to recommend a great alterations place. Very satisfied with my experience here!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Twirl. The Twirl girls made this more than just a dress shopping appointment for my family and I - they made it a fun event for us all! Twirl was the perfect dress shopping experience. It was just small enough to not feel a bit overwhelming, but had a selection that was plenty large enough to find a dress within my budget. I will remember our appointment at Twirl as one of the most fun steps in the wedding planning process!

The team at Twirl was amazing! I absolutely loved spending the day with them and finding my perfect wedding dress. I was adamant that I didn't want a strapless dress, but the team found a perfect bolero to match the dress and add sleeves. I was so impressed by their accommodations! I ended up getting the dress, bolero, and a veil to match.

When I first planned all of my dress appointments I did not know what to expect. This was the first store I visited and I tried on the style of dress I thought I wanted, but it just wasn't right. I found an unusual dress upstairs and ask someone to go get it and it was "THE ONE" it was comfortable and pretty and made me so happy (it even had pockets!). Unfortunately, my family talked me in to going to some other stores to make sure I tried on everything...well that was just awful! One place made me change in front of everyone that came with me because there was not a separate dressing room, one kept showing me dresses that were out of my price range and the last one was so chaotic I left in tears after only trying on a couple dresses. Needless to say I finally made my way back to Twirl, ALL of the Twirl girls are amazing they are super helpful and make you feel amazing. It is such a nice atmosphere I would have gone there everyday to try on my dress if I could.
A couple of incidents happened with my dress first when my dress initially arrived the zipper would not zip all the way so they sent it back and made sure they fixed it ASAP, then when it came back someone at the manufacture had cut some of the tulle when cutting open the box, they arranged for more tulle to be sent and delivered it to my seamstress and made sure the manufacture paid for the repair, I also ordered my belt a little late as it had to be made by hand and they even delivered it to my seamstress for me because I live out of town. I can't say enough good things about Twirl and I would recommend them to every bride. I went to 5 different stores and they are just in a different league.

Twirl is the ONLY place to find your perfect dress for your big day in Central Kentucky. You wont find such a personal experience anywhere else. The Twirl girls are beyond sweet, and they make sure you feel beautiful and find a dress that you can see yourself in. They are talented at what they do! At my appointment, I was having a hard time picturing what I wanted. Ty somehow recommended something I probably never would have picked myself, I tried it on, and fell in love! I am not sure how they do it, but they are great :)

Their selection of dresses are perfect for what Kentucky Brides love! They also have contacts to all kinds of vendors around Lexington and central Kentucky.

I had the best experience with Twirl Boutique! I went into my dress fitting thinking I knew exactly what style I wanted, until I tried on a few styles that I never thought would look good on me. Liz suggested a few dresses, and sure enough, I found my dream dress - not one I would have pictured myself in either! I couldn't pass up the belt & veil they put on me, too! All the Twirl girls were extremely sweet and very accommodating, especially with the large group I brought in. They are mindful of your budget when showing you dresses, which I appreciated. Loved everything about Twirl!

I got my dress and bridesmaids dresses at Twirl and would recommend it to every bride! Ty, Liz, and the other Twirl girls were so helpful when I was looking for my gown. They really listened to what I was looking for and made great suggestions based on my preferences and what would fit the feel I wanted for the wedding. Once I'd picked my dress, Liz made great suggestions for bridesmaid's dresses based on what would look best with my dress. Twirl made the whole experience fun and there was no stress at all! Such a sweet group of people that you can tell love what they do!

I loved working with Ty from Twirl! Even though I live in California, I ordered my dress through this phenomenal Lexington boutique (Lexington was my home for 11 years). The store is cozy, the selection is phenomenal, and the staff is a dream to work with. I was so pleased with their selection, especially since I had a very specific dress style in mind. My best friend is also using Twirl for her wedding attire, so I've also been able to see the bridesmaids' side of their business -- which is also a dream :) You really can't go wrong with Twirl. Very personal, very professional, and always fun.

