Tpoz is the best

If you live in the DMV (even if you don’t), hire Teri. She is the absolute BEST, our favorite vendor. She crushed our engagement pictures and made our wedding day a breeze. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone getting married, getting proposed, needing pictures, whatever!

Great Photographer!

Our wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Industry was beautifully enhanced by Teri’s photography. Her deep understanding of the venue was incredibly beneficial, allowing us to capture a wide variety of stunning shots without compromising our enjoyment of the day. Teri expertly guided us, ensuring we had ample photos without feeling rushed. In what is a chaotic day, she helped us navigate all the photos and timeline perfectly. We loved the candid moments she captured as well as the formal portraits!

For couples marrying at the museum or in search of a photographer who combines professionalism with a genuine ability to capture the moment, Teri is an excellent choice. Our day was wonderfully documented, and we have Teri to thank for memories that we'll cherish forever.

Excellent Photographer and Person

Teri was amazing! I couldn't imagine working with any other photographer. She helped manage the flow of the day and staying on time; but also made sure we were having fun the whole day too.
She was so patient with all our questions leading up to the big day. I'm so so so excited to get our pictures back!

We would also be remiss if we didn't thank Teri's second shooter, Marcella! She was awesome too and helped wrangle folks for pictures.

Wedding and Engagement!

We had a summer wedding in St. Michaels and of course ended up with rain. Teri made me feel at ease that she would still be able to deliver amazing photos and SHE DID! She makes the process so fun and does such a good job capturing the true emotion of each part of the day. I couldn’t recommend Teri any more!

Best Wedding Photographer!!

Teri was amazing! She arrived on time (even early) and remained calm, professional, and in control the entire day. She brought a second photographer who was also very professional. They worked very well together and we are so happy with how the photos turned out! Teri was very flexible with the last minute addition of a videographer and they worked very well together. She was on top of her portrait list and on top of the shots that we wanted to make sure our day was perfectly captured. We are in LOVE with all our pictures and in awe of her talent! She was truly a delight to work with and can't recommend her enough as a wedding photographer!

The best photos at bmi

tPoz did an absolutely breathtaking job capturing our wedding day. Teri communicated and truly listened to what we wanted out of our wedding photos leading up to the event. On the day of, she operated like a ultimate pro. She wrangled the masses, got the shots needed and produced a collection of photos that truly reflected our wedding day, our families and our personalities. If you are looking for a photographer that will capture your perfect day and photograph you in the way you want to look, stop, because you have found her! Teri was so much fun to be around and fit right into the group which allowed us to get great group, portrait, and candid photos. She is the best in Baltimore, hands down!

I believe I first found Teri on Instagram and then checked out wedding wire and the knot and all the reviews were pretty darn good. You do not want to mess around when it comes to photography so we were thrilled when we found out that Teri was available for our date this past summer. With the pandemic, it made meeting in person tough but she had a few calls with us and sent a lot of really insightful info over email to make sure we felt ready to go for our big day. I already felt at ease when she told us she could handle BMI by herself because she has done so many weddings there!! As a bride, knowing your photographer has the lay of the land is a huge stress reliever.

As soon as Teri showed up at our hotel where the girls were still finishing getting ready she made me feel relaxed. She is very laid back and went out of her way to remember everyone's names. I didn't feel like any of the pictures were forced or awkward. She took control but was super chill and professional. She was quick and efficient once we got to the venue. My only regret is that I didn't have her take more pictures of my husbands groomsmen, so if I was to do it again, I probably would have booked her for another hour to get more of them getting ready!

She did a great job at providing us with some sneak peek pictures about 2 weeks after the wedding that held me over until the whole album was ready (8 weeks after) I was just so excited to see them the time seemed to creep by but once I saw the album it was SO WORTH THE WAIT. There were soooo many pictures, I couldn't even believe it. I think the best thing about Teri, is that she was able to capture every little moment that at the time, I didn't even realize she captured. She wasn't overbearing or in anyone's grill, she captured the most amazing moments that we wouldn't have remembered if it wasn't for her. it was so amazing looking back at the album a few months after the wedding and reliving all of those moments again. There were laughs, tears, and you could just see the fun everyone had in each and every picture. It was such a joy to share all the pictures with friends and family. They were all obsessed.

