Absolutely Incredible!

The entertainment provided by Alby, Brian and Greg was one of the greatest highlights of the evening! We were able to speak with Alby twice before the wedding and discussed everything from the welcome music to the last dance, up lighting choices and Photo Booth selections. Alby gave us a rundown of a typical wedding event timeline and made great suggestions whenever we asked for his opinion on things such as bridal party entrances and the anniversary dance. We ended up upgrading our lighting package and added the open Photo Booth, and we could not be happier with our choices! When it was time for the reception, Alby was able to read the room perfectly and played music that catered to both American and Latin music lovers. He even threw in a 2000s emo power hour which was SUCH a hit! Alby and the MC, Brian, created the ultimate party vibe, and Brian did an incredible job transitioning into the different parts of the evening. We chose a photo book for our guest book, and the pictures that were taken by Greg at the Photo Booth captured incredible memories that we will look back on for years to come! Our guests are still complimenting our DJ choice a month later. We could not have asked for better entertainment - highly recommend booking with Turn It Up Entertainment!

Alby and Brian were the best choice.

From start to finish Alby and
Brian did an amazing job at our wedding. Bellport country club was our venue and Alby did our ceremony cocktail hour and reception. Our Guest danced the whole time. Thank you DJAlby again.

Alby for the win!

I reached out to Alby for my wedding after after hearing about how great of a DJ he was through several friends and family. He was extremely responsive and made sure our special day was nothing short of perfect. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a solid DJ with a great reputation!

You are in the best hands with Alby. We had Alby as our DJ and Brian as our MC. 2 of my sister-in-laws had Alby for their wedding and I remember always dancing, so it was a clear choice for us who to book!

Alby is such a pleasure to work with. He is very patient and he gets back to you on a timely manner with any questions you had! He was the easiest vendor I worked with.

At the wedding, they were incredible. alby also would come to find us to personally check on us. He played a really great mix of songs, and he got the vibe of the room. he even played specific Filipino line dancing songs (very important to my side of the family!) our friends and family were very impressed, they could not stop raving about him.

Please, if you are reading this and wondering if you should book him, do it! You are in great hands.

Alby, thank you again. It was worth the wait!

Highly recommend!!

Alby was so great to work with. We, in particular, had a VERY specific vision for our night - we wanted certain genres played and many avoided, along with a list of specific songs we hoped to hear on the dance floor - some even very unconventional for weddings! Alby was so responsive, patient and listened to every request. He had the dance floor packed the entire night and mixed in our special requests in perfectly that kept the party flowing! What I also appreciated very much was how he was honest about cost and what we did/didn't have to pay extra for that wouldn't have been worth it based on our venue. It was nice to have the honesty to save a few bucks! We also got a Photobooth with him as well and it was a hit. We now have copies of every silly photo taken in them, which was great. Overall, highly recommend for any event!

Alby and Brian did such an amazing job as our DJ and MC at our wedding. Alby was always there when we reached out. Our list was given to them and we put it in their hands and they did not let us down. Our guests keep telling us how great our wedding was. The dance floor was filled from beginning to end. Highly recommend them to be at your event.

You're in great hands with Turn It Up!

We had the best experience partnering with Turn It Up, Alby and Brian for our September 2019 wedding at The Snapper Inn. Communicating with Alby was a breeze. It was important to my husband and I that we pick a DJ company that was familiar with our venue and the staff. We met with Brian a few weeks before our wedding to talk through our vision and day-of details. He was on-point the whole night and our guests had a blast! We also used Turn It Up for our cocktail hour music and Zap photos - amazing decision! We have nothing but phenomenal things to say about this team and would recommend their services to anyone!

The night wasn't long enough

We had a phenomenal night, Alby had all my guests on the Dance Floor from start to finish. The next day everybody said how amazing my DJ was, and I agree. We would highly recommend this DJ! Alby thank you so much for an amazing night!

Easiest Decision of our Wedding

I've known Alby for a very long time which made my decision simple from the start. But setting that aside, it was the best decision we could've ever made. He played everything from country to hip hop to techno and he did not miss a beat. To say he knocked it out of the park would be an understatement. To make matters better, he brought an MC [Greg] who's energy could be felt from everywhere in the room. I can't thank the two of them enough for making my wife and I's day a little less stressful and a lot more fun. If you are up in the air about your DJ, I promise you these guys will do the job perfectly and then some.

