My wife and I just hosted our wedding reception at Tribeca Rooftop a month ago, on October 7, 2022. The entire experience dealing with the Tribeca Rooftop team was incredible! First and foremost, Samantha Giallanza, our operations manager, made the wedding planning process a breeze. She was attentive, responsive, and made sure all our needs were met. Samantha focused on every detail to make sure our wedding was perfect and exactly the way we wanted it.
She coordinated with all our vendors, answered all our questions quickly and efficiently, and was simply a pleasure to work with. Samantha went above and beyond and we couldn't be more pleased with how our wedding day turned out in large part thanks to her. The night of our wedding she was on sight and ran the whole show to make sure our wedding went on without a hitch. The night was absolutely perfect as a result. Our bridal attendant, Dee, was also amazing and made sure all my wife's needs throughout the course of the night were taken care of, some of which she anticipated without us even asking. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, including the rooftop views of Manhattan for the cocktail hour, the immaculate main reception room with a skylight over the dancefloor and the many windows with further amazing views of the city. We were extremely happy with the food and the service and have been getting rave reviews from all our guests that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The food at Tribeca Rooftop really is comparable to a fine dining restaurant in Manhattan and not what you would normally expect to get when attending a wedding. The service staff is also top notch and we have gotten further compliments from guests about how they went above and beyond to make sure they had an enjoyable experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tribeca Rooftop to anyone looking for a Manhattan wedding venue. They made our dreams come true and we can't thank them enough!

Tribeca Rooftop is such a fabulous venue with amazing rooftop views of iconic buildings and the Hudson River, a modern interior reception room, delicious food, and excellent service. I had my wedding ceremony and reception there and the night was flawless. A special thank you to our Director of Sales, Donna, Event Operations Manager, Samantha, our incredible bridal attendant, George, and the Director of Event Technology, Joshua. They created an incredible night for us that my husband and I will cherish for the rest our lives. We are so thankful to the whole team Tribeca Rooftop team!

We looked at Tribeca Rooftop and Tribeca 360 for a 2022 wedding, and worked with Elaina. She was very professional, responsive, and friendly and accommodated our initial tour time and graciously rescheduled when we couldn't make it. We got the full tour of both venues and were given a packet to take home to help review and make our decision. The venue pricing is awesome where there aren't additional % charges on top of the per person; it's all baked in, including a cake! I highly recommend considering this venue if you're having a wedding of 200+, you want a Manhattan wedding with a beautiful view, and working with responsive, patient staff is a high priority for you.

My partner and I had the most pleasant experience with Tribeca. The team is very professional and easy to communicate with, which is SO necessary during a stressful time like wedding planning! Elaina was absolutely the sweetest and always quick to respond to any questions. Sadly our guest count ended up being too high for the Rooftop space, but we're so glad we discovered it and can't wait to host another event here one day. If you're considering a rooftop venue, we can't think of a better option!

I had never been to a wedding at Tribeca rooftop but always heard amazing things. My husband and I visited A LOT of venues and fell in love with this one as soon as we stepped in (I mean… have you seen the pictures?!?! And the views?!?! Unreal!)

From our very first visit to the wedding night, every single thing about TR exceeded our expectations. We had to postpone our original due to Covid and they were always so responsive and accommodating. We got married a month and a half ago and people are STILL talking about the food. Soooo many guests said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!!!

Every single person who works there always went above and beyond and the service was TOP NOTCH from start to finish. I cannot say enough positive things about our coordinator, Samantha. Leading up to the wedding, she answered every single question I had (and there were a lot!) and always gave her advice and opinions when I needed it! She honestly did more than our wedding planner. And our bridal attendant, George literally did EVERYTHING to make sure we had the best day and make sure it was FUN and not stressful! He took amazing pics on his phone all day, he seriously waited on us hand and foot and he literally sowed my wedding dress that I ripped when putting my heel through the lace!!!

I could go on and on about how this is the best venue ever. I would not change one single thing. I’m SO happy we got married here and I hope someone I know gets married here soon so we can attend a wedding there!!!

there’s simply aren’t enough good words to state How much we loved Tribeca Rooftop as our wedding venue. I can go on and on about how absolutely incredible every single person who worked the wedding was! The staff, every waiter, every bartender, every single person there was above and beyond. They have some of the best employees I have ever met and every single one of them acted with the amount of care as if they owned the venue which really speaks to the management! Our guests came from all over the world and from all different walks of life and every person has been raving that they have never been to a wedding like it, and about how incredible the food and setting was. it was the best day of my entire life and I will never forget a second of it. They said yes to all of my crazy request even if they were unsafe lol. I appreciate them all more than I could ever put into words and the venue and staff will all hold a very special place in our hearts forever! We will be recommending Tribeca Rooftop as the go to wedding venue for the classiest most beautiful place forever!

We could not have asked for a better venue than Tribeca Rooftop! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and helpful. More than two weeks out, we are still getting compliments from guests that it was the best wedding ever – from the rooftop views to the service and food. If you're looking for a top-notch NYC venue, this is it.

Starting a month out, the venue assigns you an operations manager who works with you on every single detail for your event. We got paired up with Robert and cannot say enough positive things about him! He is so detailed and thorough and thoughtful in making sure your day goes off without a hitch. We also went into the wedding with the uncertainty around COVID, but Robert kept us updated along the way with any changes. We went into the day without being stressed about a single thing because we knew we were in great hands.

Day of, everything went absolutely perfectly. Guests were greeted on the rooftop with a drink before the ceremony started, and surprisingly the ceremony kicked off right on time thanks to how punctual the staff was. You can't beat the rooftop cocktail hour – the views, food, and drinks are perfect. There is so much food and a great selection of apps (and entrees) to choose from. You can also pick a signature drink for your event. And while the reception room is a bit more bare than other venues (we spruced it up with a variety of floral arrangements and tons of candles in a variety of sizes), it's a really great room to work with thanks to the natural lighting from the big windows. Another bonus: the venue provides the wedding cake, and we had guests tell us it was the *best* wedding cake they've ever eaten.

