    Our wedding day

    This is the best band you will book for any event! We had them for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing! You will not be disappointed. Tricky Dick is so fun, nice and talented. They made our wedding reception so fun and memorable!

    Best. Concert. Ever.

    John and I have seen Tricky Dick multiple times over the years. As soon as we got engaged, there was no question about who we would have as our wedding band. We actually picked our wedding date based on their availability this summer! We knew what we were getting with Tricky Dick, but they still managed to impress. From letting us customize our set list/cocktail hour/dinner hour music, to Tony MCing and keeping the night on track, and letting our fathers play our first dance, we could not say more. John and I could not recommend Tricky Dick any higher nor could we offer greater praise. Everyone says something is bound to go wrong on your wedding day, but Tricky Dick was everything that was right about it!

    The best!

    Tricky Dick made our wedding reception go smoothly & everyone have a blast! Tony was so friendly & easy to work with. We immediately felt comfortable & so excited to have them play at our wedding when we met Tony. He was just as excited about our wedding as we were and right then we knew we made the right choice! He MCed the whole evening & made the night completely stress free for us (& we didn’t have a wedding planner!!). All of our guests were raving about the band & how they switched from song to song so seamlessly that no one ever wanted to leave the dance floor & the dance floor was packed the whole night!!! Cannot recommended Tricky Dick & the Coverups enough! 1000/10 made our wedding reception the best night ever.

    Outstanding!

    I cannot say enough about how great Tricky Dick is. We have been following the band for years and have seen them countless of times at different venues. Their performance for the wedding was a whole new level of excellence.

    Tony did such a great job MCing and accommodated a special/custom Mother Son dance. The band added a light show and went above and beyond with the preparation and attention to detail.

    The band has been all of the talk from family & friends and truly made the night unforgettable.

    Tricky Dick has a great variety of songs and genres, and the band is extremely accommodating with customizing your playlist. If you are considering between a DJ and a live band, a live band makes such a huge difference. And Tricky Dick is 100% thr way to go!

    Highlight of our wedding!

    Tricky Dick & The Coverups were the highlight of our wedding! Leading up to the wedding Tony met with us to discuss songs and helped with suggestions for timing. They were all very professional. Tony MC’d everything too and really got the crowd’s attention when needed. They provided cocktail hour and dinner music via mp3. When they started to perform EVERYONE was on the dance floor!! Our guests had such a great time dancing all night and watching their show. They also made it personalized to us in subtle ways. Our guests keep talking about how great they are. They started off with a lot of classics songs at the beginning and worked in some new hits toward the end of the night. They provided glow sticks and sunglasses which were a huge hit with our guests. I would 100% recommend hiring them for your wedding!

    Amazing highly recommend

    Thank you so much! You guys were amazing! After we met a few weeks ago we were so comfortable with you handling things the day of but you surpassed our expectations!! From MCing, to keeping things on schedule and your amazingly high energy performance - it was fantastic!! We got so many compliments about you guys! Thank you for helping making our day so memorable and so much fun!!!

    Simply the Best! Worth every Penny 100%

    If you want a wedding that everyone will rave about in years to come hire Tricky Dick! We got so many compliments including our guests saying they have never been to a wedding where it was literally impossible to leave the dance floor! This bands energy keeps all your guests engaged the entire time. Not to mention Tony is incredibly responsive and well organized. I had 12 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen and he announced them all perfectly while keeping the flow of the wedding and timeline on track. Tricky Dick is the best decision we made for our wedding. You will not be disappointed!

    I can't even begin to explain how great Tricky Dick & the Cover Ups were. Tony was amazing during the planning process. He worked through all my questions and expectations with ease and made me feel so comfortable.
    The event was a huge success because of the band. Weeks later we are still receiving comments from our guests about how great the band was. Of all the money I spent on my wedding, Tricky Dick & the Cover Ups was hands down the best money I spent.

    If you are contemplating on hiring this band for your big day, do it! The dance floor will be packed and they will set the perfect mood for an amazing wedding!

    Worth. Every. Penny!

    We used Tricky Dick & the Cover-Ups for our wedding in September 2017 and we couldn't have been more pleased with them. Tony was great to work with prior to the wedding day, and he made sure that everything would be how we envisioned it. The band played hit after hit and our guests had an absolute blast dancing and singing along to every song.

    We had seen them perform at other weddings in the Cleveland area, and we just knew we had to have them at our wedding. Lucky for us, they agreed to travel all the way to Chicago and we are so happy they did. The entire band brought an energy to the room that helped make for a special night. Tony also did an excellent job at MC-ing the reception and making sure everything ran smoothly during all the speeches and introductions.

    To anyone looking for a band to play at their wedding, you can not find a more fun and exciting band than Tricky Dick & The Cover-Ups! We highly recommend them.

    We could not have asked for a more incredible band. Tricky Dick gave us exactly what we were looking for, a great time! All the guys were incredibly kind and professional. We would recommend them over and over!
    We were open to spending a more on a band as opposed to a DJ and we are happy we did!

    Tricky Dick and the Cover Ups are the BEST cover band out their! They are professional, easy to work with, polite, and extremely talented. While they are from the Cleveland area, they were willing to travel to Pittsburgh to perform at our wedding reception. All I can say is that they are amazing and worth every penny! They truly made our reception a party!
