The perfect wedding thanks to Adriana and her team!
Working with Adriana was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day! She had an incredible ability to take my ideas and bring them to life beautifully. From our very first conversation, she made me feel heard, understood, and completely at ease throughout the entire planning process.
Her attention to detail, organization, and creativity truly set her apart. No matter how big or small the request, she handled everything with professionalism and care. On the day of the wedding, I was fully present and able to enjoy every moment because I knew Adriana and her team had everything under control.
She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and it showed in every aspect of the day. If you’re looking for someone who is passionate, reliable, and genuinely invested in bringing your vision to life, I cannot recommend Adriana enough. -

If I could giver her a million stars I would
I don't even know where to begin with Adriana and her team. She actually changed my life. Throughout the entire wedding process everyone kept asking me "how is it going?" "are you so stressed" and not once was I ever stressed because I had this incredible team taking care of EVERYTHING. Not only were they so incredibly detail oriented, but Adriana truly cared about making our day exactly what we hoped and dreamed it would be and even more. During the planning experience all I had to do was explain my vision and vibe and Adriana and her team were able to provide the most incredible and chic mock ups for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. She nailed everything we were looking for and more. From then on, we trusted all of her choices and judgements. She really took care of us. Then on the weekend, every little problem that popped up was handled before I even knew it was an issue! Her team went so above and beyond for everything - even went as far as ensuring our grandparents were taken care of- which truly meant so so much to us. I just feel so lucky that Adriana and her team made all of our dreams come true. She is professional, creative, trustworthy, she thinks of everything you didn't even know you needed, and I was even lucky enough to call her a friend by the end of this process. The best of the best
Adriana was a saving grace. I called her one week into our planning process when we decided to change our wedding from 150 people to 20 people and told her we wanted to get married in 3 months. She did not bat an eye and got straight to work. We planned a wedding in just under 3 months together and it turned out to be everything I/we ever wanted in more. Would not change a thing! I know that it absolutely could not have been possible without Adriana. She was there for us, and especially me, the bride, through the whole process. Planner, friend, therapist, confidant, and so much more all in one. I am forever grateful. You absolutely need a planner and Adriana is your girl! THE BEST!!! -

An Angel from Heaven Above
Adriana is literally the most amazing person on this planet. I decided to go with her after interviewing 5 wedding planners because of her honesty. She told me how it was, which is what I needed and loved. She made our wedding literally perfect and her creativity is out of this world. I honestly don't even understand how she brought my vision to life but she did! Our wedding day so easy and stress free because of her and her team. Everyone in my wedding party kept complimenting how great she was. I will never be able to thank her enough for all of her hard work! She really is the best!! I would choose her over and over again if that were even possible.-

Absolute perfection
It’s hard to put into words how unbelievable Adriana and her team is! I could not imagine putting my trust in anyone else. From the moment we connected, Adriana was immediately brainstorming how to transform our wedding vision into reality. And that she did! During the week of the wedding, we had a power outage which was insanely stressful. Though it certainly was a worst case scenario that we could not have prepared for, there was never a moment I worried about the wedding itself because of Adriana and her team.
Throughout the planning process, Adriana went absolutely above and beyond. She was hands-on with every single step of the process-from save the date templates, to collecting guests addresses, to handling communications with absolutely every vendor and so on. I have come to learn that this level of hands-on planning and communication is VERY unique within the wedding planning industry. Over the course of the year planning, not only did we luck out with the best team, but we also gained a friendship. I recommend Adriana Marie Events without hesitation!-

We cannot say enough amazing things about Adrianna! We had the pleasure of working with her on a wedding in Annapolis and she was beyond amazing. Wonderful!
Adriana was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish! She is very detail oriented, organized, and thorough. Planning a wedding can be stressful at times, but she makes it relaxed and easy for the couple by completely handling all of the busy work, communication with vendors, and coordination between multiple moving parts. Her design skills are also impeccable; our wedding day was everything we ever dreamed of and more (her insta says it all)! We were relaxed, knowing that we could have full confidence in her to execute a perfect day for us and our guests. On top of all of that, she is extremely creative and helped us find ways to make our wedding personalized and unique to us! She is on the costly side, but well worth the money paid in the end knowing every detail was great. -