George was our bridal attendant and was truly the MVP of the evening. He did everything from making sure we got to eat and drink water, to putting my husband's tux coat in the freezer to cool off (we got married on a 100-degree day in NYC!), to making sure my grandfather made an appearance on the dance floor in his wheelchair. We felt so spoiled by George and can't thank him enough for his help that day.

Sitting here on my 3rd anniversary reminiscing fondly about TriBeca Rooftop. This venue was spectacular in every way possible. Frankly I am disappointed in myself for not posting a review earlier. We had this rough idea of a "city wedding" and once we saw TriBeca Rooftop it fit the idea even more than we could have imagined. I remember when we visited a second time with my wife's family, and my wife started crying the moment we walked in. I knew that was it. From the impeccable service, the amazing food, the views (oh the views) and the attention to detail - not to mention working with wonderful people - I could go on forever. We still get messages from guests raving about the venue. I see from recent reviews that the amazing staff is still working their magic there (Donna, George, Darryl) which makes me so happy to hear. My only wish is we could go back and enjoy a lunch or dinner there every so often - trying to convince some friends to get married there!

It is hard to find the words to describe just how magical our wedding at Tribeca Rooftop was--they gave us the most spectacular day of our lives! If you want to have an NYC wedding, there is no better place than Tribeca Rooftop. The inside space is the perfect mix of industrial chic with city views out any window and with the myriad candles along the window sills and on the tables, the space could not feel more magical (shout out to Joshua and the team at AV Workshop whose lighting really gave us the warm and joyful feel for which we were looking). We were very lucky to get the most beautiful day in October and had our ceremony on the roof, with the stunning NYC skyline behind us and when it came time for cocktail hour, had a breathtaking sunset over the Hudson. The attention to detail that you get when you work with Tribeca Rooftop is hard to find. From Donna, who worked with us to book the space and answer question after question, to Chef Ryan who was so lovely and whose food was mouth-watering (more on the food later!), to Matt who helped us organize every minute detail and ran the day without a hitch, to George who was with us the whole day and who, without us even asking, was always there with a glass of water when we needed one! Our guests raved out about every aspect of our day: the stunning venue, the level service, the attention to detail, the FOOD! The amount and variety of food at the cocktail hour was unbelievable. I cannot tell you how many guests raved about the food at the cocktail hour as well as the dinner. Guests loved being able to order their steak at their preferred temperature and noticed just how attentive the servers were—all the food arrived at the tables at the same time and there was never an empty glass in sight! Not to be forgotten, the wedding cake was beautiful and incredibly delicious. Numerous guests told us that ours was the best wedding they’d ever attended—and we’d have to agree! A couple of practical notes: during planning, Matt had an answer for every one of our questions, even those we didn’t know we had. He helped us iron out so many details including a to-the-minute timeline which they helped us stick to flawlessly. He arranged so many special touches for us and our families on the day including having charcuterie for us between photos and our ceremony and having plates of chicken fingers for my little nephews during cocktail hour. George looked out for us so carefully and led us to some amazing neighborhood spots for bridal party photos—our photographer loved his ideas! He made sure I always had enough lipstick and that we were comfortable all night long. Between Matt and George, we always knew exactly what was going to happen and when, but never felt rushed or stressed—they were the perfect team to let us fully enjoy every part of our special day.

We cannot thank the team at Tribeca Rooftop enough for a wedding that far exceeded our expectations! The venue itself is the most perfect encapsulation of a Manhattan wedding, with an incredible backdrop of the Freedom Tower and surrounding buildings (even some very cool looking ones I had never noticed before!). On that day we were lucky to have THE PERFECT weather and a dazzling sunset that blanketed everything during cocktail hour. The combination outdoor/indoor space is truly unlike any other, and the atmosphere felt magical and electric. A thank you to all the incredible folks who not only helped the day of run without a hitch, but efficiently worked through every detail with us leading up to it (a venue might be perfect, but it’s really the people that make it happen): To Donna in Sales, for holding our hands through every decision (we had no idea what we were doing!) and making us feel confident and equipped with every detail we needed. To Joshua, Adrian, and the rest of the AV/Lighting team, for working with us to put together a gorgeous package within our budget (so glad we went with the bistro lights!) and being so helpful and creative (we noticed the lights strobing to the music later in the night - genius!). To our chef, what is your secret?? The food was SO GOOD and rivals some of the best restaurants in NYC - everyone is still raving about it months later. Even after our tasting, our family was jokingly (but not a joke) saying they’d be more than willing to pay $$$ to come back if they could. To Ryan our program manager, thank you for being the behind the scenes superhero that coordinated across a million parts while still maintaining the calmest and coolest demeanor. My husband and I would just randomly say “I’m so glad we have Ryan” multiple times to one another throughout the process. To George our day-of support, thank you for your energy to run around tirelessly, looking out for every detail, and most importantly - making sure the bride and groom got to eat some of the cocktail food!

After looking at several venues in NYC, we chose Tribeca 350 . Every box we had was checked off by Tribeca. The space could accommodate 250 , the views are out of this world, the food was NYC Top Tier amazing , the staff was efficient and kind. Our Operations director, Ryan was incredible. He answered my questions, no matter how many or how dumb they may have seemed in a timely manner, he never lost his cool, he had the patience of a Saint and he contributed with great ideas regularly when for some reason or another a part of our vision wasn't going to fit or needed to be amended in some way. The night was magical !

WOW! What an amazing experience from beginning to end. Tribeca Rooftop is truly one of a kind. From working with Donna in sales, Jeff on planning the wedding and the entire staff on the day of – absolutely outstanding. My wife and I viewed so many venues and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Everything was perfect – the staff, the food, the décor. We would totally recommend Tribeca Rooftop to any couple that is looking for an unforgettable NYC wedding. We would also like to especially thank Jeff – he went above and beyond in answering calls, texts, emails and making sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. We recently had our wedding at Tribeca Rooftop and it went above and beyond all of our expectations. We absolutely loved our operations team - Darryl and George - who made sure everything went off without a hitch (like printing my vows seconds before I walked down the aisle, and sewing the groom's button back on his tux jacket seconds before our first dance). We also loved working with Chef Joe - such a nice guy and so talented. Our guests raved about the food and the service.

