Absolutely delicious!

Could not recommend Townsend enough! The food was one of the highlights of my wedding day! No one left the wedding hungry! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional!

Incredible and perfect!

Donna and her team made sure that every detail and need we had was fulfilled. Ten years after our wedding, our guests are still talking about how fabulous the food and service was. Best of all, my brother was end of life but able to attend, and Donna made sure that his favorites were included and perfectly prepared.

Delicious and Accommodating!

Townsend Catering did a wonderful job catering our June 2021 wedding. They did passed hors d'oeuvres, plated dinner, and bar services. They worked within dietary needs very well, our vegan and gluten free guests were happy with their options. The wait staff was professional and timely. We felt very well taken care of the entire evening. Townsend was prompt in responding as we worked to finalize the menu and meet all our requests. 100% worth it for delicious, healthy food that impressed all our guests. The fish course was garnished with a surprise of beautiful edible flowers that were a show stopper. We are so happy we picked Townsend Catering.

Best food ever

Townsend was the difference maker that put our wedding over the top! Their food was out of this world, every wedding guest was raving about it! The staff is so friendly, Donna and team were a dream to work with. They helped us navigate moving our wedding date and never blinked an eye. I cannot recommend them enough - if you have your wedding on 30A you NEED to have Townsend for your catering/rentals!!

Such a great experience!

Townsend Catering did an incredible job with our rehearsal dinner in Miramar beach. We booked a house for our wedding that would hold all of our guests and Townsend catering came and set everything up and created the perfect evening for us right where we were staying. They brought tables, linens, and everything that we needed to have a stress free night. We worked with Sherri and she just went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect! The food was so amazing!! The beef tenderloin practically melted in your mouth and I literally could eat the mashed potatoes with a shovel. SO DELICIOUS!! This team was top notch and every single person that was working was incredibly kind, congratulating us and making us feel so special. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and can't recommend Townsend Catering enough!

Absolutely delicious!

Townsend Catering is hands done the BEST catering company in the Santa Rosa Beach area! They go above and beyond with their food! The presentation is always gorgeous and the flavor is phenomenal!! During our tasting for our wedding, it was so hard to pick what we wanted on our menu because everything was just that good! They even offered to make us our own signature drink for the wedding! The people were great to work with and wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our wedding guests even raved about the food!!

Donna and her staff went above and beyond to make the food and drink at both our welcome party and wedding reception immaculate. Their food is not only beautiful, but it is so so delicious. The tasting we attended while planning our menu was definitely the highlight of all of our wedding planning. Everyone I came into contact with was courteous and friendly. We would not change a thing. Look no further for a top notch company for catering any event!

I had been referred to Townsend through a customer, who was also a destination bride. She gave me glowing reviews about Donna and her team. I had pretty high expectations and they were all met. Not at all your typical wedding food. Everything was tasty as well as beautifully presented! We also had a raw bar, and the oysters were PERFECTLY shucked!!! Everyone was blown away. We also used Townsend for bar services. I sent drink recipes and they were executed perfectly.
Not to mention weather on my wedding day was not the greatest, so they ended up having to move ALL of the setup outside to inside during the ceremony! You would have thought that we had always planned it that way. It was set up so beautifully. I cannot thank Donna and the whole Townsend Catering crew enough!!!

We were married in Rosemary Beach on 3/3/18...and I am STILL getting texts and phone calls about how great our food was. Like any bride and groom we probably ate the least out of everyone but we got a bunch of the leftovers delivered to our suite that night and it was still so delicious the next day! If you want to WOW your guests you have to have Townsend cater, they are top notch and so delightful to work with. Their bar services are also amazing and make it so much easier than trying to guess how much liquor/beer/wine you need to buy in advance. I am forever grateful to Townsend, now I just want to go back to another event in the area to enjoy their awesome food!

