This might be our favorite place in Oregon. Part of me wants to keep this place a secret, but It’s just too amazing to not be shared! We had our wedding here back in May of 2021 (I think we might have actually been the first wedding at TCWL!) & had the most wonderful experience! When we found TCWL on Airbnb we thought it was just a cabin in the woods, but it turned out to be much more than that! The property is spectacular! It’s the quintessential PNW wonderland, nestled in a mossy forest with rivers running through. It’s the perfect location for an intimate “Camp Out'' style wedding. The host, Ian, & his crew, are so kind & accommodating. It’s apparent how much love and hard work they’ve put into the property.It is such a special place that My family and I will continue to visit for years to come. I recommend paying a visit to see for yourself; & tell Ian, Dani & Will sent you! -

Trout Creek Wilderness Lodge was the wedding venue of my dreams! We were so fortunate to be able to host over 150 of our most cherished friends and family for a weeklong wedding celebration. We rented the entire place out, and our guests had free run of the entire property. The forest trails are so magical, the river is a blast to swim and play in. We had our ceremony on the river deck and it was absolutely sacred and stunning, the trees and moss and ferns all seemed to be blessing our union with their beauty. At night we had dance parties and in the day we had yoga classes. We shared meals and laughs around the campfire. Would absolutely recommend this place if you want a unique, forest fairy land feel for your wedding. The staff are so amazing, and were so helpful with the planning process, and making sure we all felt so welcome, and had everything we needed the entire time. All our friends and family are now asking us to have an annual gathering at Trout Creek Wilderness Lodge, they all had so much fun at our wedding! -

Our wedding weekend at Trout Creek Wilderness Lodge was truly magical. My husband (!) and I felt very supported by Ian and the volunteer crew. Ian was very supportive of our vision and generous throughout the process; bringing the forest wedding of our dreams to life. If your connection to nature and Earth is an important pillar of your relationship, TCWL is an incredibly beautiful and special place to be married, surrounded by forest, creatures, and flowing water. We loved that most of our guests stayed on-site with us, making the weekend filled with special connection and friendship. All of our vendors were truly in awe of the beauty and authentic feel of the forest, the lodge, and Trout Creek as a whole. I am so happy that we got married at such a special place, and had the most beautiful experience to share with our loved ones!

Trout Creek Wilderness Lodge is the perfect location for a 'glamping' wedding. We loved being able to host all our guests in the multiple different lodging options. Some folks were skeptical about staying in tents, but everyone was surprised at how comfy the beds were and how well they slept. We had about 60 guests, and there was plenty of room for everyone. TCWL supplies all the tables and benches, but we did end up renting about 15 chairs with backs for our older guests. TCWL also has all the kitchen gadgets, grills, flashlights, blankets, and tech items (microphone, speakers, etc.) you will need for the weekend; we did not have to rent much extra. One thing to keep in mind is that this site is mostly outdoors so you will need to have a rain plan, depending on your forecast. The owners/manager is helpful and responsive, but I would consider hands-off. You and your guests will need to take care of the space and clean up after yourself. The bath-house and beach areas were AMAZING, and everyone had so much fun in the river and in the hot tub. If you can afford it, I suggest renting the site for 3 nights. We did 2, and I wish we had one more day to spend with all our friends and family. TCWL is a site for the DIY couples; we set-up all our own tables and decorations, as well as cooked all our own food, minus one meal. This site is a great base for however you decide to plan your weekend. It is also stunning as is, and you really do not need much extra decoration. We cooked our own dinner the first night and on the second night had a food truck come out (go look up KCK pizza truck!!) which fit perfectly in the eating space. Overall, I cannot recommend TCWL enough and I had the best wedding weekend.

A truly incredible experience. We could not have had a more perfect weekend, and a lot of that was because of Trout Creek Wilderness Lodge. First, the owners (Ian and Chel) are just great people overall. Very relaxed, accommodating, and helpful - it seems like they truly want you to have the best weekend possible. Second, the location is some kind of magic. The river, the forest, the bath house, the sky deck, the grove, etc all make for a 10/10 location. They also have everything you'll need for a ceremony and reception, and are willing to answer any and all questions leading up to the weekend.
I cannot recommend Trout Creek enough and would suggest everyone gets married there! -

Trout Creek provided the most dreamy and fun space for our fall wedding. The hosts are wonderful people and supported us all the way from planning to on site offerings to sendoff. So grateful for TCWL! -