There's not enough space to say all the fantastic things about Tribeca Rooftop! We planned our wedding from Austin, TX and relied heavily on their staff for suggestions, tips, and recommendations. They nailed everything. The venue is gorgeous, the food is fantastic, and the waitstaff, day planner, and all other employees were extremely attentive and friendly. George never left our side and ensured our drinks were full, my hair remained perfect, and that we had everything we needed. I recommend this venue to everyone!!!

The best wedding I ever imagined! I am elated with my partners, Tracey and Jeff and their team at TriBeCa Rooftop. They put the ease into this entire process from start to finish. I was not a bridezilla because I had the best in the business around me.
The vibe of TR along with the ever flowing of drinks, food, the amazing Wedding Cake and desserts made this amazing for everyone in atttendance. This place is absolutely amazing! The food, the service the place everything was a dream come true!! Tracey was our sales representative and she was absolutely amazing! Ryan was our wedding coordinator and he was also absolutely amazing I can't even explain how great he was! And George he was appointed as our wedding day off to be with bride and groom and he was so great that I don't even have enough words for it!

Tribeca Rooftop was the perfect place for my wedding! I had attended a wedding there and thought it was beautiful. Aside from the beauty the food was outstanding. My guests are still talking about the cocktail hour 2 months later! Everyone that works there is so wonderful. The people are the real reason I would recommend having an event at Tribeca Rooftop. Everyone from Donna who helped with our planning, pricing, and food selection to Robert who made sure the event ran smoothly were FANTASTIC! It was Grade A service. On the day of my wedding they supplied us with 2 assistants, George and Kadisha who thought of everything we didn't think of. A wedding can be very stressful but my husband, family and I were not stressed for a single second thanks to the outstanding team at Tribeca Rooftop! We thought the wedding would be good but it turned out Magical!!!

Tribeca Rooftop was the only location that we viewed to have our wedding. We fell in love with the incredible views on the rooftop and the reception space was stunning. They delivered above and beyond our wildest expectations. Our wedding was perfect. From the planning stages to execution on our wedding day, not one element was overlooked. Donna in Sales was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process. Oleg, George and the rest of the Tribeca Rooftop team delivered impeccable service throughout the entire day, start to finish. The level of attention to detail was pristine. The spread of food for our Cocktail Hour was out of this world! Anything you could imagine. The presentation was beautiful and all of our guests continue to rave about it. We are so thankful for everything that Tribeca Rooftop put into making our day so special! We highly recommend this venue, it was worth every cent and the level of professionalism was top notch!

Worth every penny. Best decision I made for my wedding- I loved this venue so much. The food and service are impeccable. We had Ryan as our event coordinator, and honestly there was no need for a wedding planner with him involved. He was on top of everything and made me feel so much better the week of the wedding and the day of. Highly highly recommend this venue.

Ceremony on the rooftop and cocktail reception is magical then sit down dinner in the main reception area!

It was the perfect place to have a wedding. It's not the typical northeast wedding venue as it provided our guests with an amazing outdoor view and spectacular service.

Most amazing venue, everything from the food to the staff and the unbelievable view! Was everything we dreamed of!

We held our July wedding at Tribeca 360. It is the floor below Tribeca rooftop but uses a separate entrance. We cannot say enough about how happy we are to have picked 360 as our venue. Although Tribeca Rooftop is better known, both are great venues and I would actually encourage those with bigger parties (we were around 260) to strongly consider 360, since the venue is larger, particularly the dance floor. The only thing you lose is outdoor space for the ceremony/cocktail hour, but weather is always a wildcard in NYC anyway. I could go on and on about the reasons we loved 360 but a few of the highlights: 1) beautiful, spacious venue that really transforms at night with the help of the NYC/NJ skyline, 2) amazing food, on par with any of the nicer restaurants in NYC-- guests are still raving. Although the venue isn't cheap, things that are often an up-charge elsewhere (amazing rawbar, top shelf liquor) are all included. 3) extremely professional and easy to work with. We worked with Donna in the year leading up to our wedding and she was generally very responsive and helpful. We had Darryl as our month-of coordinator/GM (he handles all the behind the scenes coordination on the wedding day) and George as our Maitre'di. Both were amazing and worked very hard behind the scenes to make sure everything went seamlessly. My father, who is a stickler for service, commented that many little details that often go ignored (people being served dinner at the same time, long lines for drinks at cocktail hour, etc.) went off without a hitch here. From my perspective, George was a godsend, as he did everything from help organize our family pictures when we started to lag behind schedule, kept me fed and hydrated the entire night, and even made sure I didn't have a hair out of place as I walked down the aisle. We, and our family/guests, were very impressed by the way everything turned out. Importantly, they were also flexible and easy to work with through the entire process.

We were married at their sister venue (one floor below) Tribeca 360, and it was EVERYTHING I had wished for; a view of New York City, and great food! From start to finish, the team worked within my budget, created an event that was truly ours and made a memorable evening that my friends and family still can't stop talking about how great it was! We worked closely with the team to discuss the timing of the day, and since they only schedule one event per space per day, we never felt we were under a time crunch to get out of the space for another event. The chef was very accommodating to the slight menu changes and understanding of our dietary observances, even getting a special meal for one guest who would not have been able to eat anything otherwise. The onsite staff the day of the wedding were attentive and kept us on schedule to make sure we got the fullest enjoyment of the day.The food quality was EXCEPTIONAL and the cake was FANTASTIC, both inside and out. Once we signed there, I knew the biggest concerns of my day were in good hands.

