We had our wedding at Troon in May of 2019 with a majority of out of town guests. We wanted a venue that provided quintessential Arizona traits, and an upscale experience for our guests. From the very beginning of the planning process, Ania was spectacular acting as both a planner and a day of coordinator. I always looked forward to our meetings because her ideas would spark something in my brain and I’d get to creating! Even now talking to current brides that were my bridesmaids about their planning process, they say it’s a headache because “their Venue doesn’t have an Ania”. She was truly the best at making sure I did not worry about anything on my wedding day. I couldn’t tell you what time flowers got delivered, I could just tell you that by the time I walked down the aisle everything was PERFECTLY in place. Ania is great, the outdoor lawn ceremony space is beautiful, our guests STILL rave about our food, and the reception was beautiful. I think back to my wedding day with nothing but fond memories and am so grateful to have found Ania and Troon North! My husband (an avid golfer) loves telling people we got married at Troon. -

Troon was absolutely an amazing venue for our wedding. The ceremony site provided the perfect desert vibe and the reception area was perfect for our guests. Food and drinks were delicious and Troon offered a large variety of offerings to choose from. Troon's wedding coordinator, Ania Zwolinski was also absolutely fantastic to work with. She was super flexible and truly listened to us and offered us advice along the way. Her support and orchestration of our wedding day allowed us to truly enjoy the entire experience without any worries. Ania and Troon were amazing. HIGHLY recommend! -

Ania, their wedding coordinator, is truly spectacular. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive through every step of the planning process. Her attention to detail and calm organization made everything seamless — not a single thing went wrong all day.
After touring about 20 venues, I walked into Troon and immediately knew it was the one. I wanted a stunning desert backdrop and a sunset cocktail hour, and Troon delivered both beautifully.
The food was also exceptional — I highly recommend the halibut with risotto and the gelato bar for dessert (the cookie butter flavor was amazing!). Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the passed appetizers and the surprise palate cleanser — a champagne fruit glass that was such a fun, elegant touch.
Everything from start to finish was truly a 10/10 experience. -

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Ania and celebrating our special day at Troon North, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From our very first consultation, Ania went above and beyond. They were incredibly attentive, listening to our ideas and vision for the day while also offering valuable suggestions to make everything even more special. The planning process was seamless, and Ania kept us on track with timelines, details, and tasks, ensuring that we never felt overwhelmed. On the day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way, managing all the details and handling any surprises with grace. Thanks to Ania, our day went off without a hitch, and we truly got to enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. We truly could not have pulled off the perfect wedding without her.
Troon North was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. From the moment we walked in for our tour, we knew it was the place. The location itself is breathtaking, with the best desert scenery and gorgeous sunsets at cocktail hour. The staff was equally wonderful, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that our guests were comfortable. The food was exceptional—our guests are still talking about it which as we all know with other wedding venues, having quality food in bulk is nearly impossible to find. The braised beef was tender, the fish was flaky, and the donut board was a perfect and exciting touch for all our guests.
We also appreciated the flexibility the venue offered, accommodating our needs and making sure everything was set up exactly as we envisioned.
Overall, working with Ania and celebrating at Troon North made our wedding day unforgettable. We highly recommend both to anyone looking for a stress-free, beautiful, and personalized wedding experience. -

We just had our wedding at Troon and we could not be happier with how things went. Ania and her team did an amazing job coordinating everyone and the vendors we picked at Ania's recommendation (DJ, Photographer, Florist) were incredible. We got many compliments from our guests regarding the flowers, food, service and general beauty of Troon. Ania is incredibly organized and detail-oriented. We chose the most amazing venue for our wedding—if you're debating between a few places I just would book Troon now because what they offer you truly can't beat! When we were hunting for venues to host a Sunday wedding, a big barrier was that we had to be out by 9 or 10pm. That was a big no-no for us as people that love to dance into the night! Not only were we able to stay at Troon until midnight, but we were also allowed to start getting ready at 9am so there was no fuss about getting to the venue.
Let's talk about the planning staff at Troon because WOW! Ania and the rest of the staff went absolutely above and beyond for us. If we needed some additional help with anything when it came to set-up, Ania was on top of it. She was so helpful and communicative and made everything so easy for us. Throughout both the planning process and the wedding day there were constant check-ins to make sure we were feeling good, we had everything we needed, and everything was going as expected. We didn't hire a planner and I honestly think that a big reason we were able to do it the way that we did was because of Ania and her staff!
Lastly, let's talk about the property itself. Troon is STUNNING! The backdrop for our ceremony was amazing, the cocktail hour overlooking the entire valley during sunset was jaw dropping, and the reception space was so gorgeous. Something that really set it over the edge is all the candles that Troon provides free of charge. The candles made the space feel so romantic and elegant. The entire vibe of Troon was just so perfect for the vision that my husband and I had and we couldn't have had a better wedding day thanks to Troon! -

