Amazing wedding hair and makeup for my whole family

Kiersten from TBM did hair and makeup for my wedding and was such a delight to work with. She did all the stuff you would hope for at TBM's price point-- she listened really carefully to what I wanted, formed a plan, tried it out, tweaked what did and didn't work, and made sure I was absolutely happy with my look on my big day. On top of that, she accommodated my weird constraints for a trial run (I live in CA and wasn't in Pennsylvania til 2 days before the wedding), made my whole family look good (my teenagers were thrilled with their wedding hair!! as was my long-haired partner!!), AND even helped my makeup-shy bridesmaids with a look that worked for them. I really can't overemphasize how kind, caring and professional Kiersten was. ALSO, I am an older bride... Kiersten made me look so youthful and fresh that people kept asking my very slightly older sister if she was my mom, haha.

Makeup of my Dreams

I can't even begin to describe how happy I am that I went with True Beauty Marks for my wedding makeup. Everyone was so responsive and so easy to work with. Especially Brittany!!! From the moment I met her at my makeup trial she made me feel so at home. She was so easy to talk to and knew exactly the vision that I was going for. They specialize in natural looking makeup, so for someone that doesn't wear much makeup on a day to day basis (and I'm a little picky) I was a little worried going into it. She KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!! And that was just my trial?!?! OMG I couldn't wait for the wedding day. And as expected, of course she delivered on the big day as well. I have never felt more beautiful than that moment. Brittany and the other stylist (sorry I forgot your name with all of the commotion of the day!!!) were also so good with all of the bridesmaids/flower girls/and my mom. They were hands down one of the best parts of my wedding day, and I would highly recommend them to ANYONE!!!

Absolutely Perfect Wedding Hair & Makeup

I booked True Beauty Marks for my wedding hair and makeup and could not be happier with the entire experience! Their pricing was clear and fair, and the booking process was incredibly easy. I had my trial with Kiersten, who was not only so sweet but also clearly a true expert at her craft. I don’t normally wear much makeup and wasn’t familiar with all the products or techniques, but she took the time to walk me through my inspiration photos and explain the different ways we could achieve the look I wanted. She absolutely nailed it. It’s like she can look at someone and instantly know what will suit them best. I left the trial feeling beautiful and even more excited for the big day.

On the wedding day, Kiersten and Alyssa arrived right on time and brought the most positive, calming energy to our morning. I wanted to make a few slight adjustments from my trial, and once again, Kiersten understood exactly what I meant and delivered beyond my expectations. I have truly never felt more beautiful in my life. My hair and makeup held up flawlessly all day and night—even with wind, happy tears, and hours of dancing.

All of my bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done as well, and every single one of them loved their look. I am so grateful for Kiersten and the entire True Beauty Marks team! They made me feel my absolute best on such an important day.

A+ Glam Squad!

True Beauty Marks is everything you could want from a glam squad at your wedding! I really appreciated that I did not have to source separate artists for hair / makeup, and the flexibility to add additional artists for my wedding day morning saved us all an extra hour of sleep ( — very important to me & my girls!) Kelly Carman is a true talent, she made me look like my most beautiful self, and my bridal party genuinely enjoyed spending the morning with the TBM team!

The best elevated, natural makeup!

Working with Britt, Rae, and the whole TBM team for my wedding day was a dream! As a half-Korean bride who rarely ever wears makeup, finding a makeup artist was one of the biggest challenges in my wedding planning process. It was important to me to find someone with experience working with various skin tones and types, for myself and my friends, who would also be able to make us all look elevated, yet natural.

The moment I met with Britt for my makeup trial, my nerves melted away! Britt is so friendly, kind, and is a fantastic makeup artist. She really listened to what I wanted my look to be and used reference photos to create a look I was so happy with.

Getting ready the day of my wedding was a blast. Britt and Rae are so skilled and efficient and made everyone look beautiful. They worked closely with everyone to give them a look they were excited about and comfortable in. My whole bridal party was raving about how much they felt like elevated versions of themselves in their makeup. Britt was so flexible and easy to work with when I wanted to adjust a few things from my trial look. My wedding day makeup ended up being the look of my dreams, and it held up all day, even through all the tears I cried nonstop through our ceremony. Thank you for everything, Britt & Rae!

Amazing and talented team!

I feel really lucky that I got to work with True Beauty Marks and Brittany in particular on my big day. From the beginning working with TBM was a breeze - I want to shoutout Christina, the office manager for being exceedingly patient and kind with my many questions! I could already tell that the quality of service the team provided would be excellent throughout the planning stages and I was right.

Brittany was my lead artist and was kind, fun to be around and of course super talented. I felt beautiful and most importantly like myself. She nailed the look I was going for. I was also truly in awe of how efficient Brittany and the team were on our wedding day. I had a large party, flower girl and two moms all needing services and the team tackled it with ease. As someone with an excel sheet for everything, super type A, this was incredible!It truly made my whole day better because we could all relax while looking amazing. Perfect hair and makeup!

Kiersten at TBM was great to work with and was super flexible in accommodating my requests. I switched up the approach for my hair and makeup after the trial, and truly couldn’t have felt better about how everything turned out on wedding day! My hair stayed put in its sleek bun ALL night with not even one fly away escaping. :) The TBM team did a great job with the hair & makeup for my bridesmaids, mom, and MIL too. Would definitely recommend!

True Beauty is amazing!

I used True Beauty for my wedding in December, and they were amazing! My lead hair stylist was Kiersten, and she was incredible. She really understood what I was going for from the beginning- I did my trial 4 months ahead of my wedding, and I didn't change a single thing for my wedding. Throughout the whole process she was communicative and available. On the day of the wedding, there were 11 of us getting hair done, so we had a second hair stylist Jillian. Both Jillian and Kiersten were so calm, patient and FLEXIBLE the entire day despite there being so many of us. All my bridesmaids loved their hair. Jillian and Kiersten did exactly what everyone asked for and were were so receptive when people wanted touch-ups or any changes. Book True Beauty!

Adriana is Amazing!

