    Turnipblood and MATRIMONIUS are a perfect pairing! MATRIMONIOUS played at our daughter's wedding and everyone loved them! They are talented, fun, high energy and so entertaining. The dance floor was filled the whole reception. No one wanted it to end. Our guests are still talking about how great the band was and how much fun they had. MATRIMONIOUS offers something for everyone.
    Having Trey from Turnipblood on site wedding day was great. We knew everything was being taken care of. So glad we took Turnipbloods's suggestion to have a knowledgeable technical engineer on hand since the weather turned rainy and windy but everything went smoothly, we were in good hands. Thank you Turnipblood and MATRIMONIUS for making our daugther's wedding a wonderful day to remember.

    We loved having Matrimonious to Champaign, IL for our daughters wedding! They definitely kept the dance floor full, and guests didn't want the music to end! Thanks for a great evening and can't wait for Matrimonious to come back for another event! Trey was outstanding to work with at the venue, and during planning stages.

    5 stars for MATRIMONIOUS! I’ve attended at least a dozen wedding receptions in the last two years, and MATRIMONIOUS was far and away the best wedding band I have ever seen (even better than at my own wedding). They played at my brother’s wedding in May in Georgia. First, the band seemed to have at least 10 different performers rotating in and out which kept it fun. And they performed an incredible mix of pop, hip hop, funk, and all the wedding classics you would want. They started with the classics to get everyone involved. And then as the night carried on, they really got the party rocking with late night party music. Their range was incredible, and every song seemed to have a different lead performer to keep everyone excited for what's next. The set list was the perfect fit (even at one point asking for song suggestions from the guests), mixing it up with the guests on the floor and on stage, and their lights/stage/production was excellent. My brother and his new bride loved them just as much as I did, and we are both now referring MATRIMONIOUS to everyone.

    It was an absolute pleasure working with Turnipblood Entertainment for our wedding. We hired Matrimonious to play our reception, and they were incredible! They played a great variety of music -- everything from the Beach Boys and classic Motown, to Michael Jackson, B52s, and current pop music. Several of our guests commented how they were the best band they’d ever heard. They were so much fun and helped to make our wedding reception that much more special and memorable. Turnipblood carried out everything perfectly! From the band, set list, lighting, and production, everything ran seamlessly. We can’t say enough good things about Turnipblood!

    Thank you Turnipblood! MATRIMONIOUS was an amazing band for our recent wedding. The set list was on point, the production was great, and they had our guest dancing all night. My wife and I had guests coming up to us all night asking where we found such a great band (Turnipblood all the way!). I worked in the music industry, so my friends know their stuff. Without a doubt, they crushed it. Bottom line, talk to Turnipblood and hire MATRIMONIOUS if you want your guests to have a fun time at your wedding reception.

    We hired the Funk Brotherhood through Turnipblood Entertainment for our wedding. Highly recommended! These guys bring it! Awesome tune list, easy to work with, excellent musicianship, and they demonstrated complete professionalism. They even ran audio for the ceremony portion of the wedding. And they were excellent MCs for the party. Nothing but glowing compliments from our guests!

    This band was outstanding! We had a very formal, black tie, 500 guest count wedding and the band could not have put on a better show. They are extremely energetic and talented- even the elderly guests were on the dance floor until midnight! Traditional mo town, twist and shout type music. They do not play the song "boogie-Shoes"<--- that was literally the only complaint I had. BEST WEDDING BAND EVER.

    Turnipblood is a full service event planning team but can handle things a la carte. I only used them to select a band (that wound up being AMAZING) but they were clearly ready, willing, and able to handle the entire event if need be! Would highly recommend for whatever you need!

    We got Matrimonious to play our wedding reception. Turnipblood was fantastic throughout the entire process! I would highly recommend these guys for any event you have coming up

    We used turnipblood to plan and book our wedding band, Matrimonious. The band was out of this world. 3 months later we still have people asking us who they were and telling us it was the best music and most fun they've experienced at a wedding in Savannah. GA.
    The people at turnipblood were so willing to work with us on music set lists, lighting, sound and professional throughout the whole process. If you can't tell, I would recommend them to people looking for someone to make planning easy and just want a fun, upbeat atmosphere.

    Turnipblood booked MATRIMONIOUS for a wedding I attended earlier this year, and I can easily say they are the best wedding band I have ever heard. (And I have attended quite a few weddings in my day.) I think what makes them so appealing is that they are so diverse. They can play anything and play it well. Plus, they actually enjoy performing and aren't simply going through the motions. Highly recommended.

    Justin and the Funk Brotherhood delivered more than we could have asked for. Always on top of everything, Justin asked all the right questions and had everything set up behind the scenes As far as the band goes, you'd be hard pressed to find anything funkier. Great band, great show, got everyone dancing. You definitely get what you pay for with these guys.

    CALL FOR A GOOD TIME :)
    The Funk Brotherhood brought the house down at our wedding. I wish they could have played until the sun came up! The dance floor was rockin' from the moment they stepped on stage, and guests of all ages continue to tell us what an awesome time they had at the reception. Justin and his team were so accommodating from the very beginning. My husband was very particular about the music we would have at the wedding and was PUMPED to find a band with our same taste in music. We even got to pick 2 songs for them to learn (Rosie - String Cheese Incident FTW) !! Our wedding was the best night ever and would not have been the same without The Funk Brotherhood. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGLY recommend these people!!

    Funk Brotherhood was GREAT! They had everyone on the dance floor all night. Our guests are still raving about how great the band was! I highly recommend Funk Brotherhood for any special event!! 5 STARS hands down!
