Couldn't have been better!

We knew we wanted Tricia to photograph our wedding a year before we even got engaged – when we first met her at Maggie’s sister’s wedding, we saw her compassion, her joy, her laughter, and her incredible photos that captured the day (and us!) so beautifully. At that intimate, family-only wedding, she felt like a member of the family. So, once we got engaged ourselves, she was the very first vendor we booked!

From our engagement shoot to our wedding day, it was a joy to work with Tricia and Lisa. We went into our engagement shoot slightly nervous about being in front of a camera, and Tricia made us feel totally like ourselves and comfortable. She brought us to the perfect spot in Stockbridge, and had us laughing the whole time. She even stayed late to capture the sunset with some champagne. That’s just how Tricia is – she always goes the extra mile, and treats your special days like they are her own. She takes the time to actually get to know you as a couple and each of you as individuals, and makes sure every photo feels like you.

On the wedding day itself, she and Lisa divided and conquered beautifully to capture two brides getting ready, making us each feel so special. At our Tanglewood ceremony and reception, they managed to capture every big moment and all the little ones in between (all the while totally blending in). Once again, they snuck us away for some gorgeous sunset pics – they’re some of our favorite pictures from the whole night. Now that we’ve gotten our photos back, we can’t get over how perfect they are, and we get to relive the day over and over again.

Tricia and Lisa, thank you for being such an incredible team and for capturing the best day of our lives. You are the absolute best. To any engaged couples out there, do yourselves a favor, and book Tricia as fast as you can! She will help make your special day unforgettable.

Amazing Wedding Photographer! Highly Recommend!!

I got married at the Williams Inn in Williamstown, MA and chose Tricia and Lisa as my photographers. Wow wow wow - I can't say enough about how happy I am with the photos. After doing extensive research on photographers all across Western MA, what drew me to Tricia was her pristine photo quality and attention to detail as well as her ability to capture natural moments that reflected the true beauty of the day. What I got was all that and much more! In addition to the photography, Tricia also curated a day-of schedule for us that helped organize the entire day and ensure that we captured every photo that we wanted (family, friend groups, co-workers, ect). She met with us via zoom a few months before the wedding to get to know us and discuss all aspects of the day. Her extensive experience shooting weddings is incredibly helpful as she was able to suggest things that I hadn't thought of and provide guidance for all aspects of the day. We are so happy with the photos and had such a pleasant experience working with Tricia and Lisa. I would highly recommend the two-photographer package as Tricia and Lisa are an incredibly dynamic duo that work seamlessly together to capture all angles and moments. When one person was giving us instructions or setting up the next pose, the other was clicking away capturing all of those natural moments. They were also able to divide and conquer with one taking pictures of the groom/groomsmen and the other bride/bridesmaids. Having both of them made the day run so smoothly and between the two of them they were able to capture every single moment and memory. I would highly recommend Tricia and Lisa but make sure to book early as they are in high demand!

The best of the best in the Berkshires

Look at any wedding photos from the Berkshires that take your breath away, and chances are, they’ve got Tricia’s watermark on them. She patiently worked with us through a date change, a few other road bumps, and even came out to NYC for our engagement shoot, and the rest of her team also exudes professionalism, warmth, and talent. Photos are the one thing from our wedding day that last forever, and we couldn’t have imagined having anyone but Tricia capture those memories—she doesn’t push the corny, overdone couple shots, and instead excels at finding truly candid moments we couldn’t have planned for.

Tricia is spectacular!

There are not enough kind words to describe Tricia and her work. From our initial meeting, Tricia made herself available to us for needs beyond photography really showing her level of experience. She seamlessly blended into our micro-wedding allowing her to capture all those special in-between moments. An absolute professional! Hire and Don't Look Back!

When I started wedding planning, the one vendor I knew I had to have was Tricia McCormack. I emailed Tricia first and then based the wedding date on her availability. Tricia McCormack Photography took photos for our family reunion - I loved the pictures she took, and I was even more impressed with her ability to get people together to take great photos. The photos speak for themselves, so this review focuses on the joy of working with her. Tricia is more than a photographer, she is partially your event coordinator - she works with you to set up a timeline for the day to anticipate all of the wonderful moments to capture. For me, it was also the matter of working through a lot of logistical challenges - an evening winter wedding in MA with a tight timeline that I was planning from Florida (and then my initial venue cancelled on me a few months before the big day!). She made sure to keep in close communication with me through all of these variables to ensure that everything was flawless. And it was! My favorite thing about working with Tricia is that she captures these organic moments of happiness, but behind the scenes, she's running the show like clockwork. She works so diligently to get the photos you want, all the while respecting the time you need to engage with your guests. It's a real balance act that she guides you through! Also, you ever notice that most people are hesitant to volunteer for a picture? Tricia is so great at working through a crowd and energetically (and politely) commanding groups of friends/family to stand up and smile for a photo. I can't recommend her enough - not only will you have these keepsakes forever, she'll take on some of the stress and work of being a bride!

