This beautiful place is now known as The Manor on Lake Juliana, and it is truly the most magical place. When they say "all inclusive" they really do mean it-the team at the Manor helped us so much just by taking care of so many things for us, we had less things to manage and therefore really got to enjoy our planning experience and our wedding day. This venue provides not only a stunning backdrop to your wedding day, with getting ready rooms on site for both bride and groom, but also provides the food, cake, bar, DJ, day of coordinator and planner, your table linens and centerpieces and more! Even their recommended vendor list was incredible-both our photographer and videographer came from those lists and we had the BEST experience with both of them. This is truly one of the best deals in all of central FL for couples looking for an intimate, garden and lake view venue. We cannot say enough about the team at The Manor, everyone from Julie and Gwen, to the wait staff and bartenders, multiple family members and friends told us after how wonderful and attentive everyone on site was. They are superheroes over there, we cannot thank them enough for creating an amazing, memorable day for all of us!The Manor on Lake Juliana's reply:

Absolutely amazing!
My (now) husband and I were looking for an intimate place for our wedding where we could get married outside but have an indoor space for the reception. We found The Manor and I fell in love with it immediately! The grounds are gorgeous, they handle almost everything for you, and I can’t even begin to describe how incredible the team was! Our planner, Julie, made every wish I had come true. She was the epitome of patience and grace and our day would not have been as perfect without her. Every bride hopes and wishes for a “perfect” day and that’s exactly what we got! There is not a single thing that I had an issue with, I never saw any of the staff fumble or be anything less than amazingly helpful and kind. The food was delicious (which is not always the case at receptions!) and the cake blew me away. We felt truly celebrated and cared for during our wedding and I will always hold a special place in my heart for the team at The Manor! -

They created my perfect wedding!
I cannot thank The Manor enough! Julie was our main wedding planner and she was perfect! She knew my vision exactly and made sure that everything came together just as I imagined. With her I was able to enjoy my engagement and not stress about every little detail. It may seem pricey at first but after all is said and done every penny was worth it. We had plated seating and it brought such class and elegance to my wedding and people were leaving saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Julie sent us reminders for when I needed to send out save the dates and invites and easy to follow forms to fill out for what music, food, cake, etc. I wanted and it made the whole process so easy. I will always recommend The Manor on Lake Juliana. Not only is it just absolutely beautiful but the people are amazing! 💕 -

We couldn’t have asked for a better all-inclusive yet affordable and flexible wedding venue! Our wedding planner, Julie, worked with us to make our visions a reality while we were planning the wedding from out of state. On the day of, the decorations were exactly as we wanted them, the service was impeccable, and we truly got to enjoy our wedding day! It seems like everything was thought of in advance. 10/10. -

I had my perfect, dream wedding at The Manor on Lake Juliana! First, the location is BEAUTIFUL! There is a beautiful garden, the ceremony area is a beautiful gazebo, terrace area, dining area, dance floor and all of it is right on the lake. Second, the staff is amazing! Julie is so sweet, organized and always made sure to answer all of my questions and the day went so smoothly thanks to her and the staff! Third, it was just PERFECT! The way the timeline of the day was set up went so smoothly, everyone had a great time and said it was a fairytale wedding which I 100% agree with! -

Absolutely incredible!
The Manor on Lake Juliana not only has one of the most gorgeous settings, but the staff are hands-down the most amazing people to work with. My fiancé and I planned our wedding from out of state, but Julie, our wedding planner, truly made our entire experience so seamless. Julie was always available to answer any questions and turned our vision into our dream come true. They are extremely dog friendly, and welcomed our pups with open arms even when we added a last minute puppy to the mix. The Manor exceeded all of our expectations and there is nothing we would’ve done differently afterwards. The food is incredible, the DJ is top notch, and the decorations were mesmerizing. Town Manor Made The Best Day Of My Life Even Better!
I can't thank the staff of Town Manor enough!!! Everything was absolutely perfect - the way they made me feel special from my initial meeting to the ease of wonderful planning tools, the exceptional communication, the attention to detail, the stunning property grounds, the fantastic food, and the professionalism of the staff - I could not have had a better experience!
My highest compliments to Christine, Julie and Kristin for going above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. I felt so taken care of, they handled our non-traditional requests in stride and even with the rain and cold I didn't have an ounce of stress on my wedding day! Even our guests raved about everything.
I would HIGHLY recommend Town Manor for all your wedding celebration needs! -

