  Amazing! Super awesome about what we wanted to hear.

  Outstanding! They really took what we wanted and made it happen. A mixture of all types of music we like. All guests were dancing on the floor and had an amazing time. Super great on making sure we got to experience what we wanted.

  Better than we could have ever imagined

  Listen, everyone. Michael exceeded our expectations in every single way possible. We literally couldn’t have asked God for a better dj and addition to our wedding. Because that’s what he was, he wasn’t a dI at our wedding, he was a dj that literally helped the wedding become what it was. He was involved, he was a crucial part to our wedding. He and his crew were absolutely perfect. They had the utmost respect for everyone involved and helped make our wedding become one to remember forever. Without him and his crew, I swear to you, none of it would have been possible. If you do not choose Michael and his crew, you are making a mistake. If you want to have the wedding or any party of your dreams, choose him. The music was perfect. We didn’t even tell him what to play. We entrusted him with everything and literally, every single person danced their faces off. I was so happy to see so many people jamming out to the wonderful tunes he was playing. He doesn’t disappoint and exceeds expectations in every way possible. I cannot find one negative thing to say, every thing I have to say is beyond wonderful. Michael, I can’t thank you and your team enough. You guys absolutely killed it.

  Amazing and perfect wedding thanks to DJ Squints & staff!

  DJ Squints (Michael) went above and beyond to make our wedding day and night perfect! He is absolutely fabulous and all of our guests were raving about him the entire night. Our dance floor was packed until the end which is exactly what we had hoped for. He was super helpful and communicated everything to our guests so they knew what was going on throughout the night. He is incredibly professional and very easy to work with, including his photo booth staff! Overall, I would highly recommend him!

  DJ Squints (Michael) went above and beyond to make our wedding day and night perfect! He is absolutely fabulous and all of our guests were raving about him the entire night.   Look no further, the Total team is the BEST!

  Look no further! My wife and I got married April 2019. Our family and friends still talk about the music at our wedding to this day! We hired Mike and from the first day we met him at the Total studio we knew he was our DJ. Mike and the entire Total staff are so accommodating from the planning process to the last song of the evening! We danced all night, the music was perfect. It was like they personally knew our family and friends. We had the platinum package with 4 tv screens, photo montages for our first dance and parent dances. We also added fireworks and dry ice for our first dance, this made our wedding feel like a fairytale. Mike and the Total team are true professionals.

  We honestly couldn't have thought about choosing anyone else but Mike for our DJ! Total DJ Entertainment went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was great from start to finish! I don't think there was any part of the night that no one was on the dance floor! They sure know how to keep the crowd going! Our wedding would have no been the same with out Mike and his staff! from the music to the photo booth to the drums everything was amazing. We can't thank them enough & we will defiantly be using them again

  Mike Squitieri, Joe, & Luigi were the game changer in my wedding, simply put. Their DJing brought it to an unforgettable level.
  
  I had and continue to have people tell me: "that was the most fun I have ever had at a wedding" and "best music at a wedding I've ever heard." I would just like to tell you I rented a hall in September 2016 in Dutchess County, NY (where I am from, I currently live in NYC) at a rustic summer camp - so you know if people are telling me it was the best wedding they have ever been to it wasn't all the food, bells and whistles of the venue making them think that - it was the MUSIC. Mike, Joe & Luigi ranged from classics and mo-town that got everyone from 18-75 on the dance floor to songs me and my 20-somethings loved, to classics that kept everyone dancing. This wedding I wanted to be fun and a party and in a nutshell that is exactly what it was....all in thanks to the music. I had the party start as soon as we were announced, literally. I gave them 6 slow songs I wanted and a list of dance music, they played every single one...and made all their choices reflect our style off that. Should I not have had such specific requests, they still would have killed it. Which is something I really recommend...and the dance floor was packed, and after dinner packed again. And when around 11pm it transitioned into just the under 40's left on the dance floor this crew noted that and the music reflected it. Oh, and when I asked to keep it going til 1am, they smiled and we kept the party going.

  PS They did my uplighting too which completely reinvented the room - WORTH it.

  We just used Total DJ for our wedding, and we can truly say that Mike made our wedding night so amazing!! He did everything so perfectly and did an awesome job at keeping our guests on the dance floor the entire night!! He had a perfect playlist and did a great mix of both recent music and older music for the mix of ages in our crowd. He was also great at balancing the slow dancing with regular music!! From the moment we started working with Mike to the night of our wedding, he was so personable, professional, and accommodating. He made sure everything was taken care of for us that night, and put together a beautiful photo montage for us. The set up at the wedding was absolutely beautiful. We had so much fun and our guests did not stop dancing the entire night!! Mike made our wedding night perfect and seamless and we would highly recommend him to any couple!!!

From the first day we sat down to discuss our plans, Mike made us feel at ease, we trusted that Total DJ would take care of us and help us keep the party going all night. What was really special, was that during the reception, DJ Mike made a reference to something that was in our vows during the ceremony! The next day, all our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the music was, and how much fun they had on the dance floor!! :)

  Our wedding was June 4th at west hills country club- it was the BEST night!! We absolutely love Mike & his team!!! Everything was perfect!! he did such a great job with our ceremony music and reception!! everyone was on the dance floor all night!!! Mike was a pleasure to work with- we would highly recommend him!!

