Honeymoon travel agent.
Leah was amazing in helping us with our honeymoon! We couldn’t decide were to go and she happily put a number of proposals together to help us decide on were to go for our special vacation. She made this process super easy on us. I had nothing to stress about. Even when our red eye flight from Phoenix to JFK got delayed she was there to help and answer any questions we had! Fortunately we made our connection but having her there made me feel a lot more comfortable! If you need a travel agent I totally recommend Leah. We will be using her in all our future traveling needs! -

This is an early review to express how wonderful our experience has been working with Lois. We just booked our wedding in Jamaica, May 2016!
Lois is an extremely knowledgable and dedicated travel agent! We have been fairly indecisive throughout this process when it came to where we wanted to go and how much we felt comfortable asking our guests to pay. Lois was always quick to respond to my emails and was able to provide me with lots of options. I would highly reccomend her to anyone considering a destination wedding! -

Lois is an excellent travel agent. She is incredibly knowledgeable about resorts and destination weddings. As an accountant, I'm always concerned about the bottom line. Lois offered me many options and assured me the price was worth it. We worked together and chose Sandals in Montego Bay for my destination wedding. We had 28 guests and they all had an amazing time! Some even cried when they left! It was worth every penny. We would do it all over again. I placed my trust in Lois and her recommendations and was not disappointed.It was the most amazing experience. Our friends and family are still talking about the trip! My husband and I enjoyed every second of our trip and the wedding. We didn't have to worry about a thing. All staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. We had such a fabulous experience that we booked our honeymoon stay while we were still on the resort! Without Lois, none of this would have been possible. She helped us throughout the process, from the time we booked until the day we flew out. She is also managing our anniversary stay! She answered all of our questions and provided plenty of reassurance to an uneasy bride. She was exceptional in dealing with all the dynamics of a group and the varying questions, concerns and needs that would arise. Lois has special experience and knowledge dealing with Destination Weddings at many resorts, not just Sandals. I would strongly recommend dealing with Lois for any travel needs, but especially for weddings. Trust me, she will help you organize the most important day of your life. All we had to do was show up. Amazing! Thank you Lois!!! -

We visited Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica for our honeymoon from June 9-16, 2014 on Lois' recommendation and we were certainly not disappointed! When trying to choose a location, Lois provided honest and reliable feedback on the various resorts. Once we made up our minds, Lois took care of everything from there. Literally, all we had to do was pack and show up at the airport with the information she provided us! It was a totally stress-free planning experience and our vacation was everything Lois promised and everything we wanted it to be and more. We will certainly be utilizing the excellent service Lois provides when we plan out next vacation! -

We went to Sandals Grande Riviera for our honeymoon. What an awesome time. Small beach, but beautiful. Lots of swim up bars and nice pools. Food was amazing!!! Safe to say we are going back again in April! -

We just returned from the beautiful Majestic Colonial resort in Punta Cana for the wedding week of our dreams and we couldn't have done it without Lois! To begin, Lois met with me to find me prices when other travel agencies told me it was too early. She gave me recommendations and information on multiple resorts and helped me work through any concerns that I had. She was very quick to respond to my concerns (even while she was on vacation) and quick to respond to my guests. I had to make some fairly late changes to our vacation, and Lois made it easy and stress free.
Lois also made recommendations for our wedding while at the resort and I'm so glad she did. We would not have known some of these options existed, and they really helped to make our wedding perfect.
I look forward to working with Lois in the future :) -

Lois, Just wanted to publicly acknowledge how wonderful our trip to Sandals Grande Riveria, Jamaica was because of you. We followed your direction and planning to the letter and everything went beautifully. Beyond what we could have ever dreamed. And, to have our butler deliver a letter from the manager on our first morning to tell us that he had spoken with you and we were to receive "VIP" treatment made us feel extra special. Thank you for that and thank you for making this vacation the stuff dreams are made of. -

Lois was fabulous! She gave us lots of options for resorts and was quick to respond with price quotes and dates. After picking our resort Lois even made a blog with information on it so we could invite out family and friends! Lois was very professional with booking all our guests and even hand delivered our tickets! We decided to go with Sandals Whitehouse which was Lois's first recommendation! The resort was amazing from the rooms and food to the beach and pools! We were married on the resort in the Dutch gazebo. Our wedding was everything we could of asked for and more. It was the trip of a lifetime! Thank you Lois for everything! Your amazing!

Lois Barbour exceeded every expectation that I had. She is very professional,easy to talk to,and her quality of service is outstanding. She always goes above and beyond her job to make sure clients are well taken care of. I never worry when I book a trip with TPI, since I know Lois is only an email or call away with any of my concerns. She always promptly answers my questions either big or small in a timely manner. I Highly recommend her services. We booked our anniversary in Sept 2013 @ Sandals Grande Antigua which Lois had suggested, it was very beautiful and grande. Nice relaxing trip. Lois also organized our wedding 4 years ago in Dominican of 40+ guest. Everyone including myself praised Lois's service, the wedding when off without a hitch. I never forgot her wonderful personality and hospitality towards her clients. She always made me feel like I was very important client, thats why I highly recommend Lois to any one booking a wedding destination, Anniversary, or just a get away trip. My husband and I went on our honeymoon to Sandals Grande Riviera in September. It will always be a time together that we cherish and remember! From the minute we spoke with Lois, we knew we were in good hands. Being our first trip down south, we didn't really know what to expect or what to look for. Lois was very informative about all of the resorts, and she was a great help in choosing which one suited us the best. Lois was always very easy to contact, which was great for us with the million questions we had daily. Our honeymoon was a dream, everything we could have ever wished for and more, and we have Lois to thank for that!
We would certainly recommend Lois at TPI Inc for all of your travel needs!!!!! :) -

I worked with Lois Barbour from TPI Inc to plan a trip for 63 people to go to Cuba for my wedding. She was wonderful! She set up a page for all of our guests with all the information pertaining to the trip on it as well as ways to make payments, deadlines and other important travel and Cuba information. .
I am somewhat of a control freak and was having a hard time not being able to be there and do everything myself but Lois was always there to answer every little question that I had, reach out to the resort that we were going to make sure that all of my wishes were met and make sure that all our guests were paid in full and had all the necessary paperwork completed to go to Cuba.
My wedding was everything that i ever wanted it to be because of her incredible organizational skills and responsivness to myself and the wedding coordinator at the resort.
I have a few friends that will be getting married in the next few years and i know of atleast 2 that are going to do Destinations and I will for sure recommend Travel Time- TPI inc, Lois to them.

Lois at TPI is St John's helped us to plan and book our destination wedding at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana, DR in April 2014. She was wonderful in helping to arrange everything and taking care of all the little details. It was magical, thanks Lois for making it a little less stressful. -

Great Service
My husband and I just returned from our 3rd anniversary cruise on the Carnival Sunshine out of Port Canaveral, FL. Leah was so great in helping us plan all the details of this trip - from a hotel stay, insurance, dining times, stateroom, etc. We wohld highly recommend her for any and all of your travel plans - she was a pleasure to deal with and always responsive to messages, even with the time difference. -
