Working with Tracey was an absolute dream! My husband and I were struggling to find a florist for who really captured what we were looking for. Our wedding was during the transition from Fall to Winter and we couldn't decide how to capture both of these seasons. Tracey took all of our ideas and inspiration and turned them into something that was so much more than what we could have ever imagined. The florals were STUNNING!! During the planning process, Tracey was so easy to communicate with and was so flexible about any new ideas we had. She took her time with each call, fully listened to what we were looking for, and turned it into something amazing. She ensured that I had my bouquet while getting ready (despite the getting ready location being far away), set up everything at our venue, and helped repurpose as much of our florals from the ceremony to use during the reception. I could not recommend her enough! -

The most special flowers from the most awesome florist
I am so glad that I worked with Tracey for my wedding. Her creativity and ability to figure out my vision was amazing. Her platform that allowed for easy communication and access to planning documents was helpful in getting a sense of what we would expect at our wedding. However, what we got the day of blew me and all of the guests away!! Her florals were beautiful and came together so brilliantly with the decor and scheme of the wedding. She did all of the flowers for our wedding (bouquets, men's, mother and father of groom / bride, grandparents, officiant flowers, centerpieces, and entrance way table for cards and exit table for favors), and even put flowers on the cake to make it next level. She also got a specific flower shipped in for our centerpieces which was really above and beyond what we could have ever expected. She is the best florist, and we could not recommend her more! -

The most beautiful magical creative designs!
How do I fully express the dream come true that Tracy’s floral designs were at our wedding?
Tracy was so wonderful to work with, easy to talk to, so enthusiastic about the vision I had and brought the thoughts in my head, and on my Pinterest board, to life in a way that exceeded all expectations.
Everyone I see that attended our wedding just says “THOSE FLOWERS!!” Because the level of stunning was something you just can’t forget.
Tracy and her team transported us and our guests into what felt like a magical autumnal land. I won’t soon forget walking into our reception space for a sneak peek and just spinning around in excitement at how it all came together…simply breathtaking.
I came into our first meeting with some big ideas and thoughts and Tracy never once made me feel like they were impossible, she worked with me on compromises and creative ideas to allow the creative romantic vision not to blow the entire budget.
I can’t thank Tracy enough to her care and attention. Small things like complimentary flowers on the table where we were honoring our grandparents who are not longer with us, to throwing in flower for our cake at no extra cost…Tracy approaches her work with kindness, understanding, and such love and care for her craft.
I will look at our wedding photos forever in awe of what we created together and what her and her teamed pulled off so seamlessly. -

An absolute pleasure working with TRFD!!!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Tracey at TRFD as our wedding florist, and I can confidently say that she exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment I first contacted her I knew I wanted to work with Tracey. We spent an hour of the phone chatting about life, our kids and planning weddings before we even discussed flowers.
We were blown away by Tracey’s ability to transform our vision into reality. We had a specific theme and aesthetic in mind for our wedding, and the she captured it perfectly. Every arrangement and bouquet was crafted with impeccable attention to detail. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking!!!!
Tracey was able to work within our budget without compromising on quality. She was incredibly resourceful and provided us with cost-effective alternatives that didn’t compromise on the overall vision we had for our wedding. It was evident that her primary goal was to create an unforgettable experience for us, regardless of the budget.
Throughout the planning process, Tracey maintained a consistently positive attitude and it made working with her an absolute delight. She has such a calming presence. Her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly remarkable.

Deciding to work with Tracey after our initial call was a no brainer, and I am so glad that we did! Tracey is so kind, patient, and clearly passionate about her work. She is extremely available for questions and changes to your vision throughout the entire planning process. I had an idea of what I was hoping for our wedding to look like, and Tracey ran with the idea and absolutely nailed the vision perfectly. We got so many compliments on how the flowers turned out and I am still in awe over some of the gorgeous flowers that Tracey used in our arrangements. Tracey was also extremely flexible with helping us stay as close to our desired budget as possible. We ended up deciding to repurpose some of our floral arrangements from the ceremony into the reception (decorations at the front of the aisle were moved to the fireplace area, and the ceremony arch was moved behind our sweetheart table). If you have the opportunity to work with Tracey, please take it! She is truly exceptional to work with and such a kind soul. Thank you Tracey for helping create our dream wedding! -