I absolutely cannot recommend Townsend Catering Company enough! They are INCREDIBLE. You can tell that they are truly passionate about what they do, and it shows in everything from the friendly, attentive service to the impeccable food. Our menu was executed perfectly, and many of our guests said that the food was some of the best they had ever had - not at a wedding, just in life. It's really that good.

Mrs. Sherry was professional and accommodating throughout the entire experience! The staff was friendly and polite . The food was beyond amazing!! Well worth the money and one of the best parts of my wedding! I had so many compliments from all guests! Definitely a great choice!

Our event was a rehearsal dinner Low Country Shrimp Boil on the beach for 180 guests. Donna and team were completely set up and 1 hour before show time, a dangerous storm blew in. They packed up the food and the bar and we moved to a home nearby. If I could give Townsend Catering 10 stars in each category, I would. My advice, if you want to use this excellent caterer, book early!

AMAZING! From the start, there were so many food options to choose from i thought where to even begin. The whole staff helped me in picking out the perfect menu for our wedding. All of our guests have commented on the fact that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. From the sushi station with bento boxes all the way to the late night pancakes everything was better than i could have imagined! Our specialty cocktail created by them was also a huge hit! Highly recommend!

Our daughters wedding was on the Eastern Green in Rosemary Beach, Florida, March 25, 2017. We chose Townsend Catering for the Reception and also for our "Come & Go" Party, we hosted for our arriving guests on Friday afternoon. We were so impressed with Donna Townsend / her staff, and the incredible food that was prepared for both events! Our guests have repeatedly told us over and over, how incredibly delicious the food was for the entire weekend!!
If you are considering a wedding/event in the Panhandle area, you would be making a very wise decision to choose Townsend Catering. You will not be disappointed with the excellent attention to display/detail and the extensive list of food items they offer!! Thank you, Donna- it was so much more than we ever dreamed for Jaime's fairytale wedding!!

Hands down the BEST catering you will find on the Emerald Coast for your wedding. Not only is their food divine, their customer service and level of professionalism is out of this world. Don't bother with the others, choose Townsend!

BOOK THIS CATERER!!! My primary concern with our wedding was avoiding "wedding food," which is notoriously bland and disappointing. Townsend was anything but! The food was phenomenal, and almost a year later, we still have guests telling us that it was hands down the best food they've ever had at a wedding. They also boxed all our leftovers up, and we got to enjoy them further at our after party! Sherri made sure we got appetizers right after the ceremony so we could fuel up for our pictures. Using Townsend was one of the best choices I made for our wedding, and I highly recommend them to everyone!!

These folks are so professional and their food is outstanding.
Sherri and Marcus did a fabulous job the night of the rehearsal dinner. I didn't have to do a thing because they did it all.
I would recommend this catering company to everyone that is looking for great food, great service and great pricing!!!

When a friend who is a chef attends your wedding and raves about the food, you know it's something exceptional. Donna and her team were so creative, organized, and wonderful to work with. Definitely the best caterer in the area, bar none. They worked with us to create perfect hors d'oeuvres for our cocktail hour and a perfect and complimentary menu for the seated reception. I would recommend to ANYONE who needs catering for any event on 30A, and I know we will definitely be using them again when we have something come up!