Tricia is amazing!!

When planning our wedding (we were married in Oct 2019), I knew that capturing the memories of this big day were one of my top priorities. As such, I put a ton of effort into finding the right photographer. I was looking for not only someone who had an outstanding portfolio, but also someone personable and warm – someone that I would feel comfortable having around throughout our wedding day full of intimate, special moments. Admittedly, I probably spent way too much time searching and vetting various possibilities, but I mention this in the hopes of fully conveying the weight of this statement: Tricia McCormack is THE BEST!!!

Tricia and her team (second shooter Lisa) were an absolute joy to work with! Tricia supported the journey leading up to our wedding day by checking-in periodically, sending helpful info and suggestions, and taking the time to dig into our day-of timeline in order to make sure we had thoughtfully planned out a wedding day that would be enjoyable, stress-free, and full of all the photographs our hears desired. And when the big day came, Tricia and Lisa were instrumental in making sure that plan came into fruition! Tricia somehow managed to be both very professional (keeping everyone on timeline) yet simultaneously lighthearted and fun - and even calming when some of the pre-ceremony jitters kicked in. And the photographs…just breathtaking!! Her work truly speaks for itself, so I recommend everyone go and look at her blog/insta/etc. She has an incredible talent for capturing not only the image itself, but the feeling and the beauty of the moment. We have been flooded with compliments from family and friends praising her work. I could not possibly be more thrilled (and grateful!) to have found Tricia!!

Gorgeous photographs, calming presence

After seeing much of Tricia's work online, we decided to book her and her team far in advance of our wedding. And we are so glad we did! From the planning to the day-of coordination, Tricia was a joy to work with. And the photographs... my goodness! They are beyond gorgeous. We are still basking in them, many weeks later! We can't wait to turn them into an album (a service Tricia's team makes incredibly easy). We know we will cherish them for a lifetime.

Tricia and her team are the BEST!

I met Tricia when she photographed my sister's wedding and couldn't believe the quality of her work. When my husband and I got engaged a few years later, Tricia was the very first vendor we contacted. We were so sure that Tricia would perfectly capture our day that we waited to set a date until we knew for sure that she would be available.

Tricia exceed all of our expectations. She perfectly captured all of the love and happiness and every other emotion of the day. She seamlessly corralled our enormous families and our wedding party to ensure that we had all of the important shots we were hoping for.

Not only were Tricia and her team amazing on the day of, but she also works quickly to get your photos to you. A couple of days into our honeymoon we were so excited to receive a sneak peak of our photos and were beyond happy with them. Within a month of our wedding day we had our entire digital album, FULL of photos we absolutely LOVE.

Exceptional

Tricia and her team are exactly the people you want to photograph your wedding!!
Our photographer was one of our most important and most researched vendors. We wanted authentic, timeless photos that we could cherish for years to come - Tricia delivered that and so much more.
Tricia is so warm and friendly - we had an instant connection during our first phone call. We were planning a wedding in NY, from DC, she is based out of MA and the whole process was seamless. Her organization skills are superb and she eased all of our anxieties with a detailed timeline of the day months in advance. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful Tricia, Lisa and the team are to work with. We were able to enjoy taking photos because she made us feel so comfortable and totally relaxed knowing we wouldn’t miss a thing. At the end of the night we were truly sad to see them go!
Aside from her wonderful personality and exceptional talent, there are a few extra things that we really appreciated.. Just days after the wedding she was posting (with our permission) sneak peaks on social media which was wonderful to have – everyone will be asking for photos and you will be able to show them! Within weeks our blog was posted and all of our edited photos available. We were so grateful as this is not the case with all photographers! We waited(!) until our one month anniversary to relieve the entire day. The photos were more than we could have hoped for. Tricia’s style and editing produced gorgeous photos that radiate all the joy and love we felt that day.
Hiring Tricia was one of our favorite decisions – Not only did we love her and her team, but our bridal party, family, and even guests did as well! It wasn’t even a question who my sister was going to use when she got engaged soon after!

Breathtaking

Amazing! Can't say enough good things

I can't say enough about Tricia and her team, they are more than you could ever know you wanted from your photographer. They are efficient , friendly, professional, fun and show in absolutely everything they do how much they love being a part of your day. It was extremely important to my fiance and I that we were able to be in the moment during our wedding day and that time spent taking posed pictures or getting particular shots was minimized. Tricia understood this perfectly and made it short, fun, perfect, and unobtrusive. When we looked at our pictures we found they had captured beautiful moments that we never even realized they were there for. Our pictures are beautiful and we feel incredibly lucky to have had Tricia and her team as a part of our day.