We had our wedding venue at The Manor, is a beautiful place, the Lawn, greenery, heart arch way all well manicured and decorated felt very pretty, Intimate. Gwen and Christine were very helpful, professional. They helped put my ideas together and assisted with additions that made all the more wonderful and beautiful. The best Idea for All Inclusive. No fuss, everything was organized, well prepared. My guest of 40 were impressed with the entire venue and staff. The food was above my expectations and an extra surprise, with additions I didn't not expect made my whole wedding all the more special. Professional, courteous. The bridal room is beautifully updated. The lake view, gazebo, chairs all beautiful. We loved everything about the venue. I had a vintage/Christmas vibe that was well put together by The Manor Staff. We strongly recommend this The Manor if you want effortless, Stress free, beautiful wedding. -

Amazing experience!
Town Manor was wonderful and treated us like family from the beginning! Gwen was especially helpful in making sure everything was ready and just the way we envisioned it. Town Manor on the Lake is seriously a hidden gem. My husband and I chose this venue not only for the absolutely STUNNING scenery, but we loved that it was all inclusive! We loved that everything was all in one: The venue for the ceremony and reception, the pastor to officiate the ceremony, chef, cake, DJ, linens, center pieces, and most of all, a WEDDING COORDINATOR!!!! Gwen made the wedding planning SO easy. She is absolutely AMAZING and made our wedding day go flawless and kept us right on track. I promise you, it is DEFINITELY worth the money because they literally take care of everything for you! You tell them what you want and they make it happen. Our experience was better than we could have ever imagined and our guests were blown away and couldn't stop saying how beautiful our day was. Nandy, Emily & Don are the best!! From the moment we walked into the venue, we truly felt at home. We felt so comfortable with them, that we actually changed our wedding date because our date was already taken.
If you’re looking for a place that truly does it all (makeup/hair, photographer/videographer,flowers & transportation not included, but they provide recommendations) and treats you like family, look no further. They are great about responding to your emails and or texts quickly. Also, you’re able to customize the decor and menu when you pick the diamond package. Don the DJ, also works with you to create whatever music you want for the cocktail hour, ceremony and reception.
Our wedding day was absolutely amazing, just wish it didn’t go by so fast. We’d love to relive that day again and again!!
Advice for future brides - take a deep breath and enjoy every minute because it truly goes by in the blink of an eye. I feel like it lasted a min & wish I relaxed more, but I felt like I needed to mingle with all guests. I should’ve enjoyed my hubby and food more lol.

After 2 years of touring venues in the Central Florida area, the minute we stepped foot on The Town Manor we knew this was it! What other venues were lacking, the Town Manor has it all. We didn’t have to compromise a single thing on our special day. Not only does the property look pristine every time you visit, in our eyes and even our guests, it is magical in every way.
Meeting Nandy and her professional staff we knew we were in exceptional hands. Every step of the way we were guided in the process. As a couple that wanted to have a 1920’s / Art Deco / Great Gatsby themed wedding, the Town Manor had the vintage flare we wanted and allowed what we were envisioning to make happen! Our guests were blown away!
The owners make enhancements year after year to have the property be even more special for years to come for Brides and Grooms! We were able to enjoy and utilize the newly installed brick oven for one of our action stations. That’s right, our guests enjoyed handmade pizzas throughout the night! They were also gluten free. Even the updated terrace by the pool we were able to utilize as the perfect spot for our jack black tables we rented for our guests.
Worried about dietary needs? Don’t be! The dream team and chef accommodated our wishes to have a shellfish and gluten free menu. Don’t want a sit down dinner or deal with a seating chart? You don’t have to! The Town Manor has a flowing reception option, which is totally what we wanted to have for our wedding and our guests loved it! The price packages can work within your budget. You can add and subtract items as needed. Want to ride away in a 1920's car? The town Manor has that too! The list goes on and on.
I could go on and on with so much more! All the other reviews will shine light on how special the staff and venue is. When you decide to make the time to tour the venue you will see why brides & grooms gush over it! It's the best kept secret venue in Central Florida!
Our wedding was truly a dream come true, it only went by too fast! All the prep, planning, decision making, every detail, it all came together for a one of a kind bride and groom that wanted a fabulous flapper & dapper 1920’s themed wedding!

