Everything was perfect from beginning to end! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and minimal decorations were needed. My guests kept talking about how beautiful the views were and how amazing and delicious the food was. The service was outstanding. Katelyn was the best coordinator and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of the whole night. She was so attentive and kind! It was truly the best day and I can't thank the Oaks staff enough for making my day so special! Don't hesitate to book this venue. -

My husband and I needed at have an afternoon wedding on a Saturday and The Oaks Club was so accommodating to our needs. The food was absolutely amazing and the views were beautiful. We had our own personal waitress who took care of anything we needed (refills, more food, snacks as I was getting ready) everything was taken care of. Any requests or questions I had while planning were answered quickly and effectively and it really made the planning part rather easy for me. We got so many compliments on how beautiful and well organized everything was. I am so thankful for choosing The Oaks Club for our special day. -

We loved this venue! It has a great view, especially at night when you can get the fire going and see the city. There is a great lake you get to go take pictures and beautiful stairs as well. The best part was the service we received. Sue and Courtney were very helpful and answered quickly. They helped us outline everything so we knew exactly what we needed, what we didn't need, and how to coordinate our vendors. I was scared we were going to have to hire a coordinator but because of their service and the person assisting us day off, we did not have to hire anyone extra. I'm very happy we choose The Oaks! -

Finding a wedding venue was daunting but the moment my fiance and I toured The Oaks Club I knew it was THE ONE! I didn't even want to visit other spots because I knew nothing would compare and was within our budget. Sue and the staff at The Oaks were great throughout the entire process. They made the day run smoothly. Even though the weather was unfortunately 105 during our ceremony they did everything they could to ensure everyone felt comfortable. The food was sooo good! The engagement party of my dreams!
When I was planning my engagement party, I pictured a romantic & intimate night and was so pleased to find The Oaks Club at Valencia. I could not think of a more perfect place to start off my wedding festivities. This venue is beyond gorgeous. The stone detailing, the dark wood and the greenery outside makes the perfect setting for your event. Feels like we stepped into Italy! 10/10 best decision!!! Katelyn & Angel were so sweet to work! Wish I could go back to 7/15/23! -

Incredible!
Angel and Katelyn were absolutely amazing!! Katelyn stayed late the day of the wedding to help us with anything that we needed. Angel helped us with every detail up to the week of the wedding.
I cannot express enough the professionalism of these two ladies! They truly made this process memorable and enjoyable. -

Absolutely perfect
My husband and I got married at The Oaks Club in Oct 2018. Everything about the experience was wonderful. We had a coordinator that helped us from day one, rehearsal, and up until we walked down the aisle. Throughout our reception there was staff that tended to all of our needs and helped everything run smoothly. All of our guest were completely blown away. It was a dream come true. -

Absolutely the best!!
My wedding was absolutely a dream, and it wouldn’t have been possible without everyone at The Oaks! Courtney and Sue are fantastic, and helped me with everything I needed! Also they allowed me to have my dogs during the ceremony, which was a big deal to me. It was beautiful and absolutely perfect!!! -

Great Venue, Great Staff and Great Views
One of the hardest things in planning a wedding is finding a perfect venue. TPC Valencia, Now known as The Oaks Country Club, is that choice! Sue, Tina and Justin helped make our daughter's wedding spectacular and magical. We had the ceremony outdoors overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley, and moved to the side patio for cocktail hour. During that time, the ceremony area was re-configured by staff with comfortable outdoor furniture around the fire pit. This area was enjoyed by many in the evening as we all socialized with our wine. The reception was flawless, with 1 worker for every 10 people. Food was hot and delicious..the menu options are plentiful and the chef accommodates vegan appetites as well... -

TPC was by far the best decision we made while planning our wedding. After visiting multiple venues we always went back to TPC. The stellar views, venue, and food were unbeaten! The icing on the cake was having amazing staff who took care of each and every detail. They worked with us every step of the way and were always available to address our concerns. Much to our surprise we even had our personal waiter during our wedding day! Our day was perfect and we know TPC had a huge part in that role.
Thank you for making that day unforgettable! We were truly blessed!

Exceptional Venue
The Oaks Club Valencia is an amazing venue, with tuscan like stone buildings, a luscious grass golf course and a beautiful private lake. We viewed the venue for the first time in February 2020 and knew right away that we wanted to hold our special day here. However, the world had other plans! All throughout the pandemic, The Oaks team was responsive and kept us up to date with changes in schedule and protocols. We ended up pushing our 01/21 celebration to 01/22, only to catch covid and cancel the wedding 2 days before. The Oaks was extremely understanding of our situation and allowed us to hold the wedding in 08/22, with minimal cancellation fees. Angel and Katelyn helped make all of our dreams come true - It was truly the greatest night of our lives! -
