  Absolutely wonderful!

  Tracy and her crew were fantastic! She helped us bring our vision together. We had a rather whimsical wedding. A Marvel theme was no easy task! With Tracy there was no judgment just amazing advice and tips! She was able to take our ideas with the theme and make it reality. Very professional, easy to work with. Flexible. Budget friendly. 10/10 She and her crew were simply the best!

  Tracy and her team are magical!

  We loved working with Tracy to plan our wedding, we already had some general ideas for our vision but she and her team made our wedding day and reception space look even more amazing than we ever could have thought.

  We hired Tracy as our wedding planner. I cannot ever thank her enough for all that she did for us. Our entire wedding planning process was such a breeze. She handled everything so perfectly and was so easy to work with. Our wedding was beautiful. I did not stress one time throughout the entire process. I love her and her team endlessly and we are forever grateful for everything they did for us.

She helped bring all of my wedding visions to life! The day of, Tracy kept everything running smoothly and on schedule so that we could enjoy the day and soak up every moment.   Wow! I would give 10 stars if possible!! Working in the wedding industry myself, I know the importance of every detail! But Tracy Yahn exceeded my expectations beyond words! My daughters desires for the big day was her utmost priority! She went above and so far beyond the call of duty when rain was about to put a real damper on things! She made it ALL happen, from moving the dance floor to restringing the cafe lights, and I could go on and on... Just book the BEST! You'll be glad you did!! Thank you Tracy, you really do make dreams come true!!

  The Best Decision I Made Was Hiring Tracy

  She kept in mind our value of sustainability and held our vendors to it (& the contract). She handled family dynamics with grace. When our centerpieces got caught in the wind and grenaded on the concrete, Tracy fixed it up and none of our guests knew! The day was more than we could've hoped and would've been impossible without her!

  Would have not made it through our wedding day without Tracy and her team! Highly recommend her as she will keep you so calm and take care of everything on your big day. She was a tremendous help during our wedding process and was helpful with ideas/execution of our wedding day vision. We added on her decorating package and that went above and beyond anything we could’ve hoped for. Her and her team took care of all set up/take down which saved us so many worries with our day looking perfect. We loved her and will be using her for any other event that we host in the area for help! If you’re having a wedding in the Georgia/South Carolina area, definitely book Tracy and her team, you will not regret the decision one bit!!!

  Our wedding day was the BEST day of our lives thanks to Tracy and her team. Tracy came HIGHLY recommended to me by a few different friends, and after our initial phone call, it was clear that all the incredible things people say about Tracy Yahn Events is TRUE! Tracy’s personality is like a warm hug. This is hands down the best event planning business in the CSRA (and beyond). We were looking for a day-of coordinator but got so much more—we got someone who felt like a friend when “life” happened during the year of wedding planning. Tracy is incredibly meticulous, quick to respond, well-organized, thorough, calm, patient, outrageously knowledgeable, and extremely professional. And everyone on her team is the exact same way. They are all magical. Our day was seamless, and all of the behind-the-scenes work was managed beautifully by her and her team. They are like Swiss sucks—everything seems calm and collected above water, but they’re working and running the show under the water!! All my husband and I had to do was ENJOY the day. Tracy kept us on track throughout the day, kept the vendors on track, and even packed my mom’s car up for her at the end of the night, so that my mom didn’t have to do anything! This really meant a lot to us. We are sad that the wedding is over because it means we are no longer on the books with Tracy Yahn Events, but we WILL find a way to need them again soon; because they are THAT good!
