  The Best Decision!

  My daughter and her fiancé were having trouble moving forward, with how overwhelming planning a wedding can be. Bringing Karen in was the answer. Her consultation is so thorough, she really gets to know you and brings in her experience to help you more clearly define your vision. Literally, the wedding couldn’t have been more perfect. As a destination wedding, Karen put in additional work which isn’t the norm in Maryland. She is in constant contact with vendors. One of my definitive moments is when I was checking on some detail and she said ‘you go on and enjoy yourself, I’ll take care of it’- which is exactly what you expect and want of a wedding planner! Even if it was something not specifically discussed, she has worked with you so well, she knows exactly what you want 😊 highly recommend

  Mrs. Liston has been easy to work with and is great with the details. No matter what I ask, she has been a “make it happen” person. I appreciate all her extra effort and I feel like she is really passionate about what she does!! Can’t wait for the BIG DAY!!! I’m so excited!

  A great wedding

  Our wedding had a lot of moving parts and some non-traditional elements. We also had only 4 months to plan and execute. Karen was straight down to business and helped us feel confident that we were not dropping any balls. Kim stepped in on the event execution side and made sure the day went smoothy. There was still a significant amount of work and stress that we took on, but we feel we got excellent value our of our engagement with Top Shelf Wedding Planners.

  Amazing experience!

  I am so glad I hired TSWP! From my first phone call with Karen, I knew immediately that she knew what she was doing and felt so confident in moving forward with our decision to hire her! She helped find that last vendor or two and was great to bounce ideas off of. She was super helpful the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, taking the lead in helping to create a timeline, contacting and confirming vendors. She and Breanna were so helpful with setting out our items like our card box, place cards, signs and some decor. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Thank you ladies!!

  Best Decision to hire a Wedding Planner

  During the beginning stages I had no idea where to start planning. After speaking with Karen, we were able to bring my wedding day vision to life! She helped me hire all my vendors, we worked on a color pallet, created a timeline and so much more. She was my total support system when I needed an objective opinion. It was refreshing to know that Karen and her team were there to handle everything for on our wedding day. She not only made me feel at ease, she was pleasant and professional even with my crazy family! Best decision I made for my wedding was to hire Top Shelf in particular.

I highly recommend TSWP, your day will run so smoothly and stress free, we couldn't have done it with out them.

  Wedding cancelled but had a great experience while it lasted

  My son was getting married and We gifted the bride a day of coordinator since her parents were out of state. We did a zoom with Brittany and Karen and we hit it off immediately. They have plenty of experience, had great ideas and we were able to work with Karen and she would point us in the right direction with their extensive vendor list. We were to start working with Brittany next month as the day-of-coordinator but unfortunately the wedding has been called off.
  
  Brittany was experienced with our venue in Arlington, VA and that was a great fit for our needs.

  Karen and Brittany are knowledgeable and highly experienced wedding planners. They provided great support and advise leading up to our wedding and listened to what we wanted. On the day of the wedding Brittany was amazing, she was a crutch for me and took the reins which allowed me to relax and enjoy the day. She had the vendors and wedding party well organized and on time. She went out of her way to make everything perfect. I highly recommend TSWP!

  Wonderful Wedding Planner

  We had Brittany as our wedding planner for our wedding this past weekend. I cannot even find enough kind and gracious words to describe our experience. She hit it out of the park in every aspect. She made everything seem effortless and took the stresses out of every situation. She was kind, fun, prepared, and knowledgeable with everything “wedding”. She made sure everything we wanted for our big day was perfect. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further.   Amazing Planners

  Where to I even start, maybe with a thank you from the bottom of my heart! Karen was everything we had hoped for and needed for our wedding planning and day of. She helped us from start to finish. Karen is super attentive, personable, and fun to work with, you can truly see how much she loves planning weddings. She was punctual, communicative, and super creative through out the entire process. She listened to us about how we wanted everything to look on our wedding day and delivered on every level (and then some). I will always recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

  Where to I even start, maybe with a thank you from the bottom of my heart! Karen was everything we had hoped for and needed for our wedding planning and day of. She helped us from start to finish. Karen is super attentive, personable, and fun to work with, you can truly see how much she loves planning weddings. She was punctual, communicative, and super creative through out the entire process. She listened to us about how we wanted everything to look on our wedding day and delivered on every level (and then some). I will always recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

  Excellent wedding planner!

  Karen was great to work with! She was detail oriented, organized, and pleasant. She also came through with a new hair/MUA for me and my bridesmaids when my original person had to cancel last minute...ten days before my wedding! She made our special day run smoothly and both my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day without a care in the world.

  Perfectly executed!

  Karen was incredibly helpful in making our wedding day very special! We needed a fairly quick turnaround and Karen was able to successfully navigate all the moving parts to create a phenomenal experience. Her staff was well-prepared and knowledgeable.   I LOVE the Top Shelf wedding team, any couple would be lucky to have them as their day-of-coordinator. I can't recommend them enough. Their vendor recommendations were perfect and the timeline, was precise! We had multiple guests say that it was the bet wedding ever and we agree. Thanks team Top Shelf!!!

  Made things so much less stressful!

  Karen and Kim were fantastic and made our day flow with ease, less stress, and did an amazing job with the decor! They were flexible with all our changes due to covid and venue changes! Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
