  Amazing coordinating team!

  We booked Twelve19 for our wedding in North Bethesda, MD in April 2024 & had the most amazing experience. Breanna and her team are extremely professional, timely, and organized. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed on our wedding day and that our vision was executed. From coordinating timelines and communicating with vendors to setting up our ceremony and reception spaces, every detail was taken care of. We also used quite a few of their rental decor items, which made things very convenient. We would 100% recommend the Twelve19 team!

  We booked Twelve19 for our wedding in North Bethesda, MD in April 2024 & had the most amazing experience. Breanna and her team are extremely professional, timely, and organized.   You NEED a day-of coordinator!

  I considered myself a laidback bride, but knew that I wanted to feel confident knowing that set-up, clean-up, and any day-of mishaps would be completely under control. Breanna and her team accomplished that, and more! She provided me a custom package, which allowed monthly calls during the year up to my wedding. Otherwise, the majority of her services came into effect in the few weeks, and days, leading up to our wedding. Most useful, Breanna ran our rehearsal, set-up all decor, coordinated with all vendors day-of, ran the wedding/reception, and then cleaned up all decor. Our package also included all of her rentals, which we definitely utilized!
  
  Breanna was kind, friendly, easy to talk to, and an invaluable part of our day. If you are considering a day-of coordinator - DO IT! You won't regret it.

  Absolutely amazing!

  If you’re considering a day of coordinator I would highly recommend Breanna and her team!!!! I was lucky enough to have her and Sandra the day of my wedding! And those girls are the dream team! They made sure everything from the decor to little issues along the way were taken care of and my day was stress free!! They also took some amazing pictures every step of the way and made sure our drinks were always full!! They really went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough for making our wedding day perfect!!! I would highly recommend!

  Breanna is THE BEST!!!

  My wedding was on October 14th, 2023 and I was blessed to have Breanna Duff from Twelve19 Events as my Day of Wedding Coordinator. From the very start, Breanna was incredibly organized and prompt. She kept the schedule running smoothly and handled any issues that came up without me needing to stress one bit. I was especially impressed by her responsiveness. Whenever I had a question Breanna was always quick to respond and provided detailed answers. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her services to any bride-to-be. Five stars for Breanna Duff and Twelve19 Events!

  Amazing decorator!

  If you’re considering booking Breanna for your wedding - RUN, don’t walk. We booked Breanna as our decorator and were absolutely blown away with how beautiful everything looked. She completely understood our vision and executed perfectly. We had 2 planning phone calls and an in-person walk through which helped me feel completely confident in how everything would go. Breanna was also VERY quick to respond to any emails or texts. Not to mention - she is kind, professional, and brings such a great energy to the room. It was worth every penny we spent and then some. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

  Absolutely amazing book now!

  Where do I even begin... Breanna is absolutely amazing ! You can tell how passionate she is about her work. Leading up to the wedding she helped me iron out all the little details I didn't even think about. Helping me think out loud through every hiccup. She made my gatsby wedding vision come true. Her attention to detail is remarkable and her ability to stay calm under crazy unplanned situations is envious. The night before my wedding my make up artist canceled on me and at midnight she was going through every bridal page every connection she had to find my replacement. I did not have a single worry on the day of my wedding. Apparently a lot of things went wrong and I had no idea because they were handled way before I was even aware. I left feeling like I gained a friend. I would recommend her over and over again.

  Twelve19Events overall did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone. If you need help with your wedding or special even look no further.

All of my guest was happy and shocked how well everything just flowed and came together. If you are looking for someone to make your special day come true please reach out to her. She is very professional and take pride in all of her work. Working with Ms. Duff you don't have to stress about anything. She will take that burden from you so that you are able to enjoy your special day. I will hire Twelve19Events for anything I have.   Bad experience

  We hired Breanna based on all the good reviews we saw. The first few calls we had with her went well. Things started to go south when she did not attend the venue walk through. She had a good reason, but never followed up to schedule a visit when she could attend. Then, shortly before the wedding, she informed us another wedding coordinator was assigned to our event. Two days before the wedding, she posted on her Facebook page an ad for an assistant for a wedding in our location on our date. At the rehearsal and wedding, only the substitute coordinator showed up (no assistant). She was unprepared and inadequate. The wedding ended up being beautiful and fun, due to family members and staff from other vendors stepping in to perform the tasks the wedding coordinator should have performed. When I followed up with Breanna, she admitted she had booked a second wedding for our date, and felt the other coordinator could not handle the other event. So Breanna handled it herself and assigned us the coordinator she felt was lacking. She did offer us a refund, but this was never received. Again, she had many reasons (we had to wait 60 days per the contract, her office was closed for three weeks, she could not get a hold of her accounts manager, there was an administrative issue, she had a personal tragedy) for not issuing the refund. We ultimately disputed the charge with the credit card company, who ruled in our favor. I cannot recommend this company, unless you are willing to take the risk that they will decide another event is more important than your’s.