From the moment we stepped onto the grounds of Troon North Golf Club, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking—a true desert landscape with gorgeous cacti and mountain views.
A huge shout-out to Ania, our wedding planner at the venue! Ania was a dream to work with from start to finish. She took all the stress out of the planning process, listening to our ideas, offering thoughtful suggestions, and making sure every detail was executed perfectly. No question was too small, and no request was too much. She was so responsive, organized, and calm under pressure—truly the backbone of our day.
On our wedding day, everything ran seamlessly, and it was all thanks to Ania and the amazing team at Troon North. From coordinating with vendors to managing the timeline, Ania made sure that everything went off without a hitch. I was able to relax and truly enjoy every moment of the day because I knew I was in such capable hands.
The entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way and made our wedding day the best day of our lives. I just had my wedding on 10/5/24 here and I could go on and on about this venue and how they made our day absolutely perfect! The outdoor ceremony space is breathtaking and absolutely gorgeous that creates a romantic natural desert atmosphere. The staff was exceptional, specifically the venue coordinator, Ania. They were all attentive and friendly, and Ania ensured that every detail was taken care of. From the initial venue tour, we knew that we were in the best of hands with Ania and that it would be perfect. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how seamless the wedding was, how gorgeous the venue was, and how amazing the food was! I would recommend this venue to other brides over and over again. My wedding day was an absolute dream! Thank you Ania and Troon North for everything! -

We had our wedding reception at Troon North in April 2024. I cannot recommend this venue enough! Troon was the only venue we even looked at for our reception. Ania, the wedding and event coordinator was there for us every step of the way and helped make our special day go off without a hitch! Ania and the staff were so professional and so incredibly helpful. Food was delicious, drinks are great, view from the venue is insane especially at sunset. I would give Ania and Troon a million stars if I could. -

We looked at many venues before selecting Troon North. We wanted a ceremony site that showcased the beauty of Arizona and Troon North checked that box. We loved the fact that at Troon North provided space for the bridal party to get ready. We had access to the venue all day and that really simplified things. Troon North’s Director of Catering, Ania Zwolinski impressed us from our first meeting; she was amazing! Ania has a wealth of experience and made the planning and execution of our special day seamless. She was with us every step of the way from our first tour, through the planning meetings, menu tasting, and she was there on our wedding day to make sure everything went smoothly. She was extremely professional and incredibly responsive to answer even the smallest of questions. She provided helpful suggestions and the preferred vendors she recommended worked so well with her, and with each other, it made it really easy for us. We were so happy when all the planning we did and the support we received from Ania made our day perfect. Our guests raved about the beautiful setting and delicious food. We are so glad we chose Troon North and we can’t recommend Ania, and her team, highly enough. -

The Most INCREDIBLE Venue + Staff!!!
I honestly don't even know where to begin, but Troon North and Ania were AMAZING beyond expectations. Ania was responsive, professional, and so helpful throughout the entire planning process and especially the day of. The Venue was GORGEOUS with the ceremony site, the cocktail hour patio overlooking the sunset, and of course the ballroom. They even allowed our guests to walk over to some beautiful grounds where everyone was able to take sunset photos, too!
The bartenders and waitstaff were ALL so great, quick, and friendly. The food was AMAZING and was the exact same quality that we had at the tasting. We had a plated salad and buffet style dinner which worked perfectly for our guests.
Overall, 10 out of 10 experience and our wedding was the most fun, perfect day. I wish we could press repeat and do it over and over :) -

We had THE best day of our lives at Troon North for our wedding. We will never take for granted the kindness, organization and flawless execution that Ania and her wonderful staff provided us! I can’t even describe how wonderful Ania is… her professionalism and organization on top of her sweet demeanor is unmatched. As the bride I felt so confident that Ania would deliver exactly the vision and dreams we discussed- and she did exactly that and more! Troon is SO beautiful with tons of perfect photo op settings that you and your guests will love. The head chef is phenomenal and the food presentation is high class, not to mention- absolutely delicious!! We couldn’t have dreamt of better, and are so grateful and fortunate to have had our best day ever at Troon North! -

Having our wedding at Troon was truly a no-brainer. Other than the fact that the views and venue are BEAUTIFUL, we were sold the second we met Ania. Her organization, attention to detail, kindness, and 'get sh*t done' kind of attitude really made us comfortable from the get-go. We knew we were going to be in great hands. The entire process was so seamless, and we couldn't have been happier with how the day turned out.