  Mike & his team were highly recommend to me by countless people! I never had to make a song list, with the exception of a few important songs (1st dance, entrance song, etc.) He told me they would assess the crowd and play what they felt was appropriate. My dance floor was packed all night! We had an Irish/Italian wedding and both sides had a blast & said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I couldn't have been happier & didn't have to worry about a thing! Plus we used their photo booth and I got to go home with the best pictures of my guests have a great time! I highly recommend Total DJ Entertainment Group!

  My husband and I got married on September 19th, 2015 and we had Mike and his crew from Total DJ Entertainment dj our wedding. There are not enough words to describe how incredibly happy we were with our choice in this company. The music and entertainment they provided were absolutely phenomenal and exactly what we asked for. Their equipment setup and televisions were classy and beautiful. The dance floor was constantly packed the entire night. Our guests were telling us all night long and for weeks after the wedding how amazing the music was! We even had one of our guests book this company for an event they have this year because of how much they loved the services they provided! Mike and his company completely exceeded all of our expectations and made it a night my husband and I and our guests will never forget. We would HIGHLY recommend this company for any type of event you are looking to have!!!

  Mike made it all so easy for us from the beginning.....From the first time we met him, we loved him and booked immediately. He made us feel extremely comfortable and listened to what we were looking for. He even made great suggestions for first dance, entrance songs and so on. The night of the wedding everyone was dancing all night. People are still talking about our wedding night years later, and of course we are still recommending Mike!

  Mike made it all so easy for us from the beginning.....From the first time we met him, we loved him and booked immediately. He made us feel extremely comfortable and listened to what we were looking for. He even made great suggestions for first dance, entrance songs and so on.   So disappointed!

  While whoever showed up to DJ our wedding had everyone on the dance floor, it was not who we hired. On top of sending someone different there was poor communication between the owner and his employee because the DJ had no idea what we asked to be played. We met with the owner the week before the wedding and gave song requests and specifically said we did not want any oldies played and the first 6 songs of the wedding were 70s and 80s music. When my mother approached the DJ and told him this is not what we wanted he rolled his eyes and said well how am I supposed to know. On top of that we paid for a photo booth which had a closed sign taped to it half the night. The DJ approached us at the end of the night and apologized for not meeting our expectations and seemed genuine but I would not recommend this company.

  Overall, Total DJ did a good job for my wedding, but if I had to do it over again, I’d go with someone else. The music was good and the guests had a good time, but what went on “behind the scenes” left me with a bad taste. We had spoken with the owner several times about being the DJ for our wedding and he assured us he would be there. In fact, we were verbally told it cost more money to specifically have him there, which we paid because we liked him. Come wedding day, without warning, he didn’t show up and sent two people that we had never spoken to before in his place. That was stressful enough, but then we had to spend time throughout our wedding night going over the details with the new people, that we’d already gone over in our pre-wedding meeting with the owner, which was annoying. The final nail in the coffin was the DJ playing the wrong song for my dance with my stepdad (I requested You’ve Got A Friend by James Taylor, I got the Toy Story theme song “You’ve Got a Friend”), not what I was looking for and really upsetting as it ruined the dance for me. I personally wouldn't use them again. Entertainment is an important part of a wedding and I wouldn't want anyone to be blindsided like we were.

  Michael Squitieri could have ruined my daughter’s wedding.....

  Do not use Michael Squitieri and Total DJ Entertainment. He sent a person to run the Photo Booth at our daughters wedding May 4, 2019 who stole envelopes from the box provided for guests to place their gifts in. He hires criminals with no background check. Michael Squitieri repeatedly promised my daughter, myself and my daughter’s fiancé that he would be the DJ present at their wedding. Michael sent someone else with no forewarning to us. On the most important day of our daughter’s life, every single person at the party was deeply heartbroken by the absolutely disgusting act perpetrated on us due to Michael Squitieri and Total DJ Entertainment. He won’t show up as promised. Believe the many bad reviews. Do not believe Michael Squitieri. Do not use this company.

  Horrible service

  I hired Mike to do my wedding. Sadly on the day of the event he refused to use my song list and played his own tracks. This lead to the dance floor being empty the entire night. We pleaded with him to play the requests people were bringing but still he refused. After 2 hours of this I heard him say that he was going to leave And go home because my wedding was “dead”. I do not recomend Mike.

  Mike didn’t show up At Villa barone Hilltop manor. They never played our song list. Messed up the introduction names to. Mike promised to show up to my wedding but he was not there. He sent his other guys to do it instead of what was stated in the contract. The wedding did not go as planned and promises are not kept by this company. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional.

  Don’t waste your money.

  I chose Total Dj for my wedding and I wish i didnt. My guests made many requests but he never catered to their requests. The sound quality was also poor.
