    Tuxedo Den was perfect

    Had a order for groom & 6 groomsmen suits/boutonnières. Custom gray and pink/gray suits for our wedding. Came out perfect and at a good price.

    Wonderful customer service!

    The gentleman who helped my fiance pick out his tux was extremely helpful. He was a true professional asking the right questions and taking into account the details of our day (my dress, colors, how pictures would look). Everything came together perfectly and he looked amazing on our wedding day! We were late turning the tux rental back in as we live an hour away and were on our honeymoon and the woman I spoke with over the phone was friendly and assured me it was ok to bring it in when we could. When I arrived to drop it off they quickly helped me. Wonderful customer service all around!

    Tuxedo Den was great at putting together the tuxedos for my husband, groomsmen, and family. They had several color choices and was able to match the colors I wanted exactly. They were very helpful at picking it out and making sure everyone got fitted.

    I first encountered Tuxedo Den when renting a tux for a theatrical production. Ranjeet was so professional I took her card and later followed up w/her re: My Big Gay Wedding. When I came back for fittings, w/my fiancé and Pew Posse, her congratulations was sincere and enthusiastic. She gave us the same level of professional care as before. We were loud; some of us weren't focused (Squirrel!); she and her lovely co-worker endured many Dad jokes with kindness and patience.

    While Tuxedo Den's website does not yet have inclusive language (not every wedding has a bride), we never felt in the store as if we were the 1st same-sex couple they'd ever encountered. Each of us were treated like gold!

    EVERYTHING was perfect the day of the wedding! Our fathers and our Groomsmen looked GREAT!

    Great Suits

    They worked with us through two postponements due to COVID without any issues! We even made changes to our order and they made sure everything ended up perfect. My husband looked amazing on our wedding day and so did his groomsmen. We would absolutely recommend Tuxedo Den to local couples.

    Got a great deal and even though one location closed a week before the wedding someone called me from a location that was even closer to my house and let me know they would now have the tuxedos and read me back everything that was my file to verify it was all current

    Tuxedos were great quality and they were not as expensive as the other stores. Awesome to work with!

    We used tuxedo den after receiving a discount through a Sacramento bridal show. Although the tuxes turned out fine, we didn't necessarily have the best experience working with the staff. They were all nice but we found the lines would build up very quickly and there wasn't a clear system on how to help each customer. Ultimately, you get what you pay for but we wouldn't go back without the discount.

    Average Service. I have used them multiple times but never have I felt that the workers cared about my purchase.

    Worst rental or purchase experience ever at the Arden location. Long after the bridal party had already completed their purchase, paid in full, completed measurements and moved on in life to more important things, the staff started calling us demanding more money of the wouldn’t release the suits we’d already paid for! They said the employee who made the sale makes a lot of mistakes and doesn’t work there anymore, and that he didn’t charge the bridal party enough money. My husband explained that wasn’t our fault and that we’d paid in full and had receipts that say “paid in full” and that we weren’t going to pay more now since the sale was complete. They refused to give us the product we’d already paid for! This went on for weeks until my husband finally went in and paid them hundreds of dollars just so the men would be dressed at the wedding. To top it off, they lost measurements, didn’t have all the suit pieces ready, and delivered suits that were way off in size. I can’t believe they’re still in business. Guess this is why so many people give them crumby reviews. Wished I’d checked first before we wasted so much time and money there. Save yourself the grief and go ANYWHERE else.

    I thought I took care of the issues with the error made in price, but with the many lies and reviews you have left, I will respond to each one with the following. I detailed my response on Yelp but I will simply say the following to your specific issue:

    1. You paid $111.50 for each rental for each groomsmen including tax. The groom's rental was free and including a jacket even though his was supposed to be over $200. I discounted each ensemble and honored the free rental due to the error of pricing from the initial associate.

    2. You are a liar. I spoke with your now husband ( thought it was a great conversation and ended in a positive and good way) I explained the errors, was sympathetic and apologetic, owned the mistakes and we came to a mutual agreement for the discounts and the issues. WE ALSO contacted you almost 3 MONTHS before your wedding to notify you of the issue so you can plan for the price increase and discrepancy.

    I hope that people do read this and understand that mistakes may happen, BUT they do get fixed, and they get taken care of in a pro customer way. It is not fair ( and not stated enough) that customers abuse platforms to slam businesses and do not mention what the business has actually done for them. If I did nothing for this couple, then I would deserve the review. But when I leave a conversation with the groom and have a positive resolution and understanding, that is as much as I can do other then giving them everything for free which still would not satisfy this liar.