We got married here the ceremony was so beautiful on the rooftop. The room was beautiful !! I can't wait to have an excuse to make another party here

The decision to host our wedding here was the easiest one initially and turned out to be the best one. Even with high expectations after reading reviews on various wedding websites about the level of service and quality of the food/drink/ambiance - they exceeded everything we had hoped for.

The planning staff (Tracey/Oleg especially) were exceptional and coordinated everything perfectly before the wedding day. The day-of staff was super attentive and on top of every single detail. It created such a relaxed environment that we got to enjoy every minute of the day from ceremony to after party.

Better than could possibly be advertised... there's really not a single thing we would change about choosing Tribeca Rooftop.

I wish we could give them 6 STARS....that is how amazing this place is. It is worth every penny you pay. Best decision we made was to have our wedding reception at Tribeca Rooftop. Hands down they exceeded our expectations...food was AMAZING and everyone is still talking about it! Matt was our point person and he was such a pleasure to work with...we loved him, he made our day so perfect with no issues. Everyone is so professional and delivers exceptional service from start to finish. Our guests keep saying it was the most top notch wedding they have ever been to and the food was A+++. I cannot say enough good things about TR...we looked at several venues including the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers and I am so so so happy we went with TR. BEST MOST PERFECT VENUE!!! And we had a winter wedding in a blizzard too so it was all inside and we still managed to get fabulous pictures on the roof and all was perfection! Do not look anywhere else in NYC...it was seriously best decision we made having our wedding there...everything was perfect....we do not have one bad comment to make! A+++

Amazing service, food, quality, decor, etc. They made our wedding day so special and took such great care of us and our guests! The first thing people comment about our wedding is how outstanding the service and food was. My husband and I worked with Oleg and George and it just can't get better than them!

We had our wedding at Three Sixty which is one floor below Tribeca Rooftop and it was amazing!!! I had the best time of my life, everything was impeccable, the food, the service, the managers, our matron were amazing. My guests had a blast!! From the moment we stepped inside we knew this was where we wanted to have our wedding and we never regretted it!! Donna and Robert worked with us to make our dream wedding a reality!! I wish I could have all of my events here.

We just had our wedding on July 3rd at Tribeca Rooftop, and we couldn't have hoped for anything better! We were looking for a venue that would be something more modern and different from your ordinary catering hall ballroom, and we found that and more at Tribeca Rooftop! From the moment we met with super sweet sales manager Donna, she did nothing but try to accommodate our budget and still make sure we had everything we wanted. When event manager Darryl and his team took over we knew we were in excellent hands! Darryl was just amazing, and able to accommodate the difficult requests of my picky Italian family! The night of the wedding everything was flawless and the service was like nothing I have ever seen! People are still talking about how professional and incredibly attentive the entire staff was! The food was on a whole other level, and as I mentioned before I have a very picky Italian family, very hard to please when it comes to food, and Tribeca rooftop made a lasting impression! The cocktail hour and main dishes were unbelievable, the food was prepared flawlessly and was of the highest quality! My wonderful bridal attendant George made sure I was well fed and hydrated all night, so I can honestly say I ate a ton at my wedding! Being that this venue is in New York City, it is certainly not for the bride on a very tight budget, but if you have some flexibility they certainly work with you, and you most definitely get the most for your money! Aside from being a beautiful venue (amazing views from the rooftop as well as an awesome dining room), the entire staff at Tribeca Rooftop helped to make our wedding day just an overall incredible and truly memorable day!!

Tribeca Rooftop is an exceptional venue and I would highly recommend it. We had a 130 person wedding on a Friday evening. We were cost conscious, and I feel that we got great value for the event, service, quality and amount of food and of course the beautiful views from the rooftop. We received a lot of compliments from our guests, many saying it was the best food and service that they have ever had at a wedding. The further challenge was that we planned our wedding from London, as we had moved shortly after being engaged. Despite not being on the ground in New York, all of the planning with Tribeca Rooftop was seamless and they were very accommodating in communicating effectively by email and meeting me around my schedule. Thank you so much to Donna and Robert especially for managing all of the pieces and making the event even better than I could have imagined.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Tribeca Rooftop. My guests are still raving about this venue weeks after the wedding. The food was simply amazing - I have never been to a wedding before where all of the guests were blown away by how delicious and gourmet the menu was. The day itself went off without a hitch - and that is all thanks to Robert, the wedding coordinator, George, the Maitre d', and Kadesha, the bridal attendant. All three were the most warm and wonderful people. They attended to our every need and made the execution behind the scenes flawless. I cannot believe I haven't heard of more events here - simply the best venue in Manhattan without question.

Our friends and family can not stop talking about what a wonderful party it was. Every little detail from the moment guests arrived until they said their last goodbyes was perfect. People can’t stop raving about the beautiful Tribeca Rooftop venue, the fantastic food, and the impeccable service.

They really delivered on everything they promised us and more!

Their advice about menu selection and the flow of the event was spot on and so appreciated.

Before, during and after the event, George (our the Maître d') and Kadisha (our Matron) anticipated our every possible need. They repaired all the inevitable wardrobe malfunctions, made sure the wedding party was exactly where they needed to be for every photograph, made sure that we were never without a full glass of our favorite drinks, and helped us pack up everything at the end of the night.

Even the weather cooperated as we could see the snow falling gently behind the bride as she made her entrance from the rooftop down the staircase for the ceremony.

Darryl, George and everybody else who organized the night did a tremendous job. It was an amazing time and a first class venue with gorgeous views of the city, the hudson, the freedom tower and empire state building. Thank you so much for making our wedding such a success!

We recently got married at Tribeca Rooftop and had the most perfect, amazing day. My brother also got married there about 5 years ago so we knew what to expect, but they still continued to surprise us with how easy and wonderful they are to work with. We were assigned to Darryl as our day-of coordinator and he was so amazing - made sure he had all the details before the wedding day so I didn't have to worry about a thing. And during our day, the team at Tribeca was constantly one step ahead of us. We never had to worry or think about what was happening next because they had it all taken care of for us. The food is absolutely incredible, like dining at a top NYC restaurant - the service is impeccable, and the venue itself is just breathtakingly gorgeous. We got the NYC loft-like feel without having to do all the work that goes along with renting a basic loft. We also rented the photo studio to get ready in which I highly recommend - we took photos there against the white wall and I've already seen a few - they look awesome! We had the most amazing day and wouldn't have changed a single thing about the venue. Highly recommend for any bride and groom considering a NYC wedding.