A few other important things: her website was awesome!! All the pricing was there and easy to find and she also put recommendations for other vendors like videographers, florists, etc. This was awesome!!

Teri was incredible and I am so so happy she was able to be there for our special day, I honestly don't think the day would have been the same without her. Thank you Teri from the bottom of our hearts,

Fantastic wedding photographer!

Teri is an amazing photographer and I cannot sing her praises enough! She photographed our wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Industry and we are so glad we chose her. Ahead of the wedding, she made us feel more comfortable being in front of the camera for our engagement photos. She also helped me lay out the day of the wedding so things would run smoothly. On the day of the wedding, Teri kept things moving along and ensured that she got all of the shots we wanted. Our photos are stunning and Teri truly captured our big day so well! Baltimore's Most Elite, Experienced And Dynamic Wedding Photographer!

I first met Teri Pozniak, owner of TPoz Photography, when she shot the engagement photos for my daughter in Otterbein, Baltimore. I was charmed by her easy-going, effervescent yet strictly professional demeanor immediately! She has literally YEARS of experience in covering some of the most prestigious, large, unique and stylish weddings held in the Baltimore/Washington area, and has been flown out on location to New York City and other locations for shoots as well. We were so thrilled with the warm intimacy of the engagement photos that we immediately hired TPoz as the wedding photographer as well. Her work was stupendous! I cannot recommend her enough: she captured moments that would otherwise have been missed by those in attendance: the expressions on the bridesmaids' faces as they walked down the aisle, none of them yet married themselves...the look on her older sister's face as she watched her younger sister exchange vows, the tears in her eyes glistening; the mixed feelings that I frankly had as I watched the first of my daughters go from being a Miss with the same surname to that of a Mrs. in a heartbeat and that momentary sense of deep loss that overcame me...all of those tiny but so very important moments that none of us would notice in the course of such a busy day, Teri captured them all for posterity. I cannot recommend a better, more professional, more reliable and highly skilled and talented wedding photographer in the area, and we interviewed many. Five stars is not quite enough for TPoz's work! She is remarkably gifted in making one's wedding literally leap off the pages in a photograph and bring that day back to life as if it were yesterday...highest,, highest recommendations!!

Stunning Photos with Beautiful Candids

tPoz Photography exceeded expectations and provided absolutely stunning photographs of our wedding! Teri was wonderful to work with; she was so personable during our initial phone conversation and very friendly on our wedding day. She had us fill out a questionnaire ahead of time with details about the wedding to include a family photo list. She was very organized and knocked out the family portraits so efficiently, communicating who needed to be where and who was on deck. Teri made sure to ask if there were any other photos we wanted and after all the portraits, she blended in with our guests to the point where we had forgotten she was there until she asked if we wanted any final photos of the night. We were thrilled to get our photos back and to share them with family and friends. Not only did Teri beautifully capture the light and all the intricate details of the day, but she's got a great eye and captured so many wonderful candids where guests are in their natural element.

We loved having Teri as our wedding photographer!

Booking tPoz Photography was easily the best vendor decision that we made for our wedding. Teri did both our engagement photo shoot and was the photographer at our wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Industry and she completely blew us away. We have received endless compliments from our families and friends about how much they liked our photographer and our photos. Teri is not only a wonderful and easy going person to work with, but she has an amazing eye for photos. She got every shot that we could possibly desire on our wedding day and so many more! She also did an amazing job including all of our family members, bridal party and friends in photos. I'm so thrilled that we hired Teri for our daughter's wedding. I was lucky enough to stumble across Teri when I googled the location where my daughter was getting married to see photos of the room set up. She has an amazing blog and I got carried away and looked at ALL her photos. I knew then, we'd have to meet her. She is an amazing photographer and a genuinely kind and calm, not to mention FUN individual. The engagement pictures she took were incredible and she made the most adorable sign in book for their wedding. Teri has amazing communication and is able to work with ANYONE. Teri is also able to help create a timeline for the day, which was a tremendous help. I couldn't believe how smoothly the day went and all on time. Quite a feat with a large bridal party and a huge guest count. While we picked her largest and most comprehensive package, she does have others that are less expensive. We can't wait to see their wedding pictures. Thank you, Teri, for being there for us. You are amazing!

