The Tundra Lodge was amazing to work with and helped make our wedding day perfect! Quick to respond and always was there to answer my questions and be with me every step of the way to the wedding day! We had our ceremony and our reception there and it was beautiful and perfect! Food was amazing as well! -

From the start Laura and her team were incredibly helpful. Everything was super easy to plan, the contracts were easy to read, and having it at Tundra Lodge made for an easy weekend for everyone that came with kids. We had our wedding and reception at Tundra Lodge and it was a very easy transition from ceremony to reception. We did not have to do anything, they took care of it all! During (and after) the reception we got tons of compliments on how good and hot the food was and how good the wait/bar staff was. The after hours pizza was fantastic too. People thought we had ordered out. I would 100% recommend Tundra Lodge as a wedding vendor. -

We had our wedding at Tundra Lodge November 2022. I cannot express enough how satisfied we were. All the staff went above and beyond. Laura was always available to us, not only during our wedding, but all the days leading up to it. All the staff was very polite and professional. The food was all phenomenal from the rehearsal dinner, to the appetizers, and of course our plated dinner. Laura went ahead and placed out all of our decor for us, and I am glad we had her. They made sure we had a room for getting ready, which we were also able to order food as well. Thank you Laura, Jason, and the rest of the staff at Tundra Lodge for making our special day more than perfect. -

Laura and her team did amazing for our wedding! Any problem was dealt with right away and if we needed to make changes it was nice knowing she would get it done! She worked well with our other vendors as well. The food at tundra was delicious and we were told that by many others as well. -

We worked with Laura throughout the whole process. She was very responsive and answered all questions we had. She made sure we had everything we needed to make our big day perfect. She also rolled with the punches the day of our wedding. We had our ceremony at Tundra which all of our guest raved about. They loved the convivence of everything at one location. The day of our wedding we were supposed to start our cocktail hour at 5pm but our ceremony got done faster than expected. We spoke with Laura and started it a half hour before we anticipated. She made sure everything was running smoothly throughout the whole day. Also, having it at Tundra Lodge allowed all of our family and friends to stay at one location and not have to worry about driving. Overall, I would highly recommend Tundra lodge. -

The entire staff was extremely accommodating from the planning stages to the final clean up. Everything was beautiful! The reception serving and bartending staff were so friendly and very professional. We even added another day to our stay last minute because we were having so much fun in the water park the next couple of days. They really gave us our dream wedding ceremony, reception and mini honeymoon all in one location. Highly recommend! -

Both Jamie Callaway and Laura Harbath were exceptional to work with. My husband and I immensely enjoyed our experience with them and would do it all again in a heartbeat. The venue is just beautiful and they checked in with me throughout the planning and decorating process. Everything went extremely smoothly and the the food and service was fantastic! Everyone enjoyed their experience and my husband and I highly recommend the Tundra Lodge for your wedding reception!! -

Tundra Lodge Review
My husband and I had our wedding here on 8/7/21. After our wedding it has taken me a few days to gather my thoughts and feelings for this review.
I genuinely and wholeheartedly would recommend this venue to any couple that is wedding planning, or anyone in general that is looking to throw a party that will give them enough happy memories to last for a lifetime.
My husband and I began wedding planning in March of 2020, right before we went into a state of emergency due to the pandemic. We booked with the Tundra the weekend the SOE went into effect. With the ever changing rules and regulations when it came to hotel openings, closings, max occupancy, etc. we were often left with questions of “is our wedding still possible”. The Tundra Lodge staff always made sure the answer was “yes, your day is possible”. This was such an important venue for us to have, because we wanted to make sure we could have a venue that could accommodate all of the families with younger children (even though all the friends our age ended up in the water park and arcade the most!)
Jamie, the director of catering, was always readily available to respond to emails, calls, and requests. She was extremely accommodating to anytime we wanted to tour, add things for our rehearsal and gift opening, as well as early check-ins for our guests. Words cannot express my gratitude towards her during these unprecedented times.
The morning of our wedding The Tundra Lodge was contacted by our bakers that faced a family emergency, and would not be able to deliver our deserts. Both Jamie and Jason, the general manager, came together to work with my husband on next steps. Jason went out of his way to make a trip to go get us cookies, cupcakes, and a cut cake. He made sure they were personalized the way we wanted. They both went above and beyond to make everything work. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about our deserts as well!
Our ceremony room was gorgeous, and once again, The Tundra did everything they could to ensure we could fit as many guests as they could within limits. The reception space was even better. They let us in at the times that we requested so we could start decorating early. Jamie, once again, was there again for us asking if we needed anything.
The food itself was to die for. Our guests often complimented things like the green beans and baked potatoes, saying they were the best they ever had.
During the reception the catering staff was absolutely amazing. They were so kind to all of our guests and nothing but good things were said about how fun and nice they were. Even towards the end of the night the bartender at Yukon Jacks came downstairs to ask if we’d like the bar open for guests after the wedding was over.
All in all, there was no other venue I would have wanted for such a special day. They really went above and beyond at all costs to make sure we were taken care of.
This was a venue and staff that really put us and our happiness above everything, and that’s what every person deserves. -

The Tundra Lodge was such a perfect place to have our ceremony and reception at. They were so accommodating when we had to change things up on the day OF our wedding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! -

They worked with us during COVID. They were very understanding and did what they could to make sure our day could still happen as rescheduling was not an option for us. I cannot express how happy we were with everything. From the first initial contact in Sept 2019 and then when COVID hit they were on the ball with answers and putting our minds at ease and answering the many emails we sent. -