Tribeca rooftop is the most wonderful and amazing place to have your wedding! My guests were taken back by the view, the amount of food at the cocktail hours and the service was incredible. I was assigned a personal assistant (Kadija) who was great!! She made sure we had everything we needed. Darryl was great to work with and answered emails promptly. He made sure that everyone knew where to be and stand during the ceremony and made sure that all my guest were happy and having a great time. I have nothing bad to say about this venue. I wish I could do it all over again, because it was just so beautiful and wonderfully executed!!

My guests still talk about my wedding. The staff was accommodating and amazing!! My guests and I were not without a drink for a second, the food was sooooooo delicious. Have the ceremony and reception at the same place made the day so easy and fun. Oleg was on top of my schedule and made all my guests feel special and taken care of. I would do it all over again and not change a thing, except try to slow time down....

My Dad and Father-in-law have both written thank you letters to the venue to thank them.

The food - PERFECT.
The staff - GRACIOUS and RESPONSIVE and wonderful! From Oleg (our DOC) to Kadija (my bridal attendant/lipgloss carrier) to the wonderful little man who was the captain of our tables and kept wishing us Mazel Tov to the kitchen manager who found someone to turn the air off - everyone was charming and approachable and kind and so very VERY wonderful to work with!

We also rented the Photo Studio to prep in and take prelim photos in - I would HIGHLY recommend it.

Frankly, I would highly recommend ANYTHING at Tribeca Rooftop.

Tribeca Rooftop was the most amazing place to have a wedding reception in NYC! I had so much family from Texas that came to NY for the wedding and I cannot tell you how many calls and comments I got about the amazing rooftop!! Unlike anything you've experienced. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing. I wish everybody I know would get married there. I honestly, went to every reception venue in NYC, and above all The Rooftop was the best value & most impressive. Oleg, was my GM that night and seriously, he's the best. Where else can you be having your first dance while looking out the windows at all of Manhattan around you? Love it! And believe me, I looked everywhere.

I had an absolutely incredible wedding at Tribeca Rooftop on September 27th! I can't begin to thank them enough for their extreme attention to detail and smooth coordination of their entire team. When we were looking for a venue, we wanted it to feel like New York City, as my husband and I both grew up here. Tribeca Rooftop is both elegant and modern and you can't help but feel like you are in NYC, given the spectacular views of the skyline. We were lucky enough to have nice weather for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, which was everything we dreamed of. The food is absolutely unbelievable; we have gotten so many comments about the quantity and quality of food. No other venues we looked at had the number of hors d'oeuvres and stations included in the price for the cocktail hour, including a sushi station with sushi chefs at no extra charge! And there are plenty of staff passing the hors d'oeuvres around, which is sometimes a problem at other weddings I've been to. They are very flexible about customizing aspects of their menu items as well as ensuring guests with dietary restrictions are taken care of. A beautiful multi-tiered wedding cake with a choice of numerous flavors/fillings is also included in the price of the venue, and they are happy to customize the design to your vision. Our operations manager for the day was Darryl, who went over every detail with us in a meeting the month prior to the event and then was available by phone/email as issues/questions came up in the weeks prior to the day. He and his team were easy to work with and made sure the day ran smoothly - we had nothing to worry about and were able to relax and enjoy the day. It was a beautiful event, and our friends and family are still talking about how memorable and fun it was several weeks later! I would highly recommend this venue for a spectacular wedding day.

Choosing Tribeca Rooftop for our wedding was hands down our best decision!! From the moment we first walked in to see the space, we knew it was our dream place for the kind of wedding we wanted to have—and it was great working with Donna to make that happen! She was so responsive and great with answering all our questions and offering suggestions for our band and food selections. We just can't get over how much is offered with their package, and how accommodating they were about everything! Just about everyone we dealt with was phenomenal with their service, and their attention to detail was impeccable! Particularly George, our right-hand man for our big night, who went way above and beyond what I would have ever dreamed to make sure we were well taken care of in every way! He made sure we ate, enjoyed our cocktail hour, and even had breath mints as we made our rounds to talk with our guests! We were blown away! Our event coordinator, Matt, was friendly and did a great job the night of to make sure things ran smoothly and kept us in the loop as to how the night was unfolding. My only point of slight criticism would be that Matt was unresponsive to my emails & calls in the week leading up, and that resulted in some confusion on the day of with a few vendors and smaller details throughout the night. But all in all, things worked out beautifully, and we truly had the wedding of our dreams!

The space is beyond beautiful—we lucked out with some fantastic weather and got to have our perfect sunset ceremony on the roof, which was like a beautiful dream! The whole night had such a classic, elegant feel and I can't believe how many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Every detail from the food to the service to the ambiance was noticed by all, and left quite the impression! I could not be happier!!!!!!

Tribeca Rooftop was AMAZING. So gorgeous, delicious food (and tons of it), and everyone there was so professional, helpful and attentive. We worked mostly with Donna and Matt, who were great and made sure everything went smoothly, from choosing the food to all the details on the day-of. George was amazing to have help us on the day of the wedding, he always made sure that we and our family were looking good, well-hydrated, had a drink if we wanted it, and that everything was where it should be. All our friends and family are still in awe over the cocktail hour food, the delicious main courses, and the dessert. And the view! We had the ceremony and cocktail hour on the roof, and it couldn't have been more beautiful (it helped that the weather cooperated). Overall and amazing night and it's mostly due to Tribeca Rooftop.