Twirl Boutique made my wedding dress search an experience of a lifetime! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. My consultant did an exquisite job of helping me choose a dress that reflected my particular style. I can't count how many times others have told me that my dress was one of the most beautiful they have ever seen. I know that it was due to the Twirl staff. They helped me enhance the dress and personalize it with unique accessories that made the dress truly mine.

Ty was PHENONEMAL!! I went to Twirl (3.5 hour drive) after a fantastic referral from one of their previous brides. Their customer service was second to none, the facility is beautiful (I can't wait to see the new reno!), and they have a ton of beautiful wedding gowns and formal attire! I searched high and low for the Stella York gown I had my eye on and they had the sample in their boutique. They are a fairytale in itself!

Ty and her staff are absolutely wonderful and completely accommodating. I called for a last minute appointment to view a sample sale dress and the red carpet was rolled out from the moment they picked up the phone. My guests and I were welcomed warmly, with the ladies even staying late to make sure that my experience was perfect. I am so incredibly excited to be a part of the Twirl Family!

Twirl helped me find my perfect dress and custom veil. By listening to the little things I was saying as I tried dressed on, Liz and Ty pulled a dress I probably wouldn't have picked and had me try it on. I was surprised by how much I liked it but it really is the perfect dress. Then I went back in for my veil and they helped me design just the right elements to fit my style as well as match my dress. I won't be using them for bridesmaid dresses due to timing but I have bought a bridesmaid dress there before and loved that experience as well. Highly recommend Twirl!

I can't say more amazing things about Twirl. When I arrived with my party my name, along with the names or the other brides that had appointments that day, were on a board right outside the door. I knew then that the day would be amazing. We were the only appointment at that time so everything was especially personal. We got mimosas and treats and Liz was absolutely phenomenal! I love my experience almost as much as I love my gown.

I wore my Mother's wedding dress when I got married. So I purchased my rehearsal dinner and my bridesmaid dresses at Twirl. Twirl is amazing. They do a wonderful job! The owner (Ty) is so delightful and easy to work with. Twirl is so dainty and is the perfect location for any Bride or Bridesmaid. Hands down this is my favorite Bridal Boutique. Five stars all the way around! :)

I researched bridal stores online and Twirl Boutique's reviews were phenomenal so I scheduled an appointment. What I failed to research was the sizes they offered. They have sample dresses that do not exceed a size 10 therefore I could not fit into most of the dresses. They handled the situation in a professional manner, apologizing for the inconvenience, and personally called one of their competitors, getting me in without me having to schedule an appointment first. I would recommend this place to those who are below a size 10, as they are still growing and cannot offer a bigger size at the moment. The ladies at Twirl Boutique are friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer, even a non-paying customer!

The girls that work there really know what they are talking about. They discussed pros and cons and addressed my questions and concerns. If they didn't know an answer, they researched it. They aren't just there to sell you a dress. They were so polite and attentive during my visits. I would recommend Twirl over and over again!

I had already been to three or four places trying on wedding dresses. I honestly thought I wasn't going to find a dress I liked. At Twirl, not only were the dresses amazing, but the service really made all the difference. I had someone to help me and ONLY me. She helped me try each dress on and we went out into the room so I could show the people with me. At other stores, you were lucky if you could even get someone to pay attention to you long enough to get your dress zipped. I wound up finding the most amazing dress and I am so glad I went there!

Ty and the girls at Twirl Lexington are amazing. When I got married 2 years ago, Ty not only helped me pick out styles but a color pallet as well, even my mom bought her dress from twirl! A year later, 2 of my girlfriends were getting married and I was so excited to get not one but TWO twirl dresses of my own!! The quality of the dresses are second to none and offered at a very reasonable price. I'm so thankful I had Twirl as an option for my wedding, they are by far the best in town for service and selection!

