Just amazing!
Larry Nosbish was one of the BEST vendors of our entire wedding. He was more than just a DJ! He really helped the flow of the entire event, and went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional, kind, and experienced DJ. He really knows his stuff and makes the whole process less stressful. The absolute best DJ
DJ Larry was the absolute best to work with. He was easy to communicate with. Day of he helped make sure the sound system was all good and that our officiant was mic'd up & ready! He helped reception run smooth with timing of speeches and dances. When it came to dancing portion of the evening he read the crowd so well. We truly could not have asked for a better DJ!

Best DJ in the biz!!
Larry was BY FAR our favorite DJ that we interviewed. First of all, he is personable, knowledgeable, humorous and kind. He was super responsive to all communication whether it was a phone call or an email and punctual with meetings. He was considerate with our rather lengthy music playlist that we sent him before the big day and executed it beautifully. He was able to answer all our questions and made suggestions where needed about processional and recessional music and was also willing to learn about the game that we made up for the reception. He was familiar with our venue (BCI) and informed us which corner of the room was best. His sound and light system is incredible and looked very neat and classy on the dance floor. He dressed professionally and made the day run smoothly and flawlessly, to say the least. I would recommend Larry 10/10 times over and over again.

Larry did an excellent job at our wedding last month! He did a great job of reading the crowd and choosing songs to keep everyone on the dance floor. He was easy to communicate with leading up to our wedding and offered guidance for song selections when we weren’t sure what to choose. Highly recommend!

Hire him!!
Perfection is hard in this world, but Larry was literally perfect as our wedding DJ: responsive when we initially reached out, low-key with no extra unnecessary work or forms to fill out, fun and easy to work with when it came time to plan the details, and a fantastic lighthearted presence the day of the wedding. Our package included service during our ceremony, happy hour, dinner, and dancing, and he nailed all aspects -- even though we used some custom tracks and had various speakers and singers throughout the night. He was the de facto emcee as the crowd moved around the venue for different events and as we needed various announcements and activities kicked off. The dance floor was packed, and Larry was attentive to what we'd asked for. We're sad we only get married once and don't get a chance to work with him again.

Incredible Experience!!
Larry with Top Hat entertainment was one of the best decisions we made with our wedding vendors! The dancing portion of our wedding was my absolute favorite part! He played all the music we requested, and then added in some songs that I absolutely loved that I would have never thought to play! He felt the vibe of the crowd and our guests loved it and were dancing the entire time! The ceremony music was also incredibly special and he provided excellent recommendations for that portion as well. He even surprised us during the dancing with a very special song (I will not spoil the surprise for future couples but it was amazing!!) I truly wish we could re-live the dancing again and again, I honestly cannot recommend Top Hat Entertainment enough.

You will love Top Hat Entertainment!
Working with Larry was the best experience my wife and I could have hoped for! Larry is kind, relatable, and will help you have the wedding of your dreams. He is there to answer all of your questions throughout the process, and he has a huge list of music options that are sure to keep your guests on the dance floor. Everybody at my wedding complimented the music, and the dance floor did not stop or lull once throughout the entire event.
However, Larry's excellence as a wedding DJ does not stop with the music he plays. He also builds in fun little treats throughout the day to keep everybody engaged, such as a "guess the theme song" game that was used to release tables to get food. He also made the final dance of the evening incredibly special and sentimental, but I will not give away any spoilers here since it is a great surprise. (But trust me, it is worth the wait!)
Larry had song recommendations for any mood we wanted to set throughout the wedding, and he is a delight to work with. I would recommend Larry to anybody who asks!

Amazing, so easy to work with, ultimate professional
Larry is more than a DJ, he is the ultimate wedding Emcee. For our wedding, he was on top of communicating and planning from the first day we hired him. He reads the crowd perfectly—he even had me, a non-dancer, on the dance floor all night. My wedding photographer pointed out his sound set up is impeccable. It was never too loud next to the speakers, but the sound was also consistently loud enough at the far end of the room. His level of professionalism and charm set the tone for our entire wedding. He also double checked information at certain points during our wedding and caught changes we had forgotten to mention. He quickly adjusted and smoothly rolled with the changes. He made the entire wedding day timeline so easy and clear, and everyone commented how smoothly everything progressed.