- Best value compared to other high-end Scottsdale venues
- You have the venue until midnight
- Overnight parking allowed (which is very helpful and an underrated perk)

Fabulous venue!!!
Troon North Golf Club is the perfect setting for an Arizona desert wedding!! Their outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous, decorated well with cactus and Pinnacle Peak in the background. Their banquet hall is very nice for a reception - floor to ceiling windows, high quality dance floor, and an outdoor sunset terrace for cocktail hour. The staff's service, planning, responsiveness, and execution was excellent. Our special day was so magical!!! -

My husband and I got married at Troon North in December of 2023. When I think about my entire experience at Troon I think of three words: organized, reliable, worth-every-penny. We toured the venue with Ania Zwolinski and received top notch service from the very start. The tour was informative, sincere, and thorough. Ania's response time was amazing throughout the entire proposal process, which was very much appreciated as a bride who was looking at a few venues at once. Once we locked down our date, everything took place as planned-- we were reached out to at our 6 month mark for a tasting which was booked promptly and no questions were left unanswered. The tasting was such a fun experience and the chef's food is incredible. Ania even suggested a dish that we hadn't selected and we were SO glad she did. We ended up serving it at our wedding and think about it constantly! Chicken Francaise (yum!) The weeks leading up to the wedding, Ania sent over an Excel document that is every Type-A-Bride's dream. Besides Ania and her team's perfect service, the venue itself is clean, updated, and delivers the best of the Arizona desert. The greens are always in impeccable shape and the desert landscape is manicured beautifully. The terrace where cocktail hour took place was the perfect location to show off Arizona's beautiful sunset. The ballroom allows for an intimate and cozy experience, even though it can host lots of guests. We sat 105 people comfortably in round tables, along with a 13 person head table. The venue was perfect, Ania is the best venue coordinator in the state (no doubt), and you will not regret it! -

Ania and her team are absolutely amazing!
Ania was the sweetest and most thoughtful person to work with. She is so thorough with every little detail that goes toward your wedding. She has YEARS of experience so you are in great hands! She also responds to emails or phone calls within a couple hours so she’s always there if you needs anything.
The Chefs food is amazing as well. Our guests loved the 4 course meal and said it was delicious.
The staff serving us during the wedding were working so quickly to get all the food out at the same time. Everyone’s food was warm. My husband and I had our own server who got us everything we needed.
The scenery outside is amazing. My guests loved the cocktail hour setting with the sun going down. They all got pictures in front cacti and desert backgrounds. The ceremony location is the most perfect piece of grass I’ve ever seen in my life! I thought it was fake on my wedding day. I asked Ania 3 times if she was lying about it being real.
Everything was just wonderful. We were so happy with chose Troon and would love to have another event there in the future!! -