I had such a wonderful experience at Twirl. Ty, the owner, even put on a "fitting party" for us, where my bridesmaids and I had a little bubbly and snacks while trying on their bmaid dresses. Ty and her team at Twirl were so pleasant to work with. Her shop is adorable, the perfect setting for you and your maids to select the perfect dresses. She carries several different brands, allowing you plenty of options for both style and price without being overwhelmed. Ty was absolutely wonderful to work with in finding and ordering my wedding dress. Her shop is darling and so comfortable, and she really took the time to help understand my style and vision for my wedding day look. Even more, she helped me order the dress from afar, as I live in California. This saved me money and also helped make the dress purchase more special, as I grew up in Lexington, right down the street from Twirl. I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and rehearsal dinner dress from Twirl. The service was WONDERFUL!! I have a large bridal party, and Twirl even offered to take care of all the emailing and coordinating with my girls to relieve some stress from me. I visited Twirl Lexington with a group of girlfriends prior to my wedding this spring, in a search for the perfect bridesmaid dresses! I could not have been more thrilled with the large selection of unique and stylish dresses. Ty and the Twirl staff were more than accommodating, and provided exceptional customer service. My entire bridal party could not stop commenting on how our visit to Twirl felt more like a spa day than a dress search! Ty offered many suggestions to me, and helped me feel confident with my final selections, without adding any pressure. In addition to the superb customer service, the boutique is amazing. Twirl Lexington provides a delightful shopping experience. They have professional staff to assist you as you browse dresses and provide helpful feedback as you select a dress. I have been a bridemaid so many times, I lost track... The recent two bridesmaid dresses I purchased at Twirl are definitely both unique and flattering bridesmaid dresses! The ladies of Twirl were fantastic to work with - professional, friendly, knowledgeable. The boutique is in an older two-story house - and it is so cute and relaxing. I am an older bride and they made me feel right at home and were very patient and encouraging in helping me find the PERFECT dress! I did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend Twirl to any bride in the Lexington area. My appointment there was very personal and I was treated to one-on-one attention by one of the Twirl employees throughout my one hour bridal appointment. I also appreciated the fact that my mother, sister, bridesmaids and I were the only people on the second floor, so I was trying on dresses for them without any other brides or their parties in the area. It was a wonderful experience. I did not end up purchasing a dress from Twirl, so I can't comment on their delivery or alterations services. My only slight critique is that there were very few dresses within my $1k budget (maybe 5 or so in the whole store), so I was trying on a lot of dresses above the budget.

Very friendly and helpful staff, everyone made the process of getting eight bridesmaid dresses very easy. Not only was I provided free swatches, but I could also borrow actual sample dresses in the colors I was considering to pair with potential groomsmen suits for comparisons. The ordering process was so nice, we could place orders over the phone since some girls live out of town, and Twirl called every girl as soon as the dresses arrived. Highly recommend Twirl if you're looking for personalized service and a worry-free dress buying experience!

I had the best time trying on the dresses. When I was ready to pick my dress up they were closed and it had to be picked up that day because I was going for alterations, I went a little bridzezilla and tried contacting all the employees there and thankfully they were willing to come in on their day off and get my dress to me!

I came across Twirl after finding my perfect dress in a magazine, and discovering that Twirl was one of the only boutiques in Kentucky to carry this particular designer. I never even looked at dresses anywhere else, so I don't have another experience to compare them to, but the experience at Twirl is SO personal. You aren't just standing around in a crowd like some main-stream shops. You have your own private appointment, and Ty and her girls are there to give you all of their attention.
I purchased my gown, my bridesmaids dresses,and some of the men's ties from Twirl. They arranged a little fitting party for my bridesmaids and I, complete with cupcakes and mimosas, which was so fun. The service was just perfect. Couldn't have been happier with my experience and my dress :)

The service was great even though I wasn't spending thousands of dollars like most people who go in there. I found my perfect dress within the first day and was pleased with the way it turned out. My only concern is that I was "suggested" to buy the bigger size since taking a dress in is easier than taking a dress out. I had mentioned I was loosing weight but still ordered the larger size. With no exchanges or returns, when my dress came in 5 months later it was about 4 inches too big. By the time it was all said and done- my dress was taken in so much that the smaller size I tried on in the first place would've been a better fit. Other than that great place to buy wedding attire especially if you are trying to go for a more upscale feel :)