Teri was an AMAZING wedding photographer, I can't sing her praises enough! My fiance and I were both quite clueless about wedding plans and neither of us were too excited about being the center of attention - but Teri seriously helped us take a deep breath with our pictures and we felt more comfortable with her. She had a great sense of humor that helped put us as ease. She was clearly very experienced & knowledgeable with advice and suggestions on how to best do our wedding pictures and to coordinate our day-of flow. We did our first look and all our wedding party photos before the ceremony, which I do recommend as it helped alleviate some of the pressure afterwards with only having to take family pictures during cocktail hour so we could join them! I know Teri has photographed weddings around many of the more popular wedding venues in the city, including ours (1840's Plaza), so she was already familiar with the setting. I would definitely suggest her to any upcoming Baltimore brides, and I am so excited to see all of our wedding pictures!

Teri was a spectacular photographer. She is very laid back and easy going. She made sure to get all the pictures I wanted and kept things moving. My dad, brother and groom don't always take the best pictures and Teri was able to snap some amazing pictures of all three. She lets you know it takes about 6-8 weeks to get your pictures returned so be mindful of that, though they took a little longer they were completely worth the wait. Teri is the best wedding photographer out there so snag her up before she is booked!

We can't give enough praise to Teri of TPoz Photography. We are a fairly laid back couple that just went with the flow and Teri went above her call of duty. She kept track of our timing for us and made sure we got to each site on time and ensured we got plenty of opportunity to take lots of pictures. She is also dry professional and knows tons of great recommendations from places to take pictures around baltimore to which vendors she would recommend.

And the pictures.... Oh my goodness! They're BEAUTIFUL. Our wedding colors were light links, grey suits, white flowers and Teri's editing was very soft and exactly what I had envisioned! Actually, better than I had envisioned! I think I've looked through them at least 15 times this week.

One thing I didn't even think of when booking a photographer is where they will be during our ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, etc. Not once during the whole day did I even notice Teri around us. She was very discrete in her placement and got pictures of nearly every guest in attendance. An amazing trait she naturally had without even thinking about it.

Lastly, out pictures came back on exactly our 2 month anniversary. What a treat! I've heard other photographers taking 6 months or so I didn't even expect that simple little joy.

I cannot say enough praises about Teri with TPoz. We knew from the time we got engaged she was our photographer. From our engagement pictures, our wedding day, to receiving our final pictures, she couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with. Her creativity and vision is what drew us to her, the pictures speak for themselves. She truly loves what she does and you can see her excitement in her work. Her ninja skills with getting pictures while not even realizing she is there is impeccable. She is beyond professional. My family and I were recently at a wedding and my father comment on how the photographer did not seem very professional and was dressed sloppy (which she was), I had to remind him he was used to Teri, and they all can’t be that good. I think a lot of people forget how important pictures are, after the day is over that is what you have left, and I did not want to take a gamble on a photographer which may have been “cheaper” I knew with Teri I wouldn’t have to guess whether she got that shot or how the final product would turn out, because she ended up with that “shot” plus others, and she blew out expectations out of the water. At the end of the day we couldn’t be happier with our choice and cannot say enough about how great she is.

Teri was a pleasure to work with! We used her for both our engagement and wedding pictures. We had maintained a "Baltimore-theme" throughout the engagement and wedding and Teri knew all the spots to produce amazing pictures that demonstrated why Baltimore is known as charm city. Teri was so great to work with for my wedding! My wedding and photos were all outdoors. I didn't realize the lighting and other such circumstances to consider when outdoors, but Teri found some beautiful spots for our photos and I cannot wait to see them! She was easy to communicate with and made sure to get all the shots we had discussed for family portraits and a "thank you" photo for our thank you cards. She pulled us aside to take some neat nighttime photos, which she gave me a sneak peek of and look awesome! I would definitely call her again for professional photography needs!