Tricia and her team were absolutely amazing! Before the wedding, Tricia was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. She asked all of the right questions and answered all of our questions/concerns. The day of her and her team were so easy to work with - they made sure to ask what images we wanted to have and got everything on our must shoot list, and they put everyone in the wedding party at ease while they were taking portraits. The whole team was so friendly and talented. The pictures are INCREDIBLE. My husband and I are so happy with the way everything turned out. We also loved Berkshire Photo Booth! Tricia, Tricia, Tricia and Lisa!!! What can I say... They are an amazing team. From the first email to the speaking on the phone, you can totally feel the energy! I think this is what happens when you love your job!
I was a very low maintenance bride. Venue, perfect, hair and makeup, my husband found it, and it was perfect. But there was only one subject that I was very stingy and nervous about, photos... I have been looking at Tricia's photos from the time we picked the venue and telling myself that we either can't afford, or she was already booked. Then I took the courage to email her and voila! If there is something called luck, this is pure sheer luck!
Our wedding day was perfect! Tricia and Lisa were right on time, and they were even running around like a part of the wedding party! (Even I remember Tricia running after my hair artist because I forgot to tip her) They are basically your best friends for the day! They accommodated all our requests for the photos and tried to keep everyone happy.
Tricia's knowledge on Berkshires definitely makes you calm for the pictures. We were expected to be rained on right when we were taking our outdoor pictures and I emailed Tricia at around 7am telling this, and she responded me with a very calm email that it may not rain, and even if it is, she knows a lot of places to go. At the end it didn't rain. Her knowledge makes the day perfect.
My advice? Cut down from every piece of the wedding day you get and hire them! They make a big difference. I am so lucky and happy that they were a part of our day. Now, I can't wait for all the pictures, sure they will come out beautiful!

Tricia and her team were great throughout our event. They made us feel really comfortable and were totally accommodating with our picture desires. For example, we really wanted to have our puppies in our photos. Although this could have been a complete disaster, Tricia and her team were happy to include them and got amazing photos.

To put it simply: TRICIA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Not only are my husband and I thrilled with our photographs from our wedding and engagement, but we also just want to hang out with Tricia all the time. She made every experience so much fun. We are definitely not "stand in a forced pose" couple, and we really wanted to be at our wedding rather than spending time away from our guests taking pictures. Tricia worked with us to make it happen so that we had beautiful portrait (but not too staged!!) photos and also got to be at half of our cocktail hour, where at first we were going to miss the whole thing for pictures. She compromised with us so that we could have exactly what we want while still ensuring we had beautiful images from our special day. Tricia also just made us laugh the entire time. It was like we'd been best friends forever. I would highly and whole-heartedly recommend Tricia and her team to ANYONE for any photography needs...or if you just want to hang out with a really fun and cool person!

When we first got engaged we knew we wanted Tricia and her team to capture our day. We've seen her work on weddings all over Berkshire County and knew that she's the best. Luckily, she was available! We were married quickly (3months!) and she fit us in for an engagement session despite her busy schedule. On the day of our wedding at the Lenox Club, she was such a nice addition to the family and friends we had surrounding us. Tricia and her team were professional and efficient, capturing every photo we had requested, but so calming and warm. You can tell they are in love with what they do, and that means the world to a bride and groom. Then you get your pictures back and they're more than you could have ever imagined. She gives you the gift of being able to re-live all of the special moments of your day through your pictures....the ones you remember, the ones you may have missed, the small details she's captured, and most importantly the feeling of the day. That's truly priceless and we can't thank her enough for her work and her care.

Tricia and her team some how manage to feel like your best friends that you've known forever while remaining completely professional. Tricia McCormack and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! I first discovered Tricia’s great work since she did a friend’s wedding. I was so thrilled she had the date open to do my wedding. She came to do our engagement session in the Seaport and we had a blast with her. We had her up to our apartment before we got started and then she took pictures of us along the water in the Seaport. We had a quick stop in the Barking Crab and ended the night with a toast at Legals Test Kitchen. It was so nice to get to know her on a more personal level and in the end she felt like an old friend. We loved our engagement photos and it was so nice to have her capture great pictures where we live. Our wedding day was even more fun with her and her team. We had a large bridal party (10 bridesmaids, 3 junior bridesmaids, 11 groomsmen, and 3 ring bearers) and two big families. She captured all of the pictures we wanted and were so thrilled with how the pictures came out. Not only did we love working with her and her team, but our friends and family keep talking about how great she was and how much they loved the pictures as well. I would absolutely recommend Tricia and her team. She is so organized and really listens to how you see your vision for that day. I can’t wait to use her again in the future!

