  Amazing trip to Italy!!

  Because of Megan, our family had the most incredible experience in Italy! She listened to all of our preferences to visit several different cities and worked closely with me to deliver exactly what we were hoping for!!! She was absolutely spot on with her suggestions, tours, transfers, and hotel recommendations. Megan's communication and response time were perfect, she's incredibly organized and very patient. Our trip to Italy was unbelievable.....we will absolutely be using her in the future!!

  Perfect, no stress planning!

  Megan is AMAZING! I never realized I needed someone to plan my vacations until now and I'll never go back to planning trips myself! I think the biggest thing that saved me was how many times flights changed (covid life) and she handled it all. With the wedding planning having to call airlines and change pick up and drop offs would have put me over the edge. Ten out of ten recommend!

  Switzerland and Italy

  My husband and I were invited to a wedding in Italy. Neither of us had ever been to Europe so we didn’t even know where to begin with booking or what to expect. Megan was extremely helpful. She listened to exactly what we wanted while also keeping our budget in mind. She took care of all our flights, other transportation, hotels and tours. We also switched up our itinerary a couple times on her and she happily adjusted things and got it back to us immediately.
  I would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking to get the most out of their vacation.

  Awesome Family European Vacation

  Megan did an outstanding job helping us plan our vacation to Paris and Rome this past June. Hotel accommodations were perfect for our family of seven adults. Tours were wonderful!

  Horrible Businesswoman - price gouging and no transparency

  I never write reviews so please take this seriously. Do not hire her, this is a scam!! She price gouged my fiance and I. She gave me the itinerary and I asked for the individual prices and she refused to give me them. So, I went and found all the exact same flights and told her how much it would be and that I can find my own flights for $3,744.84 cheaper. I created a spreadsheet and word doc with screenshots of the flights she wanted me to take and the ones I suggested. She refused to look at it and argue that her prices were cheaper. I was able to book all my flights, with the same hotels she suggested for $2,414.21 cheaper than she provided in the invoice. There is no transparency with her prices and she continued to argue with me over the prices of the trip. She promises more than one itinerary option on her website, but when prompted she refuses to give you more than one. She also wouldn't answer any direct questions. I am not sure how many times I had to ask the same questions and still never had it answered. It also took her a week and a half longer than she promised to get me my itinerary to approve. When I asked questions about the individual prices of each item she said she couldn't give me that information, but after more prodding she finally gave me bits and pieces of information that she felt was necessary to share. My experience with her had NOTHING but red flags that I should have seen from the beginning. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

  I’m very sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with our interactions—I always strive to make my clients happy. To address your very specific remarks, I provided you with the exact trip you asked me for within the budget you gave me. Sometimes you can find cheaper prices when you online shop through booking engines like Expedia, but that’s not what working with a travel advisor is necessarily about. You must have been satisfied with the product I provided because as you’ve stated above, you took what I have you and booked the exact same thing elsewhere.
  
  When you expressed concern about the budget, I offered to look into other options but you did not take me up on that, so I’m not sure how that equates to my refusing to send you more than one itinerary. I did look at your flights and spreadsheet—that’s when I responded saying the flights I provided were a better price and a better itinerary. I also asked you to tell me where the prices you have came from so I could explain the difference but you never sent that. When you asked me for the price of the flights I had in there, I sent that to you. You never asked me for prices of hotels or anything else, which I would have provided. What you did ask me for was an itemized invoice and as I explained multiple times, the vendor does not generate that. Regarding the tardiness of your itinerary, I explained that this was due to finding the best flight option departing from your home city. You provided me with three departure options and it took time to weed through the best flight paths.
  
  Once again, I’m sorry you felt dissatisfied and the need to write this review. Best of luck with your trip!!
