Serena’s organization and vendor network were outstanding, and she helped us make choices that reflected our vision perfectly. Kladji brought a warmth and presence that made every interaction feel joyful and grounded. Together, they made the planning process feel seamless and deeply human—not just a checklist, but a collaboration to help us fulfill our dreams.

Fairytale wedding
Serena did an amazing job planning our wedding and her day of coordination was perfect. Our wedding day exceeded our expectations - we knew how beautiful Tuscany would be, but she was able to capture our vision spectacularly. From the food to the venue, live music, flowers, and the overall ambiance, everything turned out amazing. Even when we had unexpected rain the day of, she was able to quickly pivot to accommodate our guests during our cocktail hour and keep us on schedule for our reception. We had no worries as she kept even the smallest attention to detail (especially for our table settings and ceremony set-up) on point to ensure our photos were beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and are so glad we had Serena. Highly recommend if you want a romantic, fairy tale wedding! -

I had 6 months to plan my dream wedding in Tuscany all the way from Los Angeles. I have a stressful job and an incredibly busy schedule, so I was a little stressed. I knew I had to find an amazing wedding planner who could make it all happen in a short period of time (at least for US standards). After a lot of research that included me privately messaging real brides on social media, and after getting overwhelmingly great feedback, I booked Serena and Klajdi. They took my Pinterest board and made it a reality. Our wedding was an absolute dream, it completely exceeded my expectations!
Serena booked the key vendors within a month, she was super responsive, extremely detail oriented, and reassuring during the process. We had several zoom sessions, tons of emails back and forth, she sent PDFs, excel spreadsheets, many photos and videos, and everything needed to keep me organized and informed of every single detail. For someone who is very type A, I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Serena managed to stay in the budget we set and helped me prioritize my needs for the wedding day. She is a true perfectionist and that became obvious during the planning process and certainly on the wedding day.
Given their expertise, years of experience, and connections, Serena and Klajdi gave excellent suggestions (especially for food and wine) and really helped with the decision making. They are particular with the vendors they work with, and for a good reason. They assembled an excellent team of vendors who not only delivered high quality service but were professional, punctual, gracious, and fun to work with. Every single detail, every minute of the wedding went according to plan.
Serena even managed to arrange hair and makeup trial for me a few days before the wedding. She drove for hours to be in Florence early in the morning and ensure I felt comfortable with the makeup artist. That was the first time I got to spend time with her in person. She has a killer sense of humor, she is authentic, down to earth, and a pleasure to get to know.
Klajdi is an absolute sweetheart, who hand selected the most delicious wine for our welcome party, ensured our reception looked perfect (he is obsessed with symmetry), and he even surprised me with Nutella cake while I was getting ready in the bridal suite.
I am forever grateful to Serena and Klajdi for making our Tuscan wedding dreams come true, and I truly can not recommend them enough. Thank you, thank you!

Serena responded to all of our hundreds of emails extremely quickly, so much so that us being based in the United States we were never stressed with the time difference! Serena honored our wishes to a T and coordinated everything from the menu at the rehearsal dinner in a nearby hilltop castle to our performance dessert at our reception. She also suggested and set up a wonderful wine tasting event held at our villa the day after the wedding which went off without an issue. All of the vendors she recommended were absolutely wonderful and professional, and everyone showed up on time ready to go. She went above and beyond on our wedding day making sure everyone was taken care of, and she constantly checked in to make sure the timeline was going smoothly. We can't recommend Serena enough, and you will be in the best hands if you are planning a destination wedding to Tuscany! -

Above & Beyond Every Expectation!
Serena is an absolute rockstar when it comes to pulling off the wedding of every girls dreams. Being a couple from the US, we did not know where to begin with our destination wedding in Tuscany but between Serena and Klajdi’s extensive knowledge of the area, vendors, food and especially the wine they made the process seamless from start to finish. They were there every day of our 4 day wedding weekend- planned the welcome dinner, wedding, pool party and a vineyard tour. All were absolutely amazing! They are truly the dream team and we cannot not recommend their services enough. -

Serena and Klajdi were the best wedding planners a bride could ask for. I was very nervous about planning a destination wedding but after vetting many wedding planners on weddingwire, decided to go with Serena due to her rave reviews and her partnership with a professional sommelier (Klajdi). For our wedding, I wanted to prioritize great food and drinks and so I chose Serena because she and her partner seemed like experts in this field having worked in hospitality and having their own private tour company. When the wedding weekend came (3 days of events!), they proved invaluable. The food and drinks were out of this world, beyond what we ever expected (and better than what we tried at the tasting), and at a value that you could never get in the US. Our friends and family continue to rave at how incredible the food and wines were. Outside of that, Serena was so easy to work with since she came with a full set of amazing vendor recommendations. Our photographer, MUA, DJ, caterer, private chef, florist, and venue were absolutely professional, delivered beyond expectations, and fit within our budget. Her team was seamless and she took all the stress out of everything for our wedding weekend. Our wedding looked like exactly like my Pinterest vision board (it was unreal!) thanks to her work. Besides that, Serena and Klajdi are just super fun people to work and hang out with. Highly recommend her services! -