My husband and I found Tricia McCormack Photography after several of our other vendors assumed we already booked them! The phrase, "you got Tricia, right?" was repeated over and over again. We are SO glad we did! Tricia and her team made us feel incredibly comfortable right from the beginning. We felt like we had known Tricia for years after ten minutes into our engagement shoot, and our wedding day was exactly the same. They were lively and excited, and made us feel like the prettiest girl in the room (my husband concurs). They were flexible with last minute changes, and encouraged us to get all the family pictures we wanted despite a huge time crunch. After all was said and done, these images are incredible!! They capture the feeling of each moment and will help us live our most perfect day over and over again, something we are so thankful for since we opted out of a videographer. We highly recommend them!

Tricia and her team were truely the best to work with for wedding! We already were comfortable with her after she put us at ease during our engagement session- which, for two people who are not naturally comfortable in front of a camera, was such a relief. We knew from that day, she was the right person to capture our wedding. Leading up to the day Tricia was quick to respond to any emails, and even helped us plan a timeline for pictures which actually outlined the whole day (such a huge help!). When the wedding came she and her team kept us feeling great and laughing through pictures; they are just so easy and enjoyable to work with. Most importantly, they were able to keep our crazy families in line throughout the portrait session. As the night went on they were always around snapping candids and for any random shots we wanted. Between our engagement shots and what we have seen of our wedding pictures, they are a testiment to Tricia's eye for creative and beautiful shots, and the quality or her work. We thank her and her team enough- they truely went above and beyond!

There aren't words to describe how amazing Tricia is at her craft. Her stress-free and relaxed personality makes anyone feel comfortable in front of the camera which makes for the most amazing pictures you could ask for. From first contact through the end of the wedding day and beyond, everything was seamless and no question or request was left unanswered. She is reliable and flexible, even accommodating a last minute switch of the location for "getting ready" pictures just a day before the wedding. Not only will you end up with beautiful photography that captures the memories of your day, but you will feel as though you also gained a friend at the end of it all. Tricia was amazing. Throughout the wedding our guests commented on how prepared and sweet she was! People even asked for her contact info so that they could use her for their future weddings. She was amazing to work with for our engagement pictures and traveled all the way to Boston for us. She made us feel really comfortable in front of the camera and her pictures are perfection.

Tricia was fabulous throughout our whole wedding experience. My husband hired her to capture our engagement and when it came time to pick a photographer for our wedding it was a no brainer. Up until the event she was very organized, got back to me in a very timely manner and made the whole process very easy. For the actual event, she was again, organized, professional and extremely easy to work with. Most importantly, she captured all our special moments and we have amazing pictures to prove it.

There aren't enough kind words to describe how amazing Tricia truly is. After seeing her photography from numerous other weddings and getting to know her on a personal level from attending her fitness classes, I knew from before I was even engaged that we would not choose another photographer but her. After seeing my photographs and spending the most important day of my life with her, I know that we made the absolute best choice. Even my husband, who does not like to have his photo taken, left our engagement session saying how much fun he had. Tricia has the personality that makes you feel so comfortable with her right from the very beginning. An hour into our day she knew everyone in the wedding party by name and was wonderful at rounding them all up when needed. I have been to other weddings where I felt like the couple and guests constantly had a camera in their faces, but with Tricia I am not even sure how she captured half of our shots because we never saw her hiding in various places in the church and reception hall. She is extremely organized and has her times frames down pat. She knows exactly what time to plan each set of photos to make sure you are able to get everything in and still have time to enjoy your reception. She even had a plan that morning for photos in place when I woke up to the threat of a lot of rain. I was a little hesitant leaving my husband to tell her 2nd photographer the shots I wanted of the men getting ready, but Tricia's assistant did not miss anything and there wasn't one shot missing that I would have wanted. Tricia did not miss one detail of our ceremony or reception. From pictures of individual tables, to our dessert bar, memory table, favors, and flowers, she did not miss one thing while still capturing our guests reactions to parent dances, ect at the same time. Tricia is truly an incredible photographer and my husband and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Tricia McCormack is top-notch! She captured every aspect of our wedding day masterfully and was truly fun to work with. I was looking for something less "traditional" and more creative and she provided just that. We had a petite elopement wedding (4 people) and capturing the day on "film" so we could share it with our family and friends was extremely important to us. Within a week of the wedding she posted a beautiful blog with highlights from the day. This was especially helpful since we wanted to announce our marriage to friends and family with pictures. Afterwards, she followed up with a lovely packaged thumb drive with all of our edited photos.