I could not recommend True Beauty Marks more highly, they are a dream to work with. Adriana was the lead artist for my wedding and she did a fantastic job, she made everyone feel like the best version of themselves. She was great to work with, really listening to what I wanted at my trial and recreating an even better version for the day of. Our hair and make up lasted all day with no need for touch ups, especially impressive since it was an absolute downpour all day. Adriana was such a calming presence the morning of the wedding and things went so smoothly that we even finished a head of schedule!

Really happy with this service!

I loved how Adriana did my hair and make up and I loved the products that she used. My hair and make up was still looking really fresh at the end of the night. I felt SO comfortable with my hair, I didn't even touch it once! Everyone commented on my makeup too, and made me feel like a movie star without being over the top. Adriana was super professional and lovely to chat with while she worked on me.

So glad I chose them

I had a wonderful experience with True Beauty Marks from start to finish. I worked primarily with Adriana‘s team for both hair and makeup services. Adriana completely understood my vision and was able to re-create it even better than I could’ve imagined. She was so kind and patient with me along the way. On the day of the wedding, Adriana‘s team was punctual and professional the entire day. They worked through us quickly and remained on schedule. My bridal party felt beautiful and loved the way their hair and makeup looked. True Beauty Marks does a fantastic job at making you look like a natural but special, more beautiful version of yourself. They made all of my insecurities disappear on the day of my wedding. Looking back on photos I feel so happy and confident with how I looked, thanks to them. We Love Brittany!

For my wedding day, I trusted Brittany to pull off amazing hairstyles for all of my ladies and myself. I loved getting to know Brittany during my trial with her. She is so easygoing and easy to talk to. On my wedding day, she showed up with her cute backpack all ready to go and get set up. She was timely and moved so quick, she finished way ahead of schedule all by herself! She pulled off so many awesome hairstyles. My whole group of bridesmaids decided to go with low buns for the hot August day, but somehow each of us had a unique style. She pulled off beautiful looks for all of us with different hair types, from super straight to tight natural curls. She also pulled off perfect hairstyles for my short-haired mother in law and grandma, and easy wavy curls for my own mom. For me, even though I did a trial, I made Brittany's life extra challenging by chopping off my hair before the wedding and starting over. I wanted to incorporate a ribbon and she pulled off a fun, perfect look on the spot.

Brittany was professional, adorable, a great person, and very talented. All of our hair stayed all night long, even well into our after party. True Beauty Marks was great with communication and we felt confident they would provide reliable service, and they certainly delivered. TBM has a great talented team and we would highly recommend them to other couples!

They were phenomenal!

I’ll start off by saying that I am not skill with makeup or hair, I rarely put much thought into either. I am so sooo pleased with my experience with TBM and the artists I worked with. What first attracted me to TBM was that they charge by the type of hair you ask for, there isn’t a set price for the bride and for bridesmaids. I loved this because I wasn’t planning an elaborate updo with braids and tendrils, and I wasn’t charged as if I would be. Christina, the office manager, was VERY helpful when answering my questions and giving me reminders. My main artist with Kiersten, and she was seriously awesome. As a person, she is warm and bubbly. She put me at ease and took all my feedback very well. For my wedding day she and Lily had a big task of getting all seven bridesmaids and myself ready within a shorter than average timeframe. Not only did they pull it off, their finished early! Their hard work meant that I was able to get in more photos with my bridal party. We all looked stunning and I am so grateful for Kiersten and Lily for making that happen.

Perfect for everyone!

You know your makeup artist did an amazing job when you turn to your bridesmaids and ask “don’t I look stunning?” instead of “how does it look?” Adriana was our lead artist and completed 8 makeup looks in our timeframe flawlessly! We had a range of ages and makeup styles in our group, and Adriana really took the time to talk through what each person wanted before starting their makeup to ensure everyone felt beautiful and comfortable. My bridal makeup was absolutely perfect, the makeup is enough to pop in photos but not too heavy in person. I looked like myself, just completely elevated and glowing. Hire TBM Immediately!

I can't say enough about my experience with TBM. My original MUA had cancelled about 4 months before my wedding day, and I was scrambling to find someone high quality, with a mix of a natural look and hint of glam. Enter TBM. They responded to my inquiry immediately that they were available and the booking process was so simple and straightforward. I was able to pick my artist by looking at their work on their social media. They all do such beautiful work!

My lead artist was Kiersten, and I am BEYOND grateful for her! She is so warm, friendly, and listens to ambiguous wants and needs and somehow knows exactly what you're looking for. She is so talented and has such a positive energy. She was a friend instantly. We did my trial about 6 weeks before my wedding (which I highly recommend doing to try some things out!). I was so impressed she did makeup services for 9 women in just over 4 hours, and managed to touch us all up! We were never rushed and she completely exceeded any expectation I could have had. My girls looked absolutely beautiful and like the very best versions of themselves.

I was married December 2021. This year has been crazy and chaotic for all vendors, but TBM never missed a beat responding to inquiries and communicating with me throughout the process. Perfection!

I could not be happier with our hair and makeup experience! We fiercely challenged TBM's Adriana and her team (Kiersten, Lily, and Melina) by asking them to do 35 services in 4.5 hours. Never once did I feel nervous about them getting everyone done in time, and I know that is NOT typical. We felt relaxed the whole morning, and were able to truly enjoy the getting ready process. When a few of my bridesmaids were running late, they never made me feel badly about it. I have been in quite a few weddings, and my bridal party and I agree that this was the best experience we have had. They brought out our natural beauty while maintaining our individual looks and preferences. Usually many of us find ourselves in the bathroom after hair and makeup toning down our looks, but none of us needed to change a thing. The bridal party also loved that they were given a bit of foundation on a sponge to keep on them in case touch ups were needed! I (the bride) told Adriana I wanted "an updo with some pizazz" and somehow she took that vague request and made my hair look more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It drizzled while I walked down the aisle and during the ceremony, and I did not need to touch up a thing afterwards. Thank you Adriana, Kiersten, Lily, and Melina for being such an important part of our wedding day!

