Tracy was an amazing planner who was easy to work with start to finish. She handles all the big stressors so I didn’t have to. The best and most telling part of her services was the fact that even though there was a huge snow storm out of nowhere the day on our wedding, she still made it there, made sure all the vendors were there and set up on time and stayed late to clean up even though she had to drive back home on icy roads afterward. It was a testament to her dedication. My reception was like out of a fairy tale and she made it all possible

A seamless experience!
Tracy & her whole team were so amazing to work with. From getting the ball rolling to coordinating the smallest & largest details to providing some decor from her storage collection, they go above & beyond to ensure a quality, seamless, & fun wedding experience! I live out of state, so wedding planning was a bit more challenging, but Tracy was on top of the details & assisted with many vendors, schedules, & communications. The wedding day itself was also perfect. Tracy’s team was there the entire day, helping to set up, coordinate the reception, & breakdown everything. I truly appreciate Tracy & her team for allowing me to have the most fantastic time at my reception; not once did I have to think about what comes next or if anything was forgotten, they were there! We often have friends & family rave about the wedding & how much it felt like us. Truly an unforgettable reception that was made possible with the help of Tracy & team. Thank you!!!

Tracy made everything run smooth on our daughter’s big day. She not only worked with all the wedding vendors but ensured we stayed on track with the itinerary. Best Wedding Planning Crew in the CSRA and beyond
Tracy Yahn begin working with my husband and I a year and a half prior to the wedding. It felt like my entire wedding was planned over a year in advance. Tracy is so professional and helpful. I am a very anxious person in general, and I can truly say she made the wedding planning process so seamless. Tracy knows the best vendors for all aspects of your wedding- we had a live painter, the best florist and DJ, a string duo, etc. Tracy helped coordinate everyone!! Wedding day was perfect. I can honestly say there is NOTHING I would change. Tracy also has an amazing coordinating team that assists with all meetings and on wedding day. I could not recommend her enough!

How have I not left a review yet?? My wedding was back in March of this year and I STILL think about how amazing Tracy and her team were, often.
I could go on and on about how amazing my experience with Tracy and her team was during my wedding process! She was so easy and fun to work with and I always felt secure in knowing she had thought of everything and had it all under control. She has been in the business for years and it SHOWS! She has the right connections, asks the right questions, and knows how to get things done. She truly took all of the wedding stress off of me and just made the entire process FUN! Going into planning my big day, I have absolutely no idea what I was doing. I was the first of my friends and family to be getting married, so I had no foundation or guidance when it came to where to start. I had heard so many good things about Tracy, so she was my only nonnegotiable. From the get go, Tracy helped me plan EVERY little detail to perfection. I got my dream day, with absolutely zero stress. The day of the wedding, myself and my family and friends were able to be fully present and in the moment because Tracy already had everything set up and ready to go. Tracy and her team do everything down to coordinating with other venders, setting up, cleaning up after the reception, providing their honest opinions on whether something would work well or not, and being a rock through the entire process. Our dream wedding!
Tracy and her entire team made our dream wedding come true. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to guide me through the wedding planning process. Tracy was invaluable throughout our engagement and would answer our questions night or day! My fiancé and I had difficult work schedules and Tracy always worked to find times that accommodated us. Her knowledge of the laws and regulations as well as vendors in the area were absolutely essential in organizing our wedding. All of her recommended vendors were also fantastic and everyone worked perfectly together. I can honestly say that nothing went wrong the day of our wedding thanks to their hard work. We could never have had such an incredible wedding for our daughter without Tracy Yahn and her team. They work tirelessly from the day they start until the event is over. From suggesting/lining up the perfect vendors, to setting up the venue on the event date, to going above and beyond (without us even knowing about it) cleaning up outdoor storm-related debris and storm water from a monsoon that hit that night during the reception to make sure the bride and groom's exit was flawless, she will do everything she can to make sure your event is magical.