Throughout the planning process, and after the event, her follow-up communications were excellent. She managed to deliver the complete set of over 350 photos to us ahead of schedule! I continue to get wonderful compliments on the photos and will enjoy them for many years to come. Thank you Tricia! :)

We had an amazing experience with Tricia. We were referred to Tricia by someone who was from the Berkshires and had seen her work. Being at the very beginning of our photographer search, and out of state, we went to her website and looked at probably every post on her blog and immediately could tell what a talented photographer she was. The package we chose came with the engagement session and I'm glad it did. We took the opportunity to drive to the Bershires for our session. Not only did we get beautiful pictures as a result, but it was an excellent way to meet Tricia in person. She really tries to get to know you as a couple and makes it fun even though it can be a little awkward if you haven't done something like that before (especially for the guys!). But it's really great practice for the wedding. Since we are not from the area, Tricia made suggestions for a nice location for the early spring. It was great! During the time leading up to the wedding she was easily accessible via email and was pretty responsive when we had questions. She does a nice job laying out a detailed timeline of events for day of, and also getting family portraits and locations organized. Most of all, the pictures are stunning. They are what we treasure most of all because they take us back to our big day, allowing us to re-live every moment. We would recommend Tricia for wedding photography - she is very personable and so much fun, and most importantly does really great work. We will cherish the photos for many many years to come.

Tricia was such a pleasure to work with from day one. She was responsive, accommodating, friendly, professional, and most of all, we trusted her. On the day of the wedding, she made us feel comfortable and we had no doubt that we were getting amazing shots. She sped through the formal photos (in a good way!) but made sure we all looked our best and that we got every shot we wanted. Working with Tricia was one of our favorite parts of our wedding! Our engagement session helped us get to know Tricia and the photographs she captured during our rainy day engagement session were amazing. After that session, we couldn't wait to see her again at the wedding! We got married at Cranwell and Tricia was flexible in terms of accommodating our requests and priorities for the wedding day when drafting a timeline for wedding day photographs. She is easy to communicate with and she gathered many details prior to the wedding day so that no issues arose on the actual wedding day. When she showed up at Cranwell on the day of our wedding she knew exactly what she was doing, and we followed her lead! Tricia is fun, professional, calm, kind, and extremely talented. We felt lucky to work with her and our wedding party and guests commented on what a great photographer we had - Tricia felt more like a friend at the wedding than a hired vendor! Her team was also wonderful to work with. We had a photobooth at our wedding reception and it was packed with guests all night long, it was definitely a great addition to the wedding and we highly recommend this add-on! Tricia photographed our wedding in Lenox in June and I'm so happy we were able to work with her. Just by looking through her work you can see that Tricia is talented, has a special eye, and her images are absolutely beautiful. She really captures the emotions and fun of the day and I'm so happy we have these memories to look back on. A few days after our wedding, Tricia texted me a link to a mobile app and we were able to see 15 images or so from our wedding day and share them with family and friends - this was such a nice surprise! We also had Tricia's photo booth at our wedding - it was awesome and our guests LOVED it! It's open, so a lot of people can get in together, the girls who run the booth give great, fun directions, and these are some of our favorite pictures.

We met with Tricia last fall for an engagement session, which was great because it allowed us to get a little more comfortable being photographed together (we also loved those pictures and were able to use one for our save the date!). Tricia is very familiar with the local area, which means she knows the local venues, other vendors in the area, and knows how and where to get the best photos of your day.

She's great to work with, helped me put together a timeline for my wedding day that ensured everything ran really smoothly. A few days after our wedding, Very responsive and easy to work with, which I appreciated since I was planning from out of town. If you are getting married in the Berkshires (I think she also travels outside the area), I can't recommend Tricia enough.

Unfortunately, my written word will not do justice in describing the unbelievable experience we had with Tricia during our wedding, but I will try.
As my husband and I thought about a photographer for our wedding, we knew we someone who would capture the love, the joy, the laughter, the jokes and the tears we knew were going to fill our wedding day from beginning to end. Tricia delivered exactly what we asked for far beyond our expectations!
After we received our photos, my husband and I sat and thumbed through each one. We both were brought to tears of joy and laughter as we relived the most beautiful day of our lives. We remembered exact moments, speeches, exchanges and hugs from the moments she captured of us getting ready, during the ceremony, the family and bridal photos and of course, party pictures of the reception. My husband and I will be able to look back on our wedding day with nothing but complete appreciation and disbelief in how beautifully Tricia painted our love story through photographs.
Not only is Tricia a talented photographer, she is one kick-ass woman! During our engagement shoot, Tricia immediately made us feel comfortable with ourselves and with her as a person. Tricia took the time to get to know us as a couple and what our hopes were for our wedding photos. After creating such a great connection with Tricia during our engagement shoot, it was such a moment of relief and excitement when she arrived on the wedding day! As a bride, you spend the most time with your photographer and I COULD NOT have asked for a better person to spend the day with. Tricia was helpful, poised, causal, fun, reliable, encouraging, supportive and at times, invisible. I swear I have no idea where she was during a majority of the photos! No matter what you are hoping for from your wedding photos, I'm confident Tricia will deliver. She was our FAVORITE vendor and I'm already thinking of more reasons to have photo shoots just to get to hang out with her again!