Made my crazy wedding experience so much easier!!
Hiring Adriana Marie Events was the easiest decision I made in regards to my wedding! They were the first vendor I reached out to and secured when I got engaged and I am so happy I did. Adriana and her team helped me to navigate 2 postponements due to COVID restrictions in my area and there was no way I could have made it through without their help and experience. On the day of my wedding they were there every step of the way to make sure I had everything I needed, that the venue was following my wishes, and that everything ran smoothly. They helped me navigate a rainstorm that affected my photos and exit. They even helped me to fix a broken wedding dress. They also were very skilled at taking care of issues before I even knew they were happening! I cannot thank this team enough for everything they did for me and my now husband for our wedding. Do yourself a favor and reach out to them for your big day! -

If you are deciding whether or not you want to use Adriana and her team, DO IT! This was by far one of the best decisions my husband and I made and I would hire her over and over again. From the design to the day of coordination and everything in between, Adriana executed this event perfectly and we couldn't have been happier. We enjoyed every little moment of our wedding day because of her and her team. Our wedding day was a real-life fairy tale and dream come true.-

Perfection in wedding planning
Adrianna and her team supported our family through the early parts of planning our daughter's wedding, stuck with us through a year-long Covid delay with words of support and encouragement to an anxious couple, and orchestrated the final event with exacting, calm, and detailed perfection. I could not have asked for more from a wedding planner - and her crew! Our experience with Adrianna and her team made clear how valuable a true professional planner can be! Worth every.single.penny
I don't even know where to begin (which pretty much sums up why I hired Adriana in the first place). Adriana does an INCREDIBLE job and can literally make anyone's wedding dreams/visions come to life. I have been to a few weddings she has designed - from jewel tones to fall inspiration w/ actual pomegranates on the tables - and she does such an impeccable job you think to yourself, "I could do Moroccan colors, I could do a nautical scheme." I am a very indecisive person and coming up with a timeless vision was so hard. She made such a simple idea into something I never dreamed of and even pulled through for me towards the end to get some upgrades on rentals. Adriana is so, so talented at her craft and has hired some stellar staff to work along side her. Shes not only kick @$$ at her job, but she is hands down, the easiest, most professional person I have ever worked with. She is a beautiful soul, inside and out, and does everything in her power to make your day go as seamlessly as possible.-

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Stress Free Wedding Experience
There are not enough words in the world to describe how happy Matt and I are with the entire process from beginning to end. From planning to executing our wedding, Adriana made everything feel so seamless and effortless, even while in the middle of planning everything during a pandemic. I have had the fortunate opportunity to know Adriana personally as a childhood friend, and have seen her beautiful work on weddings before, which helped to easily solidify our decision in hiring her as our wedding coordinator. She was of the the first calls we made post-engagement as we knew we would need her help in designing a beautiful wedding and helping to orchestrate everything for us as we were planning our wedding across the country. I knew Adriana was an experienced professional in her field, with an eye for details, but she managed to still completely blow us away. She was on top of everything, she thought of everything, and made it all so personal and meaningful for us. While being a bride in 2020 is said to be an experience in itself, Adriana managed to make it the most easy and relaxing experience for me. I can't begin to thank her enough! Every detail, event and special moment - all went off without a hitch. Matt and I are so incredibly happy, that we continue to look back on the day with smiles and tears. Words cannot even describe how appreciative I (as the MOB) am for everything Adriana Marie Events did for us. She made this event the most special moment for our family. At Home Wedding in Towson With Adriana Marie Events
We had the pleasure of having Adriana Gorman from Adriana Marie Events as our wedding planner for our daughter's wedding on 9/28/19. Adriana was an amazing guide during a year long process of wedding planning. She was able to create a magical wedding and reception at our home in Towson by pulling together all of our ideas and the brides dreams to fruition with confidence, professionalism and a calm, warm demeanor. Adriana created a beautiful and memorable day for our daughter, our family and our friends. Adriana is the best!
Hiring Adriana was the best decision we made when starting our wedding planning process. I knew that I was going to need some help turning my vision into a reality while working full time and planning an out-of-town wedding. Adriana made the whole process so smooth and stress-free for us, especially leading up to and on the big day when we knew everything was taken care of. We used a partial planning and month-of coordination package with her.
From our first conversation, she turned my words into a beautiful vision board and recommended the greatest vendors which allowed me to run with the planning, which I really enjoyed. She seamlessly took over communication with all the vendors about 2 months out, which really allowed us to focus on all of the last minute details. Her attention to detail is unparalleled- from creating a down to the minute timeline, to guiding me in logistics like where to get ready at, to ensuring that we got our menus and escort cards at the end of the night. With her guidance, our venue looked absolutely magical, and by her being there for the set up, she was able to make some crucial last minute decisions. Her whole team was so friendly and helpful throughout the day and night.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Adriana and her team. They are friendly, professional, creative, and thorough. Having her expertise allowed us to completely enjoy our wedding planning, and most importantly, the wedding day itself! We will forever look back on our wedding with gratitude to her. For anyone who is thinking about a wedding planner, Adriana is the best there is! -

