Everything was perfect! We have been here several times for weddings and everything has always been great. Their decorations at Christmas were beautiful, I didn't have to bring in anything other than my centerpieces to decorate with! The service is always wonderful. I would recommend Tom's Country Place to anyone looking to have a great and memorable wedding day!

We got married at Tom’s and it was truly a dream. Ashley, the venue coordinator was an angel to work with and extremely professional the entire time. No question was too small, and she never made me feel silly for asking. She answered all of my emails by the next day if not that same day. Tom’s was able to follow all of the state mandated guidelines and still provide us with a safe, fun night for everyone! The food was PHENOMENAL (they offer carry out during the week, highly recommend) and the staff packaged it neatly at the end of the night and we were able to enjoy many meals while reliving memories of our day. The bartenders were great and were able to keep up with our heavy crowd, never letting a line form. The venue has beautiful landscape for pictures which we utilized. I honestly have nothing negative to say! Would do it all over again in heartbeat! Thanks Tom’s!!!

Beautiful place to have a wedding especially the outside ceremony area! Ashley was super helpful with the whole process and all of our questions. We also got so many compliments on how much everyone enjoyed the food! Perfect place for a wedding at a pleasantly affordable price!

Absolutely 100% recommend Tom’s Country Place for your event! We had our ceremony and reception there and everything turned out amazing! From the details, options, great food, bar tending service, beautiful garden area, gorgeous interior...they have it here! Additionally, pricing is extremely reasonable and you can bring your own alcohol which also saves you money! I also want to say that Ashley the event coordinator is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to make your day perfect! She is so patient and kind, even with asking a lot of questions. On top of that the changes of planning through a pandemic and having to reschedule our wedding once due to COVID-19. They were so accommodating and clear with how to have a fantastic wedding while keeping everyone safe. They exceeded my expectations! If you are between choosing a place to get married, definitely go with Tom’s Country Place!

Tom's Country Place was amazing. We could not have asked for a better service. They took care of all set up, food, and tear down. We only had to bring then take home our personal decorations. All the staff were so professional and likeable. Ashley, their coordinator, helped us with timing of the night and met with us multiple times to go over every detail of how we wanted our night to go. She was so encouraging and flexible and a big part of why our wedding was so well coordinated.

Tom's Country Place was also extremely forgiving. We had a few last minute changes and they took it all in stride, not charging us any extra or adding any stress to our plate. We really felt taken care of and provided for on such a big day!

Their grounds are beautiful, too, which is a big reason we chose to have our ceremony there as well. Plus it was so nice for our guests to simply walk inside after the ceremony to their cocktail hour, and we could take pictures onsite without everyone driving all over creation.

We would recommend Tom's to anyone who wants a beautiful, seamless, and well-supported wedding. You get beyond what you pay for and they really give you their all at Tom's.

Mary helped us with every aspect of the wedding! Such a great place for an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. The garden area is beautiful.

We had an amazing experience! Even with the start of covid I had no worries because of them. Ashley and the rest of the staff were amazing. We never had to worry about a thing. Everything was set up the way we wanted it and went smoothly. Every question was answered and the food is just AMAZING. We get compliments still about the food and we still get catering for any events we have!

Ashley was so amazing and helpful! There were no hidden fees or costs. Everything I suggested was met with a YES. So professional and my guests had a wonderful time!

My husband and I are SO happy that we trusted Tom's Country Place with our wedding ceremony and reception. Everything was absolutely perfect for our special day. Ashley is incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. She answered our million questions leading up to the day. On the day of, we were cutting it close with whether or not our ceremony would be able to occur outdoors due to rain. She was so calming and walked us through the rain plan while also assuring us that we would be able to do it outdoors if the rain stopped for the 30 minutes of our ceremony. Luckily we were able to do it outdoors and the crew quickly wiped off all of the seats and made sure everything was dry before our guests arrived! Ashley and her team also went above and beyond with coordinating with our other vendors to make sure our day was seamless and perfect. We did not need a day of coordinator because the team at Tom's is so professional and helpful with coordinating so much on site. The team even set out our favors at each place setting for us! Everything looked more beautiful that either of us could have ever expected! The wait staff was incredible and continually checked in on my husband and I during the reception to see if we needed anything more to eat or drink. Also I cannot say enough about how AMAZING the food is. The alfredo pasta was such a huge hit and we got compliments all night about how delicious everything was! We are so so happy that we went with Tom's!

Beautiful venue! Lovely grounds, the garden was so pretty, we took our pictures right there on site! Amazing taste to the food! They helped us with everything. They did everything just as we asked, going above and beyond! We were so happy with our choice. Great prices!