Donna Townsend and Townsend Catering such a great group to work with. I had several email and phone conversations with Donna, and she made everything so easy and always answered all of my questions. And the food....WOW! The skys the limit for food selections, there are so many choices and options, you will get exactly what you want. The presentation and taste of food was incredible! Our wedding coordinator recommended Townsend Catering Company for our wedding in May 2015. We met with the Townsend team about 6 months prior to our event to choose our menu and we were blown away by what we had the opportunity to choose from (everything looked so delicious)!! The team helped us choose based on our likes/dislikes/budget, etc. We walked away so happy with our choices and couldn't wait for the big day. We were able to stay in touch with them very easily in the months leading up to our event, so that we could finalize our number of guests. On the day of our event, Townsend Catering Company exceeded all of our expectations. The food was beyond delicious and it was even set up beautifully at our reception. Our friends and family are STILL talking about the shrimp and grits table and it has been almost 6 months since our wedding! The Townsend team made sure that my husband and I had food from all of our food stations at our special table and that we took time to ourselves during the reception to actually enjoy our meal. They even had leftovers packed up and waiting for us in our honeymoon suite!! We would recommend Townsend Catering Company to any of our friends/family in the future!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with the Townsend team. We were married August 15 at Town Hall and our guests are still talking about the food! Donna and the entire team were the ultimate professionals from the moment we booked them last November. Despite being very busy all of the team with other weddings and events, they always are responsive, and you feel as if you are their priority. We had passed appetizers (the chicken, spinach, and brie quesadillas- oh my goodness!!), and stations for dinner. All of the food was amazing- but our favorites were the fried chicken martinis and the grouper fingers with shoestring fries. Book Townsend and you won't have to worry- everything they do is perfection- and they are super flexible and worked with our budget and logistics to ensure we had a very special day! Planning a wedding is tough enough. Planning a destination wedding is even more tough. Thanks to Townsend Catering: Donna and Sherri the entire experience was extremely easy and fun! Yes I said it...FUN!! We held our wedding at the Destin Bay House and they really understood what we wanted for our wedding and offered great suggestions. Townsend Catering provided the catering services at my daughter's wedding reception at the Town Hall in Rosemary Beach, FL. The food and service were both amazing. I was truly surprised by the comments I received about the great selections at the food stations. There was something for everyone and the food tasted wonderful. Everyone seemed to have a favorite, but it was all delicious.
Donna was easy to work with, and provided great suggestions and advice during the planning process. The end result was better than I could have ever imagined.

We were very happy with our experience with Townsend Catering. The food was incredible but still fit within our budget. I was an out-of-town bride so had limited opportunities to meet with vendors. When we did the tasting, I was very much at ease with our decision to go with Townsend. The food we tried was fantastic and they had so many options that allowed us to stay well within our budget. Donna was very flexible - I threw a lot of last minute questions and requests at her and the team definitely delivered! I would absolutely recommend Townsend Catering to anyone looking for a great caterer in the Destin/PCB area. Plus we got so many compliments from our guests on the quality and variety of food!

Townsend Catering is the best of the best! Everything they make is so delicious! Donna was so sweet to us and was so much help with choosing our menu options. There is truly nothing but great things to say about Townsend Catering! The food was TO DIE FOR and the hit of the party at my wedding! They ensured that even my husband and I had a plate at our reception and we woke up the next morning to left overs in the fridge! We were so excited! Townsend Catering is the best if looking for someone to cater your wedding. They just catered ours on the 7th of March 2015. They will patiently walk you through your vision of menu that you would like and will work with your budget.
Townsend Catering also has there sample menus that you can choose from if you are being indecisive. The owners were so down to earth people that it was easy for us to decide. The menu that we chose were loved by our guests and until now they are still talking about it! It is not even a question how they prepare the food - they cook the food on-site!
The servers were very pleasant and even Ms. Donna, the owner, helped serve on our wedding day... My husband and I were truly grateful for the outcome...

Townsend Catering is the absolute best! Being from New Orleans, delicious food and drinks were a top priority for my husband and me, and they created the perfect menu for our wedding. Not only is their presentation unique and beautiful, but every single item is delicious. Donna and her team are the sweetest, most professional group. Donna worked with us every step of the way to give us exactly the "pass arounds" and buffet items we dreamed of. Everyone raved about our food after the wedding and since Townsend packaged up a ton of food for my husband and me to enjoy the next day, we were able to taste everything too! Donna also worked with us to include everything we desired at our bar as well. Townsend rocks!

The food was absolutely AMAZING and the presentation was beautiful. I am still hearing comments from friends and family about how great our food was. We were in love from our first tasting! Not only was everything amazing the day of the wedding, but Donna was so friendly and easy to work with on everything!

