As a bride who didn’t quite know what she wanted dress-wise, Kateri made my day perfect and stress free! She took the time to look at all the dresses I had wanted to try on (even a few just for fun that I knew I wouldn’t wear, how sweet!) She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable! Highly recommend Mimi’s (especially Kateri) to all brides-to-be!! The appointment was very personalized and I truly felt like they wanted me to find my perfect dress! -

Cyndi, Lexi, and the entire staff at Town and Country Bridal were as kind, attentive, complimentary, accommodating, and detail-oriented as I could’ve ever asked for. They made me feel so special, from a personalized sign they had waiting for me with my name on it in my bridal suite to constantly complimenting me on how great I looked in every dress. Every consultant I crossed paths with was professional, kind, and helpful. Cyndi even gave me her personal cell phone number to text with any questions. If you want a personalized bridal experience, I highly recommend Town and Country. You won’t be disappointed! -

My experience with Erin was perfect. She is AMAZING at her job, very knowledgeable and tentative. We walked in this afternoon because we were in the area looking for a mothers dress.
From the moment she said “I’m here to make you look good, not just for a sale” and usually thats total BS from sales people but you could feel her honest genuine care about our feelings and thoughts.
She was upfront about the delay in receiving dresses which is to be expected with how things just seem to run post-covid. Of course thats not her fault. So we bought straight from the rack.
The all around experience with Erin was the best appointment I’ve had in this whole hectic experience of wedding planning. It makes me wish that i would come to this shop before buying my dress and my bridesmaids dresses just to have THAT experience with Erin would have been 10,000x better.
She even pulled colors from the rest of the major people in the wedding to make sure that the overall color schemes looked perfect for my day.
Going forward I will use Erin for any and all dress appointments for any events. Thank you Erin for such an amazing time. -

Amazing Experience
I was so happy with my experience here! I found my dream dress and it was so easy and fun! Stacy Stone is AMAZING! All of the dresses she had me try on were so “me”. I could have said yes to all of them! The one I chose was the first that I tried on and when I tried it on for the second time I just had to call it mine! Everyone in the shop was so kind and really did everything they could to make me feel special. I HIGHLY recommend saying “yes to the dress” here! -

This whole place and, especially Colleen, is why I found my dream dress!
Colleen is an angel! If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have gone from trying a wedding dress on for the first time, to finding the absolute ONE in only an hour and a half! She made the whole thing so easy, really listened to my feedback and made me feel so comforable. The whole experience was professional, cheerful, pleasant and efficient with the entire stafe But I have got to give Colleen a giant shoutout for her stellar work performance! Anyone coming in should definitley ask for her!1 -

The ladies that work here are so helpful, we found my dress on stop 1! I brought in pictures and shared my Pinterest board and they found the perfect match. They were also very helpful in finding a seamstress and a place to have the dress cleaned. Highly recommend! -

I had gone to three other stores before I made it to Town and Country Bridal. It was such a different experience. They brought my party a drink, talked to us like we were family, let us pick dresses and pulled some as we went based on my feedback. They were so professional and so kind. They were mindful of my budget and ultimately I have the experience shopping I had hoped for. They were knowledgeable of brands,materials, and were able to ask me questions in a way to narrow down what I ultimately liked! I would recommend their facility to anyone and everyone. I said yes to my dream dress and veil here. I paid more than other dresses I had looked at but less than my max budget but the dress quality did not compare. -

I had such a great experience at T&C! Gina is the sweetest!! I had no clue what I wanted and I gave her the freedom to bring in whatever she wanted to. I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on... could be coincidence or because she is awesome - either way I was a happy girl! I ultimately purchased my dress, veil, and shoes from T&C. Noone else in STL provides a better bride experience than T&C! Thank you for your dress selection! And, a special thank you to Gina!! -

Customized dream dress!
T&C Bridal was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They really listened to what I was going for with a gown but made sure I tried all possible options before deciding! Even after my decision they helped me communicate with the designer to make the adjustments that transformed my image in my head to my dream gown! -

Jenny was wonderful. New my tastes better than I did. Looked online for months at dresses and liked nothing. Found EXACTLY what I wanted in a wedding dress. I was treated wonderfully and finding the dress process was made simple and stress free because of Town and Country Bridal. -
Erin Sent on 12/29/2017I had a wonderful experience at Town and Country bridal!! After appointments at 3 other salons (1 in Columbia, 2 others in STL) I was worried about being able to find the perfect dress. I tried on many, many dresses ranging from $200-$5000, but I just couldn't find what I was looking for - I was one of THOSE brides apparently. After being greeting with a mimosa (bless your souls! haha), my stylist (Diane maybe? Sorry, it has been a long time!) was so patient and helpful. I learned a lot about the bridal gown industry from sizing, to how designers think/design for certain brides and body types, to fabric types, and more. I ended up with the most beautiful Augusta Jones dress that was unlike any dress I had tried on, and my stylist was so knowledgeable that she knew I needed a couple custom adjustments (pre-production, not alterations) to make the dress even more perfect. She even had recommendations for shoes and who to use for alterations. We ended up being there 45 minutes or so past closing (so sorry!) but they were so nice and never made us feel rushed like some of the other places. Despite 'only' carrying a handful of designers, there was such a wide range of dress styles to chose from. So glad I made an appointment here!

I can not say enough things about Town and Country and its staff. My mom and I started virtual with Erin to help her find her mother dress. We then met in person and Erin was seriously a God send to us. My mom has a lot of insecurities and is rather tall so "off the rack" is not an option for her. Erin helped us find the most incredible dress for her and she felt 10/10 on my wedding day. She also helped my mother in law for her dress and outfitted all my bridesmaids in the perfect blue dress staying respectful of their budgets. I also purchased my Martina Liana wedding gown and veil from T&C. All of the consultants I worked with from start to finish were kind, helpful, and professional. They helped me piece together a magnificent look that literally took my husband's breath away. He could not speak for a solid 60 seconds after my reveal. I would also like to thank and endorse Elisa, the in house seamstress they recommended, for fitting my gown to perfection. I 10/10 recommend Town and Country for your bridal, bridesmaid, and mother needs. Thank you all. -

It has taken me a little while to come up with the emotional energy to write this review. After a couple people in my wedding party wrote about their experiences, the posts were taken down, ignored, or responded to with the level of indifference you’d expect from the DMV. In fact, the owner had the audacity to flippantly comment on my sister (the maid of honor’s post) that she’d already responded to two posts “related to this one wedding”. Unfortunately for me, this “one wedding” was my one wedding. Even amidst the pandemic, the most stressful part of my wedding was my experience with Town and Country. I purchased my wedding dress here and my husband purchased 6 suits and rented an additional 6 for our groomsmen, ushers, and fathers.
My dress was cut at least one inch too short. It was a floor length gown that I spent almost $3,000 on. The owner is and was aware of this and never once reached out. She actually denied it when my sister brought this to her attention. She literally told my sister that I was fine with the cut. I’m not fine and I never gave her reason to believe I was.
With regards to the suits all I can say is that the miscommunications were extraordinary. We did not know if all of our groomsmen would have suits or shoes that fit until the evening of our wedding. One groomsman had to visit a private residence to meet with a seamstress just hours before rehearsal.
I could go into detail much further but I’m confident that this post will be taken down, I’m still upset from this experience, and I’ve seen the kind of “response” that comes from this business.