We could not be any happier with our choice in venue! Ania, the coordinator, truly has a magic touch and was an incredible partner in every step of the wedding process, and Troon North is a stunning place to have the best day of your life.
- Photo ops: Troon North is absolutely beautiful! There are so many great pictures to take photos with mountains and cacti in the background.
- Getting ready area: there’s a great bridal suite that makes getting ready at the venue easy and was a great hub for those of us going in and out for photos. The guys got ready in the men’s locker room and there weren’t many golfers going in and out by the time they were in there, so it was not an issue at all.
- Ceremony space: unlike other golf courses, Troon has a separate ceremony area for wedding ceremonies so you have all of the beauty without any of the golf carts or rogue golf balls. It has gorgeous cacti, florals, and a fireplace (if you have your wedding during cooler months). The staff also closes off the first row of the parking lot closest to the site so you can get a great view behind the couple.
- Cocktail hour: our guests loved the outdoor bar during the sunset! The views of the mountains are spectacular and with the cacti, our guests got the full desert experience. The bartenders were very friendly and each of the appetizers was delicious.
- Reception area: Ania gave us great guidance when choosing linen colors so that the room was bright and everything tied in with our florals. There are many opportunities to decorate the space. If you’re doing a sweetheart table, there’s a perfect spot to put a sign of your last name. We had engagement pictures on the fireplace mantle and cake table, and Ania set up a ton of beautiful candles. Ania (and the whole staff) has an amazing eye for design and detail—they made everything absolutely beautiful. My husband even teared up when we got a sneak peek!
- Food: overall, this was some of the best food I’ve had at a wedding (husband says the food was “solid”)! The passed hours d’ouevres during cocktail hour were the highlight. Ania was kind enough to bring us a plate of each of our bites to our sweetheart table so we could actually taste everything as we were so busy chatting and taking photos during cocktail hour. Our favorites were the ahi tuna tacos and the mushroom caps—they were crowd-pleasers! We had a strawberry salad, which was excellent, and a chilled berry champagne soup as an intermezzo, which is something I’ve never seen before and really enjoyed. For the entrees, we had halibut and braised short ribs; the sauces and sides really made the dishes and the guests enjoyed them. We also had the Venetian dessert table and a quesadilla bar—we didn’t have time to try either of these, which is our biggest regret from the day (so we didn’t come out too poorly!), but we heard from others that everything was great.
- Drinks: We had prickly pear margaritas as our welcome drink and everyone loved them! I had gin and tonics all night, which were great, and Ania worked with us on the drink package so we could have my husband’s favorite wine. I only had positive feedback from guests on the drinks.
- Staff: every single person we interacted with was organized and incredibly attentive. The staff was quick and on top of everything. Daniela helped me get my dress ready before walking down the aisle and she had no problem snagging a margarita for me so I could take a few sips before the ceremony! Later, she kindly brought me a damp linen napkin to the sweetheart table because my husband spilled champagne on me during the toast. The staff even packaged up our leftover cake and put my bouquet in the back to keep it fresh until the end of the night, and were a huge help in end of night clean up.
Our wedding would not have been possible without Ania. Not only is she very responsive and communicative, but she also truly goes above and beyond in every way—and while she is ready to go with any of your ideas, she will give you honest advice if you ask for it (e.g., who should be at the lunch before the ceremony, what color napkins might look best). One key example of Ania being open to any of our ideas was when she worked out a plan with the chef so we could have barszcz and krokiety (a traditional Polish wedding food) served as our late night snack. Though we ultimately didn’t pursue this, we really appreciated that she cared so much about our wants for the day. Ania was immediately available for anything that came up the day of the wedding—from pollen getting on my dress (there she was with a Shout wipe and club soda!), to making sure we were all on time and in the right place, to my veil getting caught on a cactus at the beginning of the aisle (ladies with long veils, beware!), Ania was at the ready to save the day. I’m sure she took care of many other things that we didn’t even hear about. There is absolutely nothing more we could have asked for.
It was also a huge bonus that Ania speaks Polish as we had several guests from Poland in attendance!
Do not hesitate on selecting Troon North as your venue and Ania as your partner! Our wedding was, thanks to Ania, a dream come true. -

My wife and I booked Troon North sight-unseen for our December 2023 wedding reception. We both live in Florida and were unable to take time off work to make a trip out to tour beforehand. No need, it was probably the best decision of the entire wedding planning process.
Ania and her team are absolutely awesome, and helped us along the entire way, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied with every detail. She helped us feel out a color scheme, plan napkins, cutlery, plates, and table setup, as well as additional room floral and accents. She also was present day-of to ensure everything went off without any issues.
The outdoor cocktail hour and sunset were beautiful, and the food/drinks were delicious. Best I've ever had at a wedding (although maybe I'm a bit biased). Cigars out at sunset point were a great touch, and I would highly recommend to those who are inclined!
Bottom line, you should have your wedding at Troon North! My wife and I are so happy we did. -

Anis is simply the BEST!!
My husband and I did a ton of research prior to booking our wedding venue, and after meeting with countless vendors we knew immediately after our first conversation with Ania that we had to book at Troon. Ania is a PRO when it comes to wedding planning, organization, and just industry knowledge. She made the entire process SO EASY, and I didn’t even need to hire a wedding planner because Ania was on top of it very single detail - she did not forget anything and made sure I accounted for all the aspects of wedding planning. On the actual day of my wedding she held my hand and made the day go by so seamlessly. Every single one of our guests had nothing but positive things to share. It doesn’t hurt that Troon North is a breathtakingly beautiful venue on its own, but Ania is what makes this place special. If you are looking to book a very classy, elegant, top notch wedding venue look no further. You will not be disappointed. Ania and her team are extremely professional, organized, and on top of everything! Food was amazing, location was stunning, I only have positive things to share. So incredibly happy with our decision to book here -