We cannot recommend Tricia highly enough! We were lucky to work with her for our June wedding in Lenox, MA and my husband and I both agreed that hiring Tricia was one of the very best decisions we made for our wedding day. Tricia is an extremely talented photographer. One look at her website and you can see that her photos really do stand a cut above. She really has an eye and she's passionate about it and it's infectious and comes through in all of her work in an incredible way.
But most important to know is that Tricia is really a dream to work with. We adore her. Our families adore her. She has a gift for working closely with all different types and large groups of people. She's on top of everything. She's extremely detail-oriented and organized and really put us at ease and gave us the sense that she knew exactly what was happening and had it all under control. At the same time, she was totally flexible when we needed to make small changes.
We really cannot imagine our wedding day without her. If you are lucky enough to work with her, you will absolutely be thrilled!

We had an amazing experience with Tricia McCormack photography!! I would recommend Tricia and her team to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. We first met Tricia during our engagement session about a year before the wedding. Immediately we knew that we loved working with her. She has a great personality and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire day. We loved our engagement photos - she picked the best locations and poses for us. We ended up having Tricia create a guest book for the wedding using those photos, and it came out great! We have it on our coffee table now. Throughout the year leading up to the wedding, Tricia kept in contact and made us feel very comfortable about the timeline and photos on the wedding day. She worked with us to create a very detailed timeline that made us feel prepared and at ease during the stressful planning process. The wedding day went very smoothly, and we have every important moment captured. It ended up raining/pouring most of the day, but whenever it stopped, Tricia brought us outside to make the most of the pictures. She is also very familiar with the area around Lenox and was able to bring us to a covered porch to get some photos outside. Those are some of our favorites, and we are so glad she was local to our wedding site! Tricia and her assistant were very organized, and we felt like we were in very good hands the entire day! We also had a photo booth at our wedding that Tricia provided. All of our guests loved it, and we were so happy we had it! It’s not the typical photo booth where only 3-4 people can squeeze in, so we have some great larger group shots. We recently received our album, and it is perfect!! Tricia and her team went above and beyond what we ever expected. It was so nice to work with an experienced photographer, and fun to see her other work on her blog. We still receive so many compliments on our engagement and wedding photos! We couldn't be happier with our experience!

Tricia is by far the best in the biz! She is professional, courteous, and fun. She made us feel at ease during our engagement photo shoot and even motivated me to join her fabulous fitness boot camp to get in shape for the big day. She's pretty convincing! My husband and I agree that hiring Tricia was by far our best wedding planning decision. From day 1, she was extremely professional, and easy to work with. We were both a bit nervous before meeting Tricia at our engagement shoot, because we didn't quite know what to expect as far as a photo shoot…We didn't need to worry! Tricia made us feel comfortable right away. Very quickly we were having a great time, and making a new friend, in Tricia! Our engagement photos came out beautifully, and we chose one as part of our save-the-date. Leading up to our wedding, Tricia was responsive and organized and took the time to understand exactly what types of photos we wanted on our special day. On the day of our wedding, Tricia was instrumental in making the day run smoothly. She helped everything stay on track, and was always right where she needed to be. Many of our friends and family members have commented about Tricia's energy, and how impressed they were with her (even my 85 year-old grandfather mentioned it!). The photographs Tricia and the second photographer, Lisa took of our wedding day are breathtaking. The first night I looked through each photo I literally laughed and cried, reliving each wonderful memory of our day. From the special moments of getting ready with my best friends and mother, to the first kiss with my groom, and perfect dance floor candids, Tricia captured our day perfectly. We truly appreciate the time Tricia and Lisa took to capture wonderful moments with family, friends, as well as other details throughout our wedding. Tricia was the perfect photographer for our wedding and our engagement photos. First of all, she is such a nice person who instantly makes you fell comfortable in front of a camera. We had a lot of fun with her. Photo shoots can be tiring, but she made it truly enjoyable. She was creative, had ideas to make our photos better and worked with us to make sure we had the exact photos we wanted. We communicated quite a bit leading up to the big day and she was always very responsive. I never once had doubts about her being our photographer. On our wedding day, Tricia did a great job of capturing the day, but not being "in your face". She knew when to give us privacy and she knew when to be there. Even when she was there, you didn't even really notice. I don't even remember seeing her during the ceremony, yet she captured it perfectly! We would 100% recommend Tricia to anyone. Our pictures are amazing, we could not be happier with the way she caught our wedding day.