Amazing Support and Guidance!
Adriana has wonderful taste, vision, and her experience in this business is very beneficial! My husband and I both work full time and were planning our wedding from out of state. Adriana made this process so easy and stress-free! We did not have a clear idea of exactly what we wanted for our big day and we were looking for many ideas and suggestions. Adriana did a great job making suggestions but also helping us make our design and vision reflect who we were as a couple. She took care of any and all communication needs between us and our vendors. She also knew exactly which vendors would be a good match for our wedding- they all did an amazing job! So thankful for her guidance and our relationship throughout this process. Absolutely Perfect!
Adriana was incredible. I cannot have imagined our weekend happening the way it did without her. As a dual military couple, we had little time to plan. She was flexible in her coordination, and after one phone call she seemed to know exactly what we wanted for our day. She responded promptly to every request we made, and was always one step ahead of us in planning! The event was spectacular. Her attention to detail was remarkable. It hailed during cocktail hour on our wedding day and she handled it with grace. Guests didn't even know things were not going perfectly as planned! I recommend her to absolutely everyone. You are making a mistake if you don't use her! -

Adriana is amazing. Right from the beginning, she designed a beautiful setting for us, but always listened and incorporated our ideas. Her organizational skills are incredible. We had a large wedding and didn't have to worry about a thing - she had every detail down. A flash storm was handled with grace and ease. She and her team never missed a beat.

Can't recommend highly enough!
I was lucky enough to have Adriana Marie Events handle the month-of coordination for my wedding. This was one of the best investments that we made in our wedding planning - I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to do most of their own planning, but wants to enjoy their wedding day knowing that an experienced professional is executing every detail. As an added bonus, Adriana also put together a fantastic design plan for me that brought all of my ideas and sources of inspiration into one cohesive package and included a number of vendor recommendations. I was able to draw on it throughout my planning process and was so grateful for all her wonderful vendor suggestions – we ended up with an all-star team that put together a perfect day.
In the months leading up to our wedding, Adriana was a great resource – always responsive and easy to work with. Beginning a month out from our day, Allison took us in hand. She helped us work through all our final planning details (creating the full timeline for our wedding day, communicating with and coordinating our many vendors, etc) and then executed our day to perfection. We can’t say enough great things about Allison! She is experienced, competent, and a true pleasure to work with.
The AME team was with us throughout the entire day, ensuring that my husband and I and our families were all able to enjoy our wedding without worrying about taking care of anything, from setting up the reception space to ensuring all our personal items were delivered to us at the end of the night. Our day was everything we imagined and more, in large part thanks to these fabulous ladies.

Step 1: Get Engaged. Step 2: Hire Adriana
Adriana is a master planner, visionary designer, and calming therapist all rolled into one. We came across Adriana’s work while venue hunting. My husband and I both reside in Boston but were planning to have the wedding in Annapolis, MD (where we both grew up). We had recently gotten engaged and I had spent weeks researching and setting up appointments to see venues in the Annapolis area. Every place we visited had pictures of previous weddings there, and every time, I would say “I like it, but I REALLY like how they transformed the space in that picture!” I quickly found out that it was Adriana who was behind all these different venue transformations and immediately reached out to her.
That was the best decision we ever made. We went with Adriana’s full planning package and she immediately took the reins. My husband and I both work very busy jobs and no longer did I have to spend hours finding every perfect vendor to bring my vision to life. With just a short call and some pinterest photos sent over, Adriana just “got it” and started designing the wedding of our dreams.
Pre-Wedding
Adriana is super organized and answered every point of contact promptly. She put together a design package that reflected both of our personalities and knew the answers to all of our questions (and we had a lot of them). Being from out of town, one of the things we really appreciated was that she worked with our schedules to consolidate all of our vendor appointments into 1-2 days visits so we could really minimize the amount of times we had to take off work and fly back and forth between the Boston and Annapolis. She followed up with all our vendors, handled all the contracts, and kept us on our timeline so we never felt stressed or rushed as the big day approached.
During-Wedding
Adriana came with an additional assistant to help with the day of, an “emergency kit” for the bridal suite that had everything from meds to sewing kits (which we thankfully didn’t have to use!), and the most detailed timeline I have ever seen (literally, down to the minute). To say this lady was “prepared” was an understatement. Nothing fazed her - even as I started worrying about the potential thunderstorm that threatened to ruin our outdoor ceremony, she calmly pulled open her multiple weather apps, walked me through our options, and made me feel 100% better. She even sat and removed bugs from my dress and sprayed bug spray into it before pictures!
Adriana is genuinely the most caring, talented person I have ever met devoted to her craft. Our wedding was spectacular thanks to her and the only thing we’re sad about is now that it’s over, we won’t get to work with her any more!-

BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE (except marrying my husband ;))
Where do I even begin? I did not even need to shop around for wedding planners because the minute I saw Adriana’s work I knew I had to have her. It is obvious through the myriad spectacular weddings she has executed that Adriana’s keen artistic ability is unparalleled. I mean, her portfolio of weddings is to die for. What’s most impressive is how she undertakes each couple’s unique vision and turns it into these gorgeous events.
When Adriana and I first started talking about my vision, I am fairly certain that I made absolutely no sense – I had something in my mind, which I felt was nearly impossible to articulate. Within no time, Adriana sent me her design plan and sure enough, there was everything I could possibly have dreamt up (except 100 times better!). She somehow perfectly understood my vision and almost immediately had sourced everything I needed and came up with this stunning design. I knew I wanted something that was a little different and Adriana took that and ran with it. We had so much fun planning everything together and there are really no words to describe the way my husband and I felt when we saw the final product – everything I could have ever asked for and more! Adriana literally made my dreams come true.
Besides the beautiful designs she creates, Adriana is organized, thorough, responsive, and highly professional. I literally had zero stress planning the wedding all thanks to her. She led me to an unbelievable team of vendors, helped me through every step of the process, and even continues to help me after the wedding. Throughout the entire process, I felt like she was just as excited as I was and really made it the most joyful experience of my life. I am so lucky to have been able to show up to my wedding, get every single detail I could ever want, and not worry about a single thing. I know Adriana truly treats every one of her couple’s like family and will value every detail and aspect of their wedding as she would her own. She is so impressive – the most important gem in my jewel tone wedding. I will never be able to thank her enough for giving us the best day of our lives. Trust me, there is NO ONE better than her!!

Hire Adriana. Trust me.
I don't have the words to properly thank Adriana for the role she played in making our wedding day an absolute dream come true. From our very first interaction to the last song of the night, Adriana was by our side every step of the way. She immediately understood our hopes for our wedding day and it honestly felt like we had known each other forever after that first meeting. Adriana stepped in to assist with planning about a year out to help us find the remaining vendors necessary to pull off the best Cinco de Mayo party/wedding celebration of all time. Her confidence, kindness, and high caliber of industry knowledge immediately set us at ease as she welcomed us into the AME family and designed our perfect day. Not only is she kindhearted, patient, and generous with her time and efforts, but she is also a force to be reckoned with when it comes to advocating on behalf of her clients. I never once worried about the logistics or asked questions about the event setup, etc. on my wedding day because I knew Adriana had everything under control. And from someone like me (a corporate event planner), that is the ultimate endorsement. She is equal parts designer, planner, advocate, confidant, and friend - we feel so grateful to have found Adriana! -

Our stress free wedding!
Adriana is an angel among planners! Our year of planning was completely stress free because of Adriana and her team! We provided inspiration and she delivered through and through. We did a full service planning package and it was worth every single penny. Our families, bridal party and my husband and I all were able to enjoy the entire weekend without running around to finalize details or a timeline because of Adriana. We could never thank her enough! Being on the other side of our day there are so many things I realize I never even had to think about because they were just taken care of for us. Every Bride and Groom deserves to experience their wedding weekend stress free. Our best investment was hiring Adriana! -

