I’m so glad we had our wedding at Twin Brook - Sadie and Candance were both so wonderful, personable, and really did an excellent job helping us pull our wedding together in just a little over 4 months! Everyone commented at how much they loved the venue. It was perfect for our wedding of 40, which made it feel very intimate like we wanted. Twin Brook was flexible with us throughout the planning and leading up to the wedding day. We had Sadie do our catering and we’re both so glad we did because the food was incredible and still the best meal I’ve ever had! We even had a few guests comment that it was some of the best Mac and cheese they’ve had :) we had quite a few vegan guests, so we decided to do a mostly vegan spread and it turned out so well.
It snowed heavily on our wedding day in March. We were nervous that the roads wouldn’t be clear enough for guests to make it, but surprisingly everyone was able to make it in town, and most of our guests had about a 2 hour drive to get there, so the road conditions were not an issue. My parents unfortunately couldn’t get back to their Airbnb the night of the wedding because of the roads on that particular street, so Twin Brook was kind enough to accommodate them by allowing them to stay the night in one of the on-site apartments. I am so impressed at how accommodating they were, both to us and to our guests.
All in all, it was the most extraordinary white wedding. I would pick Twin Brook again, and I’m even looking forward to going back and visiting sometime! -

We had our wedding this last February at TwinBrook and it was perfect! We had a small wedding (80ish people) and the venue was everything we could've asked. Friendly staff, beautiful location, clean and affordable. Multiple Airbnb's attached that were incredible and housed some family and friends. 100% recommend. -

Could Not Have Had A Better Venue
We had out wedding at Twin Brook on 9/25/21 for about 75 guests. We rented Twin Brook event space and the attached air BnBs Friday-Sunday. Candace frequently checked in on us when we were setting up and was so helpful. She even stopped by Sunday as we were cleaning up and offered a small gift as a token of appreciation for us using Twin Brook for our wedding. All of our vendors and guests commented on how beautiful the venue is. It was so convenient to be able to set up, sleep at the venue and then get ready there in the morning. The whole space is so clean, and the grounds are beautiful. There is very little we had to do to make the space look amazing as it is so naturally beautiful.
Thouthout the whole planning process Candace was great, always offering quick responses. The venue itself is so beautiful and customizable to whatever style you may like. I truly can't say enough good things. If you're thinking about booking Twin Brook don't even hesitate. It is a guarantee for a beautiful wedding! -

The Best Place to Have Your Wedding!!!
From the first moment I toured Twin Brook Retreat, I knew it was the place for my husband and I to get married! Candace and her husband have been very responsive, kind, and helpful, going above an beyond to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams.
I stayed with my bridesmaids in the Stone House the night before my wedding, and we loved it! It was so gorgeous, clean, and had the most comfortable beds! The next day, we had our ceremony outside by the brook, under the trees. It was magical. Our reception was a short walk away in the red barn building, decorated so beautifully with place settings, tablecloths, and lovely centerpieces we were able to rent from Twin Brook Retreat. It was so easy to not have to buy all that and bring it myself! There was also a very convenient kitchen area for the vendors easily set up for our dinner!
Candace and her husband maintain the grounds so well, that everywhere on that property was picture perfect, it made it very easy for us to get beautiful wedding photos!
My family constantly raves about how we made the perfect choice in booking Twin Brook Retreat. It was a wonderful experience, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! -

I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my wedding. Candace and Merv were very accommodating. They gave us our space but we're always available for help when we needed. It rained right before our outdoor ceremony but they were there with towels to help us dry off all the chairs so we could get the ceremony started without missing a beat! The venue it's self was very beautiful and quiet. We used both the outdoor and indoor spaces and would recommend it to anyone. I also recommend staying in their beautiful air bnb rooms. It made the weekend so much easier and relaxing being able to say at the venue. -

My husband and I hosted our rehearsal dinner and wedding at Twinbrook Retreat and it was a DREAM! Candace and Merv are down to earth and go above and beyond with their property. The entire area is absolutely GORGEOUS with many fantastic photo opportunities. I highly recommend for brides to rent The Charming Abode (through AirBnb) as a bridal suite the night before! The suite has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway.
Overall our experience was top notch. The biggest comment we had on our big day was how much everyone loved the venue! Highly highly recommend! -

We had our wedding at Twin Brook retreat and loved working with Candace and her husband! They were so helpful, accommodating, friendly, and very reasonable. Twin Brook has so many beautiful areas for pictures and we just overall definitely recommend having your events here! -

Wonderful Wedding
Everything about our wedding was absolutely perfect! The inside and outside of the property are stunning. Cadence and Merv answered all our quickly and throughly. Everything was set up for us so we could enjoy our day! Loved that they have a package that you can stay there all weekend, made everything so much easier! Would 100% recommend Twin Brook retreats!☺️ -

An extension of your home...
We liked Twin Brook Retreat so much we not only had our daughters wedding there but her bridal shower as well! The welcoming warm atmosphere is a perfect setting for any event. We felt as if we received an exceptional value and thoroughly enjoyed working with the Twin Brook team. We highly recommend renting the 4 attached beautiful Air BnBs to accommodate your out of town guests. Hands down the best venue to rent for a bridal shower/wedding/reception! -

Our youngest daughter's wedding was held at Twin Brook Retreat on Feb. 13th. What a great experience. The owner's Mervin & Candace Beiler were wonderful to work with. We had the 1st floor and basement reserved. We had the wedding food venue set up in the basement and then the reception was held in the banquet hall on the 1st floor. Twin Brook Retreat is located about 2 minutes from our home. We loved that. We chose to reserve the airbnbs for some of our wedding guests. The owners were more than willing to accommodate our needs for lodging. The day of the wedding was a busy day but I knew everything was in order to have a really fun day. There had been a snow storm about 1 week before the wedding. The snow on the landscape made for some really beautiful pics. We have another daughter and are really hoping that she chooses to have her wedding at Twin Brook. All in all, we had a really great experience working with Twin Brook Retreat. -

Merv and Candace, the wonderful couple who own this venue, were an absolute dream to work with. Their venue seemed to just get better and more beautiful with every turn we took around the property. The grounds are gorgeous. We got married next to a bubbling creek at the base of a magnificent old tree, but there is another beautiful ceremony site to choose from as well (a lovely gazebo!). I loved that they had Airbnb units on the property for my out of town guests, as well as a unit that I used as a getting ready space. The venue has many different resources available, including a separate set of chairs for the ceremony and reception so that we didn't have to worry about moving chairs from the ceremony site to the reception. Their sound system was incredible quality, and we had no technical difficulties at all. The barn was the perfect spot for our reception-- so beautiful, and they have both round and long rectangular table options available depending on the look you want and how many guests you have. They had tablecloths, dinnerware, coffee makers and mugs, linens, and more available for rent. Merv and Candace were so kind and communication with them was strong, making it all such an effortless, enjoyable process. Can't recommend this venue enough!! -

My husband and I were recommended this place by a coworker. We had been searching for a venue for months. When we got there, we loved how open and light it was. There was a ton of space, places for our bridal party and family to stay close by/on property, a great indoor and outdoor section, and we loved working with Candace and her husband. They were so flexible throughout the whole process and they were very helpful in letting us know specifically what we had available to use. We appreciated how flexible they were in allowing us to do our own thing without needed licensed people or specific vendors. It really made us feel like we could have the intimate wedding we were hoping for. My only feedback would be that it would be helpful to have invoices that has specific items listed for what you have already paid so that it is easier to keep track of what has already been rented and what still needs to.
All in all, they are a definite recommendation for me and we really hope to use their venue in the future!