My husband and I chose to get married at Troon North not only because of the beautiful views and location, but most of all because of the amazing coordinator, Ania. She has the best team and the best system to get you through your big day without any problems. Prior to my wedding, I had difficulty getting in contact with my florist. She was not my wedding planner, but she offered to contact them herself to see if she could help with some of the communication. Ania definitely did not have to do that, but she went out of her way to make sure my day was perfect. We had so many compliments about Ania, and feel that our day would not be possible without her. I highly recommend any event at Troon North, because Ania will make your day spectacular. -

Best experience with Troon North!
We had our wedding in Oct of 2022 at Troon North and we loved it so much!! Our guests kept talking about how beautiful the venue was! Ania was extremely helpful and really great to work with throughout the whole planning process. My bridal party was shocked at how organized and put together the rehearsal/ wedding day was! Amazing Venue and Wedding Coordinator
Troon North Golf Club and the Director of Catering/Wedding Coordinator, Ania, provided the most amazing day for our daughter’s wedding! The venue is a spectacular place to have a wedding ceremony, and the food was absolutely delicious. Both those in the wedding party and guests continue to rave about the beautiful setting and excellent food, saying it was the best wedding they have ever attended.
Ania is incredibly organized and was on top of every detail, so we didn’t worry about the wedding day. I knew she would make sure everything was in place and would run smoothly, which it did. She is delightful to work with and full of great ideas for making your day an extra special one! Between Ania’s professionalism, a wonderful staff, and a stunning venue, I cannot recommend a better venue to get married.

Looking for a wedding venue in the Phoenix area? Check out Troon North Golf Club and Ania Zwolinski. The space is a definite upgrade from the typical ballroom, and the views are stunning. The food is delicious, and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate any food allergies/preferences for wedding guests. But a venue is only as good as its people, and Ania is hands down the BEST! She is so much more than the venue’s Director of Catering. She is also the best wedding coordinator you could possible hope for. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure the day is perfect and she readily shares it. She will guide you through the options for every choice you have to make, from timing the ceremony and cocktail hour to allow guests to watch the sunset, to picking the perfect chairs for dinner! Who knew a chair style could change the look of a room so dramatically? Ania knew! I cannot thank her enough for making my daughter’s wedding spectacular. -

Trust Troon!!
Could not recommend enough!! The property is obviously stunning, but what really sold us was the package deal of getting Ania as our coordinator. This was a destination wedding for us and she is so organized, professional, and on top of her game, that it took all of the fear and stress of planning out of the equation (well, as far as the venue and ceremony goes haha).
We toured the property a year before the wedding and she whipped out a sunset chart for the following year and walked us through the timeline of our event minute by minute based on our wedding date. We were sold!
She had great recommendations as well as amazing relationships with so many vendors in the area. She will give you honest feedback and suggestions and always try to help save you money where she can.
As far as the venue goes- the views and sunset are breathtaking. The food was incredible as well, we had so many compliments from the guests. There are golf perks as well if your groom is a golfer like mine. Ania and Mike Friend (Director of Golf Events), helped us coordinate a round of golf for 17 guys the day of our rehearsal. They also helped us line out specially touches like cigars, booze and snacks in each of the carts for the guys.
Lastly, location- Its a bit of a trek out there so I highly recommend lining out transportation as Ubers can be difficult to get, especially at the end of the night.
Overall we had such an amazing experience with Ania and the entire Troon staff. 10/10 recommend and would do it all over again if we could!