I booked True Beauty Marks for my hair & make up for my wedding that just happened on September 25th, 2021. I first connected with True Beauty Marks at my sister's wedding in 2018 and I knew I wanted to have them for my wedding. The whole team was so easy to work with, very friendly and made the process very smooth. I booked Kiersten as the lead artist, I am SO glad I met her. Kiersten was so professional and listened to what I wanted for my look. I actually did two trials with her because I had a change in heart on my hair style and I was nervous of asking for a redo but Kiersten said it was no problem and quickly rescheduled another trial. The second trial turned out perfectly and I was feeling much better about my look. Day of, the team was in such a good mood, worked with everyone very nicely and we had fun talking and hanging out with them. True Beauty Marks is a True Beauty Dream

I chose TBM for my wedding for three reasons: 1. Their style is very natural/boho and extremely approachable 2. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially in an area where wedding costs seem to be abnormally high 3. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process of working with TBM was professional, friendly, and incredibly cool. Kiersten was my lead artist with whom I did my hair and makeup trial, and she took my very vague instructions and nailed the look I barely knew I wanted. I looked and felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and still felt like me. I also just clicked with her and think she's so cool and now consider her a friend! Our other artist for my wedding day, Mariah, is also amazing and did an incredible job helping my bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law look and feel their best for my wedding day. I cannot thank them both (and everyone at TBM who had a part in making our day happen) enough for being wonderful to work with! TBM is the best!

Brittany was seriously the best. She was so fun to talk to during my trial (and fun to hang out with on my wedding day!) and did a great job with my hair and makeup. I had a few changes from my trial makeup on the day of my wedding and she accommodated all of my changes seamlessly, not to mention happily fixing a fake lash that felt a little wonky. After she finished my hair and makeup on my wedding day, I looked in the mirror and was amazed at the way I looked. I never felt so beautiful! My five year old niece even asked why I looked so much prettier than everyone else. Haha

I would absolutely recommend True Beauty Marks in general. Gina is super responsive and they were very flexible when I had to postpone my wedding twice due to the pandemic. All of my bridesmaids and I were so happy with our services. You really can't go wrong!

Thank you so much to Brittany at TBM! I used Brittany for hair services on my wedding day and my entire Bridal Party and mother looked INCREDIBLE! I was a COVID bride, and Brittany was always super flexible with my change of locations, and ended up traveling an hour extra to meet my needs and new wedding venue location. She was on time and worked efficiently to get everyone done quickly, without any loss to the quality of her craft. She was able to get a sense of my style and effortlessly put together an updo that I LOVED! It was everything I could have wanted and more! TBM was an excellent choice for wedding day hair & makeup. Adriana was my lead artist and she rocked. If you're looking for natural, beautiful makeup, this is the company for you! My mom and I are not routine make-up wearers, though I've loved having my makeup done for events in the past. Seeing my mom's face as she looked in the mirror was priceless. Brittany did a wonderful job with my makeup and hair as well as the hair for all of my bridesmaids and mom. Working with Gina and her team was an absolute pleasure! She listened to my vision and made it come true. Kiersten was AMAZING!!!!

Kiersten was AMAZING!!!! She did hair and makeup for my wedding for myself, my mom, and 6 bridesmaids. I have had some pretty terrible makeup done in the past, and it was very important for me to hire someone that I knew I could trust. I was lucky enough to have her do my makeup twice before my big day- once for a trial and once for a boudoir shoot and she did a fantastic job both times. She made me feel confident and comfortable for both the shoot and my wedding day. It's also a bonus that she's an absolutely cool, sweet, and genuine human being. If I ever need my makeup done for any reason in the future I will definitely be reaching out to her every time. She's great at natural makeup, but also glam- she can do it all!! I felt like I became friends with her right after I met her!

Natural and beautiful

One thing that was really important to me with hair and makeup was that I wanted to look like myself. I've had my makeup done before where I felt like a totally different person. True Beauty Marks is definitely natural and beautiful. We used Brittany as our lead artist and I was so happy with how not only my hair and makeup turned out, but how good everyone in the bridal party and our moms looked too. So many people complimented as well. They also accommodated changes due to COVID when we had to move our venue and were very easy to work with throughout all the stress of these plans.

Makeup that stayed Flawless!

So grateful to Adriana at True Beauty Marks for making me look and feel flawless on my wedding day. The airbrush makeup lasted all night and I never touched up except for my lips. We stayed up all night and I even went to our Bridal brunch with the same makeup haha seems gross but I never slept on it and it still looked amazing!

Talented Hair and Makeup Artists

I had such a great experience with True Beauty Marks for my August wedding. I am so pleased with how my look came out, both how it looked in person and how it photographed. Brittany, the senior artist, did an amazing job on my hair and makeup and was wonderful to work with! She listened to the look I was going for and gave advice based on the fact that I don't usually wear much makeup and was worried about it looking either too heavy or not made-up enough. On the wedding day, my curls magically lasted all day, as did my makeup. Besides doing an exceptional job, Brittany has a friendly and calming personality, and I definitely appreciated having her by my side during the hectic getting ready portion of the day! Brittany did my girls' and mothers' hair, and Rachel did their makeup (most got Airbrush). Everyone looked and felt beautiful, got the looks they asked for, and had it last all day! Brittany and Rachel were such professionals, arriving on time and keeping a schedule, and were fun and easy going! I can't thank them enough!

Best Experience Ever!!!!

I found Gina and her team through a recommended vendor's list for my wedding venue and after my trial hair/makeup session with her, I knew I wanted her for my wedding day. On the day of my trial she made sure I know the process of everything that was going on my face and what was being done to my hair and really allowed for my input to be heard for what I wanted to look like. She constantly made sure I liked what I saw and never hesitated to correct something if I didn't. On the day of my wedding, Gina and Kiersten did a PHENOMENAL job on me and my bridesmaids. My girls were absolutely amazed at their work and they made us all look stunning for photos and made us feel like royalty. Their work is incomparable and they take their time and pay close attention to detail. I would recommend Gina and her crew to anyone who wants to look and feel absolutely gorgeous for their wedding day. I can't thank them enough for their hard work to make my day even more perfect. TBM is the BEST!!!!