We would highly recommend this very efficient and capable vendor. They took information and photos of my daughter's vision for her wedding and turned our reception into the one of her dreams. Every guest was impressed! We used Townsend for our reception and we did a food station/buffet line and everything we chose was simply amazing! Townsend sets up tables, chairs, and cooks the food very early and they stay until the very end so the service is 100% full service. The presentation was perfect and we had guests raving to us about the food all night. Additionally, I was told by family members that the staff was extremely pleasant and friendly so you know things are good when the mothers of the bride and groom are happy. Unfortunately I did little interaction with the staff since our plates and glasses were kept full by our planners and bridal party however to hear the glowing reviews of the food and staff made me feel confident in our decision to use Townsend. They're on it!

Donna and Townsend Catering are truly the best. Food was very high on our list of priorities, and from the first conversations with Townsend we knew we made the right decision to have them cater our wedding. Not only did we discuss numerous menu changes over the course of planning, but the chef truly cared about finding the perfect bread for cuban sandwiches for our Cuban family and guests. To have very well traveled guests tell us that they "have never eaten better at a wedding" was the biggest compliment we could've hoped for. Chose Townsend Catering, they will exceed all of your expectations!

Townsend was a huge part of making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the tasting to the wedding day, I felt like they were completely open to any and all ideas we had. They made our wedding day menu seem like a one of a kind event, and not like another cookie cutter wedding. Every single menu item was beyond delicious. I truly felt there was something that every wedding guest would enjoy, and after the wedding my thoughts were confirmed by the countless compliments from guests about the food.

We typically expect adequate food at a wedding and not much beyond that. Well, prepare to be VERY pleasantly surprised! Townsend Catering Company provided such awesome food for my daughter's wedding that people are STILL talking about how good it was a month later! One of the people who attended had even been to culinary school and HE was impressed! it was DELICIOUS AND HOT! I wish they had a restaurant so that I could have more!

Donna and her staff created a menu for my daughter's wedding that was spectacular. She and her staff were very professional and super easy to work with. The food is still being talked about by our guests. There was not one person there that did not comment on the food and how great it tasted. The presentation was also beautiful. There was more than enough to make sure people got what they wanted and everything left over was wrapped and sent home with us to enjoy. And that we did!! I highly recommend Donna Townsend to anyone that is looking to have the most delicious out of this world food for any event they may be planning. You will be happy that you did. She will definitely leave your guests talking for years to come on how fabulous the food was at your event.

I was an out of town bride, from Denver, CO and I can tell you, you will NOT find a better caterer along the Emerald Coast! I had high expectations and both my husband and I were blown away with Townsend Catering. Donna is a true expert and unbelievable chef! We had 5 different pass around appetizers, a Wok station, beef tenderloin and lamb station, a fresh seafood station, pass around late night treats and she nailed it! Everything was cooked right on sight, nothing was old nor did she let one dish go empty. Every single one of my guests (over 200) commented on how delicious and fresh the food was. You might not be able to try all the food before your wedding but rest assured Donna and her team will take you and your guests on a culinary adventure you will never forget. Not only did she cater my wedding but she also supplied the liquor with staff. Again, beyond expectations! We did not run out of one type of alcohol, beer nor wine and I had a group that loves to party. There was never a line at my bar, an empty glass laying around or dirty plated/silverware not picked up and carried away immediately, her team works as fast as lightening. The one piece of advice I have is to trust her judgment and you will not be disappointed!

Donna Townsend is amazing! She is so professional and truly provides the best food, drink, and experience that you can find. My menu had items like a mixed berry salad, caprese salad, roasted vegetables, grouper, filet, and a shrimp and grits martini station. We had so many guests come up to us that night and comment on how excellent the food was. We heard that the shrimp and grits was the best people had ever had and we are from the south! Townsend gets two thumps way up!