Absolutely Incredible
Troon North has always been one of my husbands favorite golf courses so it was an easy choice just with the views but then we met Ania. Ania is the most incredible coordinator at Troon. She treats your wedding like it’s her own. Anytime I told a vendor we were getting married at Troon North they said, “oh amazing, we get to work with Ania”! She is so organized and detail oriented and so nice that you just want her to be a part of your day. She made everything literally perfect, I will forever be grateful to her. We could not have had a better wedding experience than the one that Ania and her team provided at Troon North, The venue is slammed and completely booked and Ania made my husband and I feel like we were her only clients. Ania made the planning process so easy and stress free (and we were planning the wedding from out of state during the pandemic. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and there were 0 penalties - I can’t stress this enough because a lot of my friends were not so lucky with their venues.
I’ll start with the wedding coordinator that comes with the venue because this is the most important part. This woman’s attention to detail was amazing. She knew every little thing down to where my husband should stand during the wedding ceremony so his head blocked the Sun from my view. She knew we would be hungry and brought us all of the appetizers and drinks that we missed during our cocktail hour. She provided a golf cart to us during photos so we didn’t have to walk too much in the heat. I could seriously go on…
The venue itself is STUNNNING. The ceremony site is beautiful, ans you can hardly tell you are on a golf course. I’m not joking when I say I didn’t need any florals for my ceremony site and I literally didn’t use any and saved serious cash there because it is perfect on its own. the patio where you can do cocktail hour is my favorite part, it has stunning views of the sunset and is the perfect size for guests - also needed no decor. And finally the reception room is just stunning with glass walls where you can continue to enjoy the desert landscape.
And finally - the food WAS AMAZING. I have been to several weddings, probably experienced the food of 5-6 venues in the state alone and this was by far the best food I have had at a wedding. The steak and salmon were cooked to perfection, my guests with food restrictions were really happy with their option, and the appetizers were to die for. I don’t have enough great things to say about this venue and the team.

We loved Troon North Golf Club! Their event and catering director Ania does a fantastic job working with you coordinating the day and ensuring that everything goes to plan! Their whole team was incredibly professional throughout the entire process and were very easy to work with.
We had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID and they were so accommodating and understanding. We finally were able to have the big day and it was PERFECT! We had the best time and our friends and family had nothing but wonderful things to say.
The food was delicious, the bartender was super personable, and the staff was on top of everything during cocktail hour and dinner to ensure everything was served timely. The Gelato Bar and Prickly Pear Margaritas were a huge hit! It was also really nice that they made sure to set aside cocktail hour food for us to have at start of dinner as well as slices of the wedding cake and our assorted desserts at the end of the night to make sure we got to try them.
Their whole team is very attentive to all of the details so you can just enjoy yourself with your guests! We also had the rare day where it rained almost the whole day and Ania and the team had a rain plan and handled it all. We got lucky and it stopped raining during our ceremony and they quickly made the decision to move our cocktail hour and bar back outside on the deck. I am so happy they made that call because all of our guests were able to enjoy the most beautiful sunset!
I would recommend Troon to everyone! Ania made the entire wedding such an easy and fun experience. She is incredibly organized and runs through all of the details of the day with you to ensure it will all go perfectly. We had such a great stress free time and were able to enjoy ourselves the whole day because of Ania and the rest of the team! Thank you all so much! -

I cannot find the words to express how perfect Ania and the team at Troon North made our wedding day. Talk about going above and beyond... Ania and team went further than that. Absolutely the BEST experience with a venue and on-site coordinator that has ever existed. The wedding was stunning and I am SO happy that we chose Troon North Golf. Here are some of the highlights that come to mind:
- Ania's attention to detail, quick communication, and passion and care for her brides and grooms. She will always respond to emails ASAP (throughout the year and a half we were planning our wedding); she will ask specific follow-up questions, and she will give her honest opinion good or bad. For someone who is super organized and Type A, I needed this.
- The dreamy desert scenery. Troon North is stunning. You're literally surrounded by colors of the desert. The sunsets at cocktail hour. Are you kidding? Brett and I were upset we couldn't attend our own cocktail hour! It was BEAUTIFUL!
- The food. Obviously as a devout Arizonian I chose Mexican food. The guacamole, the brisket quesadillas, the carne asada. SO. GOOD. The flower girls and ring bearer also raved on about the french fries. The apps were phenomenal too. Ania saved us a plate and served it to us at the beginning of dinner! The prickly pear margs as a Welcome Drink and throughout dinner were a HIT. People were obsessed! I've also never seen a gelato cart line so long!
- The work outside of the wedding. The time she took with us for our initial tour in June 2020 (she also saved us our wedding date since my parents were coming to see the venue the following weekend), the food tasting and the details we discussed (EXTREME detail - Brett tuned out but I was all about it). The rehearsal and making sure our large bridal party, the parents, the first time officiant, etc. all felt comfortable. The countless emails and time on the phone. She is truly one of a kind.
- The "above" above and beyond. Where do I start? I asked Ania to repurpose all my florals to the reception area. I also provided several reception items like candles, photos, greenery, table runners, etc. and kind of just told her to make it look good. Oh my gosh - The Sweetheart Table was to die for. I was not expecting something so gorgeous. She was able to repurpose the arch floral to our greenery hedge walls around a neon sign with our name - INCREDIBLE. I have never seen anything like it. Ania had our drinks of choice waiting for us at our table. She literally served us food herself. I also must've emailed her with countless last minute changes the month before the wedding (ie. adding in streamers for the ceremony, upgrading the bar, etc.) and she did everything with a smile. She always confirmed before running CCs. She had extra sparklers and we we used those for our exit. The list goes on.
I LOVED our experience and I would recommend Troon North to anyone. I wish all vendors were as dilignet, detailed and organized! I think our wedding had literally zero things go wrong - that's saying something coming from the Bride! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! xoxo -