Adriana is absolutely amazing! From start to finish she was great to work with, extremely helpful with any and all questions, and a design genius. The part I struggled most with was putting my vision to life. She turned a few pictures from Pinterest into our dream wedding. So much so, that I cried as soon as I walked through the doors of the venue for the first time. I had multiple people in our wedding party mention how awesome she was. She even went as far as fashion taping my dress to me almost every 10 minutes throughout the entire night. Thank you :) Choose Adriana as your wedding planner or you're missing out!! We hired Adriana almost two years before our wedding and it was the best decision that we made throughout the process. Even though we hired her far in advance of our wedding date, she hit the ground running immediately and gave us full access to her as we began planning our dream wedding together.
I have never planned a big event before, but I am sure that without her I would not have been able to do it. She made the process so easy for us and knew exactly what vendors we should use to get the look and the feel that we wanted. Even though I had a vision in my head about what I wanted it to be like, I had trouble articulating my needs for the smaller details. It was almost as if she was able to read my mind and then curated everything she knew I would want and love. If she saw something new that she thought I would like, she connected with me immediately to get my opinion about it.
Fast forward two years to our wedding day last weekend. The whole day was an absolute dream. I was able to enjoy my day stress free because Adriana and her assistants took care of everything. As a result, I was really able to soak in the love from our guests and enjoy every single moment. Even my bridesmaids got to know and love Adriana and her staff throughout the day. After the wedding I got so many compliments of how well run, fun and gorgeous it was- and I certainly cannot take all the credit for that. Adriana and her team were the magicians behind the scenes making everything perfect for us and our guests.
Above all of that, she was truly a pleasure to work with. Adriana says that after she plans an event for for you, you become a part of the Adriana Marie Events family- and she truly feels like family now. I am going to miss planning with her and speaking to her so often! There are not enough stars or accolades that I could give to her. She is truly the best! We cannot thank her enough! -

Adriana was a true god sent gift! From the first day that we met with her (almost a year out from our wedding date), she was able to take our dreams and visions and turn them into reality. She quickly took notice of what style we were going for and went above and beyond in making further recommendations for us (i.e. a beer truck for my beer loving husband!). She handled all contact with the vendors, making everything SO easy for us, and kept track of every last detail for us. If there was any ever issue with the wedding, Adriana made sure to take care of it before we even knew! She perfectly executed everything we could have ever wanted and made the process look easy (though I’m positive it’s not). We can’t thank her enough for all that she has done for us! -

We hired Adriana to plan and design our daughter's wedding almost exactly one year ago, after we had booked Whitehall Manor in Annapolis for the ceremony and reception. Whitehall is beautiful and historic, sitting on 135 Chesapeake Bay front acres.... and is also lacking any infrastructure needed for an outdoor ceremony and reception. It became immediately clear to all of us, once Allie and Tyler fell in love with Whitehall, that a wedding planner with extensive experience in the Annapolis area was needed to fully plan and execute a complex and large wedding at such a venue in a town 2 hours from where we live.
Allie and I first met with Adriana in her studio. Allie explained to Adriana the vibe and aesthetic that she was going for on her wedding day and Adriana immediately connected with Allie's vision. The initial design plan from Adriana was the only design plan from Adriana... from the flowers and greenery to the cocktail lounges and bistro lights under to the trees... the large whitewashed dance floor and the comfy lounges around its perimeter... the custom ice cream sandwich bar and the beer truck from a local brewery... the gold and peach place settings and lush centerpieces... the importance of really great food and equally good service... Adriana fully 'got' Allie and Tyler's vision.
In addition to executing Allie and Tyler's vision for their wedding day, Adriana fully executed the rest of what went into creating such a wonderful weekend- hotel rooms for 200+ guests and welcome bags at checkin, transportation for everyone to and from the event for all of our guests, bathroom trailers and generators and a sailcloth tent, farm tables and upholstered benches and the most beautiful place settings and tablescapes... an extensive rain plan that, thankfully, went unneeded.
Adriana is fun to work with, positive and calm under pressure, organized and communicative and creative. Hiring her was the absolute best wedding decision we made.