Classy fun DJ
Thank you to Larry for his professionalism at our daughter’s wedding at Skyview Resort in Estes Park this past weekend. I appreciated so many things about our experience with Larry. Professionally dressed for our beautiful venue. We had a couple sensitive last minute changes and Larry was so flexible and made it work for us. He was on time and ready to go. He prep’d everyone that needed to speak including our officiant. He kept us all on the dance floor all night. He kept our event ruining smoothly without ever feeling rushed. He did an outstanding job managing the dance floor especially with the mix of music the bride and groom provided. There was a moment I will never forget when my daughter’s voice came over the song that was playing and I stopped and realized it was a clip of her vows, special! I got a little misty: Oh and Larry is so fun!!! 5 star review, if you have an event of dancers, Larry is your guy! Special thanks to him for making our daughter’s wedding so fun and memorizable! Larry was very present but you never felt his presence which is the reason for his 5 star rating! Great experience!

Larry was amazing. I knew we picked a good one the first time we spoke on the phone about his time in a hair band. While everyone cares about the music (which is obviously important), don't forget the responsibility of MCing and ensuring the wedding moves smoothly from event to event. Larry did a phenomenal job keeping the schedule on track and also preparing everyone who had a role (like toasts, cake cutting, etc) to ensure they were comfortable and ready.
Larry also had an amazing setup, super professional gear, including speakers, lights, and microphones. It's clear that he takes this seriously and the performance shows.
Finally, his music was amazing. We asked for a smattering of 80s songs, 90s-2000s throwbacks, and some modern songs, but no top 40 or anything like that. There wasn't a single song played that everyone wasn't out on the dance floor for. It was quite amazing and one of the best experiences we have had with a wedding DJ.
If you're considering DJs, you should stop looking and give Larry a call!

Awesome DJ!
Larry did an AMAZING job for our wedding, especially with helping me surprise my husband with the "flower bro" before I walked out. He did a great job with music throughout the night, had a fun trivia game to release guests to the buffet and was even able to record our vows and play them over music at the end of the night for a special touch. I would recommend him without hesitation, you will not be disappointed! Affordable, professional and a whole lot of fun!

Fantastic experience from start to finish
Larry from Top Hat Entertainment was a pleasure to work with in every capacity. He provided everything that we asked for and more - when we were planning with him, he gave excellent insight and advice for situations that we never thought of, in addition to working with all of our requests and improving those, too. Throughout the entire process, he responded quickly and professionally. Larry was the best DJ! We had so many compliments after the reception about how well the music flowed all night and that the song choices were top notch. I've never seen a wedding like this where everyone was on the dance floor for the ENTIRE time. People were having too much fun to even go get a drink. You would be crazy to not choose Larry. I promise you that hiring Larry will be your best vendor choice of the wedding.

Look No Further for a DJ!!!
If I could give a rank higher than 5 stars, I would. Larry, with Top Hat Entertainment, is an outstanding DJ. He is exceptionally professional and extremely good at what he does. He kept our dance floor active all night and played a broad collection of songs from 60's nostalgia to today's pop. He was able to weave our fun playlist in with my guest's requests with smooth transitions of the songs. If my family and friends are getting married in Colorado, I'd pay to have him at their wedding.

Wedding DJ
Larry at Top Hat Entertainment was a delight to work with. My husband and I had to postpone our 2020 wedding to 2021 due to COVID, and we had to find a new DJ after the one we originally booked didn't work out. Larry was available, responsive, friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our somewhat special requests around different locations needing music support (e.g. our first dance that we did outdoors instead of inside the building). Larry provided help where we needed it, like finding ideas for ceremony and grand entrance music. And when the time came to execute on the event, he was great! He helped keep the timeline on track when my wedding coordinator disappeared, and he played awesome crowd-pleasing songs that got everyone on the dance floor. 10/10 would recommend Larry!

Larry was wonderful to work with. Song choices were excellent - we actually had guests tell us later that they had a hard time figuring out when to sit and take a break from dancing because every song that came on was too good to sit down! Larry also helped facilitate a good flow of events throughout the reception. Communication beforehand was great as Larry is quick to respond and leads you through the planning process to make sure all the details are perfect. We would definitely recommend!

Party All Night Long
Top Hat Entertainment (Larry) provided the audio and DJ services for our wedding three years ago. I can honestly say here we are three years later, and everyone at our wedding and reception still talks about the DJ and how much fun they had. He was open to last-minute changes, and he was great at reading the crowd to make sure everyone felt included. We didn't know until after the fact that the people at the venue for other events were trying to get into ours because of the music and the laughter coming from the reception. If we ever do another event that requires DJ services, we would certainly reach out to Top Hat Entertainment first.