We wanted to have a golf course wedding with a true Arizona feel. We visited about 10 venues and Troon North Golf Club was an easy choice for us. Where do I even begin?! There are truly not enough words to describe how amazing Ania and her entire team are at Troon North Golf Club. My wedding was a dream come true and everything I had ever imagined for myself. Ania went above-and-beyond with every detail, she understood my vision, was highly communicative, and was understanding and compassionate throughout the entire process.
We first started planning our wedding before COVID hit, then when the Pandemic became more real with each and every day, we got scared. We had tentative dates, then more tentative dates incase those didn't work. Without any glimpse of hesitation, Ania was understanding, offered her professional guidance and opinions, and did everything in her power throughout the planning process to make sure everything went smoothly and took stress off of my shoulders. I am very type-A and had a vision, Ania honed in on that vision and executed it with absolute perfection. Ania is extremely organized, we never had to repeat ourselves, she always had our wants and needs documented in a spreadsheet.
While we didn't have our original 200 person wedding as planned, we had an intimate ceremony with a total of 13 immediate family members (including my husband and I) and I couldn't have pictured a more beautiful wedding. We live-streamed our ceremony for our guests near and far, and everyone commented on how gorgeous the ceremony space was, it truly was a dream. Now for the reception- Ania created the most beautiful set-up for dinner and dancing, she took my vision and made it come to life. We had dinner outside on the balcony overlooking the entire city at sunset, it was so romantic and magical. The food was the best food we have ever had at a wedding. We are a family of foodies, my parents have owned many restaurants in both NYC and AZ, and everyone was blown away with dinner. If we were to do our wedding over again, there is nothing I would change.

I don't have enough amazing things to say about Troon North Golf Club. My wedding was an absolute dream and everything I could ever hope for! The venue has impeccable desert scenery, the coordinator did a flawless job, and our wedding ran so smoothly.
To start, we planned our wedding during covid. Troon was extremely understanding and allowed us to push our date back to a later date, with no hesitations. Ania, the wedding coordinator, is absolutely incredible. She is extremely organized, very helpful from the time you come in to tour to your grand exit at the end of your wedding night. She tracks every little detail of your wedding in a spreadsheet, gives very great advice to help plan, and made my wedding day exceptionally smooth (and it even rained on our wedding day)!
The venue is drop-dead gorgeous. The ceremony space is the perfect desert scenery I wanted, there is a beautiful view of the sunset over the valley for cocktail hour, and the ballroom has huge windows that allow you to view the mountains all night long. The food is absolutely delicious, all my guests raved about it for days after saying it's the best wedding food they've ever tasted. We had an open beer and wine bar the entire night and that was a success as well.
I hands down recommend having your wedding at Troon North Golf Club if you are looking for the perfect romantic desert wedding! -

Troon North was the first wedding venue my fiancé and I looked at and after meeting with Ania, we were blown away with her confidence, friendliness and the professionalism. She set the bar very high and made our decision to choose Troon North very easy. Ania was so helpful and accommodating when Covid-19 forced us to reschedule our original wedding date of April 18, 2020 to September 6, 2020 and reduce our guest count. All of our meetings with Ania were a ton of fun because she knows how to make wedding planning exciting but also makes sure the decisions that need to be made. As a bride, it's easy to be indecisive and get overwhelmed with the options available so it was really really helpful to have someone with good taste and lots of experience helping me make decisions.
Troon North has an incredible ceremony lawn with beautiful desert landscape in every direction - so you don't have to spend a lot of money or creativity trying to dress up your ceremony! We kept ours very simple and I loved it. The ballroom was updated in 2019 for a more modern look and was perfect for 75 guests. They have a beautiful patio for cocktail hour looking towards the sunset. The food was amazing - really good appetizers and their signature prickly pear margarita was delicious! With the stress of planning a wedding during Covid, it was such a relief having Ania as our day-of coordinator to talk with the vendors and make sure everything ran smoothly. Once the wedding day came, we were able to relax, have fun and not stress! I highly recommend Troon North! -