Townsend creates absolutely delicious dishes--no rubber chicken banquet fare here! Donna Townsend creates creative sauces ( example: port wine/mushroom sauce for the most tender tenderloin you will find). The Raw Bar was a superb hit. The appetizers, passed during cocktails, were unique, beautiful and delicious. Donna is extremely organized--one meeting is all you need to hammer out a great menu and work out the other catering details. You don't need to worry about the food--your guests will rave. I was advised to get this vendor committed early if at all possible. I contracted with her 1.3 years before the wedding and almost lost her to another bride with a wedding on the same day.

Wow, is all I can say. I honestly never had food at a wedding that tasted as good as this! Donna is such a joy and so pleasent to work with. We had fun tasting and planning the menu. I'm just sorry that I was so busy during my wedding that I didnt get to eat MORE!

Townsend catering was amazing! From our first meeting with Donna she asked about our favorite foods and showed us some photos from previous weddings. She did not have a set menu from us to choose from but was willing to make anything that we wanted. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and trying new things. Everybody from our wedding is still talking about how our food was the best wedding food they have ever had. She even made boiled peanuts for us!

We also rented our tents, tables, chairs, etc from Donna and she was extremely flexible when we decided to add or take away items. She made our wedding very easy and an enjoyable planning experience.

Donna and her staff were a pleasure to work with. Being a planner myself, I know the importance of a great carter. She listened to every single one of my concerns, address all my changes in writing and helped me by offering suggestions when my budget was a concern. Donna picked up the slack when my florist was less than friendly or helpful. Donna was not only an asset in the months leading up to the event but also on the day of the event. My outdoor wedding turned into a tented wedding down pour. Each one of Donna's staff members always had a smile on their face and greet my guest as if it was sunny outside even thought they had been soaking wet for hours. Donna was not only a true professional but she even helped answer my mother's thousands of questions and my dad's request for venison at the wedding. Donna made my dream wedding come true from the beginning to the end. Oh, and did I mention their food is to die for? My guest are still commenting on the tuna, crab claws and venison meatballs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

There are really no words to describe how wonderful David and Donna Townsend and their staff treated us and how wonderful their food is!! They meet with us and answered all my questions and were so patient with us when we asked many questions and couldn't decide on a menu. Food was a very important part of our wedding and they made it better then we ever imagined!! They sent us many proposals and helped us get the perfect menu. Mrs. Donna and Mrs. Sherri Williams always answered my emails and calls and were so friendly. They really have to be one of the most amazing catering companies on the Emerald Coast. I would recommend them to anyone! You will be so happy you picked them! People still tell me how great the food at our wedding tasted!

I had the most amazing wedding food I have ever tasted at a wedding! I was nervous about the food, being from New Orleans, but the food was phenomenal and I am still getting comments about the food a month later. This is the best caterer and I would highly recommend them!

Townsend Catering provided impeccable food and service for our May 2012 wedding! They were always so pleasant to speak with in the planning process. We heard many rave reviews of their food so we were excited to see the turn out. They exceeded all of our expectations. The food was displayed beautifully and tasted amazing. Our guests are still talking about all of it, especially the fizzled shrimp and grits. The service was perfection! Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. The bar-tender was quick and remembered everyone's drink of choice. I would choose Townsend again and again and recommend them to all of my friends! One of the best choices we made!

Townsend Catering did a PHENOMENAL job at my wedding. Sherri and Donna (the owner) are absolute rock stars! They literally cooked up every single idea we had, and there was not one food item at our reception that was amiss. All of my guests raved about the food at our wedding, (their signature shrimp and fizzled grits are to die for) and how everything they tried was exceptional. They were so flexible and receptive to what my husband and I wanted at our reception, and they honored every single thing we wanted to have: they created French 75s as my signature drink, Old Fashioned as my husband's signature drink; they created an Italian bar with fresh meatballs, sausage, various pasta sauces; they used the freshest seafood (the shrimp at our seafood station was so fresh and meaty); and they even made homemade ice cream sandwiches as part of my husband's cookies and milk station. I seriously believe there is not one food item they can't cook up; and everything they cook is what you would find at a five-star restaurant. And their staff members were so polite and professional!