You will want to book this venue!! It’s basically a one-stop shop and the whole place is too gorgeous to put into words. Nandy and Emily are with you from day one. They answer all your questions, ease your mind, take special requests and really understand how to make you feel happy and satisfied. Nandy even made sure to keep track of our 6-month old’s feeding schedule so we could continue to have a good time. The food is amazing. We picked a flowing tapas style reception, and it worked out perfectly. All our guests complimented the food and couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue is. Don, the DJ played exactly what we wanted - all we had to do was tell him a genre and a few artists and he took it and ran, in a really good way. I was worried about “the gates open at ‘such and such’ time” but it wasn’t an issue. We had a lot of out of town guests and a lot of early arrivals. No one gets turned away, they just have a gathering area out front. It was not a problem like I thought it would be. I also thought that we’d want to add on extra time and was concerned it would be too short, but 4 hours is exactly the right amount of time, even if you don’t think so, it works out so well!! Botanical FL wedding of my dreams
I cannot express how magical our wedding was. The venue had every element I wanted, ie: a luscious Florida garden, a vintage vibe, a cool breeze sweeping off of a private lake AND hasstle free planning! They have wedding planning a science, yet they incorporate absolutely any and every special detail you ask for. They are truly professionals. The venue is so unique and special. I loved everything about my wedding. Nandy was very attentive and helpful, i live in Chicago but i wanted a Florida wedding it was the best decision. They made everything so easy i didn't have to worry about nothing but my dress. It was a small and simple wedding since thats how i wanted but it felt like a big and fancy wedding. Most magical dream wedding
My husband and I both chose Town Manor on the Lake before either of us even knew what the other had in mind for the perfect wedding venue. Traveling all the way there sealed the deal for us as the manor’s charm and elegance stood out unlike any other. Nandy and her team made us feel more than welcome as we personalized our special day and were always ready with whatever we needed and took the weight of stress right off our shoulders. Our special day was absolutely breathtaking as we chose to do our ceremony in the afternoon the sun was setting exactly as I walked down the aisle with my father at my side. I couldn’t have dreamt up such a magical day and all the while everyone had fun and enjoyed the exquisite food that the manor served. It was a spectacular location to have and be photographed. I am so glad and most grateful I had the chance to have my dream wedding and so thankful to have such a wonderful team at town manor on the lake to make it happen! And let me just say, the cake was divine (chocolate all the way!) A big thank you to everyone at town manor and I can’t wait to plan something with you guys again!