Hiring Tricia was by far one of the best wedding decisions we made! She is so flexible to work with. We moved our date and our wedding was in NY and she always seemed like our wedding was her priority. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so fun to have around for the big day. We had a snow storm the day of our wedding and Tricia was out there knee deep in snow to get our pictures. The images are incredible!!! She captured so many beautiful moments from our day. I have had many people say that my pictures are the best wedding photos they've ever seen and I agree! Tricia is someone you can always reach throughout your wedding planning. She is so down to earth and she truly cares about what is important to you. She is such a talented photographer and a great person as well! My husband and I absolutely loved working with Tricia and we are very grateful for her role in photographing our wedding. Tricia stands out for being responsive, too, getting back to us by e-mail on the same day. But where Tricia really shines is in her way with people, particularly difficult people...like my husband.:-) To say that my husband hates to have his picture taken is an understatement. I managed to get him to our engagement shoot and Tricia took it from there - she totally knew how to handle him - she was simultaneously all business and tons of fun. Unbelievably, he said afterwards how much fun he had and that he was glad that we did it. Not only were the pictures fabulous, so was the actual process of being photographed. And, to make things even more fun, we brought along our horse for the engagement shoot in Kennedy Park in Lenox. Tricia may have thought it was strange, but she enthusiastically agreed to do it...even though she herself is allergic to horses. Anyway, we love those pictures - they are very "us" if you know what I mean. So, on to the wedding, Tricia caught all the right moments. Our ceremony took place in a darkened room with a fire going in the fireplace and candles lit everywhere. Romantic, yes, but also hard to photograph. Not a problem for Tricia - she took beautiful pictures that captured the warmth that we were so happy to experience. When it started snowing right after our ceremony, she took the opportunity to grab us for a few shots outside that were magnificent. I honestly didn't notice her at all at our reception, but she caught some truly special moments not only of my husband and me, but of our friends and their families. I'll close by saying that working with Tricia will be one of the really special memories that you have of your wedding and the time leading up to it. I think that speaks for itself!

I can't even begin to describe how much we loved working with Tricia! From the beginning communications about our wedding, what we're looking for, etc, to the engagement shoot to the wedding, she was an absolute joy to work with! During the engagement shoot, my husband and I were literally laughing the whole time because we weren't used to the different poses she put us in but she made us feel completely at ease the entire time. We had the pictures a couple weeks later and couldn't have been more happy! We just had our November wedding and still feel the same exact way. With all the nerves and excitement before the wedding, she and her assistant Lisa still made us feel completely comfortable. We had a huge dancing crowd, and there they were (not making themselves obvious!) but snapping photos of the crowd the entire time. We are so excited to see the photos and would highly recommend Tricia and her team!! She's the best!

We have not seen the final wedding photographs yet but we know ....having seen the engagement photos and the sneak peaks of the wedding photos....they will be wonderful and catch the spirit of the evening. Tricia was fun to work with....very flexible....creative....present without being intrusive. She made the bride....and everyone else...feel comfortable and relaxed. She does beautiful work with an eye towards the particulars of the people and the places involved. She was sensitive to those things that had meaning to the participants on this special occasion. We are all looking forward to seeing the final photos.

There is no way that I can do Tricia justice in this review, but I will try: She was phenomenal, and so were her pictures. We all loved every single part of working with her. Starting with our engagement session, she helped us learn to feel comfortable in front of her camera. Leading up to the wedding, she took the time to learn about our hopes for the wedding day so she could best capture the images that we wanted to have. On the wedding day itself, she managed to be at once professional and invisible while also being everywhere and a lot of fun-- even our guests complimented us on how amazing she was. We were especially impressed by how she customized the day for us: we asked her to do things a little differently and she rose to the challenge, surpassing all of our expectations. She knew exactly what kind of pictures we wanted, and she delivered. The images are all of an amazingly high quality and many of them flat-out took our breath away. We are all still blown away by what a fantastic job she did.

I know I'm leaving something out and shortchanging the praise she deserves but let me summarize with this: hire her.

I have never been a fan of being photographed... Until now. Tricia did an amazing job making me feel comfortable with being photographed and we had a blast in the process! We found the engagement session very helpful. We got to know Tricia and really understood how we wanted to be photographed on our special day. During the wedding and reception, Tricia got every photo we wanted and captured things we wouldn't have known to ask for. We look forward to having Tricia photograph all of our special events in the future, she is amazing!