Absolute Perfection!
Deciding on my florist was one of the toughest decisions I made during my wedding planning process and I am SOOO relieved I chose Tracey. From our first conversation, she completely set me at ease and was so lovely to talk to. Although I could barely describe my vision, she was able to envision it even more than I could. Tracey was so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process despite me changing what I wanted mulitple times. She was able to create exactly what I was thinking each time and updated our vision board with every change I made, always with a smile on her face. She helped ensure I was able to stay within my budget but still have the wedding of my dreams, with suggestions of ways to repurpose and what things I didn't necessarily need. It is clear that Tracey puts 100% into every couple she works with and I never felt like I was just part of a factory that did hundreds of weddings a year like some of the other vendors I spoke to. The day of, she worked tirelessly for hours and WOW did it show. My guests have still not stopped talking about how amazing our florals were - from the chuppah transformed into photo booth to the amazing variations of table arrangements and the bouquets, they were all truly show-stopping. I can't thank Tracey enough for bringing my vision to life and being such a joy to work with! -

Oh Tracey - where do I even begin? From her initial consultation to her execution - it was all flawless!! I started out a bit anxious about selecting a florist who could execute my vision. Tracey, with her reassuring calm demeanor, went above and beyond that! She was honest, responsive and gave me the opportunity to discuss and select every item that went into my floral arrangements- all done virtually. Tracey knew how to alleviate my concerns and communicated directly with the appropriate vendors working my wedding - taking me out from being the middle-woman so that I can focus on other wedding tasks!

Tracey Reynolds creates magic with flowers! She is so talented, creative, and willing to explore and experiment. She was so fantastic in helping me create the look that I wanted for my September, 2019 wedding, and never discouraged or dismissed an idea. She was engaging, very responsive and professional. She and her wonderful team designed and assembled a gorgeous floral arch at the entrance to the church we got married in, then moved the entire piece to our venue, and set it up again in a span of 90 minutes. Serious skill! You will not find a better, more talented florist. I could not have been happier with her services and floral artistry, and am so happy to have worked with her! -

We received a recommendation from two of our family friends who had her design their weddings in 2012. Not only did they rave about their flowers, they both said how easy and wonderful Tracey was to work with - and man-oh-man, were they right! From the moment my mom and I met with Tracey, we felt connected to her. Not only did she understand my vision, it was clear she understood me which truly makes the difference. We left our meeting feeling like we just had coffee with a talented friend, and when we received our proposal, we knew it was true. Tracey is transparent, communicative, caring, and creative. Moreover, she’s collaborative and works hard to make your dreams come true. The bouquets were the exact “organic with structure” shape we spoke about, and our centerpieces were the perfect geo-rustic-Scandinavian-chic dream we had in mind (but better and SO unique). There was one adjustment I wanted made in real-time to our centerpieces, so I told her and she didn’t blink - she made the change immediately without question. Our fireplace mantels were beyond romantic with the exact votives we saw online, the room light looked incredible with the greenery she crafted, and our cake was EXACTLY (I mean EXACTLY) what we wanted - the prettiest cake ever because of Tracey! The chuppah that Tracey created for my husband and me was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined - and she was up against the odds of a windy and chilly fall day. I honestly could talk about our chuppah for days - it was the prettiest chuppah I’ve ever seen in my entire life! Tracey’s compassion is also shown through her work. We told her about my husband’s mother who passed away when he was young. We wanted to include daisies to honor her. Not only did she create an INCREDIBLE memorial table with flourishing daisies, she also put daisy pins in his and his father’s boutonnieres. If you’re looking to work with someone who is passionate, create, and has a huge heart, Tracey is your gal! She really brought our vision to life and then some! -

Tracey flowered our 9.21 wedding at Lake Valhalla Club. Tracey is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely talented, organized, warm, and cares so much about making the florals exactly what you want! From our first meeting to the last week of the wedding she made the process flawless. Best florist and the most beautiful flowers ever! Tracey was a dream to work with! She made my wedding so beautiful and magical. Every little detail was perfection. Tracey Reynolds does an amazing job with her floral designs! She works very closely with you from the moment you reach out to her. She uses Pinterest to gather your ideas and also share the types of flowers she has in mind. Your bouquet will not be just another bridal bouquet—her designs are very unique and she gets the most beautiful flowers to incorporate into them. Many of my guests told me they thought the roses on our tables were fake (until they touched them :) ) because their color was so unique and they opened so beautifully. That’s because Tracey works very closely with her flower distributer and gets the very best for your wedding day! She designed beautiful arrangements for our pergola, the wine barrels, the tables and various signs that we had to decorate our venue. Even the boutonnières were unique and beautiful!!! I had wanted more color and a more natural design and Tracey delivered that and more! Thank you so much!! -