I hired Serena as my wedding planner for a destination wedding in Florence, Italy. I interviewed 6-7 wedding planners and she stood out among all of them. I cannot recommend her enough!! We live in the USA and the process was so easy to plan a destination wedding with her. Serena is very great with her communication, timeliness, and organization. I had no hiccups or anything on the day of the wedding because Serena was so prepared. I continue to get compliments from our wedding guests at how well organized everything was. Amazing wedding planner!
We worked with Serena and Klajdi for our 70 person wedding in Tuscany. Serena was so helpful from the beginning. First she helped us find a wedding venue that was suited for our needs, and adapted/adjusted as we made changes to our plans along the way. Then we went out to Italy for a visit with vendors and Serena planned everything in to a quick two day stint. We had a beautiful wedding with three days of events which Serena and Klajdi helped plan. We had a pizza party on Friday night with delicious wines sourced by Klajdi, a beautiful church ceremony, cocktail hour and reception on Saturday, then recovered Sunday with our guests by the pool enjoying a panini truck.
We and our guests had a wonderful weekend filled with amazing and authentic Italian food and wine. Thank you so, so much for your help in making everything come together beautifully! -

Best wedding planners in Tuscany!
Working with Tuscan Tours & Weddings was the best thing we could have done for our wedding weekend. We worked with Serena and Klajdi for almost a full year leading up to our wedding - inclusive of many calls, emails, and texts. They helped us plan a 3-day event for 90 guests, filled with brunch, wine tasting, two dinners, gelato cart....not to mention the ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception that were part of the actual wedding!
Many of our guests have said this is the best wedding they've ever been to, and we know a big part of that is all the planning and organizing that they did. Throughout the 3 days, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing that Serena and Klajdi were on the ground managing the various vendors and setups.
The weekend truly exceeded our expectations and we cannot thank Serena and Klajdi enough for their services! -

BEST Wedding Planner in Italy!!
Tuscan Tours and Weddings was the best decision we made during our wedding planning journey! Serena was everything I could have asked for in a wedding planner - communicative, responsive, attentive to detail, easy to work with, great with our guests, amazing with vendors, truly everything we could have asked for and more!!
As an event planner, I had some pretty wild dreams and Serena helped mold my dreams into a fairy tale vision and made them all come true, and then some. Her partnership with Klajdi truly brought together the best of Tuscany had to offer, providing our guests with a truly one of a kind experience they will be talking about for years.
We were able to truly enjoy our wedding weekend and all of our events without any concerns thanks to Serena. We were able to spend time with our guests, never had to worry about or manage vendors and were able to savor every minute of our long weekend. Even with unplanned rain and the need to revert to plan B with 100 guests, there was never a detail unconsidered. Our guests never had any clue we were even in our plan B location. Serena is the absolute BEST wedding planner for couples seeking a romantic and bespoke wedding in Italy! It is impossible to explain how she brought our dream day to reality, but it was amazing. Serena made planning a wedding in Tuscany from the United States a breeze. From the start, Serena helped us locate a great venue that would accommodate all of our guests for a long weekend’s stay on-location and allow us flexibility bringing outside vendors. She then helped us bring our vision to life by working with local florists, décor vendors, and even found us a great chef for the event. When it came time for the ‘big day’ Serena was well prepared and made sure everything ran smoothly from the morning getting ready photoshoots all the way through dessert. It truly would not have been the perfect day without all of Serena’s help! -

