Absolute amazing experience
Where do I even begin? From start to finish, our experience was absolutely incredible. Not only was the price unbelievably accommodating and affordable, but the level of care, attention, and support we received was unmatched.
Bunmi is a literal angel. She went above and beyond to help me save money wherever possible, offering guidance on where to cut back without sacrificing the experience. Every detail came together flawlessly. We had our wedding in the Willow Room, which was stunning, and we were also given an additional side room for our buffet, a thoughtful touch that made the flow of the evening perfect.
One of the most unforgettable moments: I was about to walk down the aisle when I realized I had forgotten my bouquet. Without hesitation, Bunmi ran up the hill, jumped in my car, grabbed it, and got it back to me just in time in 80-something degree heat. That is the kind of dedication you rarely see.
After our ceremony and photos, they did something so special that meant the world to us. They tucked us away in a private room to give us about 45 minutes of just us time. They brought in our drinks, all of our food, and allowed us to take a moment together to soak everything in before heading into the reception. It was intimate, peaceful, and something I didn’t even know I needed until it happened.
The attentiveness didn’t stop there. I had my 12-month-old daughter with me, and the staff not only washed and warmed her bottles but brought them directly to me.
It was the most seamless, beautiful day I could have imagined. If you’re considering this venue, this is where you should go. The space is beautiful, the team is beyond amazing, and they genuinely care about making your day perfect.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Bunmi and the entire staff. You made our wedding unforgettable. -

We had our ceremony as well as the reception at Twelve acres. The staff was unbelievable! Bunmi, the sales and staff manager was like having our very own wedding planner. We can't thank her enough!! The food, service and facility was everything we hoped for.

Wedding Ceremony/Reception
This venue was both beautiful and affordable. Bunmi was extremely helpful and very responsive to my emails. She made sure everything was ready in time and helped us set up our decorations before the ceremony. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly/helpful to our guests. They helped make it an amazing and stress-free day for us! -

Definitely recommend!
We had our daughter’s wedding last night, 10-12-24. Everything was perfect, food was delicious, staff was friendly and attentive. Bunmi went above and beyond for us, from start to finish and we appreciated it so much! I felt like she was a close friend helping me plan my daughter’s special day to make sure it was perfect. Very responsibly priced venue and beautiful grounds to take our pictures. We definitely recommend! Thank you, again!! -

To shorten the story, when we booked the venue, we weren't sure how it would go, how many family members would be available, and the cost is always a topic. All the concerns when planning a large event. The office coordinator was great, and she was really flexible with communication and options. There was a lot of planning involved with a few helpers to pull off our first family reunion dinner. To our surprise we were blown away with Bunmi! We didn't know who our host would be, but she really surprised us. On the day of the event, we were happily greeted by her and other staff. The tables were decorated beautifully, especially because we did not have enough time to. We had a blasted, felt cared for and happy about the experience working with staff. -

Our wedding day at Twelve Acres was absolutely unforgettable! From the delicious food that left all our guests raving, to the beautiful outdoor ceremony and perfect reception, every moment was truly magical. The team, led by Bunmi, was instrumental in ensuring everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day to the fullest.
What we particularly appreciated was the attention to detail in the service provided. From the seamless coordination during the ceremony to the affordability of the venue, Twelve Acres exceeded our expectations in many ways. The affordability aspect was really important to us, and we were pleased that Twelve Acres offered such great value without compromising on the experience.
While there were a few neutral points, such as some minor details in the decor that didn't align completely with our vision, they didn't detract from the overall wonderful experience. It's worth noting that every wedding is unique, and what may be a neutral point for us could be a positive for someone else.
In conclusion, if you're seeking a venue that not only offers great service but also provides an exceptional and memorable experience, we wholeheartedly recommend Twelve Acres. Our special day wouldn't have been the same without their fantastic team and beautiful venue that truly made our wedding dreams come true. -

July 2024 Wedding
We had an amazing wedding at 12 Acres. As an event and wedding planner myself, the staff was so patient and accommodating to all of my wishes. They took all my pictures and decor for my vision and knocked it out of the park. We had so many compliments on the food and the service. Bunmi and her staff were super efficient and accommodating. I did not have to worry about anything. Twelve Acres has always been very consistent over the years, as we have attended many events there but they truly exceeded my expectation's. -

Twelve acres was an amazing wedding venue. My husband and I were very pleased with how professional twelve acres was for our wedding. The quality of service was excellent especially after our main planner all of a sudden got a new job and was no longer there Bunmi was excellent in filling in for her, she was so nice and helpful, friendly and very accommodating. She also made sure that all of what we had originally was still executed to the fullest. The quality of the dinner service was top notch my quests loved how professional the wait staff was during cocktail hour and how quickly they were with making sure there was always an appetizer being passed around. They were also very accommodating for when it rains and you had plans for an outdoor wedding, they were able to move us inside.Oh behalf of my husband and I we would like to thank you for the exceptional service we received on the day of our wedding.Twelve Acres's reply:

We had our wedding 5/18/24. Bunmi was awesome to work with. She was very professional and accommodating. My husband was the bridezilla and Bunmi accommodated all his changes, even last-minute ones. Bunmi and her staff were unbelievable. The night was just perfect. Twelve Acres is very lucky to have Bunmi is very honest with the do's and don'ts, and quite frankly she is the reason we went with the Venue. Food was also great. Bunmi's suggestions worked out very well for our guests.Twelve Acres's reply:

12 Acres was a great place for a reunion. The team there was very receptive . Answered all my questions. Was able to make changes when needed to keep us on budget. It would be easier doing a wedding then trying to get 100 people all on 1 page. Thank you 12 Acres for a wonderful night.Twelve Acres's reply:

Best Wedding Venue
Our was wedding 9/30/2023. The facility is clean and handicap assessable. There is ample parking. We had plated meals that were delicious. The sirloin steaks were huge and tender, perfectly cooked. We choose the baked scrod and stuffed chicken breasts for other meal options. Both were delicious according to our guests. The staff is wonderful and very attentive, from our first meeting with Alcia to Michelle guiding us on our wedding day. Our waiters Bob and Zach were very efficient not only with us but our quests as well.Twelve Acres's reply:

To start - our day coordinator (Bumbi) was AMAZING. She had been helping me for months before the wedding and she helped me even until the end of the event. She was truly amazing. The rest of the staff was also so great. We chose to cater in house with them and the food was so good. The atmosphere was great! The only issue I had that also affected my guests was the heat in the Willow room. We unfortunately didn’t have much in regard to air conditioning! It was so so hot in the willow room. To the point that we actually called the reception an hour early and closed it an hour early because it was painfully hot. Other than that, the entire staff and preparation and help and food was so delicious. Worth every penny. I absolutely loved my day, and even tho it was hot, it was perfect.
We also had our ceremony here and it was so warm outside but it was perfect. So beautiful for pictures and such an amazing garden/ceremony area. I would absolutely recommend this location and especially if you have a smaller wedding (50-100 guests). It’s perfect. :)
Unfortunately there is not a place to get ready on the property, and you are not able to get ready with your party at the venue.Twelve Acres's reply:

Shea High had our class reunion here on 10/8/22 and Alicia and ALL her staff were phenomenal. The food, the service, the venue, bartenders, waitstaff was awesome. We partied like Rockstars. They were very accommodating and Professional. Always answered my calls. Highly recommend Twelve Acres. Will use them again. Great job

If you decide to get married at 12 acres you won't be disappointed. If you can ask for Alicia do it. She is absolutely wonderful the best 100%. I was constantly emailing her asking her questions and she would respond quickly.
The day of the wedding is was amazing. She was so accommodating for my husband and I. My husband has some health issues which makes its difficult for him to stand for a long period of time. So she had chairs for him to sit down before I walked down the asile. She was always checked on us throughout the wedding seeing how we were doing.
I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Thank you for everything you did for us.
The venue was just what we we were looking for. I wanted a ceremony and reception all in one place and that's what we got. The grounds where we got married was beautiful and the reception was beautiful and close by to the ceremony area. The outdoor pavilion is where we had our reception. Im so glad we choose that room cause it was so beautiful.
The food we got the Texas bbq for a buffet it was delicious. Our guests loved it and Alicia even packed us a goodie bag to go. Can't say enough great things about twelve acres. Beautiful venue very reasonable priced amd Alicia just made the day so special for us. I can't thank her enough -

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience thus far with Twelve Acres. Linda is absolutely amazing and is super helpful. They are willing to cater to your needs and even give alternative ideas to you if you’re not loving what they offer first hand. Also very affordable. Highly recommend. -

My husband and I had our dream wedding here. The food was good, the evening went SO smoothly, the staff were so helpful and friendly and all of our guests had a great time. One server in particular--I wish I remembered his name--was extremely thorough and considerate with my and several of my guests' dietary restrictions. Overall a fantastic night and fantastic venue to work with throughout the planning experience. -

Event Planner Awesome- Ownership Lacking
The event planner Bunmi and her staff were fantastic! The venue itself is old and dated. The entrance sign is small and old, potholes lead you through the entrance to the parking lot. There is no lighting in the main parking lot, there is a pole on the entrance walk that apparently used to be a light but now is covered with duct tape. I bought several mum plants to dress up the entrance in. The carpet is old and disgusting. It was cleaned for our event which I appreciate however it is so old it did not make a difference. We made the grand ballroom for the reception and the willow room for the ceremony beautiful but that is only because we spent well over a thousand dollars to “redecorate “ the place. Hopefully ownership will see the potential this venue has. Again I can’t say enough positive things about Bunmi, the set up staff, and the bartenders, they were all so flexible and aimed to please at all times. The food was pretty good, not as hot as it could have been and the salad dressing tasted like oil but overall everyone seemed to enjoy it. The venue is doable and budget friendly however the owners need to put some money back into it before someone gets hurt on the many trip hazards and lack of lighting. -

We hosted an organization retreat in Twelve Acres. Bunmi was professional and very accommodating. The facility was very nice and clean. We definitely will book the Twelve Acres again next year.