Larry is THE MAN!!!
Larry is the GOAT!! He was EXTREMELY professional and so much fun to work with. We really wanted a party and for everyone to be dancing and having fun. Larry could read the room so well he made that a reality for us. Our dance floor was packed from beginning to end. He helped us so much with the timeline in preparation, and with what songs we needed to pick for which part of the day. He gave us suggestions and advice when we needed it, knew exactly when to fade in and out the particular songs (precessional, grand entrance, first dances, etc.) which was a huge help. You can totally tell he's likely done hundreds, if not thousands of weddings, really knows his stuff! Larry helped things run so smoothly the entire day. He had a fog and bubble machine for our grand entrance which was epic. We got so many compliments on how professional he was and how much fun he made our night. He truly made our wedding the greatest night of our lives, so magical and perfect. We attended eight (!!!!!!) weddings this year and you can really tell the difference in a DJ, who knows and loves what they are doing and a DJ who doesn't. Out of all the DJs we observed at these weddings this summer, Larry was HANDS DOWN the best, by far. My piece of advice, always splurge on your DJ. You wont regret it. Hire Larry! It will be the best decision you will ever make! We have now unofficially adopted him as our Funcle (Fun Uncle) Larry. He forever has a piece of our hearts.

Larry is the best! Professional, responsive, fair price, and can get your guests moving. The dance floor at our wedding was full from start to finish, we got so many compliments from our guests on the music, multiple people told us it was the best dance they had ever been to at a wedding. Our reception ran a few minutes behind schedule and it was no issue at all, Larry was incredibly easy to work with. I would recommend Larry to anyone in a heartbeat!

Larry was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end! There were several times Larry was reaching out to me to keep me on track, which was much appreciated while planning a wedding out of state.
Larry isn't just a DJ, he is a personal assistant, wedding planner, etc.! He ensured we were all lined up correctly and ready to walk down the aisle before he got back to the music! :) He also made sure to round everyone up throughout the evening when it was time for certain events.
We couldn't be more pleased with the service Larry provided!! We hope one day we will be able to utilize his services again.

Hands down one of THE BEST DJs around! Larry was super professional and turned our wedding reception into one big party (non-stop dancing). All the guests at the wedding loved him and were raving about him. Larry Knows How to DJ!
Let me tell you- my wedding was canceled 3 weeks before our date and I had to rebook a different date. Larry was open and I am SO GLAD we found him! Larry knows how to read a crowd and I didn’t have a lot of dancers in my guest list- but there was always a crew dancing! He made things very effortless and made our night one to remember. You will not regret picking Larry as your DJ! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Both fun and professional. He kept the crowd happy all night and we had so many compliments on the music choices. I never heard the pre ceremony music, but so many guest commented on the classic, but also modern music choices! Planning a wedding is stressful, but using Top Hat made that much less stressful. I didn’t have to worry about a thing with music or DJ and neither will you! Larry knows what he’s doing and he’s good at it!

Wow! We could not be happier about our choice to have Larry (Top Hat Entertainment) for our wedding! He was amazing from start to finish. From our communications prior (We were traveling in for a destination wedding), he was so helpful at our first meeting in person, with great suggestions, and our wedding day was perfect with the help of Larry throughout. On our wedding day, he was on top of every aspect. Everything was perfectly coordinated during every portion of our special day. The grand entrance was awesome, the dance special, and he even had some amazing "surprises" for us. It was so much fun!!

Larry is the MAN in every way! Larry put on a great show, was unbelievably flexible, communicative, and made our wedding night the most memorable party we could have asked for. Larry has all the gear you could ever think of to rock the house, he will do anything you ask and better than you imagined. I would say if you are not going to use Top Hat Entertainment you are missing out on a great experience. Larry is a real pro at what he does, and you will be able to tell immediately he is going to take care of you. We had a very unusual wedding theme (Happy Gilmore golf themed) and Larry even dressed as Bob Barker with a golf glove and all. The music, lights, jokes, trivia, Larry went out of his way to get people engaged and keep the energy at maximum all night. Larry turned our wedding into an amazing night that all my friends and family are still talking about. Do not second guess yourself and go with Larry and Top Hat Entertainment.