I found Serena on Wedding Wire, and after interviewing 3 wedding planners, decided to work with her. From the beginning, we aligned on vision & budget and got to work. She found me vendors within my price range, and executing on my vision perfectly. We had three days of events that Serena brought to life. When I look at my pinterest board & compare it to our big day, it is SPOT ON. Throughout the process, we exchanged many emails and aligned on even the smallest of details... things I would've gone insane doing myself & she helped me get through them seamlessly. Even the day of, the weather didn't work according to our original plan and although I was bummed, she made sure the plan B was executed flawlessly and our guests had an amazing time. On top of Serena's attention to detail, we had Kladji to assist with all things wine & food. He came to our food tasting & hand-paired each wine to the dish as he felt was best. During our wedding dinner, we had him give a quick speech to let our guests know the thought that went into picking each wine to the dishes & they thoroughly enjoyed understanding that level of intention. The day after our wedding Kladji also hosted a wine tasting/lesson for our guests, which was so fun. All in all, I could go on forever... Thank you Serena & Kladji! Absolutely amazing service and expertise!
We finally got married in Cortona and had the reception in our villa in Montefollonico in May, after having postponed twice due to covid. Serena was amazing throughout, quick to respond and offered the best advice, being based in the UK we would never of been able to co-ord the day without her. Every single supplier she got us in touch with we would highly recommend. The day ran smoothly and exactly how we planned. We also did the wine tasting with Klajdi the day before the wedding and our guest still talk about the experience, he was informative and funny it was a great start to the wedding. Most of our guest say it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Truly magical and the best decision we made to get married in Italy :) -

Tuscan Tour and Wedding with wedding planner Serena Ricci made our dream come true.
We highly recommend Serena as being in charge of your future wedding. Serena responds quickly and is always very helpful. High level of service from the beginning to the end.
It all started 3 years ago before all of us knew anything about Covid-19. Serena helped us pick out the wedding venue and the venue for rehearsal dinner. Serena knows so many places, and she found the perfect place for our wedding. Quality food, wine, music, venues, flowers, arrangements, suppliers - she took great care of every aspect of the planning and we felt safe everything would be done in order.
If you want a great wedding in Tuscany, make sure to ask Serena for help. We highly recommend her and would do it again.

Throughout 2.5 years of planning our wedding and one postponement, Serena supported and advised us with every aspect of our wedding in Tuscany. We had to plan a wedding in only a few months because I needed to change my name for business purposes. We knew that we wanted to get married in Italy, and I found Serena on Wedding Wire. I am SO THANKFUL I did! With the short time crunch we were not able to visit Italy again before our wedding, so I had to trust her completely with getting all the details right just by sending emails and having zoom calls. The pandemic certainly didn’t make this any easier!
From the very first conversation we had with them, my husband and I knew that we were in good hands. We found the perfect duo in Serena and Klajdi!! They are so attentive, honest, straightforward, and incredibly professional. They maintain great communication and are so organized and meticulous. They listened to what we wanted, and went above and beyond to make our perfect day a reality. They presented us with amazing vendors, and made the entire process so seamless. They connected us with a venue, personal chef, a string quartet, photographer, videographer, florist, dj and lights, and even a gelato cart! They helped us curate the perfect menu, and Klajdi, a world class sommelier, paired everything with the most amazing wine. It was an absolute fairytale. At no point in time was I ever stressed about a single detail, and it all turned out even better than I envisioned.

Our friends got married in Tuscany a few years ago and told us about Serena. We hired her as our wedding planner for our Tuscan wedding. I cannot recommend her enough!! She is incredible!! She not only coordinated all of our wedding vendors, she helped us plan the entire wedding weekend in a castle. Events included pizza party, wine tour, all of the wedding day events and vendors, and a Fiat/ Vespa tour through the countryside.
Serena is extremely energetic, creative, responsive, and overall a joy to work with. The value you get for her fee is priceless. Serena made all of our wedding dreams come true. Believe me, you need her!! Serena talked with us about our vision for the wedding and our budget. She suggested venues and vendors with multiple options and assisted us with choosing all the details. She speaks Italian (we don’t) so she negotiated with all the vendors. She is organized, efficient, and fun to work with. Her business partner Klajdi coordinated the food, wine, and wine tour. All were incredible. Our guests are still talking about the wedding weekend and we will all cherish the memories forever.

We could not have asked for a better wedding planning duo than Serena & her business partner Klajdi. Serena is an expert at executing the planning details, while Klajdi is an expert in food & wine- together they are a match made in Italian wedding heaven! For those looking to plan a wedding outside of their home country (my husband and I are American) - it is integral that you chose someone that you trust, as they will be the boots on the ground executing the details while you are directing from afar. My entire family loved and trusted Serena & Klajdi both. It was clear they gave honest advice, negotiated best pricing & ensured every detail was executed with excellence and a keen eye. We enjoyed every minute of planning with them- it became a full on family experience, including multiple trips to Italy and many skype sessions. I would also like to add that I got to know Serena because she planned one of my best friend's weddings! I was so impressed with the seamless weekend that she put together that a year later when we got engaged I asked if she would do my wedding outside of her Tuscan region. After some thought- Serena accepted the offer and planned our wedding in Capri! Best of all- we have gained two new friends in Klajdi & Serena. We can't wait to visit them in Tuscany soon! -