When my husband and I had to postpone our June 2020 wedding to July 2021 (thanks, COVID), we knew we still wanted to get married this summer at a small, intimate event. I found out that True Beauty Marks was offering elopement and microwedding HMU packages, which was exactly what I needed! Gina, the owner, was SO responsive to my emails and hooked me up with one of her stylists, Ashley. Ashley and I communicated about hair and makeup inspo in advance of my "wedding part 1" since our budget couldn't fit in a trial run (the trial was not expensive, but our wedding budget was already razor-thin and then we tacked on another event lol). Because only I was getting services on the day of our wedding, I was able to get to know Ashley and we talked about so much! She also guided me through everything she was doing (showed me the eye shadow and lip colors prior to applying, asked me if I wanted more liner, worked through hair clip position options, and even attached my veil for me!). I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, and it is really all thanks to Ashley and her expertise. I would rehire Ashley at the drop of a dime, and honestly wish she could do my hair and makeup every single day! If you're looking for someone/a team who values, respects, and listens to your vision and THEN elevates your natural beauty, please hire True Beauty Marks. You will not be disappointed!!!

Kelsey from True Beauty Marks is not only a talented hair and make up artist, but also a friendly and kind person! I had unique events that I had requested hair and make up for -- a few small ceremonies that were at home for my indian wedding, and Kelsey provided hair and make up those 2 events (the events were same day, and within 4-5 hours of each other). She was prompt and timely and neat with her work! I would recommend Kelsey and TBM to any future brides!

Talented and Friendly -

I am so pleased with my experience with True Beauty Marks. I love the fact that the company highlights the natural look. Especially given that I am Korean, I was very nervous about western make-up style. But Brittany put me at ease – she truly was a partner in my wedding journey!

The private trial was a good opportunity to get to know each other and try the look to wear for hours. Thanks to that, on my wedding day, I was able to ask for a couple of minor changes to have the look I love without a fear of offending her. With many different personalities in the room, her professional yet friendly presence was much appreciated.

P.S. I think the best compliment is when a bride-to-be asks who did your HMU – which happened on my wedding day!

Gina, Natalie and Lily did an incredible job doing both hair and make up for my mom, my husband’s mom, my bridesmaids, my flower girl and me! They finished up ahead of schedule, even though we were a larger group of 11 people. I even forgot my hairpiece (I definitely recommend making a packing list as you buy things to avoid this day of realization!), but Gina quickly reassured me we wouldn’t even need it! Professional, Fun, High Quality Service

I used Adriana and Natalie for my wedding on 9/20/19. They were AMAZING. All of my girls loved their hair and makeup. I had airbrush makeup that lasted at least 12 hours. I felt beautiful.

Adriana and Natalie were fun and really easy to work with. They worked quickly and efficiently and put up with us when we were acting like complete weirdos.

Adriana even squeezed me in for a last minute makeup trial when my original plans fell through. I'm so glad I went with TBM for makeup and hair. They made the process so painless.

Highly, highly recommend!

A huge heartfelt thank you to Gina and Ashley from the True Beauty Marks team. I did a lot of research before selecting a hair and makeup team and once I saw TBM's work, I fell in love with how beautiful and natural their looks were. At my initial trial with Gina, I knew I had made the right decision. I showed Gina a few pictures for inspiration, gave her a somewhat jumbled explanation of what I was looking for, and she immediately brought my wedding vision to life. Gina is extremely talented, but also one of the nicest people you'll meet and the perfect person to have around during the pre-wedding jitters. Ashley is cut from the same cloth. They made the getting ready process such an enjoyable one and made me, my mom, and my bridesmaids all feel so beautiful on the big day. We all looked like ourselves but the absolute best versions! On top of that, my hair and makeup stayed in place all day and night and Gina took the time to talk to my wedding planner about how to get my veil out for the reception. Felt like a princess!

I couldn’t be happier that I booked TBM for my wedding day! Adrianna and Ashley were so sweet and such a pleasure to work with! My girls, my mom, and I looked absolutely flawless on my wedding day. Adrianna and Ashley really listened to what looks we each wanted (which were all different, some of my girls wear a lot of makeup regularly while others don’t) and they all looked stunning! We were all done on time as scheduled and Ashley stayed with us for touch ups, which was soo worth it! I’m glad that I made that last minute decision, which they were incredibly accommodating about. Loved working with Ashley!

I loved working with Ashley from True Beauty Marks. From the day of my trial onward, she did a fantastic job. I am usually a very light make-up wearer, and Ashley worked with me to create a look that made me feel special on my wedding day, but didn’t pressure me into any additions that I wasn’t comfortable with, such as lash extensions. It was important for me to look myself at my wedding, and Ashley helped me look my best self! I got so many compliments on my hair – everything really was perfect. I have a lot of hair and had it up, and it stayed through all of the dancing and celebrating. All of my bridesmaids enjoyed working with Ashley and her assistant, and they looked so beautiful. One of them even used the company for her wedding a few months later!

Perfect hair and makeup

The True Beauty Marks Team flawlessly did the hair and makeup for 13 women in my wedding party (1 bride, 10 bridesmaids, mother of bride, mother of groom) at my home. We had three hair/makeup artists to help us get ready that morning. Every single one of the women they made up loved their hair and makeup and everyone's stayed put all night (most were updos and the makeup also didn't budge)--even with 95 degree heat and extremely high humidity--truly a feat of accomplishment! All three artists were extremely professional, but also had fun chatting with us and made the morning stress free. They actually finished ahead of schedule, which was amazing. The hair and makeup looked great in person and in pictures and everyone felt confident going into the evening. I can't thank them enough!

TBM is the best!

I highly recommend True Beauty Marks for weddings! They came recommended to me from my wedding venue, the Lake House Inn. I live about an hour from my venue, so it was great to a recommendation. TBM is so great to work with - super organized and easy to plan. My head stylist, Brittany is so good! She was also great to work with, and made me feel at ease as soon as I met her at my trial. Brittany and Natalie worked my wedding, and all the hair was fantastic. My bridesmaids were so happy with their styles. PLUS, they are SO FAST. Always on schedule or ahead of time. Great hair and makeup

Adriana did my hair and makeup and hair for all of my bridesmaids, and Rae did the makeup for my bridesmaids. Everyone had a different hairstyle and hair texture, and Adriana did a fantastic job. Everyone was so happy with how they looked, and no one's hair fell out even after a full day and a lot of dancing. Everyone's makeup also turned out beautifully. Everyone looked like themselves, but elevated, and even those who don't like to wear makeup were really happy with how it turned out. My sister-in-law even decided last minute to get her makeup done because she was liking how everyone else's was turning out. They were so flexible with adding extra things on last minute They arrived on time, and cleaned up and packed up once everyone was ready. They were flexible with my trial as well. I would highly recommend them for wedding or other fancy event needs.