Such a great night!
Throughout the entire process Larry was great to work with! He was very responsive and helpful when I had questions, and also had many helpful suggestions. He went through the entire wedding timeline during our wedding planning meeting and he shared what would be happening throughout the night with us and answered all of our questions. It was so helpful to know what to expect! On our wedding day, Larry did an incredible job! He was professional and was able to read the crowd to play the perfect music! During one of the last songs, Larry put a voiceover of us saying our vows with a song. It was such a special moment to be able to dance with my husband, and listen to us say our vows. We are so incredibly thankful that we found Larry at Top Hat Entertainment. When first looking around for DJ's, we had absolutely no clue what kinds of questions we needed to be asking or what any of the terms meant. From the very first phone call, Larry described the process of the wedding and how he would be involved in the process. He took the time to explain different lighting and sound options, and it really made us feel so confident in our decision. We were so lucky to have found Larry. He was so much run to work with and very helpful with thoughts and insights we would have never thought of prior to our first meeting with him. We did out diligence of meeting a few DJ's but as soon as we left our meeting with Larry, we knew he was our guy. He was so easy to work with and was a true entertainer. The dance floor was filled all night and he read the crowd perfectly, mixing in fast and slow songs, new music with the classics. He even tossed in a surprise at the end of the night that neither of us saw coming and was one of our favorite moments.

Larry did an amazing job as the DJ for our July wedding in Estes Park. Not only was he on top of all the deadlines, but he also made sure to go over all the details with us. He was patient and always prepared for our meetings. One thing that really stood out to my husband and I is that he made sure he knew how to pronounce all the names of the bridal party, parents, and grandparents. He did a wonderful job of reading the crowd at our wedding and kept us dancing ALL night. My husband and I never knew how much the DJ controls the flow of the reception from the grand entrance to dinner and dancing, and the send off, but Larry did an amazing job which allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy our wedding and reception rather than feel like we had to constantly check on other details.

All Around Amazing!
We hired Larry after seeing all the glowing reviews and boy are we glad we did! Larry is professional, friendly, and just a pleasure to be around. He goes above and beyond to make your special day perfect long before the day even happens. We were nervous at first since we were in Chicago and he was in Colorado but we did get the opportunity to meet him at his house beforehand when we were doing our in-person meeting with vendors a few months before our wedding. But even if we didn’t have the chance to do that Larry would’ve had it all under control. If you are nervous about hiring someone you may never meet beforehand Top Hat is the way to go.
Larry makes sure everyone is on the same page before the day of your wedding (because who wants to add another stressor to the actual wedding day!?) and ensures it goes off without a hitch. When things change the morning of, because there are always hiccups, Larry was completely composed and casual about the changes. It’s like he has seen it all before and makes you feel super calm about everything. Then there’s the actual ceremony and reception. Larry sets up everything and makes sure the mics are all good to go hours in advance and he brings the heat for the dance portion. We had a small wedding of only 40 guests (a little under half who weren’t drinking) so we were worried that it was going to be a tough order to get people dancing but Larry killed it. He takes requests and makes it happen. We are SO happy with his services. He even threw in a special surprise during the night but were keeping that one hush hush ;) Book him now!

The whole package!
Larry at TopHat was amazing to work with!! He provided both our ceremony music and music during our reception. We met with him prior to the wedding which helped us structure our ceremony and reception and he was able to get a feel for the music we wanted during out wedding. The music during the ceremony was well picked out and not over overpowering and he worked with our officiant to have the timing down for everything. It was also great that he provided wireless microphones and speakers so everyone at our ceremony could hear the officiant and us during our vows. During the reception he was able to read the crowd and beautifully blended dance songs with slower songs so that everyone was moving the entire time. Also, the lighting and smoke effects he provided helped set a great ambiance and really tied the music into the venue. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ!

Hire this man!
Larry is an exceptional DJ and was so easy to work with. We were planning a wedding from out of state and he made the whole process worry and stress free. Communication with him was smooth, he was responsive and always answered all our questions. We were able to meet with Larry once and he was very accommodating. When we met with him, he was prepared with worksheets to facilitate how the reception would go. He was extremely thorough and made picking the entertainment details of the evening easy.
At the reception, he played wonderful music during the cocktail hour. He selected beautiful music for the cake cutting and other events that we didn’t even think of. Then after dinner, he kept everyone on the dance floor and really set the mood of the evening. He kept it lively and all our guests were so complimentary of him.
He did an outstanding job of announcing for us and keeping the evening on track and on schedule. We changed a few things throughout the evening and Larry was able to accommodate and go with it. He is a great guy and I would work with him over and over again if I could. He helped to make the reception perfect and looking back on the evening, it is all good memories thanks to Larry.

SO glad that we hired Larry with Top Hat Entertainment!!
We were on the fence about how much we wanted to invest in a DJ as there is such a wide range of prices and folks to choose from. Boy, I am SO glad that we ended up going with Larry as his personality, experience, responsiveness and overall awesomeness added so much to our special day. We threw quite a few requests at him right from the beginning and he executed everything flawlessly. He did a great job on the sound for our ceremony, putting together a mash-up for our first dance as a surprise to our guests, and providing a super fun dancing experience for our guests of all ages. He may not be the cheapest guy you will find but you really do get what you pay for and a DJ can make or break the reception experience. I cannot recommend Larry with Top Hat Entertainment highly enough!!