Exceptional!
I can’t say enough good things about Serena. She was extremely attentive, prompt, organized and everything else you would need in a wedding planner. Planning a wedding in another country is hard and insanely stressful but Serena made it a breeze. She has impeccable taste and really understands what you are envisioning for your special day. Wow. Just wow. Serena hit every single mark.
We had a ceremony with just my husband and I, and Serena made sure it was perfectly fabulous in every single way possible! We contacted a handful of other companies to help us with our planning, and not a single one of them was responsive or even clear. This led to ultimate frustration and panic as our dates were creeping closer and closer. When we asked questions, the would give a vague indirect answer - not Serena.
She came highly recommended from a close friend who had also had her plan their ceremony, and we are SO pleased that we finally found our Mary Poppins. She is perfect in every way!
1. She responds quickly even though we have US and IT timezone differences,
2. She works well within budget.
3. Her services are affordable.
4. The videographer and photographer she suggested performed well above and beyond our expectations and are AMAZINGLY talented. I have a degree in fine art, and I am very picky with this sort of thing.
5. She takes away your stress well before she even arrives, which is incredible.
6. I left certain executive decisions up to her (location of photo shoots and video) and she delivered the best possible result. I adore her.
7. She made it possible for us to exchange our vows on a mountain top overlooking Florence. She also made it possible for our video to be filmed, cut, and edited in a week to be sent back home to be shown as our introduction as we entered our reception with friends and family. PLEASE DO THIS. She can tell you more about it. It was much simpler and so much less expensive than a traditional wedding.
YES YES YES. If you are American and/or like to work and live with quick results and answers to questions, please look no further. She is prepared, kind, and on top of her game. Again, we found Mary Poppins. -

My husband and I got married July 23, 2019 in Cortona. We fell upon Serena looking for ideas on Instagram, and I have to say it was the best thing that could ever have happened. Serena was an absolute pleasure to work with. Living in California we did all the planning through email. Serena was so thorough with all the details from the paperwork to the place settings she didn’t miss a beat. All of my nerves to put to ease and we stayed within our budget. Not only did she do an amazing job planning the wedding, she also planned events before and after. She booked a cooking class for our group the day before and a wine tasting tour the day after. Both events we absolutely perfect! To top it off Klajdi who is also a Sommelier was awesome too! He paired all of our wines with the food, helped with setup the day of the wedding, served wine during the dinner, and he was our tour guide for the wine tasting. Serena and Klajdi have great relationships with the vendors, so there wasn’t even one glitch in the process. Our entire group raved about them the entire time and still are. We all left the trip feeling as if they are family. We feel so blessed to have worked with Serena and Klajdi, and now have friends to visit in Cortona! Our wedding was truly a dream! I am confident that if you are looking for stress free wedding planning with hard working, passionate people you are in great hands with Serena and Klajdi!

Where do I begin? Serena was exactly what we needed to plan a wedding in Italy from the United States! We met with a couple of wedding planners when we went to Italy and what I LOVED about Serena - she took her job so seriously and she's not afraid to stand up for the Bride and Groom! She asked the venues questions I never even thought to ask, she was always present during our meetings/tours (I had another wedding planner who texted the entire time we toured the venues), she found me venues by the longgggg list of items I wanted in a venue. The very first venue we saw with her- I fell in love with - that is the one I ended up picking! She found me the most amazing caterer! The food was divine! We ended up finding our own Photographer/Videographer, but she found everything else for us! The florist (amazing) the DJ (amazing)! I felt like I could relax the day of the wedding because I knew she had everything under control - and she did! She handled everything. She spoke to the vendors and told them where they need to go without having to bother me about logistics the day of! I actually got to sit back, relax, and get pampered! It was perfect! I honestly have no clue how we would have been able to pull off a wedding in Italy without Serena! All our visions became a reality! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Serena! Seamless Tuscan wedding planning
After deciding to get married in Italy it was a little daunting on how you go about making it official and what paper work you need to get together. After one conversation with Serena we were completely at ease knowing she would be guiding us through every step and answering any questions we have along the way. Serena was always very responsive and such a lovely lady, whom was very welcoming when we came to visit the venue over a year before the big day.
My husband and I wanted a private legal ceremony in the town hall before we had our main wedding celebration in front of friends and family in a Tuscan villa the next day. Serena made all the arrangements with the town hall and helped with all translations, making everything seem a breeze. We would highly recommend her services no matter how big or small your Tuscan dream wedding would be. -