Adriana was our wedding guardian angel, honestly. From the minute we met her we knew she was perfect for our vision.
We selected the "all in" package that allowed us unlimited calls/emails + vendor support.
Before we officially started, I shared with her a Pinterest board of what we were thinking and she NAILED IT on her first draft of our mood board - everything from the color scheme, florals, invite design, interiors, new visions that she hadn't done yet - she gave us everything we asked for, but better. And on the day itself, it was real and incredible. And the vendors she selected for us were as kind and generous as she was.
Throughout the entire process, Adriana was extremely positive and supportive. If there were any issues with vendors, I really didn't know about them and she handled on her own. There was one hiccup with the hotel I booked being difficult, and she didn't tell me until I absolutely needed to know, and had solutions ready for alternates, which worked out for the best! If we changed our mind on something or needed to cut for budget, she was extremely understanding, which is really what every bride SHOULD experience.
Our wedding day was perfect, and I credit that solely to Adriana. Was it beautiful? Yes. But more importantly, I knew it was all being handled, under control, and I trusted her and her team, so I had ZERO stress leading up to the day and throughout. For someone with anxiety, that's a huge help!!! And wayyyy cheaper than therapy ; ) When people ask me how it was, I say "it was exactly what I'd hoped it would be". There is nothing that I wish was different or wish I had done and didn't do, which it seems a lot of other brides feel over time.
I'm definitely not doing everything she did all the justice it deserves, but I can't recommend her enough. Now that the wedding is over, I feel like a piece of me is missing. But, while we are not working together anymore, I know 100% that I have a new lifelong friend in my life.-

There are not enough kind words to describe our experience with Adriana. She is the absolute BEST! Hiring her as a planner was the first thing we booked, and also the best decision we made. Our communication started 3 months leading up to the wedding and immediately I knew she had everything handled. If you are on the fence about using a wedding planner, I strongly recommend it and you should use Adriana Marie Events. I wasn't sure if I needed a planner myself until I met Adriana. She opened my families eyes to all that goes into weddings. We honestly couldn't have pulled off our dream day without her. In addition to being our go-to for all wedding questions and tasks, she was also our event designer. Together we came up with the perfect evening. Adriana's style and connections to the area's best vendors were essential to our wedding turning out the way it did. One of the most valuable aspects of having a wedding planner is the day of coordination. If we had any issues day of, I still don't know about them! Our day was stress free and flawless. I'm so grateful that we had Adriana there for our wedding. From a year out to the day after, it was a happy experience. -

I could not have imagined my wedding day without Adriana. I currently live overseas so working with her was the best decision I made. She worked closely with all of my vendors to make my day flawless and stress free. On top of planning services, Adriana was also my florist. All the flowers and greens were exceptional and I loved it all. I highly recommend hiring Adriana so as a bride you can sit back and enjoy your day. -

My PERFECT wedding day in Narragansett, RI would never have become a dream come true without Adriana. From the moment I met her I knew she was going to make this experience everything it was. INCREDIBLE! She was always on top of everything from planning to execution. She was extremely professional while also feeling like my friend through the entire wedding planning process. At first I thought I could handle everything on my own with an excel spreadsheet. But honestly, the best decision I made throughout the entire process was hiring Adriana. We contacted Adriana only 4 weeks away from our intimate wedding and we are so incredibly happy that we did. Adriana was an absolute DREAM! We felt so at ease during our entire planning process, because it was very clear that she was organized, efficient, and had everything under control. She took all the stress out of planning, and left us to simply enjoy the process, which is exactly what a bride and groom should do! Amber and I just got married at Magnolia Plantation in Charleston ( South Carolina ) and we were honored to have Adriana as our wedding planner. We had Adriana for our wedding on Sunday in Charleston, SC. She has to be the best designer out there! She made our dreams come true and she made everything so easy! I couldn't have imagined our wedding without her! She lives in Maryland and we live in NC. She made EVERYTHING happen even from a distance and the design and decor...were beyond perfect! We seriously cannot compliment her enough and if you need a planner....she is the one! She is professional, kind, fun and so artistic!! Adriana is the definition of professionalism and efficiency. We absolutely loved her! The first thing that we liked about Adriana is that she used to work at our wedding venue. We felt more comfortable knowing that she knew the venue like the back of her hand. We decided to select the one-month out option and we could not be more pleased. We felt so much better after meeting with Adriana a month before our wedding. We went over the logistics and timeline of the day and she gave us great suggestions for last minute items that we were looking for. I loved the website tool that Adriana offers. It was so easy to create our seating chart and to communicate with one another. Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch. From the rehearsal to the wedding, it was a breeze all due to Adriana. At the end of the night, we were rushed to the shuttle and I was a little worried that I had no idea where our marriage license and my bouquet were. Thankfully, Adriana had it all taken care of and I easily found them in our nicely packed car the next day. We would highly recommend Adriana! -