Tricia is truly amazing and we feel so lucky to have had her capture our most special day!! Tricia is all the things you hope for in a photographer and more. Here are some of the highlights to working with Tricia:
-Engagement Session: I am obsessed with the photos from our engagement session. After a cocktail or two at a local bar in NYC (yes, she traveled to NYC to take our pics!), the 3 of us literally ran around downtown Manhattan trying various "poses" and having a blast. She was so good at telling us how to position ourselves so we felt natural and was able to capture those most precious moments between the two of us. She moves fast and was able to get in so many more pictures than we planned!
-Before the big day: Tricia was proactive about reaching out to us throughout the wedding planning process to make sure everything was in place and helped give advice on our wedding timeline (we did not experience this kind of attention from most of our vendors!). She made a point to go to the venue and scope out the best locations for the pics so when it came down to the wedding day, she knew exactly how to capture us in the perfect light (think amazing sunset shots).
- The wedding day: Tricia did a perfect job instructing us during certain formal pictures or when she saw the perfect shot but then staying in the background and letting the wedding happen without being seen. I had no idea where she was during wedding, but she took a million pictures of the most beautiful moments!
- Afterwards: I love that she sent a few pics right after - some of my favorites - so I could look back on those while she diligently perfected the rest. She creates a blog on her website, which I loved - a great way to share just a few shots with friends and family. I got so many compliments from friends and family on how they loved Tricia and her work!!
Tricia is very talented and we loved working with her! I would 100% recommend her and use her again in a heartbeat.

I'm known for being a bit of a planner, and because of my tendency to do things early, we booked Tricia about 15 months in advance, but I'm SO glad that we did, because our wedding pictures are absolutely stunning. Tricia is the best!

Hiring Tricia McCormack as our wedding photographer was hands down one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding last September 2012. As a detail oriented bride-to-be, Tricia took the anxiety of photography planning right out of my hands. From her gorgeous pictures of other weddings and glowing reviews from happy couples - some of whom I know personally - I felt confident 100% of the time leading up to my wedding that we had made the best choice.
On the day of, she was nothing short of a miracle worker organizing our large bridal party and families, getting us to loosen up and relax in front of the camera, and cheering us on the whole time. All our friends and families commented on how professional and easy to work with Tricia was - especially those who hadn't been fortunate enough to have a photographer like her on their wedding days.
She captured every moment and memory I had requested - right down to the piano keys! - and when the pictures came back right on time, my husband and I were thrilled with how gorgeous they came out. I may have cried a few happy tears :)
I will be forever grateful to have these beautiful images of the happiest day of my life and heartily recommend Tricia a million times over to any and everyone planning a wedding!

We could not have chosen a more perfect photographer for our wedding! Tricia was absolutely amazing!! Not only is she very organized and professional, she is also extremely artistic, talented and fun. She had a great grasp on the timeline of the day, making everything go smoothly and on time! From our first phone call through to the album-making process, Tricia was a delight to work with. I was not your typical bride. I had very little time to dedicate to making the day special. Tricia understood my personality and style and made our day better then I could have ever imagined. We are so blown away by Tricia's work! Of course, we made our initial decision based on the fact that her albums were gorgeous and she was so personable and extremely organized. We knew that we were in good hands, which made the planning process less stressful. Our experience with her on the wedding day was phenomenal, and having all of these beautiful photos is priceless. She seemed to have captured every minute and every memory of our special day without intruding on the private moments or interrupting the festivites. She was present, but never pushy. My husband and I were so pleased with Tricia and our photographs! Tricia is very organized and professional. She made sure each picture pose and each of the moments we wanted captured were. Tricia's photo package for us included a second shooter for the day, which was very important to us. This way a photographer would be with each of us when we were getting ready etc. When we received our photographs and looked at them each moment of the day was captured so perfectly. Another touch that she did, was make us a slideshow of the day to music. Everytime I watch the slideshow it's like I'm taken back to our wedding day all over again! Tricia is a wonderful photographer who does amazing work! I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was to work with her. We plan to recommend her to our friends and family when they get married!

From helping plan an itinerary of the day, to taking pictures the day of the wedding Tricia was willing to work with us and any desires that we had throughout. First, the photos she took were absolutely amazing! She has a great talent!! She really captured all the special moments of our wedding day and we were thankful to have her share our special day. She was so easy to work with and we didn't even realize she was there. Another wonderful thing about Tricia is she exceeded her delivery time on everything! Hi Tricia-
Nancy and I want to thank you for bringing your talent, professionalism and work ethic to our special day. Although your photographic expertise was instantly obvious when the pictures were put up on your website, the album that we just received has made permanent our recollections, and has confirmed, in concrete form, your wonderful ability to create images which we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We found your approach to the whole project to be just what the doctor ordered: professional to the max, but with a real sensitivity to the emotions and complications of this day- a day which surely ranks up there among the most important in both of our lives. Tricia did an amazing job at our wedding. We could not be happier with the photos she took. She was able to capture every moment and the joy that we had on our special day. She was very professional and at the same time very personable and wonderful to work with. We felt completely comfortable with her. I did not cry at my wedding but the slide show Tricia put together for us was so touching it made everyone who watched it cry!
Can’t wait for the amazing newborn photos she will take!

Tricia was an absolute blast to work with during every step of the process. I loved getting to know her during our engagement session, and I think that was a great basis for the main event.