Dj alby kills it every time!

I've known DJ Alby/Turnitupli for almost 10 years through working at the Snapper Inn and he ALWAYS brings the party. He plays a mix of old and new that accommodates all guests and he's really able to read the room. I've had him for every birthday and milestone - most recently, my wedding. Would never have another DJ!!!!!!

Easy to work with. Amazing experience.

From the very first phone call Alby was great. Our entire experience with Turnitupli was amazing. The process was relaxed and simple. Our questions and concerns were answered immediately. Emails, phone calls or texts were answered and returned promptly. The pricing was very affordable. Our DJ for our wedding was Brian. He was AWESOME! I had the best time and so did our guests. We gave a list of a couple must plays and not to play which he kindly followed. Most of the music for the night we left in Brian’s hands and we couldn’t be happier. It was exactly the right mix of all different music genres that had all of our guests up and dancing the whole night. Our guests are still asking where we got our DJ from and how great he was. I would recommend turnitupli to everyone. You will not be disappointed. They will make your experience (for any event) exactly what you’re looking for!

Excellence, perfection and professional

We had this service for our wedding on 4/27/19 and I was impressed by the way he was able to keep our party going with the mixture in culture. He came prepared to have the Latin and American dance together. Thank you very much. I was very happy and danced all night!!!

Excellent service and experience with Turn It Up

I hired Turn It Up for my wedding at Insignia on 1/12/2019. Working with Alby was a pleasure. From inquiry to booking to party time, he was always available to answer my questions and guide me in what was needed for my wedding. He also provided my ceremony music and microphones and everything was perfect. I had a day wedding so was worried people wouldn't be on the dance floor. Alby knew exactly what music to play and everyone was dancing and having a wonderful time. I highly recommend

Turn It Up LI

We used Turn It Up LI for our wedding on 12/28/2018. Alby and his MC were awesome!! They kept everyone on the dance floor the entire party! Alby knew exactly what type of music to play! Our wedding was amazing

Alby killed it. Nailed everything we wanted and played what we wanted. Followed our list then had complete fun with the party! We even had a couple ball dancing to regular music. Everyone enjoyed so much! Thank you for all your hard work, once again. We loved everything you did!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Alby (DJ) and Don (MC) for our wedding. Alby answered any and all of our questions with confidence and filled in the gaps when we didn't have a preference of song for specific parts of our wedding day. He made sure to check and double check all of our song choices days before the wedding and asked clarifying questions about what we wanted to hear. Don was so funny and outgoing, he got so many of our guests out on the dance floor, which is exactly what we wanted. Alby and Don worked so well together and we got to listen and dance to all of our favorite songs, plus many more with our friends and families. At the end of the night, so many of our guests had only the best things to say about these two, and so did we. We could not be more grateful to them both for helping to make our wedding day a HUGE success! Thank you!

Great experience working with DJ Alby and team! They know the Snapper Inn very well so there were no issues with logistics. We had two guests who had a dance off so the music definitely spoke to our crowd!

DJ Alby and MC Brian were absolutely wonderful. They are not only such nice people but they are great at what they do. My husband and I had a Star Wars wedding with Star Wars music being played for the ceremony which can be an interesting task in and of itself but they pulled off each song correctly and perfectly and we couldn't be more happy!

Got married a week ago and could not have asked for a better DJ. Turn It up LI is incredible!!! Alby is the best! The music throughout the entire wedding kept the guests feeling a great vibe & on their feet instantly whenever It was time to dance! My husband and I got married at Captain Bill’s in Bayshore and Alby made the night! Everyone was dancing all night and the photo montage was a really nice touch. Definitely recommend him for your wedding!