We just got back from our honeymoon and I wanted to write a review as soon as possible because Tribeca Rooftop was AMAZING!!!!! Everything about our wedding was perfect and it was all thanks to the team at TR!!! They worked soo hard and did it all with a smile! Tracey and Robert have been such a pleasure to work with and we are so thankful for their advice and patience. It rained for 3 hours on our wedding day but they made plan B so perfect that i actually forgot that it rained! People raved about the food and how beautiful the venue was. The service has been very professional and responsive from the first contact, Tracey in sales held my hand through all the family arguments while Robert took note of every last detail to make sure things were exactly how I wanted. The bridal assist helped me with the train from my dress to packing a box of cake for us. They thought of everything so that we could enjoy the day and I must say I couldn't believe how flawless everything went. Thank you TR for making my big day the wedding of my dreams!

Most importantly brides to be - listen to their vendor recommendations because the people that know their space help you transform it to fit your dreams! Good luck! TR is a true GEM!!!!

We had our wedding at tribeca rooftop and it was wonderful. The staff did a great job guiding us through the planning process, providing lots of easy to follow guides in order to plan our big day and thoughtful suggestions as we were trying to manage our budget. We absolutely loved the staff we worked with. HUGE shout out to Isabel, our day of coordinator, and really helped us think through options to manage our budget, was super present during the whole day, and was a calming presence throughout the planning process. We also loved George, our bridal attendant, who we got to meet during our tasting as well. George was so incredibly prepared the whole day – always had a water bottle in hand to help someone hydrate, tissues the minute someone said their make up was smearing, learned the names of our family members super quick to make logistics and photos super easy. He also took amazing photos (both stylized and candids) of us throughout the day and sent them to us with such a thoughtful note a few days after – he truly went above and beyond to make us feel special and our day stress free.
The venue speaks for itself but by just the photos alone its truly beautiful – amazing spaces with great flow and beautiful views. We also LOVED the food and drink. The bartenders really elevated the look of our signature cocktails and did not shy away from heavy pours. The food was absolutely delicious and the chef was even willing to make edits to the menu based on some other things he was testing out the day of our tasting!
The only things to be aware of, is that this is a NYC venue and there are challenges that come with the territory – parking isn’t at the venue but its close, so if anyone wants to drive in early and park their car, that’s a logistical detail you need to handle. There’s a getting ready space, which isn’t massive, so you’ll need to get another space fi you have a big crew doing hair and make up. For this venue there’s also the additional cost of the audio visual team, which the staff is super upfront with even on the first tour of the venue.
Overall an amazing experience with tribeca rooftop, hoping I get to go back as a guest one day soon!

I was drawn to Susan because of her reviews on The Knot and her website. Susan immediately responded to my inquiry and came over to our place in the city, with her gigantic sample albums, for a meeting the next day! We had interviewed three other photographers, but as soon as we met Susan, felt her warm presence, and saw her luxurious albums with such attention to detail, we hired her immediately. This was the only transaction we made because once we enlisted Susan for our wedding at Tribeca 360 she instantly became a friend.

She is a problem solver and so incredibly creative. It was important to me to have someone calming and detailed, who knew the city and the venue. This is Susan. She knows the city, how and where to get the right shots, and isn’t afraid of shooting in new places (Snark Park at Hudson Yards, pop-up flower installations in Chelsea).

Susan is also an incredible editor. She will remove exit signs and make sure the exposure is perfect. The video looks like a Hollywood produced film!

The added bonus for me was that Susan was married a year before my wedding so she truly understands what a bride is going through. She introduced us to our planner and my hair and makeup artists- which made for a worry-free day for me and a cohesive work environment for everyone who made our day so special.

Susan is able to capture feelings in her photos, and shoot angles that I didn’t even know were possible. I am still completely blown away by Susan’s creativity, professionalism and passion for her work. She always went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier with our engagement photos, wedding photos, photo booth and video! We are so grateful to have worked with such amazing person and her team.

We had an amazing wedding at Tribeca Rooftop!! Ryan and Eva were great to work with and made our special day exactly what we wanted. Our guests were blown away by the excellent service and the uniqueness of this location. The venue is beautiful, the food, including the cake, was exceptional and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

You can't go wrong with having your wedding at Tribeca Rooftop. My friends and family are still talking about how amazing the venue was.

The entire team really does take care of everything and they try their best to satisfy all your requests. On the day of, our event manager was Robert and he was one of the easiest and nicest people to work with. It helped to have a calming individual among all the chaos. I know my fiance got along with him really well. I was adamant about having both our ceremony and cocktail hour on the beautiful roof but we were running into a slight weather issue and were faced with the possibility of moving everything inside. My fiance waited until the very last minute to make the call and Robert patiently waited with him and did not rush him at all. It ended up perfectly and the sky cleared up right at our ceremony and we were able to continue on with our original vision of having the ceremony and cocktail hour right around sunset.

Another great thing about Tribeca Rooftop is that they don't double book events which meant that we could arrive in the morning even though our wedding didn't start until 6pm. The bridal party and our close family members were there around 11am and kind of relaxed into the atmosphere of the venue which really made it a lot more comfortable and homey. It was unexpected and amazing to see Robert and his staff already there to help us and serve us even when we arrived so early. The team really is there to make you comfortable and relaxed.

It was an amazing night and Tribeca Rooftop was definitely the perfect place for our city wedding. Of course, the place you get married always holds a special place in your heart, but service and care from Tribeca Rooftop made it particularly memorable.

I cannot say more about how fantastic Tribeca Rooftop was. The place is stunning, the food was spectacular, but the service ... the service was above and beyond anything I could have ever anticipated! They were PHENOMENAL! I literalyl felt like royalty, they handled everything, and made us feel like we didnt have a care in the world. I have never been more satisfied with any vendor I have ever worked with anywhere.

Tribeca Rooftop really is a beautiful location. We loved that we didn't have to do any decorating to it. It comes as a great package. We were lucky enough to be able to use the roof for our cocktail hour - a last minute weather decision that worked for us. They took great care of me during the wedding (including getting me double stick tape so that my shoes fit better!) The best thing really is that the food is AMAZING. I'm a foodie, and it's that good. They're very efficient and professional. It's definitely run as a tight ship.