Donna was great to work with! I changed my mind a few times and she was very patient and responsive. She also let me use some of my own items such as mason jars, straws, vintage china cake plates, etc.

They showed up on time and worked hard all day, not to mention the food was outstanding!!! I highly recommend the beef tenderloin. It was delicious!

My family had used Townsend Catering several times for various parties and events before my wedding. Every single thing they had ever cooked for us had been amazing, so when the time came to book a caterer for my wedding there was no question, we HAD to have Townsend. They have something for everyone and trust me, it's ALL delicious. Amazing food and amazing service. They will even do special requests. My husband has a thing for fried cheese sticks so as a surprise I had them do up a special tray of cheese sticks just for my husband. My personal favorite is their spicy crab quesadillas. The owners, David and Donna Townsend were an absolute joy to work with. You cannot go wrong with these guys. We have been married almost 2 years now and when we run into people they still tell us how wonderful the food was at our wedding.

Donna and Sherri were amazing to work with for our wedding reception! From the get-go, they helped us come up with a fun creative menu of 3 different stations of food and passed apps before. They didn't laugh when I asked if we could do a taco bar too! The food presentation was incredible. The seafood tasted fresh! The meat cooked just right! Salads, veggies, fruits and cheese were fresh and flavorful!

Townsend also helped coordinate all my rentals. Set up was seamless and easy. The tent size was perfect as well as the beautiful wooden dance floor. I LOVED our cafe lights outside the tents and the huge paper lanterns under the tent! Beautiful and perfect!

All the staff were so pro, helpful and friendly! I cannot rave enough about how wonderful the whole process was! If I lived in the area I would go to Townsend for any and all of my catering needs. Please save yourself any worrying and book with Townsend. Best money spent!!

By far, Donna & her team were the BEST decision we made in our Wedding Planning. The food was the #1 thing we were complimented on. It was fantastic! We wanted a sushi station and most of the caterers we intereviewed said it couldn't be done on the beach. But, it was no problem for Donna...the sushi martini's were a HUGE hit! Also, you must have the tuna lolipops. I wish I could have them again and again. Yes, her pricing is a little expensive, but you absolutely get more than you pay for! Presentation A+, Professionalism A+, Taste A+. I could go on and on! Hire Donna...she is the BEST!!

Donna and David and their crew did an incredible job with the catering at our wedding. Donna is so organized and knowledgable; she made stellar recommendations for our menu and expertly coordinated the rentals and linens with our designer. Also, Donna made the beverage service a breeze, or at least it seemed like it from our point of view!

We came to our first meeting with an idea for a special dish that meant a lot to the two of us and to several of our friends. It was not something that Townsend had prepared before, but they did some "research" and came up with an exquisite recipe for our signature dish that all of our guests are still talking about! (Actually, our guests are talking about ALL of the food. Yummy!)

Absolutely amazing! We didn't get to taste any of our selections ahead of time but boy were we blown away. Guests raved about the food and drinks, and we talked about having a smaller event in the next year just to have more of Townsend's delicious catering. I was hoping for leftovers (especially the seafood pasta) but alas most of the dishes were completely eaten by the end! Donna was wonderful to work with and so professional.

Simply put, the BEST in South Walton. This was the common statement we heard when looking for a caterer for our wedding. It is absolutely true! The staff was professional and responsive during the planning phase. They helped us put together a menu that was impressive and custom to our tastes. They were prompt, courteous to our guests, prepared delicious food on site, did every little extra thing to make our reception magnificent, put all leftovers in the fridge, and left the kitchen as if no party had occurred. Townsend Catering was AWESOME! Donna is so sweet and very helpful. She handled all of our specific requests and helped us create our perfect menu.

She worked with our budget and gave us really good suggestions on types of food that would work well together. We met with her once and continued to email back and forth for the details. It was a painless process...VERY easy!