Alby was awesome. Trust HIS process. He did our wedding at Three Village Inn in July of 2017, he was the best. Everyone complemented us on the DJ. He played a song again for us because it meant something special to me(husband) and my mother. He constantly checked on us, and when the old folks complained about noise level (it wasn't to loud) he turned it down a bit to accommodate. Tell him what you want and he will do it and listen to his advice when he says not to go a certain route. You were awesome. We booked him through a different DJ company, while we don't recommend the guy who owns that particular company. We DO RECOMMEND ALBY ANY DAY ANY TIME ANY WEDDING

We recently got married at Giorgio's and let me start off by personally thanking Alby and Gregg for helping make my wedding so incredible. DJ Alby & his MC are both incredible! I still have people telling me it was the best wedding they've ever been too because everybody was up dancing the entire time! Aside from the amazing music, his MC was hysterical & creative, he had everyone laughing & moving the whole night!

Words cannot describe how much I love Alby and everyone at Turn It Up LI!!! Alby and his staff were so professional and they kept our guests dancing all night long! His attention to detail is absolutely amazing! He played all the songs we asked for and then some. Cleveland our MC was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!!! He got the party started as soon as our guests walked in. I am unbelievably happy with their service!!! Our wedding was May 5, 2017 and our guests are still talking about how amazing the night was and how sore they are from dancing all night! My husband and I got married this past weekend (3/4/17) and Alby was our DJ. From day 1, Alby was professional, friendly, and attentive to every request that we had. He made crazy/difficult requests possible, which made our day perfect. For the past few days my guests have been raving about "the dj" saying that the music was unbelievably great and he played to the crowd he was given. Cleveland and Alby made our wedding celebration, never having an empty dance floor, and constantly making jokes and having fun with our guests. Any party that I ever need a DJ for, I wouldn't even think about having anyone else. Thank you Alby and Cleveland for making our night perfect!

Out of all of our vendors, Turn It Up LI was one of the easiest, affordable and best vendors we booked.

Considering the "get what you pay for" saying I wasn't sure what to expect for the great value we were getting but was put at ease and felt very confident about it due to their professionalism and responsiveness.

Our big day came and everything was incredibly smooth. Our entire (daytime) wedding of nearly 300 people were all out of their seats dancing and having a great time. DJ Alby's presentation of himself and his setup were very professional, modern and clean. We had an outdoor ceremony of which they provided music for and the sound was crystal clear. Inside for the reception, the volume was perfect. I hate going to weddings where it's just too loud and the older people are bothered by it.

Our MC, brian, totally captured the entire audience and really turned up the energy. He's so charming and I even loved his hot pink shirt and navy vest/pants. He just looks like a lot of fun!

Overall, we were incredibly happy with Turn It Up LI, and several of our guests asked for their info since the wedding! 3 of our friends have inquired for their own wedding as well as 2 others for their daughters sweet 16s. We highly recommend them!

My husband and I were married on 9/2/16..we had the pleasure of working with Alby as our DJ for this special day. He was so easy to work with, prompt with responses and extremely patient with all of my requests! He and Cleveland were awesome! They arrived early, introduced themselves to me right away and got the party started right off the bat. They kept the party going and had some excellent, creative ways of getting everyone on the dance floor! We couldn't have asked for more. My wife and I were married on 7/9/16 and Alby was our DJ. We could not be happier with how the party turned out. Alby was so easy to deal with, returns phone calls promptly, respects all suggestions, shows up early, incorporates request smoothly. My wife and I had spoken numerous times about how the music can make or break a good party and our soundtrack was perfect thank to Alby and his crew. He and his MC, Clevland, got the party started and kept it going strong. Everyone had such a good time and a big part of why was the dancing. We hired Turn it up Dj company for our wedding this past weekend, and they over delivered. The entire night my friends were coming up to me telling me how much fun they were having and the dance floor was packed the entire night. While planning the wedding I had called several companies and am very glad I came across Turn it up, their pricing was fair and service was top notch. I am not the type that leaves reviews but I felt these guys earned it because they made our special day even more special. I would recommend this DJ company to anyone I know that asked for my option

We got married on 5/21/16. Alby was super easy to work with, responsive and played a our request list as well as a variety that our guests of all ages could dance to and enjoy. My husband and I were married on 5/1/15. We had a small ceremony and a cocktail style reception afterward at The Snapper Inn. Alby was our DJ and we couldn't have been more pleased. Alby was the most reasonably priced (worked within our budget) and was extremely professional from the minute we started setting things in motion. Alby was very understanding since we didn't exactly want the typical wedding reception. All of our guests had a great time and people in the restaurant wanted to join our reception. We even added an hour on at the end of the party because so many people were having fun. My guests are still raving about how the play list was great. That was all Alby, we only had a few songs that we wanted to hear (which he played them all) and then we gave him full control on the rest of the music. We keep joking around that we just need to have a party for no reason so Alby can come DJ for us. If you chose Alby to DJ your party or reception, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I just got married 2/21/15 at Giorgio's with Cleveland as our MC and Alby as our DJ. They were both absolutely wonderful! Easy to work with, very kind, and the party was hopping from start to finish. Everyone is still telling me how awesome they were.