Nandy and her team truly blew us away from the moment we toured the property. From the moment we stepped on the property, we instantly knew this was the venue for us. It had the best of both worlds — a garden and gazebo along with water views (without having a beach wedding). It was everything we were imagining and more! During the planning process, Nandy and Emily were always helpful and willing to answer all my questions (and there was a lot!). I loved being able to communicate easily and efficiently — it helped the planning process move smoothly, which any bride loves! I also loved how accommodating they were with my requests as well as the hauls of decor I brought to the manor! Our wedding was so beautiful and everything came together so wonderfully! As a bride, it was everything I dreamed of and so much more! The gazebo, the water views, the dinner, the cake, the staff — everything was impeccable! More importantly, the dream team is up for anything. They will move mountains to make your special day even more memorable! Plus, your guests will be raving about the property by the end of the night. Ours are still talking about it! I got married at Town Manor B&B on Friday 10/18/19 and it was more beautiful than words can describe. Nandy and Emily handled everything and made it so that the process of planning a wedding was stress free! My whole family kept talking about how stunning the wedding was and how perfect everything looked. Every step of the way Nandy was there for me to help any way I needed. We have loved working with Town Manor so far! We are so excited to have the wedding of our dreams there. Nandy and Larissa literally won our hearts over in the first stages of planning and we simply couldn't choose any other venue because of that! As we do not live in Florida, they offered us a facetime tour and explained their online planning platform which were both so amazing. In the facetime tour Nandy answered every possible question and then even more via text after we got off the phone and I realized that I still had 100 more questions. When my husband and I were researching venues, we were looking for ones that were all-inclusive. Town Manor came up over and over in our searches and it included way more than other venues that also boasted "all-inclusive." Town Manor was the first and only venue we actually visited. We immediately fell in love with the grounds, which provide so many different backdrops for your photographer including garden scenes, lake scenes, and an adorably classy brick wall bedroom for those robe pictures that every bride wants with her girls! Every area of the venue is breathtakingly beautiful, whether it be the back deck where our guests enjoyed the bar and hors d'oeuvres for the pre-reception, or the dining area with the perfect romantic ambiance that truly set the tone for the exceptionally prepared food. If there is anything that I can praise even more than the beauty and the magic of the venue, it would be the dedication and professionalism of Nandy and the entire staff at Town Manor. From our very first contact, which came with setting up the appointment to tour the venue, Nandy made us feel as if we were her only couple planning a wedding at Town Manor (which I know is not true, with weddings there every weekend!). She was always available to answer any questions or discuss any concerns I might have whether through email or by phone. No matter how busy she was with other weddings, I always felt like when she was talking to me, I was her number one focus. On the day of the event, Nandy was there every step of the way, along with a second coordinator, Emily. I am not exaggerating when I say that they were the dream team. Nandy kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, while Emily was by my side the majority of the day making sure I had everything I needed as well as assisting my photographer by fluffing out my dress, fixing my veil, holding my bouquet, and whatever else was needed. The best thing about this team was that with their experience and expertise, I did not need to think about a single thing that day other than enjoying our wedding. During the reception I was looking around and realizing that I had stuff everywhere that needed to be collected such as our toasting flutes, cake knife and server, cake topper, guest book, gifts and cards, flowers, etc. I was thinking that I would be doing that myself, but when my husband and I got back to the venue after our send-off in Tilly (the cutest old car!) all of those things had already been gathered and neatly placed in our suite with the rest of our belongings. When I say I didn't have to lift a finger, I mean it! My husband and I stayed in the bridal suite the night of the wedding, and then woke up and enjoyed the most delicious breakfast together as husband and wife. From beginning to end, through all of the planning, through every little detail, through the last minute guest count changes and the special meal requests, Town Manor and the wonderful staff exceeded every expectation that one should have for a wedding venue. My husband and I are overjoyed that we chose to have our wedding there and would recommend it at the highest degree to anyone in search of a venue!The Manor on Lake Juliana's reply:

Amazing, wedding perfection!
Every detail of our day was handle with perfection. Our wedding was an amazing experience and we couldn't have asked for a better venue, staff, and service. This venue was absolutely amazing. Everything was taken care of from food,DJ, cake, and night stay. They made the venue a dream come true. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. We even went out after the wedding and came back to the room all cleaned with wine and pizza waiting for us. It was so very thoughtful and appreciated. Best decision I made!
The best decision I made for my wedding (besides saying yes to my husband), was picking this venue. Right from day one Nandy is there for you every step of the way. They do practically everything for you, making wedding planning a breeze. When it came to the day of the wedding I couldn't have asked for anything better and my expectations were exceeded. It was honestly the best day because of Nandy and Emily (and their team). I cannot praise them enough!The Manor on Lake Juliana's reply:

The perfect wedding day
Fairytale wedding!
My husband and I planned our dream wedding all the way from Newfoundland, Canada. Nandy was great with helping us with the planning process and was quick to provide answers to any questions we had!
Up until we arrived in Florida we had only seen pictures of the Town Manor and were already in love with it. Well, the pictures do not do this place justice at all! The venue is absolutely breathtaking. From the ceremony area with the grand gazebo, to the reception area, the terrace and the secret garden- it’s all so elegant and intimate. The trees and greenery are absolutely gorgeous - as is the dock on the lake.
The service we received from the town manor team was second to none. The food was delicious- all of our guests were raving about it. The cake looked amazing and was so tasty too! The attention to detail definitely didn’t go unnoticed by us and our guests. They were also extremely accommodating to our daughter, Sarah, who uses a wheelchair. They made sure we had everything we needed for her - she felt so comfortable and had the best day ever!
Our day went so smoothly. It was perfect! We can’t wait to visit the next trip we take to Florida!