I used Adriana as a "day of" wedding planner for our daughter's wedding because our venue required a "day of" planner. Kate was the 4th of 4 daughters to get married, and I was somewhat resistant to the whole concept, thinking I was a pro at this. Now I have the classic "If I knew then what I know now" thought!! Adriana made life sooo much easier for my daughter and me. Her attention to details and organizational skills took away the majority of last minute worries. It is also clear that Adriana has a gifted eye for design and knows what little touches will go a long way!
Unfortunately (but, not really) we were able to see Adriana perform under not-ideal conditions. Our beautiful garden wedding had to be turned into a cozy, indoor wedding when an 8% chance of rain decided to come to fruition. She directed the transformation in a 20 minute time slot. Our guests had no idea that an outdoor wedding was even planned - our indoor wedding looked like it had been planned for all year! Another snafu - our DJ was in a serious auto accident the morning of the wedding. Adriana came to our house later that morning, smiling and relaxed, and began the conversation with "There is an issue, but it is all resolved!" She had arranged for another DJ, and he turned out to be fabulous.
I was able to enjoy the actual event without EVER thinking about having to take care of something. Adriana even packed up our car after the wedding as we continued the celebration in downtown Annapolis. There are many examples I could give, but suffice to say you will not be disappointed with any services that Adriana provides! -

Wow! Where do I even begin with Adriana? She is amazing and 100% made our wedding day an absolute dream! Working with Adriana leading up to the wedding was phenomenal. She was always quick to respond (within a few hours if that!) and if for some reason she was going to be out of town she would let me know ahead of time it may take her a little longer than normal to respond (it usually didn't!).
Her style is incomparable to anything I have seen before! She knew exactly who to contact for each request and made many great suggestions as well from a full greenery ceiling treatment to a custom stage and white dance floor. She took full control over communicating with the countless vendors over the nearly one year we worked together which I could not be more grateful for!
The best thing about working with Adriana during the planning process was she just "got it". Planning a wedding from across the country could have been a nightmare but with Adriana it was fun and never stressful! We communicated via email 90% of the time and only met once prior to the wedding week and everything was exactly how I would have dreamed it would have been and more!
Fast forward to our wedding week, Adriana was available for me to call/text with any questions or needs! She was always so calm and collected which helped me feel that way too! Her assistant, Allison, who was with the bridesmaids while we got ready was amazing as well.
After the wedding my husband and I were reflecting on the day and we agreed that having Adriana be a part of our day was the best decision we made through the who process. Everything was absolutely perfect. I had so many guests tell me it was the most beautiful, detail oriented wedding they had ever been to! I cannot imagine planning and executing our wedding day without Adriana. Thank you Adriana from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day the best day ever! -

If you are looking for someone with an impeccable sense of style, Adriana Gorman is your girl. She put together an extremely classy affair. Insert crazy rain, vendors that I had personally booked that had issues the day before and reception site issues that came up at the last minute ... I still never saw her sweat! Adriana handled it all with a smile. Not a detail was left unturned and taken care of. While I didn't want to spend the money for a wedding planner, I am so glad I did. While she attended to the reception details she had a personal assistant with me while I got ready and she too was awesome. (Thanks Allison)
We are so grateful for Adriana and all her hard work. She delivered on every promise and at the end of it all I feel like I have a new friend. As brides planning a wedding, how many times are you asked, “How do you picture your wedding day?” Right before I walked down the aisle, a sweaty, nervous, shaky mess, I got a glimpse of my reception space for the first time. That vision that I had in my head for 10 months was finally there for everyone else to see. I could finally stop trying to explain it, because my words never did it justice. They still don’t. It was just too perfect. No one else could've done it.
Adriana was so much more than a planner for us. She was that person who not only helped inspire my vision, but also fully understood it. She has the patience, insane organization, experience, and impeccable taste that it takes to take a bride’s dream and turn it into reality. She is the person who came to meetings with me to ask the questions I was too scared to ask. She was my sounding board for ideas that I wasn’t quite sure about, and the surest answer to my thousands of questions. She was a shield for all stress. She is the one who told me she could see my undies through my gown, and helped sew me into my dress when I bent over too fast and popped the clasp at the top. And you know what? I didn’t even care because everything else was so perfect. Oh, and did I mention she perfectly executed our rain plan because the wind would have blown me into the Bay? And still, not a shred of worry.
Our wedding was exactly what I wanted it to be, because of Adriana. As we drove to our honeymoon, my husband said, “No one should ever get married without a planner.” Adriana is absolutely incredible at what she does. She is so prepared for anything, that absolutely nothing could ever go wrong. She allowed my husband and I to be so calm and stress-free in the months (yes, months) leading up to the wedding that we were truly able to focus on each other and bask in the fact that we were getting married. Adriana makes weddings look easy. I am eternally grateful. So obviously, I couldn't recommend anyone more.