Teri did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding photos. tPoz photography did an amazing job with my engagement and wedding pictures. Teri was very flexible, professional, and personable and made me feel very relaxed on the day of my wedding. I have a master's degree in photojournalism, so right off the bat I told Teri I was going to be a pain the ass client because I know exactly what I like, and I know good photography. However, as it happened, I never had to be a pain in the ass, because Teri delivered absolutely amazing photos from both our engagement session and our wedding. She was always incredibly responsive, and even though I had a day-of coordinator, she was really the one who kept us on track during the wedding. And Teri was so much fun on the day of our wedding during prep that all of my bridesmaids are also now obsessed with her and want to be friends in real life.

I really can't say enough good things about Teri. I would 100% hire her again in an instant. And if you value photography and you like nice people you absolutely should hire her for your event.

Teri is more then a phenomenal photographer. She was my go to person for advice, recommendations, ideas, and even sometimes my therapist. But when it was all said and done Teri became our friend! We couldn't of asked for a better photographer to capture our day. She was able to capture every small detail and every moment perfectly. We are so, so happy that we chose Teri with tPoz Photography as our wedding photographer! I spent a lot of time thinking about photographers and met with 3 different companies. I debated choosing a less expensive photographer but after seeing the photos, I am so happy that we chose Teri. The photographs are an amazing record of our day. We received a variety of beautiful bride/groom portraits, family photos, candid shots, and close-ups photos of all the wedding details that I want to remember. Teri is very experienced at photographing weddings and was able to capture all of the photos that I wanted (I provided a list ahead of time and she had us fill out a questionnaire). We wanted a lot of group family photos after the ceremony and she was so efficient at taking them - we barely missed any of our cocktail hour. And the candid photos from the reception were excellent. We didn't hire a videographer and I feel that the reception photos are an excellent substitute. I would highly recommend tPoz photography!

I am so glad we chose Teri to shoot our wedding! She made the day SO much fun and memorable! Teri had to overcome some hard angles and limited space, and still, captured the most breath taking moments of our elopement! She wasn't pushy at all, and even asked us if we had special poses we wanted to capture! She made us smile and laugh throughout the whole shoot. Teri even stayed late after our schedule booking to shoot a special surprise for us! It didn't stop on our wedding day, she uploaded teaser pics in the next coming weeks for us to share with our loved ones! Waiting for your wedding photos to be finished normally feel a like an enternity, but by sending us teasers every few days, it totally made the time fly by! I HIGHLY recommend Teri at tPoz photography to anyone in or around Baltimore, MD. I wish we lived closer so we could use her to capture more amazing moments in our life!

I was very lucky and did not have to conduct any research when it came down to selecting my wedding photographer. I have known Teri of tPoz Photography since I was 3 years old when I became best friends with her sister. Knowing Teri was a wedding photographer and having seen her work since the beginning, I immediately knew she was the perfect choice for my wedding! Teri is very professional, easy to communicate and work with, and produces beautiful photography. The week leading up to my wedding, it became apparent that we were not going to have the best weather on my wedding day, so Teri jumped right in and provided a handful of options for us to work with, took care of any necessary permits, and had a plan for however the weather turned out. She was also very organized when it came down to taking all of the standard photos in the church after the ceremony. She had a flawless system and was able to shuffle people in and out of the photos, in a very timely fashion! Teri made sure to fulfill all of my requests for the day and made it a very enjoyable experience for all involved. We received our photos not too long ago and absolutely love them! I highly recommend tPoz Photography!