Tracy was amazing to work with. My daughter’s wedding venue was destroyed by the hurricane and she quickly found a new location that was even better. She worked tirelessly to create the perfect wedding for my daughter. She was very responsive, attentive and organized. We found the best florist, DJ, catering and bartenders because of her. I hired Tracy Yahn Events for day-of wedding coordination, and it was one of the best decisions I made! One of Tracy’s event planners provided the service the actual day of the wedding and she was so nice and also kept everything on track—guiding me, the wedding party, and all our vendors—so I could truly enjoy the day without stress. Tracy handled the timeline, ceremony and reception layouts, and all the behind-the-scenes details I wouldn’t have known where to start with. Tracy was also incredibly responsive and attentive to my preferences throughout the process. Her day-of coordination package was budget-friendly and perfect for what I needed. Best Wedding Planner/Day of Coordinator!!
Tracy and her crew were nothing short of amazing for my wedding. I booked her as my day of coordinator and design coordinator and I’m so thankful I did! I was clueless when it came to questions such as “how do I go about booking a florist? What do I ask for? Who arranges the tables for the reception? Where do I even begin?” At that point, I’d had my photographer, venue, and catering booked but didn’t really know what to do next. Tracy was able to help give me recommendations for florists, DJs/bands, cake bakers, bartenders, etc. From the first phone call with her, she made me feel comfortable and did not try to add on any unnecessary services/fees. She listened and just let me explain what I had so far, my questions and concerns, and then helped me navigate the next steps. She was very straightforward and genuine. She was also extremely thorough with keeping up with contracts, meetings, and timelines.
Come the weekend of the wedding she truly showed me how talented and professional she is! There’s always going to be minor hiccups with any wedding day. The weather was very touch and go for mine, but Tracy and her crew were there prepared for any and everything and had umbrellas and backup plans for us all. There was even some issues behind the scenes with catering that I didn’t even know about until the day after my wedding, but she stepped in and took care of it without me knowing at all which I was very thankful for. My husband and I even decided very last minute to do a fake send off versus our planned real send off in the middle of the reception due to the weather and Tracy pulled it off flawlessly. Also, my cocktail hour ended up being inside (it was originally supposed to be outside) but again, due to weather, we changed it to inside and Tracy managed that effortlessly. She even took the sweetest picture of me and my mom seconds before I walked down the aisle since my photographer was inside.
Even if you don’t plan to use a wedding planner, I highly HIGHLY recommend a day of coordinator to help your special day run smoothly—because as I said before, there will always be some hiccups no matter how strategically you plan and you’ll definitely want someone there to help navigate those so that you can enjoy your day stress-free! We absolutely loved Tracy and her team and would highly recommend her services (we did her full planning/decorating package)! She responds super quick to text/email/call and is very knowledgeable about the wedding business. We booked her about a year out from our date and she let us know what we should be working on selecting every step of the way! We also loved that she had a lot of the little decor items (candles, lanterns, signs, etc) so we didn’t have to buy all of that. I’m a big planner and like to be in control but I was so confident in Tracy and her team that I was able to fully relax and enjoy my wedding day. If something went wrong, I never knew. Tracy and her team understood our wedding vision and turned our dream wedding into a flawless reality by anticipating needs, attention to detail, communication was on point, she’s calm, extremely pleasant to work with and she ensured every moment was perfectly executed. Also, This team is highly organized, creative, patient, and adept at managing multiple vendors and timelines - she really has answers to everything. A great example of the night before: her team cut the grass around our dance floor so it was a perfect clean line. Like, that is AMAZING detail. Me and my husband got married October 28th of 2023. We had the best experience with Tracy Yahn Event the whole time. From planning the wedding to picking out every detail, Tracy even meet up with me and my husband at random times of the day for meetings. The Best Decision I Made Was Hiring Tracy
She kept in mind our value of sustainability and held our vendors to it (& the contract). She handled family dynamics with grace. Tracy was an absolute dream when it came to planning my dream wedding! She took care of the bulk of the work behind the scenes and gave me a detailed list of tasks for me to compete. It made the whole experience way less stressful and made me feel accomplished after getting tasks booked/completed. She was amazing when giving recommendations of vendors (never forcing you to use the ones she preferred) and made it easy to get in touch with each vendor (even when they weren't answering) . They are like Swiss sucks—everything seems calm and collected above water, but they’re working and running the show under the water!! All my husband and I had to do was ENJOY the day. Tracy kept us on track throughout the day, kept the vendors on track, and even packed my mom’s car up for her at the end of the night, so that my mom didn’t have to do anything! This really meant a lot to us. We are sad that the wedding is over because it means we are no longer on the books with Tracy Yahn Events, but we WILL find a way to need them again soon; because they are THAT good!

Tracy and her team were extremely helpful through the entire wedding planning process. From the first meeting where visions were explained, to keeping me involved and up to date on every single detail that needed to be decided upon, and even battling Hurricane Ian weather forecasts - my wedding was an absolute dream thanks to Tracy Yahn and her team!

Tracy and her team were wonderful! They did great at helping organize and get in touch with vendors. They help set up the wedding and always checked in to make sure if everything is okay! She helped recommend vendors when I was lost and gave me plenty of great advice! I could not recommend enough!

Tracy and her team are the absolute best! They made my wedding day run smoothly regardless of all obstacles thrown at us, including very heavy rain. They turned the venue into my DREAM wedding spot, and did it all with smiles on their faces. Tracy is an absolute joy and I so loved getting to know her throughout the planning process. Tracy was our Day of Coordinator and she was was a joy to work with. In the planning stages, she helped us connect with really good vendors and answered so many questions. And in the end stages she was so resourceful. She kept us on the timeline. She steamed wrinkled tuxes and sewed on buttons. And when the florist forgot the rose petals for the exit, she and her people dismantled flower arrangements so that we could toss rose petals as planned. Traci is so resourceful! Highly recommend.

Whether you have your wedding planned out all in your head or if you need someone to do the heavy lifting, Tracy and her team made our wedding amazing!
