I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional wedding planning and decoration service for my special day, and I cannot express enough how delighted I am with their services. From the initial consultation to the final execution, every aspect was handled with utmost professionalism and creativity. Their attention to detail ensured that no aspect was overlooked, giving me complete peace of mind throughout the entire process. The decoration team exhibited a remarkable level of creativity and originality. They went above and beyond my expectations, transforming the venue into a breathtakingly beautiful space. It’s been a few months since our wedding, and I’m still in awe every time I look at the pictures. Everything about that day…the beauty, the calm, the joy, still feels so vivid, and that’s all thanks to the one & only, Judian and the Tropical Chic Weddings & Events team!
From the consultation, I knew without a doubt that I wanted to work with her!! Judian has this warm, genuine energy that immediately puts you at ease. Her knowledge, creative vision, and the quality of her work are unmatched. She didn’t try to push her services; she truly listened and wanted to understand my vision and what mattered most to me.
To be honest, I wasn’t even the type who dreamed of a wedding, let alone a fairytale wedding. But somehow, that’s exactly what Judian gave me. It was intimate, breathtakingly beautiful, and filled with so much love that even now, I wish I could relive it every year on our anniversary. That’s how special she made it feel.
One of the many things that stood out to me was how she thoughtfully recommended our ceremony location; which was an intimate space with a beautiful backdrop; which the resort didn’t even mention in their wedding packages. Because she was familiar with the property, she knew about this hidden gem that perfectly matched what I was looking for.
Judian didn’t just design a beautiful ceremony; she genuinely cared. She went above and beyond, working closely with the resort staff, to ensure every detail of the day was seamless. When I stepped out to walk down the aisle, it literally took my breath away. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!

Her creativity knows no limits, and she treats every wedding with the same level of care, excellence, and love. So so grateful for Judian. She came in for 1 month wedding planning and day of wedding coordination. Before this we were stressed and disorganized.
We were having a difficult time communicating with the wedding coordinator at our resort. Judian was able to step in and clarify with the resort coordinator what we needed. She also organized our outside vendors so they showed up on time, knew the flow of the day and was their resource for any inquires.
We were not planning on spending the extra money to have a wedding coordinator but so happy we did.
If you are planning a destination wedding please take the advice to use Judian, you will be left with no stress, and smooth day, like we did.
Judian was on time, professional, understating, calm and will advocate that you get what you need/paid for.
She even helped us with purchasing items from Jamaica for our wedding favours.

If you are looking to book a wedding planner and event designer in Jamaica, look no further! Judian helped us decorate our wedding venue in April. She worked with us on a budget and the decor still turned out wonderful!!! She was there for emotional support and conversations regarding strategy. She collaborated well with my USA-based wedding planner. Her level of professionalism is top notch as she offered new ways to think about things. I would definitely recommend her. -

Wedding planning can be one of the most stressful times of your life and Judian & team made wedding planning stress-free. We hired TCE provide decor and wedding plan a few months out from our wedding date at an all inclusive resort. Judian was responsive, pro-active and flexible. She took my pinterest board and manifested it to an exquisite wedding. No detail was left undone. In addition to the export planning, Judian was also often my therapist and voice of reason when I felt frazzled or "behind". I am thankful for her and the team. They day of was smooth, her team was great and load out was quick and effective. I HIGHLY recommend them. -

Hands down the best wedding coordinator on the island! Judian and her team goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes as planned. I told her my vision and I got exactly what I wanted plus more. Judian does this with a passion. She communicated with you and she makes the time for you. She’s super professional, easy to work with. Spectacular!!!!
Judian at Tropical Chics did an amazing job with our wedding. I found her in early June of 2021 and she got everything setup And organized for my wedding which was on July 12, 2021. Who does that. She is the best!!! All my guest were so amazed with the decor. Everyone spoke of the cake swing the backdrop everything was just stylish and beautiful. I told Judian you of the dream wedding I had in mind and believe me when I say she did not disappoint. Everything was beautiful, beyond what I imagined. She delivered. She was EXCEPTIONAL, in planning, decorating the whole works for our wedding. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you Judian. I wish I could give you a million stars. -

I loved everything about Tropical Chic! My wedding was on May 1, 2021, after different date changes and my MOH found this very unique decor page sometime in December 2020. Was hesitant at 1st, but I'm not sorry I chose to work with Ms. Thorpe and her team. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers get their desired/dream wedding. She is very professional and accurate. The decor is modern, trendy and chique. My guest were so amazed, its still the talk of the day among other wonderful things. If I could do it all over again I would still chose them. -

Was a magical experience.
Very attentive to my needs and situation for I was almost out of time to have my documents submitted and approved and they the whole process. Highly recommended. The pastor was a man of honor and helped me out where one of my witness almost spoiled my document but the Paster called down lightning and thunder and like magic, the almost error never happened. The pastor is highly recommend. -