Dreams Come True at Twirl

I went to this with only 1 picture of the dress I dreamed of when I was a little girl, and the very first dress Taylor brought out was almost exactly the same dress! I was so incredibly happy, she had me try on some other very lovely dresses just to make sure, but the second I put the dress on I could NOT STOP SMILING!
I felt so beautiful and Taylor made me feel beautiful in everything I tried on. She took a real interest in me, not just as a client, but as a person. It was such a wonderful experience and I felt so great after the appointment, we even stuck around a little after and chatted. She was exactly the type of person I needed, especially with the fact I did not have the option of my bridal party being there.
Any bride that can afford it, should defiantly go to Twirl. It's a wonderful experience.

I was excited to find Twirl, as they offered a lot of designers that aren't offered anywhere else in the area. However, the store was very small and cramped. We were running late for our appointment, as we were coming from out of town and traffic was bad. When we arrived, we were told we would have to hurry because there was another appointment. The space was too small to accommodate probably more than 2 bridal appointments at one time. It was frustrating to feel rushed when coming from out of town, but at the end of the day, my dress was beautiful and I would not have found it anywhere else.

I came into this appointment very excited and pleased to give Twirl a try. I had heard wonderful things about the store and knew many people who found their dress at the boutique. I had heard the owners would do anything to help you and make your experience a wonderful one. However, I was really not impressed with Twirl. The customer service was lacking and actually made me chose another store that had the same dress. On multiple occasions I asked if the dress came with embellishments and my associate kept saying "well if that happens to be your top two dress then I'll check on it." How was I suppose to know if it was my top two dress, if my questions were not being answered? My bridesmaid was holding the dress on me so that I could see what it looked like, because my associate was lacking in knowledge of how to pin the clips on the dress correctly. When I asked if I could see the dress in the other color the company offered the dress in, my associate put the wrong color under the dress and told me that it was the same color the company offered. The associate did not mention that it was not the same color I could receive the dress in, until I looked at the tag and saw it was a different color from a different company. I worked at The White Dress of Lexington for two years and know what it is like to be a wedding dress sales associate. I was someone who came in knowing what I wanted, knowing the language to speak, and knew exactly what I wanted and received the worst customer service possible. I was very disappointed in the service. I am excited that I chose somewhere better to buy my dress from (not because the dress was different, but because the customer service was).

While picking out my dress I had an amazing experience. They were very eager to help me find the perfect dress for my big day. However, once my dress & my bridesmaids dress came in, neither of them fit!
Mine was 3 sizes too big! I get that people's weight fluctuates, but not 3 sizes. I know myself that my body has not changed. Whenever I took my dress to the seamstress here in my hometown, she said "Honey, did they even measure you?" I said "Sadly, yes they did." The EXACT words from the girl who was working the day that I picked my dress up were "You just need to eat some cheeseburgers, it will fit then." UHM, excuse me? What bride to be wants to hear, "You just need to eat some cheeseburgers to fit in your $2500 wedding dress?" NO BRIDE! I called Twirl yesterday & she told me that whenever they do the measurements that they have to base the entire dress by the biggest measurement, which was my hips. Okay, so my dress came in & is a size 10. I wear a 4 in everyday clothes. The kicker is though, IF they did my measurements "Based off of the biggest measurement"- my hips, wouldn't you think that my dress would have fit AT LEAST in my hip/butt area? Yes, you would. IT DID NOT! It was even way too big there!
Next, my bridesmaid texts me & says "I tried on my dress & it is way too big in the breast area & will not zip in the back." Yeah, uhm, that makes ZERO sense. You would think that if a dress is way too big in the breast area that it would be big in the back as well. Hers wouldn't zip. That's like having a big chest & actually wearing a size small, but you need to get a medium because you are larger in the breast area. Whenever I spoke with the girl from Twirl on the phone yesterday, she even said that doesn't make sense. Bottom line is, they were WONDERFUL before I spent $2500. However, after they had gotten my money it seems like they could care less.