Amazing job working with curly hair!

Adrianna did my hair and make up for my wedding in October. I have naturally very curly hair and wanted to work with my natural texture, which Adrianna did so perfectly! It was a rainy day and my hair was likely harder to work with than during my trial, but Adrianna didn't miss a beat. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup and never looked better in my life! The look even withstood 2 hours of outdoor photos in misty/rainy weather and hours of dancing! There were 6 bridesmaids and 2 moms as well, who were also so happy with Adriana and the other TBM stylists. So happy I worked with TBM, would highly recommend!

TBM Natalie is the best!

I worked with Natalie for my wedding in June. She was amazing! Did all 8 of us and had so much fun with every style we picked. Adriana was my senior artist and OMG she was great! She was responsive and helpful before the big day and arrived on time was quick in setting up and getting everyone ready. I could not have been happier with how my hair and makeup looked for my wedding. I was a little nervous because my hair is long and very thick and I had not ever gotten an updo that I liked (usually no one knows what to do with all my hair), but Adriana knocked it out of the park! She was able to pin everything up without it looking huge and topped it off with a perfect fishtail braid. My makeup looked flawless and lasted all night! Thank you Adriana!!! Highly recommend!

Simply a dream to work with!

Gina and Ashley did the hair and makeup for my wedding this past summer and did the most phenomenal job. I did my trial with Gina and she's super easy to talk to, immediately got the vibe I was going for (nothing too heavy, natural), and listened to my concerns and ideas about my hair. She suggested we try a loose up-do which was something I had liked but was unsure of how it would look on me and it came out amazing both on the day of the trial and the day of the wedding! I received so many compliments and felt the most beautiful I've ever felt. Our moms and my bridesmaids were also very happy with all of their hair and makeup. Gina is so sweet, was super easy to communicate with, and was even willing to do a trial for my mother-in-law who was concerned about her hair. Plus, she uses products that are cruelty free which makes you feel good too! True Beauty Marks is professional, great at what they do, and simply a dream to work with! Highly recommend.

Thank you to Brittany & Natalie on the True Beauty Marks team. My experience with Brittany & Natalie and the communication with the True Beauty Marks team was professional, helpful and reassuring. I was a bride who had booked another hair and make-up vendor and had my trial at the end of April which went terrible wrong. I reached out to the True Beauty Marks team at the end of April seeing if they had availability for my June 8th wedding. Gina responded to my inquiry within a day stating some of her consultants were available and less than a week later I was able to have my trial with Brittany. Going into my Trial with Brittany I was hesitant based off my prior trial experience. As soon as I walked into the True Beauty location, Brittany made me feel relaxed, confident and ensured me not to worry. She was open to hearing my thoughts and ideas, but also provided her expertise on what she thought might look best with my hair type/length, facial structure, make-up based on my ideas I shared with her. The trial went great. I saw myself and was like WOW I love it! I looked like me still. Brittany was able to highlight my features and make my vision on how I wanted to look come to life! I left my trial confident that Brittany and the True Beauty Marks team would do an amazing job the day of my wedding and booked their services. Between early May and my wedding in early June, Brittany and I communicated via email when needed about the upcoming day! On my wedding day, Brittany and Natalie arrived to the hotel suite, set up so quickly and began the bridal party styling process. Brittany and Natalie were there working but their interactions, laid back style’s, professionalism and commentary made it more like they were part of the bridal party, then there working for us! I was so pleased with how easy, calm and smooth that morning went, we actually completed the services early!

I had booked Natalie for my wedding day, and she was phenomenal. I have never felt more beautiful in my life and that’s coming from someone who has never been really comfortable in their skin. I Didnt have much of an idea of what I wanted for hair and makeup so I just put my trust in her. The results absolutely exceeded my expectations. Natalie had done my hair and make up and then all my bridesmaids make up. They all looked absolutely gorgeous. The make up lasted all night long and stayed perfect even through the dance party. Natalie is excellent. Mikayla had some to do hair for bridesmaids and she did a great job. I really loved her updos. She was flexible and relaxed and easy to work with. Gina, the company owner was also great to deal with even when I was late on getting things into her and hard to get a hold off. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend to the bride who wants to feel like queen but also wants to keep a relaxed vibe on their wedding day.

Gina and her team were absolutely amazing to work with!! They made each girl feel beautiful and flawless while looking effortless as well.

Gina was flexible in making time to do several trials for me and for my mother and we found a look together that complimented all of our features while still maintaining our natural beauty.

Gina and her team made the morning of the wedding feel so relaxed among the chaos of the wedding morning. Natalie even stayed through our ceremony for touch-ups, which we definitely needed due to a slight drizzle.

I highly recommend Gina and True Beauty Marks and could not be more thankful for making us all feel and look stunning!!!

Brittany from TBM was awesome! She made me look and feel absolutely stunning on my wedding day and, most importantly, I still felt like myself. AMAZING!!! Everyone wants to feel like a movie star on their Wedding Day and True Beauty Marks did not disappoint. Working with them leading up to the wedding was a breeze. We used Gina and Kayla and their work was flawless! I even changed everything on the morning of my wedding from when I had my trial and Gina did not even bat an eyelash, she was totally ready to do whatever to make me feel like the most beautiful bride! I personally have never felt prettier and my bridesmaid were just glowing! The morning of your wedding can feel overwhelming but Gina and her crew most definitely eased my nerves and kept us all on schedule plus they are super cool girls! Loved working with the TBM team for my wedding! I booked Adriana as my artist probably a little over a year out. She and the owner, Gina, were both incredibly responsive via email and could always answer all of my questions as we got closer to the day. The trial went really well, I showed Adriana maybe 2 photos on Pinterest and she somehow nailed exactly what I wanted for my hair. I wore my trial makeup for the rest of the day and kept thinking something looked "off" (not bad, just not me?) and I told Adriana this on my wedding morning. She switched up the tones of the eye makeup with no problem and it looked absolutely perfect. I wouldn't have changed a single thing. Extremely accommodating and very talented! The other 2 hair and makeup assistants on my wedding day were amazing too. All in all the 3 TBM girls did hair or makeup on my 10 ladies and everyone looked fabulous. My little sister was a bridesmaid and she's getting married next fall and she hurried to book TBM right after my wedding since she was so impressed. She's extremely fair and never wears makeup and they flawlessly matched her skin tone and made her look great without the look being overwhelming! Big thanks to the TBM team, you girls are awesome. Looking forward to my sister's wedding when you can make me extra pretty again :)