In rating this review, I literally could not think of one thing to mark down. And I believe in giving the most honest reviews as I was also that bride doing extensive research trying to find the best fit out there, especially a photographer (the most important part in my opinion!) As soon as I saw Teri's work, I was in loveeeee! But for me, it isn't just that. I also have to respect the person as well. So after meeting Teri not only did I fall in love with her work but her as a person as well. Teri is reliable, prompt, friendly and professional. Her work is vibrant, fun and modern but classic at the same time. She combines it all! Another thing that truly sets her a part from the rest is her ability to capture natural light. Might sound silly, but really go take a look at her work and you will see what I mean. She helps make an already beautiful picture stunning. Before even seeing our photographs I had so many guests compliment her on how productive she was and what a joy she was to work with. I'm already married, have my pictures and still find myself stalking her latest work because it is THAT good!

tPoz is absolutely incredible. From our first meeting, it was clear that she was going to be easy to work with and truly loves what she does. We absolutely love our engagement photos and the moments that she captured at our wedding helped us to not only relive the day, but see moments between our guests (and ourselves) that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. While she is fun and easy to work with, she also is very professional and was the driving force in getting our 24 person wedding party & large, talkative family together to get pictures taken in a timely manner so that we could enjoy some of the cocktail party! Teri did an amazing job capturing our wedding in her photos! I was a very detailed oriented bride and had a million ideas of what I wanted (from pinterest and magazines) and she did a great job helping me narrow down my ideas to the "must-have" list and then EXACTLY nailing the images. All of the pictures came out perfect and I get compliments on them all the time. She was also very easy to work with. She responds to emails and messages very quickly and is receptive. Also, during the wedding she was great at taking charge during the family portraits (I have a huge family) and throughout the day, she managed to not feel "in the way;" she was always around to take the shots but she never felt "in your face"/nuisance to me or my guests. She is well worth the investment in forever pictures!

When searching for a photographer, we were concerned about the many stipulations placed on us by the Baltimore Basilica. As soon as I met with Teri, I knew she was the person we wanted to shoot our day. She was not only comfortable with the church, but kept us updated as time went on and she shot other weddings at the same location. She was incredibly patient with the MANY family members we had included in the wedding (including some temperamental children) and even waited for a little time after to take pictures of our final dessert course. Teri of tPoz Photography provided awesome service! 1st she did my surprise engagement proposal early last year, helping with all the little details of the photo shoot locations, attire, and the details of how to surprise my fiance. Everything went as planned and the engagement pictures turned out perfect! 2nd we used Teri and her 2nd shooter Michael for our wedding ceremony and reception this May. From the beginning with all the planning, she took every detail into account asking us exactly what we wanted and guiding us in the right direction when we requested something that she knew from experience doesn't turn out so well. To the day of the wedding, leading us through the motions, and making sure she captured every shot that we had requested. In the end we had tons of picture perfect photos of us before the wedding, during the wedding, and at the reception. We would definitely recommend tPoz to all our family and friends, and we will use her again in the future for any photo needs we might have.

Teri was amazing. I just ordered all of the photos and I am overwhelmed with trying to pick which ones will go in the too small album I ordered. They are all fantastic.

It was really important to my husband and I that most of the shots be candid and that we not spend most of the night posing! Teri was AMAZING. We took about 30 min of posed pics (total). The rest were entirely candid and awesome.

I couldn't recommend her more!

Teri was the first vendor I booked because not only were our pictures so important but the feel of her wedding portfolio was exactly what I wanted. I was referred by my family and was eager to meet and book Teri for our big day! Our engagement session was fun, comfortable, and turned out beautiful. There was no doubt that Teri was going to capture some amazing moments and be creative while capturing classic and candid shots. I am in awe at our pictures, I was able to relive the whole day, my emotions, my excitement, our friends & family. Every time I see our pictures I am reminded how calming Teri was for me (& I needed it as I heard a storm coming down on our outdoor wedding, lol) and how much love we had around us! I can't wait to contact Teri for our first family session!!