We were changing things up until the last minute and she accommodated our every need/concern. Catering was where the largest part of our budget, so we wanted it to be exactly right! I could not have been happier with Townsend.

We have been married for almost three weeks now and people still talk about how good the food was at our wedding. That says something!

Townsend Catering is incredible. Not only do they provide wonderful insight and expertise, but they help coordinate the rentals and work with the other vendors to make your wedding day the most special it can be. From creating a signature drink, to the most delicious appetizers (I loved the crabcakes, my husband loved the grilled cheese), and ending with a tri-plate of beef tenderloin, caprese salad, and the most amazing shrimp and grits, Townsend can not be beat. The staff was also wonderful and made my wedding perfect.

FANTASTIC!!!!

It has been a month and everyone is still talking about the food! It was incredible. Donna has such fun ideas for serving it up as well. The staff was amazing. There wasn't a dirty plate or empty glass to be found...they were on top of their game.

Seriously, best food I've ever had at a wedding...so glad it was mine :)

amazing food, so delicious the guest couldn't stop commenting, some left overs were brought to our condo which was great to enjoy it all over again the next day

We thought we would have loads of food left over after our wedding because it was a buffet and we had a few last minute guest cancellations. The next day we realized there was only about 4 small to-go boxes of food... It was sooo good that nearly everything was gone! I think this sums up how amazing their food is.

Additionally, both my husband and I have multiple food allergies/issues. Townsend was fantastic at working with us to create a special menu that both of us could enjoy and it was also very delicious for our guests too.

The set up was beautiful, the food was amazing, and we had no complaints from our guest on the food. Full of flavor and seasoning, mouth watering greatness. They coordinate well with the wedding coordinator and florist to make a beautiful reception!!

The food was great.....so so so worth squeezing everyone into the meeting house because of rain. They did exactly what we asked for. The food and service were top notch. I hope to be able to use their services again. I still get guests commenting on the food.

This catering company was awesome. My husband and I had talked to several vendors early in the planning and narrowed it down to Townsend and another company. We made appointments to visit the two vendors and made a trip down to Florida. Both visits with the potential vendors was fine, but Donna was great about following up, showing us her previous work, etc. She even met us out at the venue so that we could walk around and she could point out some ideas. She sent the quotes promptly and she and her staff were always great about answering my questions. The food that night was wondering – everyone thought it was great and she serving staff was professional and fun. She had everything going smoothing. Her company also handled the renting of the tent, lights, tables, chairs, dance floor, etc and everything was even better than I hoped. She was definitely worth the money.

Donna and her staff made my wedding a dream come true! I consider myself (as well as my father) as foodies. Townsend came thru in a big way with everything that they did. All of my guests raved about every dish. It was just perfect. To top it all off, Donna handeled everything with the rentals, so it made my day super relaxed! I would reccomend them to anyone wanting great food, total professionalism and a great wedding!

I hired Townsend for my May 2009 destination wedding and I cannot say enough great things about the company!! From the very first day we met with Donna and Sherri, I knew we'd be in a great hands. It can be stressful planning a wedding from a distance, but with Townsend I had no worries. They helped coordinate everything-- the food, table and chair rentals, bar, linens, dance floor, and lighting. The staff the day of the wedding were AMAZING!! They were so professional and friendly. We got so many compliments on how attentive they were. And, most importantly the food... it was DELICIOUS!! Six months later we still have people raving about our food!! I truly couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Townsend for our catering needs and I would highly recommend them!!!

Donna and Townsend Catering were just fabulous. On top of understanding my vision better than I understood it myself, the food was phenomenal and presented beautifully. In terms of our wedding's design, Donna worked brilliantly with Christina from Nouveau Flowers and made our wedding at Carillon Beach absolutely perfect. As far as the food goes, one of our "foodie" friends from DC said it was the best food he'd ever had at a wedding (including his own). We received so many compliments on how delicious and pretty everything was, and six months later, I still have people tell me how much they loved the shrimp and scallops with parmesan grits.