Seriously, look no further. If you're trying to decide on a hair/makeup artist (and it's likely making you crazy) - relief is in sight, because you've found True Beauty Marks! I spent so much time agonizing over reviews, and could not be more thrilled that I ended up going with TBM. Adriana made me feel like a million dollars on the day of my wedding with my hair and makeup! She was so wonderful and easy to work with. I gave her minimal direction, and she took my overall vision and absolutely ran with it. I also felt incredibly comfortable with her, which was super important to me. It never happened, but I know that I easily could've raised a concern if I didn't like the way that something looked. One of the best decisions I made for my wedding!

True Beauty Marks was absolutely amazing. I am so happy I found them! We worked mainly with Nicole but everyone there that we saw and worked with was truly great. Professional, responsive, friendly and awesome makeup & hair (of course!). My trial was easy to set up and get appointments. They were so nice to have there on my wedding day. Brittany exceeded all my expectations for my bridal hair. She arrived on time and with no issues, and styled my hair perfectly. Even more incredible was that she successfully styled my hair even though I decided on an entirely different look than my trial. Nicole and Samantha did so much to enhance our wedding day. The makeup and hair exceeded our expectations. They used natural and elegant styling to making us look beautiful, but not overdone. In fact, from using the amazing braided updos to tailoring the look for each person to just being so sweet and keeping everyone calm, I couldn't have loved them more. Adriana and Christina did an amazing job on my hair and make up. My bridesmaids and very particular mom/ mother-in-law were obsessed with their hair and makeup! Everyone looked super natural but the makeup took all of their amazing features to the next level. They listened to what we wanted and delivered 100%! True beauty Marks did my hair and makeup for my vow renewal and it was amazing! My makeup lasted all day and night. I was crying the entire time (Tears of joy of course !) and my makeup didn't smudge a bit. My husband wanted me to wear my hair out and in its natural state ...(curls) there's not much you can do to spazz up curly hair but Gina made it happen! I felt so beautiful!

I could not be happier with TBM. I NEVER wear ANY makeup, and was very concerned that I would look unnatural and not myself on my wedding day. At my trial, Nicole listened attentively and asked questions to get a sense of what I wanted, and created a look that was natural, soft, personalized and absolutely beautiful. I felt so comfortable with her, and with the top quality of service that she provided. Nicole did both my hair and my makeup, as well as the hair and makeup of my bridal party. Gina, the owner who scheduled my wedding day timeline, was flexible with my start time on the morning of the wedding. Nicole arrived right on time with a big smile, and fit right in with all of my bridesmaids as she completed their hair and makeup. None of us felt rushed. Nicole brought such a fun vibe to the morning and she made each of us feel like royalty. I even forgot my veil in the hotel room, and Nicole rushed it down to us on our bus as we were leaving for the ceremony. Talk about above and beyond! My hair and makeup lasted the entire day, in the 90 degree heat, and I felt comfortable and beautiful. Nicole is the absolute best. Book with her today!

I loved working with Brittany! She was very responsive through the whole process. At my trial, she nailed it with the first try which was awesome! I knew she really got my vision. On the day of the wedding, I was a bit nervous about staying on time as they had only staffed two artists (including Brittany) to do hair and make-up on 9 of us. I had NOTHING to worry about (as they assured me) because Brittany is literally a hair-wizard. I have never seen someone so fast at updos that we all really loved. I also had Brittany stay for touch-ups through the end of my ceremony which IMO is a must for all brides. She came with us to the venue and was really more of an assistant during our first look and photos- helping with my veil, getting water (it was 90+ degrees out!), touching up my make-up, etc. Also as the day went on, a few of the girls and my mom needed a little touching up so she was able to help them as well so they felt super great before walking down the aisle. It was nice that my BMs didn't have to worry about helping me with that sort of stuff and could just relax- trust me coordinating that many people for photos is stressful enough on everybody. She also knew our photographer and videographer well, so it was like I had an all-star team with me that day. She was really a joy to have with us that day and I definitely look forward to hiring her again in the future!

I have literally nothing negative to say about the TBM team. Adriana was my lead stylist, and on the day she and Natalie worked with me and my bridesmaids. From the trial to the wedding day Adriana was amazing, I was so happy with how she styled my hair and makeup, and I got so many compliments on my hair. My bridesmaids reported that of all the weddings they had been in, they liked their hair and makeup in my wedding the most! Even the girls who thought their hair was too curly or frizzy or too soft and fine were so happy with their hair on the day. The makeup looks great in photos, even though we were outside on a very hot July day! Adriana was so responsive and helped me with any questions I had through the process. I cannot recommend TBM enough!

Natalie from True Beauty Marks is incredible!! She is so talented and was such a pleasure to spend the morning with. Wow - can I just say I never have looked as good as I did on my wedding day and I think every bride should feel that way. Brittany and her team were unreal amazing. My mom, sister and I went to Brittany for a trial and we knew we loved her then. She is warm, cool, fun and so sweet. She made us feel so comfortable. Day of wedding went perfect. Brittany, Cristina & Melina set up flawlessly and were right on time and made everyone look STUNNING. I always hate how much makeup I have on for weddings but my bridesmaids looked natural and flawless. I changed my hair up last minute to Brittany and she handled it like a pro and made me look stunning. From the makeup to the hair she is truly talented. It was humid and raining and my hair and makeup stood through it all. My mom and sister looked so pretty and amazing as well. Everyone felt great. I want to get married again just to work with her and have her do my hair. I was so worried about this aspect of my wedding and it was my one of my favorite parts and memories. Gina the owner was so helpful through the beginning process and schelduing. They are just a great team and you will not regret going with them.