Having our wedding there was so much fun. It was beautiful. And all the guests were happy with their meals, service, and accommodations from the staff. It made our special day, seamless and fun. They definitely took the stress of planning off of us and I cannot be more thankful!!! If I could, I would celebrate my wedding anniversary every year there. -

We would 100% recommend this venue to anyone getting married in Green Bay. The Grand Ballroom is absolutely stunning and the setup is perfect. Plus, the food was fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better contact (Laura) to work with in making sure the day went smooth. 10/10!!! -

I can’t say enough Great things about this wedding venue. Laura the social Catering Manager was so helpful with the planning of my son and new daughters wedding. Cassie (I believe she was another manager) was also Amazing along with all the staff that helped make their day perfect!!! I am truly impressed with the compassion They all had in making this day all that they could dream of!! Our rooms were clean and so conveniently located to the ballroom. The bartenders were AMAZING, So friendly and personable!! The Grand Ballroom is Beautiful and so spacious! Truly I honestly don’t think there is any other venue that could compare to the Tundra and their staff!!

We just had our wedding at the Tundra and it was wonderful. Having the on-sight coordinator made everything a breeze and so less stressful. Our ceremony was held there also, and they have a lovely ceremony space! And very fairly prices in my opinion for both ceremony and reception. Food was delicious! They worked very well with us on our menu and I was extremely pleased! We had our rehearsal dinner at the bar iinside their facility the night before the wedding and then enjoyed the waterpark before the big day. It was wonderful, 10/10. -

We did it, we had our wedding on August 1, 2020. We survived a wedding during a "pandemic". Our wedding day turned out just as beautiful as it would have during a normal year. The tundra lodge made our day special and were so accommodating with all the changes. I truly forgot about the pandemic the entire weekend, and that is what I wanted. Our guests were amazed, although we didn't have our full guest list show up to the wedding, we still had a great turn out. Only suggestion, our guests were very cold in the ballroom. I did not notice it, but I was full of lots of distractions! They congregated outside in the common area to get warm. Other than that, I would recommend this vendor to all future brides. Jamie was truly amazing, stepping in and helping me relieve all my worries. -

The Tundra Lodge did an amazing job working with us through all of the pandemic changes. They were quick to respond and helped us make our day perfect even with everything going on. They were able to make small adjustments that didn’t affect our guest counts but made all of our attendees feel safe and comfortable. We received a lot of feedback from guests saying that they felt like the venue did a great job protecting their health. Jamie and Nickey are incredible to work with and made sure to stop by the room I was getting ready in multiple times to check if we need anything or if there was anything yet could do for us. The Grand Ballroom and the Ballroom lobby were beautiful and created a perfect environment for a magical day and gorgeous photos. The food was incredible and was raved about all night and is still talked about to this day. The rooms were spacious and clean, the board room was great for getting ready, and the price was very fair. All in all it was a great venue. -

Great place for our wedding reception. Laura did a great job working with us and all of our vendors! Facility was flexible with our hotel block and we were able to add and remove rooms as we needed. Food was great too! -

Kelly Sent on 09/04/2012Our reception was simply wonderful. Jamie and Joe are so great to work with, and really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. We could not be happier with that aspect. One thing that we did have some issues with was the hotel itself. We had a few people in our wedding party that had issues with their hotel rooms. One person got hers resolved very easily and they accommodated her for it, and really made up for it, but one person they did not resolve the problem at all. -

Talia Sent on 06/22/2017Tundra Lodge was up and over our expectations! everything from the moment of inquire to the day of our wedding the whole staff was great! i booked tundra a year in advance and was working with the ever so famous Sue for about 8 months before she unexpectedly left the company in April. After she left I felt worried and a little anxious even though we had set everything in stone a couple months before, Tundra reassured me i was in good hands. It was a little more difficult to get in contact with someone since they hadn't hired another event planner during the last couple weeks leading up to me wedding, but all my questions were always answered. my one and truly only complaint was that in my written contract i had full access to my room (the grand ballroom) at 1pm on Friday (the day before our wedding) my bridesmaids and i and my moms and aunts all showed up a little after one to find out room was split and there was a meeting going on, on the other side. which i was never made aware of. and to make matters worse the meeting went over by an hour, so we set up the only tables we could and Tundra apologized over and over and set the rest of the tables for us because we all had to leave and get our things together for the rehearsal.
All in all our wedding day with Tundra went perfectly, they did not miss a beat and people are still talking about it.
they shuttled us girls to the church in the morning and the guys later on in the after noon.
our bar and apps were set and ready to go with awesome snacks and drinks right at 4:30 and dinner was great! people are still talking about the garlic mashed potatoes and the baked chicken! they did a really awesome job of keeping everything clean and running smoothly.
I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Laura the event manager who set everything up was really awesome. she actually was not at the wedding itself. The bar service & staff was very extremely poor. There’s a thief amongst the staff; one of my bridemaid’s purse, money & phone had been stolen by staff! When the police arrived they said there’s nothing they can really do & it’s been happening here alot lately. (ironicly the camera’s didn’t catch anything) When my children & myself (the bride) went up to the bar to get a drink we wouldn’t get served right away & the bartender she wouldn’t even give us a water & we paid for the entire bar. & overall i don’t think Tundra Lodge is a good safe place for children, strange men that aren’t staying at the hotel sit around in the lobby & eat at restaurant wandering around hunting to traffic children; as my child was targeted while doing an scavenger hunt in the lobby.