So happy we chose Larry!
Larry was instrumental in the flow of our reception. He kept us on schedule yet was flexible enough to make sure we enjoyed every minute! He did a great job of announcing all the events, was professional but so fun, and very organized and knowledgeable. We appreciated how he paid attention to the small details, like how he made sure the most important people like our parents and grandmas were present before big events like cake cutting and the first dance. Our guests loved the music, there was a great variety and very danceable! Larry was also very accommodating by playing some Mexican music for my husband’s family. Having a great DJ took so much stress away from us, our parents, and even our other vendors! We would definitely rocommend Larry to anyone and everyone!!

The RIGHT choice!
We hired Larry because we wanted someone with excellent reviews who we could trust to make our day fun and stress-free. He was definitely the right choice!
Let me start by saying my husband and I didn't really know what we wanted AT ALL, and Larry was EXCELLENT at helping us figure it out! From day one he was patient, kind, friendly, and super accommodating.
On our wedding day he did the ceremony and reception, and he was excellent. The sound quality was great (even outside) and the entire evening flowed smoothly and seamlessly. He's a great MC and really knows how to direct the flow of an event, and during the dancing he read the crowd very well. Our guests had a great time, and it's largely due to Larry :)
I would recommend him to anyone who wants an experienced DJ who can handle the night for you.

Wonderful DJ
Larry is just so wonderful! He is truly amazing at what he does and it’s clear that he loves doing it! He was so responsive and very helpful during our planning meeting, and he really followed our song list! We were so happy with the music choices all night and had an absolute blast at our reception. His sweet gesture of playing back some our vows to each other during a slow song also had me sobbing. Larry is such a genuine and caring guy and a wonderful DJ. He was our absolute favorite vendor to work with and we can’t recommend him highly enough!

My husband and I had a great time at our wedding. Larry was wonderful to work with and gave us a lot of information and helped us with our vision. Everyone said how great our reception was and the dance floor always had someone on it. Highly recommend Larry.

Larry! I smile just thinking about how amazing he made our wedding day. He was absolute perfection to work with. My (now) husband and I were pretty particular about music selections for the ceremony and reception and Larry was so accommodating and made our dreams come true. He is such a gem and had our dance floor full THE ENTIRE TIME. I read that in a lot of the other reviews about Larry, but wasn't sure if it was true. Let me tell you, he knows how to read a room and put the music on that will get EVERYONE dancing, young and old. People were coming up to me and telling me how much they loved "Lar", everyone felt like he was a member of the family. He truly made our day special and we will never forget him! Thank you, Larry!

Larry was entirely professional, efficient, and was at the core of making the evening go smoothly. He coordinated with all of the other vendors and people speaking/singing at the wedding, which was truly so helpful and ensured everything came together perfectly. Larry was so nice to work with. He was responsive when I had questions, kind to all of our guests, had great recommendations and communicated with the venue over logistics that I didn't have knowledge of. I would highly recommend including him in your big day.

Larry was absolutely amazing! He was dedicated to the event and showed this by having a pre-wedding meeting and then following up with any additional questions he may have had. He was flexible with changes and extremely knowledgable about song choices, length, etc. He was my favorite vendor to work with as his communication and responsiveness were both speedy and accommodating to any questions I had along the way. Larry has a welcoming and upbeat personality. He brought life to the party!

If you're looking for someone who is professional, organized, and will keep a party going, look no further! We met with Larry once before the wedding and we walked away from that meeting feeling as if we were going to be in great hands. Turns out, we were right. Larry showed up on time and set up without needing any direction. He provided the music for our entire event from start to finish, kept our wedding and reception on schedule, and created a play list that kept people on the dance floor all night long. Seriously, Larry is the best!

Larry is the absolute best! Two weeks later and we are still getting compliments on how great the DJ was. He kept the entire ceremony and reception running smoothly and on time without feeling rushed into moving on to the next step. He played all of the best songs while taking requests and inserting a few jokes which the guests loved. I would book Larry every chance I could!

Larry did an amazing job! We met with him beforehand to go over details which put my mind at ease because I knew I wouldn’t have to worry. The music and lighting during our reception set the stage for a perfect evening. Our guests were dancing the entire night! Everyone had so much fun. I can’t praise him enough.