Do not look anywhere else for you wedding hair and makeup! Choosing TBM was truly one of the easiest decisions during the wedding planning process and I could not have been happier with the services provided by the TBM team. Brittany and her team did an amazing job on everyone's hair and makeup from the flower girls to the MOB/MOG, bridesmaids, and myself. Brittany was such a joy to work with from start to finish. I first worked with Brittany for my engagement pictures and immediately knew she was someone that I wanted to have as part of my vendor team on my wedding day. Brittany was so patient with me throughout the trial process, even when I constantly changed my mind and questioned my decisions. She worked patiently with me to come up with the perfect makeup and hairstyle and executed everything flawlessly on my wedding day. She is also such a nice, sweet person and so fun to work with. There are so many reasons why TBM was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. First, they are so reasonably priced for the amazing services they provide, especially compared to other vendors. Second, they do such natural looking makeup that will keep you looking like a beautiful, not overly done-up version yourself on your wedding day. Third, everyone at TBM is professional, easy to work with, and a joy to be around! Gina was extremely responsive and easy to work with during the booking process and coordinating the logistics of my wedding day.

I can't even begin to express how happy I am that I went with True Beauty Marks for my wedding at The Lake House Inn. Gina and Melina were incredible; they were timely, professional, and personable. We had both regular and air brush makeup done for 10+ people, and everything went so smoothly! Everyone looked GORGEOUS, and the makeup lasted all night. Adriana from True Beauty Marks is an incredible makeup artist!! She did my makeup, as well as my mother and my mother-in-law, and some of the bridesmaids. Her work is impeccable, and she made all of us look gorgeous for my special day. Not only is she great at what she does, but she is so sweet and easy to work with.
All of my guests could not stop commenting on how stunning I looked, and I have Adriana to thank for doing such an amazing job on my makeup!

I whole-heartedly recommend Adriana, Natalie, and Taylor from True Beauty Marks! Adriana did an amazing job on my airbrush make-up and hair. I absolutely loved my hair at my trial and loved it even more on my wedding day-- she did it exactly how I requested and it stayed perfect until the next day as I left for my honeymoon! My make-up was stunning and tasteful, not too little, not too much. All of my bridesmaids and family members looked amazing. The girls showed up on time with everything they could possibly need. We had our make-up done in a hotel room and they found the perfect space with the right lighting and went straight to work. We finished on time even though 2 members of the bridal party were late to arrive. One of my bridesmaid's didn't like her make-up and washed it off and Adriana was super- accomodating and fit her in so she could re-do her make-up in a way that she liked. I can't thank them enough, especially Adriana, for making us all look perfect!

I loved working with TBM for my wedding! I contacted Gina a little late because of other plans falling apart. I think I ended up booking with TBM in March (my wedding was in May - talk about cutting it close). Gina was professional and her responses were quick, which I LOVE! My makeup artist was Adriana and I LOVED her. She did makeup for my mom, two maid of honors, one junior bridesmaid, two flower girls, and myself (the bride). She was very professional, quick, and wonderful at her job. I had an idea of what I wanted and she offered recommendations to help me achieve the look I envisioned. I cannot speak highly enough of Gina and her team. As a woman whose beauty routine consists of moisturizer and cover-up, Gina gave me a natural, yet glowing look for my wedding. She took me out of my comfort zone a bit so that I wouldn't look washed out in my pictures, but I'm so glad she did because my make up looked flawless in my pictures. I also showed her pictures of hairstyles I liked, and what she did to my hair turned out perfectly. I absolutely loved everything and had never felt more beautiful! Gina even stayed to help with my veil and tying the bow on my dress - she was a life saver because no one else could tie a bow like she did! Brittany was also fabulous! My bridesmaids showed her pictures of hair and make up they wanted and she nailed every style! I would highly highly highly recommend to any bride!

I found True Beauty Marks on my favorite wedding blog, Style My Pretty. Gina was the main hair and makeup artist for my wedding day. She provided services for myself, three bridesmaids and the MOG. She worked very quickly; arrived at my house at 8:45 am and had us ready by 12:30 pm. Gina was attentive to my requests and made me feel absolutely beautiful the entire day (my hair and makeup stayed put for 10+ hours). Gina went above and beyond with her services and stayed later than she needed to. She helped me button the back of my dress and tied the perfect bow for my sash. Not only is Gina professional, she is sweet and down-to-earth, which definitely helped calm my nerves. I'll continue to recommend True Beauty Marks to any and all soon-to-be brides... You won't be disappointed!

I had found True Beauty Marks from their reviews and was specifically looking for someone who could come and do both hair and makeup on location for our wedding in Philly. Gina was great to work with before the wedding and their pricing was comparable to others in the area (if not better). My trial went great and Adriana helped me figure out what to do with the birdcage veil I wanted. We had the extra hassle of getting married on the day of a half marathon and game day in the city. Adriana and Cecila braved the traffic and even got to our hotel early. They had 19 services to do between the two of them and it only took from 9:30-2:00. They were upbeat, helpful and extremely professional with my 6 bridesmaids, 4 jr bridesmaids, 2 moms, and 2 sisters-in-law. Everyone looked wonderful and like the best version of themselves. I would highly recommend True Beauty Marks to any bride!

Can't say enough good things about this company or about Adriana! Adriana took care of me and my 3 bridesmaids on her own the day of the wedding. I wish I could give ten stars in the "flexibility" category because she certainly was able to accommodate my indecisive group! We used the team at True Beauty Marks for our recent October wedding. I came across them at the Lovesick Expo earlier in the year. Originally I hadn’t planned on getting professional hair/makeup, but the more I thought about it, I decided to go for it. So glad I did! Both the owner and my lead artist were super friendly, flexible, informative and responsive – and fun to work with! All of my ladies looked gorgeous on the day of. I did a trial earlier in the year and somehow pressured myself into doing a lot of the things I thought a bride “should do.” When I came home, I realized this just wasn’t right for me. Brittany (my artist) was super understanding, patient and AWESOME at taking it step by step with me on the day of to adjust the plan on the fly. The final product was exactly what I envisioned, and I felt like my best self for sure.