I was so impressed with the Tribeca Rooftop - but even more - my guests were equally impressed. I have been told by many guests that this was not just the best food they'd had at a wedding but that the food was on par or better than any restaurant they'd been to. Additionally the staff was so wonderful. People approached me after the wedding to tell me specifically how much they loved their waiter! From the moment we arrived the staff took care of things I didn't even think of - they made sure that we were able to grab a bite to eat (tough to do when you're having so much fun) and even checked on Christopher and I through the evening to be sure that our drinks were not only filled but if I had held my champagne glass for too long and it started to get warm, they'd refresh it for me...

They were just wonderful and worth every penny!

My husband and I just got married here, and it was amazing! Firstly, the venue itself is breathtaking and perfect for a city wedding. Secondly, the staff is amazingly helpful and extremely dedicated to executing exactly what you want. The food is fantastic, most definitely including the cake, and our guests were very full and happy. Some guests even mentioned that they were so full from cocktail hour that they could barely eat their dinner! One drawback is they do a lot of weddings here, so if they don't have every single detail about your wedding memorized at your meetings, just know that on the day of, they get it right. We had 200 guests, and the dance floor was totally sufficient for our very lively party (I had read some concerns over dance floor size so wanted to address that). It was really cool to be able to have the DJ set up on the mezzanine. As for a bridal entrance, there is little more dramatic than a bride coming down those stairs. I will never forget that moment for as long as I live, nor will my husband. A special thank you to Tracey and Robert, who partnered with us so well, and also to the bridal attendants and other staff, who were so supportive and attentive throughout the evening.

I wish I could get married again just to experience this place again.

First off, I want to be sure to give credit to Tribeca Rooftop where credit is due. Our guests seemed to have an amazing time at our wedding. We received rave reviews about the venue itself, the view from the rooftop, the taste of the food, and the level of service. In this regard, we are extremely thankful to Tribeca Rooftop for facilitating a memorable evening for our guests.

I also want to be sure to thank Donna, the Director of Sales, who really was amazing. We were one of the couples who had actually had their wedding booked at Battello in Jersey City before it shut down due to construction issues on the pier on which it is located. So, after having had our wedding venue set for 6 months, the wedding was completely cancelled by the venue. After we received the call, we scrambled to contact the other two venues at the top of our list: Tribeca Rooftop and Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Luckily Tribeca Rooftop had our original wedding date free so we switched our wedding venue to their location. Donna was a rock star through this transition answering our many, many questions and she truly made an extremely stressful time a bit smoother.

With all this being said though, we do want to make Tribeca Rooftop, as well as couples currently searching for their wedding venue, aware of a number of issues we as the wedding got closer, as well as at the event itself. To be clear, we believe the root of most of these issues stemmed from two main problems:

1) The day-of coordinator (Director of Operations and Events) was assigned to us only 6 weeks before our wedding. We would highly suggest to the Tribeca Rooftop management that a day-of coordinator should be assigned to a couple as soon as they sign their contract so they know the ins-and-outs of the event as the planning progresses.

2) The day-of coordinator who was assigned to us clearly had too many events to handle in a one-week period. I would highly suggest to the Tribeca Rooftop management that the number of events any one coordinator can work in a week be capped at a lower number to be able to execute each event to a very high level.

We do want to say that we do believe our coordinator, Ryan, really did try his best the day of our wedding. So, we do not blame him personally for the issues we had. We do, however, place the blame with management for not assigning him to our event sooner, as well as assigning him too many events in one week.

We do know a wedding is a live event and a few things are bound to not go according to plan. We had heard the wonderful advice in advance of our wedding that your guests take their cues off of the couple- so if things are going wrong, just go with the flow and try to enjoy the day for what it is and everyone will have a good time regardless. Luckily, this proved 100% true. We went with the flow for the evening, truly felt the love from our family and friends, and our guests had an amazing time.

Here is a breakdown of the issues we had in chronological order:

-A wedding cake or cupcake tower comes with the wedding package. During our tasting for our cupcake tower, the main type of cake we wanted, yellow cake with chocolate icing was completely left off of the order so we never even got to try it. As for the other cupcakes we did try, all 6 of us attending the tasting were in agreement that they were stale and hard. Thankfully, Tribeca Rooftop allowed us to have an ice cream sundae bar instead and we were permitted to get cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery in place of their bakery. I would not recommend using their bakery for your wedding cake or cupcakes.

-When we went to drop off all the items for the wedding the week of the event (menus, programs, decorations, etc.), Ryan was clearly exhausted, frazzled, and ill. This was the first clue that the ratio of events per event coordinator were off. At this drop off, we were told that the Tribeca Rooftop staff would not be able to put up bunting we purchased off Etsy for the bars, or, the Mad-Libs style wedding RSVP cards we wanted to hang on strings of ribbon for guests to view. Ryan told us we needed a family member or friend to go to the venue day-of to hang these items themselves. So, for 3-4 hours the day of the wedding, my Matron of Honor’s husband worked on hanging the bunting and RSVP cards at Tribeca Rooftop. This struck me as extremely odd considering Tribeca Rooftop is supposedly an “all-inclusive venue” and that they advertise the fact that a wedding coordinator comes with the package so there is no need to hire your own wedding planner or coordinator.

-The bridal attendant assigned to us was what I would call "pushy" and didn’t let me go upstairs to the venue from the bridal suite when I wanted to. (As a heads up, the bridal suite is on the ground floor and the venue is on the roof.) This was both when I first arrived at the venue in order to check over all of the vendors’ work, as well as when my wedding party went upstairs for the ceremony but I was not allowed to, and when my husband and I were in the bridal suite in between the ceremony and the reception and she was telling off my friends from having access to their bags when we were both fine with them coming in to get what they needed to.

-I was told our “In Loving Memory” section of photo frames would in fact be set up by the Tribeca Rooftop team by the windows near the second bar. It wasn’t, and my husband found it sitting in a box when he arrived to the venue so had to set it up himself.