Kathryn Sent on 07/09/2018Our second marriage and we knew what we wanted. Simple but elegant and a quaint setting. We found Town Manor after I saw a beautiful sunset wedding photo sitting on my Bankers credenza in her office. It was the most beautiful setting I had ever seen. This led me to Nandy and her team at Town Manor. We thought we would have about 50 guests in attendance as we had decided we wanted a "Brunch Affair" as our wedding theme. As it turned out we enjoyed the attendance of over 70 guest where all but 4 could not attend. This made us very happy after we saw how the day unfolded. Beautiful weather was on our side that day but even had it not been the Town Manor team has covered all their bases in making sure that whatever obstacles may present themselves they have solutions.
The setting, the food, the absolute perfect cake just like I imagined, the amenities, the staff, the organization, and the ease of it all made our day one that we and our friends and family will always remember. We are so pleased with our choice. -

Lisa Sent on 01/28/2018Victor and I had a stunning and unforgettable wedding all thanks to the fabulous one and only Nandy. Having gone through quite an emotional time in the past sixth months leading up to our big day, she was a godsend. We are so grateful for how incredibly well Nandy and her wonderful team had organized the wedding for us. From the food to the cake, decor to lighting, music to surrounding and ceremony to reception; everything was orchestrated far beyond our expectations. I, personally, want to thank Nandy and Emily for their expertise and care. I remember having caught the flu four days prior to the main event, but we absolutely had to meet one last time for the final walk-thru. I looked like death in my bathrobe with cough drop wrappers stuck in my hair. Nandy was not afraid to see me. She gave me strength to soldier through, and I got better in two days. And still she gave us complimentary champagne to toast at our wedding. Seriously, who does that?! Leading up to the event, Nandy surprised me again with an elegant fruit platter paired with strawberry champagne in my sweet bridal suite. Emily was by my side every minute, and I appreciated her so much! She was truly a gem. After our wedding, Victor and I received several compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was- even our photographer was amazed. We're just so happy that we chose Town Manor to be our one-stop venue. Every bride should have a wedding planner, and it's not easy to find one. Nandy understands that it's not only about getting the venue booked and feeding guests food as there are countless detailed things that make a huge difference in this special occasion. She has what it takes to come up with creative and magical ideas, and can foresee problems from all angles. Simply put, Nandy delivers. Our wedding was beautiful, but it was perfect with a touch of Manor magic. Thank you so much.

They handled everything from the DJ, food, cake, and putting up and taking down the decor. We didn't have a thing to worry about the entire night. They even found me a ribbon to wear with my dress when I accidentally left mine at home.

The ceremony and reception were absolutely perfect and the flow of every transition, from ceremony to reception to cutting the cake to toasts to the send off were so smooth and organized. Nandy is so on point with everything and made our wedding beyond perfect. The food and cake are delicious. Highly recommend Town Manor for your dream wedding. It's incredible! -

From start to finish, Nandy and her team were not only accommodating, but they were so easy to work with and made planning our wedding such a fun and enjoyable process. The venue is beautiful, the cake was DELISH and the staff are beyond attentive to detail. I am awful at planning and was seriously dreading having to do everything...then I met Nandy, the wedding coordinator!! From the moment I walked into the venue, I knew I had to get married there. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the inside reception area had the perfect look for what I wanted for my wedding. The planning process was so incredibly easy. I emailed Nandy countless times, sometimes at midnight and she always got back to me immediately, sometimes within minutes! She worked with me on many special touches I wanted to add to my day and always made sure I was happy. My wedding day is a day I will never forget. The moment I walked in the day of I was greeted with champagne and I couldn't believe how gorgeous the ball room looked. My wedding day flowed perfectly. There was plenty of time to do everything but yet there wasn't any of that boring down time that so many weddings I have been to have. The food and cake were literally amazing--have never had cake that delicious in my life (and I've had a lot of cake!) People are still telling me how much fun they had and how beautiful the wedding was. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it here in a heart beat!