Teri was absolutely wonderful, and a delight to work with on the photography side of things. I'm a terribly uncomfortable person in front of a camera (compounded by the nerves and excitement of the day) and she did everything to make me feel at ease and have fun with it. Where do I begin? My fiance(at the time) and I knew that photography was going to be our most important vendor, second to the venue. As soon as we met Teri(tPoz Photography), we knew she was going to be the one. Her personality, love for weddings, attention to detail, and desire to make our day perfect was so obvious. We had looked at other larger, "cheaper" options, but we didn't feel the same sincerity from them. On our wedding day, Teri and her assistant Jamie made us feel like a king and queen. Not only were they working their butts off to take unbelievable pictures, but they were making sure we were hydrated, having fun, and enjoying our special day. When we got our photos back, we were so so ecstatic and so incredibly impressed with how each and every photo was perfect! She captured all of the moments and personality of our wedding. Teri was great. She did our engagement and wedding photos! She is very friendly and easy to work with. She makes you feel extremely comfortable while she is shooting you. Not to mention her pictures are amazing. We had two photographers for our wedding. Jamie was her partner for the day and she did great as well. She was mostly with the boys and they loved her. Not to mention they both stayed a little later than they were supposed to. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know!

I have already recommended Teri to my brother who just got engaged and would to any of my friends! I lived in CT when we booked her for our Philadelphia wedding (which was already long distance from her) then I moved across the country but she is so good it wasn't even an issue! She managed to make Skype meetings for my fiance and I, which was so incredible. She was always quick to response to questions and concerns. Her and her team made everyone laugh, everyone had a great time, she listened to all our requests and she handled a very tired/angry flower girl with professionalism and ease :)

Teri provided us with first class, professional service on our wedding day. She paid close attention to the details that we wanted her to capture. She was super friendly and accommodating upon our first meeting and was totally flexible with our schedule on the day of. She stayed hidden during the wedding reception which we liked - it didn't feel like we had paparazzi chasing us around, but we knew she was getting all the right shots. We were thoroughly impressed with how our images turned out. Showcasing the photos on a personalized website she created for our wedding was a great way to share photos with family and friends and allowed for easy print ordering. We would definitely recommend her to any wedding in the area that's looking for high quality on a smaller budget.

Teri, owner of tPoz Photography, was our photographer for our wedding on Oct, 8th, 2011. We just looked through our HUNDREDS and hundreds of photos and couldn't be happier! Teri is such an awesome person and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed in an otherwise awkward situation (at least it is for me--a person who hates photos)!

She was super flexible and even worked with us to meet up at several locations for our engagement shoots. Then, on the wedding day, she stayed with us throughout the day but was very elusive. AKA...i hardly ever knew she was around, snapping pictures and doing her thing. It was just what i had wanted.

Teri is super creative and doesn't stick to the "standard" photos. She had us stomping through tall grass and straw just to get some beautiful pictures of the sun setting in around us. None of the typical "pose next to a gazebo with cheesy smiles." They were all very intimate and sometimes super funny settings.

I don't plan on ever getting married again ;-) but i would definitely like to use her for any future family photos!

TPOZ Photography was recommended to me by a good friend who works at No Worries Boutique, she had many samples of Teri's amazing work and i was hooked immediately! She kept in touch with me over the 10 months of wedding planning and wrote a very helpful timeline. My husband and I absolutely LOVE Teri's style of photography!! She photographed our engagement photos in Baltimore and traveled to Connecticut to shoot our rehearsal dinner and wedding- and went above and beyond our expectations. Teri photographed our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception and I knew we were in good hands the entire time. My husband has never been a fan of having his picture taken, but Teri was able to make him feel comfortable during the first minutes of our engagement photo session. The beautiful photos she took during that session were used for our Guest book - which Teri put together for me :) and which we received countless compliments. She was nothing but professional and organized during this entire process and did a fantastic job of wrangling our family members and bridal party during pictures.
The quality of her photos is absolutely amazing - my brother, who is not one to gush told me that one of my 'sneak peek' bridal photos looks like it should be in a magazine. Trust me, I do not look like a model - Teri was just that good with her photography. Thank you!

Tpoz was great!! She was referred to me by a friend. I have seen some of her previous work and new she would be a perfect fit for my wedding day. I got married on a day when there was a hurricane. She was very flexible with last minute changes and went beyond her duties as a photographer. The pictures turned out perfect and there were so many moments that were captured that I will always charish. Here price was the best I found and her work is way above average.