We met Adriana when she was still working as a wedding coordinator at our venue. As we got closer to the wedding, we realized that we totally were going to need more help when it came to setting up and executing our vision for the wedding. Adriana got it right away, and executed it perfectly! She was such a lifesaver when we needed to make quick changes due to weather. I really don't know what we would have done without her.
Adriana is super professional, and having worked with weddings for so long, knows just the right questions to ask, and the right things to think about. We didn't have to worry about one single thing the day of. Highly recommend Adriana for all of your planning needs! -

We were lucky to have met Adriana at a wedding expo at London Town. Adriana gave a great first impression upon the first meeting. Her knowledge of London Town as a venue coordinator along with her experience as a wedding coordinator made it a no-brainer to hire her as our wedding coordinator.
With my wife being an excellent planner and having a strong knack for arts and crafts, we opted to do a lot of our tasks in house. So we hired Adriana to be our day-of coordinator. One of the bigger benefits to having her as our day-of coordinator was the unlimited communications. At the time we hired Adriana, we had over 12 months until our wedding. We were in constant communication with her for referrals, wedding etiquette related questions, and general advice. Adriana was quick to respond and in detail, reminding us to always reach out to her for any questions. It wasn't until a month before our wedding that we got to see her really take action. She organized a meeting with us, the venue coordinator, and the caterer to discuss logistics. Her rapport with our vendors from past events gave us a very successful logistics meeting. During the meeting, we provided Adriana with a healthy supply of decor for our event. She had a plan for the majority of the items during the meeting and would reach out to us via email regarding the other items.
Our decor was beautifully laid out on the day of our wedding. I wish there was an option to upload a picture because we really had a lot of decor and a compliment doesn't do her work justice! Adriana politely guided us throughout the wedding if we needed to take pictures, cut the cake, and so on. Her experience, professionalism, and character gave us a mistake-free wedding. Not even the smallest thing went wrong. I want to give her more kudos but I'm out of characters. Go with Adriana and you, too, will be writing a similar review. Thank you, Adriana!!! -

Adriana was so helpful in making our wedding day go smoothly. We are a somewhat laid-back couple and when we didn't know quite what to do she made the best suggestions while allowing us to make the final decision. She was fantastic with setting up the venue and arranging the placement of tables and activities. On the day of the wedding she was out of sight but stepped in at just the right time to keep things moving along as scheduled. She created the timeline for the day and suggested great vendors whom really made the day perfect. We couldn't have done it without her! -

I hired Adriana as my day-of coordinator for my June 2015 wedding, but we actually started working together 3 months before the wedding since she was also getting married a few weeks before me. We had our reception at Historic London Town, which made me feel very comfortable hiring Adriana since she also works there. With so much to do, it was great to have someone else following up with vendors and taking care of the last-minute details. The whole day was beautiful (except for the torrential rain) and I know I couldn't have done it without Adriana!! -

Adriana was hired by my daughter to be her wedding coordinator. The event was extraordinary and Adriana was very detailed oriented and provided perfect service and results beyond expectations. Adriana was an amazing wedding planner! I initially hired her for day of coordination for my September 2014 wedding. At the time our venue was dropping the ball but as soon as I met with Adriana I knew that everything would be perfect. As it turned out, the day after our first planning meeting, my fiancé and I found out that our wedding venue was shut down and we were left with no venue a month before our wedding. I called Adriana first thing the next morning and she jumped right into action. She actually found the place we got married at the same day! She was amazing through the entire process. She coordinated all of the extra rentals we needed, attended extra meetings with the catering company and new venue. As you can imagine that was a very difficult time for my fiancé and I but Adriana made it so much easier and less stressful. I have no idea what we would have done without her. In addition to helping us through that last month our wedding day went seamlessly. Everything was perfect and set up just as we had planned. Adriana is very detailed and thorough. She is incredibly responsive and in timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend Adriana to be your wedding coordinator. You will not regret it! -