Tracey Reynolds @ Rock Island Lake Club
We were married at Rock Island Lake Club on 5/5/18 and I cannot say enough amazing things about the venue and all who made our big day perfect, specifically Tracey Reynolds and her entire floral team.
The floral designs that Tracey put together were amazing. Every detail was flawless and all of our guests raved about the décor. She designed gorgeous runners for the long farmhouse tables, as well as decorating the birch tree arbor that the venue provides. Our bouquets were incredible! Tracey incorporated a variety of succulents into the bouquets that I was able to replant after the wedding. Now I have multiple living reminders of our big day.
Tracey is a delight to work with. She knows her flowers and had an idea for every question we posed. Her responses were always prompt and knowledgeable and we couldn’t have planned everything without her. She really took care of every little detail so we didn’t have to worry about anything. Tracey is someone who really enjoys her work and it shows. Book her today before it’s too late!

Jessica Sent on 07/03/2018Tracey is absolutely amazing. She was recommended by a friend and after speaking with her for the first time, we knew she was the florist for us! Instead of showing us pictures and saying 'oh you like that? I'll do exactly that,' she listened to our thoughts and ideas and our color story and put together an in depth Pinterest board that captured everything we had in mind. Throughout the entire planning process she was super responsive and professional and was flexible enough to schedule a last minute meeting with my crazy mother to show her some other work she had done. On the day-of, we woke up to a rainy day but Tracey was on it! We could no longer have the ceremony outside but it ended up being for the better. Tracey came prepared with tons of votives and candles and extra stems to create the most warm and romantic ceremony space. AND THE CHUPPAH! It was incredible. My bouquet was also the most unique and beautiful bouquet I had ever seen. I had a bridal party of 9 and each of their bouquets were so beautiful and different in their own little ways. Tracey really did provide us with the warm, rustic yet elegant wedding day we were hoping for. We never knew we'd be so happy to have such a rainy June wedding day!!!

My wedding venue was a true "industrial" space so flowers/greenery was one of the most important components. Additionally, it was important to me that the flowers/greenery be presented in a creative way all while still looking beautiful.
Tracey is truly the most creative person I worked with during my year of wedding planning. Her ideas were fresh, beautiful and she gladly took on all of my creative ideas.
Ideas are one thing but it's all about the execution. Tracey transformed a cold and barren space into a lush, warm, and frankly very cool space. It was more than I could have ever imagined and I had high expectations. My guests, many of who were recently married, raved about the greenery. Others thought the venue came styled with the greenery as it was so perfectly placed.
My bouquet, my maid of honor's bouquet, and her famous gold cuff corsages were stunning. The shape of my bouquet was so beautiful and the flowers used were perfect.
On top of how amazing she is as a florist, she is super fun and easy to work with. She is a genuinely nice person who listens and strives to make the bride happy. I worried about a lot of things in anticipation of the wedding but never the flowers/greenery because Tracey was so organized and always had a vision. She was upfront about costs and I never felt like there were hidden costs.
Tracey was the best decision I made when planning my wedding and I truly don't know how things would have turned out without her. My husband, who before our wedding thought greenery didn't matter, can't stop singing Tracey's praises.
Tracey, If you're reading this, thank you so much for your creativity, hard work, and generous heart. Your kind words the week of the wedding helped more than you know and every time I see pics of the wedding the greenery truly makes my heart smile.

Tracey's talent, support, and pragmatism filled our wedding with a natural beauty we couldn't have imagined. Through a last minute Covid-19 postponement in March to a successful yet stressful and chaotic re-scheduling for August, Tracey has worked with us to create the most beautiful atmosphere for our special day. The attention and care she put in to constructing our Chuppah with florals and fabrics truly illuminated our ceremony and was the center of attention for both our virtual and in person guests. I can't wait to work with Tracey again! -