They worked the wedding for my husband's friend who is also a DJ (at the time my husband was then my boyfriend) and we said if we ever got married, we would want them for our wedding too. They just made our night magical, I could never thank them enough!

My wife and I saw Alby and Cleveland perform at a friends wedding and knew in an instant that we had found our wedding DJ. I highly recommend Turn It Up DJ Entertainment for any party. They were courteous, professional, and very easy to work with. Cleveland was amazing as an MC and kept everyone entertained while DJ Alby had everyone dancing all night long. There's really nothing I can say in words that would do justice to the caliber of service and absolute professionalism that Alby and Cleveland bring to the table. My wife searched for awhile for a DJ before being referred to Alby through colleagues from work. Everyone else we met with rubbed us the wrong way, it had way too much of a corporate feel and the DJs seemed more like businessmen than entertainers. Alby and "Cleve" met us at a Starbucks, laid out a clear picture of what we could expect at our wedding reception, AND provided their personal cellphone numbers and email for any issues or questions we had along the way. They required only a minimal deposit and accepted the final payment the day of the event, they also beat the lowest price we had been quoted up to that point. When it came time to party, these guys knew exactly what they were doing. We gave them a list of 20 songs, they hit every song and then mixed and matched other comparable music the entire night. These guys were also the only people we met with who had no problem balancing an even mix of English music with Spanish music as my wife and her family are Hispanic. They had people on the floor the entire night and people didn't even want to leave when the lights came on and this was a THURSDAY night. If you're looking for guys with a corporate office and a ton of fees/paperwork/clauses then these aren't your guys. If you want flexibility, professionalism, and most importantly, a kick-ASS party then these are definitely the guys you want!

Alby was recommended by a friend for my June 14th wedding. His price beat all the competition and his professionalism and services were by far well above what we were expecting. I never been to a better party, everyone danced all night. They were extremely professional and always returned my emails right away, unlike some of the other vendors I dealt with. If you want to work with a professional who can get all your shy relatives on the dance floor, this is your guy. My legs are still so sore from dancing, haha!

I would highly recommend Turn It Up Entertainment! Their service was fantastic. Other then dinner being serviced, there wasn't a moment the dance floor was empty. The music was a great, songs were played for all ages. This was not the first event I've attended that Alby has DJ'd...at every event the dance floor is always packed.

I booked Turn It Up based on a recommendation from a friend, and I couldn't have been happier. Turn It Up was affordable, professional, and accommodating. Our MC was great and went out of his way to make sure we were having a fabulous time. Alby and Cleveland were amazing!! Our wedding reception was so much fun, and they kept everyone dancing the whole night. I was a little worried bc it was a Sunday that our wedding might be boring, but Cleveland was hilarious and Alby really played to the crowd. So many of our friends and family have told us that the DJ was one of the best they'd ever heard!! From the first time I contacted Alby, he was extremely professional, responsive, and always made me feel confident that he would deliver on anything I wanted. He's the best! Alby and Scott from Turn it Up LI were amazing! Definitely good at what they do, enjoy what they do and it shows! They totally read the crowd and kept everyone dancing all night! Aside from photography, your DJ is one of the most important things to book. They can keep your party dancing or in their chairs. In our case, they were partying all night. They also supplied amazing uplighting that set the mood and actually helped save money! Since we were using the uplighting, we didn't need many more decorations since the lighting just enhanced everything!!! Amazing, great job by Alby (DJ) and Scott (MC)

We were 100% satisfied with DJ Alby's contribution to our wedding. He was extremely friendly and understood our needs. He is one of the few DJs that know how to mix tracks. We gave him a long list of songs, and he did not even flinch. Very professional and a 100% positive experience.