The garden where we had our ceremony and our pictures taken is absolutely gorgeous! We still get compliments to this day.

Finding a venue was a tough decision. However, Tom's Country Place made the decision much easier for us. Pam, our wedding coordinator at Tom's did an amazing job assisting us each step of the way to make sure every aspect of our reception was taken care of. The food was delicious. Their staff had everything set-up and ready to go the day of the wedding. Chair covers, table linen, etc. just as we had discussed. They were very professional and easy to work with! The staff was very friendly to our guests and helpful in anyway that they were needed. They are very reasonable for wedding venues today! I would most definitely recommend Tom's to any bride!! Our reception was gorgeous! Everything we dreamed of and more!!

Toms country place was the first and only placed we looked at when starting to plan our wedding! Mary was very nice and helpful and made us very excited for our wedding!

I could not say enough positive things about Tom’s Country Place. The food is AMAZING, everyone commented all night to us about it. We had my bridal shower catered by Tom's and it was an incredible experience. The food was such a huge hit. They made an amazing brunch buffet including a broccoli and cheese strata and crème brulee French toast. HUGE HIT. Everyone was raving about how delicious the food was! They had it packed for us in large warming boxes that kept everything perfect and ready to be served. Staff was also super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. HIGHLY recommend Tom's!

Love Tom’s country place so much. My husband and I fell in love with it the first time we entered. Then we had the most wonderful wedding! The staff was there for everything we needed, the venue was gorgeous, and the food was to die for. Would recommend Tom’s to anyone who asked.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Tom's Country Place in Avon. We would highly recommend Tom's to any couple looking for a ceremony and/or reception venue in Northeast Ohio. Mary Hricovec-Pike was very accommodating to any request we had, and made sure everything was perfect for the wedding, especially since we were planning the wedding from out-of-state. The day of the wedding everything went perfectly. The staff was very friendly, and the food was absolutely superb. All our guests to this day have absolutely raved about the bourbon glazed pork and chicken marsala. We sincerely appreciate all the work Mary and her staff did to make our day special.

We had our reception at Tom's Country Place and our reception was amazing! The wedding coordinator Ashley was very helpful, transparent, and understanding throughout the pandemic and sent us updates as new information was released. The food was amazing and it was great that we were able to provide our own alcohol! The grounds and gardens at Tom's were great locations to take pictures. I'm glad that I chose Tom's as my wedding venue. The hall is beautiful and the outdoor garden for ceremonies is amazing! The staff was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. If you're looking for a great venue with wonderful food- this is it!

We can not thank Tom's Country Place enough. Billy and his staff made everything absolutely perfect. The venue was beautiful. We had an outdoor wedding in the garden, it was beautifully landscaped so there was no need for the wedding party to travel to another location for photos. We were in the Gold Room, also beautiful, and the set up was done the day before our event to make it easier for us to decorate. Every single person on Billy's staff was very helpful. The food was excellent. I will be using Tom's again soon. Thank You Billy and your staff for making my daughters wedding stress free and really enjoyable.

We had a backyard baby shower in May 2019. Our food was ordered and scheduled to be delivered at 11:30, an error on my part, it should have been 12;30.
Calling early that morning to correct my error I was told it was already cooking but will be put in cases for traveling. Delivered at 12:30, as promised that morning by the owner. The food was very hot because of how it was transported and everyone loved the selection and taste of what we had. I have known Tom's country place through St. Mary's Church and School and even weddings I have attended for the last 34 years and have never been disappointed by anything that I have eaten there. It is well worth having your event at their location or catered at home. Thank you again to Tom's for making this a wonderfully delicious party.

Tom's Country Place was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! They were very easy to work with and very prompt in responding to questions. Many guests raved over how beautiful the place was. Great staff, gorgeous hall, overall amazing experience!

We had our wedding at Tom’s country place in October. Ashely and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. This venue is very affordable, especially for everything that’s included! Our wedding day was perfect! The food was great and we got tons of compliments on it from our guests.

Growing up, little girls, always think about the dream wedding they will have one day. Although, as a little girl, I only thought about the wedding, and not the groom! Yet, as I got older, I realized that choosing the right spouse is the most important thing about the wedding! And I really did meet my beautiful, kind soul! 

There were so many places to choose from to have our dream wedding! We toured many places here, but none of them grabbed our attention like Tom’s Country Place. It is beautifully secluded and far enough away from the road that you can’t hear anything. The landscaping is gorgeous. There are many different rooms that you could potentially have your wedding in. We had ours in the main area, and it was everything that I ever dreamed a wedding would be.