-Perhaps the most egregious issue that we had is that I was forgotten down in the bridal suite (about 14 floors below the ceremony) and the ceremony started without me. I was kept down in the bridal suite by the bridal attendant even when I wanted to go upstairs with my side of the wedding party. I learned after the fact, that the officiant, my husband’s side of the wedding party, and my husband together with his mother, had already gone down the aisle when one of my bridesmaids asked where I was. Ryan did not know I was not upstairs and fervently contacted the bridal attendant to run me upstairs immediately. Meanwhile my bridesmaids were told to walk down the aisle “extremely slowly” to allow time for me to get there. Upon watching our wedding video, you can see the huge lag in time between my husband’s side of the wedding party going down the aisle and my side of the wedding party going down the aisle. Followed by another gap in time between my wedding party walking down the aisle and me walking with my parents. The bridal suite being on the ground floor is really not well planned out and there should be better accommodations made where the bride can wait upstairs while the wedding ceremony begins.

-Right after the ceremony ended (well, the second part, because it poured in the middle of our ceremony and we had to run inside and finish the ceremony on the dance floor, which Tribeca Rooftop did in fact handle very well), as we were making our way to the bridal suite for a moment alone together, I noticed that there was an ice sculpture as part of the cocktail hour setup. We had asked, quite literally, about 5 different times not to have any type of ice sculpture at our wedding. It was even in red bold on the “Order of Events” sheet. So instead of enjoying the moment, I had to stop, find a server, and request them to please move it immediately before cocktail hour started. Once again, the bridal attendant was trying to rush us down to the bridal suite, but I wanted to make sure the ice sculpture was gone first.

-We were very keen on having lawn games available for guests to play during cocktail hour to go with our “garden party” theme and my cousin hand made a giant Jenga set, as well as a customized cornhole game for this purpose. We had discussed with Tribeca Rooftop that should the cocktail hour need to be inside we still wanted the lawn games available to play, to which they agreed. Luckily the giant Jenga made it inside from the switch from outdoor cocktail hour to the indoor cocktail hour with the rain, however the cornhole game was never even taken out of the packaging it was wrapped up in, which we only realized after the wedding. My cousin worked hours and hours on it so we were all extremely disappointed when it did not get utilized at all.

-Once we had our little break between the ceremony and the reception, we had asked to try some of the cocktail hour food since we would be taking photos with our family and miss cocktail hour, as well as to eat our dinners then so that we could spend the time at dinner going table to table thanking people for coming instead. However, all of the food had clearly been left out on the table in the bridal suite for a while, nothing was hot at all. Additionally, the vegetarian dish, which was my actual meal since I was a vegetarian, was incorrect from what was agreed upon at the tasting and on our printed menus. Since our food was the exact food to be served during dinner, they had actually gotten our one of dinner main courses incorrect! We then had to race to find Ryan so that he could alert the kitchen to fix the food so our guests were not served incorrectly. They then tried to pass it off as, “Oh, just your dish was wrong. The guests would have been served correctly,” which we knew didn’t make any sense since we were supposed to have the exact same food as all of our guests.

-During cocktail hour we had planned to do photos with only our family. Everyone was alerted to this: Ryan, our family, and our wedding parties. We did not plan on doing photos with the entire wedding party together at any point. However, as we were in the middle of family photos, we saw that our wedding parties started to emerge running up the steps from an indoor cocktail hour to the roof. Our Matron of Honor and Best Man were instructed by someone at Tribeca Rooftop to run around cocktail hour pulling people away from food and conversations to rush onto the roof which we specifically did not want or ask for. It caused a bit of a fluster since our wedding parties were so big. We really wanted them to relax and enjoy cocktail hour and that was ruined as they were all rushing around grabbing each other telling people to drop their food and conversations immediately and run to the roof, only to wait for a while, not take photos, and then be instructed to go back down.

It is because of these incidents collectively, that we would actually not recommend Tribeca Rooftop as a wedding event venue. Again, we totally understand a few of these items not going according to plan, however, for the cost of the venue we would have expected a smoother level of service overall. If you, however, have already fallen in love with Tribeca Rooftop as wedding venue, we would highly advocate that you hire your own wedding coordinator from the beginning of the process who knows the ins and outs of your planning, so that you do not rely on the one that Tribeca Rooftop provides.

We are very thankful that our guests had such a lovely time at our wedding, and we truly felt the love from all of our family and friends, but after 2 years of planning our wedding we were disappointed to have so many issues that could have been handled preventatively.

There are in fact so many positive things to say about Tribeca Rooftop, however, because of an incident that occurred with their staff on the day of my wedding I cannot recommend the venue. During my wedding the maitre d' (George) took a photograph of a couple in a bathroom stall together on his cell phone. While this was an unfortunate incident, the maitre d' made the situation worse by repeatedly showing the photograph to the myself, my wife (bride at the time) and guests, and made repeated jokes about it. In addition, George came to our table and wrote a lewd comment / joke about the incident on our menu. When I pulled the manager aside (Darryl) and confronted him about the situation, he was completely defensive and dismissive and said, "I have been working with these guys for 5-15 years and they would not do that". He also asked me for a copy of the menu as if he did not believe me. After I repeatedly told him that George showed me photographs on his phoen, he eventually apologized but told me I should talk to him about it after the wedding (I don't think he understood that the reason I was telling him was because I wanted George to stop!!!). There were several other incidents with George as well, including him saying at one point later in the evening, "This wedding is a disaster", out loud on his way to the kitchen without me realizing I was behind him. (I of course mentioned this to Darryl).

On the positive side, Tribeca rooftop is beautiful on the inside - a true manhattan style wedding. The views are incredible. Also, the food is outstanding and is prepared and served like a top-notch restaurant. Also, with the exception of the maitre d' and manager, every other staff member demonstrated good service.

However, the above incident almost ruined our wedding, and it is truly a shame because if it were not for the above incidents, I would have nothing but positive things to say.