If anyone is debating between a few caterers, you will not be disappointed with Townsend. Thank you Donna and team for making our wedding fantastic!

Donna and the rest of Townsend Catering Company were absolutely fabulous! They catered both our reception--which was a seated dinner for about 120 and our rehearsal--which was buffet style for about 90. The food was better than we could have ever imagined and all of our guests were still talking about it days after the wedding. We truly appreciate everything that was done and we could not have asked for a better experience.

Excellent caterer! All food is prepared onsite and is delicious. The wait staff is friendly and very efficient so the reception runs smoothly. We had them cater a welcome open house as well and were impressed with the quality of their food services.
Easy to work with and very helpful with the menu selection process so you don't feel overwhelmed with choices. They also handle all your rental needs which makes planning easier. I would definitely use them again. We used them for the welcome open house, wedding reception & rentals for a wedding for 72 and felt they where very reasonable.

Fantastic food & setup for our rehearsal dinner on the beach. Working with Sherri & Donna was great. We did a BBQ themed party...with white tent, lanterns, festival lights....and it all looked picture perfect! :) Not to mention, the food being magnifique! Dips were wonderful...delicious burgers, veggie burger, BBQ chicken breasts...plus tasty cowboy baked beans, bleu cheese cole slaw...and my FAVORITE: BLT potato salad.....I am going to have to figure out that recipe because it was one of the best things I have ever tasted! The staff were so wonderful and professional...I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you Donna, Dave, & Sherri...and all your staff for making it a hit. Would HIGHLY recommend.

could not have pulled off this event without them. they not only provided phenomenal food that my guests are STILL talking about (those cheese grits!!) but helped guide me in making the right decisions about the setup, the wedding cake vendor, everything. i planned the whole wedding remotely and townsend catering was the reason it went so flawlessly!

If you are getting married in the Beaches of South Walton, PLEASE use Townsend. They are GREAT!! They worked with my budget and never gave up or got frusterated with me and my changes. Nice doesn't even do justice to how they treated me. Donna will also help you with any other questions you have with other wedding vendors. I did not have a planner or coordinator, and was doing it myself. She helped with almost every aspect of the wedding. They came reccommended from another friend, so I was never worried, but the end results were above and beyond! The food was so great, we ate on it for a while! My guests said they loved it. We kept it simple, but they put an upscale twist on our simple foods that I really wanted (southern girl!). We are still craving it! Our friends still make comments on how they miss the food. USE THEM!!!

I can't say enough great thing about Townsend catering. The food was outstanding! Our guests came to us over and over to say that it was the best wedding food EVER and it was. I'll have to say that the food was very important to us and it was well worth the price, not to say that it was cheap, it was not, but quality never is. Everyone we dealt with from top to bottom was a true professional. They were honest and EASY to deal with, which is very important when planning a destination wedding. Use this company, you will not regret it for a second!

Donna and Sherri were great to work with from deciding on the food to getting us on budget to tenting last minute for possible rain. The adults were clammering to get seconds (ribeye skewers were especially a hit, I hear) and the kids loved their individual boxes. The servers were professional and efficient but relaxed.

"This is the best food I have ever had at a wedding," said my dad. That's saying a lot!

Donna WOW!!! Our guest were overwhelmed by the food. Everything you made was outstanding. There are no words....she is the BEST. Erik and Mollie are food critics and they said you nailed it and everyone there agreed. You had a menu that blew us out of the water! FANTASTIC.......look no further. Donna and her team are absolutely amazing! They made our wedding and rehearsal dinner so special and our guests couldn't stop talking about the food! She is very flexible and is able to give you the experience that you are looking for. We did a tri-plate with three different entrée options, a salad, and appetizers. Everything turned out perfect, in fact it was some of the best food of our lives. Thank you, Donna!