We had both our ceremony and reception at Tom’s Country Place. The event coordinator, Ashley, was accommodating right from the beginning. The same day that we had our first meeting, I emailed the rest of the vendors that we looked at and told them that we chose a different location.
 We even had our ceremony in a different location than they always have it! Miss Ashley said they’ve never done it in the spot we had it, but we will make it work. It wasn’t a question. It was a statement.

Ashley was very communicative and worked with me every step of the way. Although I wouldn’t consider myself a bridezilla, I definitely sent her a lot of emails containing questions and details. Her patience and kindness definitely showed through in the extra meetings and emails.

Ashley also set us up so that we could try the food that we wanted off the menu. All the food that we tried was excellent! We had no trouble picking out our menu!
Come day of the rehearsal and ceremony, it went so smoothly, because Ashleywas right there with us, helping us out, and giving us visuals of where everything would be set up. 

The day of the wedding was everything I thought it would be. Although my husband had 100% to do with that, I was still thankful for all our vendors. The staff at Tom’s Country Place blew me away. They were so attentive, and beautifully kind. They even added a little touches that I didn’t realize would be there! For example, we had a dinner menu in our colors! The staff kept coming up to my husband and I and asking if we needed anything. In a beautifully other note, it wasn’t just my husband and I that noticed. My family and guest noted how awesome the staff was and how they were friendly and kind and attentive.

I’ve told so many people about my experience at Tom’s Country Place. If you are looking for a wedding venue, this is your sign to have it here! I would not change anything about my choice.

Tom's Country Place was the perfect venue for our special day. It was close to home, reasonably priced, beautifully decorated inside, the garden was well maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious! The space, too, was exactly what we needed! I'd recommend Tom's Country Place to any new upcoming bride/groom!

Look no further, future brides, this is the place!!! I do not have enough words to express how AMAZING Tom's Country Place was to us! My parents got married here 30 years ago and we have known so many people to have raving reviews about them, so we met with Ashley at Tom's Country Place and just from meeting with her, we KNEW it was where our wedding needed to be. Every question/email/call we had for literally anything, Ashley got back to us ASAP, even on the weekends! Their food is to die for--the staff was so efficient and polite and helpful--the venue is gorgeous (inside and out)--you can't beat the price for extraordinary service and experience-- the wedding coordinator, Ashley, was just so wonderful. I can't say enough about her. She was on top of everything, never missed a beat, was there for whatever we needed and was SO accommodating. The day of our wedding, we had ZERO worries. Everything went so smooth and perfect, I can't thank Tom's Country Place enough. Our day was perfect!

We had our ceremony and wedding at Toms on August 31st 2019 and walked away happy with how everything turned out. They managed two weddings seamlessly and helped us even through last minute change of plans. The food was great the service was friendly and everyone had great things to say afterwards, highly recommend them!

To say Tom’s Country Place knocked it out of the park is an understatement. This family owner business nestled in a quiet residential area was the perfect outdoor location for our fall wedding with beautifully landscaped gardens. The room came to life with decorations. And the food was AMAZING. Family and friends will be talking about it for years to come. Everyone left stuffed. And Ashley, the coordinator, is a treasure. She made sure we were taken care of along the planning process. Her skill and expertise were invaluable. When there was a dish we didn’t get to try at the tasting, she made sure we knew there was an upcoming event serving it and we could come to get a portion. She answered all our questions in a timely manner whenever one would arise. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would absolutely host another event here and I will promote them to anyone I know.

Our budget was small and we had 65 guests. We were able to stick to our budget and actually come in under budget while going all out with decor and upcharged food items (totally worth every penny). Bringing in outside desserts was not an issue and taking photos on property the day of was also not an issue as we had the venue to ourselves. With multiple events going on, there are set times to utilize the gardens. Plan wisely with lighting as the setting sun limited where our photographer could shoot due to shadows and harsh lighting.

We attending a wedding here in September of 2014 and decided to book right then. Every person that we dealt with was so nice and helpful. The night of my wedding there was a waitress the kept checking on us making sure everything was just how we wanted and if we need anything. I though this was a great touch that you don't get every where. I would recommend this venue highly. I wedding was outside and everything looked beautiful and we were allowed to decorate how we wanted!!! The amount of food you get for the money is also something that others can't compete with and it's delicious!!!

We knew Tom's was the place we wanted our wedding reception from the moment we walked in! It is such a beautiful venue and we knew it would allow us to capture the vision we wanted! Ashely, the wedding coordinator is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She is very quick to respond and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and helped make this process extremely relaxing. She even brought my husband and I our "His and Her" cocktails during dinner at our reception which was the sweetest gesture!! Tom's is extremely adorable and willing to accommodate your needs as best as they can. It is a "bring in your own alcohol" venue and the food could be either plated or buffet style. They have SOOO many food options and provide a tasting once a year for the couples to customize their menu. Dinner at our reception was delicious and we received so many compliments!! You can not go wrong choosing Tom's Country Place as your venue for a wedding reception!!! THANK YOU!!