I cannot say enough good things about Ania and her team at Troon North! This was the first venue we visited and we instantly knew we were going to get married here. Very customizable and accommodating. Ania is the catering manager and she rocks at it. She plays the day of coordinator, so she already knows what’s going to happen. Beautiful place for ceremony and reception!
Ania and her team at Troon North were really the MVP of our vendors. They planned everything with us from start to finish. She was so organized and had everything coordinated for the whole day. She was also there the whole day in case anything came up that we needed. Her expertise was helpful and she provided many great recommendations for other vendors.
The venue itself is beautiful!
Food was amazing! The only thing I heard that people didn't really like was the sliders that came out for a late night snack.

Memorial Day Weekend Wedding
There are not enough words to describe just how fantastic this venue, Ania and her team are. We had looked at many venues but wanted a desert outdoor ceremony area with a non-stuffy, desert-view ballroom. As soon as I saw this venue via FaceTime (yes, it was so perfect that I booked it without seeing it in person) I knew this was the one. Ania was incredibly responsive and straightforward with details and pricing. Throughout the entire process (14 months from booking until wedding) she would check in and ensure all was lined up for our big day. Our guests loved the venue, particularly those from out of town who had never seen an Arizona sunset. The execution of the event was absolutely flawless. From our first meeting with Ania at the bridal expo- to our amazing May 4 wedding at Troon North-- Troon North Golf club has done nothing but exceed expectations! Beside Troon North having the BEST view of the valley, a gorgeous sunset and some incredible desert landscape for photos--it also has has an amazing venue manager Ania Zwolinski. She has worked very closely with us from the beginning. She has always been super responsive over email about all aspects of our big day and helped us craft a great timeline of events that would take place. She really makes this gorgeous venue a no brainer when it comes to booking a wedding venue. On top of that, the chef is amazing. Our guests LOVED the chicken, gnocchi and steak options we served for dinner as well as the delicious appetizers (highly recommend that cabe cakes, YUM!). Ania literally thinks of everything and has a large stockpile of 'extras' you can borrow so you aren't having to buy things like table numbers or beautiful mercury votives. The day went flawlessly and it was due to Ania and her excellent event execution abilities. If we ever need to have an event in the future-- we will DEFINITELY keep Troon in mind. Thank you Ania and your awesome staff! -

Troon has the most beautiful landscaping for a perfect desert venue. Not only was this venue gorgeous but Ania (the coordinator) made everything easy and was very well organized. Troon North was the very first venue we toured. We looked at dozens of other venues, and even went as far as Sedona to find the perfect place to get married. As many venues as we toured, they just didn’t feel like “the one”, and we found ourselves continuously comparing these venues to Troon North. We fell in love with the gorgeous desert landscape backdrops, and the cocktail hour patio/reception hall offered beautiful views of the sunset and city lights at night (we made sure to attach a bunch of photos to show just how beautiful this venue is).
Ania and the Troon North staff were amazing! Ania helped us tremendously with patiently answering our many questions. She truly knows everything you need to know about hosting a wedding, all the way down to the tiny details that come up along the way. We felt so relieved having Ania help us through this whole process, and it was her knowledge and help along the way which solidified our decision to get married at Troon North.
Our day couldn’t have been more perfect, and we are so happy that we chose Troon North for our wedding. Thank you to Ania and the entire Troon North staff that helped us pull off our special day! -

My husband and I could not be happier that we chose Troon North as our wedding venue! From the breathtaking outdoor ceremony space overlooking Pinnacle Peak to the sunset views durning cocktail hour, Troon North has it all. We wanted our wedding to have a quintessential desert feel and our pictures turned out amazing. A majority of our guests traveled from out of state and had nothing but great things to say. The food was absolutely incredible. One of our guests even said “How did they know how I like my steak? It’s cooked perfectly!” The reception space was just what we were looking for. The floor to ceiling windows made it easy for guests to converse outside while still feeling part of the wedding.
Ania was an utter dream to work with. She made the whole wedding planning process stress free. She was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Her attention to detail and willingness to work with us was beyond what we expected. You can tell she loves what she does and makes every couple feel special. I can’t say enough good things about Ania and the Troon North team! -