We’re not a super traditional couple (blue + green hair, dancing wedding dinosaurs, comics, etc etc etc), and my styling was a perfect blend of some traditional elements (to keep my mom happy!) and my personal style. It was great to have artists that could handle both me and my more traditional wedding party/mother/MIL.
It was super convenient to have them on-site. We had a DIY heavy wedding and never could have set-up in time if we weren’t able to tag-team styling and decorating. And they were really quite speedy for all the work they did!

I cannot thank Gina and her assistant Lily enough for their amazing work on my wedding day! Gina did my hair and make-up and all the hair of my girls and Lily did make-up and everyone looked amazing! It was natural and soft just like we wanted. Gina went above and beyond for me helping me to set out my dress, put in my veil and just offering great advice to everyone, including the photographer. I was so happy with my experience with True Beauty Marks, I highly recommend them to anyone!

True Beauty Marks was the perfect team to get me and my girls ready on my wedding day! Adriana and Lily were so great and fun to work with, they were on time, professional, and we even finished ahead of schedule! We all looked beautiful - from the moms, to my 4 bridesmaids, myself and our 7 year old flower girl! Everyone came with an idea of what they wanted for their hair and makeup and all the ladies were so happy with their look when Adriana and Lily were finished. Adriana did my hair and makeup and was amazing. I had a trial about two months before my wedding, and she did my hair and makeup exactly as I wanted. My makeup was natural and beautiful and I loved it. I don't normally wear much makeup, and i was completely comfortable all day with the look Adriana created for me. Adriana and Lily came to our hotel and the day of prep flew by as they made up each girl perfectly. Lily did all the other girls' makeup and Adriana did everyone's hair. I would definitely recommend the True Beauty Marks team to any bride and her ladies.

Gina is such a wonderful person to work with for your wedding hair and make up. She and her colleague, Lily, did a fantastic job on everyone's look for the wedding. What was truly exceptional was that each person getting services done looked so unique and beautiful in their own way. We didn't have a bridal party so the mothers of the B&G, my sister, and a few close friends all decided they wanted to have their hair and make up done to match their own looks. And I must say that Gina made me look like the most badass princess bride ever! She used a micro crimper to create a textured french twist style -- and it was awesome! Even though it wasn't what we had done at the trial, I had complete and total confidence that Gina was going to make me look glam. I think that's what makes a great vendor. When you can go to them and say, "You're the expert. Work your magic and I know I will love it." And that's what happened!

I had my wedding on 9/26/15, and we had Adriana as our make-up artist for that morning for myself and 5 of my bridesmaids. She was amazing!! I showed her what I wanted and she was able to do exactly that, but then change a few things to make it look good for my face. She is also really nice and super fast. I was worried at first about the timing, but she was quick and made everyone's hair look great!

Gina, the owner, is also extremely nice and responsive, although I did not get a chance to meet her in person. I lived far away from the Philly area and had to fly back home for the wedding, so she was really willing to accommodate the distance by communicating through phone and email.

everyone of my bridal party looked absolutely stunning thanks to true beauty marks! i don't usually wear a lot of make-up, but they made me comfortable and did not make the make up look like it was over done. they were all genuine and very easy to work with. highly recommend!

Gina is amazing! I was really nervous about my hair and makeup for my wedding, because I don't usually wear much makeup and really wanted to look like myself. Gina did an amazing job giving me a natural makeup look, and really took the time to check in with me throughout and keep tweaking my look until I was 100% satisfied and feeling totally confident and beautiful! She also gave my bridesmaid a more dramatic look which was so gorgeous, showing her versatility and talent as an artist. Gina also gave me a loose, romantic updo that stayed looking great all the way through the night, and handled my delicate flower crown like a pro!

On the day of the wedding, Gina was so funny, professional, and prepared, and she made sure to arrive early so we had plenty of time without feeling rushed. She is the person you want to be around when you're nervous and stressed the morning of your wedding-- she kept us relaxed, laughing, and even helped tie my wedding sash when my bridesmaids couldn't figure it out! I also really appreciated that (unlike many artists), her rates were really reasonable, she didn't require a huge service minimum, and didn't charge more for the bride than the bridal party. Thank you, True Beauty Marks, for being true beauty geniuses!!

For my wedding I had Brittany and Mikaela do hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mom, and they were fantastic! Brittany did my hair and makeup trial, and hair and makeup on my wedding day. I was worried before meeting her because I have curly frizzy hair and I hardly ever wear makeup, it turned out my concerns were completely unwarranted. Brittany chose to work with my curls for my style, which made my hair happy, and ended up looking exactly like what I was going for. I never felt like I was wearing makeup, and it stayed on perfectly all night, even after dancing. When I showed people photos from my hair and makeup trial the comment I got the most often was “you look beautiful, and you still look like you!” That for me really sums up why I was so happy with this experience.

My stylist/make-up artist was Brittany. She was absolutely fabulous! From booking the trial all the way to the wedding day, Gina and her team did a fantastic job answering any questions and taking care of us. Brittany listened to exactly what I wanted and did an excellent job with both a hairstyle that stayed in all day and flawless makeup!

It was really important to me to have someone do my hair and make up the way I wanted it. I really believe that on your wedding day, you should look like a more done up version of yourself. I found Gina and the True Beauty Marks team on Style Me Pretty's Little Black Book. TBM was very highly reviewed and recommended and now I know why. I met with Gina about 5 months prior to my big day and explained to her my philosophy and she really got it. I looked exactly how I wanted to look on my wedding day and really felt so beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone.

I should also mention that TBM is extremely affordable and reasonable. The deposit for the day was the cost of my services so I didn't have to worry about paying on the actual day, and her travel fee is minimal.

Brittany did an amazing job on my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding. She is literally incredible and made their hair look exactly how they wanted it. From the day I met her at my trial I knew I made the right choice and have referred so many friends to this company. They are easy to work with and are all so talented.