The people, the venue and the food was amazing. All our guest raved about the food. I highly recommend the Mac n cheese and the pizza. All of the staff members from the event coordinator to the bartender was amazing and kind and professional. I highly recommend Tom,s Place.

My husband and I are so pleased with Tom's Country Place. The venue was beautiful but I do wish they had waxed the floor so it could be easy to dance on. Our ceremony was perfect. The food was excellent and all our guests left full and happy. I definitely recommend.

We had our wedding reception at Tom's Country Place at the end of May and couldn't say enough good things about them. All of our communication and planning was done through Mary and she did an amazing job. She always remembered us and kept in communication with us throughout the process. We always received a response to emails and phone calls. If Mary was busy or not in at the time, it did sometimes take a day or so to get a response when there were non urgent questions we had, but this was not a problem because we were not expecting answers right away. I felt very confident that Tom's would do a great job with our reception and they did. We received so many compliments on how excellent the food was. The tasting event held in April was an excellent idea and very convenient way for us to try out all the food options (there are many options and most all are delicious!). The setup and planning was flawless and they were very accommodating and also flexible when we had a few last minute changes. I would definitely recommend Tom's for anyone looking for a venue for their wedding reception.

Tom's Country Place had amazing food and my reception was just beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and really made sure we were happy. Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was. The outside is also beautiful for pictures and to be married. We had our pictures taken in the garden and they came out so beautiful. If I had to do it again I would have gotten married in the garden. I was absolutley gorgeous.

Ashley was a gem. She was hands on during our planning process and offered tons of helpful advice. The ceremony in the garden was like something out of a fairytale! Tom's Country Place was beautiful and the pictures we took in their garden were gorgeous! The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff. Family run business - very nice. I would highly recommend Tom's Country Place.

We used Tom's Country Place as both our ceremony and reception site. Their outside "garden area" is gorgeous! It really was perfect for our outdoor ceremony. With that said, there are some down sides to this. They hold two time slots for weddings, so if you are the first time slot, you need to clean up immediately following the wedding. My bridal party took care of it while we were trying to get our family photos taken care of. We had a pretty short ceremony (15-20 min) and we still almost ran into the second wedding. We were still trying to get our family photos finished when the second wedding was setting up and starting.

Also, and this really really annoyed me...they said they give you an onsite coordinator for the day, but when I asked about that they said all that meant is that they set up and take down the chairs...but of course they didn't say that before we put our deposit down. The reception hall was absolutely gorgeous and the food was very good. We set up the hall the day before and everything went very well and everyone was helpful.

So for the not so good things... They're tasting system for their food is HORRIBLE. You have to call once a week and then if you are interested in what another wedding or event is having, they will set aside containers of the food for you to come pick up. You cannot request to try any certain item, because they will not just make samples of what you want to try. So if there is something that you are interested in, unless another event had it AND you happened to have called to see what they were having that day, you will not be able to try it. This was a huge pain since I lived an hour away from the vendor. Also, because everyone seemed to have tried the same food since people didn't want to order things they hadn't tried, we only got to taste about a 1/4 or less of their menu. It was really disappointing...but on the positive side, everything we did get to try was good.

They were a little bit hard to get ahold of at times. I am an email person, I do a lot of my correspondence through email. It's easier to keep track of, and then you have a paper trail for all of your questions. Well, they are not very good with responding to emails, but are good when it comes to phone calls. So just keep that in mind. Overall, I would definitely recommend them, but just make sure you are okay with the food issue and the time crunch for the ceremony site.

Our wedding ceremony and reception were at Tom's Country Place and I couldn't have been happier. They were extrememly flexible and have a beautiful outdoor garden area for pictures or outdoor weddings. Although it rained on our wedding day and it couldn't be outside, they went above and beyond with the indoor decorations. I got a million compliments on the food and they're prices are very reasonable. Both my wedding and reception were beautiful!

My wedding day at Tom's was fantastic. That being said there were a few things that could have been better.. I was really looking for responsiveness and I don't feel it was given to me. Emails had to be resent multiple times to receive a response, which I didn't feel were adequate once received. We were incorrectly charged for things several times and had to ask repeatedly for them to be corrected. Planning could have been smoother but the wedding really was amazing. I was expecting the food to be better, it was good but not outstanding. If you use Tom's I'd recommend having your own planner.