We just had our wedding that Serena and Klajdi planned in Tuscany. It turned out absolutely stunning! Truly, we could not imagine a more adept, responsive, and accommodating planner. Serena was so organized and so on top of things; she runs a very tight ship. She has a great rapport with the vendors with whom she works and was able to get us very competitive pricing. We came out right on budget (maybe even a little under). I truly cannot come up with a single way her services could be improved; all our guests told us it was the most incredible wedding they've ever been to and we'd be inclined to agree. It also doesn't hurt that Klajdi is a sommelier so food and wine pairings are going to be spot on. Serena had absolutely everything under control at every step of the planning process, from months out to the day of the wedding, and allowed us to enjoy our special day without having to worry about any logistics. We are so thankful to both Klajdi and Serena for giving us the wedding of our dreams and we will absolutely recommend them to anyone we know that is looking to have a destination wedding in Tuscany. -

We live in Washington DC and wanted a wedding in Tuscany at a venue that could accommodate all 60 of our guests. We worked with Serena and her partner, Klajdi, who executed our vision and produced a wedding more beautiful than we had imagined. Our weekend included a welcome party on Friday with karaoke, a panini truck, and a gelato cart; a civil ceremony and reception on Saturday; and an excursion to a nearby wine cellar with a private tour/tasting & lunch on Sunday. Serena made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free from the beginning. She kept us organized, informed, and within our budget. Serena and Klajdi were on site throughout all of the events liaising directly with the vendors to ensure that everything went perfectly, and we were able to enjoy our time with our guests.
We made two trips to Italy during the planning process. One in November 2017 to check out venues and meet Serena for the first time and one in February 2018 when Serena arranged for us to meet with all of the vendors. She was very flexible with our plans (which changed a few times), extremely helpful when visiting venues/vendors, and showed us sincere hospitality. As an added bonus, she taught us a lot of history about the region (she’s also a tour guide!). Serena clearly has well established relationships with respected vendors and that shows through in the quality of the services provided. All of the guests were blown away by the food, the wine, and the tablescape/décor.
In addition to the wedding planning services, Klajdi is a certified sommelier. Wine is very important to my husband and he had a great experience working with Klajdi directly to select wines for pairing with the aperitif as well as the dinner at the wedding. Klajdi was flexible with options based on the food selections and price point, and was instrumental in ensuring that the wines were served properly at the event. Our guests learned so much from him and came home with a much greater appreciation for Italian wines.
We feel fortunate to have found Serena and Klajdi and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan an event in the region. -

Serena is a great person in a personal and proffesional way. We married in Arezzo and we had the perfect support for all the paper stuff, booking of the ceremony inclusive flower decoration. The days before the wedding even felt like holiday since Serena is well prepared and very flexible. She has a lot of contacts, is reliable & warm-heated and she is always there for all kind of questions. It doens`t matter if you are far away or if you are in Italy you get the best service you can imagine. We thank her so much for everything and we would book her for sure again! -

Jennifer Sent on 08/17/2018Serena helped me plan a wonderful 40th birthday celebration week in Tuscany this summer 2018 for my group of 17 people. For my birthday I wanted to share my love of travel with the people I love and with Serena’s help, the trip was even better than I had anticipated.
She helped arrange for transportation for the group from Rome and for each days tour. She guided us around Sienna and Florence and her knowledge of history, art, and modern Italian culture was inspiring. She presented the history of Tuscany in a way that was engaging and funny. By the end of the trip I felt like I had spent the week with a friend rather than a tour guide. I believe Serena is so good at what she does because she is pssionate about what she does and appears to get more joy and satisfaction out of making sure you have an amazing experience than cashing a paycheck.

I know so many brides who have had so many issues with planning a wedding and I could not relate at all thankfully. I used Serena's full wedding planning service and it was worth every penny. I truly believe she could charge more money for her quality service. All of my guests (approximately 50) are still talking about the food, venue, flowers, and wine all chosen by Serena. They all mentioned it was one of the best weddings they attended, and I have to give her all of the credit. All of the vendors Serena suggested were top quality, but not overly expensive. Also her partner Kladji (certified sommelier) was a great addition to complete all of the wine parings based on the menu we selected. My guests are still searching for the Barolo Kladji served at the wedding.
I did visit prior to the wedding to pick the table settings, menu, and wines. All of the rest of the planning was completed by email and one Skype call. She is very efficient with email and you really can do all your planning in the comfort of your home (I live in Washington DC)! I highly recommend this very skilled wedding planner. She has extensive experience in wedding planning that shows in every aspect of your wedding. You will not be disappointed!!!!
